相关技术中的烹饪器具,通过设置抽气装置以将烹饪器具的烹饪腔抽成负压状态,从而对米饭进行长时间保鲜,但是当烹饪腔处于负压状态时,用户无法打开锅盖。
为了解决上述问题,烹饪器具上设置带有微动开关的开盖按钮组件,当用户按下开盖按钮会触动微动开关,从而先解除烹饪腔的负压状态、再执行开盖动作。然而,若开盖按钮组件出现卡滞,则不能正常触发微动开关,即无法实现开盖前的泄压动作,影响用户体验。
发明内容
本申请旨在至少解决现有技术中存在的技术问题之一。为此,本申请的一个目的在于提出一种烹饪器具的控制方法,所述控制方法的步骤简单,可以实现开盖前的泄压动作,提高烹饪器具的使用可靠性。
本申请还提出一种烹饪器具。
根据本申请第一方面实施例的烹饪器具的控制方法,所述烹饪器具包括锅体、锅盖、抽气装置、泄压装置,所述锅体具有顶部敞开的烹饪腔,所述锅盖具有抽气孔和泄压孔且在打开位置和关闭位置之间可活动地安装至所述锅体,所述抽气装置用于将所述烹饪腔内抽成负压状态,所述泄压装置用于打开和封堵所述泄压孔,所述锅盖或所述锅体设有开盖触控组件,所述控制方法包括以下步骤:获取所述开盖触控组件发出的开盖信号;检测所述烹饪腔内的气压是否为负压状态;若所述烹饪腔内的气压为负压状态,则控制泄压装置打开所述泄压孔,直至所述烹饪腔内的气压恢复至常压状态打开锅盖。
根据本申请实施例的烹饪器具的控制方法,通过设置开盖触控组件,用户可以通过操控开盖触控组件进行安全开盖,与相关技术中采用按钮组件触动微动开关的开盖方式 相比,不会因按钮组件出现卡滞现象而无法正常开盖的问题,使用体验更好。
根据本申请的一个实施例,所述开盖触控组件包括触控按钮和触控模块,所述触控模块用于感应作用在所述触控按钮上的触控动作,并根据所述触控动作生成所述开盖信号。
根据本申请的一个可选的实施例,在所述获取所述开盖触控组件发出的开盖信号之前,当所述触控模块感应到所述触控动作持续第一预设时间后,根据所述触控动作生成所述触控信号。
根据本申请的另一个可选的实施例,还包括用于检测用户是否靠近所述烹饪器具的人体感应模块,在所述获取所述开盖触控组件发出的开盖信号之前,当检测到用户靠近所述烹饪器具达到第二预设时间且所述触控模块感应到所述触控动作时,所述触控模块根据所述触控动作生成所述开盖信号。
在一些示例中,在所述获取所述开盖触控组件发出的开盖信号之前,当检测到在所述第二预设时间内、用户与所述烹饪器具之间的距离小于等于预设距离且所述触控模块感应到所述触控动作时,所述触控模块根据所述触控动作生成所述开盖信号。
在一些示例中,所述人体感应模块为红外感应传感器、距离传感器或摄像头。
根据本申请的又一个可选的实施例,所述锅体或所述锅盖还设有辅助功能键,在所述获取所述开盖触控组件发出的开盖信号之前,当同时或连续操控所述触控按钮和所述辅助功能键时,所述触控模块根据所述触控动作生成所述开盖信号。
根据本申请第二方面实施例的烹饪器具,包括控制器,所述控制器与所述抽气装置、所述泄压装置、所述开盖触控组件通讯,所述控制器执行如上述实施例所述的烹饪器具的控制方法。
根据本申请的一个实施例,所述开盖触控组件包括:按钮座,所述按钮座限定出一侧敞开的容纳腔;触控按钮,所述触控按钮设于所述容纳腔内;触控模块,所述触控模块与所述触控按钮连接且与所述控制器通讯。
根据本申请的一个实施例,还包括在锁紧位置和分离位置之间可活动的锁紧件,当所述锁紧件位于所述锁紧位置时,所述锅盖锁紧在所述关闭位置;当所述锁紧件位于所述分离位置时,所述锅盖脱离所述关闭位置。
根据本申请第三方面实施例的烹饪器具包括:锅体、锅盖、开盖按钮以及机械泄压件,所述锅体具有内锅,所述内锅内限定出烹饪腔;所述锅盖可开闭地设于所述锅体上,所述锅盖包括上盖本体、电动泄压件以及第一密封件,所述上盖本体具有与所述烹饪腔相对设置的泄压孔和泄压腔,所述电动泄压件被构造成可被电控驱动所述第一密封件敞开或封闭所述泄压孔;所述开盖按钮设于所述锅体或所述锅盖上;所述机械泄压件与所 述开盖按钮连接或联动,所述机械泄压件被构造成:在所述开盖按钮被按压时驱动所述第一密封件敞开所述泄压孔,和/或者解除所述锅盖与所述内锅的密封。
根据本申请实施例的烹饪器具,通过设置开盖按钮以及机械泄压件,以在按动开盖按钮时,对烹饪腔泄压,按下开盖按钮的同时能够泄压并且打开盖体,操作方便快捷。这样,在电动泄压件与机械泄压件互不干扰的前提下,不仅操作者可以在电动泄压件出现故障、无法泄压时或者突然断电时,手动对烹饪腔进行泄压,避免烹饪器具在负压状态下长时间放置,可以提高烹饪器具的使用安全性,降低甚至消除安全隐患。
