边刷和智能清洁设备 技术领域
本申请涉及清洁工具技术领域,且更具体地涉及一种边刷和智能清洁设备。
背景技术
已有的诸如智能扫地机的智能清洁设备通常在其底部设置有边刷,边刷可以旋转以将地面的杂物移动至智能清洁设备的下方。由于已有的边刷通常设置有刷毛,使得在清扫的过程中,边刷极容易被诸如毛发类的杂物缠绕,造成刷毛被缠绕成一团,影响清扫效果和正常清扫程序。并且严重时,毛发类杂物会缠绕边刷的传动机构,从而使得智能清洁设备损坏。
因此,需要一种边刷和智能清洁设备,以至少部分地解决现有技术中存在的问题。
发明内容
本申请提供一种防止被杂物缠绕的边刷和智能清洁设备。
本申请的一个方面提供一种边刷,包括用于安装至智能清洁设备的边刷基座以及连接至所述边刷基座的周侧的刮板,所述刮板用于和地面接触以刮除杂物。
本申请的再一方面提供一种智能清洁设备,包括设备主体以及上述边刷。
本申请的边刷包括刮板,能够有效避免边刷被诸如毛发类杂物缠绕,从而提高了智能清洁设备的清扫效果,保证了智能清洁设备的清扫程序能够正常进行。

通常智能清洁设备主要包括设备主体。设备主体具有近似圆形的形状(前后都为圆形),也可具有其他形状。可以理解,本申请所示的智能清洁设备可以为扫地机器人、拖地机器人、扫拖一体的机器人等。
智能清洁设备包括清洁系统、感知系统、控制系统、驱动系统、能源系统和人机交互系统等。各个系统相互协调配合,使智能清洁设备能够自主移动以实现清洁功能。智能清洁设备中构成上述各系统的功能元件等集成地设置在设备主体内。设备主体包括上封盖、底盘以及设置在上封盖和底盘之间的中框。中框作为设置各种功能元件的基础框架。上封盖和底盘覆盖设备主体的表面,起到保护内部零部件的作用,并且提升智能清洁设备的美观性。
智能清洁系统的自主移动由驱动系统实现,其主要包括行走轮和驱动马达以及控制驱动马达的控制电路。为了智能清洁设备能够在地面上更为稳定地运动或者具有更强的运动能力,可以包括一个或者多个从动轮,从动轮包括但不限于万向轮。
感知系统用于智能清洁设备对例如地形等的外界环境进行感知,其包括位置确定装置、缓冲器、悬崖传感器和超声传感器、红外传感器、磁力计、加速度计、陀螺仪、里程计等传感装置。这些传感装置向控制系统提供机器的各种位置信息和运动状态信息。其中,位置确定装置包括但不限于红外发射接收装置、摄像头、激光测距装置(laser distance sensor,LDS)。缓冲器用于缓冲智能清洁设备在移动过程中与周围物体产生的碰撞。缓冲器的表面设置有一层软胶,并且缓冲器在安装至设备主体的状态下,其与设备主体间隔预定的距离,从而保证在产生碰撞时能够设备主体有足够的减速时间。
控制系统设置在设备主体内的电路主板上,包括与非暂时性存储器、计算处理器等。计算处理器可以为中央处理单元、应用处理器等,根据激光测距装置反馈的障碍物信息利用定位算法绘制智能清洁设备所在环境中 的即时地图。并且结合缓冲器和传感装置反馈的距离信息、速度信息综合判断智能清洁设备当前处于何种工作状态,如过门槛,上地毯,位于悬崖处、上方或者下方被卡住,尘盒满,被拿起等,还会针对不同情况给出具体的下一步动作策略,使得智能清洁设备的工作更加符合要求,提升用户体验。
人机交互系统包括主机面板上的按键,按键供用户进行功能选择;还可以包括显示屏和/或指示灯和/或喇叭,显示屏、指示灯和喇叭向用户展示当前机器所处状态或者功能选择项;还可以包括手机客户端程序。对于路径导航型智能清洁设备,在手机客户端可以向用户展示设备所在环境的地图,以及智能清洁设备所处的位置,可以向用户提供更为丰富和人性化的功能项。
能源系统用于各系统的功能性元件工作提供电能,主要包括充电电池以及供电电路。充电电池可以为镍氢电池和锂电池。当充电电池内的电量低于预定的最小电量时,可以通过设置在设备主体的侧方或者下方的充电电极与充电设备连接进行充电。
