Description
本申请要求于2018年8月13日提交中国专利局、申请号为2018109171812,申请名称为“打车的报销方法、装置、计算机设备和存储介质”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
本申请涉及计算机技术领域,特别涉及一种打车的报销方法、装置、计算机设备和存储介质
公司的员工在上班时间因公外出或者加班之后需要及时回家,一般需要打车,而员工是因为工作原因导致需要打车,因此对于打车产生的开销,公司会允许员工可以进行报销。在打车报销的整个报销流程中,需要员工凭借报销单和发票去相应的审核部门进行审核,上述报销流程非常麻烦且浪费时间、浪费人力。在现有的打车报销流程中,需要员工每次积累一堆的报销单和发票去报销,导致打车报销流程复杂且浪费时间、浪费人力的问题。
针对现有技术不足,本申请提出一种打车的报销方法、装置、计算机设备和存储介质,旨在解决现有的打车报销流程中,需要员工每次积累一堆的报销单和发票去报销,导致打车报销流程复杂且浪费时间、浪费人力的问题。
本申请提出的技术方案是:
一种打车的报销方法,所述方法包括:
接收用户发起针对打车订单的报销指令;
获取所述报销指令对应的打车订单信息;
判断所述打车订单信息是否符合预设报销条件;
若所述打车订单信息符合所述预设报销条件,则获取所述用户对应的审批链;
按所述审批链的顺序依次发送给相应的审核人进行审批;
当接收到审批通过的信息时,获取所述用户的账户信息;
将审批通过的报销金额转移至所述用户的账户。
进一步地,在所述判断所述打车订单信息是否符合预设报销条件的步骤之后,所述方法包括:
若所述打车订单信息不符合所述预设报销条件,则将所述报销指令对应的审批信息转到人工审批。
进一步地,在所述接收用户发起针对打车订单的报销指令的步骤中,包括:
当用户使用报销应用软件内置的打车系统打车时,生成打车订单信息;

本申请还提供一种计算机非易失性可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机可读指令,所述计算机可读指令被处理器执行时实现上述任一项所述的方法的步骤。
根据上述的技术方案,本申请有益效果:用户发起针对打车订单的报销指令,获取报销指令对应的打车订单信息,判断打车订单信息是否符合预设报销条件,若符合,则获取用户对应的审批链,按审批链的顺序依次发送给相应的审核人进行审批,在审批通过时,将报销金额转移到用户的账户, 旨在解决现有的打车报销流程中,需要员工每次积累一堆的报销单和发票去报销,导致打车报销流程复杂且浪费时间、浪费人力的问题。

如图1所示,本申请实施例提出一种打车的报销方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:
步骤S101、接收用户发起针对打车订单的报销指令。
在本实施例中,当用户需要对某次打车行为进行报销,在终端中的报销应用软件输入对打车订单信息进行报销的报销指令,在完成报销指令输入后,用户发起针对打车订单的报销指令,将报销指令进行发送,接收报销应用软件发送的打车的报销指令。
在一些实施例中,当用户完成打车订单信息时,在终端中的报销应用软件自动生成报销指令,之后将报销指令进行发送,接收报销应用软件发送的打车的报销指令。
步骤S102、获取所述报销指令对应的打车订单信息。
在接收到报销指令之后,根据报销指令,获取与之对应的打车订单信息。
在本实施例中,在步骤S101中,包括:
接收包含打车订单编号的打车的报销指令。
报销指令中包含打车订单编号,在接收报销指令时,同时接收到打车订单编号。
相应地,在步骤S102中,包括:
提取所述报销指令中的所述打车订单编号;
将所述打车订单编号发送给所述打车订单编号对应的外部打车系统;
接收所述外部打车系统反馈的所述打车订单编号对应的打车订单信息。
在接收到报销指令之后,从报销指令中提取打车订单编号,在获得打车订单编号之后,根据打车订单编号可获得打车订单编号所属的外部打车系统,外部打车系统指的是第三方打车系统,如滴滴打车系统,将打车订单编号发送与之对应的外部打车系统,外部打车系统在接收到打车订单编号之后,查找出与打车订单编号对应的打车订单信息,外部打车系统将打车订单信息反馈回,接收外部打车系统反馈的打车订单编号对应的打车订单信息,从而获取报销指令对应的打车订单信息。

