图1是说明实施方式1的系统作为可寻址广告(以下,也称为CM)发布系统的运用的概要图。实施方式1的系统在通过广播波流动的面向大众的CM段中,对于特定的收看者,发布与该收看者的喜好相符的CM等的确定了对象收看者的可寻址CM。
如图1所示,实施方式1的系统例如具备与混合广播(Hybridcast)等广播通信协作服务对应的接收机5000、管理接收机5000的管理服务器3000。

在实施方式1的系统中,利用上述那样的可寻址CM的发布功能,接收机5000对于与接收机5000的收看者的喜好相符的CM进行录像。
(系统的概略结构)
图2是表示包含实施方式1的系统在内的整体结构的图。
如图2所示,广播电台1000具备安全装置1200及包含CM管理服务器的广播电台服务器1100。广播电台1000发送基于电波的广播信号。广播信号可包含BS广播、CS广播、地面数字广播等的信号。而且,广播电台1000发送数字广播信号、应用程序控制信息(AIT:Application Information Table)、与广播和通信的协作产生的提示相关的控制信息等。

接收机5000能够接收广播信号而接收各种广播节目及各种服务信息。接收机5000除了作为基本功能的数字广播的接收功能之外,还具备用于实现广播通信功能协作服务的功能。接收机5000可以使用宽带网络连接功能,接收经由网络的来自动态图像内容发布服务器的动态图像内容。
接收机5000除了宽带网络连接功能之外,还具备如下的功能。根据通过广 播发送来的应用程序控制信息而执行应用程序的功能、进行广播和通信的协作产生的提示的功能等。
在接收机5000能够连接数据记录播放用的HDD(Hard Disk Drive)或SSD(Solid State Drive)等记录介质5001,并且也能够连接显示器5002、扬声器系统5003。这些有时也预先包含于接收机5000。

解码后的影像数据及字幕数据由合成器5501合成而向显示器5002输入。 解码后的语音数据经由合成器5502向扬声器系统5003输入。
另外,由多路分配器5303分离的数据播放信号由数据播放接收处理部5330接收,向数据播放引擎5315输入。通过数据播放传送来的显示用信号向合成器5501输入而显示于显示器5002。
作为对接收机5000的整体性的动作进行控制的机构,设有综合控制器5200。综合控制器5200具有应用程序控制部5201、安全管理部5202。应用程序控制部5201基于应用程序控制信息所包含的各种信息、控制信息,来控制接收机5000的各模块。
另外,综合控制器5200当从用户经由GUI5220等而指定录像对象的广播节目等时,使用规定的内容保护方式将影像数据、字幕数据及语音数据等加密,转换成规定的记录格式之后,记录于记录介质5001,从而进行广播节目的录像。
另外,综合控制器5200当从用户经由GUI5220等而指定播放对象的录像节目等时,如下进行录像节目的播放:将记录介质5001所记录的数字的影像数据、字幕数据及语音数据等读出,并且向影像解码器5311、声音解码器5312及字幕解码器5313供给。

应用程序控制部5201基于与可寻址CM的播放相关的应用程序控制信息,对接收机5000的各模块进行控制,在规定的可寻址CM段中播放可寻址CM。
(管理服务器的构成例)
图5是表示实施方式1的管理服务器3000的功能部的构成例的图。如图5 所示,管理服务器3000具备收看历史获取部3110、收看历史解析部3120、CM信息生成部3210、CM信息发送部3220、用户属性存储部3310、收看历史存储部3320及CM信息存储部3330。

例如,收看历史解析部3120判定为:在播放广播节目“a”的关于商品“n”的面向大众CM的可寻址CM段中,适合对该接收机5000的收看者提供关于商品“m”的可寻址CM等。
另外,除此之外,还可以考虑如下情况等:面向有小孩的家庭的家长层,在认为家长收看的晚上的时间段的广播节目中设定的可寻址CM段中,提供与小孩相关的商品的可寻址CM。
CM信息生成部3210生成包含与该接收机5000的收看者的喜好相符的可寻址CM的信息在内的CM信息。这样的CM信息可以按照该家庭的各构成人员 来生成,CM信息生成部3210将这样的CM信息作为例如面向用户(A)的CM信息(A)3331、面向用户(B)的CM信息(B)3332……等而保存于CM信息存储部3330。

