可寻址广告系统包括:广播站(广播信号发送装置)100、广播信号接收装置140、CM发布用服务器120以及管理服务器121。广播信号接收装置140接收广播站(广播信号发送装置)100广播的节目,并且包括本发明的实施方式的广告替换装置。广播站100以及广播信号接收装置140通过网络130与CM发布用服务器120以及管理服务器121连接。
广播站100可以是基站,该基站编排节目并把编排的节目通过广播信号广播给广播信号接收装置140。广播站100也可以被称为广播信号发送装置。
广播站100具有保存并管理CM公司110制作的CM的CM管理服务器101。广播站100将保存在CM管理服务器101中的CM(Commercial Message)插入并编排到广播的节目中途,并且作为一系列的影像流以及音频流通过广播信号广播(发送)给广播信号接收装置140。需要说明的是,CM公司110例如根据基于合同的来自广告主(是指委托CM公司110进行广告制作的客户等)111的委托来制作广告,并且将制作的CM注册到广播站100的CM管理服务器101中。即,在一种实现方式中,CM公司110根据来自基于合同的广告主111的委托来制作CM,并且将制作的CM注册到广播站100的CM管理服务器101中,其中,广告主111是指委托CM公司110进行广告制作的客户等。

CM发布用服务器120是如下服务器:存储从通过网络130连接的CM管理服务器101发送来的可寻址广告(替换CM),并根据来自广播信号接收装置140的请求来发布存储的可寻址广告(替换CM)。即,CM发布用服务器120,存储CM管理服务器101发送的替换 CM,并根据来自广播信号接收装置140的请求来发布存储的替换CM,其中,所述CM发布用服务器120通过网络130与CM管理服务器101相连;在一种可行实现方式中,替换CM也可以由CM公司110发送。

此外,管理服务器121还具有收集广播信号接收装置140的收看历史记录的功能。广播信号接收装置140将插入节目中途的CM置换为可寻址广告(替换CM)的实际情况包含在收看历史记录中并发送。即,广播信号接收装置140可以将插入节目中途的CM被置换为替换CM的实际情况记录在收看历史记录中,并发送给管理服务器121。
广播信号接收装置140是接收从广播站100通过广播信号广播的节目的接收装置。此外,广播信号接收装置140具有与网络130连接的功能,通过网络130与CM发布用服务器120连接。广播信号接收装置140将从CM发布用服务器120发布的可寻址广告(替换CM)保存在所管理的记录介质160中。
此外,为了接收与广播的节目相关的附加服务,广播信号接收装置140通过广播信号接收装置140的(例如)功能设定画面,能够设定与管理服务器121的连接。广播信号接收装置140(例如)通过用户对功能设定画面进行操作,能够将作为与管理服务器121的连接所需要的信息的例如广播信号接收装置140的固有信息、使用广播信号接收装置140的用户的家庭状況(构成家庭的人的性别和年龄)等注册于管理服务器121。由此,管理服务器121(例如)通过广播信号接收装置140的设备ID,能够唯一地识别每台广播信号接收装置140。

此外,广播信号接收装置140包括本实施方式的广告替换装置。广播信号接收装置140具有如下功能:根据广告替换装置的推定结果,从保存在记录介质160中的可寻址广告(替换CM)中选择最佳可寻址广告(替换CM)并显示于显示画面。广播信号接收装置140通过配合能够置换为从管理服务器121发送来的可寻址广告(替换CM)的时间段来进行显示,能够将选择的最佳可寻址广告(替换CM)提供给收看节目的收看者。
图2是示意性表示广播站(广播信号发送装置)的构成例的图。广播站(广播信号发送装置)100对插入并编排了存储于CM管理服务器101的CM的节目的影像数据、音频数据等进行编码(也称为encode)并作为广播信号发送。
数据广播编码器210具有对与编排的节目关联的数据广播的数据进行编码的功能。数据广播编码器210对数据广播的数据进行编码。
影像编码器211具有对编排的节目的影像数据进行编码的功能。影像编码器211对编排的节目的影像数据进行编码。

发送单元218具有将由TLV流构成的广播信号作为广播波发送的功能。发送单元218对复用器217生成的TLV流进行16APSK等调制、纠错编码等传送路径编码处理并作为广播波发送。

