在本方案中,通过进一步利用第一防脱限位结构与第二防脱限位结构配合以对安装主体和快拆部件锁定,这样,安装主体与快拆部件之间形成磁吸+机械防脱的装配连接,装配更为牢固可靠,且相对于安装主体与快拆部件仅通过磁吸连接的情况而言,本结构在实现满足安装主体与快拆部件 连接可靠性条件的同时,也可相对减少第一磁吸件与第二磁吸件之间的磁吸力要求,这样可方便于克服磁吸力将快拆部件从安装主体上拆下的操作,更具快拆便利性。
上述技术方案中,所述第一防脱限位结构包括防脱限位销,所述第二防脱结构包括限位槽;所述防脱限位销用于卡入所述限位槽中,以锁定所述安装主体和所述快拆部件。
在本方案中,设置安装主体与快拆部件之间通过防脱限位销与限位槽配合进行防脱限位装配,具有结构简单、易于加工生产的优点,且防脱限位销与限位槽具有拆装方便的优点,使产品更具快拆便利性。
上述技术方案中,所述快拆部件还设有解锁孔,所述解锁孔的周围设有一个或多个所述限位槽,且所述解锁孔与所述限位槽连通;所述防脱限位销包括颈部和头部,且所述头部的外径大于所述颈部的外径,所述解锁孔的孔径大于等于所述头部的外径,所述限位槽的开口宽度介于所述头部的外径与所述颈部的外径之间。
在本方案中,利用该解锁孔可供防脱限位销的颈部部位装配到限位槽中,结构简单,且对于解锁孔与多个限位槽连通的情况,不仅可以实现安装主体与快拆部件之间的多个方向的装配,还可以在实现防脱限位销与多个限位槽之间装配需求的同时,精简快拆部件上的开孔数量,减少产品加工工作量,且降低开孔对快拆部件的结构强度的削弱影响,提升产品质量。
上述技术方案中,所述限位槽为两个,所述解锁孔的中心至两个所述限位槽的中心的连线之间的夹角为90度。
在本方案中,设置两个限位槽,且解锁孔的中心至一限位槽中心的连线与解锁孔的中心至另一限位槽中心的连线形成90度的夹角,这样,快拆部件可实现垂直的两个方向的安装,使负载在手持云台上的装配方位可调。
上述任一技术方案中,所述安装主体还包括自锁机构,所述自锁机构与所述防脱限位销连接;所述自锁机构用于在所述安装主体与所述快拆部件连接时,驱动所述防脱限位销卡入所述限位槽中。
在本方案中,可以实现安装主体与快拆部件连接同时,防脱限位销自动卡入限位槽中实现自锁,使用操作更简单、便捷,且可以防止忘记控制防脱限位销与限位槽锁紧的误操作隐患。

在本方案中,快拆部件与安装主体装配时,触发自锁销使之沿第一方向的相反方向运动可以控制防脱限位销自动卡入限位槽,实现将安装主体与快拆部件锁紧,快拆部件与安装主体拆分时,触发活动块使之沿第二方向的相反方向运动可以控制防脱限位销脱离限位槽实现解锁,同时控制自锁销沿第一方向运动进行复位,具有操作简便,自锁响应快速的优点。
上述技术方案中,所述活动块部分凸出于所述安装主体外;当所述活动块的凸出部分被按压时,所述活动块沿所述第二方向的相反方向运动,且所述活动块释放供所述自锁销沿所述第一方向运动的自由度。
在本方案中,可以通过直接按压活动块凸出部分的方式控制自锁机构对安装主体与快拆部件之间的自锁进行解锁,具有操作简便,解锁响应快速的优点。
上述技术方案中,所述防脱限位销设于所述凹槽结构,所述限位槽设于所述凸起结构,其中,当所述自锁销卡入所述解锁位置时,所述自锁销凸出于所述凹槽结构的底面;当所述自锁销脱离所述解锁位置时,所述自锁销的自由端的端面不高于所述凹槽结构的底面与所述凸起结构的贴合面的水平高度。
在本方案中,设置自锁销卡入活动块上的解锁位置同时(该时刻同时对应为活动块驱动防脱限位销从限位槽脱出实现解锁时),自锁销凸出于凹槽结构的底面,这样,可以利用自锁销将快拆部件从凹槽结构的底面上顶起,这样可以在一定程度上拉开第一磁吸件与第二磁吸件之间的距离, 减小两者间的磁吸力,更方便于将快拆部件从安装主体上拆下,产品更具快拆便捷性。
上述技术方案中,所述安装主体还包括第一防转限位结构,所述第一防转限位结构与所述自锁机构连接;所述快拆部件还包括第二防转限位结构,所述第一防转限位结构与所述第二防转限位结构用于配合限制所述安装主体与所述快拆部件发生相对转动。
在本方案中,通过进一步利用第一防转限位结构与第二防转限位结构配合以限制安装主体与快拆部件相对转动,可以进一步提升安装主体与快拆部件连接稳定性。
上述技术方案中,所述第一防转限位结构包括防转限位销和第三弹性件,所述第三弹性件与防转限位销连接,所述第三弹性件用于驱动所述防转限位销沿所述第一方向运动;所述第二防转限位结构包括插孔,所述插孔设于所述凸起结构;所述防转限位销与所述活动块配合,所述活动块沿所述第二方向运动时释放所述防转限位销沿所述第一方向运动的自由度,以使得所述防转限位销能够与所述插孔形成插接配合;所述活动块沿所述第二方向的相反方向运动时驱动所述防转限位销沿所述第一方向的相反方向运动,以使得所述防转限位销能够与所述插孔解除插接配合。

上述技术方案中,所述安装主体上设有防滑垫,所述防滑垫用于当所述快拆部件装配于所述安装主体时与所述快拆部件抵靠配合;和/或所述快拆部件上设有防滑垫,所述防滑垫用于当所述快拆部件装配于所述安装主体时与所述安装主体抵靠配合。
