除非另有定义,本文所使用的所有的技术和科学术语与属于本发明的技术领域的技术人员通常理解的含义相同。本文中在本发明的说明书中所使用的术语只是为了描述具体的实施例的目的,不是旨在于限制本发明。
本发明提供一种宠物生活用盆100,用于为宠物尤其是宠物猫提供生活及方便的空间。
实施例一
请参照图1至图3,为本发明一较佳实施例的宠物生活用盆100,包括盆体10、驱动盆体10转动的转动驱动部件20及垃圾盒30,盆体10为相对封闭的盆体,宠物可在盆体10内活动,转动驱动部件20驱动盆体10转动,以倒出宠物砂(猫砂或者其他宠物的砂)、结团便便和垃圾及返回宠物砂,垃圾盒30安装于盆体10的下方,并与盆体10之间形成垃圾容置腔,垃圾盒30用于收集盆体10倒出的结团便便和垃圾。
上述的宠物生活用盆100还可包括连接垃圾盒30和盆体10的支撑壳50。
请参照图1与图2,盆体10包括内壳11、外壳12及若干个侧板13,内壳11呈空心设置,以在内壳11内形成一容置腔体,宠物砂装在该容置腔体内,该容置腔体的容积远大于宠物的体积,方便宠物在盆体10内部活动。内壳11偏心嵌套并固定在外壳12内,内壳11靠近外壳12的一侧开设有内壳通道14,外壳12开设有外壳通道15,内壳通道14与外壳通道15的位置相对应且相互连通,这样宠物可以从该外壳通道15,经内壳通道14进入内壳11内部。
请参照图3,侧板13安装在内壳11与外壳12之间,侧板13、内壳11及外壳12共同围成一中转腔体16。优选为侧板13、内壳11及外壳12远离外壳通道15的一侧共同围成一中转腔体16。
请参照图5至图7,内壳11对应中转腔体16的位置开设有若干出砂孔17,该出砂孔17用于倒出干净的猫砂等宠物砂。出砂孔17的直径设置为10mm-20mm,大于干净的猫砂或其他宠物砂的直径,小于结团的猫砂或其他宠物砂的直径,使得盆体10转动时,干净的猫砂或其他宠物砂可以由该出砂孔17倒出至中转腔体16,而与便便结团后的猫砂或其他宠物砂则留在内壳11内,盆体10再转动一个角度时,内壳11内部的结团后的猫砂或其他宠物砂由内壳通道14、外壳 通道15倒出至垃圾盒30。
本实施例中,若干出砂孔17形成网状结构,节省了占用空间,且能有效地出砂。请参照图3,内壳11靠近外壳12且相对内壳通道14远离出砂孔17的一侧开设有回砂通道18,内壳11对应回砂通道18远离内壳通道14的一侧具有朝向外壳12延伸的封闭部110,该封闭部110与外壳12相切并连接侧板13,以使得内壳11转动时,中转腔体16内的宠物砂随着内壳11转动至回砂通道18的位置时可以直接由回砂通道18进入内壳11,盆体10再转动时,由于回砂通道18下方与外壳12相切而封闭,宠物砂不会再次回到中转腔体16,全部由回砂通道18进入内壳11,由此宠物砂从外壳12内侧进入回砂通道18时的轨迹曲线光顺,无拐点,宠物砂在无阻挡、无死角、无停留的通过回砂通道18滑进内壳11。中转腔体16、内壳通道14及回砂通道18沿着盆体10的转动方向依次设置,当转动驱动部件20驱动盆体10转动时,干净的猫砂可以由该出砂孔17倒出至中转腔体16,盆体10继续转动,与便便结团的大尺寸的宠物砂则由内壳通道14及外壳通道15倒出至下方的垃圾盒30内,然后盆体10继续转动,中转腔体16内的干净的宠物砂移动至回砂通道18处,并由回砂通道18进入内壳11内部继续使用。
本实施例中,内壳11、外壳12均呈球形状,使得整个盆体10形成球体状。当然,内壳11、外壳12也可以是其他的形状,不限于球形,此处只是以球形为举例。
请参照图5与图6,侧板13包括第一侧板131与第二侧板132,第一侧板131、第二侧板132分别安装于内壳11与外壳12之间靠近两个相对的端部的位置,且分别与外壳12和内壳11密封连接,第一侧板131、第二侧板132、内壳11及外壳12远离外壳通道15的一侧共同围成上述的中转腔体16,第一侧板131 与内壳11、外壳12的端部形成第一封闭腔体101,第二侧板132与内壳11、外壳12的端部形成第二封闭腔体102,第一封闭腔体101与第二封闭腔体102用于容纳电路部件。第一封闭腔体101与第二封闭腔体102内的所有电路部件灌胶密封,起到导热、防水、减震的作用。
封闭部110的两侧分别抵接第一侧板131、第二侧板132,进而对回砂通道18沿着内壳11转动方向的下方两侧进行密封。
第一侧板131与第二侧板132优选为与内壳11呈倾斜角度设置,使得中转腔体16体积尽量大,以容纳更多的宠物砂。
内壳11、外壳12及垃圾盒30均采用冷触媒、纳米银等杀菌材料制成,可抑制细菌、真菌、霉菌以及其它微生物的生长,具有分解、杀菌能力。
请参照图10,上述的第一侧板131与第二侧板132均呈环形状,第一侧板131、第二侧板132的内端与内壳11固定连接,第一侧板131、第二侧板132的外端均设有密封胶条133,在外壳12的内壁设有自锁槽120,第一侧板131、第二侧板132的密封胶条卡在上述的自锁槽120内,以与外壳12密封连接,这样中转腔体16内的猫砂不会泄漏,第一封闭腔体101与第二封闭腔体102也能更好地封装电路部件。
