Abstract

一种报销方法、装置、计算机设备和存储介质,其中方法为:接收第一终端发送的报销单,所述报销单上包括第一用户的第一信息、第二用户的第二信息以及第二用户的消费凭证信息(S1);发送所述报销单到所述第二用户的第二终端以对所述报销单进行授权确认(S2);当接收所述第二终端的授权确认信息后,将所述报销单发送给财务端以对所述报销单进行报销(S3)。上述方法的报销单支持授权给他人进行报销,使报销的对象更加准确。

本申请要求于2018年7月19日提交中国专利局、申请号为2018107977237,发明名称为“报销方法、装置、计算机设备和存储介质”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本申请涉及到计算机技术领域,特别是涉及到一种报销方法、装置、计算机设备和存储介质。
背景技术
现在电子报销的流程都是员工消费后,将消费产生的消费凭证上传到系统上,然后进行报销。如果有些人工作繁忙,产生消费的订单与后续的整理消费凭证进行上传报销都没有时间处理;如果让其工作伙伴帮忙处理,还需要将个人在工作中的账户信息均透露给其工作伙伴,容易导致工作中的信息泄露出去,对公司以及报销人员都会有不好的影响。如,领导需要出差,让助理负责预订飞机票与酒店,然后领导进行乘坐飞机与入住酒店消费后拿到消费凭证(发票),回公司后领导将消费凭证与个人的账户信息给其助理,让助理帮助填写上传报销信息给财务,领导再将助理预订飞机票与酒店垫付的费用给其助理。这样助理使用领导的账户信息,对领导不方便;而助理垫付的费用也是通过领导而不是财务给员工。这样对老板与员工都不方便。所以提供一种新的报销方法是亟需解决的问题。
技术问题
本申请的主要目的为提供一种直接将消费的费用给付款的用户的报销方法、装置、计算机设备和存储介质。
技术解决方案
为了实现上述发明目的,本申请提出一种报销方法,包括:
接收第一终端发送的报销单,所述报销单上包括第一用户的第一信息、第二用户的第二信息以及第二用户的消费凭证信息;
发送所述报销单到所述第二用户的第二终端以对所述报销单进行授权确认;
当接收所述第二终端的授权确认信息后,将所述报销单发送给财务端以对所述报销单进行报销。
本申请还提供一种报销装置,包括:
接收模块,用于接收第一终端发送的报销单,所述报销单上包括第一用户的第一信息、第二用户的第二信息以及第二用户的消费凭证信息;
确认模块,用于发送所述报销单到所述第二用户的第二终端以对所述报销单进行授权确认;
报销模块,用于当接收所述第二终端的授权确认信息后,将所述报销单发送给财务端以对所述报销单进行报销。
本申请还提供一种计算机设备,包括存储器和处理器,所述存储器存储有计算机可读指令,所述处理器执行所述计算机可读指令时实现上述任一项所述方法的步骤。
本申请还提供一种计算机非易失性可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机可读指令,所述计算机可读指令被处理器执行时实现上述任一项所述的方法的步骤。
有益效果
本申请的报销方法、装置、计算机设备和存储介质,报销单支持授权给他人进行报销,这样使报销的费用是给实际付款的员工,而不是给消费的员工,使报销的对象更加准确。在报销时自动将外汇转换成本地货币,给报销人员更好的体验效果。报销后将消费凭证记录为实际使用者,便于公司统计成本支出时更准确方便。

本发明的最佳实施方式
参照图1,本申请实施例提供一种报销方法,包括步骤:
S1、接收第一终端发送的报销单,所述报销单上包括第一用户的第一信息、第二用户的第二信息以及第二用户的消费凭证信息;
S2、发送所述报销单到所述第二用户的第二终端以对所述报销单进行授权确认;
S3、当接收所述第二终端的授权确认信息后,将所述报销单发送给财务端以对所述报销单进行报销。
