다른 예는 참당귀 추출물, 또는 참당귀 및 브로콜리의 혼합 추출물을 제조하는 단계를 포함하는 퇴행성 신경질환의 예방, 치료 및/또는 개선 효과를 갖는 조성물의 제조 방법을 제공한다.

상기한 참당귀 추출물/브로콜리 추출물의 추출 단계의 추출 시간은 추출이 충분히 이루어질 수 있는 시간이면 족하고, 1 시간 이상, 2 시간 이상, 3 시간 이상, 또는 4 시간 이상, 예컨대, 1 내지 24 시간, 2 내지 24 시간, 3 내지 24 시간, 4 내지 24 시간, 1 내지 12 시간, 2 내지 12 시간, 3 내지 12 시간, 4 내지 12 시간, 1 내지 6 시간, 2 내지 6 시간, 3 내지 6 시간, 또는 4 내지 6 시간 정도로 설정할 수 있으나, 이에 제한되는 것은 아니다.
상기 방법에 사용된 추출 과정은 통상적으로 사용되는 모든 추출 방법에 의하여 수생될 수 있으며, 예컨대, 열수 추출, 초음파 추출, 환류 추출법 등으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1 종 이상의 방법에 의하여 수행될 수 있으나, 이에 한정되는 것은 아니다. 상기 방법은 상기 추출 과정 이후에, 임의로 추출물을 통상적인 방법으로 건조 및/또는 농축하는 단계를 추가로 포함할 수 있다.
다른 예는 참당귀 추출물, 또는 참당귀와 브로콜리의 혼합 추출물을 함유하는 퇴행성 신경질환 예방 및/또는 개선용, 신경세포 보호용, 및/또는 신경세포 재생 (또는 생성)용 건강 기능성 식품을 제공한다.
상기 건강 기능성 식품은 일상 식사에서 결핍되기 쉬운 영양소나 인체에 유용한 기능을 가진 원료나 성분(이하, '기능성 원료')을 사용하여 제조한 식품으로, 건강을 유지하거나 소정의 질병 또는 증상을 예방 및/또는 개선하는데 도움을 주는 모든 식품을 의미하며, 최종 제품 형태에는 특별한 제한이 없다. 예컨대, 상기 건강 기능성 식품은 각종 식품, 음료 조성물, 식품 첨가제 등으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 것일 수 있으나, 이에 제한되는 것은 아니다.

상기 건강 기능성 식품은 여러 가지 영양제, 비타민, 광물 (전해질), 합성 풍미제 또는 천연 풍미제 등의 풍미제, 착색제, 중진제 (치즈, 초콜릿 등), 펙트산 또는 그의 염, 알긴산 또는 그의 염, 유기산, 보호성 콜로이드 증점제, pH 조절제, 안정화제, 방부제, 글리세린, 알콜, 탄산 음료에 사용되는 탄산화제 등으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1 종 이상을 추가로 함유할 수 있다. 이러한 첨가제의 비율은 전체 건강 기능성 식품 100 중량부 당 0.001 내지 약 20 중량부의 범위에서 선택되는 것이 일반적이나, 이에 제한되는 것은 아니다.
참당귀 추출물, 및 참당귀 및 브로콜리의 혼합 추출물의 신경세포 보호 효과와 신경세포 재생 (또는 생성) 효과를 제안함으로써, 퇴행성 신경질환의 예방과 치료 모두에 있어서 우수한 효과를 갖는 새로운 치료법을 제안한다.

이하에서는 실시예를 들어 본 발명을 더욱 구체적으로 설명하고자 하나, 이는 예시적인 것에 불과할 뿐 본 발명의 범위를 제한하고자 함이 아니다. 아래 기재된 실시예들은 발명의 본질적인 요지를 벗어나지 않는 범위에서 변형될 수 있음은 당 업자들에게 있어 자명하다.
