본 고안은 화장품 용기에 관한 것으로서, 상기 화장품 용기는, 본체 하부 케이스; 상기 본체 하부 케이스의 내부 공간에 탑재된 중체; 중체의 측벽의 일 영역에 힌지 결합된 본체 뚜껑; 내부에 화장품 내용물이 수용되도록 구성되어 상기 중체의 내부 바닥면에 탑재된 내부 용기; 상기 중체의 측벽의 상부면에 힌지 결합되어 중체의 상부면을 개폐시키도록 구성된 내부 뚜껑; 및 상기 내부 용기의 상부에 위치하도록 상기 중체의 측벽의 내측면에 고정 장착된 링형 고정부재;을 구비하고, 상기 링형 고정부재는, 고리 형태로 이루어져 상기 중체의 측벽의 내주면에 끼워져 삽입된 지지부; 상기 지지부의 상단부로부터 중심을 향해 일정 폭으로 돌출되어 형성된 돌출부;를 구비한다. 상기 링형 고정부재는, 상기 내부 용기의 측벽의 상부 및 내부 용기의 화장품 내용물이 수용되는 공간의 가장자리 영역을 덮을 수 있도록 구성되어 내부 용기 및 내부 용기에 수용된 화장품 내용물을 잡을 수 있게 됨으로써, 내부 용기에 수용된 화장품 내용물이 내부 용기로부터 분리되지 않고 밀착 고정되도록 한다. 본 고안에 따른 화장품 용기는 화장품 내용물이 용기에 밀착 고정되도록 함으로써, 젤리 제형의 화장품과 같이, 제형의 특성상 용기와의 밀착성이 매우 낮아 용기로부터 쉽게 분리 이탈되는 화장품들을 위한 용기로 널리 사용될 수 있다.

Description

화장품 내용물과의 우수한 밀착력을 갖는 화장품 용기
본 고안은 화장품 내용물과의 우수한 밀착력을 갖는 화장품 용기에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 구체적으로는, 외부의 충격 등이 가해지더라도 내부 용기에 수용된 화장품 내용물이 내부 용기로부터 쉽게 분리되거나 이탈되지 않도록 구성되어 화장품 내용물과의 우수한 밀착력을 제공하는 화장품 용기에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로, 화장이나 각종 분장에 사용되는 화장품은 여러 종류들이 다양하게 존재한다. 콤팩트 또는 파운데이션 화장품은 피부색을 정리하거나 피부의 골격 외곽을 수정하여 입체감을 제공하거나 먼지, 자외선, 기후 등으로부터 피부를 보호하기 위하여 사용된다. 그 외에도 아이섀도 등과 같은 색조 화장품 등이 있다.
이러한 다양한 종류의 화장품들은 파우더 타입, 크림 타입, 젤리 타입 등과 같이 다양한 제형으로 제작될 수 있으며, 이러한 각 제형은 발림성이나 피부 밀착성 등에 있어서 각각 장단점을 갖고 있다. 특히, 최근에는 크림 제형과 파우더 제형의 중간적 특성을 갖는 젤리 제형의 화장품에 대한 연구가 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 전술한 젤리 제형의 화장품은 크림 제형의 화장품과 같이 촉촉하지만, 파우더 제형과 같이 가볍고 전혀 끈적임이 없기 때문에, 사용자들에게 매우 좋은 반응을 보이고 있다.
하지만, 젤리 제형의 화장품은 약간의 유동성을 가지면서 자체적으로 표면 장력이 있기 때문에, 화장품 용기에 밀착 고정되기 어려운 단점을 갖게 된다. 따라서, 젤리 제형의 화장품은 피부에 대한 사용감은 우수하나 화장품 용기로부터 쉽게 이탈되거나 분리되는 문제점이 발생한다.
전술한 문제점을 해결하기 위한 본 고안의 목적은 내부 용기에 수용된 화장품 내용물이 내부 용기와 밀착 고정되도록 구성하여 내부 용기로부터 쉽게 분리되거나 이탈되지 않도록 한 화장품 용기를 제공하는 것이다.
