또 본 고안의 접이식 종이컵은 몸체부와 일체형의 덮개부를 구비함으로써, 덮개부의 일부 또는 전부를 개방할 수 있어 빨대 등을 삽입하거나, 개방된 덮개부를 다시 덮은 상태에서 접이식 종이컵을 흔들어 수용된 내용물을 혼합시키는 등 다양하게 사용할 수 있다.

본 고안의 실시예는 여러 가지 형태로 변형될 수 있으며, 본 고안의 범위가 아래에서 서술하는 실시예로 인해 한정되어지는 것으로 해석되어서는 안된다. 본 실시예는 당업계에서 평균적인 지식을 가진 자에게 본 고안을 보다 완전하게 설명하기 위해서 제공되는 것이다. 따라서 도면에서의 구성 요소의 형상 등은 보다 명확한 설명을 강조하기 위해서 과장되어진 것이다.
이하 첨부된 도 1 내지 도 9를 참조하여 본 고안의 실시예를 상세히 설명한다.
도 1은 본 고안의 일 실시예에 따른 접이식 종이컵의 구성을 도시한 사시도이고, 도 2는 도 1에 도시된 접이식 종이컵의 접힌 상태의 사시도이고, 도 3은 도 1에 도시된 접이식 종이컵의 펼친 상태의 바닥면을 나타내는 저면 사시도이며, 도 4는 도 1에 도시된 접이식 종이컵의 전개도이다.
도 1 내지 도 4를 참조하면, 본 고안의 일 실시예에 따른 접이식 종이컵(100)은 휴대 및 보관이 용이하고, 견고하게 접합되어 사용 시, 안정되게 내용물을 수용하도록 하기 위하여, 일체형의 종이 재질로 구비된다. 이러한 접이식 종이컵(100)은 예를 들어, 내수성이 강한 특성을 갖는 종이 재질이나, 표면이 방수 코팅 처리된 종이 재질 등으로 구비된다.
이 실시예의 접이식 종이컵(100)은 몸체부(110)와, 바닥부(130) 및 손잡이부(120)를 포함한다. 접이식 종이컵(100)은 몸체부(110)와 바닥부(130)에 의해 다각 기둥 형태로 형성된다. 이 실시예에서 접이식 종이컵(100)은 대체로 삼각 기둥과 유사한 형태로 구비된다. 물론 다른 실시예로서, 접이식 종이컵(100)은 사각 기둥 형태 등으로 형성될 수도 있다.
이를 위해 몸체부(110)는 상부가 개방되고 하부가 밀폐되며 내부에 수용 공간(102)을 형성하는 접이식 종이컵(100)의 몸체를 형성하기 위한 복수 개의 측벽(112 ~ 116)들을 구비한다. 몸체부(110)는 측벽(112 ~ 116)들이 양측 방향으로 상호 나란하게 연장 형성된다. 각 측벽(112 ~ 116)들은 접이식 종이컵(100)의 몸체를 형성하기 위한 일정 높이와 폭을 갖는다. 이 실시예에서 측벽(112 ~ 116)들 각각은 폭이 높이보다 짧은 직사각형의 단면을 갖는다.
구체적으로, 이 실시예의 몸체부(110)는 제 1 내지 제 3 측벽(112 ~ 116)을 구비한다. 제 1 및 제 2 측벽(112, 114)은 동일한 형태로 구비되고, 인접하는 측면이 상호 연결된다. 제 3 측벽(116 : 116a, 116b)은 제 1 또는 제 2 측벽(112 또는 114)이 이등분된 형태로 구비되며, 하나(116a)는 제 1 측벽(112)과 인접하는 측면에 연결되고, 다른 하나(116b)는 제 2 측벽(114)과 인접하는 측면에 연결된다. 제 3 측벽(116)의 다른 측면에는 손잡이부(120)가 연장 형성된다. 또 측벽(112 ~ 116)들의 하단에는 바닥부(130)가 연장 형성된다.
