本领域技术人员应当理解的是,本节实施方式仅仅用于解释本发明的技术原理,并非用于限制本发明的保护范围。例如,虽然本实施例是结合热泵洗干一体机来对本发明的控制方法进行说明和描述的,但是这并不是对本发明的控制方法的适用范围的限定,如还可以用于洗干子母机、洗衣机以及洗衣房数台洗衣机与数台干衣机的组合等。本领域技术人员可以根据需要对其作出调整,以便适应具体的应用场合,调整后的技术方案仍将落入本发明的保护范围。
需要说明的是,在本发明的描述中,术语“中心”、“上”、“下”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“内”、“外”等指示方向或位置关系的术语是基于附图所示的方向或位置关系,这仅仅是为了便于描述,而不是指示或暗示所述装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。此外,术 语“第一”、“第二”、“第三”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性。
此外,还需要说明的是,在本发明的描述中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或一体地连接;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通。对于本领域技术人员而言,可根据具体情况理解上述术语在本发明中的具体含义。
热泵洗干一体机包括热泵系统和控制器,控制器用于执行以下衣物温度控制方法:根据洗涤水的温度判断是否在洗涤程序的部分阶段对洗涤水进行加热,以便提高衣物在进入该部分阶段的后续阶段时的初始温度。
洗涤程序包括洗涤阶段、漂洗阶段和脱干阶段。通过在洗涤程序的部分阶段对洗涤水加热,在衣物从洗涤程序进入烘干程序时,衣物的温度会较高,热泵洗干一体机的热泵系统对干燥空气温度的加热速度增快,缩短了对衣物的干燥时间,提高了衣物处理设备的烘干效率。同时,根据洗涤水的温度来判断是否对洗涤水进行加热,在提高热泵洗干一体机的烘干效率的基础上,尽可能的消耗较低的能耗,方法可靠、合理,提高了热泵洗干一体机的整体使用体验。
优选地,“根据洗涤水的温度判断是否在洗涤程序的部分阶段对洗涤水进行加热”具体包括:S1、根据洗涤水的温度判断是否在洗涤程序的部分阶段对洗涤水进行加热,以便提高衣物进入烘干程序时的初始温度。
在环境温度较低的情形下,洗涤水的温度也会相应较低。那么在洗涤程序结束进入烘干程序时,衣物的温度以及衣物处理筒内的起始干燥温度也均为较低温度,会使干燥时间增加。因此通过根据洗涤水的温度来判断是否在部分阶段对洗涤水加热,提升了烘干程序开始时的干燥温度,使热泵系统可以较快的将干燥温度加热至设定温度,避免了上述低温环境下干燥温度上升慢,干燥时间长的现象,提高了热泵洗干一体机的使用体验。
优选地,热泵洗干一体机包括温度传感器,用于采集洗涤水的温度。步骤S1进一步包括:S10、获取洗涤水的温度;S11、比较洗涤水的温度与第一温度阈值;S12、在洗涤水的温度小于第一温度阈值的情形下,在洗涤程序的部分阶段对洗涤水进行加热。
优选地,可以预先设置第二温度阈值,在洗涤水的温度小于第一温度阈值的情形下,在洗涤程序的部分阶段对洗涤水进行加热至第二温度阈值,防止温度过高对衣物造成损坏。其中第一温度阈值和第二温度阈值可以根据大量实验或者经验设置,可以理解的是,第二温度阈值的设置可以结合衣物材质的不同选取一个合适的温度值,也可以根据衣物材质的不同设置相对应的多个温度值,防止温度过高对衣物造成损坏。本领域技术人员可以根据实际情况和需要合理的设置第二温度阈值。示例性地,第一温度阈值设置为12℃,第二温度阈值设置为40℃。
通过合理设置第一温度阈值和第二温度阈值,不仅可以提高衣物进入烘干程序的初始温度,提升洗干一体机的烘干效率,而且设置第一温度阈值,使洗干一体机在合理的温度范围内才对洗涤水进行加热,保证了对能源的合理消耗。
优选地,步骤S12进一步包括:S120、在洗涤水的温度小于所述第一温度阈值的情形下,在洗涤程序的漂洗阶段对洗涤水进行加热。
由于漂洗阶段结束并经过脱水阶段之后,会很快进入烘干程序,因此通过在漂洗阶段对洗涤水进行加热与在其他阶段或漂洗阶段与其他阶段均对衣物加热相比,衣物进入烘干程序之前,热量不易散失,在衣物进入脱干阶段时,由于衣物的温度较高,洗涤水表面的张力降低,可以脱出更多的水,更有利于热泵洗干一体机对衣物的烘干,而且在提高了热泵洗干一体机的脱干效率以及衣物进入烘干程序时的初始温度的基础上,还降低了能耗。