실시예 1: 추출물의 제조
1.1. 참당귀 추출물의 제조
1.1.1. 98% 에탄올 추출물의 제조
참당귀(Angelica gigas Nakai) 뿌리를 깨끗한 물을 이용하여 세척한 후 충분히 건조하였다. 건조된 참당귀 뿌리를 파쇄하고 얻은 분말 100g 에 5 부피배(500ml)의 에탄올 (98%(v/v) 에탄올(주정))을 첨가하고, 40~60℃에서 4 시간 이상 추출한 후, 1um(micrometer) 필터로 여과한 여액을 원래 중량의 10중량%가 될 때까지 가온 농축하였다. 상기 얻어진 농축물에 결정셀룰로오스를 서서히 가하면서 계속 농축하여 완전히 건조시킨 후 분말화하여 참당귀 에탄올 추출물 분말을 제조하였다 (이하, AGE 라고 명명함).
1.1.2. 90% 에탄올 추출물의 제조
참당귀(Angelica gigas Nakai) 뿌리를 깨끗한 물을 이용하여 세척한 후 충분히 건조하였다. 건조된 참당귀 뿌리를 파쇄하고 얻은 분말 100g 에 5 부피배(500ml)의 에탄올 (90%(v/v))을 첨가하고, 40~60℃에서 4 시간 이상 추출한 후, 1um(micrometer) 필터로 여과한 여액을 원래 중량의 10중량%가 될 때까지 가온 농축하였다. 상기 얻어진 농축물에 결정셀룰로오스를 서서히 가하면서 계속 농축하여 완전히 건조시킨 후 분말화하여 참당귀 에탄올 추출물 분말을 제조하였다.
1.2. 브로콜리 추출물의 제조
브로콜리(Brassica oleracea var. italica)의 전초를 깨끗한 물을 이용하여 세척한 후 충분히 건조하였다. 건조된 브로콜리를 파쇄하고 얻은 분말 100g 에 5배 부피배 (500ml)의 50%(v/v) 에탄올을 첨가하고, NaOH 를 pH 가 8이 될 때까지 첨가하였다. 그 후, 40℃에서 3시간 이상 세 차례 추출한 후, 1um(micrometer) 필터로 여과한 여액을 원래 중량의 10중량%가 될 때까지 가온 농축하였다. 상기 얻어진 농축물을 계속 농축하여 완전히 건조시킨 후 분말화하여 브로콜리 에탄올 추출물 분말을 제조하였다 (이하, BKE라고 명명함).
1.3. 시험 동물의 준비
실험에 사용한 모든 동물들(ICR mice 및 3X-TG mice)은 오전 7시부터 오후 7시까지 12시간씩 빛을 가하는 일정한 명암주기, 22℃~25℃의 온도, 및 60%의 습도 조건에서 사육하였다. 물과 음식을 자유스럽게 섭취 하도록 하였고, 일반적인 펠렛건조 사료를 사용하였다.
실시예 2: 신경 보호 활성시험
베타-아밀로이드1-42 (American Peptide, USA)과 베타-아밀로이드42-1 (Bachem, Switzerland)을 멸균된 0.1M의 phosphate-buffered saline(pH 7.4)에 37㎍/㎕ 농도로 녹이고, 분취액을 사용하기 전까지 -20℃에서 보관하였다. 한편, 상기 실시예 1.3에서 준비된 정상 마우스(ICR mice; 체중 18-26g, 각 군당 5마리)를 실시예 1.1.1에서 준비된 참당귀 에탄올 추출물(AGE) 200mg/kg, 실시예 1.2에서 준비된 브로콜리 에탄올 추출물(BKE) 400mg/kg, 또는 상기 참당귀 에탄올 추출물(AGE) 200mg/kg 와 브로콜리 에탄올 추출물(BKE) 400mg/kg 의 혼합물을 증류수 10ml 에 녹여 매일 1회씩 4주간 투여 하였다. 비교를 위하여, 상기 추출물 대신 증류수를 10ml 의 양으로 투여한 군을 대조군으로 준비하였다. 상기 추출물이 4주간 투여된 마우스의 bregma 에 26-gauge 바늘이 장착된 50 ㎕ Hamilton microsyringe 를 이용하여 2.4 mm 깊이로 주사하여, 상기 준비된 베타-아밀로이드1-42와 베타-아밀로이드42-1를 각각 5㎕의 양으로 투여하였다. 상기 시험 과정을 도 1에 모식적으로 나타내었다.
