背景技术
在能够连接于网络的广播信号接收装置之中,存在具备显示可寻址广告(替换CM)的功能的广播信号接收装置,该可寻址广告显示与收看者的属性相符的最佳的广告。这样的显示可寻址广告(替换CM)的功能能够进行对于广播信号接收装置的各个收看者的独自的服务。

发明内容
在广播信号接收装置中,为了将插入到通过广播信号传送来的节目中的广告(CM,commercial message)置换为可寻址广告(替换CM)而对于各个收看者可靠地进行,需要根据插入到节目中的CM(也称为commercial)进行适当的控制。
因此,本发明的实施方式提供一种为了将向广播信号接收装置接收的广播节目插入的CM替换为适当的可寻址广告(替换CM)来进行显示而获取通过广播信号传送来的、与CM的时间相关的信息的广播信号接收装置及广播信号接收方法。
本发明的实施方式的广播信号接收装置接收通过广播信号传送来的节目,并且经由网络与一个或多个服务器连接,其具备:
显示部,其显示所述节目;及
控制部,其从所述广播信号中获取被插入在所述节目的广播时间段的第一广告的第一广播开始时刻和第一广播时间长度、或所述第一广播开始时刻和第一广播结束时刻,从所述服务器获取具有第二广播时间长度的第二广告,

可寻址广告系统包括广播电台(广播信号发送装置)100、广播信号接收装置140、CM发布用服务器120。广播信号接收装置140接收广播电台(广播信号发送装置)100广播的节目,并且包含本发明的实施方式的广告替换处理部。广播电台100及广播信号接收装置140经由网络130与CM发布用服务器120连接。
广播电台100是编成节目,并将编成的节目通过广播信号向广播信号接收装置140广播的电台。广播电台100也称为广播信号发送装置。
广播电台100具有将广告公司110制作的CM进行保存、管理的CM管理服务器101。广播电台100将CM管理服务器101保存的CM(Commercial Message)向广播的节目的中途插入、编成而形成为一连串的影像流及语音流,通过广播信号向广播信号接收装置140广播(发送)。需要说明的是,广告公司110根据基于例如合同的来自广告主(向广告公司委托制作广告的委托方)111的委托而制作广告,并将制作的CM登记于广播电台100的CM管理服务器101。
另外,广播电台100还具有与网络130连接的功能,并经由网络130与CM 发布用服务器120连接。
另外,广播电台100发送包含SI信号的广播信号。关于SI信号,使用图2进行说明。在广播电台100中,本发明的实施方式的广播信号接收装置140所包含的广告替换处理部在SI信号中包含为了将向广播节目插入的CM替换为可寻址广告(替换CM)所需的与CM的时间相关的信息(称为CM时间段信息)来发送。广播电台100将CM时间段信息作为例如CM时间段信息描述符而生成。图4B示出广播电台100制作的CM时间段信息描述符的格式的一例。
CM发布用服务器120是存储从经由网络130连接的CM管理服务器101传送来的可寻址广告(替换CM),按照来自广播信号接收装置140的要求而将存储的可寻址广告(替换CM)发布的服务器。
广播信号接收装置140是接收从广播电台100通过广播信号广播的节目的接收装置。而且,广播信号接收装置140具有与网络130连接的功能,并经由网络130与CM发布用服务器120连接。广播信号接收装置140将从CM发布用服务器120发布的可寻址广告(替换CM)保存在进行管理的记录介质160中。
此外,广播信号接收装置140包含本发明的实施方式的广告替换处理部。广播信号接收装置140具有根据广告替换处理部的处理结果从记录介质160保存的可寻址广告(替换CM)之中选择最佳的可寻址广告(替换CM)而显示于显示画面的功能。广播信号接收装置140从具有与向节目插入的CM的时间段一致的长度的可寻址广告(替换CM)中选择对于收看者而言最佳的内容的可寻址广告(替换CM),适用于向节目插入的CM的时间段进行显示,由此能够对于收看节目的各收看者提供不同的广告。

控制信息生成机构214具有生成TLV包及MMT的控制信息的功能。TLV包的控制信息是指与IP包的复用相关的控制信息(也称为TLV-SI),提供选台用的信息、IP地址和服务的对应信息。而且,MMT的控制信息是指与MMT的包的结构、广播服务关联的控制信息(也称为MMT-SI)。控制信息生成机构214生成包含与语音编码器212、影像编码器211作为编码对象的节目相关的控制信息在内的TLV包及MMT的控制信息的信号。
另外,控制信息生成机构214生成CM时间段信息描述符作为MMT-SI。
扰频器215具有与CAS模块216协作而对于从语音编码器212输出的被符号化的语音数据、从影像编码器211输出的被符号化的影像数据进行扰频的功能。
CAS模块216是生成扰频器215扰频时使用的密钥的模块。