请参照图5与图6,转动驱动部件20安装于第一封闭腔体101内。请参照图10,本实施例中,在外壳12的端部开设有一安装孔21,转动驱动部件20安装于该安装孔21内,以驱动外壳12转动,内壳11在外壳12的作用下一起转动。本实施例中,转动驱动部件20为减速步进电机,可以按照设定的时间和速度转动和停止,步进电机具有的自锁刹车,在步进电机停机时锁住转动轴,自锁可以阻止内壳11连同12外壳受到外力时一起转动。宠物离开后自动启动转动驱动部件20,盆体10顺时针转动,自动控制清除结团的宠物砂便团。当然, 也可以手动开启转动驱动部件20。
请参照图3与图7,中转腔体16与回砂通道18之间设有导流板19,导流板19的一侧抵接内壳11,另一侧抵接外壳12,该导流板19可以在盆体10转动时引导中转腔体16内的宠物砂流至回砂通道18处,防止宠物砂漏在内壳11与外壳12之间的死角处。具体地,导流板19包括第一板体103与第二板体104,第一板体103的一端与第二板体104的一端连接并位于中转腔体16内,第一板体103的另一端延伸至内壳通道14的一侧,第二板体104的另一端延伸至内壳通道14的另一侧,以使中转腔体16通过导流板19连通回砂通道18。
请参照图1与图10,外壳12开设有换砂口121,该换砂口121安装有密封塞122。换砂口121用于倒出不再使用的宠物砂和/或尿液。本实施例中,换砂口121开设于外壳12对应中转腔体16的位置。当宠物砂使用达到其时间而需要更换时,取出密封塞122,盆体10转动后,宠物砂漏到中转腔体16内,再由换砂口121流出。密封塞122开设有若干用于排出内壳11内的粉尘的粉尘孔。具体地,密封塞122包括塞子本体及盖设塞子本体的盖子,塞子本体开设于内粉尘孔,盖子开设有外粉尘孔,当内粉尘孔和外粉尘孔正对时,打开粉尘孔,当内粉尘孔和外粉尘孔错开时,关闭粉尘。
例如,粉尘孔的直径小于2mm,从而在密封塞122未打开,粉尘孔打开时,盆体10内的粉尘可以通过该粉尘孔飞出,尤其密封塞随盆体10转动至垃圾盒30处时,粉尘通过粉尘孔掉到下方的垃圾盒30内,这样能主动清除粉尘,避免扬起粉尘污染室内环境空间,当发生过多尿液,无法被猫砂完全吸收时,也从粉尘孔流出到垃圾盒30内。当粉尘孔关闭时,盆体10内的粉尘不可以通过该粉尘孔飞出,虽然此时有粉尘污染,宠物砂却能全部被利用。
当换砂口121的位置不对应中转腔体16时,由于宠物砂在内壳11内,不 在内壳11与外壳12之间,此时在内壳11上开设有对应换砂口121的内壳砂口(图未示),且内壳砂口与换砂口121通过换砂管连通。请参照图1,垃圾盒30通过支撑壳50连接盆体10。具体是,支撑壳50的一端密封连接垃圾盒30,另一端抵接外壳12的侧壁,盆体10枢接支撑壳50以沿支撑壳50转动。支撑壳50可以是一体开模或者可拆卸设置,盆体10可以是一体开模或者可拆卸设置。
请参照图6、图8与图10,在盆体10上第一封闭腔体101或第二封闭腔体102内安装有智能控制板108,用于连接各个电子部件,自动接收电子部件的信息,及控制电子部件运行。智能控制板108可以连接互联网、局域网和移动网络,还可以连接到手机APP和遥控器,通过手机APP可以接收电子部件的信息,及控制电子部件运行。智能控制板108电连接若干电路板,以通过电路板电连接各个电路部件,例如摄像头、传感器等电路部件。
盆体10设有干燥剥离筛分机构,用于干燥盆体10、剥离粘在盆体10内壁的物质并筛分内壳内的物质,该物质例如猫砂与便便的混合物、宠物狗的便便等、干净猫砂等。
请参照图6与图8,上述的干燥剥离筛分机构包括设于内壳11外侧壁或内壳11与外壳12之间的冷热控制模块105、安装于盆体10上的抽湿鲜风机构及安装于盆体10的侧壁的温湿度传感器109。
冷热控制模块105与智能控制板108电连接,用于在温度较低时或者湿度较大时自动启动或人工控制启动加热,在温度较高时自动启动制冷,使得盆体10内的环境更适应宠物生活。冷热控制模块105可以主动加热,同时还可以启动震动驱动部件40,去掉尿液,去掉湿气,也可以通过排气扇通风,在炎热的夏天,除了通风降低温度,甚至启动冷热控制模块制冷,给宠物一个舒适的空间。宠物拉稀或尿尿时,也将启动加热,保证宠物砂的干燥,谢绝细菌滋生, 冬暖夏凉。
本实施例中,冷热控制模块105为一冷热控制模块,安装于内壳11的外壁上。在外壳12与内壳11之间对应第一侧板131和第二侧板132之间冷热控制模块位置设有挡砂板135,挡砂板135与外壳12、内壳11、第一侧板131、第二侧板132及封闭部110共同形成一加热密闭腔体,该加热密闭腔体可以用于防止宠物砂和尿液进入冷热控制模块与外壳12、内壳11围成的空间内,保证冷热控制模块105正常工作。该加热密闭腔体还可以安装电路部件,且加热密闭腔体内灌胶密封,起到导热、防水、减震的效果。加热密闭腔体与第一密闭腔体、第二密闭腔体102隔开从而进行隔热。可以理解地,冷热控制模块105也可安装于内壳11的内壁上。
请继续参照图8,温湿度传感器109安装于内壳11对应于第二密闭腔体102内,并伸入内壳11,温湿度传感器109通过第一电路板143与智能控制板108电连接,用于探测内壳11内的温度和湿度,以准确地控制盆体10内的环境。当然,也可以分别设置温度传感器和湿度传感器。当温湿度传感器109感应到内部湿度较大时,启动冷热控制模块105加热,同时,还可以启动排气扇抽风。