在接收到报销指令之后,从报销指令中提取打车订单编号,在获得打车订单编号之后,将打车订单编号发送给所有所对接的外部打车系统,外部打车系统指的是第三方打车系统,如滴滴打车系统,将打车订单编号发送给外部打车系统,外部打车系统在接收到打车订单编号之后,外部打车系统对打车订单编号进行查找,若未能查找出与打车订单编号对应的打车订单信息,则外部打车系统反馈未查找到对应的打车订单信息,若查找出与打车订单编号对应的打车订单信息,则外部打车系统将打车订单信息反馈回。接收外部打车系统反馈的打车订单编号对应的打车订单信息,从而获取报销指令对应的打车订单信息。
在一些实施例中,在步骤S101中,包括:
当用户使用报销应用软件内置的打车系统打车时,生成打车订单信息;
在完成所述打车订单信息之后,根据所述打车订单信息生成报销指令,并将所述报销指令发送;
接收所述报销指令。
在报销应用软件中内置打车系统,在用户需要进行打车时,在报销应用软件中内置打车系统进行打车操作,生成打车订单信息,在完成打车订单信息之后,根据打车订单信息生成报销指令,将报销指令发送,终端的报销应用软件将报销指令发送,从而接收打车的报销指令。
相应地,在步骤S102中,包括:
从所述打车系统中获取所述打车订单信息。
在接收到报销指令之后,从报销应用软件中的打车系统中获取打车订单信息,从而获取到打车订单信息。
为了更加方便的对员工的打车订单信息进行报销审批,在终端中的报销应用软件可以为每个员工设置相应的登录账号,便于员工进行登录,当判断输入的登录账号信息有效时,将执行登录操作。在登录账号后,便于对员工多次的打车记录,便于逐一或者一次性进行审批操作。员工在注册账号的过程中,需要填写员工的个人信息,其中员工的个人信息包括下属公司、部门、职位、姓名、工号以及性别等信息。
上述的打车订单信息包括行程信息、打车类型信息、打车时间信息、乘客信息以及打车金额信息。行程信息具体包括出发地信息、目的地信息和行车路段信息。打车类型信息具体可以为快车、专车、拼车及顺风车等多种不同类型的打车服务,打车金额信息是指用户该次打车行为所支付的总金额。
步骤S103、判断所述打车订单信息是否符合预设报销条件。
在获取打车订单信息之后,判断打车订单信息是否符合预设报销条件。主要是判断打车订单信息中的行程信息、打车类型信息、打车时间信息、乘客信息以及打车金额信息是否符合预设报销条件。
在步骤S103中,包括:
从所述报销指令中提取个人信息;
获取所述个人信息对应的个人报销条件;
将所述打车订单信息与个人报销条件进行比较;
根据比较结果,判断所述打车订单信息是否符合预设报销条件。
由于各用户的个人报销条件可能会存在差异,例如,普通员工与管理层员工的个人报销条件会存在差异,首先从报销指令中提取个人信息,个人信息与个人报销条件已预先设定,在获取个人信息之后,可以获取个人信息对应的个人报销条件,将打车订单信息与个人报销条件进行比较,根据比较结果,判断打车订单信息是否符合预设报销条件,具体地,若打车订单信息都在个人报销条件的范围内,则判断打车订单信息符合预设报销条件,若打车订单信息任一项不在个人报销条件的范围内,则判断打车订单信息不符合预设报销条件。
具体地,判断打车时间信息是否符合预设报销条件具体为,根据打车订单信息中打车时间与规定的打车时间进行比较,其中规定的打车时间为上班时间或者规定的加班时间,当打车订单信息中打车时间处于规定的打车时间范围内时,则判定打车时间信息符合报销条件。判断行程信息是否符合预设报销条件具体为,将根据打车订单信息中的行程信息判断是否处于规定地点范围,其中规定地点范围一般为公司规定的打车地点等位置,例如,发地信息为公司位置,目的地信息为员工所住地点位置,当然也可以根据员工的公司、部门以及职位来设置不同的打车范围。判断打车类型信息是否符合预设报销条件具体为,对于员工所处的下属公司、部门以及职位等信息,其具备的打车权限的类型不同,例如某员工为普通职员,其具备的打车权限的类型为快车、拼车以及顺风车,而当某员工为部门经理时,其具备的打车权限的类型为专车、快车、拼车以及顺风车。判断打车金额信息是否符合预设报销条件具体为,对于单次打车行为,可以设置一个打车金额的上限值作为预设的金额值,例如100元,打车订单信息中的打车金额小于预设的金额值时,则直接根据打车订单信息中的打车金额执行报销的动作。当打车订单信息中的打车金额大于预设的金额值时,则按照金额上限值进行报销,另外,对于不同的员工,将根据员工所处的下属公司、部门以及职位来设置不同的上限金额。判断乘客信息是否符合预设报销条件具体为,主要是查看乘客信息是不是和报销指令中的个人信息一致。