优选地,漂洗阶段包括多次漂洗子阶段,步骤S120进一步包括:S1200、在洗涤水的温度小于第一温度阈值的情形下,在最后一次漂洗阶段对洗涤水进行加热。
通过在漂洗阶段的最后一次漂洗阶段对洗涤水进行加热,在提高了热泵洗干一体机的脱干效率以及衣物进入烘干程序时的初始温度的基础上,进一步降低了洗干一体机对能源的消耗。
可以理解的是,考虑到洗干一体机的整体能耗以及使用体验,可以进一步对加热洗涤水的阶段的选择进行优化。如:
将最后一次漂洗阶段分为第一漂洗子阶段和第二漂洗子阶段,衣物在第一漂洗子阶段漂洗之后进入第二漂洗子阶段。优选地,步骤S10进一步包括:S100、判断洗涤程序的漂洗阶段是否运行至第二漂洗子阶段;S101、在漂洗阶段运行至第二漂洗子阶段的情形下,获取洗涤水的温度。
步骤S1200进一步包括:S12000、在第二漂洗子阶段对洗涤水进行加热。
可以理解的是,第二漂洗子阶段可以是在原有程序的最后一次漂洗阶段结束后新加的阶段,是对原有程序的最后一次漂洗阶段的延长,即本节实施例中的最后一次漂洗阶段=原有程序的最后一次漂洗阶段(即本节实施例中的第一漂洗子阶段)+第二漂洗子阶段;或者第二漂洗子阶段是原有程序中最后一次漂洗阶段中分出来的阶段,即将原有程序中的最后一次漂洗阶段划分为两个漂洗子阶段,即原有程序中的最后一次漂洗阶段=本节实施例中的最后一次漂洗阶段=第一漂洗子阶段+第二漂洗子阶段。本领域技术人员可以根据实际情况和需要合理的设置第二漂洗子阶段。
通过在最后一次漂洗阶段的第二漂洗子阶段检测洗涤水的温度并在符合条件时对洗涤水进行加热,一方面在接近烘干程序时检测洗涤水的温度并在符合条件的情况下,立即对洗涤水进行加热,提高了检测结果的准确性,同时提高了热泵洗干一体机的脱干效率,另一方面在接近烘干程序时对洗涤水加热,不仅提高了衣物进入烘干程序的初始温度,而且减少了能耗。
优选地,步骤S12000进一步包括:S120000、排出设定量的第一漂洗子阶段中的洗涤水;S120001、对剩余的洗涤水进行加热。
优选地,排出设定量的第一漂洗子阶段中的洗涤水之后,洗涤水的水位达到最低水位。通过将洗涤水排至最低水位,之后再对洗涤水进行加热,降低了洗干一体机的能耗。
优选地,热泵洗干一体机包括驱动电机,驱动电机用于驱动衣物处理筒的转动。步骤S120001进一步包括:S1200010、对剩余的洗 涤水进行加热并使驱动电机转动。其中,驱动电机在第二漂洗子阶段转动的参数与第一漂洗子阶段相同。
通过在对洗涤水加热的过程中,使驱动衣物处理筒转动的驱动电机继续按照第二漂洗子阶段的参数转动,使得洗干一体机的洗涤加热器能够均匀的对洗涤水进行加热,使洗涤水能够更快的达到第二温度阈值,提高了洗干一体机的加热效率。
可以理解的是,排出设定量的第一漂洗子阶段中的洗涤水之后,洗涤水的水位不仅仅局限于上述实施例中所述的达到最低水位,还可以是最低水位以外的其他水位,如正好淹没衣物的水位或者排出一半水量之后的水位。还可以理解的是,驱动电机的转动参数也不仅仅局限于上述实施例中所述的与第一漂洗子阶段的参数一致,还可以是其他转动参数,如与洗涤阶段驱动电机的转动参数一致。本领域技术人员可以根据实际情况和需要合理的设置排出的第一漂洗子阶段的洗涤水的设定量以及加热洗涤水的情形下驱动电机的转动参数。
如图1所示,图1是本发明一种实施例的用于热泵洗干一体机的衣物温度控制方法的流程图。参照图1,热泵洗干一体机的控制方法如下:1)开启热泵洗干一体机;2)运行洗涤阶段;3)运行漂洗阶段;4)判断是否进入最后一次漂洗阶段的第二漂洗子阶段,是的情形下进入步骤5),否则继续步骤3);5)获取洗涤水的温度;6)判断洗涤水的温度是否小于12℃,是的情形下进入步骤7),否则直接进入步骤9);7)排出洗涤水至洗涤水的水位至最低水位;8)使驱动电机正反转并加热洗涤水至40℃;9)运行脱水阶段;10)执行烘干程序;11)结束运行。
从上述描述可以看出,本发明的衣物处理设备的衣物温度控制方法包括:根据洗涤水的温度判断是否在洗涤程序的部分阶段对洗涤水进行加热,以便提高衣物进入烘干程序时的初始温度。通过这样的设置,缩短了低温环境下衣物的烘干时间,提高了洗干一体机的烘干效率。优选地,在洗涤水的温度小于第一温度阈值的情形下,在洗涤程序的漂洗阶段对洗涤水进行加热。通过这样的设置,提高了烘干程序中干燥温度的提升速度,而且降低了洗干一体机的能耗。优选地,漂洗阶段包括多次漂洗子阶段,在最后一次漂洗阶段的第二漂洗子阶段获取洗涤水的温度;在洗涤水的温度小于第一温度阈值的情形下,排出部分洗涤水至 洗涤水的水位至最低水位;使驱动电机按照与第一漂洗子阶段的驱动电机一样的转动参数转动,同时加热洗涤水至第二温度阈值。通过这样的设置,一方面提高了洗干一体机的脱水效率以及干燥效率,另一方面进一步降低了能耗,提高了洗干一体机的整体性能和使用体验。