根据本申请的一些实施例,所述机械泄压件被构造成:在所述开盖按钮被按压时驱动所述第一密封件敞开所述泄压孔,所述开盖按钮和所述机械泄压件均设于所述上盖本体上。
在一些实施例中,所述第一密封件为密封球,所述机械泄压件为泄压推杆,所述泄压推杆和所述开盖按钮沿与所述泄压孔的中心轴线平行的方向可滑动地设于所述上盖本体,所述泄压推杆具有朝向所述第一密封件设置的、自上向下逐渐远离所述泄压孔延伸的倾斜推面,所述倾斜推面适于推抵所述第一密封件敞开所述泄压孔。
进一步地,所述上盖本体包括依次连接的面盖、内盖以及盖板,所述泄压孔至少贯通所述盖板,所述泄压腔形成在所述面盖和所述内盖之间,所述面盖的顶壁具有与所述开盖按钮滑动配合的第一安装通孔,所述内盖的顶壁具有与所述泄压推杆滑动配合的第二安装通孔,所述泄压推杆的上端连接于所述开盖按钮的底部且下端穿过所述第二安装通孔以伸入所述泄压腔内。
在一些实施例中,所述机械泄压件被构造成:在所述开盖按钮被按压时驱动所述第一密封件敞开所述泄压孔,所述开盖按钮设于所述锅体上且所述机械泄压件设于所述锅盖上。
进一步地,所述机械泄压件为泄压连杆,所述开盖按钮的上端设有延伸杆,所述延伸杆自所述锅体的上端伸出且伸入所述锅盖内以适于驱动位于所述锅盖内的泄压连杆。
进一步地,所述泄压连杆沿垂直于所述泄压孔的中心轴线的方向可滑动地设于所述上盖本体。
可选地,所述上盖本体包括依次连接的面盖、内盖以及盖板,所述泄压孔至少贯通所述盖板,所述泄压腔形成在所述面盖和所述内盖之间,所述泄压连杆包括纵杆和横杆,所述纵杆穿过所述内盖,所述横杆位于所述内盖和所述面盖之间,所述横杆伸入所述泄压腔内以适于与位于所述锅盖内的第一密封件推抵配合。
在一些实施例中,所述开盖按钮与所述机械泄压件枢转连接或者推抵配合。
进一步地,所述烹饪器具还包括弹性复位件,所述弹性复位件与所述开盖按钮和所 述机械泄压件中的至少一个连接以带动两者复位。
在一些实施例中,所述锅盖具有第二密封件,所述第二密封件适于在锅盖关闭时与所述内锅适配以密封所述烹饪腔,所述机械泄压件被构造成:在所述开盖按钮被按压时作用于所述第二密封件以解除所述锅盖与所述内锅的密封。
进一步地,所述第二密封件为连接在所述上盖本体的下端的密封环,所述机械泄压件具有撬动爪,所述撬动爪在所述开盖按钮被按下时插入所述第二密封件和所述内锅之间以使所述第二密封件与所述内锅之间形成间隙。
可选地,所述机械泄压件和所述开盖按钮一体成型且设于所述锅体上,所述锅体的外侧壁具有第三安装通孔,所述锅体的顶壁具有第四安装通孔,所述开盖按钮穿过所述第三安装通孔且通过弹簧止抵在所述锅体的内侧壁上,所述机械泄压件可滑动地设于所述第四安装通孔上。
根据本实用新型的一些实施例,所述开盖按钮被构造成在被按压时解锁所述锅盖与所述锅体。

下面详细描述本申请的实施例,所述实施例的示例在附图中示出,其中自始至终相同或类似的标号表示相同或类似的元件或具有相同或类似功能的元件。下面通过参考附图描述的实施例是示例性的,仅用于解释本申请,而不能理解为对本申请的限制。
下面参考图1-图5描述根据本申请第一方面实施例的烹饪器具的控制方法。
如图1至图5所示,根据本申请实施例的烹饪器具100包括锅体10、锅盖20、抽气装置70、泄压装置80,锅体10具有顶部敞开的烹饪腔a,锅盖20具有抽气孔214和泄压孔b,并且锅盖20在打开位置和关闭位置之间可活动地安装至锅体10,抽气装置70与抽气孔214连通,用于将烹饪腔a内抽成负压状态,泄压装置80用于打开和封堵泄压孔b,锅盖20或锅体10设有开盖触控组件90。这里的“负压状态”为烹饪腔内的气压低于常压(即一个大气压)的状态。
其中,锅盖20可枢转地安装在锅体10上,锅盖20包括内盖212、盖板213和面盖211,盖板213设在内盖212的朝向烹饪腔a的一侧,面盖211设在内盖212的背向烹饪腔a的一侧,抽气孔214和泄压孔b设在盖板213上。
进一步地,烹饪器具的控制方法包括以下步骤:
S1、获取开盖触控组件发出的开盖信号;
S2、检测烹饪腔内的气压是否为负压状态;
S3、若烹饪腔内的气压为负压状态,则控制泄压装置打开泄压孔,直至烹饪腔内的气压恢复至常压状态打开锅盖。
