Abstract
Description
図4は、変形例の軸受構造Saの構成を示す概略断面図である。上記実施形態の軸受構造Sと実質的に等しい構成要素については、同一の符号を付して説明を省略する。図4に示すように、本変形例の軸受構造Saは、軸受孔3b内に一対の転がり軸受115が配される。一対の転がり軸受115は、タービン側軸受135と、コンプレッサ側軸受137とを備える。タービン側軸受135は、外輪135aを備える。外輪135aは、2つの環状突起39a、および、ダンパ溝39b(図2参照)が形成されていない点のみ、上記実施形態の外輪35a(図2参照)と相違する。コンプレッサ側軸受137は、外輪137aを備える。外輪137aは、2つの環状突起41a、および、ダンパ溝41b(図2参照)が形成されていない点のみ、上記実施形態の外輪37a(図2参照)と相違する。
Claims (5)
- 軸受孔が形成された筒部を有するハウジングと、
前記軸受孔に設けられ、シャフトが挿通される転がり軸受と、
前記転がり軸受の外輪の外周面および前記軸受孔の内周面の少なくともいずれかに形成され、前記シャフトの周方向に延在するダンパ溝と、
一端が前記ダンパ溝と連通し、他端が前記筒部の外方に開口する排油孔と、
を備える軸受構造。 - 前記ハウジングには、前記軸受孔と潤滑油供給油路とを連通させる連通孔が形成され、
前記排油孔の流路断面積のうち最も小さい排油孔最小流路断面積は、前記連通孔の流路断面積のうち最も小さい連通孔最小流路断面積から、前記ダンパ溝の前記シャフトの軸方向における一方側で前記外輪と前記軸受孔の内周面との間に形成される隙間面積のうち最も小さい一方側最小隙間面積と、前記ダンパ溝の前記軸方向における他方側で前記外輪と前記軸受孔の内周面との間に形成される隙間面積のうち最も小さい他方側最小隙間面積とを差し引いた面積以下である
請求項1に記載の軸受構造。 - 前記排油孔の前記一端は、前記軸受孔のうち最も鉛直方向下側の位置に形成される
請求項1または2に記載の軸受構造。 - 前記ハウジングには、前記軸受孔より鉛直下方に潤滑油排出油路が形成され、
前記排油孔の中心軸の延長線は、前記潤滑油排出油路に面するハウジング壁面と交差する
請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の軸受構造。 - 前記外輪は、前記軸受孔に対し相対回転可能に設けられる
請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の軸受構造。
