본 발명은 휴대가 간편하고 사용이 편리한 다용도 키트 케이스 겸용 전자기기 거치대를 제공한다.
본 발명의 다용도 키트 케이스 겸용 전자기기 거치대는 대량 제작이 가능하며, 휴대폰과 결착되어 간편하게 부착되고 분리될 수 있다.
또, 본 발명에 의하면, 휴대폰에 부착되는 액세서리의 링을 포함하는 링부를 동일 평면상에서 중심부를 기준으로 소정 각도 회전시켜 휴대폰의 거치 화면 각도를 자유롭게 조정할 수 있다.
또, 본 발명에 의하면 거치대를 지지하는 링부에 손가락을 삽입하기 위한 별도의 링을 설치하여 다용도 키트를 자유로이 회전시키면서 화장을 할 수 있다.

이하, 본 발명의 일부 실시예를 예시적인 도면을 통해 상세하게 설명한다. 각 도면의 구성요소들에 참조부호를 부가함에 있어서 동일한 구성요소들에 대해서는 비록 다른 도면상에 표시되더라도 가능한 한 동일한 부호를 가지도록 하고 있음에 유의해야 한다. 또한 본 실시예를 설명함에 있어서 관련된 공지 구성 또는 기능에 대한 구체적인 설명이 본 실시예의 요지를 흐릴 수 있다고 판단되는 경우에는 그 상세한 설명을 생략한다.
본 실시예의 구성요소를 설명하는 데 있어서 제1, 제2, ), ii), a), b) 등의 부호를 사용할 수 있다. 이러한 부호는 그 구성요소를 다른 구성요소와 구별하기 위한 것일 뿐, 그 부호에 의해 해당 구성요소의 본질 또는 차례 또는 순서 등이 한정되지 않는다. 또한 명세서에서 어떤 부분이 어떤 구성요소를 '포함' 또는 '구비'한다고 할 때, 이는 명시적으로 반대되는 기재가 없는 한 다른 구성요소를 제외하는 것이 아니라 다른 구성요소를 더 포함할 수 있는 것을 의미한다.
도 1은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 다용도 키트 케이스 겸용 전자기기 거치대(1)를 펼친 경우의 사시도이다. 본 발명의 거치대(1)는 여러 물품을 수납할 수 있으나, 이하에서는 화장품을 일례로 설명한다.
거치대(1)는 리드(2)와, 힌지핀(30)을 매개로 리드(2)와 연결된 화장품 키트보드(4)를 포함한다. 휴대폰은 키트보드(4)의 뒷면에 부착되고 도시하지 않은 거치대(1)의 링은 리드(2)의 뒷면에 부착된다. 따라서, 리드(2) 또는 키트보드(4)를 회전시켜 닫으면, 휴대폰 뒤에 화장품 키트와 스탠드를 겸용하는 거치대(1)가 일체로 부착되게 된다.
리드(2)는 판형의 직사각형 형상으로 그 폭과 길이는 휴대폰의 치수를 넘지 않도록 설계된다. 리드(2)의 베이스 위에는 얼굴을 볼 수 있도록 거울(6)이 설치된다. 또, 리드(2)의 상부 중앙에는 베이스 위에 키트보드(4)와 걸림 결합하기 위한 걸림부로서의 후크(8)가 형성되어 있다. 후크(8)는 일례를 제시한 것이며 벨크로 또는 소위 “똑딱”단추형으로 변경할 수 있다.