전술한 기술적 과제를 달성하기 위한 본 고안의 제1 특징에 따른 화장품 용기는, 본체 하부 케이스, 상기 본체 하부 케이스의 내부 공간에 탑재된 중체, 및 상기 중체의 측벽의 일 영역에 힌지 결합된 본체 뚜껑을 구비하는 화장품 용기에 관한 것으로서, 내부에 화장품 내용물이 수용되도록 접시 형태로 구성되어 상기 중체의 내부 바닥면에 탑재된 내부 용기; 상기 중체의 측벽의 상부면에 힌지 결합되어 중체의 상부면을 개폐시키도록 구성된 내부 뚜껑; 및 상기 중체의 측벽의 내주면을 따라 고정 장착되되 상기 내부 용기의 상부에 위치하는 링형 고정부재;을 구비하고,
상기 중체는 측벽의 소정 영역에 링형 고정부재를 고정시키기 위한 삽입홈을 구비하고,
상기 링형 고정부재는, 상기 중체의 측벽의 내주면에 대응되는 형상의 고리 형태로 이루어지되 하단에 상기 중체의 삽입홈에 대응되는 형상의 삽입 돌기를 구비하여, 상기 삽입 돌기에 의해 상기 중체의 측벽의 내주면에 끼워져 삽입된 지지부; 및 상기 지지부의 상단부로부터 중심을 향해 일정 폭으로 돌출되어 형성된 돌출부; 를 구비하고, 상기 링형 고정부재의 돌출부는 상기 내부 용기의 측벽의 상부 및 내부 용기의 화장품 내용물이 수용되는 공간의 가장자리 영역을 덮을 수 있도록 구성되어, 내부 용기에 수용된 화장품 내용물이 링형 고정부재에 의해 내부 용기로부터 분리되지 않도록 구성된다.
전술한 제1 특징에 따른 화장품 용기에 있어서, 상기 링형 고정부재의 돌출부는 상기 내부 용기의 측벽의 상단부로부터 일정 거리 이격되어 배치되어, 링형 고정부재의 돌출부와 내부 용기의 측벽의 상단부와의 사이에 중공부가 생기도록 구성된 것이 바람직하다.
전술한 제1 특징에 따른 화장품 용기에 있어서, 상기 링형 고정부재의 돌출부와 상기 내부 뚜껑의 테두리는 서로 대응되는 형상으로 형성되어, 상기 내부 뚜껑이 상기 내부 용기에 대해 기밀 상태를 유지할 수 있도록 구성된 것이 바람직하다.
전술한 제1 특징에 따른 화장품 용기에 있어서, 상기 내부 용기는 내부 바닥면으로부터 상향 돌출되어 형성된 지지 리브를 구비하되, 상기 지지 리브는 일정 두께와 높이를 가지면서 격자 형태로 구성된 것이 바람직하며, 상기 내부 용기의 지지 리브는 내측면의 일부 또는 전부가 수직 방향에 대해 일정 각도로 경사진 경사면으로 구성된 것이 더욱 바람직하다.
본 고안의 제2 특징에 따른 화장품 용기는, 본체 하부 케이스; 본체 뚜껑; 내부에 화장품 내용물이 수용되어, 상기 본체 하부 케이스의 내부 바닥에 탑재되는 내부 용기; 상기 본체 하부 케이스의 내주면과 상기 내부 용기의 외주면의 사이에 장착되어 내부 용기를 본체 하부 케이스에 고정시키는 중체; 상기 중체의 상부면의 일측에 힌지 결합되어 중체의 상부면을 개폐시키도록 구성된 내부 뚜껑;을 구비하고, 상기 중체는 중체의 내주면을 따라 중심 방향으로 돌출되어 형성된 중체 리브를 더 구비하고, 상기 중체 리브는 상기 내부 용기의 측벽의 상부 및 내부 용기의 화장품 내용물이 수용되는 공간의 일부를 덮을 수 있도록 구성되어, 내부 용기에 수용된 화장품 내용물이 중체 리브에 의해 내부 용기로부터 분리되지 않도록 형성된 것을 특징으로 한다.
전술한 제2 특징에 따른 화장품 용기에 있어서, 상기 내부 용기는 내부 바닥으로부터 상향 돌출되어 형성된 지지 리브를 구비하되, 상기 지지 리브는 일정 두께와 높이를 가지면서 격자 형태로 구성된 것이 바람직하며, 상기 내부 용기의 지지 리브는 내측면의 일부 또는 전부가 수직 방향에 대해 일정 각도로 경사진 경사면으로 구성된 것이 더욱 바람직하다.
