본 발명은 책꽂이 겸용 도서 포장장치 및 그 방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 도서의 포장과 함께 책꽂이로도 사용할 수 있도록 한 책꽂이 겸용 도서 포장장치 및 그 방법에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 책과 파일 등을 가지런히 정리하는 용도로 사용되는 책꽂이는 목재, 금속, 합성수지 등으로 이루어진다.
그러나 상기 책꽂이는 각 부재가 일체로 조립되어 있어 분해 및 조립을 할 수 없고 또 부피가 커서 제품의 포장이 어렵고, 특히 제조업체에서는 이의 보관이나 운반에 많은 비용을 부담하게 되는 문제점이 있었다.
한편 책 포장재는 책을 운반 및 보관할 때에 사용되는 것으로서, 그 주목적은 책의 파손을 막기 위한 것이다.
따라서 종래의 책 포장재는 오로지 포장을 목적으로 한 것으로서, 책을 구입한 후에는 바로 쓸모가 없어지거나 폐기되는 것이 일반적이다.
물론 여러 권의 책들을 한 세트로 판매할 때에는, 책들을 하나로 보관할 수 있는 박스가 있기는 하지만, 이들 박스는 대체로 책의 전면을 수용하기 때문에 책을 빼내기가 쉽지 않으며, 책의 접철부가 밖으로 노출되기 때문에 책을 오랜 기간 보관하기에는 한계가 있었다.

본 발명은 상기와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 안출된 것으로서, 좌·우측 도서장으로 분리형성되는 내부 케이스를 이용하여 도서의 보관이나 운반시에는 포장용도로 사용하고 도서의 정렬이나 배치시에는 책꽂이로 사용할 수 있도록 하는데 그 목적이 있다. 또한 내부 케이스의 도서 수용공간에 도서를 수용할 수 있는 도서 케이스를 착·탈 가능하게 장착하여 상기 도서 수량에 따른 도서의 지지와 함께 고정할 수 있도록 하는데 그 목적이 있다.
본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 책꽂이 겸용 도서 포장장치는 좌·우측 도서장으로 분리형성되고 내부에는 도서를 수용하는 도서 수용공간이 각각 형성되는 내부 케이스; 상부가 개방되고 내부에는 상기 내부 케이스를 수용하는 내부공간이 형성되는 외부 케이스; 및 상기 외부 케이스의 상부를 개방 또는 폐쇄하는 외부 케이스 덮개;를 포함하여 이루어지되, 상기 내부 케이스는 도서의 포장시 케이스로 사용되고 도서의 정렬시에는 책꽂이로 사용된다.
그리고 상기 좌·우측 도서장의 내부에는 간격을 두고 슬라이드 홈이 형성되고 상기 슬라이드 홈에는 지지판이 착·탈 가능하게 장착될 수 있다.

여기서 상기 도서 케이스의 일 측 또는 양측에는 수평 지지부가 형성되고 상기 수평 지지부의 가장자리 부분에는 수평방향으로 절곡할 수 있도록 절개부와 접힘부가 형성될 수 있다.
본 발명의 실시 예에 따르면, 좌·우측 도서장으로 분리형성되는 내부 케이스를 이용하여 도서의 보관이나 운반시에는 포장용도로 사용하고 도서의 정렬이나 배치시에는 책꽂이로 사용할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 자원의 재활용과 함께 책꽂이 구매에 따른 비용을 지출을 방지할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
또한 내부 케이스의 도서 수용공간에 도서를 수용할 수 있는 도서 케이스를 착·탈 가능하게 장착하여 도서의 수량에 관계없이 안정적으로 도서를 지지하면서도 고정할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

이하, 본 발명이 속하는 기술 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자가 용이하게 실시할 수 있도록 본 발명의 실시 예에 대하여 첨부한 도면을 참고로 하여 상세히 설명한다. 그러나 본 발명은 여러 가지 상이한 형태로 구현될 수 있으며 여기에서 설명하는 실시 예에 한정되지 않는다. 명세서 전체를 통하여 유사한 부분에 대해서는 동일한 도면 부호를 붙였다.
이하 본 발명의 구성을 첨부되는 도면을 참조로 설명하면, 도 1은 본 발명에 따른 책꽂이 겸용 도서 포장장치를 나타낸 분해사시도이고, 도 2는 본 발명에 따른 책꽂이 겸용 도서 포장장치를 나타낸 조립단면도이며, 도 3 내지 7은 본 발명에 따른 책꽂이 겸용 도서 포장장치를 구성하는 내부 케이스의 다른 실시 예를 나타낸 도면이고, 도 8은 본 발명에 따른 책꽂이 겸용 도서 포장방법을 나타낸 순차도이며, 도 9는 본 발명에 따른 책꽂이 겸용 도서 포장방법에 따른 순서를 나타낸 공정도이다.
