Abstract

The invention relates to an adjustable intelligent digital-display plate punching device with inclined holes positioning which includes a base, a movable pressing plate, a fixed pressing plate, an adjusting plate and a supporting device. The base is provided with a chamber, an eclectic cylinder, a rack, and a first T-shaped chute. Two protruding plates are disposed on the movable pressing plate. A ratchet mechanism is provided between the protruding plates. The ratchet mechanism meshes with the rack. Two ends of the adjusting plate are provided with a curved plate. The adjusting plate and the fixed pressing plate are slidably connected to each other. The supporting device includes a first supporting plate with a curved structure, a second supporting plate provided with a through hole, and a supporting rod. The adjustable intelligent digital-display plate punching device with inclined holes positioning of the invention has simple and reasonable structure, easy to use, high intelligence, and high versatility, etc., which effectively solves the problems of low precision and inconvenience of punching angles adjustment for existing plate punching devices.

Description

    FIELD OF THE INVENTION
  • The invention relates to equipment for processing plates. In particular, the invention relates to an adjustable intelligent digital-display plate punching device with inclined holes positioning.
  • BACKGROUND
  • It is well known that in the processing of plates, it is often necessary to punch holes in the plates to achieve the purpose of splicing the plates or with other material. In the traditional punching process, it is usually necessary to perform manual punching according to the experience of the worker. Since the accurate measurement cannot be conducted, and the vibration generated due to hand-holding punching tool can easily cause errors, there is significant variation for the holes that are punched by traditional means, which affects work efficiency and product quality. Consistency of production cannot be achieved.
  • In the known technology, some auxiliary devices for punching holes in the plates have appeared on the market. Their principle is to use a steel tube fixed at a certain angle to guide the drill to punch holes in the plate, which reduces to some extent the errors caused by the conventional punching. However, the auxiliary devices have a complicated fixation means and is not reliable, which is easy to get loose and thus cause errors. The direct contact between the inner cavity of the steel tube and the drill accelerates the wear of the drill and even causes the drill to break. The angle of the steel tube and the size of inner cavity of the steel tube cannot be adjusted, resulting in the poor versatility of the equipment.
  • SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
  • The technical problem to be solved is to overcome the above-mentioned deficiency by providing an adjustable intelligent digital-display plate punching device with inclined holes positioning. It has simple and reasonable structure, easy to use, high intelligence, and high versatility, etc., which effectively solves the problems of low precision and inconvenience of punching angles adjustment for existing plate punching devices.
  • The technical solution of the present invention is to provide an adjustable intelligent digital-display plate punching device with inclined holes positioning which includes a base, a movable pressing plate, a fixed pressing plate, an adjusting plate and a supporting device. The base is a long strip-shaped structure. One end of the base is provided with a chamber. The middle part of the base is fixedly provided with an electric cylinder. The other end of the base is provided with a trough body. A rack is provided in the trough body. First T-shaped chutes are symmetrically disposed on both sides of the rack. The chamber is provided with a battery and a controller.
  • The movable pressing plate is symmetrically disposed with two protruding plates, and a ratchet mechanism is disposed between the protruding plates. A bottom end of the protruding plate is provided with a first T-shaped slider slidingly connected with the first T-shaped chute. The movable pressing plate is further embedded with a pressure sensor. The ratchet mechanism includes a ratchet tooth that is hinged with the movable pressing plate, and a ratchet that is drivingly coupled with the rotating shaft. The lower end of the ratchet meshes with the rack, and the upper end of the ratchet and the ratchet tooth are mutually connected. The rotating shaft is rotatably connected to the two protruding plates, and a first knob is fixedly disposed at two ends of the rotating shaft. The movable pressing plate is provided with a display.
  • The fixed pressing plate includes a first fixed pressure plate pressing plate and a second fixed pressing plate which are respectively symmetrically fixed on two sides of the electric cylinder. The first fixed pressing plate is provided with a second T-shaped chute. The second fixed pressing plate is provided with a through slot.
  • The two ends of the adjusting plate are provided with a curved plate, and the curved plate is provided with a curved through groove. One end of the adjusting plate is provided with a second T-shaped slider which is slidably connected with the second T-shaped chute. The other end of the adjusting plate is slidably connected to the through slot. The bottom of the adjusting plate is provided with a gap connected to the electric cylinder.
