下面将结合本申请实施例中的附图,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本申请一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
需要说明的是,当组件被称为“装设于”另一个组件,它可以直接在另一个组件上或者也可以存在居中的组件。当一个组件被认为是“设置于”另一个组件,它可以是直接设置在另一个组件上或者可能同时存在居中组件。当一个组件被认为是“固定于”另一个组件,它可以是直接固定在另一个组件上或者可能同时存在居中组件。
除非另有定义,本申请所使用的所有的技术和科学术语与属于本申请的技术领域的技术人员通常理解的含义相同。在本申请的说明书中所使用的术语只是为了描述具体的实施例的目的,不是旨在于限制本申请。本申请所使用的术语“或/及”包括一个或多个相关的所列项目的任意的和所有的组合。
请参考图1至图11,本申请提供一种阀装置100,该阀装置100应用于空调制冷系统中,用以调节流体介质的流量及压力。
具体地,阀装置100包括阀体单元10、阀座20,阀座20上开设有安装腔21,阀体单元10的一端安装于安装腔21内;阀装置100还包括限位单元30,沿安装腔21的径向,阀座20的外侧壁开设有与安装腔21连通的安装孔22,安装腔21的腔壁上内凹形成有与安装孔22对应的安装槽23,限位单元30的一端从安装孔22伸入安装腔21内,并抵靠于阀体单元10伸入安装腔21内的部分上,限位单元30伸入安装腔21内的一端插入安装槽23内。
需要说明的是,相关的阀装置中,通过限位件定位阀座与阀体之间的位置关系,通常只能通过限位件接触阀体实现限制阀体脱离阀座的轴向运动,从而无法完全保证阀座与阀体之间的位置关系不会发生变化,进而影响阀装置的正常运行。而本实施方式中,通过将限位单元30的一端插入安装槽23内,且伸入安装腔21内的限位单元30与阀体单元10抵靠,以形成轴向和周向的限位。
如图1至图3所示,阀体单元10包括阀体12以及安装座13,安装座13套设并固定于阀体12的一端;阀体12的一端安装于安装腔21内,且安装座13随着阀体12的安装收容于安装腔21内,限位单元30抵靠于安装座13。
可选地,在本实施例中,阀体12采用不锈钢材质加工制造。当然,在其他实施例中,阀体12还可以由其他材料加工制造,在此就不一一举例。
可选地,在本实施例中,阀体12大致呈圆柱形,当然,在其他实施例中,阀体12还可以呈其他形状,在此不作过多限定。
进一步地,阀体单元10伸入安装腔21的一端侧壁,沿着安装腔21的径向开设有与安装孔22对应设置的限位槽11,限位槽11开设于安装座13的周 壁上。当阀体单元10伸入安装腔21,安装座13收容于安装腔21内时,安装座13上的限位槽11与阀座20上的安装槽23相互对应,限位单元30位于安装槽23与限位槽11之间,以此实现阀座20和阀体12轴向方向和周向方向的同时固定,即,阀体12无法相对于阀座20上下移动以及阀体12无法相对于阀座20转动。
与相关技术相比,本申请提供的所述阀装置,通过在所述阀座20上开设所述安装槽23,且所述限位单元30的一端插入该所述安装槽23,并且所述限位单元30也与所述阀体单元10伸入所述安装腔21内的部分抵靠,从而达到限制所述阀体单元10相对所述阀座20周向转动、以及轴向脱离所述阀座20的目的,不仅可靠性好,且组装方便、简单。
具体地,限位单元30包括限位杆31以及锁紧件32,限位杆31的一端从安装孔22伸入安装腔21内,并抵靠于安装座13上,且插入安装槽23和限位槽11之间,另一端位于安装孔22内;锁紧件32与安装孔22螺纹连接,且锁紧件32的一端与限位杆31抵靠,锁紧件32的作用是为了固定限位杆31,防止阀体12转动以及脱离阀座20。
可选地,在本实施例中,限位杆31远离安装腔21的一端与锁紧件32可以采用焊接、过盈配合或者一体成型的方式互相连接,在此不作限定。
可选地,在本实施例中,限位杆31伸入安装槽23和限位槽11之间时,可以采用螺纹连接或者过盈配合的方式连接,在此不作限定;通过限位杆31与安装槽23和限位槽11之间的过盈配合,使得限位杆31不会在安装槽23中产生晃动,从而避免影响阀座20与阀体12之间的位置关系,进而确保阀装置100的正常工作。
可以理解的是,通过所述限位单元30与所述安装槽23过盈配合,使得 所述限位单元30不会在所述安装槽23中产生晃动,从而避免影响所述阀座20与所述阀体12之间的位置关系,提高所述阀装置100的稳定性。
在本实施例中,限位杆31的一端穿设安装孔22,并插入安装槽23、限位槽11内,锁紧件32通过螺纹连接的方式拧入安装孔22中,而后与限位杆31的另一端相连接。
可以理解的是,在所述阀座20上设置所述安装孔22,使得所述锁紧件32与所述安装孔22螺纹连接,从而防止所述阀体12转动以及脱离所述阀座20。
可选地,在本实施例中,锁紧件32可以采用螺栓、螺钉或者螺母,在此不作过多限定。
需要说明的是,在本实施例中,限位杆31的横截面形状为圆形、方形或者椭圆形中的任意一种;当然,锁紧件32的横截面也应该为与限位件33相配合的圆形、方形或者椭圆形中的任意一种形状。
如图1至图5所示,限位单元30包括一体式设置的限位件33,限位件33包括依次设置的插入部331、抵靠部332以及连接部333;当限位件33插入安装孔22后,插入部331插入安装槽23内,抵靠部332抵靠于限位槽11内,连接部333位于安装孔22内,并与阀座20连接,如此使得限位件33在部分插入安装孔22的过程中,插入部331先进入安装孔22,起导引的作用,有利于限位件33在进入过程中更顺畅。
可选地,在本实施例中,安装孔22的数量为2个,且2个安装孔22间隔的设于阀座20的同一侧面上,便于锁紧件32在安装孔22内的安装以及安装孔22在阀座20上的开设;限位单元30以及安装槽23的数量分别与安装孔22的数量相同;当然,在其他实施例中,安装孔22的数量可以为1个、3 个、4个、5个甚至更多,且安装孔22也可以设置在阀座20的不同侧面上,在此不作过多限定。
可选地,在本申请的另一实施例中,安装孔22的数量为2个,且2个安装孔22间隔的设于阀座20的同一侧面上;限位单元30的数量与安装孔22的数量相同;安装槽23沿着安装腔21的周向延伸,两个限位单元30均插入安装槽23内,即,安装槽23也可以围绕安装腔21的腔壁周向延伸设置,既方便加工,又能对限位单元30进行限位;当然,在其他实施例中,安装孔22的数量可以为1个、3个、4个、5个甚至更多,且安装孔22也可以设置在阀座20的不同侧面上,在此不作过多限定。
