液晶面板的包装用间隔垫片通常使用双面覆膜的发泡材料(Expandable Polyethylene,EPE),用以提供足够的缓冲。
技术问题
为了提升单位包装单元内的面板装载率,间隔垫片通常厚度比较薄,相对的重量也比较轻。其次,为了避免垫片在高温高湿环境下有异物析出,污染面板,垫片通常需要进行双面覆膜处理,膜层为非发泡材料,如低密度聚乙烯(LDPE),垫片本体为发泡材料EPE。两者密度上的差异导致覆合裁切后垫片比较容易翘曲形变,整箱面板进入自动线设备内时,由于设备内存在一定的压差产生侧向风,垫片本体翘曲后极易被吹走,造成设备宕机。

本发明的实施方式
以下各实施例的说明是参考附加的图示,用以例示本发明可用以实施的特定实施例。本发明所提到的方向用语,例如[上]、[下]、[前]、[后]、[左]、[右]、[内]、[外]、[侧面]等,仅是参考附加图式的方向。因此,使用的方向用语是用以说明及理解本发明,而非用以限制本发明。在图中,结构相似的单元是用以相同标号表示。
首先对现有技术进行简要说明,参见图1(a)和图1(b),图1(a)和图1(b)为现有技术中的用于显示面板的包装盒的垫片的结构示意图。
还未进行封装的液晶面板在生产、运输的过程中通常采用数个面板平行叠放的方式进行包装,为了保护液晶面板,通常需要在多个平行叠放的面板之间放置垫片进行保护和缓冲。实际中,上述包装用的间隔垫片通常使用双面覆膜的发泡材料以提供足够的缓冲,如图1(b)所示。
通常,为了提升单位包装盒内的面板装载率,间隔垫片的厚度通常比较薄,导致其重量相对比较轻。同时,为了避免垫片在高温高湿环境下有异物析出污染面板,垫片通常需要进行双面覆膜处理,其中保护膜层为低密度聚乙烯(即LDPE),为非发泡材料;而垫片本体为可发性聚乙烯(即EPE),又称为珍珠棉,为发泡材料。垫片本体和保护膜层密度上的差异导致覆合裁切后垫片边缘比较容易翘曲形变。此外,参见图1(a),由于垫片与包装盒的卡合简单,整箱面板进入自动线设备内时,由于设备内存在一定的压差产生侧向风,垫片翘曲后极易被吹走,如图2所示,从而造成设备宕机。
为防止该问题的发生,本领域中通常将顶层垫片加厚,但这样会带来包装成本上升、包装装载率下降以及材料种类增多等问题,加重了物料管控难度。
下面将结合附图对本发明进行详细说明。
本发明提供了一种用于显示面板的包装盒的垫片300,其中,所述垫片300包括垫片本体和覆盖在垫片本体表面的保护膜层,所述垫片300的各条边沿中的至少一条边沿上具有均匀分布的裁切槽320,所述裁切槽320贯穿所述垫片本体和保护膜层;所述裁切槽320的一端开口,并贯穿所述裁切槽320所在的垫片300边沿,另一端延伸至所述垫片300内部,且具有与所述裁切槽320连通的防撕裂孔。
所述裁切槽320的作用是通过在垫片300的边缘形成小的开口,以消解由于垫片本体和保护膜层之间的密度差异在所述垫片300的边缘形成的应力。优选的,所述裁切槽320与所述垫片300的边缘垂直。在垫片中央,垫片本体和保护膜层之间的密度差异产生的应力是沿各个方向均匀分布的,对于垫片中央的任意一点,其所受到的应力总和为零。而对于垫片边缘而言,由于垫片边缘区域承受了来自垫片内部的应力,但另一侧没有对应的应力进行平衡,因此,垫片边缘存在由于垫片本体和保护膜层之间的密度差异产生的应力,并会在所述应力的作用下发生翘曲,边缘越长,所述应力越大,翘曲程度也越明显。因此,通过在垫片300的边缘形成裁切槽320,能够有效的减小边缘处连续不断的区域的长度,从而减小边缘处的应力,避免垫片发生翘曲。
具体的,根据本发明的一个具体实施例,所述垫片300为矩形,所述裁切槽320的宽度小于所述矩形短边长度的一百分之一,所述裁切槽320的长度小于所述矩形短边长度的二十分之一。这是由于垫片内部所承受的应力是平衡的,仅需要在边缘处开小孔即可减小甚至消除边缘处的应力,因此所述裁切槽320的深度无需过深,通常为5~10cm。过深的裁切槽不仅不利于消除应力,而且会减弱垫片本身的强度。
同时,为了避免裁切槽320的存在导致垫片300容易被沿着所述裁切槽撕裂,在所述裁切槽320末端设置了防撕裂孔,如图4所示。防撕裂孔可以有效的分散沿着裁切槽320深度方向施加的力,避免所述垫片被轻易撕裂,增强了垫片的强度。
具体的,为了更好的消除沿着裁切槽320深度方向施加的力,所述防撕裂孔为圆形或半圆形,且其直径大于所述裁切槽宽度的两倍。