전술한 제1 및 제2 특징에 따른 화장품 용기에 있어서, 상기 내부 용기는 내부 바닥에 형성된 다수 개의 관통구, 및 내부 용기의 측벽의 내주면 또는 지지 리브의 내측면에 형성된 하나 또는 둘 이상의 함몰홈을 더 구비하는 것이 바람직하다.
본 고안의 제1 실시예에 따른 화장품 용기는 내부 용기의 측벽의 상부면과 내부 용기에 수용된 화장품 내용물의 가장자리를 덮도록 구성된 링형 고정부재를 내부 용기의 상부에 배치시킴으로써, 중심을 향해 돌출된 링형 고정부재의 돌출부가 내부 용기에 수용된 화장품 내용물의 가장자리 영역을 붙잡게 되고, 그 결과 화장품 내용물이 내부 용기로부터 분리되어 이탈되는 것을 방지한다.
또한, 본 고안의 제1 실시예에 따른 화장품 용기는 화장품 내용물을 직접 수용하는 내부 용기의 바닥면에 격자 구조의 지지 리브들을 형성하고, 상기 지지 리브들의 측면을 경사면으로 구성하고, 지지 리브의 측면 및/또는 내부 용기의 측벽의 내부면에 함몰홈들을 구성함으로써, 내부 용기에 수용된 화장품 내용물을 보다 안정되게 밀착 고정시킬 수 있게 된다.
이와 같이, 본 고안의 제1 실시예에 따른 화장품 용기는, 화장품 내용물을 바닥면에 격자 구조의 지지 리브를 갖는 내부 용기에 의해 수용함으로써 1차적으로 화장품 내용물을 내부 용기에 고정시키고, 내부 용기의 측벽의 상부면과 화장품 내용물의 일부를 덮도록 구성된 링형 고정부재에 의해 2차적으로 화장품 내용물을 내부 용기에 고정시키게 된다. 따라서, 본 고안에 따른 화장품 용기는 젤리 제형과 같이 용기와의 밀착력이 매우 낮은 화장품이 수용되더라도, 내부 용기 및 중체의 구조 변경과 링형 고정부재의 추가에 의해 화장품 내용물을 내부 용기에 안정적으로 밀착 고정시켜 내부 용기로부터 이탈되는 것을 방지할 수 있게 된다.
본 고안의 제2 실시예에 따른 화장품 용기는 중체의 내주면의 상단부를 따라 사전 설정된 길이로 돌출되어 형성된 중체 리브가 내부 용기의 측벽의 상부면과 내부 용기에 수용된 화장품 내용물의 일부를 덮도록 구성되어, 중체 리브가 내부 용기 및 내부 용기에 수용된 화장품 내용물을 붙잡을 수 있게 됨으로써, 외부로부터 충격이 가해지더라도 화장품 내용물이 내부 용기로부터 분리되어 이탈되는 것을 방지한다.
또한, 본 고안의 제2 실시예에 따른 화장품 용기는 화장품 내용물을 직접 수용하는 내부 용기의 바닥면에 격자 구조의 지지 리브들을 형성하고, 상기 지지 리브들의 측면을 경사면으로 구성하고, 지지 리브의 측면 및/또는 내부 용기의 측벽의 내부면에 함몰홈들을 구성함으로써, 내부 용기에 수용된 화장품 내용물을 보다 안정되게 밀착 고정시킬 수 있게 된다.
이와 같이, 본 고안의 제2 실시예에 따른 화장품 용기는, 화장품 내용물을 바닥면에 격자 구조의 지지 리브를 갖는 내부 용기에 의해 수용함으로써 1차적으로 화장품 내용물을 내부 용기에 고정시키고, 내부 용기의 측벽의 상부면과 화장품 내용물의 일부를 덮도록 구성된 중체 리브에 의해 2차적으로 화장품 내용물을 내부 용기에 고정시키게 된다. 따라서, 본 고안에 따른 화장품 용기는 젤리 제형과 같이 용기와의 밀착력이 매우 낮은 화장품이 수용되더라도, 내부 용기 및 중체의 구조 변경에 의해 화장품을 내부 용기에 안정적으로 밀착 고정시켜 내부 용기로부터 이탈되는 것을 방지할 수 있게 된다.