近年来,收集经由电视或互联网的内容的收看历史,进行收看者的喜好或购买行动等的解析。作为有效利用这样的解析结果的一个方法,存在面向特定的收看者的可寻址CM发布的需求。
在实施方式1的系统中,具有在通常的广播节目内的CM段对可寻址CM进行替换而切换显示的CM替换部5920。并且,录像处理部5740对替换后的可寻址CM原封不动地录像。由此,不仅仅是发布可寻址CM还能够对可寻址CM进行录像。

在上述的实施方式1、2及其变形例中,在正篇与可寻址CM的编码不同的情况下,可以将一方的流按照另一方的流的编码进行再编码,或者将双方按照另外的编码进行再编码。由此,能够简化播放处理。
在上述的实施方式1、2及其变形例中,播放下载到接收机5000的录像节目存储部5810的可寻址CM,但是也可以基于MPEG-DASH(MPEG Dynamic Adaptive Streaming over HTTP),对CM发布用服务器4000上的可寻址CM进行流播放。
在上述的实施方式1、2及其变形例中,说明了将广播节目内的CM段替换为可寻址CM的例子,但也可以对于通过互联网发布的内容适用实施方式1、2及其变形例。
另外,上述实施方式所示的各构成要素可以通过在计算机的硬盘装置等存储器中安装的程序来实现,而且可以将上述程序预先存储于计算机可读取的电子介质,通过使计算机从电子介质中读取程序而通过计算机来实现本发明的功能。作为电子介质,例如包含CD-ROM等记录介质或闪存器、可移动媒介等。此外,可以在经由网络连接的不同的计算机中分散存储构成要素,通过在使各构成要素发挥功能的计算机间进行通信来实现。
虽然说明了本发明的实施方式,但是该实施方式是作为例子而提示的方式,没有限定发明的范围。该新的实施方式能够以其他的各种方式实施,在不脱离发明的主旨的范围内,能够进行各种省略、置换、变更。这些实施方式或其变 形包含于发明的范围或主旨,并包含于权利要求书记载的发明及其等同的范围。

Claims (22)