키트보드(4)는 판형의 직사각형 형상으로 리드(2)와 같은 크기이나, 다양한 화장도구를 수용하는 입체 공간을 제공하도록 테두리에 걸쳐 소정 높이의 벽(12a)이 형성되어 있고 벽(12a)에 의하여 전체 프레임(10)이 규정된다. 키트보드(4)는 다양한 종류와 크기의 화장 도구를 수용하도록 내부를 가로 및 세로로 연장된 복수의 리브(12b)로 구획하여, 소형수납부(14a)를 4개, 중형수납부(14b) 및 대형수납부(14c)를 각각 1개씩 제공하고 있다. 소형수납부(14a)에는 파운데이션, 립스틱, 마스카라, 아이 새도우용 화장품, 중형수납부(14b)에는 퍼프, 대형수납부(14c)에는 화장솜이나 브러쉬를 수납할 수 있다. 그러나, 이는 일례를 든 것이며 소형, 중형 및 대형의 공간을 골고루 제공하는 한 각 수납부의 크기나 개수 및 화장품의 종류는 다양하게 변경할 수 있는 것이다.
또한, 남성용이나 유아용의 키트보드(4)의 경우는 더욱 간단한 구조로 변경하여 핸드크림 또는 선크림을 수납할 수 있다.
키트보드(4)의 중앙 하부의 소형수납부(14a)에는 도 2 및 도 3에 도시한 것과 같이 그로메트(20)가 설치되어 있다.
그로메트(20)는 긴사각형 형상의 본체(20)와 본체(20)의 하부에서 좌우로 연장된 플랩(20a)을 포함한다. 본체(20)의 상부 중앙에는 작은 사각 형상의 홈(24)이 형성되고, 홈(24)에 인접해서는 상기 후크(8)와 걸림 결합하기 위한 돌기(26)가 상부로 돌출되어 있다. 본체(20)의 상면에는, 상면의 중앙 부근에서부터 외부로 확장 연장된 한 쌍의 지지부(28)가 설치되며, 지지부(28)의 끝단은 리브(12b)에 밀착되어 그로메트(20)가 전체적으로 소형수납부(14a) 내부에 긴밀하게 조립되어 위치하고 있다.
이와 같이 그로메트(20)를 키트보드(4)와 별도로 설치한 것은 비닐 또는 플라스틱 재질의 케이스로 뒷면이 보호된 휴대폰을 키트보드(4)의 후면에 부착하는 경우, 후면 전체에 걸쳐 휴대폰을 부착하지 않고 그로메트(20) 부위를 중심으로 휴대폰의 측면과 접착제로 접착하거나 벨크로를 부착하여 휴대폰과 거치대(1)의 결착 및 분리를 편리하도록 하기 위한 것이다.
도 4는 본 발명의 거치대(1)의 리드(2)를 정면에서 바라 본 정면도이다. 거울(6)은 후크(8)를 제외한 전반적인 부위에 걸쳐 설치되어 있으나, 일부에만 설치하고 다른 쪽에는 화장품 수납을 위한 공간을 리드(2)위에 더 형성해도 좋다. 또 거울(6)은 원형 또는 하트형으로 형성할 수 있다.
도 5는 본 발명의 거치대(1)를 펼친 상태의 측면도이다. 힌지핀(30)을 기준으로 리드(2) 또는 키트보드(4)가 회전하여 90도를 이룬 상태에서 고정된다. 따라서, 휴대폰의 사용자는 휴대폰을 돌려 안정적인 상태에서 화장을 하거나 고칠 수 있다.
도 6은 본 발명의 거치대(1)를 완전히 닫은 상태를 도시한 측면도로서, 키트보드(4)의 후면이 휴대폰의 케이스(C)에 일체로 부착되어 있다. 리드(2)의 후면으로부터는 링(R)이 입설되어 있다. 거치대(1)의 볼륨이 커서 휴대폰의 보관 및 이동이 불편하지 않도록 리드(2)와 키트보드(4)의 두께는 적절히 결정된다. 사용자는 화장을 하지 않을 때는 거치대(1)의 링(R)을 이용하여 휴대폰을 평면에 거치할 수 있다. 사용자는 휴대폰을 손으로 들거나 휴대폰을 거치대에 안착시킨 상태에서 자유롭고 편리하게 화장할 수 있다.