广播信号接收装置140包括作为接收广播信号的接收功能的基本功能341以及控制单元342。
基本功能341包括:广播调谐器301、解复用器302、解扰器303、CAS模块304、数据广播引擎305、影像解码器306、音频解码器307、字幕解码器308、控制信息分析单元309、GUI320、以及合成器326。
调谐器301具有接收利用广播波发送来的广播信号(TLV流)的功能。由调谐器301接收的广播信号输入解复用器302。

控制单元342对广播信号接收装置140的整体动作进行控制。此外,控制单元342在内部具有本发明的实施方式的广告替换装置330,并且对广告替换装置330进行控制。此外,控制单元342还进行作为与网络130的I/F的网络I/F 331、以及作为与外部设备的连接I/F的外部输入I/F 332的控制。

广告替换装置330向CM发布用服务器120请求可寻址广告(替换CM)的方法可以是通过广告替换装置330将(例如)可寻址广告(替换CM)的下载请求消息发送给CM发布用服务器120,接收到消息的CM发布用服务器120,将可寻址广告(替换CM)下载到广告替换装置330;也可以是通过广告替换装置330将(例如)包含可寻址广告(替换CM)的 下载开始时刻的下载请求消息,发送给CM发布用服务器120,接收到消息的CM发布用服务器120在到达所述消息所包含的时刻的时候,将可寻址广告(替换CM)下载到广告替换装置330。
广告替换装置330向CM发布用服务器120请求可寻址广告(替换CM)的功能,可以预先包括在广播信号接收装置140中,也可以以广播信号中的控制信息(TLV-SI、MMT-SI)中所包含的信息为基础,由广播信号接收装置140访问特定服务器(未记载)来获取。这样,广播信号接收装置140取得如下功能:以广播信号中的控制信息(TLV-SI、MMTSI)中所包含的信息为基础,广播信号接收装置140通过访问特定服务器(附图中未示出)向CM发布用服务器120请求可寻址广告(替换CM),作为取得上述功能的方式,例如可以利用被称为数据内容服务的服务,也可以利用除此以外的服务。
图4B是本发明广告替换装置330从管理服务器121获取的CM列表的一个的实施方式的例子。CM列表400包括:作为CM标识符的ID401、作为CM的广播开始时刻的Start_time402,作为广播CM的时长的duration 403、以及表示是否能够替换为可寻址广告的enable404。
例如,410的ID为001002201。ID格式例如前3位001表示频道号,接下来4位0022表示节目的标识符,接下来2位表示包含在由前面4位识别的节目中的CM的标识符。这样的ID可以是任意格式,只要是能够识别在广播信号接收装置140接收的所有频道的所有节目中包含的CM的格式即可。
此外,410的Start_time为20181215201500。Start_time的格式例如前8位20181215表示西历中年月日(yyyymmdd),接下来6位201500表示时分秒(hhmmss)。
此外,410的duration为15。duration的格式表示显示时间。
此外,410的enable为0。enable的格式(值)在能够替换为可寻址广告(替换CM)时设定为1,不能替换为可寻址广告(替换CM)时设定为0。
此外,CM列表中可以包含CM的产品类型、制造商名称等信息。
图4C是示意性表示本发明的实施方式的广告替换装置330的构成例的图。广告替换装置330包括控制部330-1以及分析部330-2。
控制部330-1通过控制广告替换装置330的整体动作并控制分析部300-2,确定用于替换包含在广播节目中的CM的可寻址广告(替换CM),并将所述可寻址广告(替换CM)显示于广播信号接收装置140的显示单元350。
此外,控制部330-1从CM发布用服务器120获取作为替换CM的候选的多个可寻址广告,并将所述个可寻址广告保存在记录介质160中,并且从管理服务器121获取CM列表并将所述CM列表保存在记录介质160中。
分析部330-2对保存在记录介质160中的CM列表进行分析,判断记载在CM列表中的CM是否能够替换为可寻址广告(替换CM)。