본 고안에 따른 화장품 용기는 내부 용기와 중체의 구조 변경 및 링형 고정부재의 삽입을 통해, 젤리 제형과 같이 용기와의 밀착력이 낮은 화장품들을 내부 용기에 안정되게 밀착 고정시킬 수 있도록 한다.
이하, 첨부된 도면들을 참조하여 본 고안에 따른 화장품 용기의 구조 및 작용 효과에 대하여 구체적으로 설명한다.

도 1을 참조하면, 본 고안의 제1 실시예에 따른 화장품 용기(1)는, 본체 하부 케이스(10), 상기 본체 하부 케이스의 내부 공간에 탑재되는 중체(12), 중체의 일측에 힌지 결합된 본체 뚜껑(50), 내부에 화장품 내용물이 수용되어, 상기 중체의 내부 바닥면에 탑재되는 내부 용기(20), 상기 내부 용기의 상부에 위치하도록 중체의 측벽의 내주면에 고정 장착된 링형 고정부재(30), 및 상기 중체의 상부면의 일측에 힌지 결합되어 중체의 상부면을 개폐시키도록 구성된 내부 뚜껑(40)을 구비한다.
도 4는 본 고안의 제1 실시예에 따른 화장품 용기에 대한 사용 상태도이다. 전술한 구성을 갖는 본 고안에 따른 화장품 용기는, 도 4에 도시된 바와 같이, 본체 하부 케이스로부터 본체 뚜껑 및 내부 뚜껑을 개폐시킬 수 있게 되며, 내부 용기에 화장품 내용물을 수용할 수 있게 된다.
도 5는 본 고안의 제1 실시예에 따른 화장품 용기에 있어서, (a)는 링형 고정부재를 도시한 사시도이며, (b)는 A-A 방향에 대한 단면도이다. 도 5를 참조하면, 본 고안의 제1 실시예에 따른 화장품 용기의 링형 고정부재(30)는, 내부 용기의 상부에 위치하도록 중체의 측벽의 내주면을 따라 고정 장착된다.
상기 링형 고정부재(30)는 중체의 측벽의 내주면을 따라 고정되는 링 형상의 지지부(33) 및 상기 지지부의 상단부로부터 용기의 중심을 향해 일정 거리 돌출되어 형성된 돌출부(34)를 구비한다. 상기 지지부(33)는 링 형상으로 이루어지되 하단부에 다수 개의 삽입 돌기(36)가 형성되어 있으며, 상기 삽입 돌기는 중체의 측벽에 형성된 삽입홈들에 대응되는 형상으로 이루어져 링형 고정부재의 삽입 돌기(36)가 중체의 측벽의 삽입홈에 삽입되어 고정되도록 한다.
상기 돌출부(34)의 돌출 길이는 내부 용기의 측벽의 상부면 및 상기 내부 용기에 수용되는 화장품 내용물의 상부 가장자리 영역을 덮을 수 있는 길이로 이루어져, 상기 내부 용기에 수용된 화장품 내용물의 가장자리를 붙잡을 수 있도록 구성됨으로써, 화장품 내용물이 내부 용기로부터 이탈 및 분리되는 것을 방지하게 된다.
상기 링형 고정부재(30)의 돌출부는 내부 용기(20)의 측벽의 상부면으로부터 일정 간격이 이격되어 형성되는 것이 바람직하다. 이로써, 링형 고정부재의 돌출부와 내부 용기의 측벽의 상부면의 사이에 중공부('v')가 형성됨으로써, 사용시 내부 용기에 수용된 화장품 내용물의 일부가 떨어져 나오더라도 상기 링형 고정부재의 돌출부의 상면으로 몰리지 않고 상기 중공부로 밀려 들어가게 된다. 그 결과, 화장품 용기의 내부 및 링형 고정부재의 돌출부의 상면에 오염물이 덜 쌓이게 되어, 사용시에도 화장품 용기의 청결함을 항상 유지할 수 있게 된다.