上述的干燥剥离筛分机构还包括震动驱动部件,震动驱动部件包括立体震动部件40与超声震动部件41。
请参照图8,立体震动部件40安装于上述的加热密闭腔体内,用于驱动盆体10立体方向震动,加速便便的剥离。立体震动部件包括在各个方向上分别震动的若干电机或电磁振动器,通过控制器可以控制电机或电磁振动器的震动方向,使得震动合成为一个特定角度的方向定向定量震动,形成立体变频震动,用于摊平、摊开盆体10内的宠物砂,剥离便便防止内壳11的内壁粘连便便,清理盆体10内的沙尘使沙尘分离,还有驱蚤杀虫的作用。
超声震动部件41安装于上述的加热密闭腔体内并靠近所述出砂孔17处,该超声震动部件为低振幅、高频率的超声震动部件,用于驱动盆体10沿多个方向震动。超声震动部件41还对内壳11内的砂子具有加速干燥的作用。
立体震动部件40加上超声震动部件41的驱动,使得盆体10可以沿多个方向震动。超声震动部还可以改善猫砂和内壳上超微细尘埃分离。立体震动部件40与超声震动部件均电连接智能控制板108,由智能控制板控制震动驱动部件40运行。
请参照图5与图6,抽湿鲜风机构包括开设于内壳11的端部的位置即内壳11位于侧板13的外侧的内壳过滤通道112、开设于外壳12上的外壳过滤通道123、排气管124及安装于盆体10内位于排气管124口的排气扇134,内壳过滤通道112延伸于外壳过滤通道123内,内壳过滤通道112的外壁与外壳过滤通道123的内壁相抵接,以对外壳12进行固定,排气管124连通内壳过滤通道112并延伸至盆体10外,内壳11内有灰尘时或者湿度较大时,排气扇134启动抽走内壳11内的灰尘,干净空气从外壳通道15吸进内壳11内,净化盆体10内的空气,减少灰尘、臭味,并抽走内壳11内部的水分,降低盆体10内的湿度。
支撑壳50的截面呈圆柱状设置,内部空心,外壳12以及垃圾盒30均伸入支撑壳50的端部内连接支撑壳50。支撑壳50可以是几个零部件可拆卸设置或者是一体成型。
进一步,支撑壳50与外壳12之间设有一轴承件158,以使得盆体10与支撑壳50之间的转动阻力减小,连接更灵活。
进一步,支撑壳50对应于外壳过滤通道123处设有密封板157,轴承件158安装于密封板157上,排气管124穿设密封板157。密封板157与支撑壳50连接或者一体成型。
盆体10设有环境控制机构,用于改善、控制盆体10内的环境,例如盆体内的光线、空气、颜色、温度、风速及声音等环境因素中的一个或多个。
请参照图8,上述的环境控制机构包括安装于盆体10上的发光体136与喇叭、安装于内壳侧壁处的正负离子发生器106及安装于内壳11侧壁的粉尘传感器118与气味传感器142。发光体优选为LED灯,可以发出各种不同的色彩。发光体136安装于挡砂板135远离加热密闭腔体的一面,可加隔板成单一发光体电路腔体与加热密封腔体分隔开,其可以通过出砂孔17以及内壳11的侧壁照亮内壳11,以改善盆体10内的光线。发光体136的电线可以通过挡砂板135绕到加热密闭腔体内,保护电线不受外界影响。或者伸入第一密闭腔体或第二密闭腔体内连接智能控制板。发光体136与智能控制器108电连接。
喇叭包括安装于内壳11侧壁并伸入内壳11的第一喇叭145及安装于盆体10外部的第二喇叭137,第一喇叭145用于宠物在盆体10内时传递声音,第二喇叭137用于宠物在盆体10外时传递声音。当宠物在盆体10内或盆体10外时,选择性开启其中的一个喇叭。
请参照图9,第一喇叭145安装于内壳11侧壁第一封闭腔体101内,其通入内壳11,第一喇叭145通过第二电路板144与智能控制板108电连接。当然,第一喇叭145也可以安装在第二封闭腔体102内。
请参照图1,第二喇叭137安装于支撑壳50的内侧处,透过支撑壳50可以发声。第二喇叭137通过第一电路板143与智能控制板108电连接,当盆体10内发生意外情况时,可以启动光和/或声报警。例如内部温度过高、猫砂不够、尘埃过多等意外情况。并且发光体可以由智能控制板108控制,发出各种背景光线,例如白天、黑夜、彩光、星光等。第一喇叭145或第二喇叭137可由智能控制板108控制,提供各类动物、昆虫组合声音、风声、雨声等。让宠物除 了可以到此便便,可以休息,玩乐,与模拟的自然环境心灵沟通,宠物狗、猫本是生活在野外环境,提供一个与宠物在自然环境中生活的环境更多共性的空间,让宠物除了便便外,还可以让处身现代化高楼大厦中的宠物有一个隐私、舒适、独处、提供大自然各类生机声息的好环境。
进一步地,在支撑壳50上开设有扩音孔,第二喇叭137安装于支撑壳50的内侧对应于扩音孔处。第一喇叭145与第二喇叭137的数量可以是一个或者多个。
请参照图8与图9,正负离子发生器106安装于内壳11侧壁并通入内壳11,具体地,正负离子发生器106的正极安装在第一封闭腔体101内,负极安装在第二封闭腔体102内。该正负离子发生器106与智能控制板108电连接,正负离子发生器106可以净化盆体10内的环境,提供负氧离子,提供给宠物一个舒适的空间。