在本发明的一个实施例中,所述垫片为矩形,所述矩形的四个顶角处具有限位结构,所述限位结构包括位于顶角侧边上的凹槽结构,所述凹槽的深度小于所述裁切槽的深度,所述凹槽的宽度小于所述矩形短边长度的二十分之一。
在本发明的另一个实施例中,所述垫片为矩形,所述矩形的四个顶角中的至少一个具有限位结构。限位结构为设置在所述垫片顶角处的几何凸起,通过不规则的几何形状将所述垫片与包装盒固定在一起,使得所述垫片不易产生移位。
具体的,参见图3,所述限位结构包括位于顶角侧边上的凸起结构310,所述凸起结构310为矩形,所述凸起结构310的一个顶角与所述垫片的其中一个顶角部分重合,其中重合部分的长度小于所述凸起结构短边的长度。相应的,与所述垫片300对应的包装盒也具有与所述凸起结构310相配合的凹槽结构,能够与所述凸起结构310彼此卡合,实现固定作用。
在本发明的另一个实施例中,所述垫片300为矩形,所述矩形的四个顶角中的至少一个具有限位结构,所述限位结构包括位于顶角侧边上的凸起结构,所述凸起结构为圆形,所述凸起结构与所述垫片的其中一个顶角部分重合,其中重合部分的长度小于所述凸起结构的半径。
本发明通过在垫片边缘设置裁切槽,有效的消解了垫片边缘区域的应力,避免其产生翘曲,有效的解决了垫片在外力的影响下产生移位的技术问题。
相应的,参见图5,本发明提供了一种用于显示面板的包装盒,所述包装盒包括垫片300和能够与所述垫片300卡合的外壳体400,所述垫片300为矩形,包括垫片本体和覆盖在垫片本体表面的保护膜层,所述垫片300的各条边沿中的至少一条边沿上具有均匀分布的裁切槽320,所述裁切槽320与所述裁切槽320所在的垫片边沿垂直,且贯穿所述垫片本体和保护膜层;所述裁切槽320的一端开口,并贯穿所述裁切槽320所在的垫片300边沿,另一端延伸至所述垫片300内部,且具有与所述裁切槽320连通的防撕裂孔。
在本发明的一个实施例中,所述垫片300为矩形,所述裁切槽320的宽度小于所述矩形短边长度的一百分之一,所述裁切槽的长度小于所述矩形短边长度的二十分之一。这是由于垫片内部所承受的应力是平衡的,仅需要在边缘处开小孔即可减小甚至消除边缘处的应力,因此所述裁切槽320的深度无需过深,通常为5~10cm。过深的裁切槽不仅不利于消除应力,而且会减弱垫片本身的强度。
同时,为了避免裁切槽320的存在导致垫片300容易被沿着所述裁切槽撕裂,在所述裁切槽320末端设置了防撕裂孔,如图4所示。防撕裂孔可以有效的分散沿着裁切槽320深度方向施加的力,避免所述垫片被轻易撕裂,增强了垫片的强度。具体的,所述防撕裂孔为圆形或半圆形,且其直径大于所述裁切槽320宽度的两倍。
根据本发明的其中一个方面,所述垫片300为矩形,所述矩形的四个顶角处具有限位结构310,所述限位结构310包括位于顶角侧边上的凹槽结构,所述凹槽的深度小于所述裁切槽320的深度,所述凹槽的宽度小于所述矩形短边长度的二十分之一。
在本发明的一个实施例中,所述垫片300为矩形,所述矩形的四个顶角中的至少一个具有限位结构310,所述限位结构310包括位于顶角侧边上的凸起结构,所述凸起结构为矩形,所述凸起结构的一个顶角与所述垫片的其中一个顶角部分重合,其中重合部分的长度小于所述凸起结构短边的长度。
在本发明的一个实施例中,所述垫片300为矩形,所述矩形的四个顶角中的至少一个具有限位结构310,所述限位结构310包括位于顶角侧边上的凸起结构,所述凸起结构为圆形,所述凸起结构与所述垫片的其中一个顶角部分重合,其中重合部分的长度小于所述凸起结构的半径。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明通过在垫片的边缘设置裁切槽,有效的消解了垫片周围由于垫片本体和垫片膜层之间的密度差异而产生的应力,从而避免了垫片翘曲变形,降低了生产中垫片由于翘曲而被风吹走的可能性。同时,在垫片的顶角上设置限位结构,通过与包装盒的配合,有效降低了垫片受外力影响产生移位的可能性。