至此,已经结合附图所示的优选实施方式描述了本发明的技术方案,但是,本领域技术人员容易理解的是,本发明的保护范围显然不局限于这些具体实施方式。在不偏离本发明的原理的前提下,本领域技术人员可以对相关技术特征作出等同的更改或替换,这些更改或替换之后的技术方案都将落入本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种衣物处理设备的衣物温度控制方法,其特征在于,所述衣物处理设备包括洗涤程序,所述控制方法包括以下步骤:
    根据洗涤水的温度判断是否在洗涤程序的部分阶段对洗涤水进行加热,以便提高衣物在进入该部分阶段的后续阶段时的初始温度。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的控制方法,其特征在于,所述衣物处理设备包括烘干程序,“根据洗涤水的温度判断是否在洗涤程序的部分阶段对洗涤水进行加热,以便提高衣物在进入该部分阶段的后续阶段时的初始温度”的步骤进一步包括:
    根据洗涤水的温度判断是否在洗涤程序的部分阶段对洗涤水进行加热,以便提高衣物在进入烘干程序时的初始温度。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的控制方法,其特征在于,“根据洗涤水的温度判断是否在洗涤程序的部分阶段对洗涤水进行加热,以便提高衣物进入烘干程序时的初始温度”的步骤进一步包括:
    获取洗涤水的温度;
    比较洗涤水的温度与预设的第一温度阈值;
    在所述洗涤水的温度小于所述第一温度阈值的情形下,在洗涤程序的部分阶段对洗涤水进行加热。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的控制方法,其特征在于,“在洗涤水的温度小于所述第一温度阈值的情形下,在洗涤程序的部分阶段对洗涤水进行加热”的步骤进一步包括:
    在洗涤水的温度小于所述第一温度阈值的情形下,在洗涤程序的漂洗阶段对洗涤水进行加热。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的控制方法,其特征在于,所述漂洗阶段包括多次漂洗子阶段,“在洗涤水的温度小于所述第一温度阈值的情形下,在洗涤程序的漂洗阶段对洗涤水进行加热”的步骤进一步包括:
    在洗涤水的温度小于所述第一温度阈值的情形下,在最后一次漂洗阶段对洗涤水进行加热。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的控制方法,其特征在于,所述最后一次漂洗阶段包括第一漂洗子阶段和第二漂洗子阶段,衣物在所述第一漂洗子阶段漂洗之后进入所述第二漂洗子阶段,“在最后一次漂洗阶段对洗涤水进行加热”的步骤进一步包括:
    在所述第二漂洗子阶段对洗涤水进行加热。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的控制方法,其特征在于,“在所述第二漂洗子阶段对洗涤水进行加热”的步骤进一步包括:
    排出设定量的第一漂洗子阶段中的洗涤水;
    对剩余的洗涤水进行加热。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的控制方法,其特征在于,所述衣物处理设备包括驱动电机,“对剩余的洗涤水进行加热”的步骤进一步包括:
    对剩余的洗涤水进行加热并使驱动电机转动。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的控制方法,其特征在于,所述驱动电机在所述第二漂洗子阶段转动的参数与所述第一漂洗子阶段相同或者不同。
  10. 一种衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述衣物处理设备包括控制器,所述控制器用于执行上述权利要求1至9中任一项所述的衣物温度控制方法。
