Abstract
L'invention porte sur un procédé et sur un appareil permettant de réparer à distance une défaillance d'une armoire à colis express, sur une armoire à colis express et sur un support d'informations. Le procédé consiste : lorsqu'il est détecté qu'une armoire à colis express tombe en panne, à rapporter des informations de défaillance à un serveur, les informations de défaillance étant utilisées pour ordonner au serveur de générer un ordre de travail de maintenance en ligne correspondant aux informations de défaillance ; à recevoir une instruction d'opération de maintenance envoyée par un système d'exploitation de personnel d'exploitation et de maintenance par rapport à l'ordre de travail de maintenance en ligne ; et à commander, en fonction de l'instruction d'opération de maintenance, un bras robotique agencé sur l'armoire à colis express pour effectuer une opération de réparation de défaillance à distance.