손잡이부(120)는 제 3 측벽(116a, 116b)의 양측이 외측으로 연장되어 삼각 형상으로 일부가 돌출되게 구비된다. 손잡이부(120)는 대향하는 면이 상호 접착되는 제 1 및 제 2 손잡이편(120a, 120b)으로 구성된다. 제 1 손잡이편(120a)은 제 3 측벽(116)의 하나(116a)에 연장 형성되고, 제 2 손잡이편(120b)는 제 3 측벽(116)의 다른 하나(116b)에 연장 형성된다. 손잡이부(120)는 접이식 종이컵(100)을 손으로 잡기 용이하도록 중앙 부분에 손가락이 삽입되는 손가락 거치홀(122)이 형성된다. 이 실시예의 손잡이부(120)는 삼각 형상으로 구비되지만, 대체로 사각 형상과 동일하거나 유사한 형태로 구비될 수도 있다. 또 이 실시예에서 손잡이부(120)는 삼각 기둥 형상의 접이식 종이컵(100)에 적합하도록 하나가 구비되어 있으나, 변형예로서 다각 기둥 형상의 접이식 종이컵(미도시됨)인 경우에는 상호 대칭되는 방향으로 2 개의 손잡이부가 구비될 수도 있다.
그리고 바닥부(130)는 측벽(112 ~ 116)들의 하단이 연장되어 복수 개의 지지대(132)와 복수 개의 바닥면(134)을 형성한다. 즉, 바닥부(130)는 몸체부(110)의 측벽(112 ~ 116)들 각각에 대응하여 삼각 형태로 구비되는 복수 개의 바닥면(134)과, 바닥면(134)들 각각이 상호 인접한 바닥면의 접착면과 접착되어 접이식 종이컵(100)을 지지하도록 형성되는 복수 개의 지지대(132)를 포함한다. 또 바닥부(130)는 제 3 측벽(116a, 116b)들의 일부가 연장되고 상호 접착되어 접이식 종이컵(100)의 접착 상태를 보완하는 접착부(136 : 136a, 136b)를 더 포함한다. 제 1 내지 제 3 측벽들(112 ~ 116)과 바닥면(134)들 사이에는 접이식 종이컵(100)을 접거나 펼칠 수 있도록 절곡선이 형성된다.
바닥면(134)은 제 1 내지 제 3 측벽(112 ~ 116)들 각각으로부터 하부 방향으로 일정 길이 연장되고, 제 1 내지 제 3 측벽(112 ~ 116)들 각각의 상하 길이 방향의 중심선(도 4의 C) 상의 끝단으로부터 제 1 내지 제 3 측벽(112 ~ 116)들 각각의 양측으로 점차 상향 경사지게 형성되어 대체로 삼각 형태로 구비된다. 바닥면(134)은 하단 가장자리에 인접하는 바닥면(134)들이 접착되는 접착면이 형성된다. 이 바닥면(134)들의 접착면이 상호 접합되면, 복수 개의 지지대(132)가 형성된다.
지지대(132)는 이웃하는 바닥면(134)의 일부에 접합면을 형성하고, 이를 접합하여 일정 높이가 하부 방향으로 돌출되게 형성된다.
상술한 바와 같이, 이 실시예의 접이식 종이컵(100)은 도 2에 도시된 접힌 상태에서 휴대하거나 보관하고 있다가, 사용자가 한 손으로 손잡이부(120)를 잡아당기면서, 동시에 사용자의 다른 손으로 바닥부(130)를 외측 하부에서 상부 방향으로 일정 힘을 가압하면 도 1에 도시된 바와 같이, 펼친 상태를 유지하여 사용할 수 있게 된다.
따라서 본 고안의 접이식 종이컵(100)은 몸체부(110)를 형성하는 복수 개의 측벽(112 ~ 116)들로부터 양측 및 하부 각각으로 연장 형성되어 상호 접합되는 손잡이부(120)와 바닥부(130)를 일체형으로 구성하여 휴대성과 견고성을 향상시킬 수 있다.
도 5는 본 고안의 다른 실시예에 따른 접이식 종이컵의 구성을 도시한 사시도이고, 도 6은 도 5에 도시된 접이식 종이컵의 접힌 상태의 사시도이고, 도 7은 도 5에 도시된 접이식 종이컵의 펼친 상태를 나타내는 사시도이고, 도 8은 도 5에 도시된 접이식 종이컵의 펼친 상태의 바닥면을 나타내는 저면 사시도이며, 그리고 도 9는 도 5에 도시된 접이식 종이컵의 전개도이다.
