Description
本发明属于物流运输机械领域,特别涉及一种便携式装卸运输车。
随着社会科技的发展进步,特别是由网络购物引起的物流业的发展,在很多场合都需要货物的搬运和运输。而货物重、数量多对运输工人的体能消耗较大,因此产生了一种运输设备即升降搬运车。现在市场上常见的升降类搬运小车有液压式的、电动式的的等等;液压式的生产成本偏高,电动式的结构复杂,有时工作不稳定。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种便携式装卸运输车,以解决上述问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种便携式装卸运输车,包括底架、第一弧形套管、第二弧形套管、第三弧形套管、提升架和套管收回装置;第一弧形套管、第二弧形套管和第三弧形套管依次套接形成弧形伸缩管,两个弧形伸缩管并排设置在底架上;提升架设置在弧形伸缩管的一端,弧形伸缩管另一端的设置底架上设置有套管收回装置,套管收回装置用于将伸长的弧形伸缩管收回。
进一步的,套管收回装置包括脚蹬、主动齿轮、从动齿轮、传动轴和钢绳;主动齿轮通过转轴安装在底架的一侧,转轴的端部设置有脚蹬,底架上设置有传动轴,传动轴的一端设置有从动齿轮,从动齿轮与主动齿轮啮合,钢绳的一端固定在传动轴上,另一端连接最远端的弧形套管。
进一步的,传动轴的另一端设置有棘轮,棘轮上设置有棘轮安全锁,用于卡住棘轮;最远端的弧形套管内部设置有动滑轮组,动滑轮组包括第一滑轮和第二滑轮,第一滑轮固定在弧形套管的内壁上,第二滑轮的上下两端均设置有挂钩,绳索的一端固定在第二滑轮 上方的挂钩上,然后绕过第一滑轮和第二滑轮与钢绳连接;钢绳从三个弧形套管内部穿过连接到动滑轮组的绳索上。
进一步的,弧形伸缩管伸长后为半圆状;弧形伸缩管的一端固定在底架上,第二弧形套管的一端与底架之间设置有滑动支撑杆,滑动支撑杆的一端与底架铰接,;另一端与第二弧形套管固定连接。
进一步的,第二弧形套管内侧和外侧均沿圆弧方向设置有导轨,第一弧形套管内设置有滚轮,滚轮卡在第二弧形套管的导轨上;第三弧形套管外侧设置有滚轮,滚轮卡在第二弧形套管的导轨上。
进一步的,底架的底部设置有若干车轮。
与现有技术相比,本发吗有以下技术效果:
本发明使用三重弧形套管结构和滑轮组结构的配合,高效,方便,省力的提升重物;
同时在放下重物的同时会向前伸出一段距离,可以落到货箱的内部。
本发明三重套管装置通过套在一起,悬挂在底架上可以减少占地空间,达到便携的目的。
本发明结构上动力输入利用脚蹬,充分考虑人体工程学,使整机操作起来更具有人性化,便于操作。滑轮组结构简单,造价便宜,安全好用,同时滑轮组是挠性装置,便于安装和使用,工作效率较高。
本发明滑动支撑的设计,在提升重物时,可以用来提高整机的刚度,在放下中午的时候由于可以滑动,不会与货箱产生干涉。
本发明更换不同的提升架来符合和运输场合,从而达到适用多场合、操作简单、省力的目的。

请参阅图1至图3,一种便携式装卸运输车,包括底架2、第一弧形套管9、第二弧形套管10、第三弧形套管12、提升架13和套管收回装置;第一弧形套管9、第二弧形套管10和第三弧形套管12依次套接形成弧形伸缩管,两个弧形伸缩管并排设置在底架2上;提升架13设置在弧形伸缩管的一端,弧形伸缩管另一端的设置底架2上设置有套管收回装置,套管收回装置用于将伸长的弧形伸缩管收回。
套管收回装置包括脚蹬3、主动齿轮4、从动齿轮5、传动轴6和钢绳8;主动齿轮4通过转轴安装在底架2的一侧,转轴的端部设置有脚蹬3,底架2上设置有传动轴6,传动轴的一端设置有从动齿轮5,从动齿轮5与主动齿轮4啮合,钢绳8的一端固定在传动轴上,另一端连接最远端的弧形套管。主动齿轮4小于从动齿轮。
