Description

접이식 상자
본 발명은 접이식 상자에 관한 것으로, 좀 더 상세하게는 내측에 물품을 수납할 수 있는 공간이 형성되며, 부피를 최소화시키기 위해 접히거나 펼칠 수 있는 접이식 상자에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로, 완충성, 경량성 및 내충격성이 요구되는 합성수지 재질의 상자는 별도의 완충재 없이 반복적으로 물품을 운반 또는 보관할 때에 주로 이용하는 것으로, 내부에 물품을 수납하기 위한 수납공간이 형성된다.
이러한 수납상자는 내부에 물품을 수용하고 있을 때에 상자 자체의 부피만큼의 보관공간을 필요로 한다.
하지만, 빈 상자의 경우에 보관하고자 하는 물품도 없이 빈 상자만을 보관하기 위한 공간이 필요하기 때문에 빈 상자를 보관하기 위한 공간을 낭비하게 되고, 휴대성이 떨어지는 등의 많은 불편함이 있었다.
이에 종래의 절첩형 발포수지 포장상자(등록특허공보 제10-1179611호)는 내부에 물품을 수납하지 않고 보관하거나 휴대할 때에, 상부덮개 및 하부덮개를 분리시킨 뒤, 몸체에 마련된 절첩부를 외측에서 내측으로 가압하여 몸체를 내측으로 접는 방식의 기술이 개시되었다.
하지만, 종래의 절첩형 발포수지 포장상자는 몸체를 접기 위해 상부덮개 및 하부덮개를 몸체로부터 분리시킨 뒤, 몸체를 접어야 하는 사용상 불편하고 편의성이 떨어지는 문제점이 있었다.
또한, 종래의 접이식 포장상자(공개특허공보 제10-2015-0011668호)는 내부에 물품을 수납하지 않고 보관하거나 휴대할 때에, 상단 덮개부재를 개방한 상태에서 측면부들을 차례로 바닥부재 측으로 접어야 부피를 줄일 수 있기 때문에 사용상 불편하고 편의성이 떨어지는 문제점이 있었다.
본 발명은 상기 문제점을 해결하기 위해 창작된 것으로써, 본 발명의 목적은 좌측 옆면부 및 우측 옆면부에 연질의 옆면 유연부가 마련됨으로써 용이하게 접거나 펼칠 수 있어 사용상 편의성을 극대화시킬 수 있는 접이식 상자를 제공하는데 있다.
본 발명의 실시예에 따른 접이식 상자는, 하나 이상의 바닥 접이수단에 의해 내측으로 접힐 수 있도록 마련된 바닥부; 상기 바닥부의 전면에 연결되는 전면부; 상기 바닥부의 후면에 연결되는 후면부; 상기 바닥부의 좌측면에 연결되며, 하나 이상의 좌측 접이수단에 의해 내측으로 접힐 수 있도록 마련된 좌측 옆면부; 및 상기 바닥부의 우측면에 연결되며, 하나 이상의 우측 접이수단에 의해 내측으로 접힐 수 있도록 마련된 우측 옆면부;를 포함하며, 상기 좌측 옆면부 및 우측 옆면부에는 좌측 접이수단 및 우측 접이수단의 아래영역에 연질의 옆면 유연부가 각각 마련되어 상기 좌측 옆면부 및 우측 옆면부가 내측으로 접힐 때, 동시에 상기 바닥부가 내측으로 접힐 수 있도록 구성된다.
본 발명의 실시예에 따른 접이식 상자의 상기 좌측 옆면부는 상기 좌측 접이수단을 통해 연결되어 내측으로 접힐 수 있도록 마련된 좌측 제1옆판 및 좌측 제2옆판을 포함하며, 상기 우측 옆면부는 상기 우측 접이수단을 통해 연결되어 내측으로 접힐 수 있도록 마련된 우측 제1옆판 및 우측 제2옆판을 포함하고, 상기 바닥부는 상기 바닥 접이수단을 통해 연결되어 상기 좌측 옆면부 및 우측 옆면부가 내측으로 접힐 때, 상기 옆면 유연부에 의해 동시에 내측으로 접힐 수 있도록 마련된 제1바닥판 및 제2바닥판을 포함할 수 있다.
