空调器的部件在进行装配时通常采用卡扣和螺钉连接的方式,如在对空调器中的两个装配体进行装配锁紧时,可能会采用卡扣和螺钉连接中的某一种方式进行装配体之间的锁紧固定。采用螺钉连接的方式步骤繁琐,并且容易在视觉上造成“缺陷”,露出的螺钉会影响设备整体的外观。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本公开旨在提出一种锁紧结构,其结构简单,便于空调器拆装,并保证锁紧强度和使用寿命。
为达到上述目的,本公开所述的锁紧结构的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种锁紧结构,包括第一装配体、第二装配体及锁紧件;所述第一装配体包括第一本体、凸出部及第一锁紧部,所述凸出部设置于所述第一本体上,所述第一锁紧部设置于所述凸出部远离所述第一本体的端部;所述第二装配体包括第二本体、加强件及侧板,所述侧板与所述第二本体的两端连接并形成安装空间,所述第二本体设置有与所述安装空间连通的安装口,所述加强件设置于所述侧板和所述第二本体上,所述侧板 上设置有能够与所述第一锁紧部配合的第二锁紧部,所述第二锁紧部位于所述安装空间内,所述凸出部伸入所述安装空间,所述第二本体与所述第一本体可拆卸地连接;所述锁紧件包括基座和设置于所述基座上的锁紧空间,所述基座与所述安装口配合,所述第一锁紧部和所述第二锁紧部配置为能够位于所述锁紧空间内,以使所述第一锁紧部和所述第二锁紧部锁紧。
进一步地,所述锁紧件还包括第一卡扣件和第二卡扣件,所述第一卡扣件和所述第二卡扣件均设置于所述基座上并沿远离所述基座的同一方向延伸,所述第一卡扣件和所述第二卡扣件之间形成所述锁紧空间,以使所述第一锁紧部和所述第二锁紧部锁紧。
进一步地,所述第一锁紧部远离所述凸出部的端部与所述第一本体之间设置有锁紧口,所述第一卡扣件伸入所述锁紧口,以使所述第一锁紧部伸入所述锁紧空间。
进一步地,所述锁紧件还包括加强筋,所述加强筋设置有多个凹槽,所述加强筋位于所述第一卡扣件和所述第二卡扣件之间并与所述第一卡扣件和所述第二卡扣件连接,所述第一锁紧部开设有能够容置所述加强筋的第一容置槽,所述第二锁紧部开设有能够容置所述加强筋的第二容置槽。
进一步地,所述锁紧件还包括转动臂和转动部,所述转动臂设置于所述基座上,所述转动部设置于所述转动臂上,所述侧板设置有能够与所述转动部配合的转动配合部。
进一步地,所述转动臂设置有减胶槽。
进一步地,所述转动部设置有轴台,所述侧板设置有凸台,所述凸台位于所述安装空间内,且所述转动配合部设置于所述凸台并延伸至所述侧板,所述轴台能够与所述转动配合部可转动地连接。
进一步地,所述第二本体包括第一框体和第二框体,所述第一框体与所述第二框体连接,所述侧板分别与所述第一框体和所述第二框体连接,所述安装口设置于所述第一框体上,所述第一框体、所述第二框体及所述侧板围成所述安装空间。
进一步地,所述第二框体设置有让位孔,所述让位孔与所述安装空间连通。
相对于现有技术,本公开所述的锁紧结构具有以下优势:
第一锁紧部通过凸出部连接于第一本体,有利于第一锁紧部的强度和提高使用寿命。安装空间用于容置锁紧件和第一装配体伸入安装空间的部分,凸出部伸入安装空间内能够使第一锁紧部与凸出部连接的一端随之伸入安装空间,进而增强第一锁紧部与第二锁紧部之间的配合。设置于第二本体和侧板的加强件能够增加侧板的连接强度,以提高使用寿命。第一锁紧部和第二锁紧部容置于锁紧空间内,并通过锁紧空间的侧壁对第一锁紧部和第二锁紧部进行限位固定,进而锁紧并固定第一装配体和第二装配体。
本公开的另一目的在于提出一种空调器,其结构简单,便于空调器拆装,并保证锁紧强度和使用寿命。
为达到上述目的,本公开所述的空调器的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种空调器,包括底座、中框及锁紧结构。锁紧结构包括第一装配体、第二装配体及锁紧件,所述第一装配体设置于所述底座上,所述第二装配体设置于所述中框上;所述第一装配体包括第一本体、凸出部及第一锁紧部,所述凸出部设置于所述第一本体上,所述锁紧部设置于所述凸出部远离所述第一本体的端部;所述第二装配体包括第二本体、加强件及侧板,所述侧板与所述第二本体的两端连接并形成安装空间,所述第二本体设置有与所述安装空间连通的安装口,所述加强件设置于所述侧板和所述第二本体上,所述侧板上设置有能够与所述第一锁紧部配合的第二锁紧部,所述第二锁紧部位于所述安装空间内,所述凸出部伸入所述安装空间,所述第二本体与所述第一本体可拆卸地连接;所述锁紧件包括基座和设置于所述基座上的锁紧空间,所述基座与所述安装口配合,所述第一锁紧部和所述第二锁紧部能够位于所述锁紧空间内,以使所述第一锁紧部和所述第二锁紧部锁紧。