본원발명인 책꽂이 겸용 도서 포장장치(10)는 도서(1)가 수용되는 내부 케이스(20)와, 상기 내부 케이스(20)가 수용되는 외부 케이스(30)와, 상기 외부 케이스(30)를 개방 또는 폐쇄하는 외부 케이스 덮개(40) 등으로 이루어진다.
상기 내부 케이스(20)는 좌·우측 도서장(21, 22)으로 분리형성되고 상기 좌·우측 도서장(21, 22)의 내부에는 도서(1)와 도서 케이스(50)가 수용되는 도서 수용공간(23)이 형성된다.
여기서 상기 내부 케이스(20)를 구성하는 좌·우측 도서장(21, 22)의 형상은 용도와 목적 등에 따라 달라질 수 있으며, 본원발명에서 상기 내부 케이스(20)는 좌·우측 도서장(21, 22)이 중앙을 중심으로 상부에서 하부를 향하면서 다단 경사지게 형성되는 예를 들어 설명하기로 한다.
그리고 상기 내부 케이스(20)는 도서(1)의 운반이나 이동시에는 포장 케이스의 역할을 수행하고, 도서의 정렬이나 배치시에는 책꽂이 역할을 하게 된다.
이를 좀더 구체적으로 살펴보면, 종래의 포장 케이스는 단순히 도서의 파손을 막는 역할로써 도서를 구매한 후에는 바로 폐기되는 반면, 본원발명의 내부 케이스(20)는 도서(1)의 운반이나 이동시에는 분리형성되는 좌·우측 도서장(21, 22)을 통해 도서(1)의 파손을 방지하는 케이스 역할을 수행하고 도서(1)를 구매한 후에는 책꽂이로 사용될 수 있도록 한 것이다.
다음으로 상기 내부 케이스(20)는 도시된 도 3 내지 7과 같이 구성될 수 있다.
먼저 도시된 도 3의 내부 케이스(20)는 좌·우측 도서장(21, 22)의 내부에 간격을 두고 슬라이드 홈(24)이 형성되고 상기 슬라이드 홈(24)에는 지지판(25)이 착·탈 가능하게 장착되는 예를 나타낸 것이다.
즉 상기 내부 케이스(20)는 좌·우측 도서장(21, 22)의 수평 또는 수직방향에 간격을 두고 슬라이드 홈(24)을 형성하고, 상기 슬라이드 홈(24)의 수평 또는 수직방향에는 지지판(25)을 선택적으로 장착하여, 도서(1)의 고정뿐만 아니라 장신구 등을 전시할 수 있도록 한 것이다.
그리고 도시된 도 4의 내부 케이스(20)는 좌·우측 도서장(21, 22)의 상부에 손잡이부(26)가 형성되는 예를 나타낸 것이다.
즉 상기 내부 케이스(20)는 좌·우측 도서장(21, 22)의 상부에 손잡이부(26)를 일체 또는 장착가능하도록 구성하여, 상기 외부 케이스(30)의 내부공간(32)에서 좌·우측 도서장(21, 22)으로 이루어지는 내부 케이스(20)를 용이하게 외부로 배출할 수 있도록 한 것이다.
다음으로 도시된 도 5의 내부 케이스(20)는 좌·우측 도서장(21, 22)의 하부에 도서 수용공간(23)에 수용되는 도서(1)의 상부 높이를 맞출 수 있도록 높낮이 조절부재(27)가 착·탈 가능하게 장착되는 예를 나타낸 것이다.
즉 상기 내부 케이스(20)를 구성하는 좌·우측 도서장(21, 22)의 도서 수용공간(23) 하부에 높낮이 조절부재(27)를 착·탈 가능하게 장착하여 높낮이가 다른 도서(1)의 상부를 일치시켜 미관을 향상시키면서도 용이하게 도서(1)를 빼낼 수 있도록 한 것이다.
이때 상기 높낮이 조절부재(27)의 내부에는 좌·우측 도서장(21, 22)의 고정과 함께 도서 수용공간(23)에 수용되는 도서(1)를 안정적으로 지지할 수 있도록 중량체(27a)가 장착될 수 있다.
다음으로 도시된 도 6 및 7의 내부 케이스(20)는 좌·우측 도서장(21, 22)의 도서 수용공간(23)에 도서(1)를 수용 및 고정하는 도서 케이스(50)가 더 장착되는 예를 나타낸 것이다.