도 5 내지 도 9를 참조하면, 이 실시예의 접이식 종이컵(200)은 도 1의 실시예와는 달리, 상부를 덮거나 개방시키는 덮개부(240)를 더 포함한다. 이 실시예의 접이식 종이컵(200) 또한 몸체부(210)와, 손잡이부(220)와, 바닥부(230) 및 덮개부(240)가 일체형으로 형성되는 종이 재질로 구비된다. 여기서는 도 1의 실시예와 차이점을 중점으로 하여 그 구성 및 기능을 상세히 설명한다.
즉, 이 실시예의 접이식 종이컵(200)은 몸체부(210)와, 손잡이부(220)와, 바닥부(230) 및 덮개부(240)를 포함하고, 몸체부(210)와 바닥부(230)에 의해 다각 기둥 형태(예를 들어, 삼각 기둥 형태 등)로 형성된다. 손잡이부(220)와 바닥부(230)는 도 1의 실시예와 대체로 동일하거나 유사한 구성 및 기능을 갖는다.
몸체부(210)는 상부가 개방되거나 덮도록 하고 하부가 밀폐되며 내부에 수용 공간(202)을 형성하는 접이식 종이컵(200)의 몸체를 형성하기 위한 복수 개의 측벽(212 ~ 216)들을 구비한다. 몸체부(210)는 측벽(212 ~ 216)들이 양측 방향으로 상호 나란하게 연장 형성된다. 각 측벽(212 ~ 216)은 접이식 종이컵(200)의 몸체를 형성하기 위한 일정 높이와 폭을 갖는다. 이 실시예에서도 측벽(212 ~ 216)들 각각은 폭이 높이보다 짧은 직사각형의 단면을 갖는다.
구체적으로, 이 실시예의 몸체부(210)는 제 1 내지 제 3 측벽(212 ~ 216)을 구비한다. 제 1 및 제 2 측벽(212, 214)은 동일한 형태로 구비되고, 인접하는 측면이 상호 연결된다. 제 3 측벽(216 : 216a, 216b)은 제 1 또는 제 2 측벽(212 또는 214)이 이등분된 형태로 구비되며, 하나(216a)는 제 1 측벽(212)과 인접하는 측면에 연결되고, 다른 하나(216b)는 제 2 측벽(214)과 인접하는 측면에 연결된다. 제 3 측벽(216)의 다른 측면에는 손잡이부(220)가 연장 형성된다.
또 몸체부(210)의 상단에는 덮개부(240)가 연장 형성되고, 몸체부(210)의 하단에는 바닥부(230)가 연장 형성된다. 이를 위해 몸체부(210)의 상단과 하단은 대체로 동일하거나 유사한 형상을 갖는다. 즉, 제 1 내지 제 3 측벽(212 ~ 216)들 각각은 상부 및 하부 방향으로 연장되어 덮개부(240)와 바닥부(230)를 형성한다.
바닥부(230)는 측벽(212 ~ 216)들의 하단이 연장되어 복수 개의 지지대(232)와 복수 개의 바닥면(234)을 형성한다. 즉, 바닥부(230)는 몸체부(210)의 측벽(212 ~ 216)들 각각에 대응하여 삼각 형태로 구비되는 복수 개의 바닥면(234)과, 바닥면(234)들 각각이 상호 인접한 바닥면의 접착면과 접착되어 접이식 종이컵(200)을 지지하도록 형성되는 복수 개의 지지대(232)를 포함한다. 또 바닥부(230)는 제 3 측벽(216a, 216b)들의 일부가 연장되고 상호 접착되어 접이식 종이컵(200)의 접착 상태를 보완하는 접착부(236 : 236a, 236b)를 더 포함한다.
바닥면(234)은 제 1 내지 제 3 측벽(212 ~ 216)들 각각으로부터 하부로 일정 길이 연장되고, 제 1 내지 제 3 측벽(212 ~ 216)의 상하 길이 방향의 중심선(도 9의 C') 상의 끝단으로부터 제 1 내지 제 3 측벽(212 ~ 216)들 각각의 양측으로 점차 상향 경사지게 형성되어 대체로 삼각 형태로 구비된다. 바닥면(234)은 하단 가장자리에 인접하는 바닥면(234)들이 접착되는 접합면이 형성되고, 이 접합면이 상호 접합되어 지지대(232)를 형성한다.
지지대(232)는 이웃하는 바닥면(234)의 일부에 접합면을 형성하고, 이를 접합하여 일정 높이가 하부 방향으로 돌출되게 형성되어 접이식 종이컵(200)을 지지한다.
