为了使本申请的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚明白,下面将结合若干附图及实施例,对本申请进行进一步的详细说明。应当理解的是,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本申请,并不用于限定本申请。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动的前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
本申请提供一种电子装置。参照图1所示,为本申请电子装置1一实施例的示意图。在该实施例中,电子装置1可以是服务器、智能机器人等具有存储和运算功能的终端设备。在一个实施例中,当电子装置1为服务器时,该服务器可以是机架式服务器、刀片式服务器、塔式服务器或机柜式服务器等的一种或几种。
所述电子装置1包括存储器11、处理器12、网络接口13以及摄像装置14。
其中,存储器11包括至少一种类型的可读存储介质。所述至少一种类型的可读存储介质可为如闪存、硬盘、多媒体卡、卡型存储器等的非易失性存储介质。在一些实施例中,所述可读存储介质可以是所述电子装置1的内部存储单元,例如该电子装置1的硬盘。在另一些实施例中,所述可读存储介质也可以是所述电子装置1的外部存储器,例如所述电子装置1上配备的插接式硬盘,智能存储卡(Smart Media Card,SMC),安全数字(Secure Digital,SD)卡,闪存卡(Flash Card)等。
在本实施例中,所述存储器11的可读存储介质通常用于存储预设的用户信息数据库、获取的面部图像以及基于人脸识别的业务引导程序10等。所述存储器11还可以用于暂时地存储已经输出或者将要输出的数据。
处理器12可以是一中央处理器(Central Processing Unit,CPU),微处理 器或其他数据处理芯片,用于运行存储器11中存储的程序代码或处理数据,例如执行基于人脸识别的业务引导程序10等。
网络接口13可以包括标准的有线接口、无线接口(如WI-FI接口)。通常用于在该电子装置1与其他电子设备或系统之间建立通信连接,例如与预先确定的人脸识别系统建立通信连接。
摄像装置14可安装于指定区域,例如银行大厅出入口,对进入该指定区域的目标实时拍摄得到实时图像,通过网络将该实时图像传输至处理器12。
图1仅示出了具有组件11-14的电子装置1,但是应理解的是,并不要求实施所有示出的组件,可以替代的实施更多或者更少的组件。
可选地,该电子装置1还可以包括输入单元比如键盘(Keyboard),语音输入装置比如麦克风(Microphone)等具有语音识别功能的设备以及语音输出装置比如扬声器、耳机等。语音输入装置可用于接收用户选择的业务,语音输出装置可用于向用户提供语音提示。
可选地,该电子装置1还可以包括显示器,也可以称为显示屏或显示单元。在一些实施例中可以是LED显示器、液晶显示器、触控式液晶显示器以及有机发光二极管(Organic Light-Emitting Diode,OLED)显示器等。显示器用于显示在电子装置1中处理的信息以及用于显示可视化的用户界面。
可选地,该电子装置1还包括触摸传感器。所述触摸传感器所提供的供用户进行触摸操作的区域称为触控区域。此外,这里所述的触摸传感器可以为电阻式触摸传感器、电容式触摸传感器等。而且,所述触摸传感器不仅包括接触式的触摸传感器,也可包括接近式的触摸传感器等。此外,所述触摸传感器可以为单个传感器,也可以为例如阵列布置的多个传感器。
此外,该电子装置1的显示器的面积可以与所述触摸传感器的面积相同,也可以不同。可选地,将显示器与所述触摸传感器层叠设置,以形成触摸显示屏。该电子装置1基于触摸显示屏向用户展示可视化的用户界面及侦测用户触发的触控操作。
该电子装置1还可以包括射频(Radio Frequency,RF)电路、传感器、音频电路、有线接口和无线接口等等,在此不再赘述。