在本方案中,在安装主体和/或快拆部件上设置防滑垫用于与对方配合,可以利用防滑垫增大两者间摩擦力,防止快拆部件在安装主体表面错 动,进一步提升负载装配稳定性,避免晃动问题。
上述技术方案中,所述快拆部件还包括壳体,所述壳体用于与所述负载装配,所述凸起结构设在所述壳体上,且用于与所述安装主体装配。
在本方案中,设置快拆部件还包括壳体,壳体具体例如为适于与手机、相机、摄像机、平板电脑等负载装配的背壳,利用壳体部件可方便快拆部件与负载装配连接,且利于提升快拆部件与负载之间装配稳定性,进一步避免晃动问题。

为了能够更清楚地理解本公开实施例的上述目的、特征和优点,下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本公开实施例进行进一步的详细描述。需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本申请的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。
在下面的描述中阐述了很多具体细节以便于充分理解本公开实施例,但是,本公开实施例还可以采用其他不同于在此描述的其他方式来实施,因此,本公开实施例的保护范围并不受下面公开的具体实施例的限制。
下面参照图1至图11描述根据本公开实施例一些实施例所述快拆组件。
如图1所示,本公开的第一实施例提供的快拆组件,包括安装主体100和快拆部件200。安装主体100用于连接手持云台,快拆部件200用于连接如手机、平板电脑、相机、摄像机等负载,以通过安装主体100与快拆部件200之间的装卸,实现手持云台与负载之间的装卸。其中,手持云台可以包括安装主体100,也即,安装主体100可拆分于手持云台的本体,也可不能拆分于手持云台的本体。
当然,本设计并不局限于此,可以理解的是,在其他实施方式中,安装主体100与快拆部件200在手持云台与负载之间的搭载关系可以互换。
在本实施方式中,进一步地,安装主体100大致为圆柱体,且其一个端面为正面并设有凹槽结构120,快拆部件200设有适配凹槽结构120的凸起结构220。
在本实施方式中,如图1所示安装主体100设有第一磁吸件110,快拆部件200设有第二磁吸件210,第一磁吸件110和第二磁吸件210用于磁吸配合。 具体如,第一磁吸件110和第二磁吸件210中的一个为磁铁,另一个为磁性材料(如磁铁或铁质材料)。更具体地,本实施方式中,第一磁吸件110为磁铁,安装主体100上设有四块磁铁,快拆部件200的基体采用磁性材料制作,以使快拆部件200的基体形成为第二磁吸件210,凸起结构220直接形成在第二磁吸件210上。
当然,可以理解的是,在其他实施方式中,快拆部件200的基体也可采用塑料等其他材料制作,至于快拆部件200上的第二磁吸件210,可以设置为形成在快拆部件200的基体上的磁性材料层或磁性材料块等。
在本实施方式中,如图1、图2所示,凹槽结构120的内壁面包括内周面121,凸起结构220嵌插于凹槽结构120中时,内周面121嵌套在凸起结构220的侧壁面221。另外,还设置沿凸起结构220插入凹槽结构120时的插入方向,内周面121的内径呈逐渐减小的变化趋势。当第一磁吸件110和第二磁吸件210磁吸配合时,可相向牵引安装主体100和快拆部件200,使得内周面121和凸起结构220的侧壁面221贴合连接。
这样,利用第一磁吸件110和第二磁吸件210磁吸配合,可相向牵引安装主体100和快拆部件200,以提供预紧力使安装主体100与快拆部件200维持相向靠紧,促进内周面121与凸起结构220的侧壁面221维持贴合。而利用本设计的内周面121使之与凸起结构220的侧壁面221贴合,随着预紧力促使凸起结构220不断嵌入凹槽结构120,可保证内周面121与凸起结构220的侧壁面221之间贴合紧密,从而良好地限制凸起结构220在凹槽结构120中晃动。相应地,使得快拆部件200不会在安装主体100表面上产生错动位移,总体上实现限制快拆部件200在安装主体100上的多个方向(如上、下、左、右、前、后六个方向)的自由度,确保快拆部件200在安装主体100上的装配稳定性,避免快拆部件200晃动,从而相应解决负载与手持云台之间通过快拆组件装配时存在晃动的问题。同时,本设计中的磁吸配合及凸起结构220与凹槽结构120的嵌插配合结构具有拆装方便的优点,不会影响到快拆组件的快拆功能,实现产品性能的综合提升。
在本实施方式中,进一步地,凹槽结构120的内壁面还包括底面,凹槽结构120的内周面121为斜面,斜面位于底面的边缘与凹槽结构120的开口的边缘123之间。可以理解的是,斜面可直接与底面的边缘和/或凹槽结构120的 开口的边缘123衔接,也可以在斜面与底面之间存在居中过渡面,和/或在斜面与凹槽结构120的开口的边缘123之间存在居中过渡面。利用斜面,随着凸起结构220因磁吸提供的预紧力而不断嵌入凹槽结构120,可进一步提升内周面121与凸起结构220的侧壁面221的适配贴合紧密性,提升限制晃动的效果。
