일반적으로 물건을 담아 감편하게 보관 및 휴대하기 위한 목적으로 사용되는 배낭은, 소비자의 욕구에 따라 그 용도 및 형태가 다양화 되고 있다.

또 수납부재를 사용 중에 사이즈가 큰 물품을 배낭에 넣어여 할 상황이 발생한 경우에는 수납부재를 분리하여야 하기 때문에, 분리된 수납부재의 처리가 불편한 단점이 있다.
본 발명은 상기와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 안출된 것으로서, 배낭의 수납공간에 일체형의 칸막이 부재를 구성하고, 칸막이 부재를 사용하지 않을 때는 넓은 수납공간 확보에 방해되지 않도록 접힘 가능한 구조로 구성하고, 칸막이 부재를 사용할 때는 수납공간 내에서 간단히 펼쳐 수납공간을 복수의 구획으로 나누어 구분할 수 있는 배낭 구조를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다.
본 발명의 다른 목적은 칸막이 부재의 분실 염려가 없을 뿐만 아니라 이용자가 필요에 따라 손쉽게 수납공간을 나누어 사용할 수 있는 배낭 구조를 제공하는 것에 있다.
상기 목적 달성을 위하여 본 발명의 배낭은,
바닥부재와, 상기 바닥부재의 상하측 가장자리와 좌우측 가장자리를 따라 하단 가장자리가 고정되어 입설되는 상하측부재 및 좌우측부재와, 상기 바닥부재와 대향하도록 상기 상하측부재 및 좌우측부재의 상단 가장자리에 고정되는 덮개부재로 이루어지는 수납공간과, 상기 덮개부재를 열어 상기 수납공간에 물품을 출입할 수 있도록 구성되는 파스너를 포함하는 배낭에 있어서,

상기 바닥부재 내측의 좌우측부재의 하단에 고정되어 상기 바닥부재의 일측면 또는 상기 좌우측부재의 일측면에 당접하도록 회동가능하며 상기 좌우측부재의 폭과 동일한 폭으로 구성되는 좌우측칸막이패드를 포함한다.

배낭 본체(210)는 천,가죽,플라스틱 등의 패드 재료를 단독 또는 선택적으로 조합하여 구성되는 등판의 바닥부재(310)와, 상기 바닥부재의 상하측 가장자리를 따라 하단 가장자리가 고정되도록 입설되는 상측부재(321) 및 하측부재(322)와, 상기 바닥부재의 좌우측 가장자리를 따라 하단 가장자리가 고정되어 입설되는 좌측부재(331) 및 우측부재(332)와, 상기 바닥부재와 대향하도록 상기 상하측부재(321,322) 및 좌우측부재(331,332)의 상단 가장자리에 고정되는 덮개부재(340)로 이루어지는 수납 공간(350)을 구비한다.
상기 덮개부재에는 수납 공간(350)을 개방하여 수납공간에 물품을 출입할 수 있도록 구성되는 파스너(341)가 구성된다.
본 발명의 배낭(500)은 도 2와 같이 수납공간이 접혀있는 상태에서는 가방 본체(210)가 콤팩트한 구조를 갖도록 상하측부재(321,322) 및 좌우측부재(331,332)가 반으로 접힌다. 반으로 접히 상하측부재(321,322) 및 좌우측부재(331,332)는 상하측부재(321,322) 및 좌우측부재(331,332)에 구성된 벨크로(335)를 이용하여 접힌 상태를 유지하도록 고정할 수 있다.
배낭의 수납공간을 이용할 때는 도 3 및 도 5와 같이 벨크로(335)의 고정을 해제하고 상하측부재(321,322) 및 좌우측부재(331,332)를 펼치면 된다.
특히 본 발명의 배낭 본체를 구성하는 상하측부재(321,322) 및 좌우측부재(331,332)는 각각 상하로 배치되는 한쌍의 지지패드들이 구성되어 그 상하측부재(321,322) 및 좌우측부재(331,332)가 반으로 접힘 가능하도록 구성된다.
즉, 도 2, 도 5와 같이 같이 천으로 구성되는 상측부재(321) 내에는 상하로 배치되는 지지패드(321a,321b)가 구성되고, 하측부재(322) 내에는 상하로 배치되는 지지패드(322a,322b)가 구성되고, 좌측부재(331) 내에는 상하로 배치되는 지지패드(331a,331b)가 구성되고, 우측부재(332) 내에는 상하로 배치되는 지지패드(332a,332b)가 구성된다.
상기와 같이 천 등으로 구성되는 상하측부재(321,322) 및 좌우측부재(331,332) 내에 한쌍의 지지패드를 상하로 배치함으로써 상하측부재(321,322) 및 좌우측부재(331,332)는 지지패드가 마주하는 경계부분을 기준으로 반으로 접힐 수 있도로 틀을 유지하는 작용을 한다.
