背景技术
随着科技的发展和人们生活水平的提高,吸尘器已经成为主要的清理工具,吸尘器可分为立式结构、卧式结构和便携式结构。其中,吸尘器是利用电机带动叶轮高速旋转,在密封的空间内产生负压,从而将灰尘等杂物吸入集尘装置内达到清洁的目的。
但吸尘器长时间工作,吸尘器的滤网上不断积累灰尘,很容易导致滤网堵塞,灰尘的积累导致滤网的通风效果降低,为了维持吸尘器的通风效果,电机则需要增加转速;电机转速的增加,必然使得电机的功率增大,电机的功率增大会产生高温,在损耗电量的同时,也不利于吸尘器和电机的正常使用,还可能会带来安全隐患。现有技术中都是在使用吸尘器设定时段后,人为地去更换吸尘器的滤网,这样就会增加用户的操作负担,需要去人为记录吸尘器的使用状况,从而降低了用户体验。
因此,在使用吸尘器的过程中,如何实现吸尘器及时自动的提醒用户更换滤网,使得电机和吸尘器正常使用,降低电量的损耗,成为本领域技术人员亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
本申请提供一种用于吸尘器滤网更换提醒方法,以解决在使用吸尘器的过程中,使吸尘器自动提醒用户更换滤网的问题。本申请还提供一种吸尘器滤网更换提醒系统,本申请还提供一种吸尘器。
本申请提供一种用于吸尘器滤网更换提醒方法,包括:
获取电机设定时段内的转速差值;
根据吸尘器工作参数,将所述转速差值与预先设定的转速差值阈值进行比较,得到比较结果;
根据所述比较结果判定是否提醒用户更换滤网。
可选的,所述获取电机设定时段内的转速差值包括:所述电机上的驱动控制器将所述电机的转速信息反馈给控制器,所述控制器根据所述转速信息进行处理,得到所述电机设定时段内转速差值。
可选的,所述获取电机设定时段内的转速差值包括:所述电机上的驱动控制器获取所述电机的转速信息并进行处理,得到所述电机设定时段内转速差值。

在下面的描述中阐述了很多具体细节以便于充分理解本申请。但是本申请能够以很多不同于在此描述的其它方式来实施,本领域技术人员可以在不违背本申请内涵的情况下做类似推广,因此本申请不受下面公开的具体实施的限制。
首先,本申请实施例的提供的滤网更换提醒方法是应用在吸尘器的滤网上的,吸尘器之所以需要更换滤网,是因为吸尘器在工作的过程中,电机启动产生的抽吸空气流会将灰尘颗粒附着在滤网上,由于滤网上不断累积灰尘,从而导致滤网的通风的效果降低,为了维持吸尘器的通风效果,电机则需要增加转速;电机转速的增加,必然使得电机的功率增大,电机的功率增大会 产生高温,不利于吸尘器和电机的正常使用。所以,为了保证吸尘器的正常工作,则需要及时的更换滤网,且本实施例是能够实现吸尘器自动提醒用户更换滤网的。
具体的,图1为本申请实施例提供的一种用于吸尘器滤网更换提醒方法的流程示意图,如图1所示,本申请实施例的用于吸尘器滤网更换提醒方法的流程包括以下步骤:
步骤S101,获取电机设定时段内的转速差值。
其中,在本步骤中,可以理解的是,转速差值是根据当前的电机转速值和电机的初始转速值作差得到的,电机的初始转速值可以理解为滤网为洁净状态时获取的,在经过一段时间(即设定时段)的使用,滤网上会累积一定量的灰尘,从而使得电机转速值发生变化(转速提高),进而可以得到电机在该时间段内的转速差值。当然,在本实施例中,获取电机设定时段内的转速差值的时间是根据吸尘器的实际使用情况进行设定的,该设定时段可以是几个小时,几天、一个星期或者一个月等。
进一步的,在本实施例中,电机的类型的包括以下电机的至少一种:有刷电机或无刷电机;其中,有刷电机有刷电机是内含电刷装置的将电能转换成机械能(电动机)或将机械能转换成电能(发电机)的旋转电机。无刷电机由电动机主体和驱动器组成,是一种典型的机电一体化产品。
考虑到电机的类型不同,相应的,获取电机设定时段内的转速差值包括:获取有刷电机设定时段内的转速差值,或者获取无刷电机设定时段内的转速差值。
具体的,获取有刷电机设定时段内的转速差值包括如下两种方案:
