背景技术
在能够与网络连接的广播信号接收装置之中,存在具备显示可寻址广告(替换CM)的功能的广播信号接收装置,该可寻址广告(替换CM)显示与收看者的属性相符的最佳的广告。这样的显示可寻址广告(替换CM)的功能能够对于广播信号接收装置的各个收看者进行独自的服务。

在广播信号接收装置中为了更有效地进行可寻址广告(替换CM)的显示而希望显示与收看者的喜好相适的可寻址广告。然而,如果仅基于收看者的喜好来选择显示的可寻址广告,则有可能例如选择了不适合于包含替换对象的CM在内的节目的内容或节目的赞助商的可寻址广告。
因此,本实施方式提供一种适合于包含替换为可寻址广告的广告在内的节目的内容并选择可寻址广告来进行显示的广播信号接收装置、广播信号接收方法。
用于解决课题的方案

图1是表示包含本发明的实施方式的除外CM判定装置的可寻址广告系统的构成例的图。
可寻址广告系统包括广播电台(广播信号发送装置)100、广播信号接收装置140、CM发布用服务器120、管理服务器121。广播信号接收装置140接收广播电台(广播信号发送装置)100广播的节目,并且包含本发明的实施方式的除外CM判定装置。广播电台100及广播信号接收装置140经由网络130而与CM发布用服务器120及管理服务器121连接。
广播电台100是编辑节目,并将编辑后的节目通过广播信号向广播信号接收装置140广播的电台。广播电台100也称为广播信号发送装置。
广播电台100具有对广告公司110制作的CM进行保存、管理的CM管理服务器101。广播电台100将保存于CM管理服务器101的CM(Commercial Message:商业广告讯息)插入并编辑到播放的节目的中途而作为一系列的影像流及语音流,通过广播信号向广播信号接收装置140广播(发送)。需要说明的是,广告公司110例如通过来自基于合同的广告主(向广告公司委托制作广告的委托方)111的委托来制作广告,并将制作的CM向广播电台100的CM管理服务器101登记。
另外,广播电台100还具有与网络130连接的功能,经由网络130与CM 发布用服务器120及管理服务器121连接。
CM发布用服务器120是存储从经由网络130连接的CM管理服务器101传送来的可寻址广告(替换CM),并根据来自广播信号接收装置140的要求而将存储的可寻址广告(替换CM)发布的服务器。而且,如使用图4B说明那样,CM发布用服务器120也对作为发布的可寻址广告的属性信息的CM属性信息、除外节目属性信息、除外CM属性信息进行发布。
管理服务器121是用于提供与广播信号接收装置140接收的节目关联的附加服务的服务器。管理服务器121提供的附加服务例如是下面这种服务:对于通过广播信号接收装置140收看某节目的用户而言,向广播信号接收装置140提供用来将插入在节目中途的CM置换为可寻址广告(替换CM)并向广播信号接收装置140提供的、能够置换为可寻址广告(替换CM)的CM的时间框。或者,如使用图4B说明那样,可以是将广播电台1广播的节目的节目属性信息向广播信号接收装置140提供的服务。管理服务器121向广播信号接收装置140提供的能够置换为可寻址广告(替换CM)的CM的时间框(时段)基于从广播电台100的CM管理服务器101传送来的可寻址CM段(播放广告的时间段)信息。
另外,管理服务器121也具有收集广播信号接收装置140的收看历史的功能。广播信号接收装置140将在节目中途插入的CM置换为可寻址广告(替换CM)的实绩包含在收看历史之中进行发送。
广播信号接收装置140是接收从广播电台100通过广播信号广播的节目的接收装置。而且,广播信号接收装置140具有与网络130连接的功能,并经由网络130与CM发布用服务器120连接。广播信号接收装置140将从CM发布用服务器120发布的可寻址广告(替换CM)保存在进行管理的记录介质160中。

这样,广播信号接收装置140通过功能设定画面来登记与管理服务器121的连接所需的信息,由此能够从管理服务器121接收与通过广播信号接收的节目关联的各种附加服务。