在一些实施例中,在步骤S103中,包括:
识别所述打车订单信息是否已付款;
根据识别付款结果,判断所述打车订单信息是否符合预设报销条件。
对打车订单信息中的付款信息进行识别,识别用户是否对该次打车订单信息已付款,根据识别付款结果,判断打车订单信息是否符合预设报销条件。具体地,若识别付款结果为打车订单信息未付款,则判断打车订单信息不符合预设报销条件,若识别付款结果为打车订单信息已付款,则判断打车订单信息符合预设报销条件。
在步骤S103之后,所述方法包括:
若所述打车订单信息不符合所述预设报销条件,则将所述报销指令对应的审批信息转到人工审批。
在打车订单信息不符合预设报销条件时,说明该报销指令不能进行自动批准,则将报销指令对应的审批信息转到人工审批,等待人工审批。
步骤S104、若所述打车订单信息符合所述预设报销条件,则获取所述用户对应的审批链。
步骤S105、按所述审批链的顺序依次发送给相应的审核人进行审批。
在本实施例中,在步骤S105中,包括:
识别所述审批链中对应的审核人的审核时间;
若所述审核时间大于预设时间阈值,则发送提醒邮件给对应的审核人。
步骤S106、当接收到审批通过的信息时,获取所述用户的账户信息。
步骤S107、将审批通过的报销金额转移至所述用户的账户。
若打车订单信息符合预设报销条件,则获取用户对应的审批链,按审批链中的审批流程顺序,依次将审批链中的审批流程发送给相应的审核人进行审核,在审批链中的审批流程中各审核人都审批通过后,接收审批通过的信息,当接收到审批通过的信息时,获取用户的账户信息,在得到用户的账户信息之后,将审批通过的报销金额转移至用户的账户,从而使得员工能随时随地进行报销,不需要凭借纸质的报销单或发票才能去报销,极大地简化了报销流程,还节省大量时间和大量人力。
综上所述,用户发起针对打车订单的报销指令,获取报销指令对应的打车订单信息,判断打车订单信息是否符合预设报销条件,若符合,则获取用户对应的审批链,按审批链的顺序依次发送给相应的审核人进行审批,在审批通过时,将报销金额转移到用户的账户,旨在解决现有的打车报销流程中,需要员工每次积累一堆的报销单和发票去报销,导致打车报销流程复杂且浪费时间、浪费人力的问题。
如图2所示,本申请实施例提出一种打车的报销装置1,装置1包括接收模块11、获取模块12、判断模块13、审批链获取模块14、发送模块15、账户获取模块16和报销模块17。
接收模块11,用于接收用户发起针对打车订单的报销指令。
在本实施例中,当用户需要对某次打车行为进行报销,在终端中的报销应用软件输入对打车订单信息进行报销的报销指令,在完成报销指令输入后,用户发起针对打车订单的报销指令,将报销指令进行发送,接收报销应用软件发送的打车的报销指令。

若打车订单信息符合预设报销条件,则获取用户对应的审批链,按审批链中的审批流程顺序,依次将审批链中的审批流程发送给相应的审核人进行审核,在审批链中的审批流程中各审核人都审批通过后,接收审批通过的信息,当接收到审批通过的信息时,获取用户的账户信息,在得到用户的账户信息之后,将审批通过的报销金额转移至用户的账户,从而使得员工能随时随地进行报销,不需要凭借纸质的报销单或发票才能去报销,极大地简化了报销流程,还节省大量时间和大量人力。
综上所述,用户发起针对打车订单的报销指令,获取报销指令对应的打车订单信息,判断打车订单信息是否符合预设报销条件,若符合,则获取用户对应的审批链,按审批链的顺序依次发送给相应的审核人进行审批,在审批通过时,将报销金额转移到用户的账户,旨在解决现有的打车报销流程中,需要员工每次积累一堆的报销单和发票去报销,导致打车报销流程复杂且浪费时间、浪费人力的问题。
如图3所示,本申请实施例中还提供一种计算机设备,该计算机设备可以是服务器,其内部结构可以如图3所示。该计算机设备包括通过系统总线连接的处理器、存储器、网络接口和数据库。其中,该计算机设计的处理器用于提供计算和控制能力。该计算机设备的存储器包括非易失性存储介质、内存储器。该非易失性存储介质存储有操作系统、计算机可读指令和数据库。该内存器为非易失性存储介质中的操作系统和计算机可读指令的运行提供环境。该计算机设备的数据库用于存储打车的报销方法的模型等数据。该计算机设备的网络接口用于与外部的终端通过网络连接通信。该计算机可读指令被处理器执行时以实现一种打车的报销方法。
