具体实施方式
下面将结合本公开实施例中的附图,对本公开实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例是本公开一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本公开中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获取的所有其他实施例,都属于本公开保护的范围。
在相关技术中,显示画屏包括显示模组及设置在显示模组外周的框架。起装饰功能的织物用胶水直接粘贴在框架的前框表面。然而,前框为塑料材质,在产品运输过程中,在前框边缘处受外力的情况下,容易造成前框边缘处的织物与前框开胶,织物很容易翻边翘起,造成不良的发生。图1为相关 设计中框架的前框表面粘贴装饰层结构示意图,图2所示为图1的A-A’向剖视图。如图1和图2所示,在该设计中,在框架的前框1的展示面a上,可以采用胶水2粘贴的方式将装饰层3粘贴在前框1的展示面a,前框1为塑料材质,这种方法容易造成前框1的边缘处,尤其是内、外边缘处,装饰层3与前框1开胶,在产品运输过程中,在框架的边缘处受外力的情况下,装饰层3很容易翻边翘起,造成不良的发生。
针对上述框架的前框上所粘贴的装饰层边缘容易发生翻边翘起的问题,本公开实施例提供了一种显示装置,在显示装置设置有装饰层以满足装饰需求的同时,可以避免装饰层的边缘翻边翘起现象的发生。
图7所示为本公开实施例所提供的显示装置的断面结构示意图。
本公开实施例所提供的显示装置中的由第一框体、第二框体和第三框体所形成的框架可用于装饰及固定显示装置中的待装饰物,例如待装饰物可以为用于显示装饰画的显示模组。
如图3-图7所示,本公开实施例所提供的显示装置包括:多个第一框体100,所述多个第一框体100围设成中心区域具有容纳空间的第一框架。所述容纳空间用于容置所述待装饰物10如显示模组,以使得该第一框架围设于待装饰物10四周,对待装饰物10起装饰及固定作用。其中,所述第一框体100具有展示面101,该展示面为用于向用户展示的面,也即所述第一框体100中位于所述显示装置的显示侧所在一侧的表面。在所述展示面101上覆盖有装饰层200,且在所述展示面101的至少一侧边缘处设有凹槽,所述装饰层200的边缘设置在所述凹槽内,如图5所示。具体的,图6中有4个第一框体100,4个第一框体围成一个回字形的第一框架(图中虚线表示各个第一框体的连接位置,除了图6中的连接位置也可以是其他的连接位置),另外,这4个第一框体也可以是一体成型形成该第一框架。
采用本公开的方案,通过在第一框体100的展示面101的边缘处设置凹槽,使得第一框体100的展示面101上所覆盖的装饰层200的边缘可以固定于凹槽内,这样,该显示装置即使在受到外力时,装饰层200的边缘也不易从凹槽内脱出,可避免装饰层200的边缘翻边翘起。
在一种示例性的实施例中,所述装饰层200通过粘贴方式覆盖于所述第 一框体100的展示面101上。当然可以理解的是,所述装饰层200也可以是利用其他方式覆盖固定于所述第一框体100的展示面101上。
此外,在本公开所提供的可选实施例中,所述装饰层200通过胶层如热熔胶层102粘贴固定于所述第一框体100的展示面101上。
当装饰层200利用胶水粘贴固定于第一框体100的展示面101上的情况下,在粘贴装饰层200时,会存在如下问题:采用胶水粘贴装饰层200时,需要首先在第一框体100的展示面101上涂上胶水,然后,将装饰层200铺展粘贴于第一框体100的展示面101上,这样,在整个粘贴过程中,装饰层200很容易发生褶皱,且一旦发生褶皱,很难修复。
在本公开所提供的一些实施例中,所述装饰层和所述展示面之间具有胶层如热熔胶层,所述装饰层和展示面通过热熔胶粘贴在一起。在具体的装饰层200粘贴过程中,如图3-图7所示,可采用如下方法来实现:首先,将热熔胶膜和装饰层200原料分别分切成小规格尺寸(装饰层200易拉伸变形,分切时应管控张力,避免装饰层200边缘有拉丝现象);然后,利用热贴合机,将分切好的热熔胶膜与装饰层200贴合在一起(由于装饰层200容易拉伸变形,热贴合时,放料和走料过程中,不能有张力,避免装饰层200拉伸变形);接着,利用模切机,将贴合好的热熔胶膜和装饰层200,冲切成所需要的形状(冲切时刀具要锋利,避免毛丝过长,造成装饰层200边缘翘起);然后排掉废料,废料为切割掉的多余热熔胶膜和装饰层;最后,将冲切好的装饰层200和热熔胶,覆盖在第一框体100的展示面101上,对热熔胶热融,使得装饰层200贴附于第一框体100的展示面101上。
