一体化融合发展已经是大势所趋,各种出行服务已经开始甚至完成初步探索。交通出行方面,通过打造多种交通方式一站式服务平台,利用大数据决策,将出行资源与多种交通方式整合,为出行者提供交通服务,并实现一体化支付。
旅游出行方面,景区、文化场所、酒店等场所在售票环节打通多种渠道,包括线下售票、场所官网、公众号、小程序、在线旅游社(OTA)、短视频、同行合作(与酒店、旅游社合作售票)等;在核销环节,通过人工验票、入园闸机、刷卡Pos机、扫码Pos机等完成票据核验。
在一些特殊的背景下,乘坐公共交通、进入景区和酒店等公共场所需要出示相关健康信息的有关凭证,在一定程度上降低了通行效率。然而,现阶段一体化出行大多着眼于同一行业或着眼于同一用途,交通、旅游、人体健康信息各自为阵或两两结合,未将三者进行有机结合,缺乏融合交通、旅游和人体健康的一体化票务服务系统。
目前仅有部分场所支持刷身份证、社保卡、敬老卡和残疾人证等常见证件进行通行,对部分无智能手机的老人和小孩及残障人士的出行造成一定的困扰,公共场所通行服务的适老助残助幼性能亟待提升。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供了一种融合多系统的出行方法和装置。第一方面,本发明提出了一种融合多系统的出行方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:
根据第一数据为用户推荐行程,根据第二数据为用户推荐出行路线;
城市一体化票务服务系统自动关联第三数据,并判断所述第三数据是否满足出行要求;
若所述第三数据满足出行要求,根据所述推荐行程和出行路线自行选择最终出行路线并进行票务预订;
票务预订后,进行预约并完成支付后获得二维码并将所述票务预订信息录入有效证件中,利用所述二维码或者所述有效证件出入预约的场所。
进一步地,所述第一数据包括城市交通行业大数据、用户健康信息以及景区、文化场所和酒店场所的票务信息;
所述第二数据包括城市交通行业大数据、用户输入的出发地和目的地;
所述第三数据为用户健康信息和身份信息。
进一步地,当所述第三数据不满足出行要求时,用户无法完成票务预定也无法刷证件通行。
进一步地,所述方法还包括在进行票务预订后,若所述第三数据不满足出行要求,则在移动终端App、人工窗口或自助终端上进行退票或者改签服务。
进一步地,判断所述第三数据是否满足出行要求具体为:
根据所述第三数据判断用户是否处于健康状态;
若用户处于健康状态则满足出行要求。
进一步地,所述票务预订包括景区和文化场所门票、酒店场所的票据以及出行的交通票据;
所述二维码中包括预约的交通、游玩门票和入住信息。
进一步地,用户根据所述行程和出行路线自行选择最终出行路线包括以下两种方式:
第一种是根据推荐的行程和出行路线所涉及的交通、旅游和住宿费用进行合并支付;
第二种是根据推荐的行程和出行路线自行挑选所涉及的交通、旅游和住宿费用进行合并支付。
进一步地,所述方法还包括为无法使用智能手机和互联网的人群提供三种服务方式,具体为人工窗口服务、自助终端服务和他人代操作服务;
其中,所述人工窗口和自助服务终端设置在出行的主要场所,包括机场、车站、景区和酒店;
所述他人代操作服务则设置在移动终端上。

用户向客服人员提供身份验证,并提供行程目的地出行信息;
客服人员口述并辅以窗口大屏显示信息向用户推荐行程、路线、交通方式、景区和酒店信息;
用户完成出行项目确认后,进行出行费用支付;
客服人员为用户打印出行二维码,用户凭所述二维码或录入信息的有效证件乘车和进入目的场所;
所述自助终端服务具体为:
用户在自助终端上完成身份认证后根据自助终端上的行程推荐、路线推荐、票务预订、便捷支付功能完成出行确认;
打印出行二维码,用户凭所述二维码或录入信息的有效证件乘车和进入目的场所;
所述他人代操作服务具体为:
在移动终端App上进行操作,通过添加他人身份信息模块,录入用户常见有效证件信息并完成身份认证;
根据移动终端App上的行程推荐、路线推荐、票务预订、便捷支付功能完成出行确认;
用户凭录入信息的有效证件乘车和进入各种场所。
进一步地,当完成身份认证阶段识别到所述身份信息为享有优惠的身份类型时,享有对应的支付优惠。
进一步地,利用所述二维码或者所述有效证件出入预定的场所时通过闸机、刷卡Pos机、扫码Pos机或人工进行票据核验;
只有二维码信息或有效证件信息通过验证时,才能进入预定场所;