综上所述,虽然本发明已以优选实施例揭露如上,但上述优选实施例并非用以限制本发明,本领域的普通技术人员,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内,均可作各种更动与润饰,因此本发明的保护范围以权利要求界定的范围为准。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种用于显示面板的包装盒的垫片,其包括垫片本体和覆盖在垫片本体表面的保护膜层,所述垫片的各条边沿中的至少一条边沿上具有均匀分布的裁切槽,所述裁切槽贯穿所述垫片本体和保护膜层;所述裁切槽的一端开口,并贯穿所述裁切槽所在的垫片边沿,另一端延伸至所述垫片内部,且具有与所述裁切槽连通的防撕裂孔,其中,所述防撕裂孔为圆形或半圆形,且其直径大于所述裁切槽宽度的两倍。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的垫片,其中,所述裁切槽的宽度小于所述矩形短边长度的一百分之一,所述裁切槽的长度小于所述矩形短边长度的二十分之一。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的垫片,其中,所述垫片为矩形,所述矩形的四个顶角处具有限位结构,所述限位结构包括位于顶角侧边上的凹槽结构,所述凹槽的深度小于所述裁切槽的深度,所述凹槽的宽度小于所述矩形短边长度的二十分之一。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的垫片,其中,所述垫片为矩形,所述矩形的四个顶角中的至少一个具有限位结构,所述限位结构包括位于顶角侧边上的凸起结构,所述凸起结构为矩形,所述凸起结构的一个顶角与所述垫片的其中一个顶角部分重合,其中重合部分的长度小于所述凸起结构短边的长度。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的垫片,其中,所述垫片为矩形,所述矩形的四个顶角中的至少一个具有限位结构,所述限位结构包括位于顶角侧边上的凸起结构,所述凸起结构为圆形,所述凸起结构与所述垫片的其中一个顶角部分重合,其中重合部分的长度小于所述凸起结构的半径。
  6. 一种用于显示面板的包装盒的垫片,其包括垫片本体和覆盖在垫片本体表面的保护膜层,所述垫片的各条边沿中的至少一条边沿上具有均匀分布的裁切槽,所述裁切槽贯穿所述垫片本体和保护膜层;所述裁切槽的一端开口,并贯穿所述裁切槽所在的垫片边沿,另一端延伸至所述垫片内部,且具有与所述裁切槽连通的防撕裂孔。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的垫片,其中,所述裁切槽的宽度小于所述矩形短边长度的一百分之一,所述裁切槽的长度小于所述矩形短边长度的二十分之一。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的垫片,其中,所述防撕裂孔为圆形或半圆形,且其直径大于所述裁切槽宽度的两倍。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的垫片,其中,所述垫片为矩形,所述矩形的四个顶角处具有限位结构,所述限位结构包括位于顶角侧边上的凹槽结构,所述凹槽的深度小于所述裁切槽的深度,所述凹槽的宽度小于所述矩形短边长度的二十分之一。
  10. 根据权利要求6所述的垫片,其中,所述垫片为矩形,所述矩形的四个顶角中的至少一个具有限位结构,所述限位结构包括位于顶角侧边上的凸起结构,所述凸起结构为矩形,所述凸起结构的一个顶角与所述垫片的其中一个顶角部分重合,其中重合部分的长度小于所述凸起结构短边的长度。
  11. 根据权利要求6所述的垫片,其中,所述垫片为矩形,所述矩形的四个顶角中的至少一个具有限位结构,所述限位结构包括位于顶角侧边上的凸起结构,所述凸起结构为圆形,所述凸起结构与所述垫片的其中一个顶角部分重合,其中重合部分的长度小于所述凸起结构的半径。
  12. 一种用于显示面板的包装盒,其包括垫片和能够与所述垫片卡合的外壳体,所述垫片包括垫片本体和覆盖在垫片本体表面的保护膜层,所述垫片的各条边沿中的至少一条边沿上具有均匀分布的裁切槽,所述裁切槽贯穿所述垫片本体和保护膜层;所述裁切槽的一端开口,并贯穿所述裁切槽所在的垫片边沿,另一端延伸至所述垫片内部,且具有与所述裁切槽连通的防撕裂孔。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的包装盒,其中,所述裁切槽的宽度小于所述矩形短边长度的一百分之一,所述裁切槽的长度小于所述矩形短边长度的二十分之一。
  14. 根据权利要求12所述的包装盒,其中,所述防撕裂孔为圆形或半圆形,且其直径大于所述裁切槽宽度的两倍。
  15. 根据权利要求12所述的包装盒,其中,所述垫片为矩形,所述矩形的四个顶角处具有限位结构,所述限位结构包括位于顶角侧边上的凹槽结构,所述凹槽的深度小于所述裁切槽的深度,所述凹槽的宽度小于所述矩形短边长度的二十分之一。