此外,广播信号接收装置140包含本发明的实施方式的除外CM判定装置。广播信号接收装置140具有按照除外CM判定装置输出的判定结果而从保存于记录介质160的可寻址广告(替换CM)之中选择最佳的可寻址广告(替换CM)来显示于显示画面的功能。广播信号接收装置140将选择的最佳的可寻址广告(替换CM)适用于能够置换为从管理服务器121传送来的可寻址广告(替换CM)的CM的时间框进行显示,由此能够向收看节目的收看者提供最佳的可寻址广告(替换CM)。

控制信息生成机构214具有生成TLV包及MMT的控制信息的功能。TLV包的控制信息是与IP包的复用相关的控制信息(也称为TLV-SI),提供选台用的信息或IP地址和服务的对应信息。而且,MMT的控制信息是与MMT的数据包的结构或广播服务关联的控制信息(也称为MMT-SI)。图4B中说明的节目属性信息也包含在MMT-SI中。控制信息生成机构214生成包含与语音编码器212、影像编码器211的编码对象的节目相关的控制信息在内的TLV包及MMT的控制信息的信号。

发送机构218具有将由TLV流构成的广播信号作为广播波送出的功能。发送机构218对复用器217生成的TLV流进行16APSK等的调制或纠错编码等的传输路径符号化处理并作为广播波送出。
图3是概略性地表示包含本发明的实施方式的除外CM判定装置在内的广播信号接收装置(机构)140的结构的图。
广播信号接收装置140包括作为接收广播信号的接收功能的基本功能341和控制机构342。
基本功能341包括广播调谐器301、解复用器302、解扰器303、CAS模块304、数据广播引擎305、影像解码器306、语音解码器307、字幕解码器308、控制信息解析机构309、GUI320、合成器326。
调谐器301具有接收通过广播波传送来的广播信号(TLV流)的功能。由调谐器301接收到的广播信号被输入到解复用器302。
解复用器302具有将复用化的TLV流分离成数据广播流、影像流、语音流、字幕流、控制信息的功能。解复用器302将分离的数据广播流、影像流、语音流、数据广播流、字幕流向解扰器303输入,将作为控制信息的SI信号向控制信息解析机构309输入。
解扰器303具有与CAS模块304协作而对输入的数据广播流、影像流、语音流、字幕流进行解扰的功能。解扰器303将解扰后的数据广播流向数据广播引擎305输入,将影像流向影像解码器306输入,将语音流向语音解码器307输入,将字幕流向字幕解码器308输入。

用户喜好CM列表是与广播信号接收装置140的收看者即各用户的喜好相适的可寻址广告的列表。各用户的喜好的信息例如是根据通过广播信号接收装置140的功能设定画面登记的广播信号接收装置140的各用户的属性信息、收看历史等而解析并存储的信息。广播信号接收装置140将基于喜好的信息而作成的用户喜好CM列表保存于保存区域(未图示)。
用户喜好CM获取部403除了接收CM发布用服务器120发布的可寻址广告而保存于记录介质160的处理之外,还进行从记录介质160取出在用户喜好CM列表登记的可寻址广告中的、由除外CM判定部404指示的可寻址广告的属性并向除外CM判定部输入的处理。
除外CM判定部404进行如下的判定处理,使用控制除外CM判定装置330整体并从广播节目属性获取部401获取的节目的属性信息和从用户喜好CM获取部403获取的可寻址广告的属性,判定是否将对应的可寻址广告从替换的候补中排除在外。
图4B是基于节目的属性信息的具体例和可寻址广告的属性信息的具体例而概略性地表示本发明的实施方式的除外CM判定装置的处理的图。
广播信号接收装置140接收节目信息、内置CM信息、除外CM信息作为节目的属性信息。这些节目属性信息作为广播波所包含的控制信息即SI信号被传送。广播信号接收装置140通过控制信息解析机构309对接收到的SI信号进行解析,将提取出的节目属性信息存储于控制机构342的保存区域(未图示)。或者,广播信号接收装置140可以将从管理服务器121提供的节目属性信息作为管理服务器121提供的附加服务之一而存储于控制机构342的保存区域(未图示)。
节目信息是节目的信息。节目的信息例如是成为节目的对象的年龄、性别、居住地域、住址等成为对象的收看者的人口统计学属性信息,或者表示节目的内容的关键字、种类、广播地域等广播或发布的节目其本身的信息。