当所述二维码信息或者有效证件信息未通过验证时,所述闸机、刷卡Pos机、扫码Pos机或人工根据核验结果进行报错。
进一步地,所述闸机、刷卡Pos机和扫码Pos机的读卡器能够读取多种身份相关证件,所述身份相关证件包括居民身份证、社保卡、敬老卡和残疾人证;
所述闸机、刷卡Pos机和扫码Pos机的二维码读写器能够对所述二维码进行扫描和识别。
第二方面,本发明提出了一种融合多系统的出行装置,所述出行装置包括:
推荐单元,根据第一数据为用户推荐行程,根据第二数据为用户推荐出行路线;
判断单元,用于通过城市一体化票务服务系统自动关联第三数据,并判断所述第三数据是否满足出行要求;
票务预定单元,用于在所述第三数据满足出行要求时,根据所述推荐行程和出行路线自行选择最终出行路线并进行票务预订;
支付单元,用于在票务预订后,进行预约并完成支付后获得二维码并将所述票务预订信息录入有效证件中,利用所述二维码或者所述有效证件出入预约的场所。
进一步地,所述城市一体化票务服务系统包括接入层、核心业务层和 接口层;

所述接口层用于接入外部接口,并将外部接口获取的数据发送给核心业务层;

第四方面,本发明提出了一种计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序,所述计算机程序被处理器执行时实现所述的融合多系统的出行方法。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明提出的一种融合多系统的出行方法和装置,为旅客提供一体化的出行服务,并考虑健康相关要求的行程推荐、路线选择,交通、景区、文化场所和酒店的票务预订与支付,为旅客提供便捷购票渠道的同时,减少了线下购票的接触与聚集;利用常见有效身份证件或生成的唯一二维码快速通行,提高进站口/入口通过效率;通过提供“他人代下单”、打印纸质二维码、使用常见有效证件进行订票和出行的功能,满足了老年人等特殊群体的便捷出行需求,提升了城市的适老化服务水平。

本发明通过对接既有的城市交通行业大数据系统、票务系统、支付平台、身份信息管理系统,提供城市级的交通、旅游和人体健康相关的票务服务系统,实现行程推荐、路线推荐、票务预订、便捷支付、一码或一卡快速通行的功能。
在特殊情况下还可以实现:用户健康信息核验、退票服务和适老适幼助残化等特殊人群使用等功能。
本发明提出的融合多系统的出行方法的主要流程如图1所示:
根据第一数据为用户推荐行程,根据第二数据为用户推荐出行路线;
城市一体化票务服务系统自动关联第三数据,并判断所述第三数据是否满足出行要求;
若所述第三数据满足出行要求,根据所述行程和出行路线自行选择最终出行路线并进行票务预订;当所述第三数据不满足出行要求时,用户无法完成票务预定也无法刷证件通行;
票务预订后,进行预约并完成支付后获得二维码并将所述票务预订信息录入有效证件中,利用所述二维码或者所述有效证件出入预约的场所。
具体的,所述第一数据包括城市交通行业大数据、用户健康信息以及景区、文化场所和酒店场所的票务信息;
所述第二数据包括城市交通行业大数据、用户输入的出发地和目的地;
所述第三数据为用户健康信息和身份信息。
以下结合需要对人体健康进行查询的特殊情况对上述方法进行详细说明。
(1)推荐行程
本发明依据城市交通行业大数据以及景区、文化场所和酒店等场所的特定要求,为用户实时推荐可选择的场所;在需要对人体健康进行查询的情况下,还可以融合用户健康信息为用户推荐可选择的场所。
(2)推荐出行路线
本发明依据城市交通行业大数据、用户输入的出发地和目的地,可为用户提供合适的出行路线。
(3)用户健康信息核验
城市一体化票务服务系统自动关联用户健康信息并对用户健康信息进行核验,当用户健康信息不满足某国或某地区健康要求时,用户无法进行相关票务预订,也无法刷证件或扫二维码通行。
(4)票务预订
用户可选择按推荐的行程和路线出行,或者自行选择出行路线。
按照推荐路线出行,可根据路线所涉及的交通、旅游和住宿费用进行合并支付;
自行选择出行路线,可将自行勾选的交通、旅游和住宿项目所产生的费用合并支付。
(5)凭据生成
用户完成费用支付后,App自动生成包含乘车、入园和入住等票据信息的二维码,或将乘车、入园和入住等票据信息与常见有效证件信息进行关联,例如身份证。
(6)一卡或一码通行
在城市一体化票务服务系统进行预约并支付后,在搭乘预约的交通工具或进入场所时,只需刷同一个证件或扫同一个二维码进行一次核验,不必再次出示健康信息。
(7)特殊情况下的退票服务
