Abstract
Description
<全体構成>
図1は、本発明の第1実施形態に係る電動オイルポンプの概略斜視図である。図2は、図1の電動オイルポンプの概略側面図である。図3は、図2の電動オイルポンプをモータシャフト41の位置で破断して示す概略側断面図である。
本実施形態の電動オイルポンプ10は、モータ部20と、ポンプ部30と、インバータ部70とを有する。モータ部20とポンプ部30とインバータ部70とは、軸方向に沿って並べて設けられる。
モータ部20は、軸方向に延びる中心軸Jに沿って配置され、中心軸Jを中心として回転可能に支持されたモータシャフト41を有し、モータシャフト41を回転させてポンプ部30を駆動する。ポンプ部30は、モータ部20のフロント側(+Z側)に位置し、モータ部20によってモータシャフト41を介して駆動され、オイルを吐出する。インバータ部70は、モータ部20のリア側(-Z側)に位置し、モータ部20の駆動を制御する。
以下、構成部材毎に詳細に説明する。
モータ部20は、図3に示すように、モータハウジング21と、ロータ40と、モータシャフト41と、ステータ50と、ベアリング55a及び55bと、を有する。
モータハウジング21の外観は、図1に示すように、四角柱形状である。モータハウジング21は、四角柱形状に限られるものではなく、外周形状の一部に平面部を有するものであってもよい。モータハウジング21は、ロータ40、モータシャフト41、ステータ50、ベアリング55a及びベアリング55bを収容する。モータハウジング21は、前部21dと、後部21aと、ステータ保持部21bと、端部21cと、ボス21eと、を有する。前部21dは、フロント側(+Z側)に位置する。後部21aは、リア側(-Z側)に位置する。後部21aの径方向外側には、周方向で一周してリア側(-Z側)に延びる端部21cを有する。後部21aの径方向内側には、リア側(-Z側)に延びるボス21eを有する。ボス21eは、リア側(-Z側)の端面からフロント側(+Z側)に延びるねじ穴(不図示)を有する。ステータ保持部21bの内側面には、ステータ50の外側面、すなわち、後述するコアバック部51の外側面が嵌め合わされる。これにより、モータハウジング21にステータ50が収容される。
ロータ40は、ロータコア43と、ロータマグネット44と、を有する。ロータコア43は、モータシャフト41を軸周り(θ方向)に囲んで、モータシャフト41に固定される。ロータマグネット44は、ロータコア43の軸周り(θ方向)に沿った外側面に固定される。ロータコア43及びロータマグネット44は、モータシャフト41とともに回転する。
ステータ50は、ロータ40を軸周り(θ方向)に囲み、ロータ40を中心軸J周りに回転させる。ステータ50は、コアバック部51と、ティース部52と、コイル53と、ボビン(インシュレータ)54と、を有する。
ベアリング55aは、ロータ40及びステータ50のリア側(-Z側)に配置され、ベアリング保持部56に保持される。ベアリング55aは、リア側でモータシャフト41を支持する。ベアリング55bは、ロータ40及びステータ50のフロント側(+Z側)に配置され、前部21dに保持される。ベアリング55bは、フロント側でモータシャフト41を支持する。ベアリング55a及び55bの形状、構造等は、特に限定されず、いかなる公知のベアリングも用いることができる。
モータ部20は、回転角センサ用磁石72dを有する。回転角センサ用磁石72dは、モータシャフト41のリア側(-Z側)の端部に配置される。回転角センサ用磁石72dは、モータシャフト41のリア側(-Z側)の端部に固定され、モータシャフト41の回転とともに回転する。回転角センサ用磁石72dの回転角を検出することで、モータシャフト41の回転角を検出することができる。
ポンプ部30は、モータ部20の軸方向一方側、詳細にはフロント側(+Z側)に設けられる。ポンプ部30は、モータ部20と同一の回転軸を有し、モータ部20によってモータシャフト41を介して駆動される。ポンプ部30は、ベーンポンプである。ポンプ部30は、中間部材32と、ポンプボディ31と、ポンプロータ(不図示)と、を有する。ポンプロータは、モータシャフト41とともに回転する。
中間部材32は、モータハウジング21とポンプボディ31との間に配置される板状部材である。中間部材32のリア側(-Z側)の面である面32aは、モータハウジング21の前部21dのフロント側(+Z側)の面である面21daと接する。中間部材32のフロント側(+Z側)の面である面32bは、ポンプボディ31のリア側(-Z側)の面である面31bと接する。ポンプボディ31及び中間部材32は、ボルト等の締結部材34によってモータハウジング21に固定(ねじ固定)される。中間部材32はモータハウジング21の吸入油路57からポンプボディ31へと繋がる油路(不図示)を有する。中間部材32はポンプボディ31からモータハウジング21の吐出油路58へと繋がる油路(不図示)を有する。中間部材32は、軸方向に貫通する貫通孔32cを有する。モータシャフト41は、貫通孔32cを貫通する。
ポンプボディ31は、中間部材32のフロント側(+Z側)に位置する。ポンプボディ31は、ポンプロータに達する凹部31aを有する。凹部31aには、モータシャフト41のフロント側(+Z側)の先端が嵌る。
インバータ部70は、モータ部20のリア側(-Z側)に設けられ、モータ部20の駆動を制御する。インバータ部70は、インバータハウジング71と、基板72と、を有する。