본 발명의 실시예에 따른 접이식 상자의 상기 옆면 유연부는 삼각형 모양으로 마련됨에 따라 상기 좌측 제1옆판, 좌측 제2옆판, 우측 제1옆판 및 우측 제2옆판은 사다리꼴 모양으로 마련될 수 있다.
본 발명의 실시예에 따른 접이식 상자의 상기 바닥 접이수단, 좌측 접이수단 및 우측 접이수단은 힌지(hinge)로 마련될 수 있다.
본 발명의 실시예에 따른 접이식 상자의 상기 좌측 접이수단 및 우측 접이수단에는 상기 좌측 옆면부 및 우측 옆면부가 펼쳐진 상태에서, 그 고정력을 높이기 위한 좌측 힌지자석 및 우측 힌지자석이 각각 마련될 수 있다.
본 발명의 실시예에 따른 접이식 상자의 상기 바닥 접이수단에는 상기 바닥부가 내측으로 접혀질 때에, 상기 바닥 접이수단에 탄성력을 제공하기 위한 바닥 힌지스프링 및 스프링 케이스가 마련될 수 있다.
본 발명의 실시예에 따른 접이식 상자의 상기 후면부의 하측에는 상기 접이식 상자를 이동시키기 위한 하나 이상의 후면바퀴가 마련될 수 있다.
본 발명의 실시예에 따른 접이식 상자의 상기 전면부의 하측에는 상기 접이식 상자를 이동시키기 위한 하나 이상의 전면바퀴가 마련될 수 있다.
본 발명은 좌측 옆면부 및 우측 옆면부에 연질의 옆면 유연부가 마련됨으로써 용이하게 접거나 펼칠 수 있어 사용상 편의성을 극대화시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.

도1 내지 도15를 참조하면, 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 접이식 상자는, 하나 이상의 바닥 접이수단(11)에 의해 내측으로 접힐 수 있도록 마련된 바닥부(1); 상기 바닥부(1)의 전면에 연결되는 전면부(2); 상기 바닥부(1)의 후면에 연결되는 후면부(3); 상기 바닥부(1)의 좌측면에 연결되며, 하나 이상의 좌측 접이수단(41)에 의해 내측으로 접힐 수 있도록 마련된 좌측 옆면부(4); 및 상기 바닥부(1)의 우측면에 연결되며, 하나 이상의 우측 접이수단(51)에 의해 내측으로 접힐 수 있도록 마련된 우측 옆면부(5);를 포함하며,

본 발명의 실시예에 따른 접이식 상자는 상면이 개방된 경질의 직육면체 형태로 마련되며, 내측에 물품을 수납할 수 있는 공간이 형성될 수 있다. 또한, 본 발명의 접이식 상자는 내측에 수납된 물품을 보호하기 위해 폴리프로필렌(Poly Propylene, PP), 폴리카보네이트(Poly Carbonate, PC) 및 ABS수지(Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene copolymer)와 같은 단단한 재질(경질)의 합성수지를 포함하여 마련될 수 있지만, 이에 한정되지는 않는다.
하지만, 옆면 유연부(6)는 경질과 상반되는 패브릭(fabric), 합성섬유 천 등의 연질로 마련될 수 있다. 즉, 옆면 유연부(6)는 좌측 옆면부(4)와 우측 옆면부(5)가 내측으로 접힐 때, 이와 함께 바닥부(1)가 내측으로 부드럽게 접힐 수 있도록 연질로 마련되는 것이다.