具体地,烹饪器具100在工作时,当用户需要中途开盖,首先操控开盖触控组件90,开盖触控组件90发出开盖信号,若检测到烹饪腔a内的气压为负压状态,则控制泄压装置80打开泄压孔b,从而进行泄压,当烹饪腔a内的气压恢复至常压时,执行开盖动作;若检测到烹饪腔a内的气压为常压状态,则直接执行开盖动作。

在一些示例中,触控模块92可以为压力传感器,即压力传感器用于感应作用在触控按钮91上的作用力,并将感应到的作用力生成开盖信号;当然触控模块92也可以为其他类型的传感器。
根据本申请的一个可选的实施例,在获取开盖触控组件90发出的开盖信号之前,当触控模块92感应到触控动作持续第一预设时间后,根据触控动作生成触控信号。
也就是说,烹饪器具100在工作时,当用户需要中途开盖,首先人手长按触控按钮91,这里的按压触控按钮91即为触控动作,当触控模块92感应到人手长按触控按钮91的时间达到第一预设时间时,则根据触控动作生成触控信号,由此可以防止用户因误操作而导致开盖的问题发生。
根据本申请的另一个可选的实施例,烹饪器具100还包括用于检测用户是否靠近烹饪器具的人体感应模块(未示出),在获取开盖触控组件90发出的开盖信号之前,当检测到用户靠近烹饪器具100达到第二预设时间且触控模块92感应到触控动作时,触控模块92根据触控动作生成开盖信号。
具体地,烹饪器具100在工作时,当用户需要中途开盖,首先人手操控触控按钮91,同时人体感应模块检测是否有人靠近烹饪器具100,若检测到用户靠近烹饪器具100的时间达到第二预设时间,则触控模块92根据触控动作生成开盖信号。由此可以防止用户因误操作而导致开盖的问题发生。
在一些示例中,在获取开盖触控组件发出的开盖信号之前,当检测到在第二预设时间内、用户与烹饪器具之间的距离小于等于预设距离且触控模块感应到触控动作时,触控模块根据触控动作生成开盖信号。例如,人体感应模块设在烹饪器具100的正面,在第二预设时间内、当用户站在距离烹饪器具100前面为预设距离的位置时,按动触控按钮91,从而触发触控模块92,输出开盖信号。
在一些示例中,人体感应模块为红外感应传感器、距离传感器或摄像头,人体感应模块的结构简单,可以直观地检测是否有人靠近烹饪器具,从而方便后续的控制。
根据本申请的另一个可选的实施例,锅体10或锅盖20还设有辅助功能键(未示出),在获取开盖触控组件90发出的开盖信号之前,当同时或连续操控触控按钮91和辅助功能键时,触控模块92根据触控动作生成开盖信号。由此可以防止用户因单独对触控按钮91进行误操作而导致开盖的问题发生。
根据本申请实施例的烹饪器具100包括控制器(未示出),也就是说,烹饪器具100包括锅体10、锅盖20、抽气装置70、泄压装置80、开盖触控组件90和控制器。控制器与抽气装置70、泄压装置80、开盖触控组件90通讯,控制器执行如上述实施例所述的烹饪器具的控制方法。
根据本申请实施例的烹饪器具100,通过执行上述控制方法,用户可以通过操控开盖触控组件90进行安全开盖,与相关技术中采用按钮组件触动微动开关的开盖方式相比,不会因按钮组件出现卡滞现象而无法正常开盖的问题,使用体验更好。
根据本申请的一个实施例,开盖触控组件90包括按钮座93、触控按钮91和触控模块92。按钮座93限定出一侧敞开的容纳腔931。触控按钮91设于容纳腔931内。触控模块92与触控按钮91连接且与控制器通讯。
当用户需要中途开盖,首先用手按压触控按钮91,触控模块92感应到作用在触控按钮91上的触控动作,然后将感应到的触控动作生成开盖信号,反馈至控制器,然后控制器控制泄压装置80打开泄压孔b进行泄压,当烹饪腔a内的气压恢复至常压时,执行开盖动作。
在一些示例中,触控按钮91可移动地设于容纳腔931,触控按钮91具有导向柱911,按钮座93具有与导向柱911配合的导槽932,触控模块92位于触控按钮91与按钮座93之间。通过设置导向柱911以及与导向柱911配合的导槽932,可以保证触控按钮91的正常移动,防止其发生卡滞现象。
根据本申请实施例的烹饪器具100还包括在锁紧位置和分离位置之间可活动的锁紧件,当锁紧件位于锁紧位置时,锅盖20锁紧在关闭位置;当锁紧件位于分离位置时,锅盖20脱离关闭位置。
烹饪器具100在工作时,若用户需要中途开盖,可以通过按压触控按钮91,待到烹饪腔a内的气压恢复至常压状态,用户可以手动开盖或者通过控制器进一步控制锁紧件向分离位置活动,从而使锅盖20脱离关闭位置。
下面结合图1-图5详细描述根据本申请第二方面实施例的烹饪器具100。这里的烹饪器具100可以为电饭煲、电压力锅等。