상기 본체 하부 케이스(10)는 화장품 용기의 하부 케이스로서, 원기둥형 상으로 이루어진 측벽만으로 구성되거나, 상기 측벽의 하부에 바닥면을 더 구비할 수도 있다. 상기 본체 하부 케이스(10)에는 중체가 탑재되어 고정된다.
상기 중체(12)는 상기 본체 하부 케이스의 내부 공간에 장착되고, 측벽의 내주면의 상부에 형성된 링형 고정부재를 고정시키기 위한 삽입홈이 형성되며, 내부의 바닥면에 내부 용기(20)를 고정 장착시키기 위한 영역이 구비되며, 측벽의 일 영역에는 본체 뚜껑을 연결하는 제1 힌지부가 형성되고 측벽의 상부면의 일 영역에는 내부 뚜껑을 연결하는 제2 힌지부가 형성된다.
따라서, 상기 중체의 내부의 바닥면에는 내부 용기(20)가 고정 장착되고, 측벽의 내주면을 따라 링형 고정부재가 고정 장착되며, 측벽의 일 영역에는 본체 뚜껑이 장착되고 측벽의 상부면에는 내부 뚜껑이 장착된다.
도 6은 본 고안의 제1 실시예에 따른 화장품 용기에 있어서, (a)는 내부 용기를 도시한 사시도이며, (b)는 (a)의 A-A 방향에 대한 단면도이다. 도 6을 참조하면, 본 고안에 따른 화장품 용기의 내부 용기(20)는, 화장품 내용물을 수용하기 위한 용기로서, 본체 하부 케이스의 내부에 탑재되며 상기 중체에 의해 상기 본체 하부 케이스에 안정되게 고정된다. 상기 내부 용기(20)는 내부 바닥면(230) 및 내부 바닥면의 모서리를 따라 상향 돌출되어 형성된 측벽(210)을 구비하여 전체적으로 접시 형태로 이루어진다. 상기 내부 용기는 내부 바닥면(230)으로부터 상향 돌출되어 형성된 지지 리브(250)를 구비하되, 상기 지지 리브(250)는 일정 두께와 높이를 가지면서 격자 구조로 구성된 것이 바람직하다. 이와 같이, 지지 리브를 격자 구조로 구성함으로써, 내부 용기의 바닥 중앙에 원형의 일정 면적으로 기준으로 원주 방향으로 격자 형상을 갖는 다수 개의 밀착홈(260)을 갖게 된다. 상기 지지 리브의 높이는 내부 용기의 측벽과 동일한 높이로 구성되는 것이 바람직하다. 도 6에 도시된 바와 같이, 상기 지지 리브(250)의 격자 구조는 중심을 기준으로 하여 방사형으로 구성되거나, 내부 용기의 측벽을 따라 원형으로 구성될 수도 있으며, 필요에 따라 다양하게 구성될 수 있다.
상기 내부 용기(20)는 바닥면(230)에 다수 개의 관통구(231)를 구비하며, 상기 관통구(231)는 바닥면의 중앙과 바닥면의 둘레 내측에 일정 간격을 갖고 관통되어 형성된다. 자동화 장비에 의해 내부 용기에 화장품 내용물이 충진되어 밀착 고정되도록 담겨질 때, 상기 다수 개의 관통구(231)에 의해, 내부 용기의 내부 공간에 존재하고 있는 공기가 1차적으로 외부로 용이하게 배출되어, 화장품 내용물이 내부 용기의 바닥면에 진공 밀착될 수 있게 된다. 또한, 상기 내부 용기에 화장품 내용물이 수용될 때, 자동화 장비에 의해 압력이 가해지면, 화장품 내용물의 내부에 포함되어 있던 잔류 공기가 상기 관통구들에 의해 2차적으로 외부로 배출될 수 있게 된다. 따라서, 상기와 같은 관통구를 구비함으로써, 화장품 내용물이 상기 내부 용기의 내부 공간에 압착되면서 공기 방울등의 잔류없이 충진되어 견고하게 밀착 고정될 수 있게 된다.
또한, 상기 내부 용기(20)의 지지 리브(250)는 내측면의 일부 또는 전부가 수직 방향에 대해 일정 각도로 경사진 경사면(251)으로 구성되는 것이 바람직하다. 이와 같이, 내부 용기의 지지 리브의 내측면을 경사면으로 구성함으로써, 화장품 내용물이 상기 내부 용기의 내부 바닥면으로부터 이탈되지 않도록 밀착된 상태를 유지할 수 있게 된다.