当然,本方案并不局限于此,可以理解的是,对于沿凸起结构220插入凹槽结构120时的插入方向,内周面121的内径呈逐渐减小的变化趋势的条件,在其他实施方式中,凹槽结构120的内周面121也可设计为弧面。
本实施方式中,进一步优选地,斜面(也即内周面121)与底面之间形成大于130度且小于140度的夹角,可进一步提升内周面121与凸起结构220的侧壁面221的适配贴合紧密性,提升限制晃动的效果。
更优选地,斜面与底面之间形成135度的夹角。
进一步地,斜面在底面所在的平面内的投影呈圆环。
在本实施方式中,再进一步地,安装主体100上设有第一防脱限位结构,快拆部件200上设有第二防脱限位结构,第一防脱限位结构与第二防脱限位结构用于配合锁定安装主体100和快拆部件200。这样,安装主体100与快拆部件200之间形成磁吸+机械防脱的装配连接,装配更为牢固可靠,且也可相对减少第一磁吸件110与第二磁吸件210之间的磁吸力要求,这样可方便于克服磁吸力将快拆部件200从安装主体100上拆下的操作,更具快拆便利性。
具体地,如图1、图2和图4所示,第一防脱限位结构包括防脱限位销131,第二防脱结构包括限位槽231;防脱限位销131用于卡入限位槽231中,以锁定安装主体100和快拆部件200。
更具体地,如图1所示,防脱限位销131包括颈部1311和头部1312,且头部1312的外径大于颈部1311的外径,限位槽231的开口宽度介于头部1312的外径与颈部1311的外径之间。防脱限位销131的颈部1311卡入限位槽231中时,其头部1312能钩在限位槽231开口周围的部位以防止防脱限位销131脱离限位槽231,实现锁定安装主体100和快拆部件200。
在本实施方式中,如图1和图6所示,快拆部件200还设有解锁孔240,解锁孔240的孔径大于等于头部1312的外径。这样,解锁孔240可供防脱限位销131的头部1312穿入。解锁孔240的周围设有一个或多个限位槽231,且解锁孔240与限位槽231连通。这样,防脱限位销131沿解锁孔240伸入至 其颈部1311位于解锁孔240内后,防脱限位销131沿解锁孔240的径向移动可使得颈部1311配合到限位槽231中,实现锁定安装主体100和快拆部件200。且对于解锁孔240与多个限位槽231连通的情况,不仅可以实现安装主体100与快拆部件200之间的多个方向的装配,还可以在实现防脱限位销131与多个限位槽231之间装配需求的同时,精简快拆部件200上的开孔数量,减少产品加工工作量,且降低开孔对快拆部件200的结构强度的削弱影响,提升产品质量。
在本实施方式中,如图1和图6所示,优选将解锁孔240及限位槽231设于快拆部件200的凸起结构220上,防脱限位销131位于安装主体100的凹槽结构120的底面位置处。
当然,以上仅是本设计的优选技术方案。可以理解的是,本设计并不局限于防脱限位销131经解锁孔240装入限位槽231的方式,在其他实施方式中,也可以设计将限位槽231延伸至快拆部件200的边缘,并在快拆部件200的边缘处形成缺口以供防脱限位销131的颈部1311进出限位槽231。且本设计也并不局限于解锁孔240及限位槽231设于快拆部件200的凸起结构220上、防脱限位销131设于安装主体100的凹槽结构120的底面处的方式,实际上,解锁孔240及限位槽231可选择设于快拆部件200的任意位置,防脱限位销131在安装主体100上的位置对应解锁孔240及限位槽231的位置。
进一步地,限位槽231的数量为两个,解锁孔240的中心至两个限位槽231的中心的连线之间的夹角为90度。也即,参见图6,解锁孔240的中心至一限位槽231中心的连线的平行线m1与解锁孔240的中心至另一限位槽231中心的连线的平行线m2形成夹角α。可以理解,该夹角α实质等于解锁孔240的中心至一限位槽231中心的连线与解锁孔240的中心至另一限位槽231中心的连线所呈夹角。本实施方式中,夹角α的取值为90度。这样,快拆部件200可实现垂直的两个方向上的安装,使负载在手持云台上装配方位可调,并快捷实现负载在手持云台上可进行横向和纵向的90度旋转切换。
当然,以上仅是本设计的优选技术方案,可以理解的是,限位槽231的数量并不局限于2个,也可以设计为3个、4个、5个甚至更多,且解锁孔240的中心至限位槽231的中心的连线之间的夹角也不局限为90度,可以根据负载的角度调整需求进行具体选择。
在本实施方式中,安装主体100还包括自锁机构,自锁机构与防脱限位销131连接;自锁机构用于在安装主体100与快拆部件200连接时,驱动防脱限位销131卡入限位槽231中,可以实现安装主体100与快拆部件200连接的同时,防脱限位销131与限位槽231配合进行自锁,使用操作更简单、便捷,且可以防止忘记控制防脱限位销131与限位槽231锁紧的误操作隐患。