  • The supporting device includes a first supporting plate with an arc structure, a second supporting plate provided with a through hole, and a supporting rod. The supporting rod includes an upper rod and a lower rod, and the upper rod and the lower rod are sleeved each other. The first supporting plate and a second supporting plate are fixedly disposed on the upper rod. The lower rod is sleeved with a cross rod. The two ends of the cross rod respectively pass through the arc-shaped through groove, and are connected to a third knob positioned at two ends of the cross rob by a screwing thread so that the supporting device is fixed on the curved plate. The lower end of the lower rod is hinged to the adjusting plate through a ball bearing.
  • Further, the chamber is provided with a cover plate, and the battery is a replaceable battery or a rechargeable battery with a charging and discharging circuit.
  • Further, the ratchet tooth is provided with a handle for lifting the ratchet tooth.
  • Further, the movable pressing plate and the fixed pressing plate are respectively provided with rubber pads on the opposite wall surfaces, and the rubber pad on the second fixed pressing plate is provided with a first scale for measuring the height of the punching.
  • Further, the curved through groove is provided with a second scale for measuring the angle of the punching.
  • Further, a joint of the adjusting plate and the through slot is provided with a pointer and a screw hole that cooperate with the first scale. A second knob is connected to the screw hole. When the second knob is tightened, the second knob is in contact with the second fixed pressing plate and fixes the adjusting plate on the second fixed pressing plate.
  • Further, the upper rod is sleeved with a return spring, and both ends of the return spring abut against the upper rod and the lower rod, respectively.
  • Further, the upper rod is provided with an angle sensor, and the angle sensor, the pressure sensor, the electric cylinder and the battery are electrically connected to the controller.
  • The technical effect of the present invention is to provide an adjustable intelligent digital-display plate punching device with inclined holes positioning which includes a base, a movable pressing plate, a fixed pressing plate, an adjusting plate and a supporting device. The fixed pressing plate is fixedly disposed on the base. The movable pressing plate is slidably connected to the base and fixed by the ratchet mechanism. The movable pressing plate and the fixed pressing plate work together to hold the to-be-processed plate. The movable pressing plate is provided with a pressure sensor to detect the pressure applied to the plate and is displayed through the display to avoid breaking the plate by punching. The adjusting plate and the fixed pressing plate are slidably connected to each other to adjust the height of the punching. The supporting device and the adjusting plate can be adjustably connected, so that the tilting angle of the punching is conveniently adjusted. An angle sensor is arranged on the supporting device, and the angle data is shown on the display on real-time basis, which makes it convenient to adjust the angle. It has simple and reasonable structure, easy to use, high intelligence, and high versatility, etc., which effectively solves the problems of low precision and inconvenience of punching angles adjustment for existing plate punching devices.

    DETAILED DESCRIPTION
  • The invention is illustrated in accordance with figures. The figures as simplified diagrams demonstrate the basic structures of the apparatus of embodiments of the invention. Thus, the invention is not limited to the figures.
  • As shown in FIG. 1, an adjustable intelligent digital-display plate punching device with inclined holes positioning includes a base 1, a movable pressing plate 2, a fixed pressing plate 3, an adjusting plate 4 and a supporting device 5.
  • As shown in FIG. 2, the base 1 is a long strip-shaped structure. One end of the base 1 is provided with a chamber 11. The middle part of the base 1 is fixedly provided with an electric cylinder 14. The other end of the base is provided with a trough body. A rack 13 is provided in the trough body. First T-shaped chutes 12 are symmetrically disposed on both sides of the rack 13. The chamber 11 is provided with a battery 111 and a controller 112.
  • As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the movable pressing plate 2 is symmetrically disposed with two protruding plates 28, and a ratchet mechanism 21 is disposed between the protruding plates 28. A bottom end of the protruding plate 28 is provided with a first T-shaped slider 22 slidably connected with the first T-shaped chute 12. The movable pressing plate 2 is further embedded with a pressure sensor 25 for detecting the clamping force applied by the movable pressing plate 2 to the to-be-processed plate, so that the measuring end of the pressure sensor 25 should be set toward one end of the plate to be processed.