한편, 상기 내부 용기(20)는 내부 용기의 측벽의 내주면 또는 지지 리브(250)의 내측면에 형성된 하나 또는 둘 이상의 함몰홈(211)을 더 구비하는 것이 바람직하다. 상기 함몰홈(211)은 상기 내부 용기의 하단으로부터 상향 일정 길이에 대하여 만곡되어 라운드지게 함몰 형성됨이 바람직하다. 이와 같이, 상기 함몰홈에 의해, 내부 용기에 수용된 화장품 내용물이 내부 용기의 내부로부터 떨어지지 않도록 밀착된 상태를 유지할 수 있게 된다.
도 7은 본 고안의 제1 실시예에 따른 화장품 용기에 있어서, 내부 용기에 수용된 화장품 내용물이 안정되게 밀착 고정되는 것을 설명하기 위하여 도시한 모식도이다. 도 7을 참조하면, 본 고안의 제1 실시예에 따른 화장품 용기의 내부 용기에 젤리 타입의 고체형 화장품 내용물이 수용된 경우, 내부 용기의 구조에 의해 화장품 내용물이 1차적으로 화장품 용기에 밀착 고정되며, 링형 고정부재의 돌출부에 의해 내부 용기에 수용된 화장품 내용물이 2차적으로 고정된다. 이와 같이, 본 고안에 따른 화장품 용기는 내부 용기 및 링형 고정부재에 의해 화장품 내용물을 내부 용기에 밀착 고정시킬 수 있게 된다.
< 제2 실시예 >
본 고안의 제2 실시예에 따른 화장품 용기는 내부 용기 및 중체의 구조 변경을 통해, 젤리 제형과 같이 용기와의 밀착력이 낮은 화장품 내용물들을 내부 용기에 안정되게 밀착 고정시킬 수 있도록 한다.
이하, 첨부된 도면들을 참조하여 본 고안의 제2 실시예에 따른 화장품 용기의 구조 및 작용 효과에 대하여 구체적으로 설명한다.
도 8은 본 고안의 제2 실시예에 따른 화장품 용기를 도시한 사시도이며, 도 9는 도 8의 화장품 용기에 대한 분해 사시도이며, 도 10의 (a)는 도 8의 A-A 방향에 따라 절개하여 도시한 단면도이며, 도 10의 (b)는 도 8의 B-B 방향에 따라 절개하여 도시한 단면도이다.
도 8 내지 도 10을 참조하면, 본 고안의 제2 실시예에 따른 화장품 용기(2)는, 본체 하부 케이스(13), 중체의 일측에 힌지 결합된 본체 뚜껑(52), 내부에 화장품 내용물이 수용되어, 상기 본체 하부 케이스의 내부 바닥면에 탑재된 내부 용기(22), 상기 본체 하부 케이스의 측벽과 상기 내부 용기의 측벽의 사이에 삽입되어 내부 용기를 본체 하부 케이스에 밀착 고정시키는 중체(32), 및 상기 중체의 상부면의 일 영역에 힌지 결합되어 중체의 상부면을 개폐시키도록 구성된 내부 뚜껑(42)을 구비한다.
전술한 구성을 갖는 본 고안의 제2 실시예에 따른 화장품 용기는, 본체 하부 케이스로부터 본체 뚜껑 및 내부 뚜껑을 개폐시킬 수 있게 되며, 내부 용기에 화장품 내용물을 수용할 수 있게 된다.
도 11은 본 고안의 제2 실시예에 따른 화장품 용기에 있어서, (a)는 중체를 도시한 사시도이며, (b)는 A-A 방향에 대한 단면도이다. 도 11를 참조하면, 본 고안의 제2 실시예에 따른 화장품 용기의 중체(32)는, 본체 하부 케이스(13)의 측벽의 내주면과 내부 용기의 측벽의 외주면의 사이에 끼워 맞춰져 삽입되는 환형의 구조물로서, 내부 용기를 본체 하부 케이스에 안정되게 고정시킴과 동시에 내부 용기와 내부 뚜껑과 결합되어 내부 용기에 수용된 화장품 내용물에 대하여 기밀성을 유지하게 된다. 환형 구조를 갖는 중체의 하부 영역은 본체 하부 케이스의 내주면과 내부 용기의 외주면의 사이에 끼워 맞춰지며, 중체의 상부면은 본케 케이스의 측벽의 상부면에 위치하며, 중체의 상부면의 일정 영역에는 상기 내부 뚜껑과 연결되는 힌지(hinge)가 장작되어 내부 뚜껑이 힌지 결합되며, 중체의 측벽의 일정 영역에는 본체 뚜껑과 연결되는 힌지가 장착되어 본체 뚜껑과 힌지 결합된다.