상기와 같이 4주(28일)간 추출물 투여한 후 베타-아밀로이드 투여된 마우스에 대하여, 베타-아밀로이드 투여 후 3일째에, 질소와 산소가 7:3의 비율로 혼합된 가스에 3%(v/v) 이소플루란(isoflurane, Baxtor, USA)을 혼합한 가스를 이용하여 실험동물을 전신마취 하였다. 상기의 질소와 산소 혼합 가스에 2.5%(v/v) 이소플루란을 혼합한 가스를 이용하여 실험동물의 마취상태를 유지하면서 실험동물에 대한 수술을 수행하였다. 티오펜탈 소듐(thiopental sodium, 유한양행, 대한민국)을 체중 1kg 당 각각 30mg 의 용량으로 복강내 주사하여 마취시킨 다음, 1,000ml 당 헤파린 1,000IU 를 함유한 4℃의 생리식염수를 좌심실로 주입하여 관류세척하였다. 상기 관류세척이 완료된 상기 동물에 대해 4℃의 4%(w/v) 파라포름알데하이드(in 0.1 M phosphate buffer; PB), pH 7.4)를 이용하여 관류고정을 수행하였다.
뼈절단기를 이용하여 관류 고정이 끝난 상기 실험동물의 머리뼈 공간을 개방하여 뇌를 적출하였다. 상기 적출된 실험동물의 뇌를 상온에서 교반기를 이용하여 4℃의 4% 파라포름알데하이드(0.1 M 인산완충액(in 0.1 M phosphate buffer; PB), pH 7.4)용액에서 4시간 동안 후고정하였다. 상기 후고정이 끝난 뇌는 30%(w/v) 수크로오스 용액(in 0.1 M 인산 완충액(phosphate buffer))에 넣어 바닥에 가라앉을 때까지 침강시킨 후, 슬라이드 마이크로톰(sliding microtome, Reichert-Jung, Germany)으로 상기 뇌 조직을 30㎛ 두께로 잘라 조직 절편을 만들었다. 상기의 조직 절편을 보존액(storing solution)이 들어있는 6 well plate 에 넣어 염색을 수행할 때까지 4℃에서 보관하였다.
상기 준비된 조직 절편 중에서 해마형성체(hippocampal formation)가 잘 나와있는 조직을 선택하고, 조직 절편에 묻어있는 보존액을 없애기 위해 0.01M PBS (pH 7.4)로 10분씩 3회 세척하였다. 세척된 조직 절편을 젤라틴이 코팅된 슬라이드글라스에 도말하여 37℃에서 충분히 건조시켰다. 상기 조직 절편을 증류수에 잠시 담가둔 후, 2%(w/v) 크레질 바이올렛 아세테이트(cresyl violet acetate, Sigma, USA) 용액에 1분간 담가, 상기 조직 절편을 염색하였다. 이어 상기 염색한 조직 절편을 흐르는 물에 충분히 세척하여 슬라이드에 묻어 있는 과량의 염료를 제거하고, 증류수에 잠시 담근 후에 50%(v/v), 70%(v/v), 80%(v/v), 90%(v/v), 95%(v/v), 및 100%(v/v) 에탄올 용액으로 순차적으로 처리하여 탈수 및 과량의 크레질 바이올렛 세척을 수행하였다. 상기 조직 절편에서 니슬소체(Nissl body)가 보이는 것을 확인한 후, 자일렌(Junsey, 일본)에 담가 투명화한 다음 카나다 발삼(Canada balsam, Kanto, 일본)으로 봉입하였다.
정상군(ICR mice; 베타-아밀로이드 미처리), 대조군 (추출물 미처리 및 베타-아밀로이드 처리) 및 실험군 (추출물 처리 및 베타-아밀로이드 처리)의 각 조직들은 디지털 카메라(Axiocam, Cal Zeiss, Germany)가 부착되어 있는 악시오 M1 현미경(AxioM1 microscope, Carl Zeiss, 독일)으로 전체 해마 영역을 40배, CA1 영역을 20배로 각각 확대하여 각 조직절편들을 사진 촬영하였으며, 전체 해마영역을 촬영한 사진을 도 2에 나타내었다. 또한 도 2에서 측정된 해마영역을 염색 후 현미경을 이용하여 정량화한 결과를 대조군에 대한 상대값으로 도 3에 나타내었다.
