一种洗衣机的控制方法,包括:
洗衣机进水过程中,控制衣物处理装置的气压驱动装置由气压投放装置内抽气减压,进液单向导通件将进液口打开抽取储放装置内的衣物处理剂,气压驱动装置向气压投放装置内通气加压,进液单向导通件将进液口封闭并将衣物处理剂由出液口排出。
本发明的衣物处理剂投放装置采用气压驱动的方式进行洗涤剂的抽取和投放,原理更为优化,实际操作更为简便可行,整体结构更加的简单,而且通过控制气压驱动装置可以实现精准投放。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的一种衣物处理剂投放装置、洗衣机及其控制方法进行详细描述:
如图2所示,本实施例的一种衣物处理剂投放装置,包括:
气压驱动装置1000,具有气压口;
气压投放装置,具有投放腔室,投放腔室上设置进液口、出液口和接气口,进液口上设置进液单向导通部件;
储放装置,内部具有储放衣物处理剂的储放腔室;
所述气压投放装置的接气口连通气压驱动装置的气压口,进液口连通储放装置;
所述气压驱动装置由气压投放装置内抽气减压,进液单向导通件将进液口打开抽取储放装置内的衣物处理剂,气压驱动装置向气压投放装置内通气加压,进液单向导通件将进液口封闭并将衣物处理剂由出液口排出。
本实施例的衣物处理剂投放装置主要包括气压驱动装置1000、投放部分1200(气压投放装置和储放装置)以及洗涤剂盒1400三部分,气压驱动装置1000可抽取和压缩气压投放装置内的气体,气压投放装置在此过程中将储放装置中的衣物处理剂抽取并排出至洗涤剂盒1400,洗衣机进水管路1500连通洗涤剂盒1400向其进入洗涤水,洗涤水冲刷衣物处理剂进入到洗衣机的洗涤桶内。
本实施例的气压驱动装置1000与气压投放装置通过气压管1100相连通,气压投放装置与洗涤剂盒1400通过投放管1300连通。
本实施例的衣物处理剂投放装置采用气压驱动的方式进行洗涤剂的抽取和投放,原理更为优化,实际操作更为简便可行,整体结构更加的简单,而且通过控制气压驱动装置1000可以实现精准投放。
如图3及图4所示,本实施例所述气压驱动装置1000包括气压腔室以及气压部件,所述气压口连通气压腔室,所述气压部件往复运动改变气压腔室的容积实现对气压驱动装置的抽气减压/通气加压。
具体地,本实施例所述的气压驱动装置包括壳体1005,壳体1005内部具有可伸缩变形的柔性容纳体1006,柔性容纳体1006的一端开口并与壳体1005内壁之间密封连接,柔性容纳体1006与壳体1005共同形成可变容积的气压腔室,所述的气压口1007设置在壳体1005上与柔性容纳体1006的开口端连通。
作为本实施例的一种实施方式,如图3所示,壳体1005的底部开口,开口上通过固定螺钉1008安装密封板1009,所述的柔性容纳体1006的开口密封安装在密封板1009与壳体1005之间,所述的气压口1007设置密封板1009的侧壁上。
本实施例所述气压管1100与气压口1007通过卡箍等方式紧固密封连接,也可以是其 他任意的方式,如粘合密紧固连接。
作为本实施例的一种实施方式,如图4所示,壳体1005的底部开口,开口上通过固定螺钉1008安装密封板1009,柔性容纳体1006密封安装在密封板1009与壳体1005之间,所述的气压口1007设置在柔性容纳体1006的底部。
优选地,所述的柔性容纳体为气囊,进一步的,采用螺纹伸缩气囊。
气囊具有一定刚性及弹性,按压后能够快速恢复形状,材质可以是高分子材料制作如塑料、橡胶、硅胶、聚氨酯等。
所述柔性容纳体1006的开口与气压管1100与直接密封固定连接,如粘合,例如气压管1100是刚性的,可以直接插入气囊口,通过卡箍密封连接。
作为本实施例的一种实施方式,所述的气压部件包括设置在壳体内往复运动的滑动件1004和驱动滑动件往复运动的驱动件,滑动件1004朝向柔性容纳体1006运动,压缩柔性容纳体1006形变,气压腔室减小压缩气体进入气压投放装置内通气加压,滑动件远离柔性容纳体1006,柔性容纳体1006恢复形变由气压投放装置内抽气减压。本实施例通过驱动件驱动滑动件实现压缩柔性容纳体1006形变实现自动投放。