インバータハウジング71は、有底の円筒状であり、底面部71aと、側壁部71bと、を有する。底面部71aは、中心軸Jと直交する面と平行な方向に拡がる。側壁部71bは、底面部71aの径方向外側の端部から、フロント側(+Z側)に延びる。
基板72は、回転角検出回路90を構成する回転角検出センサ72bを実装する。基板72は、モータ部20を駆動するインバータ回路80を構成する電子部品72f及び72gを実装する。電子部品72f及び72gは、スイッチング素子(例えば、FET(電界効果トランジスタ)、IGBT(絶縁ゲート型バイポーラトランジスタ))やコンデンサのような発熱素子を含む。
インバータ回路80は、基板72に電子部品72f、72g及び各種電子部品(不図示)を実装して構成される。インバータ回路80は、発熱素子を含む。インバータ回路80は、モータ部20に対して電力を供給するとともに、モータ部20の駆動、回転、停止等の動作を制御する。この制御は、回転角検出回路90によって検出した、モータシャフト41の回転角に基づいて行うことができる。
回転角検出回路90は、基板72に回転角検出センサ72b及び各種電子部品(不図示)を実装して構成される。回転角検出回路90は、モータシャフト41の回転角を検出する。回転角検出回路90による検出結果のインバータ回路80への伝達は、基板72上のプリント配線を介して行うことができる。
図5は、図1の電動オイルポンプ10をフロント側(+Z側)から見た平面図であって、ポンプ部30を外した状態を示す図である。図6は、吸入油路57を、-X側から見た側面図である。図7は、吸入油路57の形状を抜き出して示す斜視図である。図8は、吐出油路58を、-X側から見た側面図である。図9は、吐出油路58の形状を抜き出して示す斜視図である。
次に、電動オイルポンプの作用・効果について説明する。
モータハウジングの第1面に吸入口及び吐出口を配置することで、第1面を外部装置(例えばトランスミッション)と接続することにより、吸入口及び吐出口の両方を外部装置と接続することができ、組付け作業性を向上することができる。また、吸入口及び吐出口から外部装置まで接続する配管を廃止することができる。
本発明によれば、モータハウジングに吸入口及び吐出口を配置することで、配置位置の自由度を高めることができ、汎用性を向上することができる。
モータハウジングの外形が四角柱形状であるので、モータハウジングの製造工程を簡易化することができる。
軸方向に進む油路によって、モータハウジングの第1面の吸入口及び吐出口と、モータ部の軸方向一方側に配置されたベーンポンプと、を繋ぐことができる。
また、モータの熱を、軸方向に進む油路を流れるオイルに放熱することができる。
軸方向と平行な油路によって、モータハウジングの第1面の吸入口及び吐出口と、モータ部の軸方向一方側に配置されたベーンポンプと、を繋ぐことができる。
また、モータの熱を、軸方向と平行な油路を流れるオイルに放熱することができる。
径方向吸入油路及び径方向吐出油路を含むことで、ベーンポンプの径とモータハウジングの径とが異なる場合であっても油路を形成することができ、設計の自由度を高めることができる。
直交吸入油路及び直交吐出油路を含むことで、ベーンポンプの径とモータハウジングの径とが異なる場合であっても油路を形成することができ、設計の自由度を高めることができる。
モータハウジングのうち、第1辺と中心軸との間及び第2辺と中心軸との間の領域を、油路として有効に活用することができる。
モータハウジングのうち、第1面の辺である第1辺と中心軸との間及び第1面の辺である第2辺と中心軸との間の領域を、油路とすることで、吸入口及び吐出口とベーンポンプとの間の油路を短縮することができる。
吸入口の口径が、吐出口の口径よりも大きいことで、吸入側の抵抗を小さくすることができ、ポンプ部がスムーズに動作し、キャビテーションが起こりにくくすることができる。
吸入油路の体積が、吐出油路の体積よりも大きいことで、吸入側の抵抗を小さくすることができ、ポンプ部がスムーズに動作し、キャビテーションが起こりにくくすることができる。
ボルトの位置が、軸方向で吸入油路及び吐出油路と重ならない位置であることで、ボルトの長さを十分に確保することができ、モータハウジングに対してポンプ部を強固に固定することができる。
3つのボルトを周方向に間隔をおいて配置することによって、モータハウジングに対してポンプ部を強固に固定することができる。

Claims (12)
- 軸方向に延びる中心軸に沿って配置されるモータシャフトを有するモータ部と、
前記モータ部の軸方向一方側に配置され、前記モータ部によって前記モータシャフトを介して駆動され、オイルを吸入するとともに吐出するベーンポンプを有するポンプ部と、
前記モータ部の軸方向他方側に配置され、前記モータ部を駆動するインバータ部と、
を備え、
前記モータ部は、
前記モータシャフトとともに回転可能なロータと、
前記ロータの径方向外側に配置されたステータと、
前記ロータ及び前記ステータを収容するモータハウジングと、
を備え、
前記モータハウジングは、
前記ベーンポンプが吸入するオイルの外部からの吸入口と、
前記ベーンポンプが吐出するオイルの外部への吐出口と、
を備え、
前記モータハウジングは、外周形状の一部に平面部を有し、
前記モータハウジングの前記平面部であって軸方向と平行な側面のうちの第1面に前記吸入口及び前記吐出口を配置した、
