Abstract
Description
それぞれは、電話網60で接続されている。電話網60は、固定電話網、IP電話網、携帯電話網を問わず、ネットワーク50と同じ通信網であってもよい。
情報記憶部122に記憶されており、公開されている他のユーザの複数のレストランを含んだお気に入りリストをあるユーザ端末20が選択した場合、そのお気に入りリストが有償の場合は、選択したユーザ端末20から支払いを受けるよう決済処理を行うように構成してもよい。有償のお気に入りリストの場合は、決済処理が完了してからユーザ端末20へお気に入りリストの詳細が表示可能となるように構成してもよい。
16は、確定した予約の内容をユーザ情報記憶部122のユーザ予約情報データベースへ記憶する。
るクレジットカード情報などに基づいて決済する旨をユーザ端末20の通知し、承認が得られれば決済するように構成してもよいが、これに限られない。なお、店舗予約装置10へ支払われた金額は、公開しているお気に入りリストの所有者のユーザへ店舗予約装置10から支払われる。ここで、店舗予約装置10が手数料を差し引いてからお気に入りリストの所有者のユーザへ支払うように構成してもよい。
Claims (12)
- 店舗名、電話番号、予約サイトのアドレス、予約受付情報を有する店舗情報を記憶する店舗情報記憶部と、 前記店舗情報記憶部に記憶されている予約サイトのアドレスに基づいて、前記予約サイトから予約受付情報を抽出し、前記店舗情報記憶部へ予約受付情報を記憶させる予約受付情報抽出部と、前記店舗情報記憶部に記憶された予約受付情報に基づいて、ユーザ端末に入力された少なくとも日時、人数で予約可能な店舗を前記ユーザ端末へ一覧表示させる予約処理部と、 前記ユーザ端末から予約を希望する複数の店舗及び予約条件を含む予約希望リストを受け付けるリスト受付手段と、を有し前記予約処理部は、前記予約希望リストを受け付けると、予約希望上位の店舗から順に、予約サイトに接続して予約処理を行い、一つの店舗の予約が確定した時点で予約処理を終了する、店舗予約装置。
- 前記予約受付情報抽出部は、所定間隔毎に前記予約サイトから予約受付情報を抽出し、前記店舗情報記憶部へ予約受付情報を記憶させる、請求項1記載の店舗予約装置。
- さらに、電話接続による自動応答で店舗予約を行う自動応答処理部を有し、前記予約処理部は、前記店舗情報記憶部に前記予約希望リストに含まれる店舗の予約サイトのアドレスが記憶されていない場合、前記電話番号により前記自動応答処理部に電話による自動応答で予約処理を実行させる、請求項1又は2記載の店舗予約装置。
- 前記店舗情報記憶部は、さらに店舗の予約受付時間を記憶し、 前記予約処理部は、前記店舗情報記憶部の店舗情報を読み出し、前記予約希望リストに含まれる店舗の予約サイトのアドレスが記憶されておらず、現在時刻が予約受付時間外の場合、予約受付時間内になってから前記自動応答処理部に電話による自動応答で予約処理を行わせる、請求項3記載の店舗予約装置。
- 前記自動応答処理部が、前記予約条件で予約不可であることを受信すると、前記予約処理部は、予約不可だった店舗及び予約条件を対応付けて前記店舗情報記憶部へ記憶させる、請求項3又は4記載の店舗予約装置。
- さらに前記ユーザ端末のユーザ情報を前記予約希望リスト、決済情報を記憶するユーザ情報記憶部を有し、前記店舗情報記憶部は、キャンセル料を店舗情報の一部として記憶し、前記予約処理部は、店舗端末よりユーザ情報を含むキャンセル処理要求を受け付けると、前記店舗情報記憶部から前記店舗端末に対応するキャンセル料を読み出し、前記ユーザ情報記憶部を参照して、ユーザ情報に対応する決済情報に基づいてキャンセル決済処理を行う、請求項1~5記載の店舗予約装置。