根据本申请实施例的烹饪器具100包括锅体10、锅盖20、抽气装置70、泄压装置80、开盖触控组件90和控制器。锅体10包括内锅11,且内锅11限定出顶部敞开的烹饪腔a。锅盖20在打开位置和关闭位置之间可枢转地安装至所述锅体10。锅盖20包括内盖212、盖板213和面盖211,盖板213设在内盖212的朝向烹饪腔a的一侧,且盖板213上设有抽气孔214和泄压孔b,面盖211设在内盖212的背向烹饪腔a的一侧。
抽气装置70设在内盖212上且包括真空泵71、电磁阀72和抽气管73,真空泵71与抽气孔214通过抽气管73连通,用于将烹饪腔a内抽成负压状态,电磁阀72设在真空泵71与抽气孔214之间,用于控制真空泵71与抽气孔214之间的气路的通断。真空泵71和电磁阀72分别与控制器通讯。
泄压装置80设在内盖212上,用于打开和封堵泄压孔b。泄压装置80与控制器通讯。开盖触控组件90设在锅体10或锅盖20上且与控制器通讯,开盖触控组件90包括按钮座93、触控按钮91和触控模块92,触控模块92与控制器通讯且与触控按钮91连接。
烹饪器具100在工作时,当用户需要中途开盖,首先操控开盖触控组件90,开盖触控组件90发出开盖信号,若检测到烹饪腔a内的气压为负压状态,则控制泄压装置80打开泄压孔b,从而进行泄压,当烹饪腔a内的气压恢复至常压时,执行开盖动作;若检测到烹饪腔a内的气压为常压状态,则直接执行开盖动作。
为了防止用户误触到触控按钮91而解除负压状态,可以设置长按触控按钮91第一预设时间才输出开盖信号;或者在烹饪器具100的正面设置人体感应模块,当用户站在烹饪器具100的前面第二预设时间内,并按下触控按钮91,触发触控模块92,输出开盖信号,从而解除负压状态;也可以通过操作触控按钮91和控制界面的辅助功能键进行解除负压状态。
再有,相关技术中通过先真空解锁(通过电磁铁推动小球等方式解锁),再按开盖按钮实现开盖,不仅操作步骤复杂,并且用户只按开盖按钮无法打开锅盖,容易使消费者认为产品损坏,进而进行维修或投诉。另外,当电磁铁损坏时,产品一直是负压状态存放,非常危险。为此,本申请提出一种烹饪器具,所述烹饪器具兼具电控泄压和手动泄压功能且互不干涉,按下开盖按钮的同时能够泄压并且打开盖体,操作方便快捷,可 靠性和安全性更好。
下面参考图6至图12描述根据本申请第三方面实施例的烹饪器具100。
如图6、图9和图10所示,根据本申请实施例的烹饪器具100包括:锅体10、锅盖20、开盖按钮30以及机械泄压件40。
其中,锅体10具有内锅11,内锅11内限定出烹饪腔a;锅盖20可开闭地设于锅体10上,锅盖20包括上盖本体21、电动泄压件22以及第一密封件23,上盖本体21具有与烹饪腔a相对设置的泄压孔b和泄压腔c,电动泄压件22被构造成可被电控驱动第一密封件23敞开或封闭泄压孔b;开盖按钮30设于锅体10或锅盖20上;机械泄压件40与开盖按钮30连接或联动。
机械泄压件40被构造成:在开盖按钮30被按压时驱动第一密封件23敞开泄压孔b,和/或者解除锅盖20与内锅11的密封。
也就是说,机械泄压件40可用于驱动第一密封件23移动以使泄压孔b敞开,从而使烹饪腔与泄压腔c连通以进行泄压;还可以是,机械泄压件40作用于锅盖20与内锅11密封配合处,从而使烹饪腔a能够与外界连通以进行泄压。
上述两种机械泄压方式可以择一选择,也可以同时应用于烹饪器具上,上述方案都涵盖在本申请的保护范畴内。举例而言,在一些实施例中,机械泄压件40将烹饪腔a由保压状态切换至泄压状态是通过驱动第一密封件23敞开泄压孔b实现的;在另一些实施例中,机械泄压件40将烹饪腔a由保压状态切换至泄压状态是通过解除锅盖20与内盖212的密封实现的;进而,在另一些实施例中,是驱动第一泄压件敞开泄压孔b以及解除锅盖20与内盖212的密封同步进行的。
具体而言,电动泄压件22可以根据烹饪腔a内的温度、压力等多项数据判定当前烹饪腔a内的食物的状态,以自动地驱动第一密封件23敞开或封闭泄压孔b,从而维持烹饪腔a内的压力稳定,而机械泄压件40可以被人为地(即按动开盖按钮30)驱动第一密封件23敞开泄压孔b,以对烹饪腔a进行泄压。
开盖按钮30被构造成在被按压时解锁锅盖20与锅体10。