  • The ratchet mechanism 21 includes a ratchet tooth 211 that is hinged with the movable pressing plate 2, and a ratchet 212 that is drivingly coupled with the rotating shaft 26. The lower end of the ratchet 212 meshes with the rack 13, and the upper end of the ratchet 212 and the ratchet tooth 211 are mutually connected. The rotating shaft 26 is rotatably connected to the two protruding plates 28, and a first knob 27 is fixedly disposed at two ends of the rotating shaft 26. The rotation of the ratchet mechanism 21 is driven by rotating the first knob 27 so as to push the movable pressing plate 2 to move.
  • In an example embodiment, the movable pressing plate 2 is provided with a display 24. The data detected on the pressure sensor is processed by the controller and displayed on the display 24 in real time, which not only facilitates the clamping, but also prevents the plate to be processed from being broken.
  • As shown in FIG. 1, the fixed pressing plate 3 includes a first fixed pressing plate 31 and a second fixed pressing plate 32 which are respectively symmetrically fixed on two sides of the electric cylinder 14. In an example embodiment, the first fixed pressing plate 31 and the second fixed pressing plate 32 form a C-shaped integrated structure and are fixedly disposed on the base 1.
  • As shown in FIG. 6, the first fixed pressing plate 31 is provided with a second T-shaped chute 311.
  • As shown in FIG. 5, the second fixed pressing plate 32 is provided with a through slot 321.
  • In an example embodiment, the shape of the base 1 is not fixed, and the bottom surface of the base 1 is parallel to the plane where the movable pressing plate 2 and the fixed pressing plate 3 are disposed.
  • As shown in FIG. 7, the two ends of the adjusting plate 4 are provided with a curved plate 41, and the curved plate 41 is provided with a curved through groove 411. One end of the adjusting plate 4 is provided with a second T-shaped slider 42 which is slidably connected with the second T-shaped chute 311. The other end of the adjusting plate 4 is slidably connected to the through slot 321. The bottom of the adjusting plate 4 is provided with a gap 43 connected to the electric cylinder 14.
  • In an example embodiment, one of the first fixed pressing plate 31 and the second fixed pressing plate 32 is provided with a second T-shaped chute 311, and the other is provided with a through groove 321 or other element which can enable the first fixed pressing plate 31, the second fixed pressing plate 32 and the adjusting plate 4 to slide in the direction parallel to the central axes of the first fixed pressing plate 31 and the second fixed pressing plate 32, but does not enable them to slide out of the vertical direction of the central axes of the first fixed pressing plate 31 and the second fixed pressing plate 32.
  • In an example embodiment, the first fixed pressing plate 31 and the second fixed pressing plate 32 are hinged on the base 1 and locked by the locking mechanism at a certain inclination angle with respect to the base. The corresponding movable pressing plate 2 is hinged to the first T-shaped slider 22 and is locked to the movable pressing plate 2 by the locking mechanism at a certain inclination angle with respect to the first T-shaped slider 22, thereby facilitating the punching of the plate.
  • As shown in FIG. 1, the supporting device 5 includes a first supporting plate 51 with an arc structure, a second supporting plate 52 provided with a through hole 521, and a supporting rod 53. The first supporting plate 51 is used for lifting and supporting the punching device, and the second supporting plate 52 limits the front end of the punching device by the through hole 521 on the basis of the lifting and the support for the punching device.
  • As shown in FIGS. 8, 9 and 10, the supporting rod 53 includes an upper rod 531 and a lower rod 532, and the upper rod 531 and the lower rod 532 are sleeved each other. The first supporting plate 51 and a second supporting plate 52 are fixedly disposed on the upper rod 531. The lower rod 532 is sleeved with a cross rod 533. The cross rod 533 can slide on the lower rod 532. The two ends of the cross rod 533 respectively pass through the arc-shaped through groove 411 and are slidably connected thereto. Two ends of the cross rob 533 are threadedly connected to a third knob 536. The supporting device 5 abuts and is fixed on the curved plate 41 or the supporting device 5 is set to adjust the angle with respect to the base 1 by tightening or loosening the third knob 536. The lower end of the lower rod 532 is hinged to the adjusting plate 4 through a ball bearing 537.