이상, 본 발명의 화장품 키트 케이스 겸용 전자기기 거치대는 화장 용품을 수납하는 것으로 설명하였으나, 비상약, 상비약 및 영양제 등의 알약을 수납하는 용도로 활용할 수 있다.
다음, 본 발명의 추가 실시예로서, 리드(2)의 후면 구조에 대하여 더 설명한다.
도 7에 도시한 것과 같이 리드(2)는 상부패널(2a) 및 하부패널(2b)의 이중 구조로 되어 있다. 또, 거치대의 링부(100)는 상부패널(2a)에 결합된 짧은 원통 컬럼 형상의 중심부(102)와, 중심부(102)를 관통하여 설치된 고리형의 링(104)을 포함한다.
도 8은 도 7에서 상부패널(2a)을 분리한 단면도이다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 스윙핀(120)은, 다각면체, 도시된 예에서는 팔면체 형상의 스윙 칼럼(112)과, 스윙 칼럼(112)의 하부에 일체로 형성된 대략 사각판 형상의, 스윙 칼럼(112)보다 면적이 큰, 고정베이스(114)를 포함한다. 스윙칼럼(112)의 상부는 중심부(102)의 도시하지 않은 오목홈에 긴밀하게 삽입되며, 고정베이스(114)는 하부패널(2b)에 견고하게 고정된다.
도 9는 스윙핀(120)과 중심부(102)가 결합된 것을 도시한 사시도이다.
오목홈은 스윙 칼럼(112) 단면과 같은 형상을 가지며, 스윙칼럼(112)보다 폭이 근소하게 크도록 설계되므로, 사용자가 스윙칼럼(112)을 기준축으로 중심부(102)를 시계 또는 반시계 방향으로 회전시킬 수 있다. 그러면, 링(104)을 포함한 링부(100) 전체가 회전되며, 링(104)의 위치는 동일 평면상에서 360도 범위에서 회전될 수 있다.
본 발명과 같이, 스윙 칼럼(112)과 오목홈을 예를 들어 팔면체로 형성하는 경우, 링부(100)는 360/8 = 45도 단위로 회전되어 제 위치에서 고정될 수 있다. 만약, 16면체로 제작되면 22.5도 단위의 회전이 가능할 것이다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 탄성부재(120)인 판형 스프링은, 장방형의 공간이 형성되도록 제작된 헤드부(122)와 헤드부(122)의 양단에서 분기되어 연장되며 끝단이 중앙을 향하여 수렴하는 다리부(124)를 포함한다. 탄성부재(120)는 중심부(102) 하면과 고정베이스(114) 사이에 설치된다. 탄성부재(120)의 헤드부(122)는 스윙칼럼(112)의 외면을 충분히 가압하도록 설치된다. 탄성부재(120)는 도 8에서는 도시하지 않은 상부패널(2a)을 개재하여 중심부(102)를 아래에서 지지하며, 탄성력으로 스윙칼럼(102)의 외면을 조이므로, 중심부(102)의 회전을 보조하고, 중심부(102) 및 스윙핀(110)의 마모를 방지하는 기능을 한다.
이상은 리드가 이중패널인 경우를 설명하였으나, 단일패널인 경우에도 마찬가지 방법으로 스윙핀(110)과 탄성부재(120)를 설치할 수 있다.
이상의 본 발명의 실시예에 따르면, 휴대폰에 부착되는 거치대의 링을 포함하는 링부를 동일 평면상에서 중심부를 기준으로 소정 각도 회전시켜 휴대폰의 거치 각도를 자유롭게 조정할 수 있다.
다음, 본 발명의 다른 실시예로 손가락을 삽입하여 편리하게 거치할 수 있도록 한 링(R)에 대하여 설명한다. 도 10은 링(R)을 포함한 거치대(1)의 평면도를, 도11은 링(R)을 확대한 정면도이다.
