具体地,人流状态可以划分为不同等级,例如,按照人群密集程度分为多个等级(根据人流进入、停留、离开的数量,划分为高密集、中密集、低密集、极低密集四个等级),或者,按照人群移动速度分为多个等级(结合人流进入、停留、离开的速度,划分为高速移动、中速移动、低速移动三个等级),或者,按照人群面对目标投放设备的视角分为多个等级(结合人流的侧面、正面、背面面对目标投放设备的人数,统计划分为有效人流数量、无效人流数量),等。其实,人流状态也可以根据人流进入、停留、离开的数据,以及人流的侧面、正面、背面面对所述目标投放设备的数据,共同确定划分为不同的人流状态。
同理,人流属性也可以基于不同的数据(年龄、身高、性别等)划分为不同等级,或是确定划分为不同的人流属性。
进而,不同的多媒体资源可以依据其资源内容以及投放方的需求,基于不同的人流状态等级、不同的人流状态、不同的人流属性等级、不同的人流属性中的一种或多种组合,确定预设选择指标。
应理解,每个预设选择指标可以对应有多个多媒体资源,例如,投放效率大于60%的多媒体资源有彩妆广告、平板电脑广告、旅游广告等;投放利润大于80%的多媒体资源有彩妆广告、照明产品广告、汽车广告等。
举例说明,以多媒体资源为彩妆广告为例,彩妆广告一般面向年轻女性,因此,可以建立对应关系:[彩妆广告]-[投放效率最高]-[人群高度密集、人群低速移动、20-40岁女性、身高165cm左右];以多媒体资源为平板电脑为例,可以建立对应关系:[平板电脑]-[投放利润最大]-[人群高度密集、人群高速移动、30岁左右男性、背双肩包]等, 按照这类方式建立的多个对应关系可以存储在多媒体资源库内,以便于在执行步骤104时,可以基于获取的人流状态以及人流属性确定预设选择指标,并从待投放的多媒体资源库中确定所述预设选择指标大于预设阈值的多媒体资源为目标多媒体资源。
其实,在为某个场所的目标投放设备确定目标多媒体资源时,还可以考虑基于该目标投放设备获取的历史人流信息,即该目标投放设备所在场所的历史人流信息,这样,可以提升确定目标多媒体资源的效率。
具体地,步骤104在基于预设选择指标从待投放的多媒体资源库中确定目标多媒体资源时,还可以具体执行为:
基于历史人流信息,从待投放的多媒体资源库中确定多个候选多媒体资源,其中,所述历史人流信息是根据多个对应当前时期的历史时期获取的人流信息确定;
基于所述预设选择指标,从所述多个候选多媒体资源中确定目标多媒体资源。
在本说明书实施例中,基于历史人流信息,从待投放的多媒体资源库中确定多个候选多媒体资源,可以统计对应当前时期的多个历史时期获取的人流信息进行加权平均,以人流信息的加权平均值,从多媒体资源库中确定多个候选多媒体资源,之后,再依据当前时期获取的人流状态以及人流属性,从多个候选多媒体资源中确定目标多媒体资源。
举例说明,假设确定历史人流信息包括:人群高度密集、人群低速移动、人群中速移动、20-40岁女性、30岁左右男性、背双肩包等,那么,可以大致确定这些人流所在场所包括:公交车厢或站牌、电梯轿厢、地铁站台等,因此,可以依据历史人流信息从多媒体资源库中确定多个候选多媒体资源,例如:彩妆广告、电子产品广告、旅游广告等。之后,再根据当前时期获取的人流信息:人群中度密集、人群中速移动、20-40岁女性等,从中选择最匹配当前人流信息的多媒体资源,例如彩妆广告,发送给目标投放设备进行投放。
应理解,步骤102在获取目标投放设备所在场所的预设范围内的人流信息时,其实现方式较为灵活,在本说明书实施例中,可以具体包括:
基于硬件感知设备,获取目标投放设备所在场所的预设范围内的人流状态;以及,基于网络数据库,获取目标投放设备所在场所的预设范围内的人流属性。
其中,所述硬件感知设备可以安装在目标投放设备上或是安装在相距目标投放设备预设距离的位置,以能够对场所预设范围内的人流状态进行采集;其实,在硬件感知设备的感知灵敏度足够高时,也可以对场所预设范围内的部分人流属性进行采集。