  • In an example embodiment, the chamber 11 is provided with a cover plate, and the battery 111 is a replaceable battery or a rechargeable battery with a charging and discharging circuit.
  • In an example embodiment, the ratchet tooth 211 is provided with a handle 2111 for lifting the ratchet tooth 211. The ratchet mechanism 21 is released by lifting the handle 2111, so that the movable pressing plate 2 can move in the opposite direction to the position of the to-be-processed plate to loosen the to-be-processed plate.
  • In an example embodiment, the movable pressing plate 2 and the fixed pressing plate 3 are respectively provided with rubber pads 23 on the opposite wall surfaces, and the rubber pad 23 on the second fixed pressing plate 32 is provided with a first scale 231 for measuring the height of the punching. The detecting end of the pressure sensor 25 should be covered by the rubber rad 23 to avoid to crush the to-be-processed plate.
  • In an example embodiment, the curved through groove 411 is provided with a second scale 412 for measuring the angle of the punching.
  • In an example embodiment, a joint of the adjusting plate 4 and the through slot 321 is provided with a pointer 44 and a screw hole 45 that cooperate with the first scale 231. A second knob 46 is connected to the screw hole 45. When the second knob 46 is tightened, the second knob 46 is in contact with the second fixed pressing plate 32 and fixes the adjusting plate 4 on the second fixed pressing plate 32.
  • In an example embodiment, the upper rod 531 is sleeved with a return spring 534, and both ends of the return spring 534 abut against the upper rod 531 and the lower rod 532, respectively. In an example embodiment, one of the upper rod 531 and the lower rod 532 is a pneumatic rod or a hydraulic rod, and the upper rod 531 and the lower rod 532 are fixedly connected to each other.
  • In an example embodiment, the upper rod 531 is provided with an angle sensor 535, and the angle sensor 535, the pressure sensor 25, the electric cylinder 14, the display 24 and the battery 111 are electrically connected to the controller 112.
  • The adjustable intelligent digital-display plate punching device with inclined holes positioning of the present invention includes a base, a movable pressing plate, a fixed pressing plate, an adjusting plate and a supporting device. The fixed pressing plate is fixedly disposed on the base. The movable pressing plate is slidably connected to the base and fixed by the ratchet mechanism. The movable pressing plate and the fixed pressing plate work together to hold the to-be-processed plate. The movable pressing plate is provided with a pressure sensor to detect the pressure applied to the plate and is displayed through the display to avoid breaking the plate by punching. The adjusting plate and the fixed pressing plate are slidably connected to each other to adjust the height of the punching. The supporting device and the adjusting plate can be adjustably connected, so that the tilting angle of the punching is conveniently adjusted. An angle sensor is arranged on the supporting device, and the angle data is shown on the display on real-time basis, which makes it convenient to adjust the angle. It has simple and reasonable structure, easy to use, high intelligence, and high versatility, etc., which effectively solves the problems of low precision and inconvenience of punching angles adjustment for existing plate punching devices.
  • The exemplary embodiments of the present invention are thus fully described. Although the description referred to particular embodiments, it will be clear to one skilled in the art that the present invention may be practiced with variations of these specific details. Hence this invention should not be construed as limited to the embodiments set forth herein.