  1. 一种接收装置,其中,包括:
    广播接收部,其通过广播信号来接收广播节目;
    录像处理部,其对接收到的所述广播节目进行录像;
    广告替换部,其将广播节目中的被许可替换的第一广告替换为规定的广告;及
    广告存储部,其保存基于收看者的喜好的第二广告,所述收看者的喜好是根据所述收看者的收看历史而解析出的喜好,
    所述广告替换部,用于在所述第一广告包含于通过所述广播接收部接收中的广播节目的情况下,将所述第一广告替换为在所述广告存储部中保存的所述第二广告,
    所述录像处理部,用于在所述广播节目中的所述第一广告被替换为所述第二广告的状态下进行录像而生成录像节目。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的接收装置,其中,
    所述录像处理部,用于在播放正篇及向所述正篇插入的所述第一广告的情况下,以与播放所述第一广告的顺序相同的顺序或不同的顺序对所述第二广告进行录像。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的接收装置,其中,
    所述广告替换部,用于在播放正篇及向所述正篇插入的所述第一广告的情况下,且在所述广告存储部未保存有所述第二广告的情况下,在所述第一广告的开始位置设立标志,在所述广告存储部保存了所述第二广告之后,进行从所述第一广告到所述第二广告的替换,
    所述录像处理部,用于在所述广告存储部保存了所述第二广告之后,以与播放所述第一广告的顺序不同的顺序对所述第二广告进行录像。
  4. 根据权利要求1或2所述的接收装置,其中,
    所述广告替换部,用于在所述第一广告包含于直播收看中的广播节目的情 况下,在所述直播收看中,将所述第一广告替换为所述广告存储部中保存的所述第二广告。
  5. 根据权利要求1~4中任一项所述的接收装置,其中,
    所述广告存储部,用于将基于多个收看者的各自的喜好的多个广告作为广告组保存,
    所述广告替换部,用于在进行广告替换的情况下替换为所述广告组,
    所述录像处理部,用于对所述广告组进行录像而生成录像节目组。
  6. 一种接收方法,其由接收广播节目并进行录像的接收装置执行,其中,在广告存储部保存基于收看者的喜好的第二广告,所述收看者的喜好是根据所述收看者的收看历史而解析出的喜好,
    在被许可替换的第一广告包含于接收中的广播节目的情况下,将所述第一广告替换为在所述广告存储部中保存的所述第二广告,
    在所述广播节目中的所述第一广告替换为所述第二广告的状态下进行录像而生成录像节目。
  7. 一种收发系统,其中,包括:
    接收装置,其接收广播节目并进行录像;及
    发送装置,其向所述接收装置发送信息而管理所述接收装置,
    所述发送装置包括:
    广告信息生成部,其生成广告信息,所述广告信息包含基于所述接收装置的收看者的喜好的广告的信息,所述收看者的喜好是根据所述收看者的收看历史而解析出的喜好;及
    广告信息发送部,其将生成的所述广告信息向所述接收装置发送,
    所述接收装置包括:
    广播接收部,其通过广播信号来接收广播节目;
    录像处理部,其对接收到的广播节目进行录像;
    广告替换部,其将广播节目中的被许可替换的第一广告替换为规定的广告;
    广告存储部,其保存基于所述广告信息的第二广告,
    所述广告替换部,用于在所述第一广告包含于通过所述广播接收部接收中的广播节目的情况下,将所述第一广告替换为在所述广告存储部中保存的所述第二广告,
    所述录像处理部,用于在所述广播节目中的所述第一广告被替换为所述第二广告的状态下进行录像而生成录像节目。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的收发系统,其中,
    所述录像处理部,用于在播放正篇及向所述正篇插入的所述第一广告的情况下,以与播放所述第一广告的顺序相同的顺序或不同的顺序对所述第二广告进行录像。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的收发系统,其中,
    所述广告替换部,用于在播放正篇及向所述正篇插入的所述第一广告的情况下,且在所述广告存储部未保存有所述第二广告的情况下,在所述第一广告的开始位置设立标志,在所述广告存储部保存了所述第二广告之后,进行从所述第一广告到所述第二广告的替换,
    所述录像处理部,用于在所述广告存储部保存了所述第二广告之后,以与播放所述第一广告的顺序不同的顺序对所述第二广告进行录像。
  10. 根据权利要求8或9所述的收发系统,其中,
    所述接收装置包括播放处理部,所述播放处理部用于播放所述录像节目,
    所述播放处理部,用于即使在所述录像处理部以与播放所述第一广告的顺序不同的顺序对所述第二广告进行录像的情况下,也在与所述第一广告的播放位置对应的播放位置播放所述第二广告。
  11. 根据权利要求7~10中任一项所述的收发系统,其中,