复用器217具有将数据广播编码器210进行符号化而生成的数据广播流、影像编码器211对影像数据进行符号化而生成的影像流、语音编码器212对语音数据进行符号化而生成的语音流、字幕编码器213对字幕数据进行符号化而生成的字幕流及控制信息生成机构214生成的控制信息通过MMT-TLV方式复用的功能。复用器217生成将语音流、影像流、TLV包及MMT的控制信息进行了复用的TLV流。
发送机构218具有将由TLV流构成的广播信号作为广播波送出的功能。发 送机构218对于复用器217生成的TLV流进行16APSK等的调制、纠错编码等传输路径符号化处理并且作为广播波送出。
图3是概略性地表示包含本发明的实施方式的广告替换处理部在内的广播信号接收装置(机构)140的结构的图。
广播信号接收装置140包含作为接收广播信号的接收功能的基本功能341和控制机构342。
基本功能341包括广播调谐器301、解复用器302、解扰器303、CAS模块304、数据播放引擎305、影像解码器306、语音解码器307、字幕解码器308、控制信息解析机构309、GUI320、合成器326。
调谐器301具有接收通过广播波传送来的广播信号(TLV流)的功能。由调谐器301接收到的广播信号向解复用器302输入。
解复用器302具有将被复用的TLV流分离成数据广播流、影像流、语音流、字幕流、控制信息的功能。解复用器302将分离后的数据广播流、影像流、语音流、字幕流向解扰器303输入,将作为控制信息的SI信号向控制信息解析机构309输入。
解扰器303具有与CAS模块304协作而对于输入的数据广播流、影像流、语音流、字幕流进行解扰的功能。解扰器303将解扰后的数据广播流向数据播放引擎305输入,将影像流向影像解码器306输入,将语音流向语音解码器307输入,将字幕流向字幕解码器308输入。
CAS模块304具有生成在利用解扰器303进行解扰时使用的密钥的功能。
数据播放引擎305具有进行被输入的数据广播流的接收处理的功能。数据播放引擎305将接收到的数据广播流转换成显示机构350显示的数据并且向合成器326发送。向合成器326传送的数据播放用的数据与影像数据等合成,显示于显示机构350。
影像解码器306具有对输入的影像流进行解码(Decode)的功能。影像解码器306对影像流进行解码并生成显示于显示机构350的信号。

解码后的影像信号、字幕信号及数据播放用信号被合成器326合成并向显示机构350输出。而且,解码后的语音信号向扬声器351输出。
控制信息解析机构309进行广播信号的控制信息即SI信号的解析。控制信息解析机构309当进行SI信号的解析时,将其解析结果向控制机构342传送。控制信息解析机构309解析从解复用器302传送来的SI信号并提取CM时间段信息描述符。控制信息解析机构309将提取到的CM时间段信息描述符向控制机构342传送。

接下来,控制部330-1从保持的CM列表之中,获取广播信号接收装置140的显示机构350显示的节目、即收看者收看的节目所包含的CM的start_time,进行当前时刻是否到达start_time的确认(S404)。
在确认(S404)的结果是当前时刻到达start_time的情况下(S405为“是”),控制部330-1向解析部330-2询问并确认是否存在取代向显示机构350显示的节目插入的CM而能够显示的置换用CM(可寻址广告)(S406)。
在向解析部330-2询问并确认(S406)的结果是置换用CM(可寻址广告)存在的情况下(S407为“是”),控制部330-1从解析部330-2获取对应的置换用CM(可寻址广告),取代向节目插入的CM而显示于显示机构350(S408)。
在向解析部330-2询问并确认(S406)的结果是置换用CM(可寻址广告)不存在的情况下(S407为“否”),将向节目插入的CM原样地显示于显示机构350(S409)。
在确认(S404)的结果是当前时刻未到达start_time的情况下(S405为“否”),控制部330-1反复进行S404的确认处理直至当前时刻到达start_time为止。
对应的置换用CM(可寻址广告)不存在是指例如可以是与CM列表450记载的某CM的duration403一致的替换用CM(可寻址广告)不存在的情况、 或enable为1(能够置换)的CM在CM列表400之中不存在的情况。
另外,可以是如下情况:解析部330-2例如具有推断正在收看显示机构350显示中的节目的收看者的功能(未图示),并判断为对于该推断出的收看者而言最佳的CM不存在。
接下来,控制部330-1确认当前时刻是否到达CM的显示结束时刻(S410)。显示结束时刻可以根据start_time和duration来算出。
在确认(S410)的结果是当前时刻到达CM的显示结束时刻的情况下(S411为“是”),控制部330-1向解析部330-2询问并确认是否存在在到达显示结束时刻的CM之后继续显示的CM(S412)。