What is claimed is:
1. An adjustable intelligent digital-display plate punching device with inclined holes positioning, comprising: a base 1, a movable pressing plate 2, a fixed pressing plate 3, an adjusting plate 4 and a supporting device 5,
wherein the base 1 is a long strip-shaped structure; one end of the base 1 is provided with a chamber 11; the middle part of the base 1 is fixedly provided with an electric cylinder 14; the other end of the base is provided with a trough body; a rack 13 is provided in the trough body; first T-shaped chutes 12 are symmetrically disposed on both sides of the rack 13; the chamber 11 is provided with a battery 111 and a controller 112,
wherein the movable pressing plate 2 is symmetrically disposed with two protruding plates 28, and a ratchet mechanism 21 is disposed between the protruding plates 28; a bottom end of the protruding plate 28 is provided with a first T-shaped slider 22 slidably connected with the first T-shaped chute 12; the movable pressing plate 2 is further embedded with a pressure sensor 25; the ratchet mechanism 21 includes a ratchet tooth 211 that is hinged with the movable pressing plate 2, and a ratchet 212 that is drivingly coupled with the rotating shaft 26; the lower end of the ratchet 212 meshes with the rack 13, and the upper end of the ratchet 212 and the ratchet tooth 211 are mutually connected; the rotating shaft 26 is rotatably connected to the two protruding plates 28, and a first knob 27 is fixedly disposed at two ends of the rotating shaft 26; the movable pressing plate 2 is provided with a display 24,
wherein the fixed pressing plate 3 includes a first fixed pressing plate 31 and a second fixed pressing plate 32 which are respectively symmetrically fixed on two sides of the electric cylinder 14; the first fixed pressing plate 31 is provided with a second T-shaped chute 311; the second fixed pressing plate 32 is provided with a through slot 321,
wherein the two ends of the adjusting plate 4 are provided with a curved plate 41, and the curved plate 41 is provided with a curved through groove 411; one end of the adjusting plate 4 is provided with a second T-shaped slider 42 which is slidably connected with the second T-shaped chute 311; the other end of the adjusting plate 4 is slidably connected to the through slot 321; the bottom of the adjusting plate 4 is provided with a gap 43 connected to the electric cylinder 14,
wherein the supporting device 5 includes a first supporting plate 51 with an arc structure, a second supporting plate 52 provided with a through hole 521, and a supporting rod 53; the supporting rod 53 includes an upper rod 531 and a lower rod 532, and the upper rod 531 and the lower rod 532 are sleeved each other; the first supporting plate 51 and a second supporting plate 52 are fixedly disposed on the upper rod 531; the lower rod 532 is sleeved with a cross rod 533; the two ends of the cross rod 533 respectively pass through the arc-shaped through groove 411, and are connected to a third knob 536 positioned at two ends of the cross rob 533 by a screwing thread so that the supporting device 5 is fixed on the curved plate 41; the lower end of the lower rod 532 is hinged to the adjusting plate 4 through a ball bearing 537.
2. The adjustable intelligent digital-display plate punching device with inclined holes positioning of claim 1, wherein the chamber 11 is provided with a cover plate, and the battery 111 is a replaceable battery or a rechargeable battery with a charging and discharging circuit.
3. The adjustable intelligent digital-display plate punching device with inclined holes positioning of claim 1, wherein the ratchet tooth 211 is provided with a handle 2111 for lifting the ratchet tooth 211.
4. The adjustable intelligent digital-display plate punching device with inclined holes positioning of claim 1, wherein the movable pressing plate 2 and the fixed pressing plate 3 are respectively provided with rubber pads 23 on the opposite wall surfaces, and the rubber pad 23 on the second fixed pressing plate 32 is provided with a first scale 231 for measuring the height of the punching.
5. The adjustable intelligent digital-display plate punching device with inclined holes positioning of claim 1, wherein the curved through groove 411 is provided with a second scale 412 for measuring the angle of the punching.
6. The adjustable intelligent digital-display plate punching device with inclined holes positioning of claim 1, wherein a joint of the adjusting plate 4 and the through slot 321 is provided with a pointer 44 and a screw hole 45 that cooperate with the first scale 231; a second knob 46 is connected to the screw hole 45; when the second knob 46 is tightened, the second knob 46 is in contact with the second fixed pressing plate 32 and fixes the adjusting plate 4 on the second fixed pressing plate 32.
7. The adjustable intelligent digital-display plate punching device with inclined holes positioning of claim 1, wherein the upper rod 531 is sleeved with a return spring 534, and both ends of the return spring 534 abut against the upper rod 531 and the lower rod 532, respectively.
8. The adjustable intelligent digital-display plate punching device with inclined holes positioning of claim 1, wherein the upper rod 531 is provided with an angle sensor 535, and the angle sensor 535, the pressure sensor 25, the electric cylinder 14, the display 24 and the battery 111 are electrically connected to the controller 112.
