实施例4
本实施例提供一种改善肠胃环境润肠通便、纤体养颜的水溶性纤维饮料的制备方法。
(I)制备圆苞车前子壳粉:
(1)将圆苞车前子壳、水和α-淀粉酶混合,其中圆苞车前子壳、水和α-淀粉酶的重量比为1:3:0.3,并调节体系pH为6.5,得混合液a;
(2)将混合液a加热至110℃进行糊化,糊化时间5min,完毕后再降温至95℃进行液化,液化时间1h,完毕后得混合物b;
(3)将混合物b冷却至室温,调节pH为2.2,再进行干燥并粉碎至粒度为400~420目,得圆苞车前子壳粉。
(II)制备改善肠胃环境润肠通便、纤体养颜的水溶性纤维饮料:
将260g柠檬粉、150g燕麦、200g苹果膳食纤维、100g玉米水溶性纤维、150g低聚果糖、10g圆苞车前子壳粉、40g食用螺旋藻、8g竹盐、10g柠檬酸、30g覆盆子粉、20g蓝莓粉和60g水蜜桃粉在转速为80r/min条件下混合20min,完毕后再于120℃条件下灭菌10s后计量、包装。
实施例5
本实施例提供一种改善肠胃环境润肠通便、纤体养颜的水溶性纤维饮料的制备方法。
(I)制备圆苞车前子壳粉:
(1)将圆苞车前子壳、水和α-淀粉酶混合,其中圆苞车前子壳、水和α-淀粉酶的重量比为1:2:0.4,并调节体系pH为6.0,得混合液a;
(2)将混合液a加热至107℃进行糊化,糊化时间7.5min,完毕后再降温至90℃进行液化,液化时间1.5h,完毕后得混合物b;
(3)将混合物b冷却至室温,调节pH为2.0,再进行干燥并粉碎至粒度为440~460目,得圆苞车前子壳粉。
(II)制备改善肠胃环境润肠通便、纤体养颜的水溶性纤维饮料:
将240g柠檬粉、175g燕麦、160g苹果膳食纤维、150g玉米水溶性纤维、125g低聚果糖、20g圆苞车前子壳粉、25g食用螺旋藻、6g竹盐、12.5g柠檬酸、25g覆盆子粉、25g蓝莓粉和50g水蜜桃粉在转速为70r/min条件下混合25min,完毕后再于110℃条件下灭菌15s后计量、包装。
为了体现本发明所述的改善肠胃环境润肠通便、纤体养颜的水溶性纤维饮料功效,现选取如下典型案例加以说明。
案例1:
黄某,女,32岁,专柜服务人员;黄女士经常为便秘所苦,曾经10天以上都没排便,后来出现腹胀、皮肤变差,并深受口臭、失眠、头晕等困扰,以致工作不能专心。黄女士每天饮用所述水溶性纤维饮料1次,持续饮用1个星期后,便秘获得明显的改善,且每个星期顺利排便5~7次。
案例2:
陈某,男,61岁;陈先生于55岁以后就经常出现便秘问题,排便困难疼痛且粪便很硬。陈先生每天饮用所述水溶性纤维饮料1次,持续饮用1个月后,大便变软、排便顺畅,便秘问题获得改善。
案例3:
李某,男,37岁,行销企划高阶主管;李先生因工作繁忙,每有便意则经常忍着推后,最后竟无法顺利解便。李先生在每次饮用所述水溶性纤维饮料后的7~12小时内都能顺利排便,建议李先生长期坚持饮用。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种改善肠胃环境润肠通便、纤体养颜的水溶性纤维饮料,其特征在于,包括如下重量份的原料:柠檬粉18~26份、燕麦15~20份、苹果膳食纤维12~20份、玉米水溶性纤维10~20份、低聚果糖10~15份、圆苞车前子壳粉1~3份和食用螺旋藻1~4份。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的改善肠胃环境润肠通便、纤体养颜的水溶性纤维饮料,其特征在于,还包括如下重量份的原料:竹盐0.4~0.8份、柠檬酸1~1.5份、覆盆子粉2~3份、蓝莓粉2~3份和水蜜桃粉4~6份。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的改善肠胃环境润肠通便、纤体养颜的水溶性纤维饮料,其特征在于,所述圆苞车前子壳粉的制备方法为:
    (1)将圆苞车前子壳、水和α-淀粉酶混合,并调节体系pH为5.5~6.5,得混合液a;
    (2)将混合液a加热进行糊化,完毕后再降温进行液化,得混合物b;
    (3)将混合物b冷却至室温,调节pH为1.8~2.2,再进行干燥、粉碎,得圆苞车前子壳粉。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的改善肠胃环境润肠通便、纤体养颜的水溶性纤维饮料,其特征在于,步骤(1)中,所述圆苞车前子壳、水和α-淀粉酶的重量比为1:1~3:0.3~0.5。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的改善肠胃环境润肠通便、纤体养颜的水溶性纤维饮料,其特征在于,步骤(2)中,所述糊化的温度为105~110℃,糊化的时间为5~10min。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的改善肠胃环境润肠通便、纤体养颜的水溶性纤维饮料,其特征在于,步骤(2)中,所述液化的温度为85~95℃,液化的时间为1~2h。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的改善肠胃环境润肠通便、纤体养颜的水溶性纤维 饮料,其特征在于,步骤(3)中,所述粉碎至粒度为400~500目。
  8. 权利要求1~7任意所述的改善肠胃环境润肠通便、纤体养颜的水溶性纤维饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,将所述各原料均匀混合即可。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的改善肠胃环境润肠通便、纤体养颜的水溶性纤维饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述均匀混合的转速为60~80r/min,时间为20~30min。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的改善肠胃环境润肠通便、纤体养颜的水溶性纤维饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述均匀混合后,在100~120℃条件下灭菌10~20s后计量、包装。