在上述实施例中,处理器12执行存储器11中存储的基于人脸识别的业 务引导程序10时可以实现如下步骤:
识别步骤:获取用户的面部图像,利用预先确定的人脸识别系统识别该面部图像;
提取步骤:根据所述面部图像的识别结果从预设的用户信息数据库中提取所述用户的身份信息;
推荐步骤:在业务系统中查询与该身份信息相关联的产品信息,向该用户推荐与查询得到的产品信息类型相关的业务;及
引导步骤:接收该用户从推荐的业务中选择的业务,根据预先设置的业务引导流程逐步引导该用户办理所述选择的业务。
在本实施例中,以引导用户办理银行业务为例,对本申请的具体方案进行说明,但可以理解的是,本申请并不仅限于银行业务引导。当用户进入银行大厅时,所述摄像装置14自动为该用户拍摄一张实时图像,并通过网络将该实时图像传输至所述处理器12。为了从实时图像中获取对应用户的面部图像,需要对实时图像进行预处理,具体包括:在处理器12接收到摄像装置14拍摄的实时图像后,将该实时图像转换为相同大小的灰度图像;将转换得到的灰度图像直方图均衡化(Histogram Equalization),实现固定的亮度和对比度,并减少该灰度图像的信息量;检测该灰度图像中的人脸,返回一个包含人脸信息的对象,获得人脸所在位置的数据,并记录人脸个数,完成人脸区域的识别和提取过程。
可以理解的是,若所述摄像装置14的摄像范围内有多名用户,该多名用户与该摄像装置14的距离不同,则该多名用户在实时图像中的人脸区域的大小也不同。也就是说,所述摄像装置14拍摄的实时图像中可能包含多名用户的面部图像,可以利用人脸识别算法从该实时图像中提取出多个人脸区域,然后从提取得到的多个人脸区域中选取尺寸最大的人脸区域图像作为当前用户的面部图像。若从实时图像中仅提取出一个人脸区域,则以该人脸区域作为当前用户的面部图像。同时,为了便于后续人脸识别,将该面部图像按预设大小(例如,256*256像素)保存。在本实施例中,所述人脸识别算法为基于灰度图像的特征脸方法,在其他实施例中,所述人脸识别算法还可以为基于几何特征的方法、局部特征分析方法、基于弹性模型的方法、神经网络方法,等等。
在得到用户的面部图像后,将该面部图像输入预先确定的人脸识别系统,利用该人脸识别系统从所述存储器11中预设的用户信息数据库中搜索与该面部图像匹配的身份图像,进而确定用户身份。需要说明的是,所述预先确定的人脸识别系统是利用所述预设的用户信息数据库中的所有用户的身份图像预先训练好的,其目的在于将当前用户的实时图像与所述预设的用户信息数据库中该用户的身份图像进行匹配,输出匹配的身份图像及对应的匹配度。当该匹配度大于或等于第一预设阈值(例如80)时,将该匹配的身份图像及对应的身份信息作为所述实时图像预处理得到的面部图像的识别结果;当该匹配度小于所述第一预设阈值时,重新获取当前用户的实时图像,重复上述过程,从而确定用户身份。若重复预设次数(例如3次),仍然无法确定用户身份,通常是由于所述预设的用户信息数据库中未包含该用户的身份信息,电子装置1自动判定该用户为银行新用户,向该用户推荐预先确定的基本业务,例如开户业务,并在此过程中获取用户的身份信息,将其存储至所述预设的用户信息数据库中,以便后续使用。如上所述的图像匹配过程中,当所述匹配度大于第二预设阈值(例如90)时,将所述摄像装置14获取的实时图像存储至所述预设的用户信息数据库中作为所述用户的一张身份图像,以此提高人脸识别的准确度。目前,人脸识别技术已相当成熟,在此不再赘述。
利用预先确定的人脸识别系统识别出用户身份后,电子装置1可从所述预设的用户信息数据库中提取该用户的所有信息,包括但不限于姓名、性别、住址、身份证号码、身份图像、手机号码等,然后根据该用户的身份信息(例如身份证号码)在银行业务系统中查询与该身份信息相关联的产品信息,例如银行卡种类和数量、理财产品种类及金额、贷款信息,等等。根据所述产品信息的类型,可向用户推荐相关的业务。例如,当查询到用户名下有该银行的至少一张储蓄卡时,向该用户推荐储蓄卡业务,包括转账、查询和密码变更等;当用户名下有该银行的至少一张信用卡时,向该用户推荐信用卡业务,包括取现、额度调整和积分兑换等;当用户名下有该银行的至少一种理财产品时,向该用户推荐其他收益更高或安全系数更高的理财产品。