清洁系统为智能清洁设备最主要的核心系统,用于实现清扫功能,其包括干式清洁部和湿式清洁部。干式清洁部主要通过清扫刷等结构清扫被清洁表面的固定颗粒污染物,湿式清洁部主要通过含有清洁液的清洁布对被清洁表面(如地面)进行擦拭。
干式清洁部主要包括滚刷、尘盒以及风机。风机与尘盒之间通过风道连通,风机用于产生吸尘所需的风力。具体地,随着智能清洁设备的移动,与地面具有一定干涉的滚刷将地面上的垃圾扫起,并卷带到滚刷与尘盒之间的吸尘口前方,然后被风机产生并经过尘盒的有吸力的气体吸入尘盒。
湿式清洁部主要包括储液箱和清洁布。湿式清洁部的储液箱内容纳 有清洁液,清洁布可拆卸地设置在储液箱上。干式清洁部清扫完成以后,湿式清洁布的储液箱内的液体流向清洁布,清洁布对滚刷等清扫后的地面进行擦拭。
干式清洁部还可以包括边刷。边刷通过旋转轴设置在设备主体上。具体地,边刷借助于旋转轴从下方安装至设备主体的边缘,边刷可以围绕旋转轴所在的旋转轴线相对于设备主体可旋转,以用于将杂物(诸如碎屑、毛发等垃圾)移动至滚刷的清扫区域中。
为解决毛刷易被诸如毛发类杂物缠绕的现象,本申请提供了一种可选实施方式的设有刮板123的边刷,所述刮板123被配置为以转动的方式运动以刮除杂物。刮板123的运动主要分为两种:一种是行进运动,以使智能清洁设备连同刮板123可到达指定地点;另一种是刮除运动,即本文中的转动。下面结合附图进行说明。
如图1至图3所示,边刷100包括边刷基座110和刷体120。边刷基座110用于安装至智能清洁设备的设备本体。刷体120沿径向方向D1从边刷基座110处向外延伸。刷体120可以设置有至少一个。在刷体120为至少两个的实施方式中,刷体120能够呈放射状,并且相邻的刷体120之间的角度可以大致相同。
需要说明的是,本文提及的用于描述边刷100的诸如“向下”、“朝上”、“向上”等方向术语是相对于边刷100处于水平安装状态而言的。可以理解,“径向方向D1”是指相对于边刷100的旋转轴线的径向方向D1,“周向方向D2”是指相对于边刷100的旋转轴线的周向方向D2,“轴向方向D3”是指沿旋转轴线延伸的方向。“从边刷基座110处向外”是指背离边刷基座110的方向。进一步地,例如,“向下”是指轴向方向D3的朝向刷体120的自由端延伸的方向;“向上”是指轴向方向D3的朝向边刷基座110延伸的方向。
刷体120包括刷体安装部121和刷体延伸部122。刷体安装部121用于与边刷基座110连接,刷体延伸部122沿径向方向D1从刷体安装部121处向外延伸以清扫杂物。刷体安装部121和刷体延伸部122为一体成型构件或刷体延伸部122可通过比如卡扣、夹持等固定方式组装至所述刷体安装部121。以此实施方式,可以使得在清扫的过程中,能够有效避免边刷100被诸如毛发类杂物缠绕,从而提高了清扫效果,保证了清扫程序能够正常进行。可选地,刷体120可以由软胶注塑成型,以使得刷体延伸部122能够形成为柔性件,柔性件具有一定的缓冲作用,从而在清扫过程中,刷体延伸部122可以高效清扫杂物,实现智能清洁设备的较高清扫效率(dust pick up efficiency,DPU)。
在图示实施例中,所述刷体延伸部122连接至所述刷体安装部121,本申请并不局限于此。在另一实施例中,所述刷体延伸部122可直接连接至所述刷体基座130,省略了所述刷体安装部121。
边刷100还包括与边刷基座110配合的刷体基座130。刷体安装部121能够通过刷体基座130与边刷基座110连接。参照图3,刷体基座130可以与刷体120成型为一体件。具体地,刷体120能够分别通过刷体基座130彼此连接在一起,放射状的刷体120和刷体基座130可以为一体件。该一体件与边刷基座110为各自独立的构件。在另一实施例中,所述刷体基座130也可与所述边刷基座110一体成型。所述边刷100也可与所述边刷基座110一体成型或者组装至所述边刷基座110。刷体基座130可以由塑胶材料等合适材料制成,由此,可以实现边刷100与安装旋转轴的紧密配合。