링(R)은, 도 8에 도시한 링(104) 과 같은 구조로서 원 또는 하트 형상의 외부링(R1)과, 외부링(R1)의 내면에 접촉하여 위치한 같은 형상의 내부링(R2)을 포함한다. 외부링(R1) 및 내부링(R2)은 중심부(102)를 관통하도록 설치되며, 각각은 중심부(102)의 다른 관통홈을 통과하므로, 내부링(R2)은 외부링(R1)에 대하여 상대적으로 회전 가능하며, 외부링(R1)과 접촉하거나 접촉하지 않을 수 있다. 내부링(R2)은 손가락의 삽입과 접촉이 편하도록 연질의 고무 또는 합성수지로 제작할 수 있다.
사용자는 내부링(R2)에 손가락을 삽입하여 거치대(1)를 자유롭게 회전시키면서 화장용의 키트로 활용하고, 외부링(R1)에 정합하여 접촉시키거나 또는 내부링(R2)을 외부링(R1)과 별도로 분기 시켜 거치대(1)를 지지하는 용도로 활용할 수 있다. 따라서, 거치대(1)의 활용 및 보관이 편리하고, 별도의 공간을 점유할 필요 없이 링(R)의 구조를 이원화하는 것으로 상품성을 크게 개선할 수 있다.
도 12는 본 발명의 다른 실시예로서, 링(R)을 단일링으로 제작하고, 리드(2)에 오목부(2a)를 형성하고, 중심부(102)를 상부에서부터 헤드(102a)와 헤드(102a)에서 일체로 아래로 연장된 소직경의 칼럼(102b)과 칼럼(102b)의 하단에 일체로 형성된 베이스(102c)로 구성하고, 베이스(102c)의 상면과 오목부(2a)의 외부면 사이에 탄성부재(120)를 설치하여 탄성부재(120)의 탄성력에 의하여 점선으로 도시한 것과 같이 헤드(102a)의 상면이 리드(2)의 상면과 동일 높이에 위치하도록 하고 있다. 도 12는 링(R)을 사용하는 경우로서, 링(R)을 접은 경우에도 헤드(102a)의 상면과 리드(2)의 상면은 동일 높이에 있다. 따라서, 오목부(2a)의 형성에 의하여 링(R)이 돌출되어도 공간 활용이 가능하여 소형의 컴팩트한 거치대(1)를 제공하는 것이 가능하며, 미관에도 유리하다.
이상 본 발명의 특정 실시예들을 도면을 참조로 설명하였으나 이는 예시적인 것일 뿐 본 발명의 권리범위를 제한하지 않는다. 당업자라면 본 발명이 개시한 실시예를 임의로 변경 또는 추가할 수 있으며 이들 변형예 역시 본 발명의 권리범위에 속함을 유의해야 할 것이다.
예를 들어 키트보드(4)와 리드(2)의 위치를 역전시켜 휴대폰에 부착되는 면이 거울(6)이 되고 링(R)에 접하는 쪽에 화장품 설치 공간을 형성할 수 있다. 또, 어디서나 휴대가 가능하고 위치가 자유로운 휴대폰의 특성 상, 거울(6)은 리드(2) 뿐만 아니라 키트보드(4)의 한쪽에도 설치하여 사용자의 얼굴을 놓치지 않고 다양한 각도에서 보이도록 할 수 있다. 또, 내부링(R2)은 외부링(R1)에 대하여 회전하지 않는 일체형의 구조로 만들 수 있다.
본 발명의 권리범위가 이하 기술하는 청구범위와 동일 또는 균등한 영역까지 미친다는 점은 자명하다.