본 발명의 실시예에 따른 접이식 상자의 상기 좌측 옆면부(4)는 상기 좌측 접이수단(41)을 통해 연결되어 내측으로 접힐 수 있도록 마련된 좌측 제1옆판(4a) 및 좌측 제2옆판(4b)을 포함하며, 상기 우측 옆면부(5)는 상기 우측 접이수단(51)을 통해 연결되어 내측으로 접힐 수 있도록 마련된 우측 제1옆판(5a) 및 우측 제2옆판(5b)을 포함하고, 상기 바닥부(1)는 상기 바닥 접이수단(11)을 통해 연결되어 상기 좌측 옆면부(4) 및 우측 옆면부(4)가 내측으로 접힐 때, 상기 옆면 유연부(6)에 의해 동시에 내측으로 접힐 수 있도록 마련된 제1바닥판(1a) 및 제2바닥판(1b)을 포함할 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 접이식 상자는 바닥 접이수단(11), 좌측 접이수단(41) 및 우측 접이수단(51)이 힌지로 마련될 수 있다.
이러한 본 발명의 실시예에 따라 바닥 접이수단(11), 좌측 접이수단(41) 및 우측 접이수단(51)이 힌지로 마련될 경우, 그 내부에 힌지봉(8)이 삽입될 수 있다.
아울러, 본 발명은 실시하기에 따라 바닥 접이수단(11), 좌측 접이수단(41) 및 우측 접이수단(51)이 2개 이상의 복수로 마련될 수 있다. 이 경우, 바닥 접이수단(11), 좌측 접이수단(41) 및 우측 접이수단(51)과 대응되도록 바닥부(1), 좌측 옆면부(4) 및 우측 옆면부(5)가 각각 3개 이상의 복수로 마련되는 것이 바람직하며, 이에 따라 접이식 상자의 전후방향 길이가 길게 제조될 수 있기 때문에 내부에 보다 많은 물품을 수납할 수 있게 된다.
또한, 바닥부(1)와 전면부(2)는 제1연결부(12a)를 통해 수직으로 연결되며, 바닥부(1)와 후면부(3)는 제2연결부(12b)를 통해 수직으로 연결됨으로써 바닥부(1)가 내측으로 접히거나 펼쳐질 수 있게 된다.
여기서, 제1연결부(12a) 및 제2연결부(12b)는 바닥 접이수단(11), 좌측 접이수단(41) 및 우측 접이수단(51)과 마찬가지로, 힌지로 마련될 수 있다.
그리고, 전면부(2)와 좌측 옆면부(4), 전면부(2)와 우측 옆면부(5), 후면부(3)와 좌측 옆면부(4), 후면부(3)와 우측 옆면부(5)는 각각 모서리 연결부(21)를 통해 수직으로 연결됨으로써 좌측 옆면부(4)와 우측 옆면부(5)가 내측으로 접히거나 펼쳐질 수 있게 된다.
이러한 모서리 연결부(21)는 바닥 접이수단(11), 좌측 접이수단(41) 및 우측 접이수단(51)과 마찬가지로, 힌지로 마련될 수 있다.
아울러, 모서리 연결부(21)는 힌지로 마련될 경우, 모서리 연결부(21)를 보호하면서 강도를 높일 수 있도록 모서리 연결부(21)의 전면 또는 후면 방향으로 모서리 연결부(21)를 감싸며 결합되는 모서리 덮개(21a)가 마련될 수 있다.
도1을 참조하면, 전면부(2) 및 후면부(3)의 일측에는 각각 전면 손잡이(22) 및 후면 손잡이(32)가 형성될 수 있다.
또한, 좌측 옆면부(4) 및 우측 옆면부(5)에는 각각 좌측 손잡이(42) 및 우측 손잡이(52)가 형성될 수 있다. 따라서, 본 발명의 접이식 상자를 용이하게 운반할 수 있게 된다.

구체적으로, 스프링 케이스(13a)는 바닥 힌지스프링(13)을 감싸도록 마련될 수 있다. 또한, 바닥 힌지스프링(13)의 양단은 제1바닥판(1a) 및 제2바닥판(1b)에 각각 형성된 스프링 구멍(13b)에 삽입되도록 구성함으로써 바닥 힌지스프링(13)이 외부로 노출되는 것을 방지하여 보호할 수 있는 것이다.