方案一:在有刷电机上分别设置有驱动控制器和转速检测电路,转速检测电路将检测有刷电机的转速信息,并将该转速信息传输给驱动控制器,驱动控制器将有刷电机的转速信息反馈给控制器,控制器根据转速信息进行处理,得到有刷电机设定时段内转速差值。
方案二:在有刷电机上分别设置有驱动控制器和转速检测电路,转速检 测电路将检测有刷电机的转速信息,并将该转速信息传输给驱动控制器,驱动控制器获取有刷电机的转速信息并进行处理,得到有刷电机设定时段内转速差值。
相应的,获取无刷电机设定时段内的转速差值包括如下两种方案:
方案一:在无刷电机上设置有驱动控制器,驱动控制器能够将无刷电机输出的转速信息反馈给控制器,控制器根据转速信息进行处理,得到无刷电机设定时段内转速差值。
方案二:在无刷电机上设置有驱动控制器,驱动控制器能够取无刷电机的转速信息并进行处理,得到无刷电机设定时段内转速差值。
请继续参考图1,步骤S102,根据吸尘器工作参数,将转速差值与预先设定的转速差值阈值进行比较,得到比较结果。
在本步骤中,吸尘器工作参数至少包括以下参数的一种:电机恒功率运行参数和电机非恒功率运行参数以及过滤系统参数。
其中,电机恒功率运行参数是在电机为恒功率运行模式的电机设定的,在恒功率运行模式的电机工作时,该电机的转速几乎没有变化,在滤网为洁净状态时,获取该电机的(初始)转速值,在设定时段内,滤网会累积一定量的灰尘,电机的转速提高,则再次获取该电机的转速值,从而获取电机设定时段内的转速差值。当然,针对不同运行功率的电机,在滤网为洁净状态时,电机的转速几乎没有变化,仅是洁净状态下的电机转速值不同。
相应的,电机非恒功率运行参数是在电机为非恒功率运行模式的电机设定的,在非恒功率运行模式的电机工作时,该电机的转速跟随供电电压时时进行变化,为了避免在灰尘累积时无法准确的获知电机设定时段内的转速差值,则在滤网为洁净状态时,针对不同的供电电源电压进行电压-转速间的建模;而后,可在设定时段内,当滤网累积了一定量的灰尘后,电机的转速提高,从而获取电机设定时段内的转速差值。
相应的,过滤系统参数是对应于不同的吸尘器其过滤系统的不同设定的,基于过滤系统的不同,会导致电机的转速差值不同。其中,过滤系统包括过 滤器和过滤棉组件,滤网主要设置在这两个部件上,且根据过滤器和过滤棉组件在吸尘器中的安装位置,则在本实施例中,滤网可以是安装在吸尘器旋风分离器的灰尘滤网,或者为吸尘器出风口的滤网,或者为风道中的二级滤网等,所以,不同的过滤系统,对应的过滤系统参数是不同的,从而获取对应电机设定时段内的转速差值也是不同的。
特别的,以上电机恒功率运行参数和电机非恒功率运行参数主要适用于无刷电机中。当然,在其他类型的电机中该相关参数同样适用,吸尘器工作参数的设定,能够获取对应电机、对应运行模式下在设定时段内的转速差值,并将转速差值与预先设定的转速差值阈值进行比较,得到比较结果。
具体为,根据电机恒功率运行参数,将转速差值与预先设定的转速差值阈值进行比较,得到比较结果;或者根据电机非恒功率运行参数,将转速差值与预先设定的转速差值阈值进行比较,得到比较结果;或者根据过滤系统参数,将转速差值与预先设定的转速差值阈值进行比较,得到比较结果。
其中,将转速差值与预先设定的转速差值阈值进行比较,得到比较结果包括:转速差值大于等于预先设定的转速差值阈值,得到第一比较结果;转速差值小于预先设定的转速差值阈值时,得到第二比较结果。可以理解的是,预先设定的转速差值阈值是针对不同的吸尘器、不同的电机类型进行的具体得设定,该转速差值阈值可以是经过大量实验得到的,或者是经验所得值,其目的是在保护吸尘器和电机正常运行的同时,还能够及时提醒用户跟换滤网。
请继续参考图1,步骤S103,根据比较结果判定是否提醒用户更换滤网。
由步骤S102可知,转速差值大于等于预先设定的转速差值阈值,得到第一比较结果;进一步的,根据第一比较结果,提醒用户更换滤网。由此可见,当转速差值大于等于预先设定的转速差值阈值时,说明滤网存在堵塞现象,此时需要提醒用户更换滤网。相对应的,当转速差值小于预先设定的转速差值阈值时,说明滤网不存在堵塞现象,即吸尘器和电机均在正常工作,无需提醒用户更换滤网。其中,提醒用户一定的时间后,例如10S的时间,未得 到用户的反馈,吸尘器需要启动保护程序,控制电机自动关机。如果得到用户的反馈,用户可以更换滤网。