优选地,还包括用于柔性容纳体复位的弹性复位装置,所述的滑动件1004为滑块。
进一步地,所述的驱动件包括驱动电机1001和安装在驱动电机1001的输出轴1003上凸轮1002,所述的凸轮1002与滑动件1004保持滚动接触,所述电机1001带动凸轮1002转动,在凸轮1002转动行程逐渐增大的过程中,凸轮1002推动滑动件1004运动朝向柔性容纳体1006运动,压缩柔性容纳体1006形变;在凸轮1002转动行程逐渐减小的过程中,滑动件1004远离柔性容纳体1006,柔性容纳体1006恢复形变。滑动件1004远离柔性容纳体1006可以是由于不受到凸轮1002的限制,柔性容纳体1006恢复形变时推着滑动件1004回位,也可以再增加用于滑动件1004回位的弹性复位件(例如弹簧)。
如图5及图6所示,本实施例所述的气压投放装置包括内部具有投放腔室的壳体1201,所述的进液口1203、出液口1206和接气口1207分别设置在壳体上与投放腔室相连通,所述的进液单向导通部件为封堵在进液口上的封堵球1202;
气压驱动装置由气压投放装置内抽气减压,封堵球1202运动至投放腔室内将进液口1203打开抽取储放装置内的衣物处理剂,气压驱动装置向气压投放装置内通气加压,封堵球1202运动至进液口1203将其封闭。
如图7及图8所示,所述的气压投放装置包括内部具有投放腔室的壳体1201,所述的进液口、出液口和接气口分别设置在壳体上与投放腔室相连通,所述的进液单向导通部件 为密封安装在进液口上的单向阀片1208;
气压驱动装置由气压投放装置内抽气减压,单向阀片1207打开进液口抽取储放装置内的衣物处理剂,气压驱动装置向气压投放装置内通气加压,单向阀片1207将进液口封闭。
进一步地,所述的出液口1206上设置与进液单向导通部件反向导通的出液单向导通部件1209。
优选地,所述的出液单向导通部件为密封安装在出液口上的单向阀片。
本实施例的储放装置包括储放盒1204,储放盒1204内储放衣物处理剂1205,气压投放装置置于储放盒1204内,且进液口1203浸没在洗涤剂内。
本实施例的储放盒1204可以包括多个,分别盛放不同的衣物处理剂,例如洗涤剂、柔顺剂和消毒剂等,每个储放盒1204内分别设置一个气压投放装置,通过控制对应的气压投放装置进行投放相应的衣物处理剂。
如图1及图2所示,本实施例同时公开一种所述衣物处理剂投放装置的洗衣机,包括洗涤剂盒1400,所述衣物处理剂投放装置的出液口连通洗涤剂盒1400。
以波轮洗衣机为例,洗衣机包括壳体400,壳体内设置內桶300和外桶700,壳体400上部设置盘座200,盘座200内具有向內桶300内投放衣物的衣物投放口,盘座上安装开开启/闭合的上盖100,盘座的前部设置控制面板600,盘座上与控制面板相对一侧设置洗涤剂盒1400,洗涤剂盒1400具有可开启/关闭的洗涤剂盒盖板800。
本实施例的衣物处理装置设置在壳体200内。
本实施例同时提供一种洗衣机的控制方法,包括:
洗衣机进水过程中,控制衣物处理装置的气压驱动装置由气压投放装置内抽气减压,进液单向导通件将进液口打开抽取储放装置内的衣物处理剂,气压驱动装置向气压投放装置内通气加压,进液单向导通件将进液口封闭并将衣物处理剂由出液口排出。
进一步地,在洗衣机进水过程中进行控制衣物处理投放装置进行衣物处理剂的投放。
进一步地,可在衣物投放进內桶后进行衣物称重,并根据衣物重量确定衣物处理剂的投放量,控制衣物处理装置按照投放量进行定量投放。
也或者,用户可选择投入衣物处理剂的量,根据用户的选择控制衣物处理装置按照投放量进行定量投放。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种衣物处理剂投放装置,其特征在于,包括:
    气压驱动装置,具有气压口;
