Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种折叠装置，包括由第一结构单元和第二结构单元构成的本体，所述两结构单元之间通过连接片铰接，所述两结构单元的外侧端铰接有第三连杆，所述第三连杆上设有两第一支撑脚，所述两第一支撑脚之间铰接有第四连杆，所述第四连杆的中部与第一连杆的一端连接，所述第一连杆的另一端与第二连杆滑动连接，所述第二连杆的另一端与结构单元的旁侧端铰接。本折叠装置结构简单，第一连杆能被收折到与结构单元同一平面，同时调整横杆位置及结构单元长度，使收折后的厚度更小，更加节约空间。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种折叠装置。
背景技术
现有的折叠桌、椅实现了收折的效果，但是其在折叠后多数杆件会重叠在一起，使折叠装置的厚度增加，非常占用空间。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题，本实用新型的目的在于提供一种折叠装置。
本实用新型通过以下技术方案来实现：
一种折叠装置，包括由第一结构单元和第二结构单元构成的本体，所述两结构单元之间通过连接片铰接，所述两结构单元的外侧端铰接有第三连杆，所述第三连杆上设有两第一支撑脚，所述两第一支撑脚之间铰接有第四连杆，所述第四连杆的中部与第一连杆的一端连接，所述第一连杆的另一端与第二连杆滑动连接，所述第二连杆的另一端与结构单元的旁侧端铰接。
本实用新型实施例中，所述第二连杆为Z型。
本实用新型实施例中，所述连接片上设有固定支架，所述固定支架包括连接在连接片上的第五连杆，所述第五连杆上设有一组第二支撑脚。
本实用新型实施例中，所述每组第一支撑脚的下端连接有第一横杆，所述第一横杆设置在第一支撑脚的外侧。
本实用新型实施例中，所述第一结构单元上的第三连杆到第五连杆的距离小于所述第二结构单元上的第三连杆到第五连杆的距离。
本实用新型实施例中，所述两第二支撑脚的下端连接有一第二横杆，所述第二横杆连接在第二支撑脚的端部。
本实用新型实施例中，所述第二支撑脚和第二横杆纵向长度的和等于第一支撑脚的长度。
本实用新型实施例中，在第一结构单元中，所述第三连杆到第五连杆的距离要大于两个第一支撑脚的长度。
本实用新型实施例中，所述第一横杆和第二横杆的两端设有防滑套。
本实用新型实施例中，所述第一结构单元的旁侧端设有卡环，所述第二结构单元的旁侧端设有与所述卡环配合的卡柱。
本实用新型的一种折叠装置，具有如下有益效果：
1、本折叠装置结构简单，第一连杆能被收折到与结构单元同一平面，同时调整横杆位置及结构单元长度，使收折后的厚度更小，更加节约空间。
2、在两结构单元之间增加卡扣结构，使收折后的两结构单元不易散开。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本实用新型实施例中的附图，对本实用新型实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。显然，所描述的实施例仅仅是本实用新型一部分实施例，而不是全部的实施例。基于本实用新型中的实施例，本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动的前提下所获得的所有其他实施例，都属于本实用新型保护的范围。
此处所称的“一个实施例”或“实施例”是指可包含于本实用新型至少一个实现方式中的特定特征、结构或特性。在本实用新型的描述中，需要理解的是，术语“上”、“下”、“顶”、“底”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系，仅是为了便于描述本实用新型和简化描述，而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作，因此不能理解为对本实用新型的限制。此外，术语“第一”、“第二”仅用于描述目的，而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量。由此，限定有“第一”、“第二”的特征可以明示或者隐含的包括一个或者更多个该特征。而且，术语“第一”、“第二”等是用于区别类似的对象，而不必用于描述特定的顺序或先后次序。应该理解这样使用的数据在适当情况下可以互换，以便这里描述的本实用新型的实施例能够以除了在这里图示或描述的那些以外的顺序实施。
参考说明书附图，本实用新型公开了一种折叠装置，包括由第一结构单元10和第二结构单元20构成的本体30，两结构单元之间通过连接片40铰接，两结构单元的外侧设有能收折的第一支撑脚11。具体地，两结构单元的外侧端铰接有第三连杆14，第三连杆上设有两第一支撑脚，这样第一支撑脚就能随着第三连杆向内转动。为优化第一支撑脚的收折，在两第一支撑脚之间铰接第四连杆15，第四连杆的中部与第一连杆12的一端固定连接，第一连杆的另一端与第二连杆13滑动连接，第二连杆的另一端与结构单元的旁侧端铰接。因为第一连杆通过第四连杆与第一支撑脚的铰接实现第一连杆的转动，所以第一连杆收折后能够与结构单元处于一个平面，这样收折后的厚度更小，更加节约空间。