图4D是表示本发明的实施方式的广告替换装置330进行的、替换为可寻址广告(替换CM)的处理的一个例子的处理流程。
如果广播信号接收装置140开始接收广播节目,则广告替换装置330开始用于将包含在被接收到的节目中的CM替换为可寻址广告的处理(S400)。
广告替换装置330的控制部330-1访问管理服务器121,确认在管理服务器121中是 否存在更新的CM列表(S401)。
如果确认的结果为存在更新的CM列表时(S402的“是”),控制部330-1从管理服务器121获取并保存更新的CM列表(S403)。
如果确认的结果为不存在更新的CM列表时(S402的“否”),直到在管理服务器121中新出现更新的CM列表为止,控制部330-1连续或一边等待一定时间一边反复进行确认处理(S401)。即,如果不存在更新的CM列表,那么控制部330-1持续进行确认处理(S401),或者以一定时间为间隔,周期性进行确认处理(S401),直到在管理服务器121中新出现更新的CM列表为止。
接下来,控制部330-1从保存的CM列表中获取在广播信号接收装置140的显示单元350显示的节目、即包括在收看者正在收看的节目中的CM的start_time,并确认当前时刻是否到达start_time(S404)。即,控制部330-1从已被保存的CM列表中,获取在广播信号接收装置140的显示单元350显示的节目(即收看者正在收看的节目)中包含的CM的start_time,并确认当前时刻是否到达start_time(S404)。
如果确认(S404)的结果为当前时刻到达start_time时(S405的“是”),控制部330-1向分析部330-2询问并确认是否存在代替插入到节目中的CM而能够显示的置换用CM(可寻址广告)(S406)。
当向分析部330-2询问并确认(S406)的结果为存在替换用CM(可寻址广告)时(S407的“是”),控制部330-1从分析部330-2获取对应的替换用CM(可寻址广告)来代替插入到节目中的CM并显示于显示单元350(S408)。
当向分析部330-2询问并确认(S406)的结果为不存在替换用CM(可寻址广告)时(S407的“否”),使插入到节目中的CM保持原样显示于显示单元350(S409)。
如果确认(S404)的结果为当前时刻未到达start_time时(S405的“否”),直到当前时刻到达start_time为止,控制部330-1反复进行S404的确认处理。即,如果当前时刻未到达start_time,控制部330-1反复进行S404的确认处理,直到当前时刻到达start_time为止。
不存在对应的替换用CM(可寻址广告)可以是指例如不存在与CM列表400中记载的某个CM的duration 403一致的替换用CM(可寻址广告)的情况、或者在CM列表400中不存在enable为1(能够替换)的CM的情况。
此外,也可以是如下情况:分析部330-2例如具有推定收看显示单元350正在显示的节目的收看者的功能(未图示),并且判断为不存在最适合于该推定的收看者的CM。
接下来,控制部330-1确认当前时刻是否到达CM的显示结束时刻(S410)。能够根据start_time和duration来计算显示结束时刻。
如果确认的结果(S410)为当前时刻到达CM的显示结束时刻时(S411的“是”),控制部330-1向分析部330-2询问并确认是否存在接着到达了显示结束时刻的CM继续显示的CM(S412)。
当向分析部330-2询问并确认(S412)的结果为存在接着到达了显示结束时刻的CM继续显示的CM时(S413的“是”),控制部330-1返回S406的处理,询问是否存在代替到达了显示结束时刻的CM的下一个CM而能够显示的替换用CM(可寻址广告)(S406)。
当向分析部330-2询问并确认(S412)的结果为不存在接着到达了显示结束时刻的CM 继续显示的CM时(S413的“否”),控制部330-1向分析部330-2询问并确认在显示单元350正在显示的节目中在以后时机是否显示CM(S414)。
当向分析部330-2询问并确认(S414)的结果为在以后的时机显示CM时(S415的“是”),控制部330-1返回S405的处理,对在以后的时机显示的CM继续进行是否存在替换用CM的处理。即,对后续显示的CM是否存在替换用CM的继续进行处理。