如上述步骤S1所述,第二用户需要前往外地出差,第一用户通过其第一终端使用公司内部的系统给第二用户购买相应的机票以及订酒店完成付款。第二用户乘坐飞机以及入住酒店获取到消费凭证后,回公司将消费凭证给第一用户。第一用户通过第一终端接收到第二终端上传的消费凭证信息后,将消费凭证信息、第二信息以及第一信息合并形成一个报销单。该报销单内的消费凭证是第二用户使用,但是实际付款者是第一用户。将该报销单发送给服务器。服务器接收到第一终端发送的报销单后,读取该报销单,当服务器读取到第一终端发送的报销单上包含有第二信息,则默认该报销单上的消费凭证信息是第二用户消费产生的,第一终端发送的报销单报销的是第二用户消费使用产生的费用。
如上述步骤S2所述,服务器接收到报销单后,读取报销单上的第二信息,将报销单发送给第二终端,用于第二用户确认消费凭证是否全部是其本人消费,而且该消费所产生的费用是第一用户帮忙付款的。如果消费凭证上全部是第二用户本人消费且是第一用户帮忙付款的,则第二用户在第二终端上点击确认,第二终端生成授权确认信息。如果消费凭证上不全部是第二用户本人消费,则第二用户在第二终端上点击退回,服务器接收到退回的消息后,将该报销单再返回给第一终端,让第一用户重新编辑该报销单。
如上述步骤S3所述,服务器接收到第二终端的授权确认信息后,将报销单发送给财务端,用于财务方面的工作人员审核。财务端审核通过后,生成确认信息。财务端之后会安排将与消费凭证对应的费用汇入到报销单上的第一用户的账户信息。服务器接收到财务端的确认信息后,该报销单在流程上已经结束,则关闭报销单,将该报销单存档,以便后续查用。
参照图2,在一个实施例中,上述发送所述报销单到所述第二用户的第二终端以对所述报销单进行授权确认的步骤S2之前,上述方法还包括:
S21、读取所述报销单的所述第一信息以及所述第二信息;
S22、判断所述第一信息以及第二信息的关系是否符合预设的报销授权规则;
S23、若是,执行上述步骤S2。
如上述步骤S21所述,第一信息包括第一用户所在的公司的工号、所属部门、职务,同样,第二用户的信息类型与第一用户的信息类型都是一致的。服务器访问公司的数据库,读取第一用户的第一信息以及第二用户的第二信息。
如上述步骤S22所述,报销授权规则是指公司为规范化管理,对授权报销的授权规则做出一些限定,即哪些人可以授权给哪些人报销。在一具体实施例中,报销授权规则是只允许同一部门的员工之间可以互相授权报销,则通过判断第一信息中的部门信息与第二信息的部门信息是否相同来判断第一信息与第二信息的关系是否符合报销授权规则。若符合报销授权规则,说明第一终端提交的报销单是符合规则的,则继续下一步骤流程。在另一具体实施例中,报销授权规则是不允许职务高的员工向职务低的员工申请报销授权。
如上述步骤S23所述,当上述报销单符合报销授权规则,说明该报销的授权请求在流程上是符合公司要求的,因此将该报销单发给第二终端用于第二用户确认其消费凭证的真实有效性,其消费凭证是否是第二用户消费产生的,执行上述步骤S2,发送所述报销单到所述第二用户的第二终端以对所述报销单进行授权确认。
参照图3,在一个实施例中,上述发送所述报销单到所述第二用户的第二终端以对所述报销单进行授权确认的步骤之前,上述方法还包括:
S24、获取所述消费凭证信息的图像信息并转换成文字信息;
S25、分析所述文字信息以得到消费人信息;
S26、判断所述消费人信息是否是所述第二用户;
S27、若是,执行上述步骤S2。