在特殊情况下,用户享受特殊的退票服务。在由于客观原因造成及交通停运、景区和酒店等暂停营业的情况,可进行全额退票,其中客观原因包括集中性的疫情爆发等等情况。此时,自动获取特殊情况数据,通过解析相关的特殊情况数据,生成受特殊影响的出行项目集,如果用户所支付的出行项目在受特殊情况影响的出行项目集之内,通过接口向各个出行项目所对应的票务系统自动请求“因特殊情况影响全额退票”,如果各个出行项目所对应的票务系统接受全额退票的请求,则返回全额退票的结果;若某个出行项目所对应的票务系统不接受全额退票的请求,则返回拒绝全额退票的结果或者部分退票的结果。在接收到回执后,向用户推送退票结果并将相应票款按支付方式原路退回。
(8)适老适幼助残化
本发明为无法使用智能手机和互联网的老年人、小孩和残疾人用户提供三种服务方式。
①人工窗口服务
在机场、车站、景区等主要场所设置人工服务窗口,用户先向客服人员提供某一常见有效证件并完成人脸验证,再向客服人员提供行程目的地等出行信息;客服人员口述并辅以窗口大屏显示信息向用户推荐行程、路线、交通方式、景区和酒店等信息;用户完成出行项目确认后,进行出行费用支付;客服人员为用户打印出行二维码,用户可凭此纸质二维码或录入信息的有效证件乘车和进入各种场所。
②自助终端服务
在机场、车站、景区等主要场所设置自助终端,用户在自助终端上选择常见有效证件类型,自助终端对常见有效证件进行识别,录入用户身份 信息并完成人脸验证;用户根据自助终端上的行程推荐、路线推荐、票务预订、便捷支付功能完成出行确认;自助终端自行打印出行二维码,用户可凭此纸质二维码或录入信息的有效证件乘车和进入各种场所。
③他人代操作服务
他人在移动终端App上进行操作,通过“添加他人身份信息”模块,录入用户常见有效证件信息并完成人脸验证,由他人根据移动终端App上的行程推荐、路线推荐、票务预订、便捷支付功能完成出行确认;用户可凭录入信息的有效证件乘车和进入各种场所。
其中,当录入的常见有效证件类型为享有支付优惠的证件类型时,满足优惠条件时仍享有相应支付优惠,例如敬老卡或残疾人证等。
针对票务预定及其衍生的功能,例如订票、退票、改签等业务,本发明设置了终端业务,终端业务包括移动终端App、人工窗口或自助终端,用户可以在移动终端进行订票、退票和改签等业务操作。
订票的操作如下:
移动终端App:用户录入身份和人脸信息注册或直接登录;按照需求使用信息查询、行程推荐和路线推荐;按照推荐的或者自行选择的出行项目进行订票并合并支付;App生成出行二维码。
利用移动终端App订票的流程如图2所示:
打开客户端,确认是否已经注册所述客户端的账户,若未注册,则录入身份信息、人脸信息以及健康信息完成注册;若已经注册,则判断是否已经登录,若未登录,则进行登录,若已经登录,则进入App进行票务预约,票务预约,在票务预约之前,可以通过信息查询、行程推荐和路线推荐选择合适的票据进行预约,所述票务预约包括多场所预约、多交通预约 和多酒店预约,可以根据所有的行程需求进行预约;预约完成以后,将所有的预约进行合并支付,支付完成以后,客户端直接生成唯一二维码,后续行程中可以通过扫二维码或者使用常用有效身份证件乘车、进入需要门票的场所和/或入住酒店;行程状态在客户端实时进行更新显示,完成整个订票和出票的流程。
人工窗口:客服人员为用户录入身份和人脸信息开通账号,或查询已开通的账号;客服人员根据用户自述需求向用户推荐并展示出行项目;用户确认出行项目并用现金或电子支付方式支付相关费用;客服人员为用户打印出行二维码并告知可以使用录入信息的有效证件进行出行。
自助终端:用户录入身份和人脸信息开通账号,或根据身份信息查询已开通的账号;按照需求使用信息查询、行程推荐和路线推荐模块;按照推荐的或者自行选择的出行项目进行订票;用户用现金或电子支付方式合并支付;自助终端为用户打印出行二维码,并显示可以使用录入信息的有效证件进行出行的提示信息。
退票的操作如下(此处的退票流程为用户主观退票的操作流程):
移动终端App:用户登录App;找到已支付订单;选择需要退票的出行项目,点击退票,满足退票条件时票款按照支付方式原路退回。
利用移动终端App退票的流程如图3所示:
打开客户端,确认是否已经登录,若未登录,则进行登录,若已经登录,则进入App,进入订单管理界面,找到已支付订单,选择订单,选择一个或多个出行项目,判断所选的出行项目是否满足退票条件,若满足退票条件,将退票结果通过票务系统接口返回,票款按支付方式原路退回, 若不满足退票条件,则重新选择订单,直至所选择的出行项目均满足退票条件。所述退票条件为各个出行项目所对应的票务系统内部根据设立的退票条件。
