所述的活动压板上对称设置有两块伸出板,伸出板之间设有棘轮机构,伸出板底端设有与第一T字形滑槽相互滑动连接的第一T字形滑块;所述活动压板上还埋设有压力传感器;所述的棘轮机构包括与活动压板相互铰接的棘齿、与转轴相互传动连接的棘轮,棘轮的下端与齿条相互啮合,棘轮的上端与棘齿相互连接;所述的转轴与两块伸出板分别转动连接,且转轴的两端分别固定设置有第一旋钮;所述的活动压板上设有显示器;
所述的固定压板包括分别对称固定设置在电动缸两侧的第一固定压板、第二固定压板;所述的第一固定压板上设有第二T字形滑槽;所述的第二固定压板上设置有通槽;
所述调节板的两端设有弧形板,弧形板上设有弧形通槽,调节板的一端设有与第二T字形滑槽相互滑动连接的第二T字形滑块,调节板的另一端与通槽相互滑动连接;所述的调节板底部设有与电动缸连接的缺口;
所述的支撑装置包括弧形结构的第一支撑板、设有通孔的第二支撑板、支撑杆;所述的支撑杆包括上杆、下杆,上杆、下杆相互套设,第一支撑板、第二支撑板是固定设置于上杆上;所述的下杆上套设有横杆,横杆两端分别穿过弧形通槽,并通过旋紧螺纹连接于横杆两端的第三旋钮将支撑装置固定于弧形板上;所述的下杆下端通过球轴承与调节板相互铰接。
进一步地,所述的腔体上设有盖板,蓄电池是可更换电池或者带有充放电路的可充式电池。
进一步地,所述的棘齿上设有用于提起棘齿的提手。
进一步地,所述的活动压板、固定压板相对壁面上分别设置有橡胶垫,第二固定压板上的橡胶垫上设有用于测量开孔高度的第一刻度。
进一步地,所述的弧形通槽上设置有用于测量开孔角度的第二刻度。
进一步地,所述的调节板与通槽连接处设有与第一刻度配合使用的指针、螺孔,螺孔上连接有第二旋钮,第二旋钮旋紧时与第二固定压板抵接,并将调节板固定在第二固定压板上。
进一步地,所述的上杆上套设有复位弹簧,复位弹簧的两端分别与上杆、下杆相互抵接。
进一步地,所述的上杆上设置有角度传感器,角度传感器、压力传感器、电动缸、蓄电池是与控制器相互电性连接。
本发明的有益效果是:一种可调式智能数显型板材斜孔定位打孔装置,包括底座、活动压板、固定压板、调节板、支撑装置,固定压板固定设置于底座上,活动压板与底座滑动连接并通过棘轮机构固定,活动压板、固定压板共同夹持待加工板材,活动压板上设有压力传感器检测施加于板材上的压力并通过显示器显示,避免夹坏板材;调节板与固定压板相互滑动连接,可调节打孔高度,支撑装置与调节板可调节连接,方便调节打孔倾斜角度,支撑装置上设有角度传感器,将角度数据实时显示于显示器上,方便调节;其结构合理,具有结构简单、使用方便、智能化程度高、通用性强等优点,有效解决现有板材打孔设备精度低、打孔角度调节不方便的问题。

具体实施方式
现在结合附图对本发明作进一步详细的说明。这些附图均为简化的示意图,仅以示意方式说明本发明的基本结构,因此其仅显示与本发明有关的构成。
如图1所示的一种可调式智能数显型板材斜孔定位打孔装置,包括底座1、活动压板2、固定压板3、调节板4、支撑装置5。
如图2所示,所述的底座1是长条板状结构,底座1的一端设有腔体11;所述底座1的中部固定设置有电动缸14;所述底座1的另一端设有槽体,槽体内设有齿条13,所述的齿条13两侧对称设置有第一T字形滑槽12;所述的腔体11内设置有蓄电池111、控制器112。
如图3、图4所示,所述的活动压板2上对称设置有两块伸出板28,伸出板28之间设有棘轮机构21,伸出板28底端设有与第一T字形滑槽12相互滑动连接的第一T字形滑块22;所述活动压板2上还埋设有用于检测活动压板2施加于待加工板材上的夹持力度的压力传感器25,因而压力传感器25的测量端应朝向待加工板材一端设置;
所述的棘轮机构21包括与活动压板2相互铰接的棘齿211、与转轴26相互传动连接的棘轮212,棘轮212的下端与齿条13相互啮合,棘轮212的上端与棘齿211相互连接;所述的转轴26与两块伸出板28分别转动连接,且转轴26的两端分别固定设置有第一旋钮27,通过旋转第一旋钮27带动棘轮机构21转动,进而推动活动压板2运动;
在一种实施例中,所述的活动压板2上设有显示器24,压力传感器上检测到的数据经过控制器处理后在显示器24实时显示,不但方便夹持,同时避免待加工板材被夹坏;
如图1所示,所述的固定压板3包括分别对称固定设置在电动缸14两侧的第一固定压板31、第二固定压板32;在一种可能的实施例中,第一固定压板31、第二固定压板32组成C字形一体式结构并固定设置于底座1上。
如图6所示,所述的第一固定压板31上设有第二T字形滑槽311;