也就是说,开盖按钮30同时可以带动锅盖20开启,进而在按动开盖按钮30时,先泄压再开盖,从而省去了传统的烹饪器具100需要先按动真空解锁装置触发机构,再按动开盖按钮的繁琐步骤,使烹饪器具100的开盖操作更加简单、方便,使用体验更高,而且按压开盖按钮30直接可以打开锅盖20,使初次使用本申请实施例的烹饪器具100的操作者,不会对烹饪器具100的工作状态出现误判。
根据本申请实施例的烹饪器具100,通过设置开盖按钮30以及机械泄压件40,以在按动开盖按钮30时,对烹饪腔a泄压。这样,烹饪器具100兼具电动泄压与机械泄 压两种泄压方式,不仅操作者可以在电动泄压件22出现故障无法泄压时或者突然断电时,手动对烹饪腔a进行泄压,避免烹饪器具100在负压状态下长时间放置,可以提高烹饪器具100的使用安全性,降低甚至消除安全隐患。
下面参见图6至图12以三个具体实施例对本申请实施例的烹饪器具100通过机械泄压件40进行泄压的工作原理进行详细说明:
第一实施例:
如图7和图8所示,机械泄压件40被构造成:在开盖按钮30被按压时驱动第一密封件23敞开泄压孔b,开盖按钮30和机械泄压件40均设于上盖本体21上。也就是说,在第一实施例中,机械泄压件40是通过控制泄压孔b的敞开与否实现的烹饪腔a的泄压。
如图6、图7和图8所示,第一密封件23为密封球,机械泄压件40为泄压推杆40a,泄压推杆40a和开盖按钮30沿与泄压孔b的中心轴线平行的方向可滑动地设于上盖本体21,泄压推杆40a具有朝向第一密封件23设置的、自上向下逐渐远离泄压孔b延伸的倾斜推面41a,倾斜推面41a适于推抵第一密封件23敞开泄压孔b。
具体而言,倾斜推面41a与第一密封件23相止抵,且倾斜推面41a自下向上组件朝向泄压孔b的中心轴线延伸,从而使泄压推杆40a的下端的宽度低于上端的宽度,进而在按压开盖按钮30时,驱使第一密封件23逐渐敞开泄压孔b。
由此,通过与第一密封件23相对的倾斜推面41a推动第一密封件23以实现泄压,结构简单、成本低,且工作可靠性以及工作稳定性均较高。
如图6所示,上盖本体21包括依次连接的面盖211、内盖212以及盖板213,泄压孔b至少贯通盖板213,泄压腔c形成在面盖211和内盖212之间,面盖211的顶壁具有与开盖按钮30滑动配合的第一安装通孔d,内盖212的顶壁具有与泄压推杆40a滑动配合的第二安装通孔e,泄压推杆40a的上端连接于开盖按钮30的底部且下端穿过第二安装通孔e以伸入泄压腔c内。
也就是说,开盖按钮30与第一安装通孔d滑动配合,泄压推杆40a与第二安装通孔e滑动配合,即通过第一安装通孔d对开盖按钮30提供导向以及轴向限位,通过第二安装通孔e对泄压推杆40a提供导向以及轴向限位,从而可以提高开盖按钮30以及泄压推杆40a的运动平稳性,从而进一步地提高机械泄压件40的工作稳定性,实现快速泄压。
综上,在第一实施例中,通过安装在锅盖20内的开盖按钮30以及泄压推杆40a,以在开盖按钮30上下运动时,实现泄压。
第二实施例:
如图9所示,机械泄压件40被构造成:在开盖按钮30被按压时驱动第一密封件23敞开泄压孔b,开盖按钮30设于锅体10上且机械泄压件40设于锅盖20上。也就是说,在第二实施例中,通过位于锅盖20上的开盖按钮30驱动机械泄压件40,以使泄压孔b敞开完成泄压。
在图9所示的具体的实施例中,机械泄压件40为泄压连杆40b,开盖按钮30的上端设有延伸杆60,延伸杆60自锅体10的上端伸出且伸入锅盖20内以适于驱动位于锅盖20内的泄压连杆40b。
具体而言,在左右方向上按压开盖按钮30时,延伸杆60带动泄压连杆40b朝向第一密封件23运动,以推动第一泄压件运动,从而敞开泄压孔b。由此,通过泄压连杆40b推动第一密封件23以实现泄压,不仅可以将开盖按钮30布置在锅体10上,可以避免烹饪过程中,误触开盖按钮30,而且泄压连杆40b直接作用于第一密封件23,结构简单、成本低。
进一步地,泄压连杆40b沿垂直于泄压孔b的中心轴线的方向可滑动地设于上盖本体21。也就是说,泄压连杆40b与上盖本体21滑动配合,进而泄压连杆40b可以在上盖本体21的导向以及限位下作用与第一密封件23,避免泄压连杆40b相对第一泄压件晃动,从而可以提高泄压连杆40b对第一密封件23的推动效果,以进一步地提高机械泄压件40的工作稳定性。
参见图9所示,上盖本体21包括依次连接的面盖211、内盖212以及盖板213,泄压孔b至少贯通盖板213,泄压腔c形成在面盖211和内盖212之间,泄压连杆40b包括纵杆41b和横杆42b,纵杆41b穿过内盖212,横杆42b位于内盖212和面盖211之间,横杆42b伸入泄压腔c内以适于与位于锅盖20内的第一密封件23推抵配合。
