图 1为根据本发明实施例的洗涤控制装置的方框示意图。 如图 1所示, 该洗涤控 制装置包括: 接收模块 1和控制模块 2。
其中, 接收模块 1 用于接收用户的指令以及衣物的污渍类型。 在本发明的一个具 体示例中, 接收模块 1 可以为控制面板, 并且控制面板可以设置有多种指令对应的按 键, 例如, 启动指令对应的按键、 开机指令对应的按键等, 以及多种衣物的污渍类型 对应的按键, 控制面板还可以设置有多种普通洗涤类型对应的按键, 这样, 用户可选 地输入普通洗涤类型或某种衣物的污渍类型, 由此, 用户可根据具体洗涤需求通过控 制面板输入相应地指令以及衣物的污渍类型。 如图 1所示, 控制模块 2用于根据衣物的污渍类型和预设的洗涤模型确定洗涤参 数, 以及根据指令启动洗衣机并控制洗衣机根据确定的洗涤参数进行工作。
也就是说, 控制模块 2在接收到用户输入衣物的污渍类型后, 调取该衣物的污渍 类型对应地洗涤参数, 并在接收到用户的指令例如启动指令后, 启动洗衣机并控制洗 衣机根据确定的洗涤参数进行工作。
其中, 每种污渍类型对应的至少一项洗涤参数的取值与其他污渍类型对应的洗涤 参数的取值不同。 具体地, 洗涤参数可包括洗涤温度、 洗涤时间、 洗涤转速、 洗涤转 停比和漂洗水量中的一种或多种。 污渍类型可包括血渍、 咖啡渍、 泥渍、 草渍、 口红 渍和酒渍中的一种或多种。
这样, 可针对不同污渍类型的污染特性, 例如区分为血渍、 咖啡渍、 泥渍、 草渍、 口红渍、 酒渍等多种污渍类型, 有针对性地设定不同的洗涤参数, 即不同的洗涤温度 或洗涤时间或洗涤转速或洗涤转停比或漂洗水量, 对衣物进行洗涤, 从而, 既可以有 效去除污渍, 又能减少过多用水用电和长时间洗涤带来的能源消耗, 节能环保。
需要说明的是, 对于本发明实施例的洗涤控制装置, 接收模块 1 也可接收用户输 入的普通洗涤类型, 例如标准洗涤、 快速洗涤等, 控制模块 2在接收到某种普通洗涤 类型后, 可根据预设的普通洗涤模型确定洗涤参数, 以及根据用户的指令例如启动指 令启动洗衣机, 并控制洗衣机根据确定的洗涤参数进行工作。 其中, 普通洗涤模型可 以包括多种普通洗涤类型和多种普通洗涤类型对应的洗涤参数。
当然, 在选择普通洗涤类型则可不选择衣物的污渍类型, 之根据普通洗涤类型的 洗涤参数控制洗衣机工作; 在选择衣物的污渍类型则可不选择普通洗涤类型, 之根据 衣物的污渍类型对应的洗涤参数控制洗衣机工作。
另外, 在本发明的实施例中, 洗涤模型可通过试验确定, 其中, 洗涤模型可以包 括多种污渍类型和多种污渍类型对应的洗涤参数, 如下表 1所示, 例举了草渍、 血渍、 泥渍、 酒渍、 口红渍、 咖啡渍 6种常见污渍分别对应的洗涤时间、 洗涤温度、 洗涤转 速、 洗涤转停比、 漂洗水量。

曰. 一般 较多 较多 一般 一般 一般 其中, 洗涤时间可以在某种普通洗涤类型的洗涤时间上增加相应地污渍对应的修 正时间, 或者在预设的时间上增加相应地污渍对应的修正时间, 例如, 衣物上的污渍 为酒渍时, 可在某种普通洗涤类型的洗涤时间或预设时间上增加酒渍对应的修正时间 即 15-30min左右。
如上表 1 所示, 可将通过试验确定各种常见污渍对应的洗涤时间、 洗涤温度、 洗 涤转速、 洗涤转停比、 漂洗水量, 进而构成各种污渍洗涤程序, 这样, 在用户使用洗 衣机时, 接收模块 1接收用户输入的污渍类型, 随后, 控制模块 2根据污渍类型调取 相应地污渍洗涤程序, 以及在接收模块 1 接收用户输入的启动指令后发送至控制模块 2, 控制模块 2控制洗衣机启动并根据确定的洗涤温度、 洗涤时间、 洗涤转速、 洗涤转 停比和漂洗水量对衣物进行洗涤。
例如, 衣物上的污渍类型为酒渍时, 用户可通过接收模块 1选择酒渍, 接收模块 1 在接收到酒渍后, 控制模块 2调取洗涤模型中酒渍对应的洗涤参数, 即洗涤时间为某 种普通洗涤的洗涤时间或预设时间上增加酒渍对应的修正时间即 15-30min左右、 洗涤 温度为 60度左右、 洗涤转速为 45rpm (转每分钟) 左右、 洗涤转停比为较小转停比、 漂洗水量为一般, 并根据上述洗涤参数控制洗衣机对衣物进行洗涤。