如图5所示,所述的第二固定压板32上设置有通槽321;
在一种可能的实施例中,底座1的形状不定,底座1的底面与设置活动压板2、固定压板3的平面相互平行即可。
如图7所示,所述调节板4的两端设有弧形板41,弧形板41上设有弧形通槽411,调节板4的一端设有与第二T字形滑槽311相互滑动连接的第二T字形滑块42,调节板4的另一端与通槽321相互滑动连接;所述的调节板4底部设有与电动缸14连接的缺口43。
在一种可能的实施例中,第一固定压板31、第二固定压板32中的一个设有第二T字形滑槽311,另一个设有通槽321,凡是能使得第一固定压板31、第二固定压板32与调节板4在平行于第一固定压板31、第二固定压板32中心轴线的方向上滑动又不至于从第一固定压板31、第二固定压板32中心轴线的垂直方向滑出即可。
在一种可能的实施例中,第一固定压板31、第二固定压板32铰接于底座1上并通过锁定机构将第一固定压板31、第二固定压板32锁定在相对于底座1一定倾斜角度的状态,相应的活动压板2铰接于第一T字形滑块22上,并通过锁定机构将活动压板2锁定在相对于第一T字形滑块22一定倾斜角度的状态,以此方便斜放的板材打孔加工。
如图1所示,所述的支撑装置5包括弧形结构的第一支撑板51、设有通孔521的第二支撑板52、支撑杆53;第一支撑板51用于架设以及支撑打孔装置,第二支撑板52则在用于架设以及支撑打孔装置的基础上利用通孔521对打孔装置的前端进行限位。
如图8、图9、图10所示,所述的支撑杆53包括上杆531、下杆532,上杆531、下杆532相互套设,第一支撑板51、第二支撑板52是固定设置于上杆531上;所述的下杆532上套设有横杆533,横杆533应能在下杆532上滑动,横杆533两端分别穿过弧形通槽411与之滑动连接,横杆533两端分别螺纹连 接第三旋钮536,第三旋钮536通过旋紧或者放松将支撑装置5抵接固定于弧形板41上或者将支撑装置5设置为可调节相对于底座1的角度的状态;所述的下杆532下端通过球轴承537或者铰接轴方式与调节板4相互铰接。
在一种实施例中,所述的腔体11上设有盖板,蓄电池111是可更换电池或者带有充放电路的可充式电池。
在一种实施例中,所述的棘齿211上设有用于提起棘齿211的提手2111,通过提起提手2111将棘轮机构21松开,使得活动压板2能够沿着与待加工板材所在位置的相反方向运动以松开待加工板材。
在一种实施例中,所述的活动压板2、固定压板3相对壁面上分别设置有橡胶垫23,第二固定压板32上的橡胶垫23上设有用于测量开孔高度的第一刻度231,压力传感器25的检测端应被橡胶垫23覆盖,以免压伤代加工板材。
在一种实施例中,所述的弧形通槽411上设置有用于粗略测量开孔角度的第二刻度412。
在一种实施例中,所述的调节板4与通槽321连接处设有与第一刻度231配合使用的指针44、螺孔45,螺孔45上连接有第二旋钮46,第二旋钮46与第二固定压板32抵接,同时第二旋钮46通过螺纹连接将调节板4固定于第二固定压板32上。
在一种实施例中,所述的上杆531上套设有复位弹簧534,复位弹簧534的两端分别与上杆531、下杆532相互抵接。在一种实施例中,上杆531、下杆532中的一根杆件为气压杆或者液压杆,上杆531、下杆532相互固定连接。
在一种实施例中,所述的上杆531上设置有角度传感器535,角度传感器535、压力传感器25、电动缸14、显示器24、蓄电池111是与控制器112相互电性连接。
本发明所述的一种可调式智能数显型板材斜孔定位打孔装置,包括底座、活动压板、固定压板、调节板、支撑装置,固定压板固定设置于底座上,活动压板与底座滑动连接并通过棘轮机构固定,活动压板、固定压板共同夹持待加 工板材,活动压板上设有压力传感器检测施加于板材上的压力并通过显示器显示,避免夹坏板材;调节板与固定压板相互滑动连接,可调节打孔高度,支撑装置与调节板可调节连接,方便调节打孔倾斜角度,支撑装置上设有角度传感器,将角度数据实时显示于显示器上,方便调节;其结构合理,具有结构简单、使用方便、智能化程度高、通用性强等优点,有效解决现有板材打孔设备精度低、打孔角度调节不方便的问题。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种可调式智能数显型板材斜孔定位打孔装置,其特征在于:包括底座(1)、活动压板(2)、固定压板(3)、调节板(4)、支撑装置(5),所述的底座(1)是长条板状结构,底座(1)的一端设有腔体(11);所述底座(1)的中部固定设置有电动缸(14);所述底座(1)的另一端设有槽体,槽体内设有齿条(13),所述的齿条(13)两侧对称设置有第一T字形滑槽(12);所述的腔体(11)内设置有蓄电池(111)、控制器(112);