正负离子发生器106的特定几何结构的电极在高电压下产生定向电晕风排气通风的气流加速作用,当粉尘传感器测到粉尘时,或气味传感器测到臭的气味时,智能控制板108主导的智能系统控制排气扇通电打开抽气,同时内壳11上的震动驱动部件打开,在负压的作用下,从内壳通道14外被吸进来的新鲜空气,由于偏心嵌套壳内空间,偏心轴排气,形成了独有的气漩涡强力冲刷内壳11,宠物砂、传感器安装孔及内壳内部的污浊空气及外壳12、内壳11、侧板13三者所围起来的中间空间的污浊空气,以及附在内壳11上的尘埃,宠物砂上的尘埃,感应头上的尘埃,宠物身上的灰尘及体味,将被排气扇与负离子风通过管道强排出外面,通过连接的排气管排放到室外,保证宠物生活用盆内的空气形成漩涡冲击冲刷对流,谢绝空气污染,安装方便,拆洗安全。
请参照图8,粉尘传感器118安装于内壳11侧壁第二封闭腔体102内,粉 尘传感器118通入内壳11,该粉尘传感器118通过第一电路板143与智能控制板108电连接,用于感应内壳11内的粉尘的密度,并将信号传递给智能控制板108,智能控制板108根据该信号控制其他电路部件打开。例如,当尘埃过多时,开启排气管124上连通的排气扇,抽取盆体10内的尘埃,或者同时智能控制板108控制震动驱动部件打开。
请继续参照图8,气味传感器142安装于内壳11侧壁第二封闭腔体102内,其通入内壳11,气味传感器142通过第一电路板143与智能控制板108电连接,用于感应内壳11内的气味,并将信号传递给智能控制板108,智能控制板108根据该信号控制其他电路部件打开。例如,控制超声震动部件41打开,加快气味蒸发和发生;控制冷热控制模块打开,通过温度控制气味的浓淡;控制正负离子发生器打开,清除臭味并产生清新的气味;当气味较浓时,智能控制板108控制排气管124上连通的排气扇,抽取盆体10内的气味,同时打开正负离子发生器106。
盆体10设有监控机构,用于监控盆体内外的宠物的状况。
请参照图3、图8与图10,上述的监控机构包括安装于外壳12的外壁或支撑壳50的侧壁的第一光电感应器32、安装于内壳11侧壁的第二光电感应器33、安装于内壳11侧壁的第一高度传感器107、安装于外壳12外部的重量传感器119、安装于内壳11侧壁的加速度传感器128、安装于内壳11上并伸入内壳11的内摄像模块125与安装于支撑壳上外壳通道15下方的外摄像模块139、安装于外壳12与内壳11之间的移动通信模块及安装于盆体10上的麦克风第一光电感应器32与第二光电感应器33均优选为红外感应器。移动通信模块可包括wiFi模块126、蓝牙模块127、GPRS、GSM等用于通讯的模块。
请参照图3,第一光电感应器32安装于外壳12的外壁与支撑壳50的内壁 之间,该第一光电感应器32与智能控制板108电连接,用于感应盆体10外部的宠物的活动,例如宠物是否在盆体10外以及宠物进出盆体10的活动,并将该信号发送给智能控制板108,智能控制板108根据该信号控制其他电路部件的运行。对应地,在支撑壳50上开设有红外孔320,该第一光电感应器32通过该红外孔320伸出于支撑壳50。例如,宠物在盆体10外面正前方不远,第一光电感应器32可以感应到宠物在附近,或将进入盆体10的动作,启动第二麦克风140和外摄像模块139,监控宠物在盆体10外部的活动、身体状况。显示屏可以打开外摄像模块139拍摄的视频,可以监控宠物在外部的活动,也可以视频互动通话,并在显示屏显示主人。
请参照图8,第二光电感应器33安装于内壳11的侧壁第二封闭腔体102内,并伸入内壳11内,该第二光电感应器33通过第一电路板143智能控制板108电连接,用于实时感应宠物是否进入以及在盆体10内的活动情况。如宠物进入盆体10,则关闭立体震动部件40、超声震动部件41等电路部件,启动内摄像模块125和第一麦克风140,监控宠物在盆体10内的活动和身体状况。
请继续参照图8,内摄像模块125安装于内壳11的侧壁第二封闭腔体102内,并伸入内壳11内,该内摄像模块125通过第一电路板143智能控制板108电连接,用于实时观察盆体10内的宠物的生活情况。该内摄像模块125还可通过智能控制板108与手机上的APP通讯连接,通过手机客户端对宠物的生活情况进行随时监测。在宠物生病时、宠物进入宠物生活用盆时,远程信息提醒主人是否需要通过即时截图或视频观看,还可以通过APP远程观看宠物生活用盆内便便的颜色、形状等,甚至通过麦克风和喇叭与宠物进行语音对讲交流,由此对宠物的健康有进一步的了解,通过图像识别技术发现问题可以及时在显示屏上显示以及时送医院治疗,也可以通过智能系统云端后台服务器提供的专家 提供诊断和寻医问药,网上求助。
请参照图2,外摄像模块139可以实时观察宠物在盆外的活动情况、进入盆体10时的状况,以实时地观察宠物的情况,做到随时掌握宠物信息。具体地,外摄像模块139通过电线连接第二封闭腔体102内的第一电路板143,以使外摄像模块139通过第一电路板143电连接智能控制板108,外摄像模块139伸出于外壳12并伸出于支撑壳50,以便于对盆体10外的宠物进行拍摄。
内摄像模块125与外摄像模块139的数量可以是一个,也可以是多个。
麦克风包括安装于内壳11侧壁并伸入内壳11的第一麦克风146及安装于外壳12上或支撑壳50侧壁对应外壳通道15下方的第二麦克风140。当宠物在盆体10内时,开启第一麦克风146。第一麦克风146的数量可以是一个或者多个。