当向分析部330-2询问并确认(S414)的结果为在以后的时机不显示CM时(S415的“否”),控制部330-1返回S402的处理,对插入到新的节目中的CM继续进行是否存在替换用CM的处理。即,对插入到新的节目中的CM是否存在替换用CM的继续进行处理。
这样,控制部330-1通过参照CM列表400,确认插入到广播的节目中的所有CM是否存在替换用CM(可寻址广告)。
需要说明的是,如果以图4B所示CM列表400为例,则S412的是否存在继续显示的CM的确认是对412的信息的CM确认413的信息的CM,即,S412中确认是否存在继续显示的CM,是指在确认了412所示信息的所对应的CM的基础上,进一步确认413所示信息所对应的CM是否存在。如ID号所示,412所示的信息的CM以及413所述的信息的CM是在同一节目中连续(继续)广播的CM。
此外,如果以图4B所示CM列表400为例,则S414的在以后的时机是否显示CM的确认是在414的信息的CM的显示结束的时点确认415的信息的CM。如ID号所示,414的信息的CM以及415的信息的CM是在同一节目中广播的CM,415的信息的CM是与414的信息的CM以不连续(继续)的方式广播的CM。即,S414中确认在以后的时机是否显示CM,是指在414所示信息所对应的CM的显示结束的时点确认415所示信息所对应的CM。
以上只是利用附图说明了包括本发明的实施方式的广告替换装置330以及广告替换装置330的可寻址广告系统的例子,但是本发明并不仅限于上述例子。
在图1所示的可寻址广告系统的构成例中,以如下情况为例进行了说明:广播站(广播信号发送装置)100发送以MMT/TLV方式复用的广播波、广播信号接收装置140接收以MMT/TLV方式复用的广播波,但是也可以是广播波以MPEG-2方式复用的情况。或者在图1所示的可寻址广告系统的构成例中,广播站(广播信号发送装置)100可以通过网络130将节目内容发布给广播信号接收装置140。其中,广播波也可以被称为广播信号。
此外,在图1所示的可寻址广告系统的构成例中是仅包括一个广播信号接收装置140作为例子,但是也可以包括多个。在这种情况下,管理服务器121可以利用各广播信号接收装置140所具有的设备ID,识别并管理多个广播信号接收装置140。
此外,说明了本发明的实施方式的CM替换装置330包括在广播信号接收装置140中,但是也可以包括在能够与广播信号接收装置140通信且通过其设备ID能够识别各广播信号接收装置140的单独部件中。例如,该单独部件可以是管理服务器121。
广告替换装置330包括在单独部件中时,单独部件中的广告替换装置330通过网络130,通过广播信号接收装置140的记录介质160中保存的可寻址广告(替换CM)广播的时长信息、以及从管理服务器121获取的CM列表,进行图4D所示的处理,如S408所示,使显示单元350显示的处理只要通过网络130向广播信号接收装置140发出显示指示即可。
如上所述,本发明的实施方式的广告替换装置330基于获取的CM列表记载的CM的信息,对显示于显示单元350的节目的所有CM判定是否能够替换为可寻址广告(替换CM), 对于能够替换的CM,能够替换为可寻址广告(替换CM)并显示于显示单元350。

  1. 一种广播信号接收装置,所述装置用于接收通过广播信号发送来的节目,并且经由网络与一个或者多个服务器连接;
    所述装置包括:
    显示部,用于显示所述节目;以及
    控制部,用于获取第一广告的广播开始时刻和广播时长,并获取第二广告;当所述第二广告的广播时长与所述第一广告的广播时长一致时,从所述广播开始时刻在所述显示部显示用于替代所述第一广告的所述第二广告,所述第一广告是指插入到所述节目的广告。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的装置,所述控制部,具体用于从服务器获取第一广告的广播开始时刻和广播时长。

  6. 根据权利要求1至3任一项所述的装置,所述控制部,具体用于接收到用于指示所述第二广告的广播时长与所述第一广告的广播时长一致,且允许使用所述第二广告替代所述第一广告的指示信息时,从所述广播开始时刻在所述显示部显示用于替代所述第一广告的所述第二广告。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的装置,
