2)如图3-图6所示(图中省略上盖),该锁钩3为转动伸出式,阻挡结构为安装在控制盘座1内的限位柱52。可选地,控制盘座1上靠近锁钩3的位置开设有限位孔7,限位柱52活动安装在限位孔7内,限位柱52的下部套设有弹簧,使限位柱52在自然状态下(即上盖2打开时),保持顶端伸出限位孔7之外,此时,由于限位柱52处于锁钩3的转动方向上,从而使锁钩3的转动受到限制,无法伸出。上盖2上相应的位置处设有推顶部6,该推顶部6可为设在锁孔4一侧的按压块,在上盖2闭合的过程中,该按压块与限位柱52的顶端相接 触,将限位柱52压下缩进限位孔7内,此时,限位柱52对锁钩3的限制被解除,锁钩3能够转动伸出,并与锁孔4完好配合,从而将上盖2锁紧。可选地,限位柱52的顶端设有平滑倒角,用于与上盖2的推顶部6相配合;限位柱52的底端开设有限位槽,限位槽内装有e型挡圈,能够限制限位柱52向上运动的位移,防止限位柱52从限位孔7中滑落。
另外,本实施例的锁钩3和锁孔4可以设置一组,也可以设置为多组,锁钩3可采用联动式结构,其中一个或多个锁钩3的出口处设置有上述阻挡结构,这样只要有一组锁钩3受到阻挡,其它锁钩3均无法伸出,保证了上盖2与控制盘座1的锁紧安全性。如图7、图8所示,本实施方式中控制盘座1上设有两组转动伸出式锁钩,分别为主动侧锁钩31和从动侧锁钩32,两锁钩3之间通过连杆33或拉带连接,工作时,控制器控制主动侧锁钩31伸出,同时带动从动侧锁钩32发出相同动作。
本实施例利用推顶部6与阻挡结构的准确配合,当上盖2关闭到位时可将上盖2牢固锁紧,其结构简单,运动过程精确,工作安全可靠,解决了门锁在锁定上盖2过程中,容易因检测信号不准、锁舌错误伸出而导致的洗衣机安全问题。
本实施例提供一种洗衣机门锁检测方法,包括:在洗衣机下发门锁启动信号后,利用上述实施例任一项所述的门锁检测装置对门锁的状态进行检测。
可选地,如图9所示,洗衣机门锁检测方法包括:
洗衣机启动;
检测上盖2开闭状态;
该步骤中,由洗衣机的门开关检测装置对上盖2的开闭状态进行检测,若检测到上盖2关闭,则向控制器发出门关闭的信号,并进入后续步骤;若检测到上盖2打开,则返回重新检测上盖2开闭状态。
下发门锁启动信号;
其中,控制器控制门锁的锁钩3发生动作向外伸出,以便与上盖2上的锁孔4相配合。
利用门锁检测装置检测门锁的锁钩3是否伸出锁上上盖2,若上盖2已锁上,则开始洗涤或脱水程序;若上盖2未锁上,则重新下发门锁启动信号;若下发三次门锁启动信号后,仍未反馈门锁锁上信号,则报警提示上盖2未闭合到位。
本实施例中,由于门锁检测装置在锁钩3处设置了阻挡机构,当控制器下 发门锁启动信号后,门锁的锁钩3不一定能顺利伸出,只有在上盖2真正闭合时,门锁的锁钩3方可伸至上盖2的锁孔4内,将上盖2锁紧,此时门锁将锁紧信号反馈给控制器,控制洗衣机正常使用;而当上盖2打开或未闭合到位时,阻挡结构阻止锁钩3伸出,此时门锁将阻挡信号反馈给控制器,控制器在连续三次接到阻挡信号后,则发出报警提示用户上盖2没有盖好。该检测过程准确可靠,有效解决了洗衣机门锁因检测信号不准、锁钩错误伸出而造成的洗衣机安全隐患。
工业实用性
本公开的洗衣机门锁检测装置及检测方法有效解决了洗衣机门锁因检测信号不准、锁钩错误伸出而造成的洗衣机安全隐患。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种洗衣机门锁检测装置,包括控制盘座(1)、上盖(2)、门锁和控制器,其中,所述控制盘座(1)和所述上盖(2)的其中一个上设置有锁钩(3),另一个上设置有锁孔(4),所述锁钩(3)在控制器的控制下伸出或缩回;所述锁钩(3)的出口处设有阻挡其伸出的阻挡结构,所述锁孔(4)的附近设有与阻挡结构相适配的推顶部(6);
    当所述上盖(2)未关闭到位时,所述阻挡结构阻止所述锁钩(3)伸出,所述门锁将未锁紧信号发送至控制器;
    当所述上盖(2)关闭到位时,所述推顶部(6)推开阻挡结构,使所述锁钩(3)伸入所述锁孔(4)内,所述门锁将锁紧信号发送至控制器。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的洗衣机门锁检测装置,其中,所述控制盘座(1)上安装有所述锁钩(3)和阻挡结构,所述上盖(2)上设有所述锁孔(4)和所述推顶部(6)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的洗衣机门锁检测装置,其中,所述锁钩(3)为平移伸出式,所述阻挡结构为设置在所述锁钩(3)伸出方向的限位块(51),所述限位块(51)在所述推顶部(6)的推动下上下移动。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的洗衣机门锁检测装置,其中,所述锁钩(3)为转动伸出式,所述阻挡结构为安装在所述控制盘座(1)内的限位柱(52),所述限位柱(52)在所述推顶部(6)的作用下,沿控制盘座(1)内的限位孔(7)上下移动;当所述上盖(2)关闭到位时,所述限位柱(52)缩进所述限位孔(7),所述锁钩(3)能够转动伸出;当所述上盖(2)未关闭到位时,所述锁钩(3)受所述限位柱(52)阻挡无法转动。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的洗衣机门锁检测装置,其中,所述限位孔(7)内安装有弹簧,所述限位柱(52)在所述弹簧的作用下,保持顶端伸出所述限位孔(7)之外。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的洗衣机门锁检测装置,其中,所述限位柱(52)的顶端设有平滑倒角,设置为与所述推顶部(6)相配合。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的洗衣机门锁检测装置,其中,所述限位柱(52)的底端设有限位槽,所述限位槽内安装有挡圈,用于防止限位柱(52)从所述限位孔(7)中滑落。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7任一项所述的洗衣机门锁检测装置,其中,所述控制盘座(1)上设置有至少两个相互联动的锁钩,其中一个或多个锁钩的出口处设 置有所述阻挡结构。
  9. 一种洗衣机门锁检测方法,包括:洗衣机下发门锁启动信号后,利用如权利要求1-8任一项所述的洗衣机门锁检测装置对门锁的状态进行检测。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的洗衣机门锁检测方法,其中,包括:
    洗衣机启动;
    下发门锁启动信号;
    检测门锁的锁钩(3)是否伸出锁上上盖(2),若多数上盖(2)已锁上,则开始洗涤程序;若所述上盖(2)未锁上,则重新下发所述门锁启动信号;若下发三次所述门锁启动信号后,仍未收到门锁锁上信号,则报警提示所述上盖(2)未闭合到位。