상기 중체(32)는 중체의 내주면을 따라 중심 방향으로 사전 설정된 길이만큼 돌출되어 형성된 중체 리브(302)를 구비한다. 상기 중체 리브(302)의 돌출 길이('d1')는 상기 내부 용기(22)의 측벽의 상단부 및 내부 용기의 화장품 내용물이 수용되는 공간의 일부, 즉 모서리 영역을 덮을 수 있는 길이로 이루어져, 중체 리브가 내부 용기의 측벽 및 내부 용기에 수용된 화장품 내용물의 모서리를 붙잡을 수 있도록 구성됨으로써, 내부 용기에 수용된 화장품 내용물이 중체 리브에 의해 내부 용기로부터 분리되지 않도록 한다.
특히, 상기 중체 리브(302)는 중체의 내주면의 상단부로부터 중심 방향으로 돌출되어 형성되되, 내부 용기의 측벽의 상부면으로부터 일정 간격 이격되도록 형성됨으로써, 중체 리브의 하부면과 내부 용기의 측벽의 상부면과의 사이에 일정 크기의 중공부('v')가 생성된다. 따라서, 내부 용기에 수용된 화장품 내용물이 실제 화장품 사용시에 중체 리브의 밖이나 주변으로 흘러나가지 않고 상기 중공부로 들어가게 되어, 사용시에도 화장품 용기의 청결함을 항상 유지할 수 있게 된다.
본 고안의 제2 실시예에 따른 내부 용기의 구조는 제1 실시예에서 설명된 내부 용기의 구조와 동일하므로, 중복되는 설명은 생략한다.
도 12는 본 고안의 제2 실시예에 따른 화장품 용기에 있어서, 내부 용기에 수용된 화장품 내용물이 안정되게 밀착 고정되는 것을 설명하기 위하여 도시한 모식도이다. 도 12를 참조하면, 본 고안의 제2 실시예에 따른 화장품 용기(2)의 내부 용기(22)에 젤리 타입의 고체형 화장품 내용물('C')이 수용된 경우, 내부 용기의 구조에 의해 화장품 내용물이 1차적으로 화장품 용기에 밀착 고정되며, 중체(32)의 내측면의 상단부로부터 돌출된 중체 리브(302)에 의해 내부 용기(22)에 수용된 화장품 내용물이 2차적으로 고정된다. 이와 같이, 본 고안에 따른 화장품 용기는 내부 용기 및 중체 리브에 의해 화장품 내용물을 내부 용기에 밀착 고정시킬 수 있게 된다.
이상에서 본 고안에 대하여 그 바람직한 실시예들을 중심으로 설명하였으나, 이는 단지 예시일 뿐 본 고안을 한정하는 것이 아니며, 본 고안이 속하는 분야의 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 본 고안의 본질적인 특성을 벗어나지 않는 범위에서 이상에 예시되지 않은 여러 가지의 변형과 응용이 가능함을 알 수 있을 것이다. 그리고, 이러한 변형과 응용에 관계된 차이점들은 첨부된 청구 범위에서 규정하는 본 고안의 범위에 포함되는 것으로 해석되어야 할 것이다.
본 고안에 따른 화장품 용기는 용기와의 밀착력이 낮은 젤리 제형과 같은 화장품을 수용시키기 위한 용도로 널리 사용될 수 있으며, 특히 젤리 제형의 파운데이션, 콤팩트, 색조 화장품 등의 용기로 사용될 수 있다.