刷体120可以具有至少一个刮板123。结合图1与图5所示,所述刮板123包括连接至所述刷体安装部121的连接部1202以及自所述连接部1202朝向地面的方向(向下)延伸形成的刮除部1203,所述刮除部1203与地面接触以刮除杂物,能够增加刮板123用于接触杂物的表面,刮除更 彻底,在清扫过程中,刮板123能够刮起杂物,使更多的杂物移动至智能清洁设备的下方的清扫区域中。在刮板123为至少两个的实施方式中,刮板123沿边刷100的旋转方向先后对杂物进行清扫,位于前方的刮板123先刮起杂物,未被刮起的杂物被位于后方的刮板123进一步清扫,从而提高了清扫效率,使得清扫效果更好。
在图示实施例中,所述刮板123包括自所述连接部1202朝向地面的方向(向下)延伸形成的刮除部1203,所述刮除部1203与地面接触以刮除杂物,本申请并不局限于此。在另一实施例中,所述连接部1202本身可作为刮除部使用,所述连接部1202与地面接触以刮除杂物,无需另外设置朝向地面延伸的刮除部,结构更简单。
在本实施方式中,刮板123与刷体延伸部122一体成型,从而使得刷体120能够形成为一体成型构件。在另一实施例中,所述刮板123也可通过比如卡扣或夹持等固定方式组装至所述刷体安装部121。
进一步地,如图4所示,在刮板123为至少两个的实施方式中,刷体延伸部122可以设置有沿径向方向D1延伸并贯穿刷体120的自由端的开口124。也就是说,开口124将刷体延伸部122的靠近自由端的一段分隔开。开口124设置在相邻的至少两个刮板123之间。开口124沿径向方向D1从刷体延伸部122的中部延伸并贯穿刷体120的自由端。以此实施方式,可以使得每个刮板123在清扫过程中彼此不干扰且增加所述刮板123的弹性。可选地,开口124沿径向方向D1的尺寸可以大于或等于刮板123沿径向方向D1的尺寸。
结合图5所示,所述开口124将相邻刮板123的连接部1202完全隔开,本申请并不局限于此。在另一实施例中,所述开口124也可将相邻刮板123的连接部1202部分隔开。在图示实施例中,所述刷体120设置有开口124以把所述前刮板123a和后刮板123b的连接部1202分开,本申请并不局限于此。在另一实施例中,可取消所述开口124,所述前刮板123a和 后刮板123b的连接部1202连接在一起,即,所述刮板123包括所述连接部1202以及自所述连接部1202的相对两侧向下延伸形成的所述次刮除部1204与所述刮除部1203。
在图示实施方式中,刷体120包括两个刮板123,本文定义为前刮板123a和后刮板123b。在边刷100的旋转方向上,前刮板123a沿边刷100的旋转方向位于后刮板123b的前方,以使在边刷100工作的状态下,前刮板123a先接触杂物。前刮板123a能够先刮起杂物,未被前刮板123a刮起的杂物可以通过后刮板123b进一步清扫,从而提高了清扫效率。具体地,刷体延伸部122为沿周向方向D2延伸的板状件,在图示实施方式中,刷体延伸部122沿径向方向D1逐渐变窄。刷体延伸部122在前刮板123a和后刮板123b之间设置有开口124。开口124将刷体延伸部122的靠近自由端的一段分隔为两部分。前刮板123a和后刮板123b靠近刷体延伸部122沿轴向方向D1的边缘,从而前刮板123a和后刮板123b之间具有一定的间隔距离。
结合图3与图5所示,所述连接部1202可组装至所述刷体延伸部122或者与所述刷体延伸部122一体成型。所述连接部1202还可直接连接至所述刷体基座130,省略所述刷体安装部121。
所述后刮板123b包括次刮除部1204。在所述边刷100的转动方向上,所述次刮除部1204位于所述刮除部1203的后侧。所述开口124将所述刮除部1203和所述次刮除部1204完全或部分隔开。在图示实施例中,所述次刮除部1204整体宽度一致,本申请并不局限于此。在另一实施例中,所述次刮除部1204沿朝向地面的方向逐渐变小,防止所述次刮除部1204刮除杂物的过程中翘起导致脱离地面,可以更加干净的刮除杂物;且,可减少与地面的摩擦力,减少所述智能清洁设备驱动所述边刷100转动的驱动力,省电的同时可有效地保证所述智能清洁设备移动的顺畅性。在另一实施例中,一个刮板123可以包括多个后刮板123b,也就是说,一个刮板 可以包括多个次刮除部1204。