上述处理器执行上述打车的报销方法的步骤:接收用户发起针对打车订单的报销指令;获取所述报销指令对应的打车订单信息;判断所述打车订单信息是否符合预设报销条件;若所述打车订单信息符合所述预设报销条件,则获取所述用户对应的审批链;按所述审批链的顺序依次发送给相应的审核人进行审批;当接收到审批通过的信息时,获取所述用户的账户信息;将审批通过的报销金额转移至所述用户的账户。
在一个实施例中,上述判断所述打车订单信息是否符合预设报销条件的步骤之后,所述方法包括:
若所述打车订单信息不符合所述预设报销条件,则将所述报销指令对应的审批信息转到人工审批。
在一个实施例中,上述接收用户发起针对打车订单的报销指令的步骤中,包括:
当用户使用报销应用软件内置的打车系统打车时,生成打车订单信息;
在完成所述打车订单信息之后,根据所述打车订单信息生成报销指令,并将所述报销指令发送;
接收所述报销指令;
对应地,在所述获取所述报销指令对应的打车订单信息的步骤中,包括:
从所述打车系统中获取所述打车订单信息。
在一个实施例中,上述按所述审批链的顺序依次发送给相应的审核人进行审批的步骤中,包括:
识别所述审批链中对应的审核人的审核时间;
若所述审核时间大于预设时间阈值,则发送提醒邮件给对应的审核人。
在一个实施例中,上述接收用户发起针对打车订单的报销指令的步骤中,包括:
接收包含打车订单编号的打车的报销指令;
对应地,在所述获取所述报销指令对应的打车订单信息的步骤中,包括:
提取所述报销指令中的所述打车订单编号;
将所述打车订单编号发送给所述打车订单编号对应的外部打车系统;
接收所述外部打车系统反馈的所述打车订单编号对应的打车订单信息。
在一个实施例中,上述判断所述打车订单信息是否符合预设报销条件的步骤中,包括:
识别所述打车订单信息是否已付款;
根据识别付款结果,判断所述打车订单信息是否符合预设报销条件。
在一个实施例中,上述判断所述打车订单信息是否符合预设报销条件的步骤中,包括:
从所述报销指令中提取个人信息;
获取所述个人信息对应的个人报销条件;
将所述打车订单信息与个人报销条件进行比较;
根据比较结果,判断所述打车订单信息是否符合预设报销条件。
本领域技术人员可以理解,图3中示出的结构,仅仅是与本申请方案相关的部分结构的框图,并不构成对本申请方案所应用于其上的计算机设备的限定。
本申请实施例的计算机设备,用户发起针对打车订单的报销指令,获取报销指令对应的打车订单信息,判断打车订单信息是否符合预设报销条件,若符合,则获取用户对应的审批链,按审批链的顺序依次发送给相应的审核人进行审批,在审批通过时,将报销金额转移到用户的账户,旨在解决现有的打车报销流程中,需要员工每次积累一堆的报销单和发票去报销,导致打车报销流程复杂且浪费时间、浪费人力的问题。
本申请实施例还提供一种计算机可读存储介质计算机非易失性可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序计算机可读指令,计算机程序计算机可读指令被处理器执行时实现一种账户安全管理方法,如上述各方法的实施例的流程。

- 一种打车的报销方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:接收用户发起针对打车订单的报销指令;获取所述报销指令对应的打车订单信息;判断所述打车订单信息是否符合预设报销条件;若所述打车订单信息符合所述预设报销条件,则获取所述用户对应的审批链;按所述审批链的顺序依次发送给相应的审核人进行审批;当接收到审批通过的信息时,获取所述用户的账户信息;将审批通过的报销金额转移至所述用户的账户。
- 根据权利要求1所述的打车的报销方法,其特征在于,在所述判断所述打车订单信息是否符合预设报销条件的步骤之后,所述方法包括:若所述打车订单信息不符合所述预设报销条件,则将所述报销指令对应的审批信息转到人工审批。