可选地,在本实施例中,限位杆31采用定位销钉,当然,在其他实施例中,限位杆31也可以采用其他类型的部件,在此不作限定。
可选地,在本实施例中,限位单元30的轴线与阀体12的轴线相垂直,如此使得限位单元30能够对阀体12和阀座20之间实现轴向和周向的同时限位。当然,限位单元30的轴线与阀体12的轴线也可以呈角度设置,但不能互相平行,如若互相平行则只能实现周向限位而无法实现轴向限位。
在本申请限位单元30的限位过程中,首先将限位杆31从阀座20上的安装孔22伸入至安装腔21中,使得限位杆31的插入部331插入安装槽23内,抵靠部332抵靠于限位槽11内,连接部333位于安装孔22内,并与阀座20连接,而后将锁紧件32拧入安装孔22中与限位杆31的连接部333相连接,实现阀座20与阀体12之间轴向和周向的固定,使得加工更方便,组装效率更高。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这 些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本申请的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对实用新型专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本申请构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本申请的保护范围。因此,本申请专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种阀装置,包括阀体单元、阀座,所述阀座上开设有安装腔,所述阀体单元的一端安装于所述安装腔内;
    所述阀装置还包括限位单元,沿所述安装腔的径向,所述阀座的外侧壁开设有与所述安装腔连通的安装孔,所述安装腔的腔壁内凹形成有与所述安装孔对应的安装槽,所述阀体单元伸入所述安装腔的一端侧壁,且沿着所述安装腔的径向开设有与所述安装槽对应设置的限位槽,所述限位单元的一端从所述安装孔伸入所述安装腔内,并插入所述安装槽内,且伸入所述安装腔内的所述限位单元与所述限位槽抵靠,以形成轴向和周向的限位。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的阀装置,其中,所述限位单元与所述安装槽和所述安装孔之间采用过盈配合方式连接;
    或者,所述限位单元与所述安装槽之间螺纹连接,并且与所述安装孔过盈配合。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的阀装置,其中,所述限位单元与所述安装槽和/或所述安装孔之间螺纹连接;
    或者,所述限位单元与所述安装槽过盈配合,并且与所述安装孔螺纹连接。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的阀装置,其中,所述限位单元包括限位杆以及锁紧件,所述限位杆的一端从所述安装孔伸入所述安装腔内,并抵靠于所述限位槽,且插入所述安装槽内,另一端位于所述安装孔内。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的阀装置,其中,所述锁紧件与所述安装孔螺纹连接,且所述锁紧件的一端与所述限位杆抵靠。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的阀装置,其中,所述锁紧件包括螺栓或者螺钉。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的阀装置,其中,所述限位杆的横截面形状包括圆形、方形或者椭圆形中的任意一种。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的阀装置,其中,所述阀体单元包括阀体以及安装座,所述安装座固定于所述阀体的一端;
    所述阀体的一端安装于所述安装腔内,且所述安装座随着所述阀体的安装收容于所述安装腔内,所述限位槽设置在所述安装座上,所述限位单元抵靠于所述安装座并抵靠于所述限位槽。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的阀装置,其中,所述限位单元包括一体式设置的限位件,所述限位件包括依次设置的插入部、抵靠部以及连接部;
    当所述限位件插入所述安装孔后,所述插入部插入所述安装槽内,所述抵靠部抵靠于所述阀体单元的外侧壁上,所述连接部位于所述安装孔内,并与所述阀座连接。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的阀装置,其中,所述安装孔的数量为2个,且两个所述安装孔间隔的设于所述阀座的同一侧面上;
    所述限位单元以及所述安装槽的数量分别与所述安装孔的数量相同。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的阀装置,其中,所述安装孔的数量为2个,且两个所述安装孔间隔的设于所述阀座的不同侧面上;
    所述限位单元以及所述安装槽的数量分别与所述安装孔的数量相同。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的阀装置,其中,所述安装孔的数量为2个,且两个所述安装孔间隔的设于所述阀座的同一侧面上;
    所述限位单元的数量与所述安装孔的数量相同;
    所述安装槽沿着所述安装腔的周向延伸,两个所述限位单元均插入所述安装槽内。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的阀装置,其中,所述安装孔的数量为2个,且两个所述安装孔间隔的设于所述阀座的不同侧面上;
    所述限位单元的数量与所述安装孔的数量相同;
    所述安装槽沿着所述安装腔的周向延伸,两个所述限位单元均插入所述安装槽内。
  14. 根据权利要求1所述的阀装置,其中,所述限位单元的轴线与所述阀体的轴线相垂直。