在本实施方式中,进一步地,如图2至图5所示,自锁机构包括第一弹性件151(具体如弹簧,当然也可选用弹片替换)、自锁销152、第二弹性件153(具体如弹簧,当然也可选用弹片替换)、活动块154;自锁销152的数量为一个或多个,具体例如本实施方式中,自锁销152的数量为两个,可以使对活动块154的限位效果更稳定;第一弹性件151的数量与自锁销152的数量相同,第一弹性件151与自锁销152连接,第一弹性件151用于驱动自锁销152沿第一方向(第一方向具体例如为图2至图5中所示的X1方向)运动;自锁销152穿设活动块154,且自锁销152沿第一方向的相反方向(第一方向的相反方向具体例如为图2至图5中所示的X1的相反方向)运动至脱离活动块154上的解锁位置时释放活动块154沿第二方向(第二方向具体例如为图2至图5中所示的X2方向)运动的自由度,其中,自锁销152沿第一方向X1运动至卡入解锁位置时限制活动块154沿第二方向X2运动;第二弹性件153与活动块154连接,第二弹性件153用于驱动活动块154沿第二方向X2运动;活动块154与防脱限位销131连接,且活动块154沿第二方向X2运动时驱动防脱限位销131卡入限位槽231中,活动块154沿第二方向的相反方向(第二方向的相反方向具体例如为图2至图5中所示的X2的相反方向)运动时驱动防脱限位销131脱离限位槽231。
更进一步地,安装主体100上设有按键孔101,如图2和图3所示,活动块154的部分穿接于按键孔101,并沿按键孔101凸伸于安装主体100外;如图4和图5所示,当活动块154的凸出部分1541被按压时,活动块154沿第二方向X2的相反方向运动,且活动块154释放供自锁销152沿第一方向X1运动的自由度。
另外,如图1所示,安装主体100上设有防滑垫160,安装主体100上的防滑垫160用于与快拆部件200抵靠配合,以增大安装主体100与快拆部件200之间的摩擦力,防止快拆部件200在安装主体100表面错动,进一步提升 负载装配稳定性,避免晃动问题。
可以理解的是,在其他实施方式中,也可将防滑垫160设置在快拆部件200上,使快拆部件200上的防滑垫160用于与安装主体100抵靠配合,或者,在安装主体100及快拆部件200上分别设置防滑垫以用于与对方抵靠配合。
在本实施方式中,更具体地,防滑垫160设于凹槽结构120。其中,防滑垫160贴覆于凹槽结构120的底壁122并形成为凹槽结构120内壁面的底面。在凹槽结构120的底壁122上设有第一活动孔1221和第二活动孔1222,防滑垫160上设有第一避让孔161和第二避让孔162。第一活动孔1221与第一避让孔161对应并连通,防脱限位销131穿接于第一活动孔1221及第一避让孔161,使防脱限位销131凸伸于凹槽结构120的底面。其中,优选第一活动孔1221及第一避让孔161为长圆孔,以提供防脱限位销131在解锁孔240与限位槽231之间活动的空间。
第二活动孔1222与第二避让孔162对应并连通。如图4所示,当自锁销152卡入解锁位置时,自锁销152沿第二活动孔1222及第二避让孔162穿过并凸出于凹槽结构120的底面,以使自锁销152能将凹槽结构120的底面上的凸起结构220顶起,解除凹槽结构120的底面与凸起结构220顶面的贴合连接;如图2所示,当自锁销152脱离解锁位置时,自锁销152的自由端的端面不高于凹槽结构120的底面与凸起结构220的贴合面的水平高度。具体如,当自锁销152脱离解锁位置时,使凹槽结构120的底面与凸起结构220的贴合面与自锁销152的自由端的端面平齐,或者,自锁销152的自由端的端面位于凹槽结构120的底面与凸起结构220的贴合面的一侧,且自锁销152的自由端的端面较之凹槽结构120的底面更远离凸起结构220,确保凸起结构220不被自锁销152顶起,使凹槽结构120与凸起结构220贴合良好。
更具体而言,自锁销152始终对应第二避让孔162及第二活动孔1222。
另外,自锁销152穿设活动块154的结构具体为:自锁销152包括第一销轴1521和第二销轴1522,第二销轴1522设在第一销轴1521轴向的一端,且第一销轴1521与第二销轴1522的衔接处形成有轴肩。其中,活动块154上设有销孔1542及滑孔1543,滑孔1543与销孔1542径向连通,且销孔1542的孔径大于滑孔1543的孔径,第一销轴1521的外径介于销孔1542的孔径与滑孔1543的孔径之间,第二销轴1522的外径小于滑孔1543的孔径。另外,进 一步优选设置第二避让孔162的孔径和/或第二活动孔1222的孔径小于第一销轴1521的轴径,这样第二避让孔162的孔径和/或第二活动孔1222可以对第一销轴1521形成限位作用防止自锁销152脱离安装主体120。
初始状态(如图4和图5所示):