由步骤S102可知,转速差值大于等于预先设定的转速差值阈值,得到第一比较结果;进一步的,根据第一比较结果,控制电机停止运行。由此可见,当转速差值大于等于预先设定的转速差值阈值时,说明滤网存在堵塞现象,此时需要控制电机停止运行。相对应的,当转速差值小于预先设定的转速差值阈值时,说明滤网不存在堵塞现象,即吸尘器和电机均在正常工作,无需控制电机停止运行。如果吸尘器存在严重堵塞的现象,此时,当转速差值大于等于预先设定的转速差值阈值时,无需要经过提醒用户更换滤网的动作,直接控制电机停止运行。
在本发明另一个实施例中,转速差值大于等于预先设定的转速差值阈值,得到第一比较结果;进一步的,根据第一比较结果,执行提醒用户更换滤网的动作,此时说明吸尘器存在堵塞现象。如果得到用户的反馈,用户可以执行更换滤网的动作,如果未得到用户的反馈,吸尘器还可以继续工作,包括:当转速差值大于等于预先设定的转速差值阈值,得到第三比较结果;进一步的,根据第三比较结果,执行控制电机停止运行,此时说明吸尘器存在严重堵塞现象。当转速差值小于等于预先设定的转速差值阈值,得到第四比较结果;进一步的,根据第四比较结果,吸尘器继续提醒用户更换滤网,而不执行控制电机停止运行的动作。
在本实施例中,提醒用户更换滤网的方式至少包括:根据第一比较结果,控制显示器进行显示提示;或控制报警器进行语音提示。具体为,控制LED显示器进行灯光闪烁或者是文字、图形等显示方式提醒用户更换滤网;或者控制蜂鸣报警器进行鸣笛或是语言播报的方式提醒用户更换滤网。当然,在本实施例中,提醒用户更换滤网还可以是其它的方式,故在此不作具体的限定。
需要说明的是,对应于前述,当有刷电机上设置有驱动控制器时,驱动控制器将有刷电机的转速信息反馈给控制器,控制器控制显示器或报警器提 醒用户更换滤网。当有刷电机上设置有驱动控制器时,驱动控制器获取有刷电机的转速信息并进行处理,驱动控制器控制显示器或报警器提醒用户更换滤网。
对应的,当无刷电机上设置有驱动控制器时,驱动控制器将无刷电机的转速信息反馈给控制器,控制器控制显示器或报警器提醒用户更换滤网。当无刷电机上设置有驱动控制器时,驱动控制器获取无刷电机的转速信息并进行处理,驱动控制器控制显示器或报警器提醒用户更换滤网。
本申请实施例提供一种用于吸尘器滤网更换提醒方法,包括:获取电机设定时段内的转速差值;根据吸尘器工作参数,将转速差值与预先设定的转速差值阈值进行比较,得到比较结果;根据比较结果判定是否提醒用户更换滤网。采用本申请提供的方法,可以实现在使用吸尘器的过程中,使吸尘器及时自动的提醒用户更换滤网,从而降低了电量的损耗,维护了吸尘器的正常使用,延长了电机的使用寿命。
本申请还实施例提供一种吸尘器滤网更换提醒系统100,如图2所示,包括电机1,转速检测装置2,控制器3、提示装置4。
电机1与转速检测装置2连接,转速检测装置2用于检测电机1的转速信息;转速检测装置2与控制器3连接,控制器3与提示装置4连接;转速检测装置2将检测的转速信息反馈给控制器3,控制器3对转速信息进行处理,得到电机1设定时段内的转速差值,并将转速差值与预先设定的转速差值阈值进行比较,根据比较结果控制提示装置4是否提醒用户更换滤网;若是,则控制器3控制提示装置4提醒用户更换滤网。其中,如图7所示,提示装置4包括显示器41和报警器42;显示器41用于控制器3控制显示器41显示更换滤网信息,以提醒用户更换滤网;报警器42用于控制器3控制报警器42播放语音,以提醒用户更换滤网。
进一步的,在本实施例中,电机1包括:无刷电机11和有刷电机12;具体的,如图3、图4所示,无刷电机11或有刷电机12上分别设置有驱动控制器5;驱动控制器5与转速检测装置2连接,能够获取转速检测装置2检测的 无刷电机11或有刷电机12的转速信息;并将转速信息反馈给控制器3,控制器3对转速信息进行处理,得到无刷电机11或有刷电机12设定时段内的转速差值。进而,通过控制器3与提示装置4的连接,以提醒用户更换滤网。