内置CM信息是在节目的中途被插入的CM的信息。内置CM信息是内置CM的赞助商名、种类、商品名等表示可寻址广告的内容的关键字等可寻址广告其本身的信息,或成为可寻址广告的对象的年龄、性别、地域、住址等成为对象的收看者的人口统计学属性信息。
除外CM信息是在通过可寻址广告替换向节目的中途插入的CM的情况下,作为替换的候补而希望排除在外的可寻址广告的信息。除外CM信息是希望排除在外的CM的赞助商名、种类、商品名等表示可寻址广告的内容的 关键字等可寻址广告其本身的信息,或者成为可寻址广告的对象的年龄、性别、地域、住址等成为对象的收看者的人口统计学属性信息。
另外,广播信号装置140接收CM属性信息、除外节目属性信息、除外CM属性信息作为可寻址广告的属性信息。上述的可寻址广告属性信息从CM发布用服务器120发布,存储于广播信号接收装置140的控制机构342的保存区域(未图示)。
CM属性信息是可寻址广告的信息。可寻址广告的信息例如是可寻址广告的赞助商名、种类、商品名等表示可寻址广告的内容的关键字等可寻址广告其本身的信息,或者成为可寻址广告的对象的年龄、性别、地域、住址等成为对象的收看者的人口统计学属性信息。
除外节目属性信息是在将向节目的中途插入的CM替换为可寻址广告的情况下,不希望替换为可寻址广告的节目的信息。不希望替换为可寻址广告的节目的信息例如是成为节目的对象的年龄、性别、居住地域、住址等成为对象的收看者的人口统计学属性信息,或者表示节目的内容的关键字、种类、广播地域等广播或发布的节目其本身的信息。
除外CM属性信息是在通过可寻址广告替换向节目的中途插入的CM的情况下,作为替换候补而希望排除在外的可寻址广告的信息。希望排除在外的可寻址广告的信息是希望排除在外的可寻址广告的赞助商名、种类、商品名等表示可寻址广告的内容的关键字等可寻址广告其本身的信息,或者成为可寻址广告的对象的年龄、性别、地域、住址等成为对象的收看者的人口统计学属性信息。
按照除外CM判定部404的指示,通过广播节目属性获取部401从保存区域(未图示)获取节目属性信息并向除外CM判定部404传送节目属性信息。而且,按照除外CM判定部404的指示通过用户喜好CM获取部403从保存区域(未图示)获取可寻址广告属性信息并向除外CM判定部404传送可寻址广告属性信息。
除外CM判定部404使用获取到的节目的属性信息所包含的节目信息、 内置CM信息、除外CM信息、及可寻址广告的属性信息所包含的CM属性信息、除外节目属性信息、除外CM属性信息,进行如下判断:具有通过用户喜好CM获取部403获取的属性的可寻址广告是否适合于取代具有通过广播节目属性获取部401获取的属性的广播节目所包含的CM而替换显示。
在判断的结果是适合于取代广播节目所包含的CM而替换显示的情况下,除外CM判定部404从记录介质160获取判定对象的可寻址广告,替换为判定对象的节目所包含的CM而显示于显示机构350。
在判断的结果是不适合于取代广播节目所包含的CM而替换显示的情况下,除外CM判定部404不将判定对象的可寻址广告替换为判定对象的节目所包含的CM。在该情况下,将判定对象的节目所包含的CM原封不动显示于显示机构350。
图4C是表示本发明的实施方式的除外CM判定装置330的处理流程的一例的图。
除外CM判定装置330可以在任意的时机实施除外CM判定处理,但是期望在判定对象的节目被广播之前进行。
除外CM判定部404当开始除外CM判定处理时(S450),经由广播节目属性获取部401获取节目属性信息,并经由用户喜好CM获取部403获取在用户喜好CM列表记载的1个可寻址广告的属性信息(S451)。
除外CM判定部404使用获取到的节目属性信息所包含的节目信息、内置CM信息、除外CM信息、获取到的可寻址广告属性信息所包含的CM属性信息、除外节目属性信息、除外CM属性信息进行除外判定。
首先判定除外节目属性信息是否包含于节目信息(S452)。
在判定的结果是包含的情况下(S452为“是”),除外CM判定部404将判定对象的可寻址广告从替换的候补中排除在外(S453),结束处理(S470)。