也就是说,L形的泄压连杆40b包括纵杆41b和横杆42b,横杆42b可以在开盖按钮30的推动下朝向烹饪腔a运动,从而纵杆41b朝向第一密封件23运动,以将位于锅体10的开盖按钮30所提供的动力传递给位于锅盖20内的纵杆41b上,使机械泄压件40的动力传递更加稳定、快捷,以使机械泄压件40的泄压响应速度更快。
可选地,开盖按钮30与机械泄压件40枢转连接或者推抵配合。也就是说,在第二实施例中开盖按钮30与机械泄压件40的动力传递可以是枢转连接以实现的、也可以是推抵配合以实现的,在这里不做具体限定。
可以理解的是,在开盖按钮30与机械泄压件40推抵配合的实施例中,纵杆41b在锅盖20内做垂直于泄压孔b的轴线的直线往复运动,在开盖按钮30与机械泄压件40枢转连接的实施例中,纵杆41b可以在锅盖20内垂直于泄压孔b的轴线做直线往复运 动,也可以在锅盖20内在垂直于泄压孔b的轴线的平面内摆动。
如图9所示,烹饪器具100还包括弹性复位件50,弹性复位件50与开盖按钮30和机械泄压件40中的至少一个连接以带动两者复位。由此,通过设置弹性复位件50,以驱使开盖按钮30以及机械泄压件40复位,可以有效地提高机械泄压件40以及开盖按钮30的工作稳定性。
综上,在第二实施例中,通过安装在锅盖20内的泄压连杆40b以及安装在锅体10内的开盖按钮30,以在开盖按钮30左右运动时,实现泄压。
第三实施例:
如图10、图11和图12所示,锅盖20具有第二密封件24,第二密封件24适于在锅盖20关闭时与内锅11适配以密封烹饪腔a,机械泄压件40被构造成:在开盖按钮30被按压时作用于第二密封件24以解除锅盖20与内锅11的密封。也就是说,在第三实施例中,机械泄压件40是通过作用于第二密封件24,以直接实现烹饪腔a的泄压。
如图11和图12所示,第二密封件24为连接在上盖本体21的下端的密封环,机械泄压件40具有撬动爪40c,撬动爪40c在开盖按钮30被按下时插入第二密封件24和内锅11之间以使第二密封件24与内锅11之间形成间隙。
具体而言,位于锅体10内的开盖按钮30可以带动撬动爪40c朝向烹饪腔a运动,从而撬动爪40c向上撬开密封环,以解除锅盖20与锅体10之间的密封,从而使空气可以经由密封环与锅体10之间的间隙进入到烹饪腔a内,以实现泄压。
由此,通过撬动爪40c撬动第二密封件24以实现泄压,响应速度快、结构简单且工作稳定性较高。
可选地,机械泄压件40和开盖按钮30一体成型且设于锅体10上,锅体10的外侧壁具有第三安装通孔f,锅体10的顶壁具有第四安装通孔g,开盖按钮30穿过第三安装通孔h且通过弹簧止抵在锅体10的内侧壁上,机械泄压件40可滑动地设于第四安装通孔g上。
也就是说,开盖按钮30与第三安装通孔f滑动配合,撬动爪40c与第四安装通孔g滑动配合,即通过第三安装通孔f对开盖按钮30提供导向以及限位,通过第四安装通孔g对撬动爪40c进行导向以及限位,从而在提高机械泄压件40的工作稳定性的前提下,使机械泄压件40的泄压响应速度更快,结构更简单、生产成本更低。
当然,在第三实施例中,本申请的撬动爪40c以及开盖按钮30的安装位置不限于锅体10,也可以安装在锅盖20内。
综上,在第三实施例中,通过安装在锅体10内的开盖按钮30以及撬动爪40c,以 在开盖按钮30左右运动时,解除锅盖20与锅体10的密封从而实现泄压。
在本申请的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“中心”、“纵向”、“横向”、“长度”、“宽度”、“厚度”、“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“顶”、“底”“内”、“外”、“顺时针”、“逆时针”、“轴向”、“径向”、“周向”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本申请和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的结构或单元必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本申请的限制。此外,限定有“第一”、“第二”的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括一个或者更多个该特征。在本申请的描述中,除非另有说明,“多个”的含义是两个或两个以上。