或者,在本实施例中,电机1包括:无刷电机11和有刷电机12;具体的,如5、图6所示,无刷电机11或有刷电机12上分别设置有驱动控制器5;驱动控制器5与转速检测装置2连接,能够获取转速检测装置2检测的无刷电机11或有刷电机12的转速信息;并将转速信息进行处理,得到无刷电机11或有刷电机12设定时段内的转速差值。进而,通过驱动控制器5与提示装置4的连接,以提醒用户更换滤网。需要说明的是,有刷电机12中设置有转速检测电路,用于检测有刷电机12的转速信息。无刷电机11包括恒功率运行电机和非恒功率运行电机。
本申请实施例提供一种吸尘器滤网更换提醒系统100,包括电机1,转速检测装置2,控制器3、提示装置4;电机1与转速检测装置2连接,转速检测装置2用于检测电机1的转速信息;转速检测装置2与控制器3连接,控制器3与提示装置4连接;转速检测装置2将检测的转速信息反馈给控制器3,控制器3对转速信息进行处理,得到电机1设定时段内的转速差值,并将转速差值与预先设定的转速差值阈值进行比较,根据比较结果控制提示装置4是否提醒用户更换滤网。采用本申请提供的系统,可以实现在使用吸尘器的过程中,使吸尘器及时自动的提醒用户更换滤网,从而降低了电量的损耗,维护了吸尘器的正常使用,延长了电机1的使用寿命。
本申请还实施例提供一种吸尘器200,如图8所示,包括:上述阐述的吸尘器滤网更换提醒系统100。基于该吸尘器具备吸尘器滤网更换提醒系统100的全部特征,则该吸尘器在使用吸尘器的过程中,使吸尘器及时自动的提醒用户更换滤网,从而降低了电量的损耗,维护了吸尘器的正常使用,延长了电机1的使用寿命。
本申请虽然以较佳实施例公开如上,但其并不是用来限定本申请,任何 本领域技术人员在不脱离本申请的精神和范围内,都可以做出可能的变动和修改,因此本申请的保护范围应当以本申请权利要求所界定的范围为准。

  1. 一种用于吸尘器滤网更换提醒方法,其特征在于,包括:
    获取电机设定时段内的转速差值;
    根据吸尘器工作参数,将所述转速差值与预先设定的转速差值阈值进行比较,得到比较结果;
    根据所述比较结果判定是否提醒用户更换滤网。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的用于吸尘器滤网更换提醒方法,其特征在于,所述获取电机设定时段内的转速差值包括:所述电机上的驱动控制器将所述电机的转速信息反馈给控制器,所述控制器根据所述转速信息进行处理,得到所述电机设定时段内转速差值。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的用于吸尘器滤网更换提醒方法,其特征在于,所述获取电机设定时段内的转速差值包括:所述电机上的驱动控制器获取所述电机的转速信息并进行处理,得到所述电机设定时段内转速差值。
  4. 根据权利要求2或3任意一项所述的用于吸尘器滤网更换提醒方法,其特征在于,所述电机的类型的包括以下电机的至少一种:有刷电机或无刷电机;
    其中,所述有刷电机通过转速检测电路检测所述有刷电机的转速信息,并将所述转速信息传输给所述驱动控制器。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的用于吸尘器滤网更换提醒方法,其特征在于,所述吸尘器工作参数至少包括以下参数的一种:电机恒功率运行参数和电机非恒功率运行参数以及过滤系统参数;
    所述根据吸尘器工作参数,将所述转速差值与预先设定的转速差值阈值进行比较,得到比较结果包括:
    根据所述电机恒功率运行参数,将所述转速差值与预先设定的转速差值阈值进行比较,得到比较结果;
    根据所述电机非恒功率运行参数,将所述转速差值与预先设定的转速差值阈值进行比较,得到比较结果;