在向解析部330-2询问并确认(S412)的结果是存在在到达显示结束时刻的CM之后继续显示的CM的情况下(S413为“是”),控制部330-1返回S406的处理,进行是否存在取代已到达显示结束时刻的CM的接下来的CM而能够显示的替换用CM(可寻址广告)的询问(S406)。
在向解析部330-2询问并确认(S412)的结果是不存在在到达显示结束时刻的CM之后继续显示的CM的情况下(S413为“否”),控制部330-1向解析部330-2询问并确认是否在显示机构350显示中的节目中、在以后的时机显示CM(S414)。
在向解析部330-2询问并确认(S414)的结果是在以后的时机显示CM的情况下(S415为“是”),控制部330-1返回S405的处理,对于在以后的时机显示的CM继续进行替换用的CM是否存在的处理。
在向解析部330-2询问并确认(S414)的结果是在以后的时机不显示CM的情况下(S415为“否”),控制部330-1返回S402的处理,对于向新的节目插入的CM继续进行替换用的CM是否存在的处理。
这样,控制部330-1通过参照CM列表400,对于向进行广播的节目插入的全部的CM进行替换用CM(可寻址广告)是否存在的确认。
需要说明的是,S412的接续显示的CM是否存在的确认如果以图4B所示 的CM列表400为例,则是对于412的信息的CM来确认413的信息的CM。462的信息的CM和463的信息的CM如通过Event_ID编号来表示那样在同一节目中,是如Start_time及duration所示连续(继续)广播的CM。
另外,S414的是否在以后的时机显示CM的确认如果以图4B所示的CM列表400为例,则是在414的信息的CM的显示结束的时点确认415的信息的CM。414的信息的CM及415的信息的CM如Event_ID编号所示是在同一节目中广播的CM,415的信息的CM如Start_time及duration所示是与414的信息的CM不连续(不继续)地广播的CM。
需要说明的是,图4E所示的处理流程提示了根据EIT、CM时间段信息描述符而制作CM列表来进行处理的流程,但是也可以将EIT、CM时间段信息描述符的表格直接向记录介质160等保持,直接一边参照一边进行动作。
虽然使用附图说明了本发明的实施方式的广告替换处理部330及包含广告替换处理部330的可寻址广告系统的例子,但是没有限定为上述的例子。
在图1所示的可寻址广告系统的构成例中,以广播电台(广播信号发送装置)100发送通过MMT-TLV方式复用的广播波且广播信号接收装置140接收通过MMT-TLV方式复用的广播波的情况为例进行了说明,但是广播波可以是通过MPEG-2方式复用的广播波。在该情况下,CM时间段信息描述符可以是配置于EIT(Event Information Table)的描述符之一。或者,在图1所示的可寻址广告系统的构成例中,广播电台(广播信号发送装置)100可以经由网络130将节目内容向广播信号接收装置140发布。
另外,在图1所示的可寻址广告系统的构成例中,是仅包含1个广播信号接收装置140的例子,但也可以包含多个。此外,可寻址广告系统可以包含管理服务器,该管理服务器通过广播信号接收装置140分别具有的设备ID,经由网络130管理广播信号接收装置140,对于各个广播信号接收装置140提供独自的服务的管理服务器。
如以上所述,包含本发明的实施方式的广告替换处理部330的广播信号接 收装置140基于广播信号所包含的CM时间段信息描述符的CM时间段信息,对于显示机构350显示的节目的全部CM判断是否能够替换为可寻址广告(替换CM),对于能够替换的CM,可以替换为可寻址广告(替换CM)而显示于显示机构350。
由此,本发明的实施方式的广播信号接收装置仅通过广播信号所包含的CM时间段信息,根据向节目插入的CM,能够适当地替换为可寻址广告(替换CM)。
虽然说明了本发明的若干的实施方式,但是这些实施方式是作为例子而提示的方式,没有限定发明的范围。这些新的实施方式能够以其他的各种方式实施,在不脱离发明的主旨的范围内,能够进行各种省略、置换、变更。这些实施方式或其变形包含于发明的范围或主旨,并包含于权利要求书记载的发明及其等同的范围。此外,在权利要求项的各构成要素中,将构成要素分割表现的情况、或将多个合并表现的情况、或将它们组合表现的情况也是本发明的范畴。而且将权利要求项表现作为控制逻辑的情况、表现作为包含使计算机执行的指令的程序的情况、及表现作为记载有前述指令的计算机可读取的记录介质的情况下,也适用本发明的装置。而且,关于使用的名称或用语也没有限定,即便是其他的表现只要实质上为同一内容、相同意旨,就包含于本发明。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种广播信号接收装置,其接收通过广播信号传送来的节目,并且经由网络与一个或多个服务器连接,其中,所述广播信号装置包括:
    显示部,用于显示所述节目;及
    控制部,用于从所述广播信号中获取被插入在所述节目的广播时间段的第一广告的第一广播开始时刻和第一广播时间长度、或所述第一广播开始时刻和第一广播结束时刻,从所述一个或多个服务器获取具有第二广播时间长度的第二广告,
    所述控制部在所述第二广告的第二广播时间长度与所述第一广播时间长度、或与所述第一广播开始时刻和所述第一广播结束时刻的差量一致的情况下,将所述第一广告置换为所述第二广告,从所述第一广播开始时刻起将所述第二广告显示于所述显示部。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的广播信号接收装置,其中,
    所述控制部还从所述广播信号中获取允许将所述第一广告置换为所述第二广告而进行显示的标识符,在所述第二广告的第二广播时间长度与所述第一广播时间长度、或与所述第一广播开始时刻和所述第一广播结束时刻的差量一致的情况下,在所述标识符为允许的情况下,从所述第一广播开始时刻起将所述第一广告置换为所述第二广告而将所述第二广告显示于所述显示部。
  3. 一种广播信号接收方法,其是用于接收通过广播信号传送来的节目并且经由网络与一个或多个服务器连接的广播信号接收装置中的广播信号接收方法,其中,
    显示所述节目,
    从所述广播信号中获取被插入在所述节目的广播时间段的第一广告的第一广播开始时刻和第一广播时间长度、或所述第一广播开始时刻和第一广播结束时刻,从所述一个或多个服务器获取具有第二广播时间长度的第二广告,
    在获取到的所述第二广告的第二广播时间长度与所述第一广播时间长度、 或与所述第一广播开始时刻和所述第一广播结束时刻的差量一致的情况下,将所述第一广告置换为所述第二广告,从所述第一广播开始时刻起将所述第二广告显示于显示部。
  4. 一种广播信号发送装置,其将广播的节目通过广播信号发送,其中,
    所述广播信号发送装置通过所述广播信号发送时间段信息,所述时间段信息包含与向所述节目插入的广告的时间相关的信息。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的广播信号发送装置,其中,
    所述时间段信息包含所述广告的广播开始时刻和广播时间长度、或广播开始时刻和广播结束时刻。
  6. 一种广播信号发送方法,其是用于将广播的节目通过广播信号进行发送的广播信号发送装置的广播信号发送方法,其中,
    通过所述广播信号发送时间段信息,所述时间段信息包含与向所述节目插入的广告的时间相关的信息。
  7. 一种广播信号收发系统,其包括将广播的节目通过广播信号发送的广播信号发送装置和广播信号接收装置,所述广播信号接收装置接收通过所述广播信号传送来的所述节目,并且经由网络与一个或多个服务器连接,其中,
    所述广播信号发送装置通过所述广播信号发送时间段信息,所述时间段信息包含与向所述节目插入的广告的时间相关的信息,
    所述广播信号接收装置包括:
    显示部,其显示所述节目;及
    控制部,其从所述广播信号所包含的所述时间段信息获取被插入在所述节目的广播时间段的第一广告的第一广播开始时刻和第一广播时间长度、或所述第一广播开始时刻和第一广播结束时刻,从所述服务器获取具有第二广播时间长度的第二广告,
    所述控制部在所述第二广告的第二广播时间长度与所述第一广播时间长度、或与所述第一广播开始时刻和所述第一广播结束时刻的差量一致的情况下,将 所述第一广告置换为所述第二广告,从所述第一广播开始时刻起将所述第二广告显示于所述显示部。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的广播信号收发系统,其中,
    所述时间段信息包含所述广告的广播开始时刻和广播时间长度、或广播开始时刻和广播结束时刻。
  9. 一种广播信号收发方法,是用于广播信号收发系统的广播信号收发方法,所述广播信号收发系统包括将广播的节目通过广播信号发送的广播信号发送装置和广播信号接收装置,所述广播信号接收装置接收通过所述广播信号传送来的所述节目,并且经由网络与一个或多个服务器连接,其中,
    通过所述广播信号发送时间段信息,所述时间段信息包含与向所述节目插入的广告的时间相关的信息,
    从所述广播信号所包含的所述时间段信息获取被插入在所述节目的广播时间段的第一广告的第一广播开始时刻和第一广播时间长度、或所述第一广播开始时刻和第一广播结束时刻,从所述一个或多个服务器获取具有第二广播时间长度的第二广告,
    在获取到的所述第二广告的第二广播时间长度与所述第一广播时间长度、或与所述第一广播开始时刻和所述第一广播结束时刻的差量一致的情况下,将所述第一广告置换为所述第二广告,从所述第一广播开始时刻起将所述第二广告显示于显示部。
