本申请目的的实现、功能特点及优点将结合实施例,参照附图做进一步说明。
具体实施方式
下面将结合本申请实施例中的附图,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本申请的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
需要说明,本申请实施例中所有方向性指示(诸如上、下、左、右、前、后……)仅用于解释在某一特定姿态(如附图所示)下各部件之间的相对位置关系、运动情况等,如果该特定姿态发生改变时,则该方向性指示也相应地随之改变。
在本申请中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“连接”、“固定”等应做广义理解,例如,“固定”可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或成一体;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通或两个元件的相互作用关系,除非另有明确的限定。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以根据具体情况理解上述术语在本申请中的具体含义。
另外,在本申请中如涉及“第一”、“第二”等的描述仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示其相对重要性或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量。由此,限定有“第一”、“第二”的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括至少一个该特征。另外,各个实施例之间的技术方案可以相互结合,但是必须是以本领域普通技术人员能够实现为基础,当技术方案的结合出现相互矛盾或无法实现时应当认为这种技术方案的结合不存在,也不在本申请要求的保护范围之内。
本申请提出一种连接器100。
参照图1至3,在本申请实施例中,本申请提出的连接器100,包括:
连接器本体10,连接器本体10包括输入端(未图示)和连接端(未图示)(可以理解的是,该输入端和连接端均可为插口形式,也可为外凸接头形式),连接器本体10设有相对设置的第一引脚部11和第二引脚部131,第一引脚部11和第二引脚部131与输入端连通,连接端与第二引脚部131导通;和
隔断件30,隔断件30设于连接器本体10并位于第一引脚部11和第二引脚部131之间。
本申请技术方案通过采用将连接器本体10的第一引脚部11和第二引脚部131分开设置,分别用以导引不同的信号。例如,第一引脚部11导引自身电路板200需要的信号,例如数字信号和/或模拟信号。第二引脚部131导引另一电路板200需要的信号,通过连接端传输出即可。如此,通过第一引脚部11、第二引脚部131、输入端和连接端的设置,即可完成信号的分流,避免再设置一个中转连接器,从而节省材料成本和加工成本,同时降低装配工序。同时,为防止第一引脚部11和第二引脚部131之间的传输信号产生干扰,在第一引脚部11和第二引脚部131之间还设置有隔断件30,该隔断件30的设置可进一步提高第一引脚部11和第二引脚部131信号传输的稳定性。
结合参照图1至图3,在本申请的一实施例中,连接器本体10还设有至少两相对设置的公共引脚部15,两公共引脚部15之间未设置有隔断件30,公共引脚部15与输入端和连接端导通。
通过公共引脚部15可以传输一些公共信号,例如可为公共电极电压信号。如此,在此处不必设置隔断件30,可简化结构设置。
参照图1,在本申请的一实施例中,第一引脚部11包括多个间隔排布的第一引脚111,多个第一引脚111中,至少两相邻第一引脚111之间形成第一安装空间11a,至少一公共引脚部15位于第一安装空间11a;
第二引脚部131包括多个间隔排布的第二引脚131,多个第二引脚131中,至少两相邻第二引脚131之间形成第二安装空间13a,第一安装空间11a与第二安装空间13a相对设置,至少一公共引脚部15位于第二安装空间13a。