由此可见,利用热熔胶层将装饰层200粘贴于第一框体100的展示面101上时,首先将热熔胶与装饰层200贴合在一起,再将装饰层200与热熔胶一起覆盖在第一框体100的展示面101上,通过对热熔胶热融实现粘贴,这样,可以使得装饰层200在整个粘贴过程中保持平整,不易发生褶皱,提高了产品的良率,提高装饰层200贴合平整度。
此外,在一种示例性的实施例中,如图3-图7所示,所述展示面101包括靠近所述第一框架的中心区域的内边缘、及远离所述第一框架中心区域的外边缘,所述凹槽包括在所述第一框体100的展示面101的外边缘设置的、 沿所述展示面101的外边缘延伸的第一凹槽310,所述装饰层200的外边缘固定于所述第一凹槽310内。
所述显示装置还包括:多个第二框体400,每个第二框体400设置于与其相对应的第一框体100的外边缘,并与对应的第一框体100固定连接,且每个第二框体400的至少一部分覆盖住所述第一凹槽310的开口。具体的,如图6所示,显示装置包含4个第二框体400,各个第二框体400在图6中虚线的位置连接在一起,形成一个回字形的结构,另外该回字形结构也可以是一体成型结构。
每个第二框体400与相对应的第一框体100之间通过粘贴或卡合等固定方式连接在一起。
本公开中的装饰层的材料为布或者塑料,也可以是其他材料,只要能起到装饰作用同时不影响产品其他功能的材料都是可以的;装饰层可以是整层平铺,也可以是镂空结构。不影响产品其他功能主要是指,例如对应第一框体的展示面下部的位置可能会设置喇叭,此时可能会在展示面上打孔,此时为了不影响喇叭播放效果,采用透气的布材就是比较好的选择。
本公开中的展示面包括靠近所述第一框架的中心区域的内边缘、及远离所述第一框架中心区域的外边缘,凹槽包括在所述第一框体的展示面的外边缘设置的、沿所述展示面的外边缘延伸的第一凹槽310,所述装饰层的外边缘设置在所述第一凹槽内,如图3和图4所示。所述显示装置还包括:多个第二框体,每个第二框体设置于与其相对应的第一框体的展示面的外边缘,并与对应的第一框体连接,且每个第二框体的至少一部分覆盖所述第一凹槽的开口。
采用本公开的方案,所述显示装置还可以包括多个第二框体400,每个第二框体400起到与相应的第一框体100配合装饰及固定待装饰物10的作用,由于第一框体100的内、外侧长度较长,且在组装过程中,其第一框体100在粘贴好装饰层200后需要进行运输,以与第二框体400等结构再进行组装,从而,在运输过程中,第一框体100的外边缘更容易受力而发生翻边翘起,因此,在本公开的示例性的实施例中,在所述第一框体100的展示面101的外边缘设置第一凹槽310,该第一凹槽310沿第一框体100的外边缘延伸, 相应的,装饰层200的外边缘固定在该第一凹槽310内,以避免装饰层200的外边缘发生翻边翘起;此外,第二框体400至少一部分覆盖住所述第一凹槽310的开口,可以起到遮挡住第一凹槽310及装饰层200的边缘,而更加美观,以及,将装饰层200进一步压在第一框体100上,以进一步防止装饰层200边缘翘起的目的。
此外,在本公开所提供的一种示例性的实施例中,如图7所示,所述每个第二框体400包括:
第二框体板410,所述第二框体板410覆盖住所述第一凹槽310的开口;及,
第二框体壁420,所述第二框体壁与第二框体板形成L型,换言之,所述第二框体壁大致垂直地设置在所述第二框体板上。
所述第二框体400可以是一体成型的L型结构,其第二框体板410用于与第一框体100的展示面101配合,起到正面装饰作用,且第二框体板410的一部分覆盖住第一凹槽310,以起到遮挡第一凹槽310及装饰层200的边缘,更加美观的目的,以及进一步防止装饰层200边缘翘起的目的,其第二框体壁420则起到侧面装饰作用。