그리고 덮개부(240)는 측벽(212 ~ 216)들의 상단이 연장되어 복수 개의 결합부(242)와 복수 개의 덮개면(244)을 형성한다. 즉, 덮개부(240)는 몸체부(210)의 측벽(212 ~ 216)들 각각에 대응하여 삼각 형태로 구비되는 복수 개의 덮개면(244)과, 덮개면(244)들 각각이 상호 인접한 덮개면(244)의 접착면과 접착되어 덮개부(240)를 형성하고, 상기 덮개부(240)의 중앙 부분(246)에서 잡아 당겨 덮개부(240)의 일부 또는 전부를 개방하도록 형성되는 복수 개의 결합부(242)를 포함한다.
제 1 내지 제 3 측벽들(212 ~ 216)과 바닥면(234)들 사이, 제 1 내지 제 3 측벽들(212 ~ 216)과 덮개면(244)들 사이 각각에는 접이식 종이컵(200)을 접거나 펼칠 수 있도록 절곡선이 형성된다.
이 실시예의 접이식 종이컵(200)은 도 6에 도시된 접힌 상태에서 휴대하거나 보관하고 있다가, 사용자가 한 손으로 손잡이부(220)를 잡아 당기면서, 동시에 사용자의 다른 손으로 바닥부(230)와 덮개부(240)를 외측 하부 및 상부에서 상부 및 하부 방향으로 각각 일정 힘을 가압하면 도 5에 도시된 바와 같이, 펼친 상태가 되고, 여기서 다시 양손으로 덮개부(240)의 중앙 부분(246)에서 결합부(242)를 잡아 당기면, 도 7에 도시된 바와 같이, 덮개부(240)가 전부 개방되어 사용할 수 있게 된다.
또 이 실시예의 접이식 종이컵(200)은 예컨대, 도 5에 도시된 바와 같이, 덮개부(240)의 결합부(242)들이 결합된 상태에서 한 손으로 결합부(242)의 중심 부분(246)에서 손잡이부(220)와 마주하는 하나의 결합부(242)을 잡고 다른 손으로 손잡이부(220)를 잡아당기면, 결합부(242)의 중심 부분(246)이 일부 개방되어, 빨대 등을 삽입할 수 있거나, 중심 부분(246)이 일부 개방된 덮개부(240)의 결합부(242)들을 중심 부분(246)에서 다시 손으로 모아 잡아서 덮개부(240)를 덮은 상태에서 접이식 종이컵(200)을 흔들면, 내부 수용 공간에 수용된 내용물을 혼합시킬 수 있다.
이상에서, 본 고안에 따른 접이식 종이컵의 구성 및 작용을 상세한 설명과 도면에 따라 도시하였지만, 이는 실시예를 들어 설명한 것에 불과하며, 본 고안의 기술적 사상을 벗어나지 않는 범위 내에서 다양한 변화 및 변경이 가능하다.

Claims (1)

  1. 접이식 종이컵에 있어서:
    상부가 개방되고, 내부에 수용 공간을 형성하며, 상호 나란하게 연결되는 복수 개의 측벽들이 결합되어 다각 기둥 형태로 형성되는 몸체부;
    상기 측벽들 중 양측에 배치되는 측벽들 각각으로부터 일체형으로 연장 형성되어 상호 접합되는 손잡이부; 및
    상기 측벽들 각각의 하부가 일체형으로 연장 형성되어 삼각 형태로 구비되는 복수 개의 바닥면들의 인접하는 부분이 상호 접착되고, 상기 접이식 종이컵을 접거나 펼치도록 상기 측벽들과 상기 바닥면들 사이에 절곡선이 형성되어 상기 수용 공간의 바닥면을 밀폐시키는 바닥부;를 포함하되,
    상기 측벽들 각각에 대응하여 상단에서 연장되고 삼각 형태로 구비되는 복수 개의 덮개면과,
    상기 덮개면들 각각에 구비되어 상호 인접한 덮개면끼리 접착하는 접착면과,
    상기 측벽들과 상기 덮개면들 사이에 절곡선이 형성되고, 중앙 부분을 잡아 당겨 상기 덮개면의 일부 또는 전부를 개방하도록 형성되는 복수의 결합부를 포함하며,
    상기 바닥부는;
    상기 바닥면들의 인접하는 부분이 상호 접착되어 상기 접이식 종이컵을 지지하는 복수 개의 지지대를 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 접이식 종이컵.