    所述的活动压板(2)上对称设置有两块伸出板(28),伸出板(28)之间设有棘轮机构(21),伸出板(28)底端设有与第一T字形滑槽(12)相互滑动连接的第一T字形滑块(22);所述活动压板(2)上还埋设有压力传感器(25);所述的棘轮机构(21)包括与活动压板(2)相互铰接的棘齿(211)、与转轴(26)相互传动连接的棘轮(212),棘轮(212)的下端与齿条(13)相互啮合,棘轮(212)的上端与棘齿(211)相互连接;所述的转轴(26)与两块伸出板(28)分别转动连接,且转轴(26)的两端分别固定设置有第一旋钮(27);所述的活动压板(2)上设有显示器(24);
    所述的固定压板(3)包括分别对称固定设置在电动缸(14)两侧的第一固定压板(31)、第二固定压板(32);所述的第一固定压板(31)上设有第二T字形滑槽(311);所述的第二固定压板(32)上设置有通槽(321);
    所述调节板(4)的两端设有弧形板(41),弧形板(41)上设有弧形通槽(411),调节板(4)的一端设有与第二T字形滑槽(311)相互滑动连接的第二T字形滑块(42),调节板(4)的另一端与通槽(321)相互滑动连接;所述的调节板(4)底部设有与电动缸(14)连接的缺口(43);
    所述的支撑装置(5)包括弧形结构的第一支撑板(51)、设有通孔(521)的第二支撑板(52)、支撑杆(53);所述的支撑杆(53)包括上杆(531)、下 杆(532),上杆(531)、下杆(532)相互套设,第一支撑板(51)、第二支撑板(52)是固定设置于上杆(531)上;所述的下杆(532)上套设有横杆(533),横杆(533)两端分别穿过弧形通槽(411),并通过旋紧螺纹连接于横杆(533)两端的第三旋钮(536)将支撑装置(5)固定于弧形板(41)上;所述的下杆(532)下端通过球轴承(537)与调节板(4)相互铰接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种可调式智能数显型板材斜孔定位打孔装置,其特征在于:所述的腔体(11)上设有盖板,蓄电池(111)是可更换电池或者带有充放电路的可充式电池。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种可调式智能数显型板材斜孔定位打孔装置,其特征在于:所述的棘齿(211)上设有用于提起棘齿(211)的提手(2111)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种可调式智能数显型板材斜孔定位打孔装置,其特征在于:所述的活动压板(2)、固定压板(3)相对壁面上分别设置有橡胶垫(23),第二固定压板(32)上的橡胶垫(23)上设有用于测量开孔高度的第一刻度(231)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种可调式智能数显型板材斜孔定位打孔装置,其特征在于:所述的弧形通槽(411)上设置有用于测量开孔角度的第二刻度(412)。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种可调式智能数显型板材斜孔定位打孔装置,其特征在于:所述的调节板(4)与通槽(321)连接处设有与第一刻度(231)配合使用的指针(44)、螺孔(45),螺孔(45)上连接有第二旋钮(46),第二旋钮(46)旋紧时与第二固定压板(32)抵接,并将调节板(4)固定在第二固定压板(32)上。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种可调式智能数显型板材斜孔定位打孔装置, 其特征在于:所述的上杆(531)上套设有复位弹簧(534),复位弹簧(534)的两端分别与上杆(531)、下杆(532)相互抵接。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种可调式智能数显型板材斜孔定位打孔装置,其特征在于:所述的上杆(531)上设置有角度传感器(535),角度传感器(535)、压力传感器(25)、电动缸(14)、显示器(24)、蓄电池(111)是与控制器(112)相互电性连接。