所述硬件感知设备可以包括:摄像头、毫米波雷达、ibeacon等探测感知设备,应理解,本说明书并不对硬件感知设备的种类进行限定,其它可以实现对人流状态和/或人流属性采集的感知设备也可以适用本说明书实施例。在采集之前,可以对这些硬件感知设备的探测范围、识别区域、识别范围等参数进行校准。
所述网络数据库,可以是基于硬件感知设备或是终端设备可访问的大数据库,例如,借助支付宝用户使用的手机等终端设备,在用户进行支付宝交易或是在支付宝应用内进行特定操作(所述特定操作可以包括:开通花呗、开通芝麻信用、设置花呗额度等操作)时,获取用户的基本信息,例如:年龄、性别、职业等。再如,可以借助手机用户使用的手机上的ibeacon功能,在用户或是向用户推送某些交易或是操作时,获取用户的基本信息,例如:账户ID,位置信息等。
下面通过具体的实例对上述计费方案进行详述。
该实施例中,目标投放设备假设为地铁通道两侧的电子广告屏幕,投放服务器可以为云端广告投放服务器;具体方案参照图2所示,可以包括:
步骤202:电子广告屏幕基于摄像头以及支付宝数据库采集预设范围内的人流信息。
例如,可以基于摄像头采集经过当前电子广告屏幕的人流状态,包括:人流数量以及人流速度;以及基于摄像头采集经过当前电子广告屏幕的人流属性,具体可以通过采集到的人群衣着、面貌、服饰等,分析得到人流的年龄、性别、职业等。
假设当前采集到的人流信息大致为:人流数量50左右,人流速度2米/秒,大部分为年轻上班族,其中,20-30岁女性居多。
步骤204:电子广告屏幕将采集到的人流信息发送给云端广告投放服务器。
步骤206:在接收到电子广告屏幕发送的人流信息后,云端广告投放服务器基于所述电子广告屏幕的历史人流信息,从广告数据库中匹配出多个候选广告。
具体实现时,远端广告服务器在接收到电子广告屏幕发送的人流信息后,即可获知该电子广告屏幕的标识,之后,远端广告服务器根据该标识获取到对应该电子广告屏幕在相同时期的历史人流信息,例如,若当前获取到的是8:00-8:30之间的人流信息,那么,远端广告服务器可以根据电子广告屏幕的标识获取前一周内每天8:00-8:30之间的人流信息作为历史人流信息。然后,根据历史人流信息,从广告数据库中初步匹配出多个候选广告。例如,根据历史人流信息,大致分析该时期的人流大部分为年轻上班族,因此,可以匹配出面向年轻人推广的:电子产品广告、彩妆广告、护肤广告、汽车广告、 旅游广告等作为候选广告。
步骤208:云端广告投放服务器根据接收到的人流信息,从多个候选广告中匹配出目标广告。
具体地,根据当前接收到的人流信息,假设当前时期的人流信息中,年轻女性较为突出,那么,可以确定预设选择指标,假设为投放效率,进而,可以从多个候选广告中,选取投放效率最高的彩妆广告和/或护肤广告作为目标广告。
应理解,当匹配出的目标广告数量为多个时,可以按照广告主的重要优先级来依次投放给电子广告屏幕,或者,也可以随机依次投放给电子广告屏幕,本说明书并不对依次投放方式进行限定。
步骤210:云端广告投放服务器将目标广告发送给电子广告屏幕。
步骤212:电子广告屏幕判断当前播放的广告是否为目标广告,若是,则维持当前播放状态,否则,执行步骤214:
步骤214:在当前播放的广告播放完成后,电子广告屏幕播放目标广告。
步骤216:电子广告屏幕在播放目标广告期间统计曝光人次以及播放时长,并反馈给云端广告投放服务器。

仍延续上述例子,假设彩妆广告的曝光人次为100人,而年轻女性这一定向曝光人次为80人,那么,彩妆广告计费为80*N1元;护肤广告的播放时长为3分钟,那么,护肤广告计费为3*N2元。
应理解,以上例子中的数值,仅为举例说明,并不限定实际的数值取值。