总的来说, 在本发明实施例中, 接收模块 1 在接收用户输入某一种衣物的污渍类 型后, 控制模块 2根据该衣物的污渍类型和预设的洗涤模型确定洗涤温度、 洗涤时间、 洗涤转速、 洗涤转停比和漂洗水量等洗涤参数, 之后, 根据用户的指令启动洗衣机并 控制洗衣机根据确定的洗涤温度、 洗涤时间、 洗涤转速、 洗涤转停比和漂洗水量等洗 涤参数进行工作。 在对衣物进行洗涤的过程中, 判断当前洗涤温度是否小于根据洗涤 模型确定的洗涤温度, 如果是, 则控制加热装置工作, 进行加热洗涤; 如果否, 则进 一步判断当前洗涤时间是否小于根据洗涤模型确定的洗涤时间, 如果是, 则继续执行 后续的洗涤程序, 例如漂洗、 排水、 脱水等直至结束; 如果否, 则继续洗涤过程。
根据本发明实施例提出的洗涤控制装置, 接收模块接收用户的指令以及衣物的污 渍类型后, 控制模块根据衣物的污渍类型和预设的洗涤模型确定洗涤参数, 以及根据 指令启动洗衣机并控制洗衣机根据确定的洗涤参数进行工作。 由此, 该洗涤控制装置 能够针对衣物上的不同污渍类型, 采用不同洗涤方式和 /或不同洗涤参数进行洗涤, 有 效去除各种污渍, 使用户体验到更好的洗涤效果, 并可以有效减少能源消耗, 节能环 保。 图 2为根据本发明实施例的洗衣机的方框示意图。 如图 2所示, 洗衣机 201包括 上述的洗涤控制装置 202。
根据本发明实施例提出的洗衣机, 能够针对衣物上的不同污渍类型, 采用不同洗 涤方式和 /或不同洗涤参数进行洗涤, 有效去除各种污渍, 使用户体验到更好的洗涤效 果, 并可以有效减少能源消耗, 节能环保。
图 3为根据本发明实施例的洗涤控制方法的流程图。 如图 3所示, 洗涤控制方法 包括:
S 1 : 接收用户的指令以及衣物的污渍类型。
其中, 可通过接收模块接收用户的指令以及衣物的污渍类型。
S2: 根据衣物的污渍类型和预设的洗涤模型确定洗涤参数。
其中, 洗涤参数可包括洗涤温度、 洗涤时间、 洗涤转速、 洗涤转停比和漂洗水量 中的一种或多种。 污渍类型可包括血渍、 咖啡渍、 泥渍、 草渍、 口红渍和酒渍中的一 种或多种。 并且, 每种污渍类型对应的至少一项洗涤参数的取值与其他污渍类型对应 的洗涤参数的取值不同。
这样, 可针对不同污渍类型的污染特性, 例如区分为血渍、 咖啡渍、 泥渍、 草渍、 口红渍、 酒渍等多种污渍类型, 有针对性地设定不同的洗涤参数, 即不同的洗涤温度 或洗涤时间或洗涤转速或洗涤转停比或漂洗水量, 对衣物进行洗涤, 从而, 既可以有 效去除污渍, 又能减少过多用水用电和长时间洗涤带来的能源消耗, 节能环保。
另外, 在本发明的实施例中, 洗涤模型可通过试验确定, 其中, 洗涤模型可以包 括多种污渍类型和多种污渍类型对应的洗涤参数, 如表 1 所示, 例举了草渍、 血渍、 泥渍、 酒渍、 口红渍、 咖啡渍 6种常见污渍分别对应的洗涤时间、 洗涤温度、 洗涤转 速、 洗涤转停比、 漂洗水量, 这里不再赘述。
由此, 可将通过试验确定各种常见污渍对应的洗涤时间、 洗涤温度、 洗涤转速、 洗涤转停比、 漂洗水量, 进而构成各种污渍洗涤程序, 这样, 在用户使用洗衣机时, 接收用户输入的污渍类型后, 可根据污渍类型调取相应地污渍洗涤程序,
S3: 根据指令启动洗衣机并控制所述洗衣机根据所述确定的洗涤参数进行工作。 也就是说, 在接收用户输入的启动指令后, 控制洗衣机启动并根据确定的洗涤温 度、 洗涤时间、 洗涤转速、 洗涤转停比和漂洗水量对衣物进行洗涤。
以衣物上的污渍类型为酒渍为例, 在接收到用户选择的酒渍后, 将调取洗涤模型 中酒渍对应的洗涤参数, 即洗涤时间为某种普通洗涤的洗涤时间或预设时间上增加酒 渍对应的修正时间即 15-30min左右、 洗涤温度为 60度左右、 洗涤转速为 45rpm (转每 分钟) 左右、 洗涤转停比为较小转停比、 漂洗水量为一般, 并根据上述洗涤参数控制 洗衣机对衣物进行洗涤。
需要说明的是, 对于本发明实施例的洗涤控制方法, 也可接收用户输入的普通洗 涤类型, 例如标准洗涤、 快速洗涤等, 在接收到某种普通洗涤类型后, 可根据预设的 普通洗涤模型确定洗涤参数, 以及根据用户的指令例如启动指令启动洗衣机, 并控制 洗衣机根据确定的洗涤参数进行工作。 其中, 普通洗涤模型可以包括多种普通洗涤类 型和多种普通洗涤类型对应的洗涤参数。