즉 상기 도서 케이스(50)는 좌·우측 도서장(21, 22)의 크기나 폭보다 작게 형성되면서 내부에 적어도 두 권 이상의 도서(1)가 수용될 수 있도록 한 것이다.
이때 상기 도서 케이스(50)는 도서(1)의 정렬이나 배치시 도서 수용공간(21)에 장착되어 도서(1)를 고정 및 지지할 수 있다.
그리고 상기 도서 케이스(50)는 일 측 또는 양측에는 수평 지지부(51)가 형성되고 상기 수평 지지부(51)의 가장자리 부분에는 수평방향으로 절곡할 수 있도록 절개부(52)와 접힘부(53)가 형성될 수 있다.
즉 상기 도서 케이스(50)는 일 측 또는 양측에 수평방향으로 절곡되는 수평 지지부(51)를 형성하여 도서(1)의 고정과 함께 공간의 활용도를 높일 수 있도록 한 것이다.
상기 내부 케이스(20)가 수용되는 외부 케이스(30)는 사각 박스 형상으로 상부가 개방되고 내부에는 내부 케이스(20)를 수용할 수 있도록 내부공간(32)이 형성된다.
즉 상기 외부 케이스(30)는 내부 케이스(20)를 수용할 수 있도록 사각 박스 형상으로 형성되고, 상부에는 내부 케이스(20)의 삽입 및 배출을 위하여 개방되는 것이다.
더불어 상기 외부 케이스(30)는 내부 케이스(20)와 함께 도서(1)를 보호함으로써 기존의 포장 케이스보다 안정적으로 도서(1)를 운반할 수 있는 효과도 얻게 되는 것이다.
상기 외부 케이스(30)의 상부를 개방 또는 폐쇄하는 외부 케이스 덮개(40)는 사각 박스 형상으로 하부가 개방된다.
즉 상기 외부 케이스 덮개(40)는 도서(1)가 수용되는 내부 케이스(20)가 장착되는 외부 케이스(30)의 상부를 개방 또는 폐쇄하게 되는 것이다.
이때 상기 외부 케이스 덮개(40)는 공지된 덮개로도 구성될 수 있음을 밝힌다.
다음으로 본원발명의 또 다른 특징인 책꽂이 겸용 도서 포장방법(S100)은 포장 준비단계(S110)와, 도서 수용단계(S120)와, 내부 케이스 삽입단계(S130)와, 포장 마감단계(S140)와, 도서 고정단계(S150) 등으로 이루어진다.
여기서 상기 책꽂이 겸용 도서 포장방법(S100)에 적용되는 내부 케이스(20)와, 상기 내부 케이스(20)가 수용되는 외부 케이스(30)와, 상기 외부 케이스(30)를 개방 또는 폐쇄하는 외부 케이스 덮개(40) 및 도서 케이스(50)는 책꽂이 겸용 도서 포장장치(10)를 구성하는 내부 케이스(20)와, 상기 내부 케이스(20)가 수용되는 외부 케이스(30)와, 상기 외부 케이스(30)를 개방 또는 폐쇄하는 외부 케이스 덮개(40) 및 도서 케이스(50)와 동일한 구성으로 별도의 설명은 생략하기로 한다.
상기 포장 준비단계(S110)는 책꽂이 겸용 도서 포장장치(10)를 형성하는 단계이다.
즉 상기 포장 준비단계(S110)는 도서를 포장하면서도 책꽂이로 사용되는 책꽂이 겸용 도서 포장장치(10)를 구성하는 내부 케이스(20)와, 상기 내부 케이스(20)가 수용되는 외부 케이스(30)와, 상기 외부 케이스(30)를 개방 또는 폐쇄하는 외부 케이스 덮개(40) 및 도서 케이스(50)를 준비하도록 한 것이다.
상기 도서 수용단계(S120)는 내부 케이스(20)를 구성하는 좌·우측 도서장(21, 22)의 도서 수용공간(23)에 도서(1)를 수용하는 단계이다.
즉 상기 도서 수용단계(S120)는 좌측 도서장(21)이나 우측 도서장(22)의 도서 수용공간(23)에 도서(1)를 삽입한 후 우측 도서장(22)이나 좌측 도서장(21)을 결합하여 상기 도서 수용공간(23)에 도서(1)가 수용 및 고정되도록 한 것이다.
이때 상기 도서 수용단계(S120) 전으로 도서를 도서 케이스(50)에 인입하여 고정하는 도서 고정단계(S150)가 더 포함될 수 있다.