请参照图9,第一麦克风146安装于内壳11侧壁第一封闭腔体101内,其通入内壳11,第一麦克风146通过第二电路板144与智能控制板108电连接。当宠物在内壳11内时,通过第一麦克风146可以传递声音。
请参照图2,第二麦克风140安装于外壳12上或支撑壳50的侧壁外壳通道15下方,用于传递盆体10外的宠物的声音。具体地,第二麦克风140通过电线连接第一封闭腔体101内的第二电路板143,第二麦克风140伸出于外壳12。第二麦克风140的数量可以是一个或者多个。本实施例中,第二麦克风140靠近外摄像模块139设置。当宠物在盆体10外时,开启第二麦克风140。
请参照图8,wiFi模块126和蓝牙模块127安装于内壳11的侧壁第二封闭腔体102内,其通过第一电路板143与智能控制板108电连接,通过智能控制板108与手机上的APP通讯连接,wiFi模块可以通过网络实时传输智能控制板108传送的内摄像模块125与外摄像模块139的摄像数据,以及其他感应器的感 应数据等等。或者两个宠物生活用盆、智能穿戴之间通过蓝牙模块、NFC模块通讯,通过APP分享和定制环境文件,共享养宠乐趣,寻找养宠社群,寄养转让,举办宠物聚会。
请参照图8,第一高度传感器107安装于内壳11的侧壁第二封闭腔体102内,第一高度传感器107通入内壳11,并通过第一电路板143与智能控制板108电连接,用于感应内壳11内的宠物砂和便便的高度,以便于及时开启转动清理掉便便,或者及时添加宠物砂。优选地,在内壳11上高、中、低位置各设置有一第一高度传感器107,以根据宠物砂高度触发其中一个或几个第一高度传感器107。该第一高度传感器107为红外隔断报警传感器,也可以是光电传感器,能感应内外壳内部宠物砂的高度变化,在设定宠物砂高度的前提下,可以设定宠物砂高度少于中位置时的设定值时,提前自动预警和通过APP信息通知用户添加宠物砂,宠物砂少于低位置时,自动停机保护,并启动转动驱动部件20直到外壳通道15转动到支撑壳50与垃圾盒30围成的空间内,防止宠物进入内壳11内部进行便便或尿尿,以免无法正常埋没便便吸收液体和形成结团,清理不干净和损害机器。同时在用户添加宠物砂时,可以通过发光体和/或喇叭提醒宠物砂已满,请停止加砂。内壳11上刻画有高度刻度线,方便肉眼显示宠物砂的高度,还可以通过内摄像模块实时监控添加量。
第一高度传感器107数量为三个,分别安装于内壳11不同的高度处,以便于检测不同的高度的物质,也可以感应到宠物的动作。宠物在内壳11内部时,挡住其中的一个或两个第一高度传感器107。
请参照图6与图10,重量传感器119安装于外壳12的外部位于支撑壳50与外壳12之间,该重量传感器119通过第二电路板144与智能控制板108电连接,用于感应内壳11内的宠物与砂的重量以便于及时发现宠物健康情况,及时 进行处理,例如进行宠物健康饮食指引和监控。具体地,在支撑壳50的内壁与外壳12之间设有安装壳,安装壳与支撑壳50之间具有空隙,重量传感器119安装于安装壳与支撑壳50之间,承载外壳12、内壳11及内壳11内部的重量。
请参照图8,监控机构还包括加速度传感器128,加速度传感器128安装于内壳11侧壁第二封闭腔体102内,该加速度传感器128通过第一电路板143与智能控制板108电连接,与加速度传感器128用于测量盆体10内宠物运动的加速度。通过重量传感器119可以计算测出每次便便的重量,通过加速度传感器128测定宠物在宠物生活用盆内的运动量,所用时间,通过摄像头测定身体健康状况,结合第一光电感应器32,可以对宠物的每天的次数、重量、运动量、兴奋度进行监控,结合智能系统的后台的大数据,可以为宠物健康、饮食、运动等等提供专业指引,以及增值服务,确认宠物身体健康状况。
请参照图6,第一封闭腔体101与第二封闭腔体102内安装好电路部件后,安装一电路挡板,挡住电路部件,进一步地保护各个电路部件,且起到隔热屏蔽的作用。可以在加热密闭腔体、第一封闭腔体101与第二封闭腔体102内各设置一个相互关联的智能控制板108,与各自内部的电路部件电连接。
请参照图10,外壳12均呈对称的两半设置,方便取下其中的一半检修内部的结构。
请参照图图10,在支撑壳50的内壁位于外壳12的下方位置设有杀菌消毒除臭机构31,当内壳11和外壳12一起转动倒掉内壳11内部的垃圾时,该杀菌消毒除臭机构31对着内壳11的内部,对内壳11的内部进行杀菌和消毒。杀菌消毒除臭机构31包括紫外灯和/或臭氧管,两者同时设置时进行双重消毒。例如,该杀菌消毒除臭机构31为一紫外消毒灯环,嵌装于支撑壳50的内壁上且正对垃圾盒30及内壳11的内壁,在紫外消毒灯的作用下,内壳11、外壳12及 垃圾盒30本身材料中的银离子可控释放及冷触媒的催化分解,来防止设备受微生物的侵害。
请参照图3,支撑壳50的内壁靠近垃圾盒30处设有第二高度传感器129,该第二高度传感器129,第二高度传感器129与智能控制板108电连接,用于感应垃圾盒30内的垃圾的高度,并将该高度信号传递给智能控制板108,智能控制板108发出报警,提示主人清理垃圾盒30。该提醒可以是通过打开发光体和/或喇叭进行声光提醒,或者直接在远程APP上使用信息提醒,当垃圾盒内的便便或结团猫砂高度超出设定的高度时,转动外壳通道15向下到支撑壳50内,防止宠物进入便池,产生新的垃圾。