当然, 在选择普通洗涤类型则可不选择衣物的污渍类型, 之根据普通洗涤类型的 洗涤参数控制洗衣机工作; 在选择衣物的污渍类型则可不选择普通洗涤类型, 之根据 衣物的污渍类型对应的洗涤参数控制洗衣机工作。
总的来说, 在本发明的一个实施例中, 本发明实施例的洗涤控制方法具体包括以 下步骤:
S 101 : 接收用户输入的衣物的污渍类型, 即接收用户选择的某种污渍类型对应的 洗涤程序。
S 102: 根据衣物的污渍类型确定洗涤参数。
也就是说, 对照预设的洗涤模型, 根据衣物的污渍类型选定对应的洗涤温度、 洗 涤时间、 洗涤转速、 洗涤转停比和漂洗水量。
S 103 : 根据指令启动洗衣机并控制洗衣机根据确定的洗涤参数进行工作。
也就是说, 在接收用户输入的启动指令后, 控制洗衣机启动并根据确定的洗涤温 度、 洗涤时间、 洗涤转速、 洗涤转停比和漂洗水量对洗衣机进行控制。
S 104: 对衣物进行洗涤。
S 105 : 判断当前洗涤温度 T是否小于根据洗涤模型确定的洗涤温度 Tl。 如果是, 则执行步骤 S 106; 如果否, 则执行步骤 S 107。
S 106: 控制加热装置工作, 进行加热洗涤, 返回步骤 S 104。
S 107 : 判断当前洗涤时间 t是否小于根据洗涤模型确定的洗涤时间 tl。 如果是, 则执行步骤 S 108; 如果否, 则执行步骤 S 104。
S 108 : 继续执行后续的洗涤程序, 例如漂洗、 排水、 脱水等直至结束。
根据本发明实施例提出的洗涤控制方法, 接收用户的指令以及衣物的污渍类型后, 根据衣物的污渍类型和预设的洗涤模型确定洗涤参数, 以及根据指令启动洗衣机并控 制洗衣机根据确定的洗涤参数进行工作。 由此, 该洗涤控制方法能够针对衣物上的不 同污渍类型, 采用不同洗涤方式和 /或不同洗涤参数进行洗涤, 有效去除各种污渍, 使 用户体验到更好的洗涤效果, 并可以有效减少能源消耗, 节能环保。

1、 一种洗涤控制装置, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收模块, 用于接收用户的指令以及衣物的污渍类型;
控制模块, 用于根据所述衣物的污渍类型和预设的洗涤模型确定洗涤参数, 以及 根据所述指令启动洗衣机并控制所述洗衣机根据所述确定的洗涤参数进行工作。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的洗涤控制装置, 其特征在于, 其中, 每种污渍类型对应的 至少一项洗涤参数的取值与其他污渍类型对应的洗涤参数的取值不同。
3、如权利要求 1所述的洗涤控制装置, 其特征在于, 所述洗涤参数包括洗涤温度、 洗涤时间、 洗涤转速、 洗涤转停比和漂洗水量中的一种或多种。
4、 如权利要求 1所述的洗涤控制装置, 其特征在于, 所述污渍类型包括血渍、 咖 啡渍、 泥渍、 草渍、 口红渍和酒渍中的一种或多种。
5、 如权利要求 1或 2所述的洗涤控制装置, 其特征在于, 所述洗涤模型通过试验 确定。
6、 一种洗衣机, 其特征在于, 包括如权利要求 1-5任一项所述的洗涤控制装置。
7、 一种洗涤控制方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收用户的指令以及衣物的污渍类型;
根据所述衣物的污渍类型和预设的洗涤模型确定洗涤参数; 以及
根据所述指令启动洗衣机并控制所述洗衣机根据所述确定的洗涤参数进行工作。
8、 如权利要求 7所述的方法, 其特征在于, 其中, 每种污渍类型对应的至少一项 洗涤参数的取值与其他污渍类型对应的洗涤参数的取值不同。
9、 如权利要求 7所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述洗涤参数包括洗涤温度、 洗涤时 间、 洗涤转速、 洗涤转停比和漂洗水量中的一种或多种。
10、 如权利要求 7 所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述污渍类型包括血渍、 咖啡渍、 泥渍、 草渍、 口红渍和酒渍中的一种或多种。