도 2 및 도 3에서와 같이, 대조군 (추출물 미처리 및 베타-아밀로이드 처리)과 비교하여, 추출물을 처리한 후 베타-아밀로이드를 처리한 군에서의 해마영역 보호 효과가 우수한 것으로 확인되었으며, 특히, 참당귀 추출물(AGE) 처리군 및 참당귀 추출물(AGE)과 브로콜리 추출물 (BKE)을 함께 처리한 군에서 정상군과 유사한 정도의 우수한 해마영역 보호 효과가 관찰되었다. 이러한 결과는 참당귀 추출물 및 참당귀 및 브로콜리의 혼합 추출물이 신경 독성 물질에 의한 신경 손상에 대하여 신경 보호 효과를 가짐을 보여주며, 더 나아가 상기 신경 독성 물질에 의하여 유발되는 퇴행성 신경질환에 예방 효과를 가짐을 보여준다.
실시예 3: 신경 재생 활성시험
유전자 조작을 통해 알츠하이머병이 유도된 마우스(3xTg-AD, triple-transgenic mouse model of AD, 12월령, 이하 "3X-TG mice"; THE JACKSON LABORATORY (USA); female, 각 군당 4마리, 체중 약 40g)를 구입하여 사용하였다. 상기 마우스들은 Plaques 와 tangle 을 점점 발현시키고 학습능력과 기억력의 결손을 나타냈다.
상기 준비된 12개월령의 3X-TG mice에 대하여 6주간 경구투여로 실시예 1.1.1에서 준비된 참당귀 에탄올 추출물(AGE) 200mg/kg 및/또는 실시예 1.2에서 준비된 브로콜리 에탄올 추출물(BKE) 400mg/kg 를 증류수 10ml 에 녹여 6주간 주 6회 단독 또는 병용 투여하였다. 비교를 위하여, 상기 추출물 대신 증류수 10ml 가 투여된 군을 대조군으로 준비하였다. 정상군으로 B6129SF2/J 마우스 (female; 4마리, 체중 40g; THE JACKSON LABORATORY (USA))를 사용하여 동일한 시험을 수행하였다.
면역조직화학적 분석을 위하여, 상기 6주간 추출물이 투여된 마우스를 마취시키고, 0.01M 의 PBS 와 4%(w/v) paraformaldehyde (PFA)로 심내 관류 시켰다. 뇌를 제거하여 2일동안 4%(w/v) PFA 에서 사후 고정시키고, 30%(w/v) 수크로오스를 포함하는 PBS 에서 2일동안 동결 보존 시켰다. 분말 드라이 아이스 상에서 동결시키고 사용시까지 -80 ℃에서 보관하였다. 그 후, 신경 재생과 관련된 바이오 마커의 변화를 하기와 같이 Western blot analysis로 확인하였다.
구체적으로, 상기 Western blot analysis은 다음과 같이 수행하였다:
상기 동결되어 준비된 뇌 조직과 세포를 방사면역침전(radioimmunoprecipitation) 분석 buffer(cell Signaling Technology, Beverly, MIA, USA)에 균질화 하고, 단백질 분석 시약(Bio-Rad, Hercules, CA, USA)을 사용하여 뇌(신경)세포 생성을 확인할 수 있는 바이오마커 단백질의 농도를 측정하였다. 단백질은 10%(w/v) sodium dodecyl sulfate polyacrylamide gel 에 전기영동으로 분리하고, electrophoretically transferred 에 의해 polyvinylidene fluoride 멤브레인(Millipore, Bellerica, MA, USA)으로 옮겼다. 상기 멤브레인을 5%(v/v) 무지방 분유 또는 5%(v/v) FBS 로 차단하고, 베타-actin 등 바이오 마커에 대한 1차 항체로 배양하였다. Horseradish-peroxidase-conjugated 2차 항체로 배양 후, 단백질 밴드는 강화된 chemiluminescence 검출 키트 (GE Healthcare, St. Giles, UK)를 이용하여 측정하고, ImageJ software (National Institutes of Health, Bethesda, MD, USA)를 이용하여 상기 얻어진 결과를 정량화하였다.
본 실시예에서 사용된 바이오마커 단백질과 이에 대한 항체를 아래의 표 1에 정리하였다:

상기 각 바이오마커 단백질 얻어진 전기영동 결과 및 이를 정량화한 결과를 도 4 내지 도 19에 나타내었다.
