该框架10对应每一块所述凳板30均设有一对连杆机构16,每一块凳板对应的二所述连杆机构分别连接在二所述支撑杆12的底部,用于支撑该凳板30。该连杆机构16包括转动连接在一起的摆臂162和连接臂164,该摆臂162支撑在地面上,该连接臂164可朝向该摆臂162旋转并靠在该摆臂162上方。该摆臂162外端与该支撑杆12转动连接,该摆臂162内端铰接在支撑杆12上从而可在水平面内朝向框架内侧转动。该连接臂164外端设有连接轴166,该连接轴166支撑在该凳板30底部,该连接轴166沿该凳30板的宽度方向设置并与该凳板30转动连接。所述连杆机构16支撑在该凳板30下方并保持该凳板水平放置。
请参照图3和图4,收折时,该横杆14朝框架内侧转动之后靠在该桌板20的内侧边,该桌板20便可以向下翻转竖直摆放。
请参照图5和图6,收折时,该连接臂164连同该凳板30一起朝向所述支撑杆12一侧翻转使该凳板30切换到竖直放置,此时,该连接轴166也切换到竖向方位,该摆臂162和连接臂164就可以一起朝向该凳板30内侧转动并靠在该凳板30的底部。
同样的方式,对另一块桌板20和凳板30进行收折,如图7所示。
优选地,在折叠状态下,该摆臂162与该支撑杆12之间的旋转轴线与该连接轴166在一条直线上,这样,摆臂162和连接臂164朝内旋转更顺畅。进一步,该支撑杆12的底部设有C形框122,该摆臂162的内端置于该C形框122内与该C形框转动连接,折叠状态下,该凳板30站立在该C形框122上并靠在该支撑杆12外侧,这样,折叠时结构更紧凑。
优选地,该连接臂164呈C形状,开口朝框架一侧,具有更好的受力效果。
请参照图5和图6,优选地,该凳板30底面中部沿其长度方向设有加强杆32,该连接臂164与该加强杆32之间连接一连杆40,该连杆40一端与该连接臂164铰接,该连杆40另一端与一滑套50铰接,该滑套50滑动设置在该加强杆40上。在打开状态下,该连杆40可以对凳板30中部提供一个支撑力,增强凳板30的受力。更加优选地,该加强杆32上设有插孔,该滑套50上设有活动插销,打开状态下,该活动插销插入到该插孔当中。
请参照图3,优选地,该横杆14外端设有凸点142,该桌板20底面对应该横杆设有卡块22,该卡块22对应该凸点设有弧形的滑槽221,该滑槽221的端部形成定位孔222,打开状态下,该凸点142停留在该定位孔222当中。该凸点142与该滑槽221发生相对滑动时存在摩擦力,这样保以该凸点142在更好地停留在该定位孔222当中,只有在外力作用下,才可以驱动该横杆14转动。进一步,该横杆14外端部设有把手144。
优选地,该支撑杆12顶端的左右两侧分别设有连接片124,所述连接片124与所述桌板20铰接。该桌板20的侧边设有从外侧遮住该连接片的挡片24。该框架10还包括连接在二支撑杆12之间的固定杆18。
可以理解地,本发明的折叠桌凳,左右两侧的桌板独立存在,左右两侧的凳板也是独立存在,因此,也可以设计成单桌板和单凳板的结构,即只在框架10的一侧设置桌板20和凳板30,一样具有可收折的功能,如图8所示的第二实施例。
请参照图9,本发明折叠桌凳第三种实施例的示意图,本实施例与第一种实施例的不同之处在于:桌板20并不是与框架10的支撑杆铰接,框架10顶部还设有一块中间板19,中间板19前后方向水平设置并连接在二所述支撑杆12顶部,该桌板20的两侧分别与所述中间板19铰接,该桌板20相对该中间板19可以翻转。打开状态时,该桌板20水平放置并与该中间板19在一个平面内,该中间板19介于二桌板10之间。折叠状态,该桌板向下翻转竖直摆放。由于二桌板20之间设置一块中间板19,该中间板19可以填补二桌板20之间的空隙,防止手指伸入到二桌板20之间发生安全事故。同样地,该框架上也可以设置横杆来支撑该桌板20,折叠状态,该横杆转动之后收藏地该中间板19下方,该桌板20便向下翻转竖直摆放。
请参照图10、11,本发明折叠桌凳第四种实施例的示意图,与第一种实施例的不同之处在于:该桌板20底部两侧对应二支撑杆12设有二导向杆26,该导向杆26上设有滑座262,该滑座262可沿该导向杆26滑动。该导向杆26上设有锁孔,该滑座262上设有活动插销,活动插销 与锁孔的插接配合可以对该滑座262的位置进行限定,保持桌板20在水平状态,如果需要收折桌板20,可以将活动插销和锁孔分开,即双手分别从桌板20下方操作两侧导向杆26上的活动插销。该滑座262与该支撑杆12之间设有支杆27,该支杆27的两端分别与该滑座262和该支撑杆12铰接。打开状态,该活动插销插入到该锁孔当中,所述支杆27支撑在该桌板20下方并保持该桌板20水平放置,折叠状态,该活动插销从该锁孔拔出,该桌板20向下翻转竖直摆放。该凳板30的顶面对应该支撑杆12设有让位凹槽34,折叠状态下,该让位凹槽34扣在该支撑杆12上。该桌板20顶面在内侧边的中部设有提手槽28,方便提起该折叠桌凳。