本说明书实施例还提供了一种多媒体资源的计费方法,参照图3所示,该计费方法的执行主体可以是多媒体资源的计费装置,或是集成有该装置的目标投放设备,例如, 电子广告牌、电子灯箱等具有通信功能的设备,所述计费方法可以包括以下步骤:
步骤302:将采集的本设备所在场所的预设范围内的人流信息发送给投放服务器。
步骤304:接收所述投放服务器返回的目标多媒体资源,其中,所述目标多媒体资源是基于所述人流信息确定。
步骤306:播放所述目标多媒体资源。
步骤308:向所述投放服务器反馈投放相关数据,其中,所述投放相关数据用于为所述目标多媒体资源进行计费。

实施例二
图4是本说明书的一个实施例电子设备的结构示意图。请参考图4,在硬件层面,该电子设备包括处理器,可选地还包括内部总线、网络接口、存储器。其中,存储器可能包含内存,例如高速随机存取存储器(Random-Access Memory,RAM),也可能还包括非易失性存储器(non-volatile memory),例如至少1个磁盘存储器等。当然,该电子设备还可能包括其他业务所需要的硬件。

处理器从非易失性存储器中读取对应的计算机程序到内存中然后运行,在逻辑层面上形成共享资源访问控制装置。处理器,执行存储器所存放的程序,并具体用于执行以下操作:
获取目标投放设备所在场所的预设范围内的人流信息;
基于所述人流信息确定目标多媒体资源;
在所述目标投放设备上投放所述目标多媒体资源;
基于所述目标投放设备反馈的投放相关数据,为所述目标多媒体资源进行计费。

    基于所述人流信息确定目标多媒体资源;
    在所述目标投放设备上投放所述目标多媒体资源;
    基于所述目标投放设备反馈的投放相关数据,为所述目标多媒体资源进行计费。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的方法,基于所述目标投放设备反馈的投放相关数据,为所述目标多媒体资源进行计费,包括:
    接收并统计所述目标投放设备反馈的播放所述目标多媒体资源期间的投放相关数据;
    基于所述投放相关数据,为所述目标多媒体资源进行计费;
    其中,所述投放相关数据至少包括:流经所述目标投放设备所在场所的预设范围内的人流数量,和/或,投放所述目标多媒体资源的投放时长。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的方法,基于所述投放相关数据,为所述目标多媒体资源进行计费,包括:
    基于所述目标多媒体资源的标识,查找为所述目标多媒体资源购买的投放模式;

    基于人流状态以及人流属性确定预设选择指标。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的方法,所述人流状态至少包括:人流进入、停留、离开的数据;人流的侧面、正面、背面面对所述目标投放设备的数据;
    所述人流属性至少包括:人流的年龄、身高、性别、身份、职业数据;根据人流进入、停留、离开的数据,人流的侧面、正面、背面面对所述目标投放设备的数据,以及人流的年龄、身高、性别、身份、职业数据确定的数据。
  9. 如权利要求5所述的方法,基于所述预设选择指标从待投放的多媒体资源库中确定目标多媒体资源,包括:
    基于历史人流信息,从待投放的多媒体资源库中确定多个候选多媒体资源;
    基于所述预设选择指标,从所述多个候选多媒体资源中确定目标多媒体资源;
    其中,所述历史人流信息是根据多个对应当前时期的历史时期获取的人流信息确定。
  10. 如权利要求7所述的方法,获取目标投放设备所在场所的预设范围内的人流信息,包括:
    基于硬件感知设备,获取目标投放设备所在场所的预设范围内的人流状态;以及,
    基于网络数据库,获取目标投放设备所在场所的预设范围内的人流属性。
  11. 一种多媒体资源的计费方法,包括:
    将采集的本设备所在场所的预设范围内的人流信息发送给投放服务器;