人工窗口:用户提供身份信息和待退票的出行项目;客服人员为用户查找相关订单;用户确认退票项目和退票金额后完成退票。
自助终端:用户输入身份信息;找到已支付订单;选择需要退票的出行项目,点击退票,满足退票条件时票款按照支付方式原路退回。
改签的操作如下:
移动终端App:用户登录App;找到已支付订单;选择需要改签的出行项目,点击改签,满足改签条件时,多退少补结清票款,完成改签。
利用移动终端App退票的流程如图4所示:
打开客户端,确认是否已经登录,若未登录,则进行登录,若已经登录成功,则进入App,进入订单管理界面,找到已支付订单,选择订单,进一步选择一个或多个出行项目,判断所选的出行项目是否满足改签条件,若不满足改签条件,则返回重新选择订单,直至所选的出行项目满足改签条件;若满足改签条件则核对改签金额,判断是否需要退款,若需要退款则票款按原路返回,完成改签;若不需要退款,则进一步判断是否需要补款,若需要补款,则使用第三方支付渠道进行支付,若不需要补款,则改签成功,改签成功后重新生成唯一二维码,后续行程中可以通过扫二维码或者使用常用有效身份证件乘车、进入需要门票的场所和/或入住酒店。
人工窗口:用户提供身份信息和待改签的出行项目;客服人员为用户查找相关订单;用户确认改签项目和改签金额后,多退少补结清票款,完 成改签。
自助终端:用户输入身份信息;找到已支付订单;选择需要改签的出行项目,点击改签,满足改签条件时,多退少补结清票款,完成改签。
在票务预定之后,用户可以通过闸机、刷卡Pos机和扫码Pos机进行票据核验,具体核验过程如下:
闸机:用户将二维码对准闸机二维码扫描口,身份、健康和票务信息无误且人脸识别成功后,通过闸机;身份、健康和订票信息有误或人脸识别失败后,闸机不予通行。
或者用户将有效证件放置在闸机读卡模块上,身份、健康和订票信息无误且人脸识别成功后,通过闸机;身份、健康和订票信息有误或人脸识别失败后,闸机不予通行。
闸机检票的具体流程如图5所示:
开始检票时,进行核验,核验方式有两种,一种是将二维码对准扫描口,同时进行人脸核验,第二种是将卡片放置在读卡模块上,同时进行人脸核验;核验结束后判断信息是否正确,若信息正确,则闸机开启结束检票;若信息不正确,则闸机不开启,并进一步判断信息错误的原因,首先判断是否是二维码或者卡片无法读取,若是二维码或者卡片无法读取,则提示二维码或卡片无法读取;若不是二维码或者卡片的原因,则判断基本信息是否有误,若基本信息有误,则提示用户基本信息有误,若基本信息无误,则判断人脸信息是否有误,若人脸信息有误,则提示人脸验证不通过,若人脸信息无误,则判断订票信息是否有误,若订票信息有误,则提示未查询到订票信息,若订票信息无误,则判断健康信息是否有误,若健康信息有误,则提示健康信息有误。
刷卡Pos机:用户将有效证件放置在刷卡Pos机的读卡模块上,身份、健康和订票信息无误后,票据核验成功;身份、健康和订票信息有误,则票据核验失败。
扫码Pos机:用户将二维码对准扫码Pos机的二维码扫描口,身份、健康和订票信息无误后,票据核验成功;身份、健康和订票信息有误,则票据核验失败。
基于本发明的同一构思,本发明提出了一种融合多系统的出行装置,具体包括推荐单元、判断单元、票务预订单元和支付单元,由于其基本对应于方法实施例,所以相关之处参见方法实施例的部分说明即可。所述出行装置中提出的城市一体化票务服务系统的架构如图6所示,包括接入层、核心业务层和接口层;
其中,接入层包括移动终端App、人工窗口和自助终端;
所述移动终端App提供用户注册与信息录入、疫情信息查询、行程查询与选择、路线查询与选择、支付管理、二维码生成与展示、刷码状态实时提醒、订单管理等功能。
所述人工窗口为用户提供身份信息录入、疫情信息告知、行程推荐、路线推荐、订票退票改签、支付票款、二维码生成与打印、查询历史订单的功能。
所述自助终端具备用户注册与信息录入、健康信息查询、行程查询与选择、路线查询与选择、支付管理、二维码生成与打印、订单管理的功能。
所述核心业务层包括账户管理、数据分析、行程规划、路线规划、交易管理、二维码管理和统计报表。
其中,
账户管理用于管理用户账户信息,包括用户身份信息和健康信息;
所述用户身份信息包括常用有效证件类型、常用有效证件号码和人脸信息;
所述用户健康信息包括与人体健康信息相关的二维码或者相关证明数据。