상기와 같이 상하측부재(321,322) 및 좌우측부재(331,332)가 반으로 접히거나 펴지도록 구성함으로서 배낭의 수납공간(350)을 사용하지 않을 때는 배낭 본체를 콤팩트하게 배낭의 바닥부재(310) 쪽으로 밀착시킬 수 있고, 수납공간(350)을 사용할 때는 배낭 본체가 쉽게 펼쳐지도록 할 수 있다.
상하측부재(321,322) 및 좌우측부재(331,332)가 접혀 바닥부재(310) 쪽으로 밀착된 후에는 벌어지지 않도록 상하측부재(321,322) 및 좌우측부재(331,332)의 표면에 구성된 다수의 벨크로(335)를 이용하여 고정될 수 있다.
상기 지지패드는 상하측부재(321,322) 및 좌우측부재(331,332)가 반으로 접혔을 때 서로 접촉하거나 간섭이 일어나지 않도록 양단부가 대각선 방향으로 절단되거나 하여 적절한 형태로 마감 처리된다.
또, 배낭의 등판 쪽에 위치하는 바닥부재(310) 내측의 좌측부재(331)의 하단에 고정되어 상기 바닥부재(310)의 측면 또는 상기 좌측부재(331)의 측면에 당접하도록 회동가능하며 상기 좌측부재(331)의 폭과 동일한 폭으로 구성되는 좌측칸막이패드(360)이 구성된다. 좌측칸막이패드(360)에는 도 6과 같이 그 좌측칸막이패드로부터 절곡되어 입설되는 복수의 좌측 제1 보조칸막이패드(361,362,363)가 구성되고, 좌측 제1 보조칸막이패드(361,362,363) 중 외측에 있는 좌측 제1 보조칸막이패드(363)의 단부에 연설되어 절곡 가능하게 구성되는 좌측 제2 보조칸막이패드(363a)가 구성된다.
또, 상기 바닥부재(310) 내측의 우측부재(332)의 하단에 고정되어 상기 바닥부재(310)의 측면 또는 상기 우측부재(332)의 측면에 당접하도록 회동가능하며 상기 우측부재(332)의 폭과 동일한 폭으로 구성되는 우측칸막이패드(370)이 구성된다. 우측칸막이패드(370)에는 그 우측칸막이패드로부터 절곡되어 입설되는 복수의 우측 제1 보조칸막이패드(371,372,373)가 구성되고, 우측 제1 보조칸막이패드(371,372,373) 중 외측에 있는 우측 제1 보조칸막이패드(373)의 단부에 연설되어 절곡 가능하게 구성되는 우측 제2 보조칸막이패드(373a)가 구성된다.
상기와 좌우측에 구성되는 좌우측칸막이패드(360,370), 제1 보조칸막이패드((361,362,363,371,372,373), 제2 보조칸막이패드(363a,373a)를 결합하여 큰 수납공간(350)을 다수의 작은 수납공간으로 구획하는 과정은 도 7a 내지 도 7d를 참고하여 설명한다.
먼저 도 7a와 같이 벨크로(335)의 고정을 해제한 후 상하측부재(321,322)와 좌우측부재(331.332)의 지지패드(321a,321b,322a,322b,331a,331b,332a,323b)를 펼친다. 도 7a 상태에서는 좌우측칸막이패드(360,370)가 바닥부재(310) 면에 밀착 고정되어 일체형의 큰 수납공간 확보에 방해되지 않도록 하고 이 상태에서 물품을 수납공간에 넣어 사용할 수 있다.
이어서 수납공간을 복수로 나누어 사용할 때는 도 7b와 같이 상하측부재(321,322)와 좌우측부재(331.332)의 각 한쌍의 지지패드(321a,321b,322a,322b,331a,331b,332a,323b)가 펼쳐진 상태에서 좌우측칸막이패드(360,370)를 회동시켜 상기 좌우측칸막이패드(360,370)의 측면이 상기 좌우측부재(331,332) 측면과 당접되도록 한다.
이어서 도 7c와 같이 좌측칸막이패드(360)의 제1 보조칸막이패드(361,362,363)와 제2 보조칸막이패드(363a)와, 우측칸막이패드(370)의 제1 보조칸막이패드(371,372,373)와 제2 보조칸막이패드(373a)를 순차적으로 펼쳐 대향하도록 배치하고 도 7d와 같이 상기 좌우측칸막이패드의 제2 보조칸막이패드(363a,373a)는 상기 좌우측칸막이패드와 평행하게 절곡하여 수납공간(350)을 복수의 수납공간 즉, 5개의 소형 수납공간으로 구획할 수 있다.