    根据所述过滤系统参数,将所述转速差值与预先设定的转速差值阈值进行比较,得到比较结果。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的用于吸尘器滤网更换提醒方法,其特征在于,所述将所述转速差值与预先设定的转速差值阈值进行比较,得到比较结果包括:
    所述转速差值大于等于所述预先设定的转速差值阈值,得到第一比较结果;
    所述转速差值小于所述预先设定的转速差值阈值时,得到第二比较结果。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的用于吸尘器滤网更换提醒方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述比较结果判定是否提醒用户更换滤网包括:
    根据所述第一比较结果,提醒用户更换滤网;
    根据所述第二比较结果,控制所述电机继续运行。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的用于吸尘器滤网更换提醒方法,其特征在于,所述提醒用户更换滤网的方式至少包括:
    根据所述第一比较结果,控制显示器进行显示提示;或控制报警器进行语音提示。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的用于吸尘器滤网更换提醒方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述比较结果判定是否提醒用户更换滤网包括:
    根据所述第一比较结果,控制所述电机停止运行;
    根据所述第二比较结果,控制所述电机继续运行。
  10. 一种吸尘器滤网更换提醒系统,包括电机,其特征在于,还包括:转速检测装置,控制器、提示装置;
    所述电机与所述转速检测装置连接,所述转速检测装置用于检测所述电机的转速信息;
    所述转速检测装置与所述控制器连接,所述控制器与所述提示装置连接;
    所述转速检测装置将检测的所述转速信息反馈给所述控制器,所述控制器对所述转速信息进行处理,得到所述电机设定时段内的转速差值,并将所 述转速差值与预先设定的转速差值阈值进行比较,根据比较结果控制所述提示装置是否提醒用户更换滤网;
    若是,则所述控制器控制所述提示装置提醒用户更换滤网。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的吸尘器滤网更换提醒系统,其特征在于,所述电机包括:无刷电机和有刷电机;
    所述无刷电机或所述有刷电机上分别设置有驱动控制器;所述驱动控制器与所述转速检测装置连接,能够获取所述转速检测装置检测的所述无刷电机或所述有刷电机的转速信息;并将所述转速信息反馈给所述控制器,所述控制器对所述转速信息进行处理,得到所述无刷电机或所述有刷电机设定时段内的转速差值。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的吸尘器滤网更换提醒系统,其特征在于,所述电机包括:无刷电机和有刷电机;
    所述无刷电机或所述有刷电机上分别设置有驱动控制器;所述驱动控制器与所述转速检测装置连接,能够获取所述转速检测装置检测的所述无刷电机或所述有刷电机的转速信息;并将所述转速信息进行处理,得到所述无刷电机或所述有刷电机设定时段内的转速差值。
  13. 根据权利要求11或12任意一项所述的吸尘器滤网更换提醒系统,其特征在于,所述有刷电机中设置有转速检测电路,用于检测所述有刷电机的转速信息。
  14. 根据权利要求11或12任意一项所述的吸尘器滤网更换提醒系统,其特征在于,所述无刷电机包括恒功率运行电机和非恒功率运行电机。
  15. 根据权利要求10所述的吸尘器滤网更换提醒系统,其特征在于,所述提示装置包括显示器和报警器;
    所述显示器用于所述控制器控制所述显示器显示更换滤网信息,以提醒用户更换滤网;
    所述报警器用于所述控制器控制所述报警器播放语音,以提醒用户更换滤网。
  16. 一种吸尘器,其特征在于,包括:上述权利要求10-15所述的滤网更换提醒系统。