따라서, 본 발명은 바닥부가 펼쳐진 상태에서, 바닥 힌지스프링(13)의 탄성력에 의해 바닥부(1)가 내측으로 접혀지려는 소정의 힘이 발생되기 때문에 좌측 옆면부(4) 및 우측 옆면부(5)가 내측으로 접힐 때, 동시에 바닥부(1)가 내측으로 쉽게 접혀질 수 있는 것이다.
또한, 제1바닥판(1a) 및 제2바닥판(1b)의 상면에는 도12에 도시된 바와 같이, 제1바닥판(1a) 및 제2바닥판(1b)을 보호하면서 강도를 높이기 위한 바닥 보강부(11b)가 마련될 수 있다. 즉, 접이식 상자가 접혀진 상태일 때, 좌측 옆면부(4)와 우측 옆면부(5) 사이의 공간에 바닥 보강부(11b)가 위치하기 때문에 접이식 상자의 전체적인 두께를 그대로 유지시킬 수 있으면서, 바닥 보강부(11b)를 통해 바닥부(1)의 강도를 높일 수 있는 것이다.
그리고, 도8 및 도12를 참조하면, 바닥 보강부(11b)에는 바닥 접이수단(11)과 접하는 바닥 힌지턱(11a)이 마련될 수 있다. 따라서, 바닥부(1)가 펼쳐진 상태에서 접이식 상자에 물품이 수납될 경우, 바닥 힌지턱(11a)과 제1바닥판(1a) 및 제2바닥판(1b)에 연결된 옆면 유연부(6)의 인장력에 의해 제1바닥판(1a) 및 제2바닥판(1b)이 물품의 하중을 견디면서, 외측으로 접히지 않고 수평상태를 유지할 수 있게 된다.
본 발명의 실시예에 따른 접이식 상자의 상기 옆면 유연부(6)는 삼각형 모양으로 마련됨에 따라 상기 좌측 제1옆판(4a), 좌측 제2옆판(4b), 우측 제1옆판(5a) 및 우측 제2옆판(5b)은 사다리꼴 모양으로 마련될 수 있다. 구체적으로, 옆면 유연부(6)는 좌측 제1옆판(4a), 좌측 제2옆판(4b), 우측 제1옆판(5a) 및 우측 제2옆판(5b)과 연결시키기 위해 상단 꼭짓점 일부분이 제외된 삼각형 모양으로 마련되는 것이 바람직하다. 다시 말해, 옆면 유연부(6)는 좌측 제1옆판(4a), 좌측 제2옆판(4b), 우측 제1옆판(5a) 및 우측 제2옆판(5b)과 연결될 때에, 좌측 접이수단(41) 및 우측 접이수단(51)의 폭 만큼 꼭짓점 일부분이 잘린 삼각형 모양으로 마련되는 것이 바람직하다.
또한, 좌측 옆면부(4) 및 우측 옆면부(5)에 각각 좌측 체결돌기(44) 및 우측 체결돌기(미도시)가 형성되어 옆면 유연부(6)의 좌측 및 우측 가장자리에 형성된 체결구멍(H)에 삽입될 수 있다. 그리고, 좌측 체결돌기(44) 및 우측 체결돌기에 좌측 체결덮개(61a) 및 우측 결합덮개(61b)가 체결됨으로써 옆면 유연부(6)가 좌측 옆면부(4) 및 우측 옆면부(5)에 결합될 수 있다.
아울러, 바닥부(1)의 하면 양단에 바닥 체결돌기(14)가 형성되어 옆면 유연부(6)의 하부에 형성된 체결구멍(H)에 삽입될 수 있다. 그리고, 바닥 체결돌기(14)에 바닥 체결덮개(61c)가 체결됨으로써 옆면 유연부(6)와 바닥부가 결합될 수 있다.
따라서, 본 발명은 도5 및 도6을 참조하면, 좌측 옆면부(4) 및 우측 옆면부(5)에 옆면 유연부(6)가 마련됨으로써 좌측 접이수단(41) 및 우측 접이수단(51)을 내측으로 가압할 경우, 좌측 옆면부(4) 및 우측 옆면부(5)가 내측으로 접히면서, 동시에 바닥부(1)가 접이식 상자의 내측으로 쉽게 접히는 것이다.