所述空调器与上述锁紧结构相对于现有技术所具有的优势相同,在此不再赘述。

需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本公开中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。
下面将参考附图并结合实施例来详细说明本公开的技术方案。
第一实施例
请结合参阅图1至图5,本实施例提供一种锁紧结构1,其结构简单,便于空调器拆装,并保证锁紧强度和使用寿命。
请参阅图1,本实施例提供的锁紧结构1包括第一装配体2、第二装配体3及锁紧件4,第一装配体2和第二装配体3通过锁紧件4实现锁紧,进而安装第一装配体2和第二装配体3。
本实施例中所谓的第一装配体2和第二装配体3之间的锁紧指的是第一装配体2和第二装配体3之间的一种连接状态。
需要说明的是,本实施例提供的锁紧结构1可以用于空调器,比如空调器的挂机,锁紧结构1能够将挂机的中框和底座进行连接锁紧;此时第一装配体2和第二装配体3分别设置于底座和中框上,并通过锁紧件4将第一装配体2和第二装配体3锁紧固定,进而将挂机的中框和底座进行锁紧固定。
上述第一装配体2和第二装配体3分别设置于底座和中框上指的是以下两种情况中的任意一种:第一装配体2设置于底座上,第二装配体3设置于中框上;或者,第一装配体2设置于中框上,第二装配体3设置于底座上。
请结合参阅图2至图5,在本实施例中,第一装配体2包括第一本体5、凸出部6及第一锁紧部7,凸出部6设置于第一本体5上,锁紧部设置于凸出部6远离第一本体5的端部;第二装配体3包括第二本体8、加强件9及侧板10,侧板10与第二本体8的两端连接并形成安装空间11,第二本体8设置有与安装空间11连通的安装口12,加强件9设置于侧板10和第二本体8上,侧板10上设置有能够与第一锁紧部7配合的第二锁紧部13,第二锁紧部13位于安装空间11内,凸出部6伸入安装空间11,第二本体8与第一本体5可拆卸地连接;锁紧件4包括基座14和设置于基座14上的锁紧空间15,基座14与安装口12配合,第一锁紧部7和第二锁紧部13能够位于锁紧空间15内,以使第一锁紧部7和第二锁紧部13锁紧。
可以理解的是,第一锁紧部7通过凸出部6连接于第一本体5,有利于提高第一锁紧部7的强度和提高使用寿命。安装空间11用于容置锁紧件4和第一装配体2伸入安装空间11的部分,凸出部6伸入安装空间11内能够使第一锁紧部7与凸出部6连接的一端随之伸入安装空间11,进而增强第一锁紧部7与第二锁紧部13之间的配合。设置于第二本体8和侧板10的加强件9能够增加侧板10的连接强度,以提高使用寿命。第一锁紧部7和第二锁紧部13容置于锁紧空间15内,并通过 锁紧空间15的侧壁对第一锁紧部7和第二锁紧部13进行限位固定,进而锁紧并固定第一装配体2和第二装配体3。
需要说明的是,第一锁紧部7和第二锁紧部13通过锁紧空间15锁紧固定,可以是第一锁紧部7和第二锁紧部13与锁紧空间15的侧壁抵持,通过对第一锁紧部7和第二锁紧部13的限位实现锁紧固定;也可以是通过第一锁紧部7和第二锁紧部13与锁紧空间15之间设置相应的连接结构,实现相应的固定和锁紧。
在锁紧件4与第一装配体2和第二装配体3进行装配时,一种可供选择的装配方式是,通过转动锁紧件4使锁紧空间15靠近第一锁紧件4和第二锁紧件4运动,进而将第一锁紧件4和第二锁紧件4锁紧于锁紧空间15内。
可选地,第一锁紧部7和第二锁紧部13均为块状结构,以增大彼此配合时的接触面,进而增加锁紧强度,保证装配牢固。
进一步地,第一锁紧部7和第二锁紧部13均为具有弧面的结构,弧面能够进一步增加两者之间的接触面积;第一锁紧部7的弧面与第二锁紧部13的弧面相互对应,以保证配合紧密。