도 4 내지 도 19에서와 같이, 대조군 (추출물 미처리된 3x-TG mice; '3x-TG mice'로 표시)과 비교하여, 추출물을 처리한 3x-TG mice('3x-TG mice+AGE', '3x-TG mice+BKE', 및 '3x-TG mice+AGE+BKE')의 대부분의 경우에서 정상군('normal mice' 또는 'Non-3x-TG mice'로 표시)과 유사한 정도의 신경 세포 생성 효과가 확인되었으며, 특히, 브로콜리 추출물 (BKE) 처리군 ('3x-TG mice+BKE') 및 참당귀 추출물(AGE)과 브로콜리 추출물 (BKE)을 함께 처리한 군('3x-TG mice+AGE+BKE')에서 우수한 신경세포 생성 효과가 관찰되고, 이 중에서도 '3x-TG mice+AGE+BKE'에서의 신경세포 생성 효과가 특히 우수하게 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 참당귀 추출물, 브로콜리 추출물, 및 참당귀 및 브로콜리의 혼합 추출물이 신경 손상 마우스 모델 (예컨대, 알츠하이머병 마우스 모델)에 대하여 신경 생성 (재생) 효과를 가짐을 보여주며, 더 나아가 상기 신경 손상을 갖는 퇴행성 신경질환 (예컨대, 알츠하이머병)에 치료 효과를 가짐을 보여준다.
실시예 4: 추출 조건에 따른 유효성분 분석 (HPLC)
4.1. 검액의 조제
상기 실시예 1.1.1에서 제조된 참당귀 98% 에탄올 추출물 (표 2의 추출물 (1)) 및 실시예 1.1.2에서 준비된 참당귀 90% 에탄올 추출물 (표 2의 추출물 (2))을 준비하였다.
비교를 위하여, 상기 실시예 1.1.1을 참조하여, 추출 용매의 종류 (에탄올 또는 물) 및 농도 (30%, 50%, 75%, 80%; w/v)를 다르게 하고, 다양한 온도 조건에서 6종의 참당귀 추출물 (표 2의 추출물 (2)~(8))을 제조하였다.
상기 준비된 각각의 참당귀 추출물을 1g의 양으로 정확히 취하여 50ml 정용플라스크에 넣은 후 약 30 ml 메탄올(100%)을 넣어 용해시킨 다음, 표선까지 메탄올로 채워서 여과한 후 검액으로 사용하였다.
4.2. 표준액의 조제
데커시놀 표준품 (순도 98% 이상) 10mg, 데커신 표준품 (순도 98% 이상) 5mg, 데커신 안젤레이트 표준품 (순도 98% 이상) 5mg을 취하여 25ml 플라스크에 넣은 후 100% 메탄올을 넣어 용해시킨 다음, 메탄올로 표선을 채워서 표준액으로 한다. 이 표준용액으로부터 12.5 - 25 - 50 - 100 - 200 ㎍/ml 농도의 표준용액을 제조하여 검량선의 측정에 이용하였다.
4.3. HPLC 조작조건
상기 준비된 검액 및 표준액을 사용하여 아래 액체크로마토그래피 조작조건에 따라 시험하여, 데커신, 데커시놀, 데커시놀 안젤레이트의 함량을 계산하였다:
컬 럼 : Cadenza CW C18, (150*4.6mm, 3㎛) 또는 이와 동등한 컬럼;
검출기 : .자외선 분광광도계 (검출파장 330nm);
유 속 : 0.7ml/분;
이동상 : Water(A %), Acetonitril(B %),
0-5min (20, B), 5-6min (20→40, B), 6-22min (40→55, B),
22-23min (55→80, B), 23-25min (80, B), 25-27min (20, B);
시료 주입량 : 10㎕.
4.4. 결과
상기 얻어진 각 추출물의 성분 분석 결과를 아래의 표 2에 나타내었다
상기 표 1에서 확인되는 바와 같이, 실시예 1.1.1 및 1.1.2의 참당귀 에탄올 추출물은, 추출 조건 (추출 용매 농도, 종류, 추출 온도 등)이 상이한 다른 추출물과 비교하여, 추출물 내 유용 화합물 함량이 현저하게 높음을 확인할 수 있다.
