Abstract
L'invention concerne un amortisseur de vibrations de torsion (1) comprenant deux parties (2, 3) d'amortisseur pouvant tourner autour d'un axe de rotation (d) et pouvant tourner l'une à l'encontre de l'autre dans le sens opposé à l'effet d'un dispositif de ressort (4), à savoir une partie d'entrée et une partie de sortie. Une partie (3) d'amortisseur est formée sous la forme d'une partie de bride (9) en forme de disque, et l'autre partie (2) d'amortisseur est formée à partir de deux parties latérales (5, 6) reliées entre elles, flanquant de part et d'autre la partie de bride (9). Des ressorts de pression hélicoïdaux (14) disposés de manière répartie sur la périphérie du dispositif de ressort (4) sont logés dans des cavités à ressorts (12, 13) des parties (2, 3) d'amortisseur et sont contraints respectivement côté entrée et côté sortie dans la direction périphérique par des flancs de cavité (15, 16, 17, 18). L'invention vise à minimiser le frottement et l'usure. Les flancs de cavité (15, 16, 17, 18) respectivement d'une partie (2, 3) d'amortisseur présentent en termes de valeurs des premiers et deuxièmes angles de flanc différents par rapport à un diamètre central (D) divisant respectivement radialement à l'intérieur au centre les cavités à ressort (12, 13).