以上关于推荐相关业务的介绍仅是提供部分例子,未能穷举。当从银行业务系统中未查询到与当前用户的身份信息相关联的产品信息时,电子装置1自动判定该用户为银行新用户,向该用户推荐预先确定的基本业务,例如开户业务。 当查询到多种与当前用户的身份信息相关联的产品信息时,可按照预设的业务推荐顺序向该用户进行业务推荐,例如,理财业务优先于信用卡业务,信用卡业务优先于储蓄卡业务。在本实施例中,假设查询到当前用户在本银行有储蓄卡,也有贷款业务,则电子装置1可以利用语音输出装置(例如扬声器)为用户提供语音提示:请选择您要办理的业务,并在显示器(例如触摸显示屏)上显示:A-储蓄卡业务、B-贷款业务、C-其他业务。用户可以通过触摸显示屏选择业务,或者利用语音输入装置(例如麦克风)输入业务名称,完成业务选择操作。
在用户完成业务选择操作后,电子装置1根据用户选择的业务,根据预先设置的业务引导流程逐步引导该用户办理所述选择的业务。例如,在用户选择“A-储蓄卡业务”后,语音提示用户“请插入您的银行卡”,并在界面显示“其他业务”选项;
在用户插入储蓄卡后,语音提示用户“请输入您的银行卡密码”,并在界面显示“忘记密码”选项;
在用户选择“忘记密码”后,语音提示用户“为了保证您的账户安全,需要验证您的身份信息,请插入您的身份证”,并在界面显示插入身份证的引导动画;
在用户正确插入身份证后,语音提示“身份信息验证完成,请收好您的身份证”,并在界面显示取回身份证的引导动画;
在用户取回身份证后,语音提示“请输入您的新密码”,并在界面显示软键盘;
在用户输入并确认新密码后,语音提示“密码修改成功,是否需要办理其他业务”,并在界面显示“是”和“否”选项;
在用户选择“否”后,语音提示“谢谢使用,请取回您的银行卡,欢迎下次光临”,并在界面显示取回银行卡的引导动画。
以上关于引导用户办理选择业务的介绍仅是提供部分例子,未能穷举。
上述实施例提出的电子装置1,通过人脸识别确定用户身份,通过在业务系统中查询与用户身份信息相关联的产品信息向用户推荐相关的业务,并接收该用户从推荐的业务中选择的业务,根据预先设置的业务引导流程逐步引导该用户办理所述选择的业务。通过有针对性的业务推荐,可以精简用户界 面,提高业务办理效率,从而提升用户体验。
在其他实施例中,基于人脸识别的业务引导程序10可以被分割为多个模块,该多个模块被存储于存储器12中,并由处理器13执行,以完成本申请。本申请所称的模块是指能够完成特定功能的一系列计算机程序指令段。
参照图2所示,为图1中基于人脸识别的业务引导程序10一实施例的程序模块图。在本实施例中,所述基于人脸识别的业务引导程序10可以被分割为:识别模块110、提取模块120、推荐模块130和引导模块140。所述模块110-140所实现的功能和操作步骤均与上文类似,在此不再详述,示例性地,例如其中:
识别模块110,用于获取用户的面部图像,并利用预先确定的人脸识别系统识别该面部图像;
提取模块120,用于根据所述面部图像的识别结果从预设的用户信息数据库中提取所述用户的身份信息,并在业务系统中查询与该身份信息相关联的产品信息;
推荐模块130,用于向该用户推荐与查询得到的产品信息类型相关的业务;
引导模块140,用于接收该用户从推荐的业务中选择的业务,根据预先设置的业务引导流程逐步引导该用户办理所述选择的业务。
此外,本申请还提供一种基于人脸识别的业务引导方法。参照图3所示,为本申请基于人脸识别的业务引导方法的第一实施例的流程图。电子装置1的处理器12执行存储器11中存储的基于人脸识别的业务引导程序10时实现基于人脸识别的业务引导方法的如下步骤:
步骤S300,识别模块110获取用户的面部图像,利用预先确定的人脸识别系统识别该面部图像。具体地,当用户出现在指定区域(例如银行大厅出入口)时,所述摄像装置14自动或由所述识别模块110唤醒,为该用户拍摄一张实时图像,识别模块110对该实时图像进行预处理,得到该用户的一张面部图像,并将该面部图像输入预先确定的人脸识别系统,利用该人脸识别系统从预设的用户信息数据库中搜索得到与该面部图像最相似的身份图像。所述身份图像为所述用户信息数据库中用户信息的一部分,通过对所述面部 图像和所述身份图像进行匹配,可以确定用户身份。