其中，第一连杆和第二连杆之间通过滑套50实现滑动连接。第一连杆的一端固定连接在第四连杆上，第一连杆的另一端插设在滑套内且能在滑套内移动。滑套上设有插销和按钮等，当支撑脚展开、第一连杆滑动到最长位置时，滑套上的插销能将第一连杆锁死，保持第一连杆和第二连杆的相对位置。该第二连杆为Z型，第二连杆的一端固定在滑套的外侧，第二连杆的另一端铰接在结构单元侧边的边框上。第二连杆的中间段用于支撑，中间段上可以设置开槽，以此来减轻重量，但也能保持相对的强度。
进一步地，连接片上设有固定支架60。固定支架包括连接在连接片上的第五连杆61，第五连杆上设有一组第二支撑脚62。其中，固定架固定设置在连接片的内侧中间，第一结构单元和第二结构单元分别铰接在连接片的外侧的两端，因此第一结构单元和第二结构单元能绕着固定架转动，从而进行收折。
进一步地，为增加支撑脚的稳定性，在每组支撑脚的下端加设横杆。其中每组第一支撑脚的下端连接有第一横杆16，第一横杆设置在第一支撑脚的外侧。两第二支撑脚的下端连接有一第二横杆63，第二横杆连接在第二支撑脚的端部。为保持折叠装置本体的平稳，第二支撑脚和第二横杆纵向长度的和等于第一支撑脚的长度，这样展开使用时两组支撑脚能平稳的站立。更进一步的，第一结构单元上的第三连杆到第五连杆的距离小于第二结构单元上的第三连杆到第五连杆的距离，这个距离差要大于一个第一横杆的高度。这样在第一结构单元和第二结构单元都收折后，两个第一横杆之间不会重叠，两个第一横杆能并排收折到一个平面，减少占用的空间。为避免第二横杆与第一支撑脚重叠，在第一结构单元中，第三连杆到第五连杆的距离要大于两个第一支撑脚的长度。
进一步地，为避免横杆在地面上打滑，第一横杆和第二横杆的两端设有防滑套70。在使用时，结构单元的上侧可以设置面板80，面板的周围具有向下延伸的挡边81，该挡边包围结构单元的边框，两者之间通过螺钉固定连接。面板可以是吸塑板、木板之类，结构单元可以是空心管件结构，以此来减轻折叠装置的重量。
进一步地，两个结构单元之间设置卡扣结构。其中，第一结构单元的侧边的边框上设有卡环91，第二结构单元的侧边的边框上设有与所述卡环配合的卡柱92。其中，卡环具有U形开口，开口处具有扩张部93，卡柱为与开口配合的圆柱形。两结构单元收折后，卡柱和卡环就能配合连接。

Claims (10)

1.一种折叠装置，其特征在于，包括由第一结构单元和第二结构单元构成的本体，所述两结构单元之间通过连接片铰接，所述两结构单元的外侧端铰接有第三连杆，所述第三连杆上设有两第一支撑脚，所述两第一支撑脚之间铰接有第四连杆，所述第四连杆的中部与第一连杆的一端连接，所述第一连杆的另一端与第二连杆滑动连接，所述第二连杆的另一端与结构单元的旁侧端铰接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种折叠装置，其特征在于，所述第二连杆为Z型。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种折叠装置，其特征在于，所述连接片上设有固定支架，所述固定支架包括连接在连接片上的第五连杆，所述第五连杆上设有一组第二支撑脚。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种折叠装置，其特征在于，所述每组第一支撑脚的下端连接有第一横杆，所述第一横杆设置在第一支撑脚的外侧。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种折叠装置，其特征在于，所述第一结构单元上的第三连杆到第五连杆的距离小于所述第二结构单元上的第三连杆到第五连杆的距离。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种折叠装置，其特征在于，所述两第二支撑脚的下端连接有一第二横杆，所述第二横杆连接在第二支撑脚的端部。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种折叠装置，其特征在于，所述第二支撑脚和第二横杆纵向长度的和等于第一支撑脚的长度。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种折叠装置，其特征在于，在第一结构单元中，所述第三连杆到第五连杆的距离要大于两个第一支撑脚的长度。
9.根据权利要求6所述的一种折叠装置，其特征在于，所述第一横杆和第二横杆的两端设有防滑套。
10.根据权利要求1-9任一所述的一种折叠装置，其特征在于，所述第一结构单元的旁侧端设有卡环，所述第二结构单元的旁侧端设有与所述卡环配合的卡柱。