活动块154处在使销孔1542与第二活动孔1222及第二避让孔162对应、滑孔1543与第二活动孔1222及第二避让孔162错位的位置。自锁销152在第一弹性件151的驱动下沿第一方向X1伸出,使得第一销轴1521配合在销孔1542内以实现自锁销152卡入解锁位置并限制活动块154沿第二方向X2运动。这时,由于活动块154被限位,防脱限位销131相应维持在对应解锁孔240的位置。这样,初始状态下,快拆部件200直接装于安装主体100时,解锁孔240可对防脱限位销131避让,防止快拆部件200与安装主体100出现组装干涉问题,而此时第二销轴1522穿接于第二活动孔1222及第二避让孔162并凸伸于凹槽结构120的底面。
自锁过程(如图2和图3所示):
当快拆部件200在安装主体100上装配到位时,快拆部件200的凸起结构220会触按自锁销152。具体地,快拆部件200的凸起结构220会触按第二销轴1522凸伸于凹槽结构120的底面的部位,从而使自锁销152在快拆部件200的驱动下抵抗第一弹性件151的弹力沿第一方向X1的相反方向缩回,使得自锁销152的第一销轴1521脱出销孔1542、第二销轴1522伸入销孔1542。其中,由于第二销轴1522的外径小于销孔1542的孔径且小于滑孔1543的孔径,这时,自锁销152针对活动块154沿第二方向X2运动的限位作用解除,活动块154在第二弹性件153的驱动下沿第二方向X2运动,并带动防脱限位销131使防脱限位销131卡入快拆部件200的限位槽231中,实现锁定安装主体100与快拆部件200。同时,随着活动块154沿第二方向X2运动,使得销孔1542与第二活动孔1222及第二避让孔162错位、滑孔1543与第二活动孔1222及第二避让孔162对应,且第二销轴1522相应从销孔1542进入滑孔1543,这时,第二销轴1522与第一销轴1521之间的轴肩部位止挡于滑孔1543周围的部位,以实现利用活动块154限制自锁销152沿第一方向X1运动。
解锁过程:
在安装主体100与快拆部件200锁定的状态下,当活动块154的凸出部分 1541被按压时,如图4和图5所示,活动块154会沿第二方向X2的相反方向运动,并带动防脱限位销131使防脱限位销131脱离限位槽231而到达解锁孔240中,实现解锁。同时,活动块154重回初始状态中使销孔1542与第二活动孔1222及第二避让孔162对应、滑孔1543与第二活动孔1222及第二避让孔162错位的位置。这时,活动块154与自锁销152的轴肩部位的止挡限位作用解除,自锁销152在第一弹性件151的驱动下沿第一方向X1伸出,使第一销轴1521配合在销孔1542内以实现自锁销152卡入解锁位置并限制活动块154沿第二方向X2运动,将防脱限位销131相应维持在对应解锁孔240的位置,方便快拆部件200从安装主体100上拆下。同时,也便于下次将快拆部件200装配到安装主体100上,而当自锁销152沿第一方向X1伸出的同时,第二销轴1522穿接于第二活动孔1222及第二避让孔162并凸伸于凹槽结构120的底面以将凹槽结构120的底面上的凸起结构220顶起,以使安装主体100与快拆部件200之间实现自动初步分离。这样,可方便于用户将快拆部件200从安装主体100上取下的操作,同时,通过控制第二销轴1522凸伸于凹槽结构120的底面,可供下次装配快拆组件时,形成快拆部件200的凸起结构220触按第二销轴1522凸伸于凹槽结构120的底面的部位的触发动作。
当然,以上利用同一自锁销152执行对活动块154限位以及对快拆部件200顶起的动作的方案仅是本设计的优选技术方案。可以理解的是,在其他实施例中,也可不采用自锁销152对快拆部件200顶起,而采用设置额外的顶起机构来执行解锁过程中用于将快拆部件200从安装主体100上顶起的方式,举例而言:
例如,利用电控机构控制顶起件顶起或缩回,具体如,电控机构包括检测开关和电动机构,检测开关用于检测活动块的运动,且当检测到活动块沿第二方向X2的相反方向运动时(进行解锁),向电动机构输出第一信号以触发电动机构控制顶起件将快拆部件顶起,当检测到活动块沿第二方向X2运动时(进行锁紧),向电动机构输出第二信号以触发电动机构控制顶起件缩回进行避让,当然,作为替换方案,控制顶起件缩回进行避让的动作也可由复位弹簧实现。
其中,更具体地,电动机构可包括电机及与电机连接的凸轮机构或曲柄滑块机构,或者,电动机构包括电磁推杆。
再如,利用第一机械传动机构控制顶起件顶起或缩回。具体如,第一机械 传动机构包括设置活动块上的斜面,顶起件与斜面滑动配合,当活动块沿第二方向X2的相反方向运动时(进行解锁),顶起件在斜面上做爬坡运动以上升将快拆部件顶起,当活动块沿第二方向X2运动时(进行锁紧),顶起件在斜面上做下坡运动以缩回进行避让。