    所述广告替换部,用于在所述第一广告包含于直播收看中的广播节目的情况下,在所述直播收看中,将所述第一广告替换为所述广告存储部中保存的所述第二广告。
  12. 根据权利要求7~11中任一项所述的收发系统,其中,
    所述广告存储部将基于多个收看者的各自的喜好的多个广告作为广告组保存,
    所述广告替换部在进行广告的替换的情况下替换为所述广告组,
    所述录像处理部对所述广告组进行录像而生成录像节目组。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的收发系统,其中,
    所述接收装置包括:
    播放处理部,其播放所述录像节目组;及
    用户识别部,其识别多个所述收看者,
    所述用户识别部在通过所述播放处理部播放所述录像节目组的情况下,识别进行了所述录像节目组的播放操作的收看者,
    所述播放处理部播放所述录像节目组所包含的所述广告组中的基于识别出的所述收看者的喜好的广告。
  14. 一种由收发系统执行的方法,其中,该收发系统包括:
    接收装置,其接收广播节目并进行录像;及
    发送装置,其向所述接收装置发送信息而管理所述接收装置,
    在所述方法中,
    生成广告信息,该广告信息包含基于所述接收装置的收看者的喜好的广告的信息,所述收看者的喜好是根据所述收看者的收看历史而解析出的喜好,
    保存基于所述广告信息的第二广告,
    在被许可替换的第一广告包含于接收中的广播节目的情况下,将所述第一广告替换为被保存的所述第二广告,
    在所述广播节目中的所述第一广告被替换为所述第二广告的状态下进行录像而生成录像节目。
  15. 一种录像播放装置,其中,包括:
    录像处理部,其对接收到的广播节目进行录像;
    播放处理部,其播放录像节目;
    广告替换部,其将广播节目中的被许可替换的第一广告替换为规定的广告;及
    广告存储部,其保存基于收看者的喜好的第二广告,所述收看者的喜好是根据所述收看者的收看历史而解析出的喜好,
    所述广告替换部在接收中的广播节目包含所述第一广告的情况下,将所述第一广告替换为在所述广告存储部中保存的所述第二广告,
    所述录像处理部在所述广播节目中的所述第一广告被替换为所述第二广告的状态下进行录像而生成录像节目。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的录像播放装置,其中,
    所述录像处理部在播放正篇及向所述正篇插入的所述第一广告的情况下,以与播放所述第一广告的顺序相同的顺序或不同的顺序对所述第二广告进行录像。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的录像播放装置,其中,
    所述广告替换部在播放正篇及向所述正篇插入的所述第一广告的情况下,且在所述广告存储部未保存有所述第二广告的情况下,在所述第一广告的开始位置设立标志,在所述广告存储部保存了所述第二广告之后,进行从所述第一广告到所述第二广告的替换,
    所述录像处理部在所述广告存储部保存了所述第二广告之后,以与播放所述第一广告的顺序不同的顺序对所述第二广告进行录像。
  18. 根据权利要求16或17所述的录像播放装置,其中,
    所述播放处理部,用于即使在所述录像处理部以与播放所述第一广告的顺序不同的顺序对所述第二广告进行了录像的情况下,也在与所述第一广告的播放位置对应的播放位置播放所述第二广告。
  19. 根据权利要求15~18中任一项所述的录像播放装置,其中,
    所述广告替换部,用于在所述第一广告包含于直播收看中的广播节目的情 况下,在所述直播收看中,将所述第一广告替换为所述广告存储部中保存的所述第二广告。
  20. 根据权利要求15~19中任一项所述的录像播放装置,其中,
    所述广告存储部将基于多个收看者的各自的喜好的多个广告作为广告组保存,
    所述广告替换部在进行广告的替换的情况下替换为所述广告组,
    所述录像处理部对所述广告组进行录像而生成录像节目组。
  21. 根据权利要求20所述的录像播放装置,其中,
    所述录像播放装置包括识别多个所述收看者的用户识别部,
    所述用户识别部在通过所述播放处理部播放所述录像节目组的情况下,识别进行了所述录像节目组的播放操作的收看者,
    所述播放处理部播放所述录像节目组包含的所述广告组中的基于识别出的所述收看者的喜好的广告。
  22. 一种录像播放方法,其由进行广播节目的录像及录像节目的播放的录像播放装置执行,其中,
    将基于收看者的喜好的第二广告保存于广告存储部,所述收看者的喜好是根据所述收看者的收看历史而解析出的喜好,
    在被许可替换的第一广告包含于接收中的广播节目的情况下,将所述第一广告替换为在所述广告存储部中保存的所述第二广告,
    在所述广播节目中的所述第一广告被替换为所述第二广告的状态下进行录像而生成录像节目。