- 前記ユーザ情報記憶部は、さらに予約が確定した予約情報を記憶し、 前記店舗情報記憶部は、決済情報をさらに記憶し、前記予約処理部は、前記店舗情報記憶部にキャンセル料が記憶されている店舗の予約が前記予約情報として記憶されており、キャンセル処理されないまま予約日から所定日数を経過したときには、前記店舗情報記憶部に記憶された決済情報に基づいて送
客手数料の決済処理を行う、請求項6記載の店舗予約装置。 - 前記予約受付情報抽出部は、前記ユーザ端末より一覧表示のなかから一の店舗が選択されたことを受信すると、前記予約サイトから予約受付情報を抽出し、 前記予約処理部は、前記予約受け杖情報抽出部が抽出した予約受付情報に基づいて予約可能な予約内容を前記ユーザ端末へ表示させる、請求項1~7記載の店舗予約装置。
- 前記予約処理部は、一の店舗が選択されると、予約希望日時と人数を除いた特殊リクエスト別に選択可能な形式で前記ユーザ端末に表示させる、請求項8記載の店舗予約装置。
- ユーザ端末と、前記ユーザ端末から受け付けた予約を希望する店舗及び予約条件とを含む予約希望リストに基づいて店舗の予約処理を行う店舗予約装置とを有する店舗予約システムであって、 前記ユーザ端末は、予約を希望する日時、人数の入力を受け付け、受け付けた日時、人数で予約可能な店舗のリストを表示し、選択を受け付けることで予約を希望する複数の店舗及び予約条件を含む予約希望リストを生成して前記店舗予約装置へ送信し、前記店舗予約装置は、店舗名、電話番号、予約サイトのアドレス、予約受付情報を有する店舗情報を記憶する店舗情報記憶部と、 前記店舗情報記憶部に記憶されている予約サイトのアドレスに基づいて、前記予約サイトから予約受付情報を抽出し、前記店舗情報記憶部へ予約受付情報を記憶させる予約受付情報抽出部と、 前記店舗情報記憶部に記憶された予約受付情報に基づいて、前記ユーザ端末に入力された少なくとも日時、人数で予約可能な店舗を前記ユーザ端末へ一覧表示させる予約処理部と、 前記ユーザ端末から前記予約希望リストを受け付けるリスト受付手段と、を有し前記予約処理部は、前記予約希望リストを受け付けると、予約希望上位の店舗から順に、予約サイトに接続して予約処理を行い、一つの店舗の予約が確定した時点で予約処理を終了する、店舗予約システム。
- 店舗名、電話番号、予約サイトのアドレス、予約受付情報を有する店舗情報を記憶するステップと、 記憶されている予約サイトのアドレスに基づいて、前記予約サイトから予約受付情報を抽出し、予約受付情報を記憶させるステップと、 記憶された前記予約受付情報に基づいて、ユーザ端末に入力された少なくとも日時、人数で予約可能な店舗を前記ユーザ端末へ一覧表示させるステップと、 ユーザ端末から予約を希望する複数の店舗及び予約条件を含む予約希望リストを受け付けるステップと、前記予約希望リストを受け付けると、予約希望上位の店舗から順に、予約サイトで予約処理を行い、一つの店舗の予約が確定した時点で予約処理を終了するステップと、を有する店舗予約方法。
- 店舗名、電話番号、予約サイトのアドレス、予約受付情報を有する店舗情報を記憶する店舗情報記憶部と、 前記店舗情報記憶部に記憶されている予約サイトのアドレスに基づいて、前記予約サイトから予約受付情報を抽出し、前記店舗情報記憶部へ予約受付情報を記憶させる予約受付情報抽出部と、 前記店舗情報記憶部に記憶された予約受付情報に基づいて、ユーザ端末に入力された少なくとも日時、人数で予約可能な店舗を前記ユーザ端末へ一覧表示させる予約処理部と、 ユーザ端末から予約を希望する複数の店舗及び予約条件を含む予約希望リストを受け付けるリスト受付手段と、を有し前記予約処理部は、前記予約希望リストを受け付けると、予約希望上位の店舗から順に、予約サイトで予約処理を行い、一つの店舗の予約が確定した時点で予約処理を終了する、店舗予約装置としてコンピュータを機能させることを特徴とするプログラム。