数据分析用于对交通行业大数据和用户健康信息等进行分析,用于用户健康信息显示、行程推荐和路线推荐。
行程规划用于依据数据分析结果,生成行程集,为用户实时推荐可出行的场所。
路线规划用于依据数据分析结果和用户输入的出发地和目的地,生成路线集,为用户提供避免途径中高风险地区的多条出行路线。
交易管理用于与既有票务系统对接,接收行程通知、扣款订单通知、订单变更通知,进行交易数据的实时交互;并和第三方支付平台对接,进行交易数据的实时交互和定期报表;对于异常或有差错的交易,提供交易异常查询和补登功能,人工验证后,逐笔补登差错交易并提供交易报表。
二维码管理用于根据二维码应用技术规范,生成唯一的出行二维码。
统计报表用于根据指定日期等条件统计出行人数、支付金额、出行路线与地点偏好等信息。
接口层包括城市一体化票务服务系统对外统一安全接口,对接既有的城市交通行业大数据系统、身份信息管理系统、第三方支付平台以及票务系统。
城市交通行业大数据系统包括静态交通大数据和动态交通大数据。其中,静态交通大数据包括交通路网信息、道路交通客运信息、航班信息、 列车信息、水运信息、停车场信息、交通管理信息以及交通抽样调查数据等;动态交通大数据包括通过遥感、传感设备和移动终端等手段采集的人(驾驶行为数据、付费行为数据和出行行为数据)、车(车辆信息数据、车辆实时位置数据、公交车运营数据、出租车运营数据)、路(卫星影像数据、航空摄影数据和道路基础设施数据)等交通要素数据。
身份信息管理系统包括身份证实名认证接口,根据用户人脸照片、姓名和身份证号,通过公安接口核验是否一致。
所述票务系统包括航空票务系统、国铁票务系统、城际铁路票务系统、公交票务系统、地铁票务系统、景区票务系统、文化场所票务系统和酒店预订登记系统。
为了更好的实现上述功能,对既有的票务系统、检票通道、检票装置进行升级改造。
①读卡器升级改造
已有读卡器的闸机和Pos机,对既有读卡器软件进行升级改造。新增对身份证、社保卡、敬老卡和残疾人证进行读取的功能。

没有二维码读写器的闸机和Pos机,在闸机和Pos机中新增二维码读写器,对票务系统的二维码进行扫描和识别解析的功能,实现对该二维码的业务验证。
③既有票务系统的清分系统升级改造
既有票务系统的清分系统与城市一体化票务服务系统对接,提供实名用户授权、系统接入、生码授权、行程通知、扣款订单通知、订单变更通知、交易对账、交易结算等业务功能。
基于同一发明构思,本发明的另一示例性实施例提供了一种电子设备和计算机可读存储介质,所述电子设备包括处理器、通信接口、存储器和通信总线,其中,处理器、通信接口和存储器通过通信总线完成相互间的通信;
存储器,用于存放计算机程序;
处理器,用于执行存储器上所存放的程序时,实现所述的融合多系统的出行方法。
所述计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序,所述计算机程序被处理器执行时实现所述的融合多系统的出行方法。
尽管参照前述实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明各实施例技术方案的精神和范围。

Claims (21)

  1. 一种融合多系统的出行方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括以下步骤:
    根据第一数据为用户推荐行程,根据第二数据为用户推荐出行路线;
    城市一体化票务服务系统自动关联第三数据,并判断所述第三数据是否满足出行要求;
    若所述第三数据满足出行要求,根据所述推荐行程和出行路线自行选择最终出行路线并进行票务预订;
    票务预订后,进行预约并完成支付后获得二维码并将所述票务预订信息录入有效证件中,利用所述二维码或者所述有效证件出入预约的场所。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种融合多系统的出行方法,其特征在于,
    所述第一数据包括城市交通行业大数据、用户健康信息以及景区、文化场所和酒店场所的票务信息;
    所述第二数据包括城市交通行业大数据、用户输入的出发地和目的地;所述第三数据为用户健康信息和身份信息。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种融合多系统的出行方法,其特征在于,