请参照图12,本发明折叠桌凳第五种实施例的示意图,与第四种实施例的不同之处在于:在桌板20下方的二导向杆26之间连接有提拉杆29,该提拉杆29的两端分别与二导向杆26转动连接,该提拉杆29与二滑座262上的活动插销连动,即转动该提拉杆29可同步下压二滑座262上的按钮从而带动二滑座262上的活动插销从该锁孔拔出,收折桌板更方便。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳实施例而已,故不能依此限定本发明实施的范围,即依本发明专利范围及说明书内容所作的等效变化与修饰,皆应仍属本发明涵盖的范围内。
工业实用性
本发明公开了一种折叠桌凳,与背景技术相比,它具有如下优点: 该摆臂和该连接臂转动连接在一起,折叠时,该连接臂连同该凳板一起翻转便可使该凳板直接切换到竖直状态,只需要一个动作就可以折起该凳板,操作非常快速和简便,而且,即便是凳板长度很长,在收折和展开时,由于该凳板可以带动两侧的连接臂同时翻转,因此,一个人也可以进行操作,使用方便。本发明在摆臂和支撑杆之间形成一个转动关系,在摆臂和连接臂之间形成另一个转动关系,在连接臂和凳板之间形成第三个转动关系,通过开合该连杆机构就直接带动凳板的翻转,结构非常简单,具有良好的工业实用性。

Claims (30)

  1. 一种折叠桌凳,具有折叠和打开两种状态,包括框架、位于该框架一侧的桌板、位于该框架一侧的凳板,该框架包括前后竖向并排设置的二支撑杆,其特征在于:该框架对应所述凳板设有一对连杆机构,二所述连杆机构分别连接在二所述支撑杆的底部,该连杆机构包括转动连接在一起的摆臂和连接臂,该摆臂支撑在地面上,该摆臂与该支撑杆转动连接,该连接臂设有连接轴,该连接轴支撑在该凳板底部,该连接轴沿该凳板的宽度方向设置并与该凳板转动连接;
    打开状态,所述连杆机构支撑在该凳板下方并保持该凳板水平放置;
    折叠状态,该连接臂连同该凳板一起朝向所述支撑杆一侧翻转使该凳板切换到竖直放置,该摆臂和连接臂一起朝向该凳板内侧转动并靠在该凳板的底部。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的折叠桌凳,其特征在于:折叠状态下,该摆臂与该支撑杆之间的旋转轴线与该连接轴在一条直线上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的折叠桌凳,其特征在于:该支撑杆的底部设有C形框,该摆臂的内端置于该C形框内与该C形框转动连接,折叠状态下,该凳板站立在该C形框上并靠在该支撑杆外侧。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的折叠桌凳,其特征在于:该连接臂折呈C形状。
  5. 根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的折叠桌凳,其特征在于:该凳板底面中部沿其长度方向设有加强杆,该连接臂与该加强杆之间连接一连杆,该连杆一端与该连接臂铰接,该连杆另一端与一滑套铰接,该 滑套滑动设置在该加强杆上;该加强杆上设有插孔,该滑套上设有活动插销,打开状态下,该活动插销插入到该插孔当中。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的折叠桌凳,其特征在于:该桌板的两侧分别与二所述支撑杆的顶部铰接,该框架对应所述桌板设有一对横杆,二所述横杆分别转动连接在二所述支撑杆的顶部;打开状态,所述横杆支撑在该桌板下方并保持该桌板水平放置,折叠状态,该横杆转动之后靠在该桌板的内侧边,该桌板向下翻转竖直摆放。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的折叠桌凳,其特征在于:该横杆外端设有凸点,该桌板底面对应该横杆设有卡块,该卡块对应该凸点设有弧形的滑槽,该滑槽的端部形成定位孔,打开状态下,该凸点停留在该定位孔当中。