在判定的结果是不包含的情况下(S452为“否”),除外CM判定部404判定除外CM属性信息是否包含于内置CM信息。
在判定的结果是包含的情况下(S454为“是”),除外CM判定部404 将判定对象的可寻址广告从替换的候补中排除在外(S453),结束处理(S470)。
在判定的结果是不包含的情况下(S454为“否”),除外CM判定部404判定除外CM信息是否包含于CM属性信息。
在判定的结果是包含的情况下(S455为“是”),除外CM判定部404将判定对象的可寻址广告从替换的候补中排除在外(S453),结束处理(S470)。
在判定的结果是不包含的情况下(S454为“否”),除外CM判定部404直接结束处理(S470)。
除外CM判定部404当判定对象的可寻址广告的判定结束时,经由用户喜好CM获取部403获取在用户喜好CM列表记载的下一可寻址广告的属性信息,进行S451~S470的处理。以后,除外CM判定部404对于在用户喜好CM列表记载的全部的可寻址广告进行判定处理。
由此,除外CM判定装置330能够进行是将判定对象的可寻址广告设为替换的候补还是从替换的候补中排除在外的判定。
图4C的处理的例子是将节目属性信息和可寻址广告属性信息通过S452、S454、S455的判定处理中的任一个处理进行判定的例子,但是在进行判定时可以使用多个信息。
例如对于节目属性信息的节目信息、内置CM信息、除外CM信息及可寻址广告属性信息的CM属性信息、除外节目属性信息、除外CM属性信息分别设定除外度Ei(i=1~n,n为全属性信息的个数),在使用设定的除外度和预先确定的含有度而算出的判定值超过预先确定的阈值的情况下,可以将判定对象的可寻址广告从替换的候补中排除在外。
图5是表示本发明的实施方式的除外CM判定装置330的处理流程的、使用了除外度和含有度时的例子的图。
除外CM判定部404进行如下判定处理,使用从广播节目属性获取部401获取的节目的属性信息(S501)和从用户喜好CM获取部403获取的可寻址广告的属性信息(S502),判定是否将对应的可寻址广告从替换的候补排除在外(S503)。
判定处理将对于节目属性信息的节目信息、内置CM信息、除外CM信息及可寻址广告属性信息的CM属性信息、除外节目属性信息、除外CM属性信息分别算出除外度Ei与含有度M相乘后的平均作为判定值,与阈值进行比较(S504)。
在比较的结果是比阈值小的情况下(S503为“是”),将判定对象的可寻址广告从替换的候补中排除在外(S504),结束处理(S520)。
在比较的结果是为阈值以上的情况下(S503为“否”),判定对象的可寻址广告直接结束处理(S520)。
如以上所述,本发明的实施方式的除外CM判定装置330使用播放的节目的节目属性信息和对于播放的节目的被插入的CM进行替换的作为候补的可寻址广告属性信息,能够进行是否将对应的可寻址广告从替换候补排除在外的判定。
由此,本发明的实施方式的除外CM判定装置330能够选择并显示不仅适合于用户的喜好而且也适合于被替换为可寻址广告的广告或包含该广告的节目的内容的可寻址广告。因此,包含本发明的实施方式的除外CM判定装置330的广播信号接收装置能够显示比以往更适合于用户的可寻址广告。
虽然使用附图说明了本发明的实施方式的除外CM判定装置330及包含除外CM判定装置330的可寻址广告系统的例子,但是没有限定于上述的例子。
在图1所示的可寻址广告系统的构成例中,以广播电台(广播信号发送装置)100发送以MMT·TLV方式被复用的广播波,广播信号接收装置140接收以MMT·TLV方式被复用的广播波的情况为例进行了说明,但是广播波可以是以MPEG-2方式被复用的广播波。或者还在图1所示的可寻址广告系统的构成例中,广播电台(广播信号发送装置)100可以经由网络130将节目内容向广播信号接收装置140发布。
另外,本发明的实施方式的除外CM判定装置330也可以对于在广播信号接收装置140中录像的节目进行处理。
另外,在图1所示的可寻址广告系统的构成例中,是仅包含1个广播信号接收装置140的例子,但也可以包含多个。这种情况下,管理服务器121使用各个广播信号接收装置140分别具有的设备ID,能够对存在多个的广播信号接收装置140进行识别、管理。