Claims (7)

  1. 본체 하부 케이스, 상기 본체 하부 케이스의 내부 공간에 탑재된 중체, 및 상기 중체의 측벽의 일 영역에 힌지 결합된 본체 뚜껑을 구비하는 화장품 용기에 있어서,
    내부에 화장품 내용물이 수용되도록 접시 형태로 구성되어 상기 중체의 내부 바닥면에 탑재된 내부 용기;
    상기 중체의 측벽의 상부면에 힌지 결합되어 중체의 상부면을 개폐시키도록 구성된 내부 뚜껑; 및
    상기 중체의 측벽의 내주면을 따라 고정 장착되되 상기 내부 용기의 상부에 위치하는 링형 고정부재;
    을 구비하고, 상기 중체는 측벽의 소정 영역에 링형 고정부재를 고정시키기 위한 삽입홈을 구비하고,
    상기 링형 고정부재는,
    상기 중체의 측벽의 내주면에 대응되는 형상의 고리 형태로 이루어지되 하단에 상기 중체의 삽입홈에 대응되는 형상의 삽입 돌기를 구비하여, 상기 삽입 돌기에 의해 상기 중체의 측벽의 내주면에 끼워져 삽입된 지지부; 및
    상기 지지부의 상단부로부터 중심을 향해 일정 폭으로 돌출되어 형성된 돌출부;
    를 구비하고, 상기 링형 고정부재의 돌출부는 상기 내부 용기의 측벽의 상부 및 내부 용기의 화장품 내용물이 수용되는 공간의 가장자리 영역을 덮을 수 있도록 구성되어, 내부 용기에 수용된 화장품 내용물이 링형 고정부재에 의해 내부 용기로부터 분리되지 않도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 용기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 링형 고정부재의 돌출부는 상기 내부 용기의 측벽의 상단부로부터 일정 거리 이격되어 배치되어, 링형 고정부재의 돌출부와 내부 용기의 측벽의 상단부와의 사이에 중공부가 생기도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 용기.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 링형 고정부재의 돌출부와 상기 내부 뚜껑의 테두리는 서로 대응되는 형상으로 형성되어, 상기 내부 뚜껑이 상기 내부 용기에 대해 기밀 상태를 유지할 수 있도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 용기.
  4. 본체 하부 케이스 및 본체 뚜껑을 구비하는 화장품 용기에 있어서,
    바닥면과 바닥면의 모서리로부터 상향 돌출된 측벽을 구비하여 접시 형태로 이루어져 상기 본체 하부 케이스의 내부 바닥면에 탑재되고, 내부에 화장품 내용물이 수용되도록 구성된 내부 용기;
    상기 본체 하부 케이스의 내주면과 상기 내부 용기의 측벽의 외주면의 사이에 삽입되어 상기 내부 용기를 본체 하부 케이스에 밀착 고정시키도록 환형 구조로 구성된 중체;
    상기 중체의 상부면에 힌지 결합되어 중체의 상부면을 개폐시키도록 구성된 내부 뚜껑;
    을 구비하고, 상기 중체는 중체의 내주면으로부터 중체의 중심 방향으로 사전 설정된 길이로 돌출되어 형성된 중체 리브를 더 구비하고,
    상기 중체 리브의 돌출 길이는 상기 내부 용기의 측벽의 상부 및 화장품 내용물이 수용되는 공간의 일부를 덮을 수 있는 길이로 이루어져, 중체 리브가 내부 용기 및 내부 용기에 수용된 화장품 내용물의 모서리 영역을 붙잡을 수 있도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 용기.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 중체 리브는 상기 내부 용기의 측벽의 상단부로부터 일정 거리 이격되어 배치되어, 중체 리브와 내부 용기의 측벽의 상단부와의 사이에 중공부가 생기도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 용기.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 내부 용기는 내부 바닥면으로부터 상향 돌출되어 형성된 지지 리브를 구비하되, 상기 지지 리브는 일정 두께와 높이를 가지면서 격자 구조로 형성되고,
    상기 내부 용기의 지지 리브는 지지 리브의 내측면의 일부 또는 전부가 수직 방향에 대해 일정 각도로 경사진 경사면으로 구성되어, 내부 용기에 수용된 화장품 내용물이 지지 리브로부터 쉽게 이탈되지 않도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 용기.
  7. 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 내부 용기에 수용되는 화장품은 젤리 제형의 화장품인 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 용기.