Claims (23)

  1. 一种烹饪器具的控制方法,其特征在于,所述烹饪器具包括锅体、锅盖、抽气装置、泄压装置,所述锅体具有顶部敞开的烹饪腔,所述锅盖具有抽气孔和泄压孔且在打开位置和关闭位置之间可活动地安装至所述锅体,所述抽气装置用于将所述烹饪腔内抽成负压状态,所述泄压装置用于打开和封堵所述泄压孔,所述锅盖或所述锅体设有开盖触控组件,所述控制方法包括以下步骤:
    获取所述开盖触控组件发出的开盖信号;
    检测所述烹饪腔内的气压是否为负压状态;
    若所述烹饪腔内的气压为负压状态,则控制泄压装置打开所述泄压孔,直至所述烹饪腔内的气压恢复至常压状态打开锅盖。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的烹饪器具的控制方法,其特征在于,所述开盖触控组件包括触控按钮和触控模块,所述触控模块用于感应作用在所述触控按钮上的触控动作,并根据所述触控动作生成所述开盖信号。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的烹饪器具的控制方法,其特征在于,在所述获取所述开盖触控组件发出的开盖信号之前,当所述触控模块感应到所述触控动作持续第一预设时间后,根据所述触控动作生成所述触控信号。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的烹饪器具的控制方法,其特征在于,还包括用于检测用户是否靠近所述烹饪器具的人体感应模块,
    在所述获取所述开盖触控组件发出的开盖信号之前,当检测到用户靠近所述烹饪器具达到第二预设时间且所述触控模块感应到所述触控动作时,所述触控模块根据所述触控动作生成所述开盖信号。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的烹饪器具的控制方法,其特征在于,在所述获取所述开盖触控组件发出的开盖信号之前,当检测到在所述第二预设时间内、用户与所述烹饪器具之间的距离小于等于预设距离且所述触控模块感应到所述触控动作时,所述触控模块根据所述触控动作生成所述开盖信号。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的烹饪器具的控制方法,其特征在于,所述人体感应模块为红外感应传感器、距离传感器或摄像头。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的烹饪器具的控制方法,其特征在于,所述锅体或所述锅盖还设有辅助功能键,在所述获取所述开盖触控组件发出的开盖信号之前,当同时或连续操控所述触控按钮和所述辅助功能键时,所述触控模块根据所述触控动作生成所述开盖信号。
  8. 一种烹饪器具,其特征在于,包括控制器,所述控制器与所述抽气装置、所述 泄压装置、所述开盖触控组件通讯,所述控制器执行如权利要求1-7中任一项所述的烹饪器具的控制方法。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,所述开盖触控组件包括:
    按钮座,所述按钮座限定出一侧敞开的容纳腔;
    触控按钮,所述触控按钮设于所述容纳腔内;
    触控模块,所述触控模块与所述触控按钮连接且与所述控制器通讯。
  10. 根据权利要求8或9所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,还包括在锁紧位置和分离位置之间可活动的锁紧件,当所述锁紧件位于所述锁紧位置时,所述锅盖锁紧在所述关闭位置;当所述锁紧件位于所述分离位置时,所述锅盖脱离所述关闭位置。
  11. 一种烹饪器具,其特征在于,包括:
    锅体,所述锅体具有内锅,所述内锅内限定出烹饪腔;
    锅盖,所述锅盖可开闭地设于所述锅体上,所述锅盖包括上盖本体、电动泄压件以及第一密封件,所述上盖本体具有与所述烹饪腔相对设置的泄压孔和泄压腔,所述电动泄压件被构造成可被电控驱动所述第一密封件敞开或封闭所述泄压孔;
    开盖按钮,所述开盖按钮设于所述锅体或所述锅盖上;