重点参阅图5所示,在图示实施方式中,次刮除部1204相对地面竖直设置。在所述边刷100的转动方向上,所述刮除部1203包括前后设置的前端面P1和后端面P3。所述刮除部1203沿周向方向D2相对于连接部1202朝向所述边刷100的转动方向整体倾斜,以便于刮除部1203背离次刮除部1204的前端面P1可以形成为沿周向方向D2相对于连接部1202向外倾斜的斜面且所述前端面P1的下端(自由端)比所述前端面P1的上端靠前。因此,在清扫的过程中,刮除部1203能够更方便地刮起杂物,特别是位于墙边的夹角(地面与墙面形成夹角)处的杂物,或者是其它物件与地面形成的夹角处的杂物。次刮除部1204可以沿轴向方向D3延伸,以便于次刮除部1204朝向刮除部1203的第二表面P2可以形成为沿轴向方向D3延伸的轴向面。换句话说,在边刷100处于水平安装状态下,次刮除部1204的朝向刮除部1203的第二表面P2为竖向延伸的平面。所述刮除部1203还包括位于其自由端且朝向所述运动方向延伸的尖端12031,可以更加干净的刮除杂物。
在图示实施例中,所述刮除部1203整体相对地面倾斜设置,以使得:在所述边刷100的转动方向上,所述前端面P1相对地面倾斜设置,本申请并不局限于此。在另一实施例中,可仅设置所述前端面P1相对地面倾斜设置,所述前端面P1的下端(自由端)比上端更靠前。
结合图3与图5所示,边刷可以包括多个刮板123,且所述刮板123被配置为以转动的方式运动以刮除杂物。如图3所示,边刷100包括五个刮板123,该五个刮板123沿边刷基座110的周向均匀分布。其中,每个刮板123包括一个刮除部1203和次刮除部1204,在其他实施例中,每个刮板123所包括的次刮板1204个数可以为多个,本申请并不局限于此。在另一实施例中,所有的所述刮除部1203与次刮除部1204的形状可完全相同或完全不相同或不完全相同,本申请也不对所述刮板123的数量进行限 制,可根据实际需求设置所述刮板123的数量。
在未示出的实施方式中,如果需要和/或期望,刮除部1203可以沿轴向方向D3延伸,前端面P1为沿轴向方向D3的轴向面。次刮除部1204可以朝向刮除部1203略倾斜,第二表面P2为朝向刮除部1203略倾斜的斜面,以使次刮除部1204可以更方便地刮起杂物。
可以理解的是,此处用于描述前刮板123a的方向术语“沿周向方向D2向外”是指在周向方向D2上,前刮板123a处的背离后刮板123b的方向。
重点参照图5所示,可选地,刮除部1203的厚度比次刮除部1204的厚度大。可以理解的是,本申请中的刮板为板状件,刮除部1203的厚度是指沿周向方向D2的尺寸。换句话说,刮除部1203的沿周向方向D2的尺寸L1比次刮除部1204的沿周向方向D2的尺寸L2大。
进一步地,如图6和图7所示,边刷基座110为单独的构件。边刷基座110包括边刷基座本体111和用于安装旋转轴的凸台112。边刷基座本体111具有开口朝上的容纳部,凸台112位于边刷基座本体111的中心处并从容纳部的底部向上延伸。刷体基座130容纳于容纳部中,并位于凸台112与边刷基座本体111之间(参见图1)。刷体基座130的形状与边刷基座本体111的形状相适配。具体地,边刷基座本体111为具有容纳部的大致半球形,刷体基座130为大致环形(参照图3),凸台112可以容纳于刷体基座130的中心孔131中。在图示实施方式中,凸台112的中心处可以设置有用于安装旋转轴的安装孔113,该安装孔113和刷体基座130的中心孔131同轴线。