本实施例中,消费凭证是发票,服务器接收到报销单后,将发票进行扫描,获取消费凭证的图像信息。利用OCR(Optical Character Recognition,光学字符识别)技术识别出图像信息中的文字,该技术是现在比较常用成熟的技术,然后读取文字信息,对文字信息进行语义分析,提取出消费人信息。通过识别文字信息中的“姓名”字样右侧的文字得出消费人的姓名,通过识别文字信息中的“证件”字样右侧的文字得出消费人的证件号。有的消费凭证上有消费人的信息,比如火车票、飞机票上有消费者的姓名和身份证号,通过扫描消费凭证后识别出文字内容,读取到该消费凭证上的消费人信息。第二信息包括有第二用户的员工号、身份证号、姓名等信息,这些信息都是员工在入职时必须要录入到服务器的。服务器调用第二信息中第二用户的姓名和身份证号,与消费凭证上的消费人信息进行比对,若两者信息一致,说明是消费人信息是第二用户的。若两者信息不一致,可能是第一用户上传错误,将报销单退回给第一终端。如果第二用户是消费凭证对应的消费者,说明第一终端上传的是正确的消费凭证,确实是第二用户消费的,则执行上述步骤S2,发送所述报销单到所述第二用户的第二终端以对所述报销单进行授权确认。
参照图4,在一个实施例中,上述当接收到所述第二终端的授权确认信息后,将所述报销单发送给财务端以对所述报销单进行报销的步骤S3,包括:
S31、接收到所述第二终端的授权确认信息后,获取所述消费凭证上的消费金额信息;
S32、判断所述消费金额信息是否超过所述第二用户的报销阈值;
S33、若否,将所述报销单发送给财务端,进行报销。
如上述步骤S31所述,扫描所述消费凭证,如上述步骤S25一样,将消费凭证描后识别出消费金额,即消费的金额。具体的,报销单上对每个消费凭证都有备注消费对应的消费项目。消费项目包括:餐饮消费、住宿消费、长途交通消费、市内交通消费。因此,消费金额消息包括各消费项目以及对应的消费金额。
如上述步骤S32所述,获取消费金额消息后,根据第二用户的第二信息中的职务,调用第二用户对应的报销阈值,报销阈值包括各职务、各消费项目的消费金额上限。各消费信息中的各消费项目对应的消费金额与第二用户的报销阈值进行比较。例如,一个主管级别的住宿消费项目标准是一天不允许超过500元人民币,第二用户的职位是主管,其中一项住宿消费是476,则没有超过报销阈值。当消费金额信息中的全部消费项目都没有超过各自对应的报销阈值时,才判断是消费金额信息中没有超过第二用户的报销阈值;若有任意一个消费项目对应的消费金额超过对应的报销阈值,则判定该消费金额超过第二用户的报销阈值。
如上述步骤S33所述,如果消费金额信息超过了第二用户的报销阈值,说明报销流程都是正确的,没有违反公司的关于报销的规定,因此继续走入下一个流程,将报销单发送给财务端,便于财务端员工安排打款报销。
在一个实施例中,上述判断所述消费金额信息是否超过所述第二用户的报销阈值的步骤之前,所述当接收所述第二终端的授权确认信息后,将所述报销单发送给财务端以对所述报销单进行报销的步骤S3还包括:
S321、判断所述消费金额信息的币种类型;
S322、将预设币种范围外的币种类型的金额转换成预设币种金额。
如上述步骤S321所述,消费金额消费还包括币种类型,通过扫描后图像识别出消费金额数字前面的币种符号来识别币种类型。若没有币种类型,默认为是人民币。
如上述步骤S322所述,预设币种是指人民币;公司也可以根据要求设置为其他类型的币种。当判断消费金额信息的是非人民币,获取消费金额信息中的消费日期,然后访问网络获取消费日期当天人民币与该非人民币的汇率,根据汇率计算出非人民币消费金额对应的人民币消费金额,将计算后的人民币消费金额记录在报销单上,然后发送给财务端,便于财务端汇款给第一用户,避免财务端人员通过非人民币种账户给第一用户报销汇款。
参照图5,在一个实施例中,上述当接收所述第二终端的授权确认信息后,将所述报销单发送给财务端以对所述报销单进行报销的步骤S3之后,包括:
S4、当接收到所述财务端返回的完成报销的报销信息,并将所述报销信息发送给所述第一终端以关闭报销单。
如上述步骤S4所述,第一用户是接收报销汇款的人,即最大的利益相关人。因此当报销的流程结束后,财务端会发送完成报销的信息给服务器,服务器发送信息给第一终端,通知第一用户报销流程结束并关闭报销单。
参照图6,在一个实施例中,上述当接收所述第二终端的授权确认信息后,将所述报销单发送给财务端以对所述报销单进行报销的步骤S3之后,包括:
S5、在所述消费凭证信息上增加所述第二用户身份信息以标记所述报销单归属所述第二用户。
如上述步骤S5所述,虽然该消费凭证是第一用户报销,但实际使用是第二用户,从公司的角度考虑,是第二用户消费的,算做是第二用户的支出成本,因此需要将该消费凭证标记为第二用户。具体的标记方法是,获取第二用户的员工号,将消费凭证信息上添加第二用户的员工号。便于公司在统计成本支出时更准确方便。
综上所述,本申请的报销方法,报销单支持授权给他人进行报销,这样使报销的费用是给实际付款的员工,而不是给消费的员工,使报销的对象更加准确。在报销时自动将外汇转换成本地货币,给报销人员更好的体验效果。报销后将消费凭证记录为实际使用者,便于公司统计成本支出时更准确方便。
参照图7,本申请实施例中还提供一种报销装置,包括:
接收模块1,用于接收第一终端发送的报销单,所述报销单上包括第一用户的第一信息、第二用户的第二信息以及第二用户的消费凭证信息;
确认模块2,用于发送所述报销单到所述第二用户的第二终端以对所述报销单进行授权确认;
报销模块3,用于当接收所述第二终端的授权确认信息后,将所述报销单发送给财务端以对所述报销单进行报销。

接收模块1接收到报销单后,读取报销单上的第二信息,确认模块2将报销单发送给第二终端,用于第二用户确认消费凭证是否全部是其本人消费,而且该消费所产生的费用是第一用户帮忙付款的。如果消费凭证上全部是第二用户本人消费且是第一用户帮忙付款的,则第二用户在第二终端上点击确认,第二终端生成授权确认信息。如果消费凭证上不全部是第二用户本人消费,则第二用户在第二终端上点击退回,服务器接收到退回的消息后,将该报销单再返回给第一终端,让第一用户重新编辑该报销单。
报销模块3接收到第二终端的授权确认信息后,将报销单发送给财务端,用于财务方面的工作人员审核。财务端审核通过后,生成确认信息。财务端之后会安排将与消费凭证对应的费用汇入到报销单上的第一用户的账户信息。服务器接收到财务端的确认信息后,该报销单在流程上已经结束,则关闭报销单,将该报销单存档,以便后续查用。

本实施例中,消费凭证是发票,接收到报销单后,获取图像模块24将发票进行扫描,获取消费凭证的图像信息,然后获取图像模块24利用OCR(Optical Character Recognition,光学字符识别)技术识别出图像信息中的文字,该技术是现在比较常用成熟的技术,然后分析模块25读取文字信息,对文字信息进行语义分析,提取出消费人信息。通过识别文字信息中的“姓名”字样右侧的文字得出消费人的姓名,通过识别文字信息中的“证件”字样右侧的文字得出消费人的证件号。有的消费凭证上有消费人的信息,比如火车票、飞机票上有消费者的姓名和身份证号,通过扫描消费凭证后识别出文字内容,读取到该消费凭证上的消费人信息。第二信息包括有第二用户的员工号、身份证号、姓名等信息,这些信息都是员工在入职时必须要录入到服务器的。第二判断模块26调用第二信息中第二用户的姓名和身份证号,与消费凭证上的消费人信息进行比对,若两者信息一致,第二判定模块27判定是消费人信息是第二用户的。若两者信息不一致,可能是第一用户上传错误,将报销单退回给第一终端。如果第二用户是消费凭证对应的消费者,说明第一终端上传的是正确的消费凭证,确实是第二用户消费的。
参照图10,在一个实施例中,上述报销模块3包括:
获取金额单元31,用于接收到所述第二终端的授权确认信息后,获取所述消费凭证上的消费金额信息;
判断单元32,用于判断所述消费金额信息是否超过所述第二用户的报销阈值;
报销单元33,用于若所述消费金额信息未超过所述第二用户的报销阈值,将所述报销单发送给财务端,进行报销。
本实施例中,获取金额单元31扫描所述消费凭证,将消费凭证描后识别出消费金额,即消费的金额。具体的,报销单上对每个消费凭证都有备注消费对应的消费项目。消费项目包括:餐饮消费、住宿消费、长途交通消费、市内交通消费。因此,消费金额消息包括各消费项目以及对应的消费金额。