应当理解的是,所述第二框体400的结构并不局限于此。
此外,在本公开所提供的一种示例性的实施例中,所述显示装置还包括:多个第三框体,每个第三框体设置于与其相对应的第一框体的展示面的内边缘,并与相对应的第一框体连接,且每个第三框体的至少一部分覆盖在所述装饰层的内边缘上。具体如图6和图7所示,所述显示装置包括4个第三框体500,每个第三框体500设置于与其相对应的所述第一框体100的展示面的内边缘,并与相对应的第一框体100连接,且所述第三框体500的至少一部分覆盖在所述装饰层200的内边缘201上。
采用上述方案,所述显示装置包括的每个第三框体500起到与相应的第一框体100配合装饰及固定待装饰物10的作用,由于第一框体100的内、外侧长度较长,且在组装过程中,其第一框体100可与第三框体500先组装好之后,再进行运输,而与第二框体400等结构再进行组装,因此,在本公开的示例性的实施例中,在所述第一框体100的展示面101的内边缘处所设置 的第三框体500,可以一部分覆盖住所述装饰层200的内边缘201,这样,第三框体500起到遮挡住装饰层200的内边缘201,以使得显示装置更加美观的目的,并且,第三框体500可将装饰层200进一步压在第一框体100的展示面101上,以防止装饰层200的内边缘翘起的目的。
本实施例中,每个所述第三框体500与相应的所述第一框体100通过粘贴等方式固定在一起。
在本公开所提供的可选实施例中,如图3-4所示,所述第一框体100的展示面101的内边缘设有沿所述第一框体100的内侧边延伸的第二凹槽320;所述第三框体500上设有凸起部501,所述凸起部501容纳于所述第二凹槽320内,且所述凸起部501与所述第二凹槽320固定连接。
采用上述方案,所述第三框体500与所述第一框体100之间,可以通过在第一框体100的展示面101的内边缘所设置的第二凹槽320、及在所述第三框体500上所设置的凸起部501之间的连接,来实现固定连接,结构简单,组装方便。当然可以理解的是,在实际应用中,所述第三框体500与所述第一框体100之间的固定连接结构可有多种,对此不进行限定。
可选的,所述凸起部501与所述第二凹槽320之间通过焊接方式连接,具体地,可通过超声波焊接方式固定连接。
采用上述方案,所述第三框体500与所述第一框体100均为塑料材质时,可以采用超声波焊接方式来进行固定连接,工艺简单,连接牢固、可靠。当然可以理解的是,以上仅为所述第三框体500与所述第一框体100之间的可选固定连接方式,在实际应用中,还可以采用其他方式如过盈配合等,对此并不作限定。
在本实施例的另一实施方式中,所述第二凹槽320沿所述第一框体100的内侧边延伸贯穿形成通孔,所述第三框体500上设有凸起部501,所述凸起部501容纳于所述通孔内,且所述凸起部501与所述通孔固定连接。
采用上述方案,所述第三框体500与所述第一框体100之间,可以通过在第一框体100的展示面101的内边缘所设置的通孔、及在所述第三框体500上所设置的凸起部501之间的连接,来实现固定连接,结构简单,组装方便。当然可以理解的是,在实际应用中,所述第三框体500与所述第一框体100 之间的固定连接结构可有多种,对此不进行限定。
此外,在本公开所提供的一种示例性的实施例中,所述装饰层200的内边缘可与所述第二凹槽320的开口边缘齐平(即,所述装饰层200的内边缘延伸至所述第二凹槽320的开口边缘但未延伸进入所述第二凹槽320中,如图7中所示);或者,在本公开所提供的另一种示例性的实施例中,所述装饰层200的内边缘也可伸入至所述第二凹槽320内,并固定于所述第二凹槽320内。
本实施例中,所述第一框体100的内边缘可以设置一个所述第二凹槽320;所述第一框体100的内边缘也可以设置两个所述第二凹槽320,一个所述第二凹槽320用于固定装饰层200的内边缘,另一个所述第二凹槽320用于固定第三框体500。
在本公开所提供的一种示例性的实施例中,如图5和图7所示,每个所述第三框体500包括:
第三框体板510,所述第三框体板510覆盖于所述第一框体100的展示面101的一部分,且覆盖所述第二凹槽320的开口及所述装饰层200的内边缘;及,