边刷基座本体111处设置有对应于刷体安装部121的边刷基座开口114,刷体120穿过边刷基座开口114沿径向方向D1向外延伸(参见图2)。刷体安装部121的形状与边刷基座开口114相适配。具体地,相邻的边刷 基座开口114之间设置有用于与刷体基座130抵接的突出部115,突出部115从边刷基座本体111向上延伸。突出部115的上表面P3形成为弧形表面。刷体基座130设置有与突出部115相对应的凹陷部132。凹陷部132从刷体基座130的底表面P4向上凹陷并具有侧边开口,突出部115能够限位于凹陷部132中。凹陷部132的上表面P5形成为与突出部115的上表面P3相对应并抵接的弧形表面。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种边刷,其特征在于,所述边刷包括:
    边刷基座,用于安装至智能清洁设备;以及
    刮板,连接至所述边刷基座的周侧,所述刮板用于和地面接触以刮除杂物。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的边刷,其特征在于,所述刮板包括连接至所述边刷基座的连接部以及自所述连接部朝向地面的方向延伸形成的刮除部。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的边刷,其特征在于,所述刮板被配置为以转动的方式运动以刮除杂物;
    在所述边刷的转动方向上,所述刮除部包括前端面和后端面,所述前端面相对地面倾斜设置,且所述前端面的下端比所述前端面的上端靠前。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的边刷,其特征在于,所述刮板还包括次刮除部,所述次刮除部自所述连接部朝向地面的方向延伸形成;
    在所述边刷的转动方向上,所述次刮除部位于所述刮除部的后侧。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的边刷,其特征在于,所述次刮除部相对地面竖直设置。

  7. 根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的边刷,其特征在于,所述边刷包括多个刮板,所述多个刮板沿所述边刷基座的周向均匀分布。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的边刷,其特征在于,所述边刷包括连接至所述边刷基座的刷体安装部,所述刮板的连接部通过所述刷体安装部与所述边刷基座相连接。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的边刷,其特征在于,所述刮板的连接部与所 述刷体安装部一体成型。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的边刷,其特征在于,所述刮板由软胶注塑成型。
  11. 一种智能清洁设备,其特征在于,包括设备主体以及根据权利要求1至10中任一项所述的边刷。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的智能清洁设备,其特征在于,所述边刷包括连接至所述刮板的刷体基座,所述刷体基座组装至所述边刷基座。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的智能清洁设备,其特征在于,所述边刷基座包括边刷基座本体、可用于组装至所述设备主体的凸台以及位于所述边刷基座本体与所述凸台之间的容纳部,所述刷体基座组装至所述容纳部。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的智能清洁设备,其特征在于,所述边刷基座本体包括供所述刮板穿过的边刷基座开口,所述刮板包括与所述边刷基座开口相适配的刷体安装部。