- 根据权利要求1所述的打车的报销方法,其特征在于,在所述接收用户发起针对打车订单的报销指令的步骤中,包括:当用户使用报销应用软件内置的打车系统打车时,生成打车订单信息;在完成所述打车订单信息之后,根据打车订单信息生成报销指令,并将所述报销指令发送;接收所述报销指令;对应地,在所述获取所述报销指令对应的打车订单信息的步骤中,包括:从所述打车系统中获取所述打车订单信息。

- 根据权利要求1所述的打车的报销方法,其特征在于,在所述判断所述打车订单信息是否符合预设报销条件的步骤中,包括:识别所述打车订单信息是否已付款;根据识别付款结果,判断所述打车订单信息是否符合预设报销条件。
- 根据权利要求1所述的打车的报销方法,其特征在于,在所述判断所述打车订单信息是否符合预设报销条件的步骤中,包括:从所述报销指令中提取个人信息;获取所述个人信息对应的个人报销条件;将所述打车订单信息与个人报销条件进行比较;根据比较结果,判断所述打车订单信息是否符合预设报销条件。
- 一种打车的报销装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:接收模块,用于接收打车的报销指令;获取模块,用于获取所述报销指令对应的打车订单信息;判断模块,用于判断所述打车订单信息是否符合预设报销条件;审批链获取模块,用于若所述打车订单信息符合所述预设报销条件,则获取所述用户对应的审批链;发送模块,用于按所述审批链的顺序依次发送给相应的审核人进行审批;账户获取模块,用于当接收到审批通过的信息时,获取所述用户的账户信息;报销模块,用于将审批通过的报销金额转移至所述用户的账户。
- 根据权利要求8所述的打车的报销装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:人工审批模块,用于若所述打车订单信息不符合所述预设报销条件,则将所述报销指令对应的审批信息转到人工审批。
- 根据权利要求8所述的打车的报销装置,其特征在于,所述接收模块包括:第一生成模块,用于当用户使用报销应用软件内置的打车系统打车时,生成打车订单信息;第二生成模块,用于在完成所述打车订单信息之后,根据打车订单信息生成报销指令,并将所述报销指令发送;第二接收模块,用于接收所述报销指令;对应地,所述获取模块包括:第三获取模块,用于从所述打车系统中获取所述打车订单信息。
- 根据权利要求8所述的打车的报销装置,其特征在于,所述发送模块包括:第二识别模块,用于识别所述审批链中对应的审核人的审核时间;第三发送模块,用于若所述审核时间大于预设时间阈值,则发送提醒邮件给对应的审核人。
- 根据权利要求8所述的打车的报销装置,其特征在于,所述接收模块包括:第一接收模块,用于接收包含打车订单编号的打车的报销指令;对应地,所述获取模块包括:第一提取模块,用于提取所述报销指令中的所述打车订单编号;第一发送模块,用于将所述打车订单编号发送给所述打车订单编号对应的外部打车系统;第一获取模块,用于接收所述外部打车系统反馈的所述打车订单编号对应的打车订单信息。
- 根据权利要求8所述的打车的报销装置,其特征在于,所述判断模块包括:第一识别模块,用于识别所述打车订单信息是否已付款;第二判断模块,用于根据识别付款结果,判断所述打车订单信息是否符合预设报销条件。
- 根据权利要求8所述的打车的报销装置,其特征在于,所述判断模块包括:第三提取模块,用于从所述报销指令中提取个人信息;第四获取模块,用于获取所述个人信息对应的个人报销条件;第一比较模块,用于将所述打车订单信息与个人报销条件进行比较;第一判断模块,用于根据比较结果,判断所述打车订单信息是否符合预设报销条件。
- 一种计算机设备,包括存储器和处理器,所述存储器存储有计算机可读指令,其特征在于,所述处理器执行所述计算机可读指令时实现打车的报销方法,所述打车的报销方法包括:接收用户发起针对打车订单的报销指令;获取所述报销指令对应的打车订单信息;判断所述打车订单信息是否符合预设报销条件;若所述打车订单信息符合所述预设报销条件,则获取所述用户对应的审批链;按所述审批链的顺序依次发送给相应的审核人进行审批;当接收到审批通过的信息时,获取所述用户的账户信息;将审批通过的报销金额转移至所述用户的账户。
- 根据权利要求15所述的计算机设备,其特征在于,在所述判断所述打车订单信息是否符合预设报销条件的步骤之后,所述方法包括:若所述打车订单信息不符合所述预设报销条件,则将所述报销指令对应的审批信息转到人工审批。