第二高度传感器129的数量可以是一个或者多个,本实施例中,第二高度传感器129有两个,分别安装在支撑壳50的相对两侧。
请参照图1与图2,进一步地,支撑壳50上可设置一显示屏幕52,该显示屏幕52与智能控制板108电连接,通过该显示屏幕可以显示盆体10内的各种参数例如温度、湿度、当天使用次数、健康指数等,甚至可以通过摄像头观看内部宠物的活动情况,当宠物在显示屏52前面时,还可以和宠物视频,还可以通过显示屏幕进行相应的操作。显示屏幕52带有若干按键521,用于通过控制系统调节各个参数或者调整各个电子部件运行。
请参照图3与图10,上述的宠物生活用盆100还包括灰尘收集盒60。请参照图3,灰尘收集盒60安装于垃圾盒30对应内壳进出口14的一侧。
灰尘收集盒60的顶部呈开口设置,灰尘收集盒60的开口处盖设有脚踏板70,脚踏板70开设有连通灰尘收集盒60的灰尘进入孔71,宠物猫或狗可以脚踩着脚踏板70提升高度,然后由外壳通道15、内壳通道14进入内壳11内,脚上落下的灰尘、赃物通过脚踏板70上的灰尘进入孔71落入灰尘收集盒60;当 宠物从内壳11出来时,脚上的宠物砂和垃圾通过脚踏板70上的灰尘进入孔71落入灰尘收集盒60内,以收集粘在宠物脚上的宠物砂。本实施例中,脚踏板70与支撑壳50一体成型。
可以理解地,上述安装在第一密闭腔体、第二密闭腔体及加热密闭腔体内的电路部件,也可以选择性地安装在灰尘收集盒60的底部。例如正负离子发生器106、wiFi模块126、蓝牙模块127、智能控制板108、第一红外感应器32及第二高度传感器129等电路部件,均可安装在灰尘收集盒60的底部,合理走线即可实现。
上述的宠物生活用盆100还包括杀虫部件,该杀虫部件安装于灰尘收集盒60内,以杀除盒内的螨虫、跳蚤等。本实施例中,该杀虫部件为杀螨垫。在灰尘收集盒60内的杀螨垫上可以浸入植物精油,根据宠物和主人喜爱添加,香味可以镇定宠物和杀菌,还可以拟造大自然的气息。该宠物生活用盆100主要用于猫使用,还可以用于宠物狗、宠物猪等使用。
例如,上述的宠物生活用盆100,当内壳11和外壳12一起顺时针转动时,根据需要控制启动内壳11和外壳12震动,启动排气扇,出砂孔17在作立体变频的低频振运动的同时,叠加上超声震动,可防止出砂孔17堵塞。三维立体震动和超声震动,能根据内壳和外壳转动的角度,猫砂和出砂孔17的相对位置,猫砂和内壳通道的相对位置,自动控制频率和振幅大小以及震动的合成方向,加速分离,提高分离清理效果。
换砂口121上的密封塞122打开后,按动显示屏幕上的操作面板上的更换猫砂按键,内壳11和外壳12在步进减速电机的驱动下,转动到换砂口121朝正下的最低位置,此时,内壳通道14和外壳通道15在正上方最高位置,是适合添加猫砂的最佳位置。同时启动立体震动部件40和超声震动部件41,内壳 11里面的猫砂,在重力共同作用下,依次由出砂孔17,穿过中转腔体16,再穿过换砂口121,排出到外壳的外面,充分清空内壳11的内部空间。如果仅仅添加猫砂,则不要打开密封塞122,直接倒进新猫砂,在震动的作用下,猫砂在内壳里迅速水平摊开摊平,当此时猫砂的高度达到设定的使用高度后,第一高度传感器107提醒停止添加猫砂,杜绝浪费,非常方便,内壳上也刻画有高度刻度线,方便用户目测猫砂的体积。当打开密封塞时,细细的沙尘由密封塞122过滤出来,减少内壳内部的沙尘,避免空气污染。打开密封塞122后,可以更换全部猫砂。当宠物进入内壳11时,猫砂全部集中水平摊平堆积在内壳11的底部,全部用作参与宠物的便便结团所用。当倒空结团猫砂和便便后,内壳通道14与外壳通道15对着紫外灯,分别启动紫外灯、臭氧管、正负离子发生器进行消毒、杀菌、除臭,完成后,启动排气扇,把污浊的空气和剩余的臭氧排出室外,然后才顺时针方向慢速转动,一直到内壳通道14与外壳通道15适合宠物进入的位置停下,在此等待宠物的下次使用。
上述的宠物生活用盆100,优选为给猫便便、生活用,当然也可以给狗狗等其他的宠物使用,不同种类的宠物,使用方法相同或相似,也可以有后台更新程序以适合各种宠物使用,可以根据宠物的大小做成不同的体积和比例。
实施例二
该实施例与实施例一不同的是,内壳11与外壳12均呈圆柱体状,第一侧板131、第二侧板132分别安装于内壳11与外壳12之间靠近两个相对的端部的位置,且分别与外壳12和内壳11密封连接。
实施例三
请参照图11,该实施例与实施例一不同的是,挡砂板135设于外壳12与内壳11之间对应第一侧板131和第二侧板132之间的位置,在外壳12与内壳11 之间对应第一侧板131和第二侧板132之间的位置还设有密封板138,密封板138相对于挡砂板135较远离出砂孔17设置,密封板138的两端分别连接第一侧板131和第二侧板132,密封板138、挡砂板135及外壳12、内壳11共同形成密闭的电路密封腔体111,密封板138与外壳12、内壳11、第一侧板131、第二侧板132封闭部110共同形成加热密闭腔体。将冷热控制模块105安装在电路密封腔体111外的加热密闭腔体内,除冷热控制模块105外,原来放在加热密闭腔体内的电路部件安装在该电路密封腔体111内,将冷热控制模块105与其他电路部件隔开,保护冷热控制模块105的热量。且电路密封腔体111内灌胶密封,起到导热、防水、减震的效果。