Claims (12)

  1. 화장품 키트 또는 알약 수납 케이스 겸용 다용도 전자기기 거치대로서, 상기 거치대는:
    리드와, 힌지핀을 매개로 리드와 연결된 키트보드를 포함하며,
    상기 리드는 판형의 직사각형 형상으로 그 폭과 길이는 휴대폰의 치수를 넘지 않도록 설계되며, 리드의 베이스 위에는 얼굴을 볼 수 있도록 거울이 설치되고, 키트보드와 걸림 결합하기 위한 결합부가 형성되며,
    상기 키트보드는 판형의 직사각형 형상으로 다양한 물품을 수용하는 입체 공간을 제공하도록 테두리에 걸쳐 소정 높이의 벽이 형성되며, 가로 및 세로로 연장된 복수의 리브로 키트보드의 내부를 구획하여, 복수의 물품 수납부를 제공하는, 거치대.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 결합부는 후크 또는 벨크로 또는 “똑딱”단추인, 거치대.
  3. 제 2항에 있어서,
    상기 복수의 물품 수납부는 소형수납부, 중형수납부 및 대형수납부를 각각 포함하며, 수납부에는 파운데이션, 아이 새도우용 화장품, 퍼프, 및 화장솜이 수납되는, 거치대.
  4. 제 3항에 있어서,
    키트보드의 중앙 하부의 소형수납부에는 그로메트가 설치되며, 상기 그로메트는 긴사각형 형상의 본체와, 본체의 하부에서 좌우로 연장된 플랩을 포함하고, 본체의 상부 중앙에는 상기 후크와 걸림 결합하기 위한 돌기가 상부로 돌출되며, 본체의 상면에는, 상면의 중앙 부근에서부터 외부로 확장 연장된 한 쌍의 지지부가 설치되며, 상기 지지부의 끝단은 상기 리브에 밀착되도록 한, 거치대.
  5. 제 4항에 있어서,
    상기 거울은 리드의 일부에 설치하고 리드의 다른 쪽에는 물품 수납을 위한 공간을 더 형성한, 거치대.
  6. 제 4항에 있어서,
    상기 키트보드에는 거울을 더 설치한, 거치대.
  7. 제 4항에 있어서,
    상기 키트보드의 후면이 휴대폰과 결착되는, 거치대.
  8. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 리드의 후면에는 짧은 원형 칼럼 형상의 중심부와, 중심부에서 환형을 이루어 좌우 연장된 링을 포함하는 링부가 설치되며,
    상기 거치대는,
    중심부 하부에 형성된 오목홈에 긴밀하게 삽입되는 다각면체 형상의 스윙 칼럼과 스윙 칼럼의 하부에 일체로 형성된 고정베이스를 포함하는 스윙핀을 더 포함하고,
    상기 중심부는 스윙칼럼을 기준으로 소정 각도 만큼 시계 또는 반시계 방향으로 회전되는, 거치대.
  9. 제 8항에 있어서,
    장방형의 공간이 형성되도록 제작된 헤드부와 헤드부의 양단에서 분기되어 연장되는 다리부를 포함하며 중심부 하면과 고정베이스 사이에 설치되는 탄성부재를 더 포함하며, 상기 탄성부재의 헤드부는 스윙칼럼의 외면을 충분히 가압하도록 설치되는, 거치대.
  10. 제 8항에 있어서,
    상기 리드의 후면은 상부패널 및 하부패널의 이중 구조이며, 상기 고정베이스는 하부패널에 견고하게 고정되는, 거치대.
  11. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 리드의 후면에는 칼럼 형상의 중심부와, 원 또는 하트 형상의 외부링과, 외부링의 내면에 접촉하여 위치한 같은 형상의 내부링을 포함하는, 거치대.
  12. 제 1항에 있어서,
    리드에 오목부를 형성하고, 중심부를 상부에서부터 헤드와 헤드에서 일체로 아래로 연장된 칼럼과 칼럼의 하단에 일체로 형성된 베이스로 구성하고, 베이스의 상면과 오목부의 외부면 사이에 탄성부재를 설치하여 탄성부재의 탄성력에 의하여 헤드의 상면이 리드의 상면과 동일 높이에 위치하도록 하고, 상기 헤드에 단일형의 링을 부착한, 거치대.