另外,将本发明的实施方式的除外CM判定装置330包含于广播信号接收装置140进行了说明,但是可以处于与广播信号接收装置140能够通信且通过其设备ID能够识别各个广播信号接收装置140的其他装置之中。该其他装置例如可以是管理服务器121。
在除外CM判定装置330处于其他装置之中的情况下,处于其他装置之中的除外CM判定装置330的用户喜好CM获取部403只要经由网络130获取可寻址广告属性信息即可。另外,除外CM判定部404只要经由网络130将判定结果向广播信号接收装置140发送即可。
虽然说明了本发明的若干的实施方式,但是这些实施方式是作为例子而提示的方式,没有限定发明的范围。这些新的实施方式能够以其他的各种方式实施,在不脱离发明的主旨的范围内,能够进行各种省略、置换、变更。这些实施方式或其变形包含于发明的范围或主旨,并包含于权利要求书记载的发明及其等同的范围。此外,在权利要求项的各构成要素中,将构成要素分割表现的情况、或将多个一并表现的情况、或将它们组合表现的情况也是本发明的范畴。而且将权利要求项表现作为控制逻辑的情况、表现作为包含使计算机执行的指令的程序的情况、及表现作为记载有前述指令的计算机可读的记录介质的情况下,也适用本发明的装置。而且,关于使用的名称或用语也没有限定,即便是其他的表现只要实质上为同一内容、相同意旨,就包含于本发明。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种广播信号接收装置,其接收通过广播信号传送来的节目,并经由网络与一个或多个服务器连接,其中,所述广播信号接收装置包括:
    节目属性获取部,其获取所述节目和被插入在所述节目的播放时段的第一广告的第一属性信息;
    替换广告获取部,其从所述一个或多个服务器获取并保存替换所述第一广告而进行显示的作为候补的第二广告,并获取保存的所述第二广告的第二属性信息;及
    判定部,其使用所述第一属性信息和所述第二属性信息,进行是否将所述第二广告从替换的候补中排除在外的判定。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的广播信号接收装置,其中,
    所述第一属性信息至少包含人口统计学属性、表示所述节目的内容的关键字、种类及广播地域中的任一个,该人口统计学属性至少包含成为所述节目的对象的收看者的年龄、性别、居住地域、住址中的任一个。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的广播信号接收装置,其中,
    所述第二属性信息至少包含人口统计学属性、所述第二广告的赞助商名、种类及商品名中的任一个,该人口统计学属性至少包含成为所述第二广告的对象的收看者的年龄、性别、居住地域、住址中的任一个。
  4. 一种广播信号接收方法,其是接收通过广播信号传送来的节目并经由网络与一个或多个服务器连接的广播信号接收装置中的广播信号接收方法,其中,
    获取所述节目和被插入在所述节目的广播时段的第一广告的第一属性信息,
    从所述一个或多个服务器获取并保存替换所述第一广告而进行显示的作为候补的第二广告,并获取保存的所述第二广告的第二属性信息,
    使用所述第一属性信息和所述第二属性信息,进行是否将所述第二广告 从替换的候补中排除在外的判定。
  5. 一种广播信号收发系统,其具备通过广播信号发送节目的广播信号发送装置和接收通过所述广播信号传送来的节目并经由网络与一个或多个服务器连接的广播信号接收装置,其中,
    所述广播信号发送装置包括发送机构,该发送机构发送包含影像流、语音流在内的所述广播信号,
    所述广播信号接收装置包括:
    节目属性获取部,其获取所述节目和被插入在所述节目的播放时段的第一广告的第一属性信息;
    替换广告获取部,其从所述一个或多个服务器获取并保存替换所述第一广告而进行显示的作为候补的第二广告,并获取保存的所述第二广告的第二属性信息;及