즉 상기 도서 고정단계(S150)는 내부 케이스(20)를 구성하는 좌·우측 도서장(21, 22)의 도서 수용공간(23)에 도서(1)가 수용된 도서 케이스(50)를 삽입한 것이다.
이를 좀더 보충설명하면, 상기 도서 고정단계(S150)는 다량의 도서(1)를 분류하여 고정함과 함께 파손을 방지할 수 있도록 한 것이다.
상기 내부 케이스 삽입단계(S130)는 도서(1)가 수용된 내부 케이스(20)를 외부 케이스(30)의 내부공간(32)에 삽입하는 단계이다.
즉 상기 내부 케이스 삽입단계(S130)는 좌·우측 도서장(21, 22)의 도서 수용공간(23)에 도서(1)가 수용된 내부 케이스(20)를 외부 케이스(30)의 상부를 통해 내부공간(32)에 삽입되도록 한 것이다.
상기 포장 마감단계(S140)는 내부 케이스(20)가 수용된 외부 케이스(30)의 상부를 외부 케이스 덮개(40)로 마감하는 단계이다.
즉 상기 포장 마감단계(S140)는 내부 케이스(20)가 수용된 외부 케이스(30)의 상부를 폐쇄하여 도서(1)가 운반 및 이동될 수 있도록 한 것이다.
상기와 같이 구성되는 책꽂이 겸용 도서 포장장치 및 그 방법의 실시 예를 참조로 설명하면 다음과 같다.
먼저 좌·우측 도서장(21, 22)으로 분리형성되고 상기 좌·우측 도서장(21, 22)의 내부에는 도서(1)와 도서 케이스(50)가 수용되는 도서 수용공간(23)이 형성되는 내부 케이스(20)와, 사각 박스 형상으로 상부가 개방되고 내부에는 내부 케이스(20)를 수용할 수 있도록 내부공간(32)이 형성되는 외부 케이스(30) 및 사각 박스 형상으로 하부가 개방되고 외부 케이스(30)의 상부를 개방 또는 폐쇄하는 외부 케이스 덮개(40)를 준비한다.
이때 상기 도서(1)가 수용되는 도서 케이스(50)는 선택사항이고 여기서는 생략하기로 한다.
그리고 상기 좌측 도서장(21)의 도서 수용공간(23)에 다량의 도서(1)를 장착한 후 상기 우측 도서장(22)을 결합하여 상기 도서 수용공간(23)에 위치하는 도서(1)를 고정 및 지지한다.
다음으로 상기 좌·우측 도서장(21, 22)의 도서 수용공간(23)에 도서(1)가 수용된 내부 케이스(20)를 외부 케이스(30)의 상부를 통해 내부공간(32)에 삽입한 후 상기 외부 케이스(30)의 상부를 외부 케이스 덮개(40)로 마감하면 도서 포장은 완료되는 것이다.
그리고 상기 도서(1)가 수용되는 책꽂이 겸용 도서 포장장치(10)는 각종 운송장비를 통해 지정된 장소로 이동된 후 택배 차량 등을 통해 배송지로 이동하게 된다.
다음으로 상기 도서(1)가 수용되는 책꽂이 겸용 도서 포장장치(10)에서 도서(1)를 배출하여 설치하고자 할 경우에는, 상기 외부 케이스 덮개(40)를 제거한 후, 상기 외부 케이스(30)의 내부공간(32)에서 개방된 상부를 통해 내부 케이스(20)를 외부로 배출한다.
그리고 상기 내부 케이스(20)를 구성하는 좌·우측 도서장(21, 22) 중 어느 하나의 도서장을 제거한 후, 상기 도서 수용공간(23)에 수용된 도서(1)를 배출한 다음, 상기 좌·우측 도서장(21, 22)의 폐쇄된 측면이 후방이 배치되도록 한 후, 상기 좌·우측 도서장(21, 22)의 도서 수용공간(23)에 도서(1)를 배치하면 되는 것이다.
이와 같이 본원발명인 책꽂이 겸용 도서 포장장치는 좌·우측 도서장으로 분리형성되는 내부 케이스를 이용하여 도서의 보관이나 운반시에는 포장용도로 사용하고 도서의 정렬이나 배치시에는 책꽂이로 사용할 수 있는 장점을 얻게 되는 것이다.
이상에서 첨부된 도면을 참조하여 본원발명인 책꽂이 겸용 도서 포장장치 및 그 방법을 설명함에 있어 특정형상 및 방향을 위주로 설명하였으나, 본 발명은 당업자에 의하여 다양한 변형 및 변경이 가능하고, 이러한 변형 및 변경은 본 발명의 권리범위에 포함되는 것으로 해석되어야 한다.