第三框体壁520,所述第三框体壁与所述第三框体壁形成L型,换言之,所述第三框体壁大致垂直地设置在所述第三框体壁上;
其中,所述凸起部可设置于所述第三框体板和/或所述第三框体壁上。具体的,如图7所示,所述凸起部501设置在第三框体板510上。
采用上述方案,每个所述第三框体500的横截面可以是一体成型的L型结构,其第三框体板510用于与第一框体100的展示面101配合,起到正面装饰作用,且第三框体板510的一部分覆盖住第二凹槽320的开口及装饰层200的内边缘,以起到遮挡第二凹槽320及装饰层200的内边缘,更加美观的目的,以及将装饰层200的内边缘压在第一框体100上,以进一步防止装饰层200的内边缘翘起的目的,其第三框体壁520则起到侧面装饰作用。
应当理解的是,每个所述第三框体500的结构并不局限于此。
此外,在本公开所提供的示例性的实施例中,所述第一框体100、所述第二框体400及所述第三框体500均为采用塑料材料制成,且所述第一框体 100可为采用塑料材质制成的一体成型结构,所述第二框体400可以为采用塑料材质制成的一体成型结构,所述第三框体500可以为采用塑料材料制成的一体成型结构。所述塑料材料可以包括ABS工程塑料等。当然可以理解的是,对于所述第一框体100、所述第二框体400和所述第三框体500的具体材料及具体结构并不以此为限。
此外,在本公开所提供的示例性的实施例中,如图7所示,所述显示装置还包括:后壳600,所述后壳600包括后壳板610和后壳壁620,所述后壳板和后壳壁形成L型结构(即,后壳壁大致垂直地设置在所述后壳板上);所述第一框体100包括:第一框体板110,所述第一框体板110包括第一表面和与所述第一表面相对设置的第二表面,所述第一表面为第一框体的展示面101;及,第一框体壁120,所述第一框体壁为设置于所述第二表面的凸起结构;所述后壳壁设置在所述第二框体壁与第一框体壁之间。所述第一框体板110与所述第一框体壁120连接后的结构的横截面(具体如图6的C-C’位置的横截面)呈L形或T形,其中,所述第一框体100的第一框体壁120与所述后壳600的后壳壁固定连接。
采用上述方案,如图7所示,由显示装置中的所述第一框体、第二框体和第三框体组成的框架可起到对待装饰物10的装饰及固定作用。以该待装饰物10为显示模组为例,所述显示装置还可以包括后壳600,其中后壳600的后壳壁可以与第一框体100的第一框体壁120进行固定连接,以实现第一框体100和后壳600之间的固定,而第二框体400的第二框体壁420则位于第一框体壁120和后壳壁620的外侧,起到对侧面装饰及固定的作用,这种结构简单,易组装。
当然可以理解的是,以上仅是对于所述显示装置的示例性的实施例进行说明,在实际应用中,并不以此限定所述显示装置的具体结构。
本公开示例性的实施例中所提供的显示装置中的第一框体、第二框体和第三框体,在进行组装时,可以采用如下步骤来实现:
首先,如图5所示,将装饰层200与热熔胶贴合一起,覆盖在第一框体100的展示面101,将装饰层200的外边缘沉入第一凹槽310内,通过热熔夹具700将装饰层200的外边缘热压入第一凹槽310内,以将装饰层200的外 边缘通过热熔胶与第一凹槽310的底部粘合在一起,防止装饰层200的外边缘脱出;然后,将装饰层200的内边缘通过切刀切开,通过热熔胶将装饰层200粘贴在第一框体100的展示面101上,并通过第三框体500将装饰层200的内边缘压住,通过超声波熔接的方式将第三框体500与第一框体100相连接,第三框体500与第一框体100固定后装饰层200边缘无法外露,保护装饰层200的内边缘,防止翘起,整体产品包装后进行运输,防止了产品在运输及组装过程中由于装饰层200边缘受力翘起造成的不良发生;最后,将第二框体400及后壳600,与第一框体100进行组装,以固定待装饰物10。
此外,所述显示装置还包括设置在第一框架的容纳空间中的待装饰物10如显示模组。该显示模组可以作为画屏,进行装饰画显示。

  1. 一种显示装置,包括:
    多个第一框体,所述多个第一框体围设成具有容纳空间的第一框架;
    设置在所述容纳空间内的显示模组;
    设置在所述第一框体的展示面上的装饰层;及