为了进一步保证侧板10的强度,可以在侧板10与第二本体8之间设置多条加强件9,比如两条、三条等。这些加强件9可以采用相互平行且间隔的方式进行设置。此外,加强件9可以采用楔形设置,以进一步增加稳定性和强度。
在本实施例中,锁紧件4还包括第一卡扣件16和第二卡扣件17,第一卡扣件16和第二卡扣件17均设置于基座14上并沿远离基座14的同一方向延伸,第一卡扣件16和第二卡扣件17之间形成锁紧空间15,以使第一锁紧部7和第二锁紧部13锁紧。
也就是说,本实施例通过第一卡扣件16和第二卡扣件17形成锁紧空间15,第一卡扣件16和第二卡扣件17相对靠近的侧面分别与第一锁紧部7和第二锁紧部13配合,以将第一锁紧部7和第二锁紧部13同时卡持于第一卡扣件16和第二卡扣件17之间,以锁紧第一锁紧部7和第二锁紧部13。
同时,也可以理解的是,第一卡扣件16和第二卡扣件17可以通过同时将第一锁紧部7和第二锁紧部13夹持在第一卡扣件16和第二卡扣件17之间实现对第一锁紧部7和第二锁紧部13的锁紧;也可以是在第一卡扣件16与第一锁紧部7之间设置配合结构,在第二卡扣件17和第二锁紧部13之间设置配合结构的方式实现两者之间的锁紧,比如,上述配合结构可以采用凸起部和凹陷部相配合的方式。
在本实施例中,第一锁紧部7远离凸出部6的端部与第一本体5之间设置有锁紧口18,第一卡扣件16伸入锁紧口18,以使第一锁紧部7伸入锁紧空间15。
可以理解的是,当第一卡扣件16伸入锁紧口18的同时,第一锁紧部7伸入至锁紧空间15。也就是说,锁扣紧口与第一卡件配合,以将第一锁紧部7伸入锁紧空间15,并在第二锁紧部13和第二卡扣件17的配合下,实现对第一锁紧部7和第二锁紧部13的锁紧和固定。
在本实施例中,锁紧件4还包括加强筋19,加强筋19设置有多个凹槽20,加强筋19位于第一卡扣件16和第二卡扣件17之间并与第一卡扣件16和第二卡扣件17连接,第一锁紧部7开设有能够容置加强筋19的第一容置槽21,第二锁紧部13开设有能够容置加强筋19的第二容置槽22。
需要说明的是,加强筋19的作用是连接第一卡扣件16和第二卡扣件17,并增加第一卡扣件16和第二卡扣件17的强度,以进一步保证锁紧和使用寿命。加强筋19设置多个凹槽20能够在保证强度的同时节约材料,第一锁紧部7设置的第一容置槽21和第二锁紧部13设置的第二容置槽22均用于容置加强筋19;此外,加强筋19上设置的凹槽20也可以在第一锁紧部7和第二锁紧部13的对应部位设置有该凹槽20配合的结构,以进一步增加连接强度,保证固定效果。
还需要说明的是,第二容置槽22可以是在第二锁紧部13上开设的,也可以是当第二锁紧部13为相对设置于两个侧板10上的两个时,两个第二锁紧部13相互靠近的端部相互间隔,进而形成第二容置槽22。
在本实施例中,锁紧件4还包括转动臂23和转动部24,转动臂23 设置于基座14上,转动部24设置于转动臂23上,侧板10设置有能够与转动部24配合的转动配合部31。
可以理解的是,转动部24和转动配合部31相互配合,以使锁紧件4通过转动的方式对第一锁紧部7和第二锁紧部13进行锁紧。在装配时,将转动部24卡入至转动配合部31,以实现两者的转动配合。
可选地,转动部24设置有轴台25,转动配合部31为与轴台25配合的装配孔,且轴台25能够相对装配孔转动;在进行装配时,将轴台25卡入装配孔内,再通过转动将锁紧空间15与第一锁紧部7和第二锁紧部13相互配合。
同时,也需要说明的是,在解除第一锁紧件4和第二锁紧件4之间的锁紧状态时:通过转动部24与转动配合部31之间的转动将锁紧空间15转离第一锁紧部7和第二锁紧部13。
可选地,围成锁紧空间15的第一卡扣件16和第二卡扣件17为弧形结构,以使转动部24在绕着转动配合部31转动时,第一卡扣件16和第二卡扣件17转动平缓,更易于拆装人员操作。进一步地,第一卡扣件16和第二卡扣件17在其端部均设置有导向面,比如在第一卡扣件16和第二卡扣件17的端部设置锥形端面,以便于转动导向。
为了便于转动部24装配,可以在侧板10上设置有凸台26,凸台26位于安装空间11内,且转动配合部31设置于凸台26并延伸至侧板10,轴台25能够与转动配合部31可转动地连接。也就是说,转动配合部31的装配孔由凸台26延伸至侧板10,可选地,位于凸台26部分的装配孔的孔径略大于位于侧板10上的装配孔,以便于较大孔径的装配孔对转动部24进行导向(便于装配),而位于侧板10部分的装配孔能够与转动部24稳定配合(防止两者相对转动时产生较大的抖动)。
