Abstract

Le dispositif de traitement par plasma selon la présente invention est pourvu d'une première partie d'alimentation en gaz, d'une partie de génération de plasma et d'une plaque de séparation. La première partie d'alimentation en gaz fournit un gaz de réaction comprenant un gaz négatif dans une chambre de génération de plasma. La partie de génération de plasma génère un plasma du gaz de réaction dans la chambre de génération de plasma. La plaque de séparation sépare la chambre de génération de plasma et une chambre de réaction dans laquelle est transporté un corps à traiter. La plaque de séparation comporte également une pluralité de trous traversants, et une espèce réactive incluse dans le plasma généré dans la chambre de génération de plasma est fournie à la chambre de réaction par l'intermédiaire de la pluralité de trous traversants.