也即,将公共引脚部15设置在连接器100的中部区域,该中部区域由第一安装空间11a和第二安装空间13a相对设置形成。
参照图2,在本申请的另一实施例中,第一引脚部11包括多个间隔排布的第一引脚111,多个第一引脚111中,邻近位于一侧边的第一引脚111处形成第一安装空间11a,至少一公共引脚部15位于第一安装空间11a;
第二引脚部131包括多个间隔排布的第二引脚131,多个第二引脚131中,邻近位于一侧边的第二引脚131处形成第一安装空间11a,第一安装空间11a与第二安装空间13a相对设置,至少一公共引脚部15位于第二安装空间13a。
也即,将公共引脚部15设置在连接器100的端部区域,该端部区域也是由第一安装空间11a和第二安装空间13a相对设置形成。 设置在端部区域可方便安装插接设置。
本申请的一实施例中,隔断件30与连接器本体10为一体结构。
隔断件30和连接器本体10为一体结构,可方便该隔断件30的加工。具体可为,在加工的过程中,可采用一体注塑成型的方式将隔断件30和连接器本体10设置为一体结构。该隔断件30可为金属件,以屏蔽信号。
结合参照图3,本申请还提出一种电路板组件,该电路板组件包括连接器100和电路板200,连接器100设于电路板200的一表面。该连接器100的具体结构参照上述实施例,由于本显示装置采用了上述所有实施例的全部技术方案,因此至少具有上述实施例的技术方案所带来的所有有益效果,在此不再一一赘述。
电路板组件,也即将该连接器100与一块电路板200进行组装。在实现信号传出时,可通过柔性电路板300实现。在一实施例中,电路板组件还包括柔性电路板300,柔性电路板300的一端与连接端连接,另一端用以与另一电路板或连接器连接。
通过柔性电路板300进行传出信号,该柔性电路板300与连接端连接,也即,该柔性电路板300与第二引脚部131连通,从而将第二引脚部131传递的信号传入至另一块电路板。当然,另一块电路板上也可设置一连接器,与该柔性电路板300连接,从而实现板对板的信号传递。
在本申请的一实施例中,电路板200设有两排相对设置的插接孔,第一引脚部11插接于其中一排插接孔,第二引脚部131插接于其中另一排插接孔。
也即,本申请的连接器100通过插接的方式安装于电路板200,如此设置,可较为简单方便的将连接器100安装于电路板200。
在本申请的另一实施例中,电路板200设有两排相对设置的贴装点,第一引脚部11贴装焊接于其中一排贴装点,第二引脚部131贴装焊接于其中另一排贴装点。
可采用SMT贴装的工艺,SMT是表面组装技术(表面贴装技术)(Surface Mounted Technology的缩写)。它是一种将无引脚或短引线引脚的表面组装元器件(简称SMC/SMD,中文称片状元器件)安装在印制电路板(Printed Circuit Board,PCB)的表面或其它基板的表面上,通过再流焊或浸焊等方法加以焊接组装的电路装连技术。SMT基本工艺构成要素包括:丝印(或点胶),贴装(固化),回流焊接,清洗,检测,返修。丝印:其作用是将焊膏或贴片胶漏印到PCB的焊盘上,为元器件的焊接做准备。所用设备为丝印机(丝网印刷机),位于SMT生产线的最前端。点胶:它是将胶水滴到PCB板的固定位置上,其主要作用是将元器件固定到PCB板上。所用设备为点胶机,位于SMT生产线的最前端或检测设备的后面。贴装:其作用是将表面组装元器件准确安装到PCB的固定位置上。所用设备为贴片机,位于SMT生产线中丝印机的后面。固化:其作用是将贴片胶融化,从而使表面组装元器件与PCB板牢固粘接在一起。所用设备为固化炉,位于SMT生产线中贴片机的后面。回流焊接:其作用是将焊膏融化,使表面组装元器件与PCB板牢固粘接在一起。所用设备为回流焊炉,位于SMT生产线中贴片机的后面。清洗:其作用是将组装好的PCB板上面的对人体有害的焊接残留物如助焊剂等除去。所用设备为清洗机,位置可以不固定,可以在线,也可不在线。检测:其作用是对组装好的PCB板进行焊接质量和装配质量的检测。所用设备有放大镜、显微镜、在线测试仪(ICT)、飞针测试仪、自动光学检测(AOI)、X-RAY检测系统、功能测试仪等。位置根据检测的需要,可以配置在生产线合适的地方。返修:其作用是对检测出现故障的PCB板进行返工。所用工具为烙铁、返修工作站等。配置在生产线中任意位置。SMT贴片加工的优点:组装密度高、电子产品体积小、重量轻,贴片元件的体积和重量只有传统插装元件的1/10左右,一般采用SMT之后,电子产品体积缩小40%~60%,重量减轻60%~80%。 可靠性高、抗振能力强。焊点缺陷率低。高频特性好。减少了电磁和射频干扰。易于实现自动化,提高生产效率。降低成本达30%~50%。节省材料、能源、设备、人力、时间等