만약, 좌측 옆면부(4) 및 우측 옆면부(5)의 전체 영역이 단단한 경질로 마련될 경우, 좌측 옆면부(4) 및 우측 옆면부(5)는 물론, 바닥부(1)도 역시 내측으로 접을 수 없게 된다. 또한, 좌측 옆면부(4) 및 우측 옆면부(5)에 마련된 옆면 유연부(6)가 개방된 형태의 빈 공간으로 마련될 경우에는 접이식 상자에 수납된 물품이 이탈되는 문제점이 있다. 그리고, 접이식 상자 전체가 연질로 마련될 경우에는 내측에 수납된 물품을 보호하기 힘들며, 강도가 떨어지는 문제점이 있다.
따라서, 본 발명의 실시예 따른 접이식 상자는 좌측 옆면부(4) 및 우측 옆면부(5)에 옆면 유연부(6)가 부드럽고 유연한 연질의 삼각형 모양으로 마련되어 전술한 문제점을 해결하면서, 간편하게 접거나 펼칠 수 있어 사용상 편의성을 극대화시킬 수 있는 것이다.
도 13을 참조하면, 본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따른 접이식 상자는 바닥부(1), 전면부(2), 후면부(3), 좌측 옆면부(4), 우측 옆면부(5)가 접착, 융착, 체결 및 사출 방식 중 어느 하나의 방식에 의해 연결될 수 있다. 이와 마찬가지로 제1바닥판(1a)과 제2바닥판(1b), 좌측 제1옆판(4a)과 좌측 제2옆판(4b), 우측 제1옆판(5a)과 우측 제2옆판(5b)이 전술한 접착, 융착, 체결 및 사출 방식 중 어느 하나의 방식에 의해 연결됨으로써 각각 내측으로 접힐 수 있도록 바닥 접이수단(11), 좌측 접이수단(41) 및 우측 접이수단(51)이 마련될 수 있다. 따라서, 바닥 접이수단(11), 좌측 접이수단(41) 및 우측 접이수단(51)에 외력이 가해질 경우, 바닥부(1), 좌측 옆면부(4) 및 우측 옆면부(5)가 함께 내측으로 접힐 수 있다.
추가적으로, 도14를 참조하면, 본 발명은 실시하기에 따라 상기 후면부(3)의 하측에는 상기 접이식 상자를 이동시키기 위한 하나 이상의 후면바퀴(33)가 지면 방향으로 돌출되어 마련될 수 있다. 이러한 후면바퀴(33)가 접이식 상자에 마련될 경우, 전면부(2)의 하측에는 후면바퀴(33)와 대응되는 맞은편에 전면 받침대(24)가 지면 방향으로 돌출되어 마련될 수 있다. 따라서, 접이식 상자가 정지되어 있을 경우, 지면과 수평상태를 안정적으로 유지할 수 있게 된다.
또한, 도15를 참조하면, 본 발명은 실시하기에 따라 후면부(3)의 하측에 후면바퀴(33)가 마련된 경우, 상기 전면부(2)의 하측에는 상기 접이식 상자를 이동시키기 위한 하나 이상의 전면바퀴(23)가 마련될 수 있다. 이러한 전면바퀴(23)는 후면바퀴(33)와 대응되는 맞은편에 지면 방향으로 돌출되어 마련될 수 있다.
아울러, 본 발명은 주변 환경 및 사용자의 선호도에 따라 후면부(3)에 후면바퀴(33)가 마련되거나, 전면부(2) 및 후면부(3)에 각각 전면바퀴(23) 및 후면바퀴(33)가 함께 마련될 경우 후면부(3)의 일측에 사용자가 파지할 수 있는 이동 손잡이(34)가 마련될 수 있다. 따라서, 본 발명은 이동 손잡이(34)를 이용하여 물품이 수납된 접이식 상자를 편리하게 이동시킬 수 있다.