又如,利用第二机械传动机构控制顶起件顶起或缩回。具体如,第二机械传动机构包括:与活动块连接的齿轮齿条机构及与齿轮齿条机构连接的凸轮机构,顶起件与凸轮机构连接,当活动块沿第二方向X2的相反方向运动时(进行解锁),驱动齿轮齿条机构中的齿轮正向旋转,齿轮正向旋转时通过凸轮机构带动顶起件将快拆部件从安装主体上顶起,当活动块沿第二方向X2运动时(进行锁紧),驱动齿轮齿条机构中的齿轮反向旋转,齿轮反向旋转时通过凸轮机构带动顶起件缩回进行避让。
在本实施方式中,进一步地,安装主体100上的凹槽结构120为圆形凹槽,凸起结构220为圆形凸台,安装主体100还包括第一防转限位结构,第一防转限位结构与自锁机构连接;快拆部件200还包括第二防转限位结构,第一防转限位结构与第二防转限位结构用于配合限制安装主体100与快拆部件200发生相对转动。
具体地,第一防转限位结构包括防转限位销141和第三弹性件142(具体如弹簧,当然也可选用弹片替换),防转限位销141的数量可为一个或多个,第三弹性件142的数量与防转限位销141的数量相同。其中,第三弹性件142与防转限位销141连接,第三弹性件142用于驱动防转限位销141沿第一方向X1运动;第二防转限位结构包括插孔251,插孔251设于凸起结构220;防转限位销141与活动块154配合,活动块154沿第二方向X2运动时释放防转限位销141沿第一方向X1运动的自由度,以使得防转限位销141能够与插孔251形成插接配合;活动块154沿第二方向X2的相反方向运动时驱动防转限位销141沿第一方向X1的相反方向运动,以使得防转限位销141能够与插孔251解除插接配合。
更具体而言,如图2和图4所示,在凹槽结构120的底壁122上还设有第三活动孔1223,在防滑垫160上还设有第三避让孔163,第三活动孔1223与第三避让孔163对应并连通,防转限位销141的一端设有滑动部,该滑动部上设有第一导向斜面1411,活动块154上设有第二导向斜面1544,第一导向斜 面1411与第二导向斜面1544适配且抵靠(例如第三弹性件142对防转限位销141的弹性支撑作用实现维持第一导向斜面1411与第二导向斜面1544抵靠),第二方向X2与第一方向X1垂直,且当活动块145沿第二方向X2或沿第二方向X2的相反方向移动时,利用第一导向斜面1411与第二导向斜面1544滑动传动配合,以引导防转限位销141沿第一方向X1或沿第一方向X1的相反方向做上升或下降运动,实现控制防转限位销141插入插孔251或脱出插孔251,其中,
如图2和图3所示,当活动块154沿第二方向X2方向运动时,第二导向斜面1544沿第二方向X2平移,这时,在与第二方向X2垂直的第一方向X1上,第一导向斜面1411产生沿第一方向X1平移的效果。由此,第二导向斜面1544产生对防转限位销141在第一方向X1的运动进行让位的效果,实现释放防转限位销141沿第一方向X1运动的自由度。这时,第三弹性件142驱动防转限位销141沿第一方向X1运动使防转限位销141的另一端插入插孔251。
如图4和图5所示,当活动块154沿第二方向X2的相反方向运动时,第二导向斜面1544沿第二方向X2的相反方向平移,这时,在与第二方向X2垂直的第一方向X1的相反方向上,第一导向斜面1411产生沿第一方向X1的相反方向平移的效果。由此,第二导向斜面1544通过下压第一导向斜面1411,使防转限位销141沿第一方向X1的相反方向运动以脱离插孔251,同时也限制了防转限位销141沿第一方向X1运动的自由度,解除对快拆部件200的防转限位作用。
当然,在其他实施方式中,也可将第三防转限位销141固设在安装主体100上,在快拆部件200与安装主体100装配时,使第三防转限位销141与插孔251对准进行嵌插配合即可。
在本实施方式中,如图1至图6所示,快拆组件还具有盖板171和后盖172,后盖172包括盖体1721和底板1722。盖体1721盖装在底板1722上,盖板171盖装于盖体1721上,第一磁吸件110设在盖板171上,盖板171、后盖172、第一磁吸件110及自锁机构中的相应结构等装设在安装主体100内。
如图2和图4所示,为快拆组件去除快拆部件后的部分结构示意图,其中,安装主体100及防滑垫160用虚线表达并以透视形式给出。
如图3和图5所示,为快拆组件去除快拆部件及底板后的结构示意图,其中,盖体1721用虚线表达并以透视形式给出。
第一弹性件151穿接于盖体1721上的通孔,且第一弹性件151的一端抵靠于底板1722,另一端抵靠在自锁销152上,第二弹性件153的一端抵靠于盖体1721的槽位,另一端抵靠于活动块154。第三弹性件142穿接于盖体1721上的通孔,且第三弹性件142的一端抵靠于底板1722,另一端抵靠在防转限位销141上。
如图7所示,为本公开的第二实施例提供的快拆组件,包括安装主体100和快拆部件200,安装主体100设有第一磁吸件110、凹槽结构120、防脱限位销131、第一弹性件151、自锁销152、第二弹性件153、活动块154、防滑垫160等,快拆部件200设有第二磁吸件210、凸起结构220、限位槽231、解锁孔240等。