传动轴的另一端设置有棘轮,棘轮上设置有棘轮安全锁7,用于卡住棘轮;最远端的弧形套管内部设置有动滑轮组,动滑轮组包括第一滑轮和第二滑轮,第一滑轮固定在弧形套管的内壁上,第二滑轮的上下两端均设置有挂钩,绳索的一端固定在第二滑轮上方的挂钩上,然后绕过第一滑轮和第二滑轮与钢绳8连接;钢绳8从三个弧形套管内部穿过连接到动滑轮组的绳索上。
弧形伸缩管伸长后为半圆状;弧形伸缩管的一端固定在底架2上,第二弧形套管10的一端与底架2之间设置有滑动支撑杆11,滑动支撑杆11的一端与底架2铰接,;另一端与第二弧形套管10固定连接。
第二弧形套管10内侧和外侧均沿圆弧方向设置有导轨,第一弧形套管9内设置有滚轮,滚轮卡在第二弧形套管10的导轨上;第三弧形套管12外侧设置有滚轮,滚轮卡在第二弧形套管10的导轨上。
底架2的底部设置有若干车轮1。
本发明的小车利用了滑轮组可以省三分之二的力,同时钢绳是挠性的,可以避免刚性摩擦,降低了机械装配的要求,使整机易于工作。
利用了三重弧形套管,与滑轮组相互配合,起提升重物作用,同时这种机构可以减小的占地空间,达到便于携带的目的。
减速齿轮组,主要目的来实现减速省力的作用,直齿轮传动传动比稳定,效率较高,工作可靠。
棘轮机构主要的作用是实现中午在上升过程的自锁,从而保证机械机构的安全可靠,同时结构简单、制造方便和运动可靠。
通过更换提升架或安装不同的末端来扩展了使用范围。

- 一种便携式装卸运输车,其特征在于,包括底架(2)、第一弧形套管(9)、第二弧形套管(10)、第三弧形套管(12)、提升架(13)和套管收回装置;第一弧形套管(9)、第二弧形套管(10)和第三弧形套管(12)依次套接形成弧形伸缩管,两个弧形伸缩管并排设置在底架(2)上;提升架(13)设置在弧形伸缩管的一端,弧形伸缩管另一端的设置底架(2)上设置有套管收回装置,套管收回装置用于将伸长的弧形伸缩管收回。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种便携式装卸运输车,其特征在于,套管收回装置包括脚蹬(3)、主动齿轮(4)、从动齿轮(5)、传动轴(6)和钢绳(8);主动齿轮(4)通过转轴安装在底架(2)的一侧,转轴的端部设置有脚蹬(3),底架(2)上设置有传动轴(6),传动轴的一端设置有从动齿轮(5),从动齿轮(5)与主动齿轮(4)啮合,钢绳(8)的一端固定在传动轴上,另一端连接最远端的弧形套管。
- 根据权利要求2所述的一种便携式装卸运输车,其特征在于,传动轴的另一端设置有棘轮,棘轮上设置有棘轮安全锁(7),用于卡住棘轮;最远端的弧形套管内部设置有动滑轮组,动滑轮组包括第一滑轮和第二滑轮,第一滑轮固定在弧形套管的内壁上,第二滑轮的上下两端均设置有挂钩,绳索的一端固定在第二滑轮上方的挂钩上,然后绕过第一滑轮和第二滑轮与钢绳(8)连接;钢绳(8)从三个弧形套管内部穿过连接到动滑轮组的绳索上。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种便携式装卸运输车,其特征在于,弧形伸缩管伸长后为半圆状;弧形伸缩管的一端固定在底架(2)上,第二弧形套管(10)的一端与底架(2)之间设置有滑动支撑杆(11),滑动支撑杆(11)的一端与底架(2)铰接,;另一端与第二弧形套管(10)固定连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种便携式装卸运输车,其特征在于,第二弧形套管(10)内侧和外侧均沿圆弧方向设置有导轨,第一弧形套管(9)内设置有滚轮,滚轮卡在第二弧形套管(10)的导轨上;第三弧形套管(12)外侧设置有滚轮,滚轮卡在第二弧形套管(10)的导轨上。