进一步地,转动臂23设置有减胶槽27。为了使转动部24与转动配合部31之间的配合,需要利用到转动臂23自身的轻微弹性将转动臂23卡入转动配合部31内,减胶槽27的设置能够在保证转动臂23强度的同时,增加转动臂23的弹性,以使转动臂23更加容易地卡入至转动配合部31内,进一步提高拆装的便捷。
可选地,转动部24上的轴台25的端面设置为斜面,该斜面能够在装配时为轴台25提供导向。
可选地,转动臂23朝向锁紧空间15设置,即转动臂23朝向第二卡扣件17设置。相对于基座14,转动臂23的另一端朝向第二卡扣件17倾斜。
此外,第二卡扣件17上也可以设置用于增加其强度的结构,比如沿第二卡扣件17远离基座14的延伸方向设置加强部,该加强部在第二卡扣件17为弧形时也为与之对应的弧形。当转动臂23朝向第二卡扣件17设置时,加强部与设置于转动臂23上的转动部24之间可以采用间隔设置,以保证转动臂23的弹性。
在本实施例中,第二本体8包括第一框体28和第二框体29,第一框体28与第二框体29连接,侧板10分别与第一框体28和第二框体29连接,安装口12设置于第一框体28上,第一框体28、第二框体29及侧板10围成安装空间11。
进一步地,第一框体28和第二框体29之间呈夹角设置,侧板10位于第一框体28和第二框体29相对的两端
进一步地,在本实施例中,第二框体29设置有让位孔30,让位孔30与安装空间11连通。让位孔30的设置能够避免锁紧件4的转动与第二框体29之间发生干涉而抵持的情况。
本实施例提供的锁紧结构1的有益效果:第一锁紧部7通过凸出部6连接于第一本体5,有利于第一锁紧部7的强度和提高使用寿命。安装空间11用于容置锁紧件4和第一装配体2伸入安装空间11的部分,凸出部6伸入安装空间11内能够使第一锁紧部7与凸出部6连接的一端随之伸入安装空间11,进而增强第一锁紧部7与第二锁紧部13之间的配合。设置于第二本体8和侧板10的加强件9能够增加侧板10的连接强度,以提高使用寿命。第一锁紧部7和第二锁紧部13容置于锁紧空间15内,并通过锁紧空间15的侧壁对第一锁紧部7和第二锁紧部13进行限位固定,进而锁紧并固定第一装配体2和第二装配体3。
第二实施例
请结合参阅图1至图5,本实施例提供了一种包括第一实施例提供的锁紧结构1的空调器,该空调器可以为挂机等。当本实施例提供的空调器为挂机时,锁紧结构1可以用于锁紧挂机的底座和中框;此时,第一装配体2设置于挂机的底座上,第二装配体3设置于挂机的中框上;或者,第一装配体2设置于中框上,第二装配体3设置于底座上。
作为一种实施方式,空调器包括底座、中框及锁紧结构1。锁紧结构1包括第一装配体2、第二装配体3及锁紧件4,第一装配体2设置于底座上,第二装配体3设置于中框上;第一装配体2包括第一本体5、凸出部6及第一锁紧部7,凸出部6设置于第一本体5上,锁紧部设置于凸出部6远离第一本体5的端部;第二装配体3包括第二本体8、加强件9及侧板10,侧板10与第二本体8的两端连接并形成安装空间11,第二本体8设置有与安装空间11连通的安装口12,加强件9设置于侧板10和第二本体8上,侧板10上设置有能够与第一锁紧部7配合的第二锁紧部13,第二锁紧部13位于安装空间11内,凸出部6伸入安装空间11,第二本体8与第一本体5可拆卸地连接;锁紧件4包括基座14和设置于基座14上的锁紧空间15,基座14与安装口12配合,第一锁紧部7和第二锁紧部13能够位于锁紧空间15内,以使第一锁紧部7和第二锁紧部13锁紧。
本实施例提供的空调器采用了第一实施例提供的锁紧结构1对中框和底座进行锁紧固定,保证锁紧强度和使用寿命,并便于空调器拆装。
除非存在技术障碍或矛盾,本公开的上述各种实施方式可以自由组合以形成另外的实施例,这些另外的实施例均在本公开的保护范围中。

  1. 一种锁紧结构,其特征在于,包括第一装配体(2)、第二装配体(3)及锁紧件(4);
    所述第一装配体(2)包括第一本体(5)、凸出部(6)及第一锁紧部(7),所述凸出部(6)设置于所述第一本体(5)上,所述第一锁紧部(7)设置于所述凸出部(6)远离所述第一本体(5)的端部;