步骤S301,提取模块120根据所述面部图像的识别结果从预设的用户信息数据库中提取所述用户的身份信息。具体地,在识别模块110实现用户身份确定功能后,提取模块120可根据所述面部图像的识别结果,即所述用户身份的确定结果,从预设的用户信息数据库中提取该用户的身份信息。所述身份信息包括但不限于用户姓名、性别、住址、身份证号码、身份图像、手机号码。所述身份图像可以为用户的身份证照片,也可以为该用户满足预设条件(例如,与现有身份图像的匹配度大于预设阈值)的其他照片图像。
步骤S302,提取模块120在业务系统中查询与该身份信息相关联的产品信息,并将其发送至推荐模块130,推荐模块130根据接收的产品信息,向用户推荐与查询得到的产品信息类型相关的业务。例如,当用户在某银行有储蓄卡,也有贷款业务时,推荐模块130可以利用语音输出装置(例如扬声器)为用户提供语音提示:请选择您要办理的业务,并在显示器(例如触摸显示屏)上显示:A-储蓄卡业务、B-贷款业务、C-其他业务。
步骤S303,引导模块140接收该用户从推荐的业务中选择的业务,根据预先设置的业务引导流程逐步引导该用户办理所述选择的业务。依上述例子,用户可以通过触摸显示屏选择业务,或者利用语音输入装置(例如麦克风)输入业务名称,引导模块140接收到用户从推荐的业务中选择的业务(例如,A-储蓄卡业务)后,根据预先设置的业务引导流程逐步引导该用户办理所述选择的业务。具体的业务引导流程请参照上述关于电子装置1的相关介绍,在此不再赘述。
此外,本申请还提供一种计算机可读存储介质,该计算机可读存储介质可以是硬盘、多媒体卡、SD卡、闪存卡、SMC、只读存储器(ROM)、可擦除可编程只读存储器(EPROM)、便携式紧致盘只读存储器(CD-ROM)、USB存储器等等中的任意一种或者几种的任意组合。
本申请之计算机可读存储介质的具体实施方式与上述基于人脸识别的业务引导方法和电子装置1的具体实施方式大致相同,请参照上述图1关于电子装置1一实施例的示意图以及图3关于基于人脸识别的业务引导方法实施例的流程图的详细介绍,在此不再赘述。
需要说明的是,在本文中,术语“包括”、“包含”或者其任何其他变体意在涵盖非排他性的包含,从而使得包括一系列要素的过程、装置、物品或者方法不仅包括那些要素,而且还包括没有明确列出的其他要素,或者是还包括为这种过程、装置、物品或者方法所固有的要素。另外,各个实施例之间的技术方案可以相互结合,但是必须是以本领域普通技术人员能够实现为基础,当技术方案的结合出现相互矛盾或无法实现时应当认为这种技术方案的结合不存在,也不在本申请要求的保护范围之内。
通过以上的实施方式的描述,本领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到上述实施例方法可借助软件加必需的通用硬件平台的方式来实现,当然也可以通过硬件,但很多情况下前者是更佳的实施方式。基于这样的理解,本申请的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品存储在如上所述的一个存储介质中,包括若干指令用以使得电子装置执行本申请各个实施例所述的方法。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种基于人脸识别的业务引导方法,应用于电子装置,其特征在于,该方法包括:
    识别步骤:获取用户的面部图像,利用预先确定的人脸识别系统识别该面部图像;
    提取步骤:根据所述面部图像的识别结果从预设的用户信息数据库中提取所述用户的身份信息;
    推荐步骤:在业务系统中查询与该身份信息相关联的产品信息,向该用户推荐与查询得到的产品信息类型相关的业务;及