    判定部,其使用所述第一属性信息和所述第二属性信息,进行是否将所述第二广告从替换的候补中排除在外的判定。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的广播信号收发系统,其中,
    所述第一属性信息至少包含人口统计学属性、表示所述节目的内容的关键字、种类及广播地域中的任一个,该人口统计学属性至少包含成为所述节目的对象的收看者的年龄、性别、居住地域、住址中的任一个。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的广播信号收发系统,其中,
    所述第二属性信息至少包含人口统计学属性、所述第二广告的赞助商名、种类及商品名中的任一个,该人口统计学属性至少包含成为所述第二广告的对象的收看者的年龄、性别、居住地域、住址中的任一个。
  8. 一种广播信号收发方法,其是广播信号收发系统中的广播信号接收方法,该广播信号收发系统具备通过广播信号发送节目的广播信号发送装置和接收通过所述广播信号传送来的节目并经由网络与一个或多个服务器连接的广播信号接收装置,其中,
    所述广播信号发送装置发送包含影像流、语音流在内的所述广播信号,
    所述广播信号接收装置进行如下处理:
    获取所述节目和被插入在所述节目的广播时段的第一广告的第一属性信息;
    从所述一个或多个服务器获取并保存替换所述第一广告而进行显示的作为候补的第二广告,并获取保存的所述第二广告的第二属性信息;
    使用所述第一属性信息和所述第二属性信息,进行是否将所述第二广告从替换的候补中排除在外的判定。
  9. 一种判定系统,其具备第一服务器、第二服务器及接收通过广播信号发送来的节目并经由网络与所述第一服务器、所述第二服务器连接的广播信号接收装置,其中,
    所述广播信号接收装置包括控制机构,该控制机构进行如下控制:经由所述网络与所述第一服务器及所述第二服务器连接,从所述第二服务器获取取代被插入在所述节目的播放时段的第一广告而替换并显示的作为候补的第二广告,
    所述第二服务器包括发布部,该发布部经由网络向所述广播信号接收装置发布具有第二广播时间长度的第二广告,
    所述第一服务器包括:
    节目属性获取部,其经由所述网络从所述广播信号接收装置获取所述节目和被插入在所述节目的播放时段的第一广告的第一属性信息;
    替换广告获取部,其从所述广播信号接收装置获取所述第二广告的第二属性信息;及
    判定部,其使用所述第一属性信息和所述第二属性信息,进行是否将所述第二广告从替换的候补中排除在外的判定。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的判定系统,其中,
    所述第一属性信息至少包含人口统计学属性、表示所述节目的内容的关键字、种类及广播地域中的任一个,该人口统计学属性至少包含成为所述节目的对象的收看者的年龄、性别、居住地域、住址中的任一个。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的判定系统,其中,
    所述第二属性信息至少包含人口统计学属性、所述第二广告的赞助商名、种类及商品名中的任一个,该人口统计学属性至少包含成为所述第二广告的对象的收看者的年龄、性别、居住地域、住址中的任一个。
  12. 一种判定方法,其是判定系统中的判定方法,该判定系统包括第一服务器、第二服务器及接收通过广播信号传送来的节目并经由网络与所述第一服务器、所述第二服务器连接的广播信号接收装置,其中,
    所述广播信号接收装置经由所述网络与所述第一服务器及所述第二服务器连接,从所述第二服务器获取取代被插入在所述节目的播放时段的第一广告而替换并显示的作为候补的第二广告,
    所述第二服务器经由所述网络向所述广播信号接收装置发布具有第二广播时间长度的第二广告,
    所述第一服务器进行如下处理:经由所述网络从所述广播信号接收装置获取所述节目和被插入在所述节目的播放时段的第一广告的第一属性信息;
    从所述广播信号接收装置获取所述第二广告的第二属性信息;
    使用所述第一属性信息和所述第二属性信息,进行是否将所述第二广告从替换的候补中排除在外的判定。
