Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a compound for an organic electric element, an organic electric element using the same, and an electronic device thereof.
  • the organic light emitting phenomenon refers to a phenomenon that converts electrical energy into light energy using an organic material.
  • An organic electric device using an organic light emitting phenomenon usually has a structure including an anode and a cathode and an organic material layer therebetween.
  • the organic material layer is often composed of a multi-layer structure composed of different materials in order to increase the efficiency and stability of the organic electric device, and may be formed of, for example, a hole injection layer, a hole transport layer, a light emitting layer, an electron transport layer, and an electron injection layer.
  • Materials used as the organic material layer in the organic electric device may be classified into light emitting materials and charge transport materials, such as hole injection materials, hole transport materials, electron transport materials, and electron injection materials, depending on their function.
  • the light-emitting material may be classified into a polymer type and a low-molecular type according to the molecular weight, and a fluorescent material derived from the singlet excited state of the electron and a phosphorescent material derived from the triplet excited state of the electron according to the light emission mechanism. have.
  • the light-emitting material may be divided into blue, green, and red light-emitting materials and yellow and orange light-emitting materials necessary for realizing a better natural color according to the light-emitting color.
  • a host/dopant system may be used as a luminescent material.
  • the principle is that when a small amount of the dopant having a smaller energy band gap than the host forming the light emitting layer is mixed with the light emitting layer, excitons generated in the light emitting layer are transported to the dopant to produce high efficiency light. At this time, since the wavelength of the host moves to the wavelength of the dopant, light of a desired wavelength can be obtained according to the type of dopant used.
  • Efficiency, life, and driving voltage are related to each other. As the efficiency increases, the driving voltage decreases relatively, and as the driving voltage decreases, crystallization of organic substances due to Joule heating generated during driving decreases, and as a result, It shows a tendency to increase the life. However, simply improving the organic layer does not maximize efficiency. This is because long life and high efficiency can be achieved at the same time when the optimum combination of energy level, T1 value, and intrinsic properties (mobility, interfacial properties, etc.) of each organic material layer is achieved.
  • electrons are transferred from the electron transport layer to the light emitting layer, and holes are transferred from the hole transport layer to the light emitting layer to generate excitons by recombination.
  • the material used for the hole transport layer has to have a low HOMO value, most have a low T 1 value, and as a result, the exciton generated in the light emitting layer moves toward the hole transport layer interface or the hole transport layer, resulting in a hole transport layer. It causes light emission at the interface or charge unbalance in the light emitting layer to emit light at the hole transport layer interface.
  • the color purity and efficiency of the organic electrical device is lowered and a problem occurs in that the life is shortened. Therefore, it should be a material having a HOMO level between the HOMO energy level of the hole transport layer and the HOMO energy level of the light emitting layer, and has a high T1 value, and within a suitable driving voltage range (in the blue device driving voltage range of a full device) Development of a light-emitting auxiliary layer having mobility) is urgently required.
  • a light emitting layer and a light-emitting auxiliary layer material having stable characteristics that is, a high glass transition temperature, for Joule heating generated during device driving.
  • the low glass transition temperature of the light emitting layer layer and the auxiliary light emitting layer material degrades the uniformity of the surface of the thin film when driving the device, and the material may be deformed due to heat generated when the device is driven, which has been reported to have a great influence on device life.
  • the OLED device is mainly formed by a vapor deposition method, and it is necessary to develop a material that can withstand a long time during vapor deposition, that is, a material having strong heat resistance.
  • the material forming the organic material layer in the device for example, a hole injection material, a hole transport material, a light emitting material, an electron transport material, an electron injection material, a light emitting auxiliary layer material is stable and efficient It must be preceded by the material, but the development of a stable and efficient organic material layer material for an organic electric device has not been sufficiently achieved. Therefore, the development of new materials continues to be demanded, and in particular, the development of materials used for light-emitting auxiliary layers, light-emitting layers, and the like is urgently required.

Description

<비교화합물 A>
Figure PCTKR2019016179-appb-I000064
Figure PCTKR2019016179-appb-I000065