    引导步骤:接收该用户从推荐的业务中选择的业务,根据预先设置的业务引导流程逐步引导该用户办理所述选择的业务。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的基于人脸识别的业务引导方法,其特征在于,所述识别步骤包括:
    获取所述用户的一张实时图像,对该实时图像进行预处理得到该用户的一张面部图像;
    将该面部图像输入所述预先确定的人脸识别系统;
    接收该人脸识别系统从所述预设的用户信息数据库中搜索到的与该面部图像匹配的身份图像及匹配度;
    当所述匹配度大于或等于第一预设阈值时,将所述身份图像及对应的身份信息作为所述面部图像的识别结果;及
    当所述匹配度小于所述第一预设阈值时,返回实时图像获取步骤,重新获取所述用户的实时图像。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的基于人脸识别的业务引导方法,其特征在于,所述预处理包括:
    利用人脸识别算法识别出所述实时图像中包含的人脸区域;
    当所述实时图像中包含一个人脸区域时,将该人脸区域图像作为所述用户的面部图像,并将该面部图像调整为预设大小;及
    当所述实时图像中包含多个人脸区域时,选取尺寸最大的人脸区域图像作为所述用户的面部图像,并将该面部图像调整为预设大小。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的基于人脸识别的业务引导方法,其特征在于,在所述识别步骤之后,该方法还包括:
    当所述匹配度大于第二预设阈值时,将所述面部图像存储至所述预设的用户信息数据库中作为所述用户的身份图像,其中,所述第二预设阈值大于所述第一预设阈值。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的基于人脸识别的业务引导方法,其特征在于,该方法还包括:
    当未能得到所述用户的面部图像的识别结果或在业务系统中未查询到与该身份信息相关联的产品信息时,向该用户推荐预先确定的基本业务。
  6. 如权利要求2所述的基于人脸识别的业务引导方法,其特征在于,该方法还包括:
    当未能得到所述用户的面部图像的识别结果或在业务系统中未查询到与该身份信息相关联的产品信息时,向该用户推荐预先确定的基本业务。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的基于人脸识别的业务引导方法,其特征在于,该方法还包括:
    以视觉显示和语音提示的方式向用户展示所述业务引导流程。
  8. 如权利要求2所述的基于人脸识别的业务引导方法,其特征在于,该方法还包括:

  9. 一种电子装置,包括摄像装置、存储器和处理器,其特征在于,所述存储器中包括基于人脸识别的业务引导程序,该业务引导程序被所述处理器执行时实现如下步骤:
    识别步骤:获取用户的面部图像,利用预先确定的人脸识别系统识别该面部图像;
    提取步骤:根据所述面部图像的识别结果从预设的用户信息数据库中提取所述用户的身份信息;
    推荐步骤:在业务系统中查询与该身份信息相关联的产品信息,向该用户推荐与查询得到的产品信息类型相关的业务;及
    引导步骤:接收该用户从推荐的业务中选择的业务,根据预先设置的业务引导流程逐步引导该用户办理所述选择的业务。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的电子装置,其特征在于,所述识别步骤包括:
    获取所述用户的一张实时图像,对该实时图像进行预处理得到该用户的 一张面部图像;
    将该面部图像输入所述预先确定的人脸识别系统;
    接收该人脸识别系统从所述预设的用户信息数据库中搜索到的与该面部图像匹配的身份图像及匹配度;
    当所述匹配度大于或等于第一预设阈值时,将所述身份图像及对应的身份信息作为所述面部图像的识别结果;及
    当所述匹配度小于所述第一预设阈值时,返回实时图像获取步骤,重新获取所述用户的实时图像。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的电子装置,其特征在于,所述预处理包括:
    利用人脸识别算法识别出所述实时图像中包含的人脸区域;
    当所述实时图像中包含一个人脸区域时,将该人脸区域图像作为所述用户的面部图像,并将该面部图像调整为预设大小;及
    当所述实时图像中包含多个人脸区域时,选取尺寸最大的人脸区域图像作为所述用户的面部图像,并将该面部图像调整为预设大小。
  12. 如权利要求10所述的电子装置,其特征在于,在所述识别步骤之后,所述业务引导程序被所述处理器执行时还实现如下步骤:
    当所述匹配度大于第二预设阈值时,将所述面部图像存储至所述预设的用户信息数据库中作为所述用户的身份图像,其中,所述第二预设阈值大于所述第一预设阈值。
  13. 如权利要求9所述的电子装置,其特征在于,所述业务引导程序被所述处理器执行时还实现如下步骤:
    当未能得到所述用户的面部图像的识别结果或在业务系统中未查询到与该身份信息相关联的产品信息时,向该用户推荐预先确定的基本业务。
  14. 如权利要求10所述的电子装置,其特征在于,所述业务引导程序被所述处理器执行时还实现如下步骤:
    当未能得到所述用户的面部图像的识别结果或在业务系统中未查询到与该身份信息相关联的产品信息时,向该用户推荐预先确定的基本业务。
  15. 如权利要求9所述的电子装置,其特征在于,所述业务引导程序被所述处理器执行时还实现如下步骤:
    以视觉显示和语音提示的方式向用户展示所述业务引导流程。
  16. 如权利要求10所述的电子装置,其特征在于,所述业务引导程序被所述处理器执行时还实现如下步骤:

  17. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机可读存储介质中包括基于人脸识别的业务引导程序,该业务引导程序被执行时实现如下步骤:
    识别步骤:获取用户的面部图像,利用预先确定的人脸识别系统识别该面部图像;
    提取步骤:根据所述面部图像的识别结果从预设的用户信息数据库中提取所述用户的身份信息;
    推荐步骤:在业务系统中查询与该身份信息相关联的产品信息,向该用户推荐与查询得到的产品信息类型相关的业务;及
    引导步骤:接收该用户从推荐的业务中选择的业务,根据预先设置的业务引导流程逐步引导该用户办理所述选择的业务。
  18. 如权利要求17所述的计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述识别步骤包括:
    获取所述用户的一张实时图像,对该实时图像进行预处理得到该用户的一张面部图像;
    将该面部图像输入所述预先确定的人脸识别系统;
    接收该人脸识别系统从所述预设的用户信息数据库中搜索到的与该面部图像匹配的身份图像及匹配度;
    当所述匹配度大于或等于第一预设阈值时,将所述身份图像及对应的身份信息作为所述面部图像的识别结果;及
    当所述匹配度小于所述第一预设阈值时,返回实时图像获取步骤,重新获取所述用户的实时图像。
  19. 如权利要求18所述的计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述预处理包括:
    利用人脸识别算法识别出所述实时图像中包含的人脸区域;
    当所述实时图像中包含一个人脸区域时,将该人脸区域图像作为所述用户的面部图像,并将该面部图像调整为预设大小;及
    当所述实时图像中包含多个人脸区域时,选取尺寸最大的人脸区域图像作为所述用户的面部图像,并将该面部图像调整为预设大小。
  20. 如权利要求18所述的计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,在所述识别步骤之后,所述业务引导程序被所述处理器执行时还实现如下步骤:
    当所述匹配度大于第二预设阈值时,将所述面部图像存储至所述预设的用户信息数据库中作为所述用户的身份图像,其中,所述第二预设阈值大于所述第一预设阈值。