실시예 5: 추출 용매 (에탄올) 농도에 따른 신경 보호 활성 시험
상기 실시예 4에서 준비된 다양한 추출 조건에서 얻어진 참당귀 추출물들 중에서, 98%(w/v) 에탄올 추출물 (추출물 (1); 실시예 1.1.1 추출물) 및 90%(w/v) 에탄올 추출물 (추출물 (2); 실시예 1.1.2 추출물)과, 80%(w/v) 에탄올 추출물 (추출물 (4); 인용발명 1의 추출물 INM-176에 해당), 75%(w/v) 에탄올 추출물 (추출물 (5)), 및 50%(w/v) 에탄올 추출물 (추출물 (6))의 신경 보호 활성을 시험하였다 (상기 추출물의 추출온도: 40~60℃). 신경 보호 활성 시험은 상기 실시예 2의 시험 과정을 참조하여 수행 하였다.
상기 얻어진 해마조직의 CV (cresyl violet acetate) 염색 결과를 아래의 도 20에 나타내고, 염색된 해마조직의 정량 결과를 도 21에 나타내었다.
도 20 및 도 21에 보여지는 바와 같이, 98% 에탄올 추출물 (추출물 (1)) 및 90% 에탄올 추출물 (추출물 (2))은, 상기 추출 용매 농도 범위를 벗어나는 조건의 추출물들과 비교하여, 신경 보호 활성이 우수함을 확인할 수 있다.
Claims (23)
- 참당귀(Angelica gigas Nakai)를 90 내지 100%(v/v) 에탄올으로 40 내지 80℃에서 추출한 참당귀 에탄올 추출물을 유효성분으로 포함하는, 퇴행성 신경질환 예방 또는 치료용 약학 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 퇴행성 신경질환은 치매, 파킨슨병(Parkinson's disease; PD), 헌팅턴병, 또는 근위축성 측색 경화증인, 퇴행성 신경질환 예방 또는 치료용 약학 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 치매는 알츠하이머병인 퇴행성 신경질환 예방 또는 치료용 약학 조성물.
- 참당귀(Angelica gigas Nakai)를 90 내지 100%(v/v) 에탄올 수용액으로 40 내지 80℃에서 추출한 참당귀 에탄올 추출물을 유효성분으로 포함하는, 신경세포 보호 또는 신경세포 재생용 약학 조성물.
- 참당귀(Angelica gigas Nakai) 및 브로콜리(Brassica oleracea var. italica)의 혼합 추출물을 유효성분으로 포함하고,상기 참당귀 및 브로콜리의 혼합 추출물은,참당귀를 90 내지 100%(v/v) 에탄올으로 40 내지 80℃에서 추출한 참당귀 에탄올 추출물, 및 브로콜리를 20 내지 80%(v/v) 에탄올으로 10 내지 80℃에서 추출한 브로콜리 에탄올 추출물을 포함하거나,참당귀 및 브로콜리의 혼합물을 40 내지 100%(v/v) 에탄올으로 30 내지 80℃에서 추출한 참당귀 및 브로콜리 혼합물의 추출물인,퇴행성 신경질환 예방 또는 치료용 약학 조성물.

- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 혼합 추출물 내의 참당귀 추출물 또는 참당귀와 브로콜리 추출물 또는 브로콜리 간 혼합비는 중량 기준으로 1:0.1 내지 10 (참당귀 추출물 또는 참당귀의 중량:브로콜리 추출물 또는 브로콜리의 중량)인, 퇴행성 신경질환 예방 또는 치료용 약학 조성물.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 혼합 추출물 내의 참당귀 추출물 또는 참당귀와 브로콜리 추출물 또는 브로콜리 간 혼합비는 중량 기준으로 1:0.2 내지 5 (참당귀 추출물 또는 참당귀의 중량:브로콜리 추출물 또는 브로콜리의 중량)인, 퇴행성 신경질환 예방 또는 치료용 약학 조성물.
- 제5항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 퇴행성 신경질환은 치매, 파킨슨병(Parkinson's disease; PD), 헌팅턴병, 또는 근위축성 측색 경화증인, 퇴행성 신경질환 예방 또는 치료용 약학 조성물.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 치매는 알츠하이머병인 퇴행성 신경질환 예방 또는 치료용 약학 조성물.