    控制部,还用于控制广播信号接收装置通过网络与所述一个或多个服务器建立连接,所述一个或多个服务器用于向广播信号接收装置分发所述第二广告和/或用于保存第一广告的广播开始时刻、广播时长或广播结束时刻。
  8. 一种广播信号收发系统,包括广播信号发送装置及权利要求1至6任一项所述广播信号接收装置;其中,
    所述广播信号发送装置,用于通过广播信号发送节目。
  9. 一种广告替换系统,包括服务器及及权利要求1至6任一项所述广播信号接收装置;其中,
    所述服务器,用于向广播信号接收装置分发所述第二广告和/或用于保存第一广告的广播开始时刻、广播时长或广播结束时刻。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的广告替换系统,所述服务器包括第一服务器与第二服 务器;
    所述第一服务器,用于经由所述网络向所述广播信号接收装置分发具有第二广播时间长度的第二广告;
    所述第二服务器,用于保存所述第一广告的广播开始时刻和广播时长,或用于保存所述第一广告的广播开始时刻和广播结束时刻。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的广告替换系统,
    所述第一服务器,还用于向所述广播信号接收装置发送标识符,所述标示符用于指示允许广播信号接收装置使用所述第二广告替代所述第一广告。
  12. 一种广播信号接收方法,应用于广播信号接收装置,所述方法包括:
    获取通过广播信号发送来的节目中第一广告的广播开始时刻和广播时长;
    获取第二广告;
    当所述第二广告的广播时长与所述第一广告的广播时长一致时,从所述广播开始时刻在所述显示部显示用于替代所述第一广告的所述第二广告。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的方法,获取通过广播信号发送来的节目中第一广告的广播开始时刻和广播时长,包括:
    从服务器获取第一广告的广播开始时刻和广播时长。
  14. 根据权利要求12所述的方法,获取通过广播信号发送来的节目中第一广告的广播开始时刻和广播时长,包括:
    从服务器获取第一广告的广播开始时刻和广播结束时刻;
    根据所述第一广告的广播开始时刻和广播结束时刻,确定所述第一广告的广播时长。
  15. 根据权利要求12所述的方法,获取第二广告,包括:
    从服务器获取获取所述第二广告。
  16. 根据权利要求12所述的方法,当所述第二广告的广播时长与所述第一广告的广播时长一致时,从所述广播开始时刻在所述显示部显示用于替代所述第一广告的所述第二广告,包括:
    当所述第二广告的广播时长与所述第一广告的广播时长一致,且获取到了用于指示允许使用所述第二广告替代所述第一广告的标识符时,从所述广播开始时刻在所述显示部显示用于替代所述第一广告的所述第二广告。
  17. 一种广播信号接收装置,所述装置用于接收通过广播信号发送来的节目,并且通过网络与一个或者多个服务器连接,包括:
    显示部,显示所述节目;以及
    控制部,从所述服务器获取插入到所述节目的广播时间段的第一广告的第一广播开始时刻和第一广播时间长度或所述第一广播开始时刻和第一广播结束时刻、以及具有第二广播时间长度的第二广告,
    所述第二广告的第二广播时间长度与所述第一广播时间长度或所述第一广播开始时刻与所述第一广播结束时刻的差一致时,所述控制部,用所述第二广告替代所述第 一广告,而从所述第一广播开始时刻起将所述第二广告显示于所述显示部。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的广播信号接收装置,所述控制部,还从所述服务器获取允许用所述第二广告替代所述第一广告进行显示的标识符;在所述第二广告的第二广播时间长度与所述第一广播时间长度或所述第一广播开始时刻与所述第一广播结束时刻的差一致,且所述标识符为允许的情况下,从所述第一广播开始时刻起用所述第二广告替代所述第一广告而显示于所述显示部。
  19. 一种广播信号接收装置中的广播信号接收方法,所述广播信号接收装置接收通过广播信号发送来的节目,并且通过网络与一个或者多个服务器连接,所述广播信号接收方法包括:
    显示所述节目,
    从所述服务器获取插入到所述节目的广播时间段的第一广告的第一广播开始时刻和第一广播时间长度或所述第一广播开始时刻和第一广播结束时刻、以及具有第二广播时间长度的第二广告,
    获取的所述第二广告的第二广播时间长度与所述第一广播时间长度或所述第一广播开始时刻与所述第一广播结束时刻的差一致时,用所述第二广告替代所述第一广告并从所述第一广播开始时刻起将所述第二广告显示于显示部。
  20. 一种广播信号收发系统,包括:广播信号发送装置,通过广播信号发送节目;以及广播信号接收装置,接收通过所述广播信号发送来的节目,并且通过网络与一个或者多个服务器连接,
    所述广播信号发送装置包括:发送包含视频流和音频流的所述广播信号的发送单元,
    所述广播信号接收装置包括:
    显示部,显示所述节目;以及
    控制部,从所述服务器获取插入到所述节目的广播时间段的第一广告的第一广播开始时刻和第一广播时间长度或所述第一广播开始时刻和第一广播结束时刻、以及具有第二广播时间长度的第二广告,
    所述第二广告的第二广播时间长度与所述第一广播时间长度或所述第一广播开始时刻与所述第一广播结束时刻的差一致时,所述控制部,用所述第二广告替代所述第一广告并从所述第一广播开始时刻起显示于所述显示部。
  21. 根据权利要求20所述的广播信号收发系统,,
    所述控制部,还从所述服务器获取允许用所述第二广告替代所述第一广告并进行显示的标识符,所述第二广告的第二广播时间长度与所述第一广播时间长度或所述第一广播开始时刻与所述第一广播结束时刻的差一致时,在所述标识符表示允许的情况下,从所述第一广播开始时刻起用所述第二广告替代所述第一广告并显示于所述显示部。
  22. 一种广播信号收发系统中的广播信号收发方法,所述广播信号收发系统包括:广播信号发送装置,通过广播信号发送节目;以及广播信号接收装置,接收由所述广播信号发送来的节目,并且通过网络与一个或者多个服务器连接,所述方法包括:
    所述广播信号发送装置发送包含视频流和音频流的所述广播信号;
    所述广播信号接收装置执行如下处理:
    显示所述节目,
    从所述服务器获取插入到所述节目的广播时间段的第一广告的第一广播开始时刻和第一广播时间长度或所述第一广播开始时刻和第一广播结束时刻、以及具有第二广播时间长度的第二广告,
    获取的所述第二广告的第二广播时间长度与所述第一广播时间长或所述第一广播开始时刻与所述第一广播结束时刻的差一致时,用所述第二广告替代所述第一广告并从所述第一广播开始时刻起显示。
  23. 一种广告替换系统,具备第一服务器、第二服务器以及广播信号接收装置,所述广播信号接收装置接收由广播信号发送来的节目并通过网络与所述第一服务器和所述第二服务器连接,所述广告替换系统包括,
    所述广播信号接收装置包括:
    显示部,显示所述节目;以及
    控制单元,进行通过所述网络与所述第一服务器和所述第二服务器连接的控制,
    所述第二服务器具备分发部,所述分发部通过网络向所述广播信号接收装置分发具有第二广播时间长度的第二广告,
    所述第一服务器具备控制部,所述控制部通过网络与所述广播信号接收装置连接,并且保存插入所述节目的广播时间段的第一广告的第一广播开始时刻和第一广播时间长度或所述第一广播开始时刻和第一广播结束时刻,
    所述控制单元至少将所述第二广播时间长度发送给所述第一服务器,
    所述第二广告的第二广播时间长度与所述第一广播时间长度或所述第一广播开始时刻与所述第一广播结束时刻的差一致时,所述控制部向所述广播信号接收装置发送如下指示:用所述第二广告替代所述第一广告并从所述第一广播开始时刻起将第二广告显示于所述显示部。
  24. 根据权利要求23所述的广告替换系统,所述控制部还保存用于表示允许用所述第二广告替代所述第一广告并进行显示的标识符,并且所述第二广告的第二广播时间长度与所述第一广播时间长或所述第一广播开始时刻与所述第一广播结束时刻的差一致时,在所述标识符为允许的情况下,向所述广播信号接收装置发送如下指示:从所述第一广播开始时刻起用所述第二广告替代所述第一广告并显示于所述显示部。