상기 5개의 소형 수납공간은 좌우측칸막이패드(360,370)의 제1 보조칸막이패드와 제2 보조칸막이패드의 펼침 결합 형태에 따라 2개, 3개, 4개 등 다양한 개수로 구성할 수 있고, 상기 각 제1 보조칸막이패드와 제2 보조칸막이패드의 단부에는 인접 부재(바닥부재, 서로 이웃하여 결합되는 제1 보조칸막이패드, 제2 보조칸막이패드)와 고정하기 위한 벨크로(도시 생략) 등의 링크 수단이 구성되어 소형 수납공간의 틀을 견고하게 유지할 수 있도록 한다.
배낭을 사용한 후 배낭을 콤팩트하게 접을 때는 제1 및 제2 보조칸막이패드(361,362,363,363a,371,372,373,373a) 간의 링크를 해제하고 각각 좌우측칸막이패드(360,370) 쪽으로 접어 원위치 시킨 후 좌우측칸막이패드(360,370)를 바닥부재(310) 면 쪽으로 회동시켜 고정하고, 상하측부재(321,322)와 좌우측부재(331.332)를 반으로 접어 밀착시키면 된다.
따라서, 상기 좌우측칸막이패드의 제1 보조칸막이패드(361,362,363,371,372,373)와 상기 좌우측칸막이패드의 제2 보조칸막이패드(363a,373a)는 상기 좌우측칸막이패드(360,370)의 면적 범위 내에서 절곡 가능하도록 구성되어야 좌우측칸막이패드(360,370)를 바닥부재(310) 면 쪽으로 회동시켜 접었을 때 칸막이 부재의 부피를 콤팩트하게 축소할 수 있다.
이상 설명한 본 발명의 배낭(500)은 상기 예시된 도면 구조 및 설명 내용에 한정되는 것은 아니고 본 발명의 청구범위와 목적의 범주 내에서 다양하게 변형하여 실시할 수 있다.
본 발명은 하나의 수납공간을 복수의 수납공간으로 구획하여 사용할 수 있는 배낭에 관한 것이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 바닥부재와, 상기 바닥부재의 상하측 가장자리와 좌우측 가장자리를 따라 하단 가장자리가 고정되어 입설되는 상하측부재 및 좌우측부재와, 상기 바닥부재와 대향하도록 상기 상하측부재 및 좌우측부재의 상단 가장자리에 고정되는 덮개부재로 이루어지는 수납공간과, 상기 덮개부재를 열어 상기 수납공간에 물품을 출입할 수 있도록 구성되는 개방수단을 포함하는 배낭에 있어서,
    상기 상하측부재 및 좌우측부재는 각각 상하로 배치되는 한쌍의 지지패드를 개재하여 그 각각의 한쌍의 상하 지지패드의 당접부를 기준으로 접힐 수 있도록 구성되고,
    상기 바닥부재 내측의 좌우측부재의 하단에 고정되어 상기 바닥부재의 일측면 또는 상기 좌우측부재의 일측면에 당접하도록 회동가능하며 상기 좌우측부재의 폭과 동일한 폭으로 구성되는 좌우측칸막이패드를 포함하고,
    상기 좌우측칸막이패드에는 상기 좌우측칸막이패드의 폭과 같은 폭으로 이루어지며 상기 좌우측칸막이패드로부터 절곡되어 입설되는 복수의 제1 보조칸막이패드와, 상기 복수의 제1 보조칸막이패드 중 적어도 1개 이상의 제1 보조칸막이패드의 단부에 연설되어 절곡 가능하게 구성되는 제2 보조칸막이패드가 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배낭.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 좌우측부재의 각 한쌍의 지지패드가 펴진 상태에서 상기 좌우측칸막이패드를 회동시켜 상기 좌우측칸막이패드의 일측면이 상기 좌우측부재 일측면과 당접되도록한 후 상기 좌우측칸막이패드의 제1 보조칸막이패드를 서로 대향하도록 배치하고, 상기 좌우측칸막이패드의 제2 보조칸막이패드는 상기 좌우측칸막이패드와 평행하게 배치하여 상기 수납공간을 복수의 수납공간으로 구획하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배낭.
  3. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 좌우측칸막이패드의 제1 보조칸막이패드와, 상기 좌우측칸막이패드의 제2 보조칸막이패드는 상기 좌우측칸막이패드의 면적 범위 내에서 접힘 가능하도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배낭.
  4. 제3항에 있어서,
    상기 좌우측칸막이패드의 제1 보조칸막이패드와, 상기 좌우측칸막이패드의 제2 보조칸막이패드의 가장자리는 고정부재를 개재하여 서로 링크되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배낭.