在一个实施例中,上述报销模块3还包括:
币种单元321,用于判断所述消费金额信息的币种类型;
转换币种单元322,用于将预设币种范围外的币种类型的金额转换成预设币种金额。
本实施例中,消费金额消费还包括币种类型,币种单元321通过扫描后图像识别出消费金额数字前面的币种符号来识别币种类型。若消费凭证上没有币种类型,默认为是人民币。预设币种是指人民币;公司也可以根据要求设置为其他类型的币种。当币种单元321判断消费金额信息的是非人民币,获取消费金额信息中的消费日期,然后转换币种单元322,访问网络获取消费日期当天人民币与该非人民币的汇率,根据汇率计算出非人民币消费金额对应的人民币消费金额,将计算后的人民币消费金额记录在报销单上,然后发送给财务端,便于财务端汇款给第一用户,避免财务端人员通过非人民币种账户给第一用户报销汇款。
参照图11,在一个实施例中,上述报销装置还包括:
发送模块4,用于当接收到所述财务端返回的完成报销的报销信息,并将所述报销信息发送给所述第一终端以关闭报销单。
本实施例中,第一用户是接收报销汇款的人,即最大的利益相关人。因此当报销的流程结束后,财务端会发送完成报销的信息给服务器,发送模块4发送信息给第一终端,通知第一用户报销流程结束并关闭报销单。
参照图12,在一个实施例中,上述报销装置还包括:
标记模块5,用于、在所述消费凭证信息上增加所述第二用户身份信息以标记所述报销单归属所述第二用户。
本实施例中,虽然该消费凭证是第一用户报销,但实际使用是第二用户,从公司的角度考虑,是第二用户消费的,算做是第二用户的支出成本,因此标记模块5将该消费凭证标记为第二用户。具体的标记方法是,获取第二用户的员工号,标记模块5将消费凭证信息上添加第二用户的员工号。便于公司在统计成本支出时更准确方便。
综上所述,本申请的报销装置,报销单支持授权给他人进行报销,这样使报销的费用是给实际付款的员工,而不是给消费的员工,使报销的对象更加准确。在报销时自动将外汇转换成本地货币,给报销人员更好的体验效果。报销后将消费凭证记录为实际使用者,便于公司统计成本支出时更准确方便。
参照图13,本申请实施例中还提供一种计算机设备,该计算机设备可以是服务器,其内部结构可以如图13所示。该计算机设备包括通过系统总线连接的处理器、存储器、网络接口和数据库。其中,该计算机设计的处理器用于提供计算和控制能力。该计算机设备的存储器包括非易失性存储介质、内存储器。该非易失性存储介质存储有操作系统、计算机可读指令和数据库。该内存器为非易失性存储介质中的操作系统和计算机可读指令的运行提供环境。该计算机设备的数据库用于存储第一信息、第二信息、报销授权规则等数据。该计算机设备的网络接口用于与外部的终端通过网络连接通信。该计算机可读指令被处理器执行时以实现一种报销方法。
上述处理器执行上述报销方法的步骤:接收第一终端发送的报销单,所述报销单上包括第一用户的第一信息、第二用户的第二信息以及第二用户的消费凭证信息;发送所述报销单到所述第二用户的第二终端以对所述报销单进行授权确认;当接收所述第二终端的授权确认信息后,将所述报销单发送给财务端以对所述报销单进行报销。
在一个实施例中,上述处理器执行发送所述报销单到所述第二用户的第二终端以对所述报销单进行授权确认的步骤之前,包括:读取所述报销单的所述第一信息以及所述第二信息;判断所述第一信息以及第二信息的关系是否符合预设的报销授权规则;若是,执行所述发送所述报销单到所述第二用户的第二终端以对所述报销单进行授权确认的步骤。
在一个实施例中,上述处理器执行发送所述报销单到所述第二用户的第二终端以对所述报销单进行授权确认的步骤之前,包括:获取所述消费凭证信息的图像信息并转换成文字信息;分析所述文字信息以得到消费人信息;判断所述消费人信息是否是所述第二用户;若是,执行所述发送所述报销单到所述第二用户的第二终端以对所述报销单进行授权确认的步骤。