实施例四
请参照图13与图14,该实施例与实施例一不同的是,上述的抽湿鲜风机构还包括安装于内壳过滤通道112内的排气接头150,排气接头150内设有排气挡板151,排气挡板151上开设有若干间隔的内壳排气对接口152,排气接头150的侧壁开设有若干间隔的外壳排气对接口153,排气管124插入排气接头150内并枢接排气接头150,排气管124插入排气接头150的端部设有气管挡板154,气管挡板154开设有若干间隔的内壳排气口155,排气管124的侧壁开设有若干外壳排气口156,内壳排气对接口152可连通内壳排气口155,外壳排气对接口153可连通外壳排气口156,内壳排气对接口152连通内壳排气口155时,外壳排气对接口153与外壳排气口156错开,外壳排气对接口153连通外壳排气口156时,内壳排气对接口152与内壳排气口155错开。初始时,内壳排气对接口152连通内壳排气口155,排气扇134开启,抽出内壳11内的灰尘、臭味、湿气等,随着内壳11转动,排气接头150随之转动,内壳排气对接口152与内壳排气口155错开,外壳排气对接口153连通外壳排气口156,排气扇134开启, 抽出外壳12内的灰尘、臭味、湿气以及冷热控制模块在外壳12与内壳11之间的热量等。
排气管124与排气接头150的连接方式为:在排气管124外壁设有枢接凸部,排气接头150内壁开设枢接槽,枢接凸部位于枢接槽内并可沿着枢接槽转动。
请参照图12、图15与图16,进一步地,在支撑壳50上设有排气风道53,外壳排气对接口153连通外壳排气口156时,外壳12内部热气、支撑壳50内的灰尘、臭味、湿气等也可以通过排气风道、外壳排气对接口153与外壳排气口156被抽走。
当然,排气接头150不限于此结构,只要排气接头可控制转换排气口通断,分别联通内壳、外壳及支撑壳内部,控制排出其内的湿气、热气、灰尘等。
进一步地,内壳过滤通道112的外壁或者外壳过滤通道123的内壁开设有若干间隔设置以整体呈齿状的排气槽159,排气槽159连通外壳12与内壳11之间的空间,以使得内壳过滤通道112与外壳过滤通道123之间非密封连接,当外壳排气对接口153与外壳排气口156对齐时,排气槽159可以将外壳12与内壳11之间的空间内的气体通过外壳排气对接口153、外壳排气口156排出,以抽出冷热控制模块产生的过多热量,保护外壳12与内壳11之间的电路部件。本实施例中,排气槽159开设于外壳过滤通道123的内壁。
请参照图13,此时,密封板157的一部分伸入轴承件158的内壁,一部分抵接轴承件158的侧部,以方便支撑壳50与外壳12排气。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和 改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种宠物生活用盆,其特征在于,包括盆体及驱动所述盆体转动的转动驱动部件,所述盆体包括内壳、外壳及侧板;所述内壳呈空心设置,以在所述内壳内形成一容置腔体;所述内壳偏心嵌套并固定在所述外壳内,所述内壳较靠近所述外壳的一侧开设有内壳通道,所述外壳开设有外壳通道,所述内壳通道与所述外壳通道的位置相对应且相互连通;所述侧板安装在所述内壳与所述外壳之间,所述侧板、内壳及所述外壳远离所述外壳通道的一侧共同围成一中转腔体,所述内壳对应所述中转腔体的位置开设有若干用于倒出干净的宠物砂而截留结团的宠物砂的出砂孔;所述内壳靠近所述外壳且相对所述内壳通道远离所述出砂孔的一侧开设有回砂通道,所述内壳对应所述回砂通道远离所述内壳通道的一侧具有朝向所述外壳延伸的封闭部,所述封闭部与所述外壳相切并连接所述侧板;所述中转腔体、内壳通道及所述回砂通道沿着所述盆体的转动方向依次设置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的宠物生活用盆,其特征在于:所述侧板包括第一侧板与第二侧板,所述第一侧板、第二侧板分别安装于所述内壳与所述外壳之间靠近两个相对的端部的位置,且分别与所述外壳和内壳密封连接,所述第一侧板、第二侧板、内壳及所述外壳共同围成所述中转腔体;所述封闭部的两侧分别抵接所述第一侧板、第二侧板。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的宠物生活用盆,其特征在于:所述中转腔体与所述回砂通道之间设有导流板,所述导流板的一侧抵接所述内壳,另一侧抵接所述外壳;所述导流板包括第一板体与第二板体,所述第一板体的一端与所述第二板体的一端连接并位于所述中转腔体内,所述第一板体的另一端延伸至所述内壳通道的一侧,所述第二板体的另一端延伸至所述内壳通道的另一侧,以使 所述中转腔体通过所述导流板连通所述回砂通道。