    气压投放装置,具有投放腔室,投放腔室上设置进液口、出液口和接气口,进液口上设置进液单向导通部件;
    储放装置,内部具有储放衣物处理剂的储放腔室;
    所述气压投放装置的接气口连通气压驱动装置的气压口,进液口连通储放装置;
    所述气压驱动装置由气压投放装置内抽气减压,进液单向导通件将进液口打开抽取储放装置内的衣物处理剂,气压驱动装置向气压投放装置内通气加压,进液单向导通件将进液口封闭并将衣物处理剂由出液口排出。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种衣物处理剂投放装置,其特征在于,所述气压驱动装置包括气压腔室以及气压部件,所述气压口连通气压腔室,所述气压部件往复运动改变气压腔室的容积实现对气压驱动装置的抽气减压/通气加压。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种衣物处理剂投放装置,其特征在于,所述的气压驱动装置包括壳体,壳体内部具有可伸缩变形的柔性容纳体,柔性容纳体的一端开口并与壳体内壁之间密封连接,柔性容纳体与壳体共同形成可变容积的气压腔室,所述的气压口设置在壳体上与柔性容纳体的开口端连通。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种衣物处理剂投放装置,其特征在于,所述的气压部件包括设置在壳体内往复运动的滑动件和驱动滑动件往复运动的驱动件,滑动件朝向柔性容纳体运动,压缩柔性容纳体形变,气压腔室减小压缩气体进入气压投放装置内通气加压,滑动件远离柔性容纳体,柔性容纳体恢复形变由气压投放装置内抽气减压;
    优选地,还包括用于柔性容纳体复位的弹性复位装置。
  5. 根据权利要求3或4所述的一种衣物处理剂投放装置,其特征在于,所述的驱动件包括驱动电机和安装在驱动电机的输出轴上凸轮,所述的凸轮与滑动件保持滚动接触,所述电机带动凸轮转动,在凸轮转动行程逐渐增大的过程中,凸轮推动滑动件运动朝向柔性容纳体运动,压缩柔性容纳体形变;在凸轮转动行程逐渐减小的过程中,滑动件远离柔性容纳体,柔性容纳体恢复形变。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种衣物处理剂投放装置,其特征在于,所述的气压投放装置包括内部具有投放腔室的壳体,所述的进液口、出液口和接气口分别设置在壳体上与投放腔室相连通,所述的进液单向导通部件为封堵在进液口上的封堵球;
    气压驱动装置由气压投放装置内抽气减压,封堵球运动至投放腔室内将进液口打开抽 取储放装置内的衣物处理剂,气压驱动装置向气压投放装置内通气加压,封堵球运动至进液口将其封闭。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种衣物处理剂投放装置,其特征在于,所述的气压投放装置包括内部具有投放腔室的壳体,所述的进液口、出液口和接气口分别设置在壳体上与投放腔室相连通,所述的进液单向导通部件为密封安装在进液口上的单向阀片;
    气压驱动装置由气压投放装置内抽气减压,单向阀片打开进液口抽取储放装置内的衣物处理剂,气压驱动装置向气压投放装置内通气加压,单向阀片将进液口封闭。
  8. 根据权利要求6或7所述的一种衣物处理剂投放装置,其特征在于,所述的出液口上设置与进液单向导通部件反向导通的出液单向导通部件;
    优选地,所述的出液单向导通部件为密封安装在出液口上的单向阀片。
  9. 一种具有如权利要求1-8任意一项所述衣物处理剂投放装置的洗衣机,其特征在于,包括洗涤剂盒,所述衣物处理剂投放装置的出液口连通洗涤剂盒。
  10. 一种如权利要求9所述洗衣机的控制方法,其特征在于,包括:
    洗衣机进水过程中,控制衣物处理装置的气压驱动装置由气压投放装置内抽气减压,进液单向导通件将进液口打开抽取储放装置内的衣物处理剂,气压驱动装置向气压投放装置内通气加压,进液单向导通件将进液口封闭并将衣物处理剂由出液口排出。