在一个实施例中,上述处理器执行当接收所述第二终端的授权确认信息后,将所述报销单发送给财务端以对所述报销单进行报销的步骤,包括:接收到所述第二终端的授权确认信息后,获取所述消费凭证上的消费金额信息;判断所述消费金额信息是否超过所述第二用户的报销阈值;若否,则将所述报销单发送给财务端,进行报销。
在一个实施例中,上述处理器执行判断所述消费金额信息是否超过所述第二用户的报销阈值的步骤之前,所述当接收所述第二终端的授权确认信息后,将所述报销单发送给财务端以对所述报销单进行报销的步骤还包括:判断所述消费金额信息的币种类型;将预设币种范围外的币种类型的金额转换成预设币种金额后发送给财务端。
在一个实施例中,上述处理器执行当接收所述第二终端的授权确认信息后,将所述报销单发送给财务端以对所述报销单进行报销的步骤之后,包括:当接收到所述财务端返回的完成报销的报销信息,并将所述报销信息发送给所述第一终端以关闭报销单。
在一个实施例中,上述处理器执行当接收所述第二终端的授权确认信息后,将所述报销单发送给财务端以对所述报销单进行报销的步骤之后,包括:在所述消费凭证信息上增加所述第二用户身份信息以标记所述报销单归属所述第二用户。
综上所述,本申请的计算机设备,报销单支持授权给他人进行报销,这样使报销的费用是给实际付款的员工,而不是给消费的员工,使报销的对象更加准确。在报销时自动将外汇转换成本地货币,给报销人员更好的体验效果。报销后将消费凭证记录为实际使用者,便于公司统计成本支出时更准确方便。

本申请一实施例还提供一种计算机非易失性可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机可读指令,该计算机可读指令在执行时,执行如上述各方法的实施例的流程。以上所述仅为本申请的优选实施例,并非因此限制本申请的专利范围,凡是利用本申请说明书及附图内容所作的等效结构或等效流程变换,或直接或间接运用在其他相关的技术领域,均同理包括在本申请的专利保护范围内。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种报销方法,其特征在于,包括:
    接收第一终端发送的报销单,所述报销单上包括第一用户的第一信息、第二用户的第二信息以及第二用户的消费凭证信息;
    发送所述报销单到所述第二用户的第二终端以对所述报销单进行授权确认;
    当接收所述第二终端的授权确认信息后,将所述报销单发送给财务端以对所述报销单进行报销。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的报销方法,其特征在于,所述发送所述报销单到所述第二用户的第二终端以对所述报销单进行授权确认的步骤之前,所述方法还包括:
    读取所述报销单的所述第一信息以及所述第二信息;
    判断所述第一信息以及第二信息的关系是否符合预设的报销授权规则;
    若是,执行所述发送所述报销单到所述第二用户的第二终端以对所述报销单进行授权确认的步骤。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的报销方法,其特征在于,所述发送所述报销单到所述第二用户的第二终端以对所述报销单进行授权确认的步骤之前,所述方法还包括:
    获取所述消费凭证信息的图像信息并转换成文字信息;
    分析所述文字信息以得到消费人信息;
    判断所述消费人信息是否是所述第二用户;
    若是,执行所述发送所述报销单到所述第二用户的第二终端以对所述报销单进行授权确认的步骤。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的报销方法,其特征在于,所述当接收所述第二终端的授权确认信息后,将所述报销单发送给财务端以对所述报销单进行报销的步骤,包括:
    接收到所述第二终端的授权确认信息后,获取所述消费凭证上的消费金额信息;
    判断所述消费金额信息是否超过所述第二用户的报销阈值;
    若否,则将所述报销单发送给财务端,进行报销。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的报销方法,其特征在于,所述判断所述消费金额信息是否超过所述第二用户的报销阈值的步骤之前,所述当接收所述第二终端的授权确认信息后,将所述报销单发送给财务端以对所述报销单进行报销的步骤还包括:
    判断所述消费金额信息的币种类型;
    将预设币种范围外的币种类型的金额转换成预设币种金额。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的报销方法,其特征在于,所述当接收所述第二终端的授权确认信息后,将所述报销单发送给财务端以对所述报销单进行报销的步骤之后,包括:
    当接收到所述财务端返回的完成报销的报销信息,并将所述报销信息发送给所述第一终端以关闭报销单。
  7. 一种报销装置,其特征在于,包括:
    接收模块,用于接收第一终端发送的报销单,所述报销单上包括第一用户的第一信息、第二用户的第二信息以及第二用户的消费凭证信息;
    确认模块,用于发送所述报销单到所述第二用户的第二终端以对所述报销单进行授权确认;
    报销模块,用于当接收所述第二终端的授权确认信息后,将所述报销单发送给财务端以对所述报销单进行报销。
  8. 如权利7所述的报销装置,其特征在于,所述报销装置还包括:
    读取信息模块,用于读取所述报销单的所述第一信息以及所述第二信息;
    第一判断模块,用于判断所述第一信息以及第二信息的关系是否符合预设的报销授权规则;
    第一判定模块,用于判定所述第一信息以及第二信息的关系符合预设的报销授权规则。
  9. 如权利要求7所述的报销装置,其特征在于,所述报销装置还包括:
    获取图像模块,用于获取所述消费凭证信息的图像信息并转换成文字信息;
    分析模块,用于分析所述文字信息以得到消费人信息;
    第二判断模块,用于判断所述消费人信息是否是所述第二用户;
    第二判定模块,用于判定所述消费人信息是所述第二用户。
  10. 如权利要求7所述的报销装置,其特征在于,所述报销模块包括:
    获取金额单元,用于接收到所述第二终端的授权确认信息后,获取所述消费凭证上的消费金额信息;
    判断单元,用于判断所述消费金额信息是否超过所述第二用户的报销阈值;
    报销单元,用于若所述消费金额信息未超过所述第二用户的报销阈值,将所述报销单发送给财务端,进行报销。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的报销装置,其特征在于,所述报销装置还包括:
    获取图像模块,用于获取所述消费凭证信息的图像信息并转换成文字信息;
    分析模块,用于分析所述文字信息以得到消费人信息;
    第二判断模块,用于判断所述消费人信息是否是所述第二用户;
    第二判定模块,用于判定所述消费人信息是所述第二用户。
  12. 如权利要求7所述的报销装置,其特征在于,所述报销模块包括:
    获取金额单元,用于接收到所述第二终端的授权确认信息后,获取所述消费凭证上的消费金额信息;
    判断单元,用于判断所述消费金额信息是否超过所述第二用户的报销阈值;
    报销单元,用于若所述消费金额信息未超过所述第二用户的报销阈值,将所述报销单发送给财务端,进行报销。
  13. 一种计算机设备,包括存储器和处理器,所述存储器存储有计算机可读指令,其特征在于,所述处理器执行所述计算机可读指令时实现报销方法,该报销方法,包括:
    接收第一终端发送的报销单,所述报销单上包括第一用户的第一信息、第二用户的第二信息以及第二用户的消费凭证信息;