Claims (3)

  1. 좌·우측 도서장(21)(22)으로 분리형성되고 내부에는 도서를 수용하는 도서 수용공간이 각각 형성되는 내부 케이스(20);
    상부가 개방되고 내부에는 상기 내부 케이스(20)를 수용하는 내부공간이 형성되는 외부 케이스(30); 및
    상기 외부 케이스(30)의 상부를 개방 또는 폐쇄하는 외부 케이스 덮개(40);를 포함하고,
    상기 내부 케이스(20)는 도서의 포장시 케이스로 사용되고, 도서의 정렬시에는 책꽂이로 사용되고, 상기 외부 케이스(30) 및 상기 외부 케이스 덮개(40)는 다른 포장재로 재활용 가능하고,
    상기 좌·우측 도서장(21)(22)의 내부에는 간격을 두고 슬라이드 홈(24)이 형성되고 상기 슬라이드 홈(24)에는 지지판(25)이 착·탈 가능하게 장착되고,
    상기 좌·우측 도서장(21)(22)의 하부에는 도서 수용공간에 수용되는 도서의 상부 높이를 맞출 수 있도록 높낮이 조절부재(27)가 착·탈 가능하게 장착되되, 상기 높낮이 조절부재(27)의 내부에는 좌·우측 도서장(21)(22)의 고정과 함께 도서를 안정적으로 지지할 수 있도록 중량체(27a)가 장착되어, 상기 중량체(27a)의 자체 중량으로 인해 상기 높낮이 조절부재(27)에 올려지는 도서의 무게에 의한 상기 높낮이 조절부재(27)의 파손을 방지하며,
    상기 내부 케이스(20)의 도서 수용공간에는 도서를 수용 및 고정하는 도서 케이스(50)가 더 장착되되, 상기 도서 케이스(50)의 일측 또는 양측에는 수평 지지부(51)가 형성되고 상기 수평 지지부(51)의 가장자리 부분에는 수평방향으로 절곡할 수 있도록 절개부(52)와 접힘부(53)가 형성되는 책꽂이 겸용 도서 포장장치.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 좌·우측 도서장(21)(22)의 상부에는 외부 케이스(30)의 내부공간에서 내부 케이스(20)를 용이하게 배출할 수 있도록 손잡이부(26)가 형성되는 책꽂이 겸용 도서 포장장치.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항의 책꽂이 겸용 도서 포장장치를 형성하는 포장 준비단계;
    도서를 일측 또는 양측에 수평 지지부(51)가 형성되고 상기 수평 지지부(51)의 가장자리 부분에는 수평방향으로 절곡할 수 있도록 절개부(52)와 접힘부(53)가 형성된 도서 케이스(50)의 내부에 수용한 후 상기 도서 케이스(50)와 함께 도서 수용공간에 장착하는 도서 고정단계;
    좌·우측 도서장(21)(22)의 내부에 간격을 두고 슬라이드 홈(24)이 형성되고 상기 슬라이드 홈(24)에는 지지판(25)이 착·탈 가능하게 장착되는 내부 케이스(20)를 구성하는 상기 좌·우측 도서장(21)(22)의 도서 수용공간으로 도서를 수용하되, 수납되는 도서의 높이가 맞지 않는 경우 상기 좌·우측 도서장(21)(22)의 하부에 착·탈 가능하게 장착되는 높낮이 조절부재(27)를 형성하여 수납되는 도서의 높이를 맞추고 상기 높낮이 조절부재(27) 내에 상기 좌·우측 도서장(21)(22)의 고정과 함께 도서를 안정적으로 지지하기 위한 중량체(27a)를 장착하는 도서 수용단계;
    상기 도서가 수용된 내부 케이스(20)를 외부 케이스(30)의 내부공간에 삽입하는 내부 케이스 삽입단계;
    상기 내부 케이스(20)가 삽입된 외부 케이스(30)의 상부를 외부 케이스 덮개(40)로 마감하는 포장 마감단계;를 포함하고,
    상기 외부 케이스(30) 및 상기 외부 케이스 덮개(40)는 다른 포장재로 재활용 가능하며,
    상기 중량체(27a)의 자체 중량으로 인해 상기 높낮이 조절부재(27)에 올려지는 도서의 무게에 의한 상기 높낮이 조절부재(27)의 파손이 방지되는 책꽂이 겸용 도서 포장방법.