    所述第二装配体(3)包括第二本体(8)、加强件(9)及侧板(10),所述侧板(10)与所述第二本体(8)的两端连接并形成安装空间(11),所述第二本体(8)设置有与所述安装空间(11)连通的安装口(12),所述加强件(9)设置于所述侧板(10)和所述第二本体(8)上,所述侧板(10)上设置有能够与所述第一锁紧部(7)配合的第二锁紧部(13),所述第二锁紧部(13)位于所述安装空间(11)内,所述凸出部(6)伸入所述安装空间(11),所述第二本体(8)与所述第一本体(5)可拆卸地连接;
    所述锁紧件(4)包括基座(14)和设置于所述基座(14)上的锁紧空间(15),所述基座(14)与所述安装口(12)配合,所述第一锁紧部(7)和所述第二锁紧部(13)配置为能够位于所述锁紧空间(15)内,以使所述第一锁紧部(7)和所述第二锁紧部(13)锁紧。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的锁紧结构,其特征在于,所述锁紧件(4)还包括第一卡扣件(16)和第二卡扣件(17),所述第一卡扣件(16)和所述第二卡扣件(17)均设置于所述基座(14)上并沿远离所述基座(14)的同一方向延伸,所述第一卡扣件(16)和所述第二卡扣件(17)之间形成所述锁紧空间(15),以使所述第一锁紧部(7)和所述第二锁紧部(13)锁紧。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的锁紧结构,其特征在于,所述第一锁紧部(7)远离所述凸出部(6)的端部与所述第一本体(5)之间设置有锁紧口(18),所述第一卡扣件(16)伸入所述锁紧口(18),以使所述第一锁紧部(7)伸入所述锁紧空间(15)。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的锁紧结构,其特征在于,所述锁紧件(4) 还包括加强筋(19),所述加强筋(19)设置有多个凹槽(20),所述加强筋(19)位于所述第一卡扣件(16)和所述第二卡扣件(17)之间并与所述第一卡扣件(16)和所述第二卡扣件(17)分别连接,所述第一锁紧部(7)开设有能够容置所述加强筋(19)的第一容置槽(21),所述第二锁紧部(13)开设有能够容置所述加强筋(19)的第二容置槽(22)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的锁紧结构,其特征在于,所述锁紧件(4)还包括转动臂(23)和转动部(24),所述转动臂(23)设置于所述基座(14)上,所述转动部(24)设置于所述转动臂(23)上,所述侧板(10)设置有能够与所述转动部(24)配合的转动配合部(31)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的锁紧结构,其特征在于,所述转动臂(23)设置有减胶槽(27)。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的锁紧结构,其特征在于,所述转动部(24)设置有轴台(25),所述侧板(10)设置有凸台(26),所述凸台(26)位于所述安装空间(11)内,且所述转动配合部(31)设置于所述凸台(26)并延伸至所述侧板(10),所述轴台(25)能够与所述转动配合部(31)可转动地连接。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7中任意一项所述的锁紧结构,其特征在于,所述第二本体(8)包括第一框体(28)和第二框体(29),所述第一框体(28)与所述第二框体(29)连接,所述侧板(10)分别与所述第一框体(28)和所述第二框体(29)连接,所述安装口(12)设置于所述第一框体(28)上,所述第一框体(28)、所述第二框体(29)及所述侧板(10)围成所述安装空间(11)。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的锁紧结构,其特征在于,所述第二框体(29)设置有让位孔(30),所述让位孔(30)与所述安装空间(11)连通。
  10. 一种空调器,其特征在于,包括底座、中框及如权利要求1-9中任意一项所述的锁紧结构(1),所述第一装配体(2)设置于所述底座上,所述第二装配体(3)设置于所述中框上。