与本公开的第一实施例提供的快拆组件的不同之处在于,在本实施方式中,安装主体100大致为矩形体,且其一个侧面为正面并设有凹槽结构120,快拆部件200设有适配凹槽结构120的凸起结构220。
此处具体设计凹槽结构120为矩形槽或方形槽,利用该矩形槽或方形槽在实现与凸起结构220嵌插配合以防止晃动的同时,还可实现限制安装主体100与快拆部件200之间发生转动,这样一来,可以无需再在安装主体100和快拆部件200上相应设置第一防转限位结构和第二防转限位结构进行防转限位,结构更简化。
进一步地,斜面在底面所在的平面内的投影呈边角为圆角的方形环,当然,本方案也并不局限于此,根据需求也可设计斜面为周向上间断的不连续方形环状结构。
当然,本方案也并不局限于此,出于限制安装主体100与快拆部件200相对转动的目的,也可设计凹槽结构120为椭圆形槽,相应地,内周面在底面所在平面内的投影相应呈椭圆环形,凸起结构220相应呈椭圆凸台。除此之外,还可选择设计凹槽结构120为三角形槽、五边形槽、四叶草形槽等非圆形凹槽结构,凸起结构220相应设计为三角形凸起、五边形凸起、四叶草形凸起等非圆形凸起结构。
在本实施方式中,如图7所示,快拆组件还具有盖板171和后盖172,盖 板171盖装在后盖172上,第一磁吸件110设在盖板171上,盖板171、后盖172、第一磁吸件110及自锁机构的相应结构等装设在安装主体100内。
如图8和图10所示,为快拆组件去除快拆部件后的结构示意图,其中,安装主体100及防滑垫160用虚线表达并以透视形式给出。
如图9所示,为快拆组件去除快拆部件后的结构示意图,其中,安装主体100及后盖172用虚线表达并以透视形式给出。

第一弹性件151穿接于盖体1721上的通孔,且第一弹性件151的一端抵靠于底板1722,另一端抵靠在自锁销152上。第二弹性件153的一端抵靠于安装主体100,另一端抵靠于活动块154。
上述任一实施例中,可进一步设计快拆部件200还包括壳体,壳体用于与负载装配,凸起结构220设在壳体上,且用于与安装主体100装配。
举例而言,壳体具体例如为适于与手机、相机、摄像机、平板电脑等负载装配的背壳,利用壳体部件可方便快拆部件200与负载装配连接,且利于提升快拆部件200与负载之自装配稳定性,进一步避免晃动问题。
其中,本公开的第二实施例与第一实施例的相同之处可以参照上述第一实施例的说明,在此不再赘述。
本公开实施例第二方面的实施例提供的云台组件,包括:手持云台和上述任一实施例中所述的快拆组件。

  1. 一种快拆组件,用于手持云台,其特征在于,包括:
    安装主体和快拆部件,所述安装主体和所述快拆部件中的一个用于连接所述手持云台,另一个用于连接负载;
    所述安装主体设有凹槽结构,所述快拆部件设有适配所述凹槽结构的凸起结构,所述凹槽结构的内壁面包括内周面,且沿所述凸起结构插入所述凹槽结构时的插入方向,所述内周面的内径呈逐渐减小的变化趋势;
    所述安装主体设有第一磁吸件,所述快拆部件设有第二磁吸件,所述第一磁吸件和所述第二磁吸件用于磁吸配合,以使得所述内周面和所述凸起结构的侧壁面贴合连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的快拆组件,其特征在于,所述凹槽结构的内壁面还包括底面,所述内周面为斜面,所述斜面位于所述底面的边缘与所述凹槽结构的开口的边缘之间;
    所述斜面与所述底面之间形成大于130度且小于140度的夹角。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的快拆组件,其特征在于,所述夹角为135度。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的快拆组件,其特征在于,所述斜面在所述底面所在的平面内的投影呈圆环、边角为圆角的方形环或椭圆环。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的快拆组件,其特征在于,所述安装主体上设有第一防脱限位结构,所述快拆部件上设有第二防脱限位结构,所述第一防脱限位结构与所述第二防脱限位结构用于配合锁定所述安装主体和所述快拆部件。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的快拆组件,其特征在于,所述第一防脱限位结构包括防脱限位销,所述第二防脱结构包括限位槽;
    所述防脱限位销用于卡入所述限位槽中,以锁定所述安装主体和所述快拆部件。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的快拆组件,其特征在于,所述快拆部件还设有解锁孔,所述解锁孔的周围设有一个或多个所述限位槽,且所述解锁孔与所述限位槽连通;
