Abstract

Le problème décrit par la présente invention est de fournir un film de libération pour fabriquer une feuille de céramique crue, grâce à laquelle le film de libération peut être pelé avec une petite force uniforme même à partir d'une feuille crue de céramique ultra-mince ayant une épaisseur de 1 µm ou moins, il n'y a pas de risque de trous d'épingle et d'autres défauts dans le film de libération, et le transfert d'un composant de silicone sur la feuille de céramique verte est supprimé. La solution selon l'invention porte sur un film de libération pour la fabrication d'une feuille de céramique crue, le film de libération ayant comme matériau de base un film de polyester à orientation biaxiale, le matériau de base ayant sur au moins une de ses surfaces une couche de surface A ne contenant sensiblement pas de particules inorganiques, une couche de libération étant appliquée directement ou par l'intermédiaire d'une autre couche sur la surface de la couche de surface A sur ladite surface, la couche de libération étant obtenue par durcissement d'une composition comprenant au moins un agent de libération et un composé à base de mélamine, l'agent de libération étant un polyorganosiloxane contenant un groupe carboxyle, et le rapport de teneur du composé à base de mélamine étant d'au moins 80 % en masse par rapport au contenu solide de la composition formant la couche de libération.