추가적으로, 본 발명의 접이식 상자는 상면을 감싸며 덮을 수 있는 덮개(미도시)가 마련될 수 있다. 이러한 덮개를 통해 접이식 상자의 내측에 수납된 물품을 보호할 수 있다.
상술한 바와 같이, 본 발명에 대한 구체적인 설명은 실시예에 의해서 이루어졌지만, 상술한 실시예는 본 발명의 바람직한 예를 들어 설명하였을 뿐이기 때문에, 본 발명이 상기의 실시예에만 국한되는 것으로 이해되어져서는 아니 되며, 본 발명의 권리범위는 후술하는 청구범위 및 그 등가개념으로 이해되어져야 할 것이다.

Claims (8)

  1. 하나 이상의 바닥 접이수단에 의해 내측으로 접힐 수 있도록 마련된 바닥부;
    상기 바닥부의 전면에 연결되는 전면부;
    상기 바닥부의 후면에 연결되는 후면부;
    상기 바닥부의 좌측면에 연결되며, 하나 이상의 좌측 접이수단에 의해 내측으로 접힐 수 있도록 마련된 경질의 좌측 옆면부; 및
    상기 바닥부의 우측면에 연결되며, 하나 이상의 우측 접이수단에 의해 내측으로 접힐 수 있도록 마련된 경질의 우측 옆면부;를 포함하며,
    상기 좌측 옆면부 및 우측 옆면부에는 좌측 접이수단 및 우측 접이수단의 아래영역에 삼각형 모양으로 이루어진 연질의 옆면 유연부가 각각 마련되고,
    상기 바닥부는 상기 바닥 접이수단을 통해 연결되는 적어도 하나 이상의 제1바닥판 및 제2바닥판을 포함하며,
    상기 좌측 옆면부 및 우측 옆면부가 내측으로 접히면서, 동시에 상기 제1바닥판 및 제2바닥판이 내측으로 접힐 때에, 상기 제1바닥판 및 제2바닥판의 양측면 각각은 상기 좌측 옆면부 및 우측 옆면부가 내측으로 접히는 경로에 간섭받지 않도록 상기 옆면 유연부와 접촉되면서 내측으로 접히는 것을 특징으로 하는
    접이식 상자.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 좌측 옆면부는 상기 좌측 접이수단을 통해 연결되어 내측으로 접힐 수 있도록 마련된 좌측 제1옆판 및 좌측 제2옆판을 포함하며,
    상기 우측 옆면부는 상기 우측 접이수단을 통해 연결되어 내측으로 접힐 수 있도록 마련된 우측 제1옆판 및 우측 제2옆판을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는
    접이식 상자.
  3. 제 2 항에 있어서,
    상기 좌측 제1옆판, 좌측 제2옆판, 우측 제1옆판 및 우측 제2옆판은 사다리꼴 모양으로 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는
    접이식 상자.
  4. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 바닥 접이수단, 좌측 접이수단 및 우측 접이수단은 힌지(hinge)로 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는
    접이식 상자.
  5. 제 4 항에 있어서,
    상기 좌측 접이수단 및 우측 접이수단에는 상기 좌측 옆면부 및 우측 옆면부가 펼쳐진 상태에서, 그 고정력을 높이기 위한 좌측 힌지자석 및 우측 힌지자석이 각각 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는
    접이식 상자.
  6. 제 4 항에 있어서,
    상기 바닥 접이수단에는 상기 바닥부가 내측으로 접혀질 때에, 상기 바닥 접이수단에 탄성력을 제공하기 위한 바닥 힌지스프링 및 스프링 케이스가 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는
    접이식 상자.
  7. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 후면부의 하측에는 상기 접이식 상자를 이동시키기 위한 하나 이상의 후면바퀴가 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는
    접이식 상자.
  8. 제 7 항에 있어서,
    상기 전면부의 하측에는 상기 접이식 상자를 이동시키기 위한 하나 이상의 전면바퀴가 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는
    접이식 상자.