    所述防脱限位销包括颈部和头部,且所述头部的外径大于所述颈部的外径,所述解锁孔的孔径大于等于所述头部的外径,所述限位槽的开口宽度介于 所述头部的外径与所述颈部的外径之间。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的快拆组件,其特征在于,所述限位槽为两个,所述解锁孔的中心至两个所述限位槽的中心的连线之间的夹角为90度。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的快拆组件,其特征在于,所述安装主体还包括自锁机构,所述自锁机构与所述防脱限位销连接;
    所述自锁机构用于在所述安装主体与所述快拆部件连接时,驱动所述防脱限位销卡入所述限位槽中。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的快拆组件,其特征在于,所述自锁机构包括第一弹性件、自锁销、第二弹性件、活动块;
    所述第一弹性件与所述自锁销连接,所述第一弹性件用于驱动所述自锁销沿第一方向运动;
    所述自锁销穿设所述活动块,且所述自锁销沿所述第一方向的相反方向运动至脱离所述活动块上的解锁位置时释放所述活动块沿第二方向运动的自由度,所述自锁销沿所述第一方向运动至卡入所述解锁位置时限制所述活动块沿所述第二方向运动;
    所述第二弹性件与所述活动块连接,第二弹性件用于驱动所述活动块沿所述第二方向运动;
    所述活动块与所述防脱限位销连接,且所述活动块沿所述第二方向运动时驱动所述防脱限位销卡入所述限位槽中,所述活动块沿所述第二方向的相反方向运动时驱动所述防脱限位销脱离所述限位槽。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的快拆组件,其特征在于,所述活动块部分凸出于所述安装主体外;
    当所述活动块的凸出部分被按压时,所述活动块沿所述第二方向的相反方向运动,且所述活动块释放供所述自锁销沿所述第一方向运动的自由度。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的快拆组件,其特征在于,所述防脱限位销设于所述凹槽结构,所述限位槽设于所述凸起结构;其中,
    当所述自锁销卡入所述解锁位置时,所述自锁销凸出于所述凹槽结构的底面;
    当所述自锁销脱离所述解锁位置时,所述自锁销的自由端的端面不高于所述凹槽结构的底面与所述凸起结构的贴合面的水平高度。
  13. 根据权利要求10所述的快拆组件,其特征在于,所述安装主体还包括第一防转限位结构,所述第一防转限位结构与所述自锁机构连接;
    所述快拆部件还包括第二防转限位结构,所述第一防转限位结构与所述第二防转限位结构用于配合限制所述安装主体与所述快拆部件发生相对转动。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的快拆组件,其特征在于,所述第一防转限位结构包括防转限位销和第三弹性件,所述第三弹性件与所述防转限位销连接,所述第三弹性件用于驱动所述防转限位销沿所述第一方向运动;
    所述第二防转限位结构包括插孔,所述插孔设于所述凸起结构;
    所述防转限位销与所述活动块配合,所述活动块沿所述第二方向运动时释放所述防转限位销沿所述第一方向运动的自由度,以使得所述防转限位销能够与所述插孔形成插接配合;
    所述活动块沿所述第二方向的相反方向运动时驱动所述防转限位销沿所述第一方向的相反方向运动,以使得所述防转限位销能够与所述插孔解除插接配合。
  15. 根据权利要求1所述的快拆组件,其特征在于,
    所述安装主体上设有防滑垫,所述防滑垫用于当所述快拆部件装配于所述安装主体时与所述快拆部件抵靠配合;和/或
    所述快拆部件上设有防滑垫,所述防滑垫用于当所述快拆部件装配于所述安装主体时与所述安装主体抵靠配合。
  16. 根据权利要求1所述的快拆组件,其特征在于,所述快拆部件还包括壳体,所述壳体用于与所述负载装配,
    所述凸起结构设在所述壳体上,且用于与所述安装主体装配。

    手持云台和快拆组件;
    所述快拆组件,用于手持云台,包括:
    安装主体和快拆部件,所述安装主体和所述快拆部件中的一个用于连接所述手持云台,另一个用于连接负载;
    所述安装主体设有凹槽结构,所述快拆部件设有适配所述凹槽结构的凸起结构,所述凹槽结构的内壁面包括内周面,且沿所述凸起结构插入所述凹槽结构时的插入方向,所述内周面的内径呈逐渐减小的变化趋势;
    所述安装主体设有第一磁吸件,所述快拆部件设有第二磁吸件,所述第一磁吸件和所述第二磁吸件用于磁吸配合,以使得所述内周面和所述凸起结构的侧壁面贴合连接。

    所述快拆部件上设有防滑垫,所述防滑垫用于当所述快拆部件装配于所述安装主体时与所述安装主体抵靠配合。
  32. 根据权利要求17所述的云台组件,其特征在于,所述快拆部件还包括壳体,所述壳体用于与所述负载装配,
    所述凸起结构设在所述壳体上,且用于与所述安装主体装配。