    接收所述投放服务器返回的目标多媒体资源,其中,所述目标多媒体资源是基于所述人流信息确定;
    播放所述目标多媒体资源;
    向所述投放服务器反馈投放相关数据,其中,所述投放相关数据用于为所述目标多媒体资源进行计费。
  12. 一种多媒体资源的计费装置,包括:
    获取模块,获取目标投放设备所在场所的预设范围内的人流信息;
    确定模块,基于所述人流信息确定目标多媒体资源;
    投放模块,在所述目标投放设备上投放所述目标多媒体资源;
    计费模块,基于所述目标投放设备反馈的投放相关数据,为所述目标多媒体资源进行计费。
  13. 一种多媒体资源的计费装置,包括:
    发送模块,将采集的本设备所在场所的预设范围内的人流信息发送给投放服务器;
    接收模块,接收所述投放服务器返回的目标多媒体资源,其中,所述目标多媒体资 源是基于所述人流信息确定;
    播放模块,播放所述目标多媒体资源;
    所述发送模块,向所述投放服务器反馈投放相关数据,其中,所述投放相关数据用于为所述目标多媒体资源进行计费。
  14. 一种多媒体资源的计费系统,包括:投放服务器和目标投放设备;
    其中,所述目标投放设备,将采集的本设备所在场所的预设范围内的人流信息发送给所述投放服务器,接收所述投放服务器返回的目标多媒体资源,播放所述目标多媒体资源,向所述投放服务器反馈投放相关数据;
    所述投放服务器,获取目标投放设备发送的人流信息,基于所述人流信息确定目标多媒体资源,在所述目标投放设备上投放所述目标多媒体资源,基于所述目标投放设备反馈的投放相关数据,为所述目标多媒体资源进行计费。
  15. 一种电子设备,包括:
    处理器;以及
    被安排成存储计算机可执行指令的存储器,所述可执行指令在被执行时使所述处理器执行以下操作:
    获取目标投放设备所在场所的预设范围内的人流信息;
    基于所述人流信息确定目标多媒体资源;
    在所述目标投放设备上投放所述目标多媒体资源;
    基于所述目标投放设备反馈的投放相关数据,为所述目标多媒体资源进行计费。
  16. 一种电子设备,包括:
    处理器;以及
    被安排成存储计算机可执行指令的存储器,所述可执行指令在被执行时使所述处理器执行以下操作:
    将采集的本设备所在场所的预设范围内的人流信息发送给投放服务器;
    接收所述投放服务器返回的目标多媒体资源,其中,所述目标多媒体资源是基于所述人流信息确定;
    播放所述目标多媒体资源;
    向所述投放服务器反馈投放相关数据,其中,所述投放相关数据用于为所述目标多媒体资源进行计费。
  17. 一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质存储一个或多个程序,所述一个或多个程序当被包括多个应用程序的电子设备执行时,使得所述电子设备执行以 下操作:
    获取目标投放设备所在场所的预设范围内的人流信息;
    基于所述人流信息确定目标多媒体资源;
    在所述目标投放设备上投放所述目标多媒体资源;
    基于所述目标投放设备反馈的投放相关数据,为所述目标多媒体资源进行计费。
  18. 一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质存储一个或多个程序,所述一个或多个程序当被包括多个应用程序的电子设备执行时,使得所述电子设备执行以下操作:
    将采集的本设备所在场所的预设范围内的人流信息发送给投放服务器;
    接收所述投放服务器返回的目标多媒体资源,其中,所述目标多媒体资源是基于所述人流信息确定;
    播放所述目标多媒体资源;
    向所述投放服务器反馈投放相关数据,其中,所述投放相关数据用于为所述目标多媒体资源进行计费。