    机械泄压件,所述机械泄压件与所述开盖按钮连接或联动,所述机械泄压件被构造成:在所述开盖按钮被按压时驱动所述第一密封件敞开所述泄压孔,和/或者解除所述锅盖与所述内锅的密封。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,所述机械泄压件被构造成:在所述开盖按钮被按压时驱动所述第一密封件敞开所述泄压孔,所述开盖按钮和所述机械泄压件均设于所述上盖本体上。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,所述第一密封件为密封球,所述机械泄压件为泄压推杆,所述泄压推杆和所述开盖按钮沿与所述泄压孔的中心轴线平行的方向可滑动地设于所述上盖本体,所述泄压推杆具有朝向所述第一密封件设置的、自上向下逐渐远离所述泄压孔延伸的倾斜推面,所述倾斜推面适于推抵所述第一密封件敞开所述泄压孔。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,所述上盖本体包括依次连接的面盖、内盖以及盖板,所述泄压孔至少贯通所述盖板,所述泄压腔形成在所述面盖和所述内盖之间,所述面盖的顶壁具有与所述开盖按钮滑动配合的第一安装通孔,所述内盖的顶壁具有与所述泄压推杆滑动配合的第二安装通孔,所述泄压推杆的上端连接于所述开盖按钮的底部且下端穿过所述第二安装通孔以伸入所述泄压腔内。
  15. 根据权利要求11所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,所述机械泄压件被构造成: 在所述开盖按钮被按压时驱动所述第一密封件敞开所述泄压孔,所述开盖按钮设于所述锅体上且所述机械泄压件设于所述锅盖上。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,所述机械泄压件为泄压连杆,所述开盖按钮的上端设有延伸杆,所述延伸杆自所述锅体的上端伸出且伸入所述锅盖内以适于驱动位于所述锅盖内的泄压连杆。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,所述泄压连杆沿垂直于所述泄压孔的中心轴线的方向可滑动地设于所述上盖本体。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,所述上盖本体包括依次连接的面盖、内盖以及盖板,所述泄压孔至少贯通所述盖板,所述泄压腔形成在所述面盖和所述内盖之间,所述泄压连杆包括纵杆和横杆,所述纵杆穿过所述内盖,所述横杆位于所述内盖和所述面盖之间,所述横杆伸入所述泄压腔内以适于与位于所述锅盖内的第一密封件推抵配合。
  19. 根据权利要求16所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,所述开盖按钮与所述机械泄压件枢转连接或者推抵配合。
  20. 根据权利要求12或15所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,还包括弹性复位件,所述弹性复位件与所述开盖按钮和所述机械泄压件中的至少一个连接以带动两者复位。
  21. 根据权利要求11-20中任一项所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,所述锅盖具有第二密封件,所述第二密封件适于在锅盖关闭时与所述内锅适配以密封所述烹饪腔,所述机械泄压件被构造成:在所述开盖按钮被按压时作用于所述第二密封件以解除所述锅盖与所述内锅的密封。
  22. 根据权利要求21所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,所述第二密封件为连接在所述上盖本体的下端的密封环,所述机械泄压件具有撬动爪,所述撬动爪在所述开盖按钮被按下时插入所述第二密封件和所述内锅之间以使所述第二密封件与所述内锅之间形成间隙。
  23. 根据权利要求21或22所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,所述机械泄压件和所述开盖按钮一体成型且设于所述锅体上,所述锅体的外侧壁具有第三安装通孔,所述锅体的顶壁具有第四安装通孔,所述开盖按钮穿过所述第三安装通孔且通过弹簧止抵在所述锅体的内侧壁上,所述机械泄压件可滑动地设于所述第四安装通孔上。