    形成在所述第一框体中并位于所述展示面的凹槽;
    其中,所述装饰层的边缘设置在所述凹槽内。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的显示装置,其中,所述装饰层通过粘贴方式覆盖于所述第一框体的展示面上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的显示装置,其中,所述显示装置还包括设置在所述装饰层和所述展示面之间的胶层;所述装饰层和所述展示面通过所述胶层粘贴固定。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的显示装置,其中,所述装饰层的材料为布或塑料。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的显示装置,其中,所述凹槽包括形成在所述第一框体中并位于所述展示面的第一凹槽;所述装饰层包括内边缘和外边缘;所述装饰层的外边缘相对于所述装饰层的内边缘远离所述第一框架的中心区域;所述装饰层的外边缘设置在所述第一凹槽内;
    所述显示装置还包括多个第二框体,所述第二框体设置在所述第一框体上并至少覆盖所述第一凹槽的开口。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的显示装置,其中,所述第二框体至少覆盖位于所述第一框体上的所述装饰层。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的显示装置,其中,每个第二框体包括:
    第二框体板,所述第二框体板覆盖所述第一凹槽的开口;及,
    第二框体壁,所述第二框体壁大致垂直地设置在所述第一框体板上。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的显示装置,其中,所述显示装置还包括多个第三框体,所述第三框体设置在所述第一框体上并至少部分覆盖所述装饰层的内边缘。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的显示装置,其中,所述凹槽还包括形成在所述第一框体中并位于所述展示面的第二凹槽;所述第二凹槽相对于所述第一凹槽靠近所述第一框架的中心区域;
    所述第三框体上设有凸起部,所述凸起部设置在所述第二凹槽内,且所述凸起部与所述第二凹槽固定连接。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的显示装置,其中,所述装饰层的内边缘与所述第二凹槽的开口边缘齐平;或者,所述装饰层的内边缘设置在所述第二凹槽内。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的显示装置,其中,所述装饰层包括内边缘和外边缘;所述装饰层的外边缘相对于所述装饰层的内边缘远离所述第一框架的中心区域;
    所述显示装置还包括多个第三框体,所述第三框体设置在所述第一框体上并至少部分覆盖在所述装饰层的内边缘。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的显示装置,其中,所述凹槽包括形成在所述第一框体中并位于所述展示面的第二凹槽;所述第三框体上设有凸起部,所述凸起部设置在所述第二凹槽内,且所述凸起部与所述第二凹槽固定连接。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的显示装置,其中,所述凸起部与所述第二凹槽之间通过焊接方式连接。
  14. 根据权利要求12所述的显示装置,其中,所述装饰层的内边缘与所述第二凹槽的开口边缘齐平;或者,所述装饰层的内边缘设置在所述第二凹槽内。
  15. 根据权利要求12所述的显示装置,其中,每个第三框体包括:
    第三框体板,所述第三框体板覆盖所述第一框体的展示面的一部分,且覆盖所述第二凹槽的开口及所述装饰层的内边缘;及,
    第三框体壁,所述第三框体壁大致垂直于所述第三框体板;
    其中,所述凸起部设置于所述第三框体板和/或所述第三框体壁上。