    发送所述报销单到所述第二用户的第二终端以对所述报销单进行授权确认;
    当接收所述第二终端的授权确认信息后,将所述报销单发送给财务端以对所述报销单进行报销。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的计算机设备,其特征在于,所述发送所述报销单到所述第二用户的第二终端以对所述报销单进行授权确认的步骤之前,所述方法还包括:
    读取所述报销单的所述第一信息以及所述第二信息;
    判断所述第一信息以及第二信息的关系是否符合预设的报销授权规则;
    若是,执行所述发送所述报销单到所述第二用户的第二终端以对所述报销单进行授权确认的步骤。
  15. 如权利要求13所述的计算机设备,其特征在于,所述发送所述报销单到所述第二用户的第二终端以对所述报销单进行授权确认的步骤之前,所述方法还包括:
    获取所述消费凭证信息的图像信息并转换成文字信息;
    分析所述文字信息以得到消费人信息;
    判断所述消费人信息是否是所述第二用户;
    若是,执行所述发送所述报销单到所述第二用户的第二终端以对所述报销单进行授权确认的步骤。
  16. 如权利要求13所述的计算机设备,其特征在于,所述当接收所述第二终端的授权确认信息后,将所述报销单发送给财务端以对所述报销单进行报销的步骤,包括:
    接收到所述第二终端的授权确认信息后,获取所述消费凭证上的消费金额信息;
    判断所述消费金额信息是否超过所述第二用户的报销阈值;
    若否,则将所述报销单发送给财务端,进行报销。
  17. 一种计算机非易失性可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机可读指令,其特征在于,所述计算机可读指令被处理器执行时实现报销方法,该报销方法,包括:接收第一终端发送的报销单,所述报销单上包括第一用户的第一信息、第二用户的第二信息以及第二用户的消费凭证信息;
    发送所述报销单到所述第二用户的第二终端以对所述报销单进行授权确认;
    当接收所述第二终端的授权确认信息后,将所述报销单发送给财务端以对所述报销单进行报销。
  18. 如权利要求17所述的计算机非易失性可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述发送所述报销单到所述第二用户的第二终端以对所述报销单进行授权确认的步骤之前,所述方法还包括:
    读取所述报销单的所述第一信息以及所述第二信息;
    判断所述第一信息以及第二信息的关系是否符合预设的报销授权规则;
    若是,执行所述发送所述报销单到所述第二用户的第二终端以对所述报销单进行授权确认的步骤。
  19. 如权利要求17所述的计算机非易失性可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述发送所述报销单到所述第二用户的第二终端以对所述报销单进行授权确认的步骤之前,所述方法还包括:
    获取所述消费凭证信息的图像信息并转换成文字信息;
    分析所述文字信息以得到消费人信息;
    判断所述消费人信息是否是所述第二用户;
    若是,执行所述发送所述报销单到所述第二用户的第二终端以对所述报销单进行授权确认的步骤。
  20. 如权利要求17所述的计算机非易失性可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述当接收所述第二终端的授权确认信息后,将所述报销单发送给财务端以对所述报销单进行报销的步骤,包括:
    接收到所述第二终端的授权确认信息后,获取所述消费凭证上的消费金额信息;
    判断所述消费金额信息是否超过所述第二用户的报销阈值;
    若否,则将所述报销单发送给财务端,进行报销。