    当所述第三数据不满足出行要求时,用户无法完成票务预定也无法刷证件通行。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种融合多系统的出行方法,其特征在于,
    所述方法还包括在进行票务预订后,若所述第三数据不满足出行要求,则在移动终端App、人工窗口或自助终端上进行退票或者改签服务。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种融合多系统的出行方法,其特征在于,
    判断所述第三数据是否满足出行要求具体为:
    根据所述第三数据判断用户是否处于健康状态;
    若用户处于健康状态则满足出行要求。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种融合多系统的出行方法,其特征在于,
    所述票务预订包括景区和文化场所门票、酒店场所的票据以及出行的交通票据;
    所述二维码中包括预约的交通、游玩门票和入住信息。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种融合多系统的出行方法,其特征在于,
    用户根据所述行程和出行路线自行选择最终出行路线包括以下两种方式:
    第一种是根据推荐的行程和出行路线所涉及的交通、旅游和住宿费用进行合并支付;
    第二种是根据推荐的行程和出行路线自行挑选所涉及的交通、旅游和住宿费用进行合并支付。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种融合多系统的出行方法,其特征在于,
    所述方法还包括为无法使用智能手机和互联网的人群提供三种服务方式,具体为人工窗口服务、自助终端服务和他人代操作服务;
    其中,所述人工窗口和自助服务终端设置在出行的主要场所,包括机 场、车站、景区和酒店;
    所述他人代操作服务则设置在移动终端上。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种融合多系统的出行方法,其特征在于,
    所述人工窗口服务具体为:
    用户向客服人员提供身份验证,并提供行程目的地出行信息;
    客服人员口述并辅以窗口大屏显示信息向用户推荐行程、路线、交通方式、景区和酒店信息;
    用户完成出行项目确认后,进行出行费用支付;
    客服人员为用户打印出行二维码,用户凭所述二维码或录入信息的有效证件乘车和进入目的场所;
    所述自助终端服务具体为:
    用户在自助终端上完成身份认证后根据自助终端上的行程推荐、路线推荐、票务预订、便捷支付功能完成出行确认;
    打印出行二维码,用户凭所述二维码或录入信息的有效证件乘车和进入目的场所;
    所述他人代操作服务具体为:
    在移动终端App上进行操作,通过添加他人身份信息模块,录入用户常见有效证件信息并完成身份认证;
    根据移动终端App上的行程推荐、路线推荐、票务预订、便捷支付功 能完成出行确认;
    用户凭录入信息的有效证件乘车和进入各种场所。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的一种融合多系统的出行方法,其特征在于,
    当完成身份认证阶段识别到所述身份信息为享有优惠的身份类型时,享有对应的支付优惠。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的一种融合多系统的出行方法,其特征在于,
    利用所述二维码或者所述有效证件出入预定的场所时通过闸机、刷卡Pos机、扫码Pos机或人工进行票据核验;
    只有二维码信息或有效证件信息通过验证时,才能进入预定场所;
    当所述二维码信息或者有效证件信息未通过验证时,所述闸机、刷卡Pos机、扫码Pos机或人工根据核验结果进行报错。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的一种融合多系统的出行方法,其特征在于,
    所述闸机、刷卡Pos机和扫码Pos机的读卡器能够读取多种身份相关证件,所述身份相关证件包括居民身份证、社保卡、敬老卡和残疾人证;
    所述闸机、刷卡Pos机和扫码Pos机的二维码读写器能够对所述二维码进行扫描和识别。
  13. 一种融合多系统的出行装置,其特征在于,所述出行装置包括:
    推荐单元,根据第一数据为用户推荐行程,根据第二数据为用户推荐出行路线;
    判断单元,用于通过城市一体化票务服务系统自动关联第三数据,并判断所述第三数据是否满足出行要求;
    票务预定单元,用于在所述第三数据满足出行要求时,根据所述推荐行程和出行路线自行选择最终出行路线并进行票务预订;
    支付单元,用于在票务预订后,进行预约并完成支付后获得二维码并将所述票务预订信息录入有效证件中,利用所述二维码或者所述有效证件出入预约的场所。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的融合多系统的出行装置,其特征在于,
    所述城市一体化票务服务系统包括接入层、核心业务层和接口层;
    其中,
    所述接口层用于接入外部接口,并将外部接口获取的数据发送给核心业务层;
    所述核心业务层用于将接口层获取的数据进行处理,并将处理结果传输给接入层;
    所述接入层用于将所述处理结果提供给用户,供用户选择和操作。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的融合多系统的出行装置,其特征在于,
    所述外部接口包括既有的城市交通行业大数据系统、身份信息管理系统和第三方支付平台以及票务系统;
    所述数据处理包括账户管理、数据分析、行程规划、路线规划、交易管理、二维码管理和统计报表;
    所述接入层的形式包括移动终端App、人工窗口和自助终端。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的融合多系统的出行装置,其特征在于,
    所述移动终端App用于为用户提供移动端的操作功能,所述操作功能包括:用户注册与信息录入、用户健康信息查询、行程查询与选择、路线查询与选择、支付管理、二维码生成与展示、刷码状态实时提醒和订单管理;
    所述人工窗口为用户提供人工服务,所述人工服务包括身份信息录入、用户健康信息告知、行程推荐、路线推荐、订票退票改签、支付票款、二维码生成与打印和查询历史订单;
    所述自助终端用于为用户提供自助服务,所述自助服务包括用户注册与信息录入、用户健康信息查询、行程查询与选择、路线查询与选择、支付管理、二维码生成与打印和订单管理。
  17. 根据权利要求15所述的融合多系统的出行装置,其特征在于,
    所述账户管理为:管理用户账户信息,包括用户身份信息和用户健康信息;
    所述数据分析为:对交通行业大数据和用户健康信息进行分析,用于用户健康信息显示、行程推荐和路线推荐;
    所述行程规划和路线规划为:根据数据分析的结果推荐行程和出行路线;
    所述交易管理为:与既有票务系统对接,接收行程通知、扣款订单通 知、订单变更通知,进行交易数据的实时交互;和第三方支付平台对接,进行交易数据的实时交互和定期报表;对于异常或有差错的交易,提供交易异常查询和补登功能,人工验证后,逐笔补登差错交易并提供交易报表;
    所述二维码管理为:根据二维码应用技术规范,生成唯一的出行二维码;
    所述统计报表用于根据指定日期等条件统计出行人数、支付金额、出行路线与地点偏好等信息。
  18. 根据权利要求15所述的融合多系统的出行装置,其特征在于,
    所述票务系统包括航空票务系统、国铁票务系统、城际铁路票务系统、公交票务系统、地铁票务系统、景区票务系统、文化场所票务系统和酒店预订登记系统。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的融合多系统的出行装置,其特征在于,
    所述票务系统的清分系统与城市一体化票务服务系统对接,提供包括实名用户授权、系统接入、生码授权、行程通知、扣款订单通知、订单变更通知、交易对账和交易结算业务功能。
  20. 一种电子设备,其特征在于,包括处理器、通信接口、存储器和通信总线,其中,处理器、通信接口和存储器通过通信总线完成相互间的通信;
    存储器,用于存放计算机程序;
    处理器,用于执行存储器上所存放的程序时,实现权利要求1-12中任 一项所述的融合多系统的出行方法。
  21. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序,其特征在于,所述计算机程序被处理器执行时实现权利要求1-12中任一项所述的融合多系统的出行方法。