本申请还提出一种显示装置,该显示装置包括电路板组件,该电路板组件包括连接器100,该连接器100的具体结构参照上述实施例,由于本显示装置采用了上述所有实施例的全部技术方案,因此至少具有上述实施例的技术方案所带来的所有有益效果,在此不再一一赘述。
该显示装置可为电脑、电视机。以应用液晶显示面板的显示装置为例,本申请的连接器100的应用可为:
液晶显示屏的驱动信号均为TCON(Timing Controller,时序控制)板输出,该TCON板通过柔性电路板300与本申请连接器100的输入端连通。此时,该连接器100设置在X-PCB板(连接源极控制芯片的电路板)上,部分信号经由第一引脚部11输入至X-PCB板,然后通过S-COF(源极控制芯片)来实现面板控制。部分信号经由第二引脚部131、连接端以及柔性电路板300导引Y-PCB板(连接栅极控制芯片的电路板),然后通过G-COF(栅极控制芯片)来实现面板控制。如此,如此,通过第一引脚部11、第二引脚部131、输入端和连接端的设置,即可完成信号的分流,避免再设置一个中转连接器,从而节省材料成本和加工成本,同时降低装配工序。同时,为防止第一引脚部11和第二引脚部131之间的传输信号产生干扰,在第一引脚部11和第二引脚部131之间还设置有隔断件30,该隔断件30的设置可进一步提高第一引脚部11和第二引脚部131信号传输的稳定性。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种连接器,其中,包括:
    连接器本体,所述连接器本体包括输入端和连接端,所述连接器本体设有相对设置的第一引脚部和第二引脚部,所述第一引脚部和第二引脚部与所述输入端连通,所述连接端与所述第二引脚部导通;和
    隔断件,所述隔断件设于所述连接器本体并位于所述第一引脚部和第二引脚部之间。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的连接器,其中,所述连接器本体还设有至少两相对设置的公共引脚部,两所述公共引脚部之间未设置有所述隔断件,所述公共引脚部与所述输入端和连接端导通。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的连接器,其中,所述第一引脚部包括多个间隔排布的第一引脚,多个所述第一引脚中,至少两相邻第一引脚之间形成第一安装空间,至少一所述公共引脚部位于所述第一安装空间;
    所述第二引脚部包括多个间隔排布的第二引脚,多个所述第二引脚中,至少两相邻第二引脚之间形成第二安装空间,所述第一安装空间与所述第二安装空间相对设置,至少一所述公共引脚部位于所述第二安装空间。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的连接器,其中,所述第一引脚部包括多个间隔排布的第一引脚,多个所述第一引脚中,邻近位于一侧边的第一引脚处形成第一安装空间,至少一所述公共引脚部位于所述第一安装空间;
    所述第二引脚部包括多个间隔排布的第二引脚,多个所述第二引脚中,邻近位于一侧边的第二引脚处形成第一安装空间,所述第一安装空间与所述第二安装空间相对设置,至少一所述公共引脚部位于所述第二安装空间。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的连接器,其中,所述隔断件与所述连接器本体为一体结构。
  6. 一种电路板组件,其中,包括连接器和电路板,所述连接器设于所述电路板的一表面;
    所述连接器包括:连接器本体,所述连接器本体包括输入端和连接端,所述连接器本体设有相对设置的第一引脚部和第二引脚部,所述第一引脚部和第二引脚部与所述输入端连通,所述连接端与所述第二引脚部导通;和