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的折叠桌凳,其特征在于:该支撑杆顶端的左右两侧分别设有连接片,所述连接片与所述桌板铰接。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的折叠桌凳,其特征在于:该桌板的侧边设有从外侧遮住该连接片的挡片。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的折叠桌凳,其特征在于:该桌板的两侧分别与二所述支撑杆的顶部铰接,该桌板底部两侧对应二支撑杆设有二导向杆,该导向杆上设有滑座,该滑座可沿该导向杆滑动,该导向杆上设有锁孔,该滑座上设有活动插销,该滑座与该支撑杆之间设有支杆,该支杆的两端分别与该滑座和该支撑杆铰接;打开状态,该活动插销插入到该锁孔当中,所述支杆支撑在该桌板下方并保持该桌板水平放置,折叠状态,该活动插销从该锁孔拔出,该桌板向下翻转竖直摆放。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的折叠桌凳,其特征在于:该桌板下方的二导向杆之间连接有提拉杆,该提拉杆与该导向杆转动连接,该提拉杆与二滑座上的活动插销连动,转动该提拉杆可带动该活动插销从该锁孔拔出。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的折叠桌凳,其特征在于:该凳板的顶面对应该支撑杆设有让位凹槽,折叠状态下,该让位凹槽扣在该支撑杆上。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的折叠桌凳,其特征在于:该桌板是两张并对称设置在该框架左右两侧,该凳板是两张并对称设置在该框架左右两侧。
  14. 一种折叠桌凳,具有折叠和打开两种状态,包括框架、对称设置在该框架左右两侧的一对桌板、对称设置在该框架左右两侧的一对凳板,该框架包括前后竖向并排设置的二支撑杆,其特征在于:该框架对应每一块所述凳板均设有一对连杆机构,每一块凳板对应的二所述连杆机构分别连接在二所述支撑杆的底部,该连杆机构包括转动连接在一起的摆臂和连接臂,该摆臂支撑在地面上,该摆臂与该支撑杆转动连接,该连接臂设有连接轴,该连接轴支撑在该凳板底部,该连接轴沿该凳板的宽度方向设置并与该凳板转动连接;
    打开状态,所述连杆机构支撑在该凳板下方并保持该凳板水平放置;
    折叠状态,该连接臂连同该凳板一起朝向所述支撑杆一侧翻转使该凳板切换到竖直放置,该摆臂和连接臂一起朝向该凳板内侧转动并靠在该凳板的底部。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的折叠桌凳,其特征在于:该桌板的两侧分别与二所述支撑杆的顶部铰接,该框架对应每一块所述桌板均设有一对横杆,每一块桌板对应的二所述横杆分别转动连接在二所述支撑杆的顶部,打开状态,所述横杆支撑在该桌板下方并保持该桌板水平放置,折叠状态,该横杆转动之后靠在该桌板的内侧边,该桌板向下翻转竖直摆放。
  16. 根据权利要求14所述的折叠桌凳,其特征在于:该桌板的两侧分别与二所述支撑杆的顶部铰接,该桌板底部两侧对应二支撑杆设有二导向杆,该导向杆上设有滑座,该滑座可沿该导向杆滑动,该导向杆上设有锁孔,该滑座上设有活动插销,该滑座与该支撑杆之间设有支杆,该支杆的两端分别与该滑座和该支撑杆铰接;打开状态,该活动插销插入到该锁孔当中,所述支杆支撑在该桌板下方并保持该桌板水平放置,折叠状态,该活动插销从该锁孔拔出,该桌板向下翻转竖直摆放。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的折叠桌凳,其特征在于:该桌板下方的二导向杆之间连接有提拉杆,该提拉杆与该导向杆转动连接,该提拉杆与二滑座上的活动插销连动,转动该提拉杆可带动该活动插销从该锁孔拔出。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的折叠桌凳,其特征在于:该凳板的顶面对应该支撑杆设有让位凹槽,折叠状态下,该让位凹槽扣在该支撑杆上。
  19. 一种折叠桌凳,具有折叠和打开两种状态,包括框架、对称设置在该框架左右两侧的一对桌板、对称设置在该框架左右两侧的一对凳 板,该框架包括前后竖向并排设置的二支撑杆,其特征在于:该框架还包括连接在二所述支撑杆顶部的中间板,该桌板的两侧分别与所述中间板铰接,该框架对应每一块所述凳板均设有一对连杆机构,每一块凳板对应的二所述连杆机构分别连接在二所述支撑杆的底部,该连杆机构包括转动连接在一起的摆臂和连接臂,该摆臂支撑在地面上,该摆臂外端与该支撑杆转动连接,该连接臂外端设有连接轴,该连接轴支撑在该凳板底部,该连接轴沿该凳板的宽度方向设置并与该凳板转动连接;