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的宠物生活用盆,其特征在于:所述外壳开设有换砂口,所述换砂口安装有密封塞,所述密封塞开设有若干用于排出所述内壳内的粉尘和/或尿液的粉尘孔;当所述换砂口的位置不对应所述中转腔体时,所述内壳开设有对应所述换砂口的内壳砂口,且所述内壳砂口与所述换砂口通过换砂管连通。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的宠物生活用盆,其特征在于:所述盆体设有干燥剥离筛分机构,用于干燥盆体、剥离粘在所述盆体内壁的物质、筛分所述内壳内的物质。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的宠物生活用盆,其特征在于:所述干燥剥离筛分机构包括用于控制所述内壳的温度的冷热控制模块、安装于所述盆体上的抽湿鲜风机构及用于检测所述内壳的温度和湿度的温湿度传感器,所述抽湿鲜风机构包括开设于所述内壳上的内壳过滤通道、开设于所述外壳上的外壳过滤通道、排气管及安装于所述盆体内位于所述排气管口的排气扇,所述内壳过滤通道延伸于所述外壳过滤通道内,所述内壳过滤通道的外壁与所述外壳过滤通道的内壁相抵接或具有间隙,所述排气管连通所述内壳过滤通道并延伸至所述盆体外。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的宠物生活用盆,其特征在于:所述抽湿鲜风机构还包括安装于所述内壳过滤通道内的排气接头,所述排气接头内设有排气挡板,所述排气挡板上开设有若干间隔的内壳排气对接口,所述排气接头的侧壁开设有若干间隔的外壳排气对接口,所述排气管插入所述排气接头内并枢接所述排气接头,所述排气管插入所述排气接头的端部设有气管挡板,所述气管挡板开设有若干间隔的内壳排气口,所述排气管的侧壁开设有若干外壳排气口,所述排气扇连接所述气管挡板,所述内壳排气对接口可连通所述内壳排气口,所述 外壳排气对接口可连通所述外壳排气口,所述内壳排气对接口连通所述内壳排气口时,所述外壳排气对接口与所述外壳排气口错开,所述外壳排气对接口连通所述外壳排气口时,所述内壳排气对接口与所述内壳排气口错开。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的宠物生活用盆,其特征在于:所述干燥剥离筛分机构包括连接所述盆体的震动驱动部件,所述震动驱动部件包括立体震动部件与超声震动部件,用于驱动所述盆体沿多个方向震动。
  9. 根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的宠物生活用盆,其特征在于:所述盆体设有环境控制机构,用于控制所述盆体内的光线、空气、颜色、温度、气味、风速及声音中的一个或多个。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的宠物生活用盆,其特征在于:所述环境控制机构包括用于控制所述盆体的光线的发光体、用于传递宠物声音的喇叭、用于为所述内壳内提供负氧离子的正负离子发生器、用于检测所述内壳内的粉尘密度的粉尘传感器及用于检测所述盆体内的气味的气味传感器;所述喇叭包括安装于所述内壳侧壁的第一喇叭及安装于所述盆体外部的第二喇叭。
  11. 根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的宠物生活用盆,其特征在于:所述盆体设有监控机构,用于监控所述盆体内外的宠物的状况。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的宠物生活用盆,其特征在于:所述监控机构包括用于感应所述盆体外的宠物活动的第一感应器、用于感应宠物在所述盆体内的活动的第二感应器、用于感应所述内壳内的物质高度的第一高度传感器、用于感应所述内壳内的物质重量的重量传感器、用于感应所述内壳内宠物运动的加速度的加速度传感器、用于观察所述盆体内的宠物的内摄像模块、用于观察所述盆体外的宠物的外摄像模块、用于与外界通讯的移动通信模块及用于传递声音的麦克风;所述麦克风包括用于传递所述盆体内的宠物声音的第一麦克风 及用于所述盆体外的宠物声音的第二麦克风。
  13. 根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的宠物生活用盆,其特征在于:所述宠物生活用盆还包括垃圾盒、支撑壳、灰尘收集盒、脚踏板及杀虫部件,所述垃圾盒位于所述盆体的下方,所述支撑壳的一端密封连接所述垃圾盒,另一端抵接所述外壳的侧壁,所述盆体枢接所述支撑壳以沿所述支撑壳转动;所述灰尘收集盒的顶部呈开口设置并安装于所述垃圾盒对应所述外壳通道的一侧;所述脚踏板盖设于所述灰尘收集盒的开口处,所述脚踏板开设有连通所述灰尘收集盒的灰尘进入孔。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的宠物生活用盆,其特征在于:所述宠物生活用盆还包括用于对所述垃圾盒和/或所述内壳内的宠物垃圾进行消毒除臭的杀菌消毒除臭机构及用于感应所述垃圾盒内的垃圾高度的第二高度传感器。
  15. 根据权利要求1所述的宠物生活用盆,其特征在于:所述宠物生活用盆还包括显示屏幕,所述显示屏幕用于显示所述盆体参数以及所述盆体内部的宠物活动情况。