    隔断件,所述隔断件设于所述连接器本体并位于所述第一引脚部和第二引脚部之间。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的电路板组件,其中,所述连接器本体还设有至少两相对设置的公共引脚部,两所述公共引脚部之间未设置有所述隔断件,所述公共引脚部与所述输入端和连接端导通。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的电路板组件,其中,所述第一引脚部包括多个间隔排布的第一引脚,多个所述第一引脚中,至少两相邻第一引脚之间形成第一安装空间,至少一所述公共引脚部位于所述第一安装空间;
    所述第二引脚部包括多个间隔排布的第二引脚,多个所述第二引脚中,至少两相邻第二引脚之间形成第二安装空间,所述第一安装空间与所述第二安装空间相对设置,至少一所述公共引脚部位于所述第二安装空间。
  9. 如权利要求6所述的电路板组件,其中,所述第一引脚部包括多个间隔排布的第一引脚,多个所述第一引脚中,邻近位于一侧边的第一引脚处形成第一安装空间,至少一所述公共引脚部位于所述第一安装空间;
    所述第二引脚部包括多个间隔排布的第二引脚,多个所述第二引脚中,邻近位于一侧边的第二引脚处形成第一安装空间,所述第一安装空间与所述第二安装空间相对设置,至少一所述公共引脚部位于所述第二安装空间。
  10. 如权利要求6所述的电路板组件,其中,所述电路板组件还包括柔性电路板,所述柔性电路板的一端与所述连接端连接,另一端用以与另一电路板或连接器连接。
  11. 如权利要求7所述的电路板组件,其中,所述电路板组件还包括柔性电路板,所述柔性电路板的一端与所述连接端连接,另一端用以与另一电路板或连接器连接。
  12. 如权利要求8所述的电路板组件,其中,所述电路板组件还包括柔性电路板,所述柔性电路板的一端与所述连接端连接,另一端用以与另一电路板或连接器连接。
  13. 如权利要求9所述的电路板组件,其中,所述电路板组件还包括柔性电路板,所述柔性电路板的一端与所述连接端连接,另一端用以与另一电路板或连接器连接。
  14. 如权利要求6所述的电路板组件,其中,所述电路板设有两排相对设置的插接孔,所述第一引脚部插接于其中一排所述插接孔,所述第二引脚部插接于其中另一排所述插接孔。
  15. 如权利要求6所述的电路板组件,其中,所述电路板设有两排相对设置的贴装点,所述第一引脚部贴装焊接于其中一排所述贴装点,所述第二引脚部贴装焊接于其中另一排所述贴装点。
  16. 一种显示装置,其中,包括电路板组件,所述电路板组件包括连接器和电路板,所述连接器设于所述电路板的一表面;
    所述连接器包括:连接器本体,所述连接器本体包括输入端和连接端,所述连接器本体设有相对设置的第一引脚部和第二引脚部,所述第一引脚部和第二引脚部与所述输入端连通,所述连接端与所述第二引脚部导通;和
    隔断件,所述隔断件设于所述连接器本体并位于所述第一引脚部和第二引脚部之间。
  17. 如权利要求16所述的显示装置,其中,所述连接器本体还设有至少两相对设置的公共引脚部,两所述公共引脚部之间未设置有所述隔断件,所述公共引脚部与所述输入端和连接端导通。
  18. 如权利要求16所述的显示装置,其中,所述连接器本体还设有至少两相对设置的公共引脚部,两所述公共引脚部之间未设置有所述隔断件,所述公共引脚部与所述输入端和连接端导通。
  19. 如权利要求16所述的显示装置,其中,所述第一引脚部包括多个间隔排布的第一引脚,多个所述第一引脚中,至少两相邻第一引脚之间形成第一安装空间,至少一所述公共引脚部位于所述第一安装空间;
    所述第二引脚部包括多个间隔排布的第二引脚,多个所述第二引脚中,至少两相邻第二引脚之间形成第二安装空间,所述第一安装空间与所述第二安装空间相对设置,至少一所述公共引脚部位于所述第二安装空间。
  20. 如权利要求16所述的显示装置,其中,所述电路板组件还包括柔性电路板,所述柔性电路板的一端与所述连接端连接,另一端用以与另一电路板或连接器连接。