    打开状态,该桌板水平放置并与该中间板在一个平面内,该中间板介于二桌板之间,所述连杆机构支撑在该凳板下方并保持该凳板水平放置;
    折叠状态,该桌板向下翻转竖直摆放,该连接臂连同该凳板一起朝向所述支撑杆一侧翻转使该凳板切换到竖直放置,该摆臂和连接臂一起朝向该凳板内侧转动并靠在该凳板的底部。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的折叠桌凳,其特征在于:该框架对应每一块所述桌板均设有一对横杆,每一块桌板对应的二所述横杆分别转动连接在二所述支撑杆的顶部,打开状态,所述横杆支撑在该桌板下方并保持该桌板水平放置,折叠状态,该横杆转动之后收藏地该中间板下方,该桌板向下翻转竖直摆放。
  21. 根据权利要求19所述的折叠桌凳,其特征在于:该桌板底部两侧对应二支撑杆设有二导向杆,该导向杆上设有滑座,该滑座可沿该导向杆滑动,该导向杆上设有锁孔,该滑座上设有活动插销,该滑座与该支撑杆之间设有支杆,该支杆的两端分别与该滑座和该支撑杆铰接;打 开状态,该活动插销插入到该锁孔当中,所述支杆支撑在该桌板下方并保持该桌板水平放置,折叠状态,该活动插销从该锁孔拔出,该桌板向下翻转竖直摆放。
  22. 根据权利要求21所述的折叠桌凳,其特征在于:该桌板下方的二导向杆之间连接有提拉杆,该提拉杆与该导向杆转动连接,该提拉杆与二滑座上的活动插销连动,转动该提拉杆可带动该活动插销从该锁孔拔出。
  23. 根据权利要求19所述的折叠桌凳,其特征在于:该凳板的顶面对应该支撑杆设有让位凹槽,折叠状态下,该让位凹槽扣在该支撑杆上。
  24. 一种可折叠桌凳的折叠方法,包括框架、位于该框架一侧的桌板、位于该框架一侧的凳板,该框架包括并排设置的二支撑杆,该框架对应所述凳板设有一对连杆机构,二所述连杆机构分别连接在二所述支撑杆的底部,其特征在于:该连杆机构包括摆臂和连接臂,该连接臂支撑于所述凳板,所述连接臂与所述摆臂为可转动连接,该摆臂支撑在地面上,该摆臂与该支撑杆转动连接,该连接臂支撑在该凳板底部,并与该凳板枢接;折叠方法为:该连接臂连同该凳板朝向所述框架一侧翻转,使该凳板切换到大致平行于所述支撑杆,该摆臂带着连接臂朝向该凳板中央转动到大致在该凳板的底部。
  25. 根据权利要求24所述的一种可折叠桌凳的折叠方法,其特征在于该连接臂设有连接轴,该连接轴支撑在该凳板底部,该连接轴沿该凳板的宽度方向设置并与该凳板转动枢接。
  26. 根据权利要求24或25所述的一种可折叠桌凳的折叠方法,该 桌板的两侧分别与二所述支撑杆的铰接,该框架对应所述桌板设有一对横杆,二所述横杆分别转动连接在二所述支撑杆;打开时,所述横杆支撑在该桌板下方并保持该桌板水平放置;折叠时,该横杆转动之后靠在该桌板的内侧边,该桌板向下翻转大致平行于支撑杆。
  27. 一种可折叠桌凳,包括框架、位于该框架一侧的桌板、位于该框架一侧的凳板,该框架包括并排设置的二支撑杆,该框架对应所述凳板设有一对连杆机构,二所述连杆机构分别连接在二所述支撑杆的底部,其特征在于:该连杆机构包括摆臂和连接臂,该连接臂支撑于所述凳板,所述摆臂和所述支撑杆之间形成一个转动关系,在所述摆臂和所述连接臂之间形成另一个转动关系,在所述连接臂和所述凳板之间形成第三个转动关系,通过开合该连杆机构就直接带动凳板的翻转,折叠方法为:该连接臂连同该凳板朝向所述框架一侧翻转,使该凳板切换到大致平行于所述支撑杆,该摆臂带着连接臂朝向该凳板中央转动到大致在该凳板的底部。
  28. 根据权利要求27所述的一种可折叠桌凳,其特征在于该桌板的两侧分别与二所述支撑杆的铰接,该框架对应所述桌板设有一对横杆,二所述横杆分别转动连接在二所述支撑杆;打开时,所述横杆支撑在该桌板下方并保持该桌板水平放置;折叠时,该横杆转动之后靠在该桌板的内侧边,该桌板向下翻转大致平行于支撑杆。
  29. 根据权利要求27所述的一种可折叠桌凳,其特征在于:该框架还包括连接在二所述支撑杆顶部的中间板,该桌板的两侧分别与所述中间板铰接,该桌板相对该中间板可翻转。
  30. 根据权利要求27或28所述的可折叠桌凳,其特征在于:该桌板是两张并对称设置在该框架左右两侧,该凳板是两张并对称设置在该框架左右两侧。
