为达到上述目的,本发明的另一方面实施例提出一种洗衣机,包括控制面板,所述控制面板上设有多个不同类别的常规程序按键和护色键,其中,所述护色键与所述多个不同类别的常规程序按键中任意一个关联执行,其中,在常规程序下设定一常规洗涤温度T;控制器,当检测到其中一个常规程序按键被按下,且进一步检测到所述护色键被触发之后,所述控制器控制洗衣机进入护色运行模式,并获得对应该常规程序下带该护色功能后调整的护色保护温度T1,其中,所述护色保护温度T1不同于常规洗涤温度T;以及获得所述洗衣机内的衣物重量,根据所述衣物重量控制所述洗衣机进水,在所述洗衣机进水至目标水量之后,所述控制器根据所述调整的护色保护温度T1控制所述洗衣机进行洗涤。
根据本发明实施例的洗衣机,当常规程序被按下和护色键进一步被触发,即实现衣物护色运行功能,进而控制器根据衣物重量控制洗衣机进水,并根据调整的护色保护温度T1进行主洗温度的控制,既可以去除衣物污渍,又可以很好地保护衣物的颜色。
在本发明的一些实施例中,所述控制器还用于在当前洗涤温度小于所述护色保护温度T1,则控制所述洗衣机加热至达到所述护色保护温度T1,并保持所述护色保护温度T1至洗涤结束。
在本发明的一些实施例中,所述控制器还用于在所述当前洗涤温度大于所述护色保护温度T1,则控制所述洗衣机以所述护色保护温度T进行洗涤至结束。
其中,在本发明的具体实施例中,所述常规程序包括对应棉麻、混合、牛仔、羊毛、化纤、羽绒服和衬衫的程序。

本发明实施例中的洗衣机包括控制面板,控制面板上设有多个不同类别的常规程序按键和护色键,其中,护色键与多个不同类别的常规程序按键中任意一个关联执行, 其中,在常规程序下设定一常规洗涤温度T。在本发明的一些实施例中,常规程序可以对应棉麻、混合、牛仔、羊毛、化纤、羽绒服和衬衫的程序。例如在对应棉麻、混合、牛仔、羊毛、化纤、羽绒服和衬衫的常规程序之外,又额外设了一个护色键,但此护色键需与所述多个不同类别的常规程序按键中任意一个关联执行,不能单独运行。
图1为根据本发明的一个实施例的洗衣机护色洗涤方法的流程图。如图1所示,本发明实施例的洗衣机护色洗涤方法包括以下步骤:
S1,当检测到其中一个常规程序被按下,且进一步检测到护色键被触发之后,控制所述洗衣机进入护色运行模式,并获得对应该常规程序下带该护色功能后调整的护色保护温度T1,其中,所述护色保护温度T1不同于常规洗涤温度T。
具体地,例如常规程序按键如棉麻程序被用户按下,进一步护色键被触发,则控制洗衣机进入护色运行模式,此时洗衣机获得对应棉麻程序带护色键调整的护色保护温度T1。可以理解的是,护色保护温度T1可以认为是:对易退色易掉色的衣物进行洗涤时,可以防护或减少衣物退色的较佳洗涤温度,也就是说,护色功能中设定了较佳洗涤温度范围。
S2,获取洗衣机内的衣物重量,并根据衣物重量控制洗衣机进水。
例如,可以通过称重传感器称重的方式获得洗衣机内衣物的重量,进而根据衣物的重量控制洗衣机进水,例如可以根据经验值判断对应衣物的重量需要的进水量,进而控制洗衣机进水。
S3,在洗衣机进水至目标水量之后,根据所述调整的护色保护温度T1控制洗衣机进行洗涤。
在洗衣机进水至目标水量之后,控制洗衣机根据调整的护色保护温度T1进行洗涤,具体地,控制洗衣机进行洗涤,如果当前洗涤温度小于护色保护温度T1,则控制洗衣机加热至达到所述护色保护温度T1,并保持所述护色保护温度T1至洗涤结束。例如对于易退色的棉麻衣物,用户选择常规程序如棉麻程序之后,用户进一步触发护色键,如果某一常规程序中设置的洗涤温度为30℃,而该常规程序带该护色功能的护色保护温度为20℃,则控制洗衣机以所述护色保护温度20℃进行洗涤至结束。
另外,在本发明的其他一些实施例中,如果当前洗涤温度小于所述护色保护温度T1,则控制所述洗衣机加热至达到所述护色保护温度T1,并保持所述护色保护温度T1至洗涤结束。具体地,例如如果其中一常规程序中设置的洗涤温度为20℃,而该常规程序带该护色功能的护色保护温度为30℃,则控制洗衣机加热至所述护色保护温度30℃之后,控制洗衣机保持所述护色保护温度30℃直至洗涤结束。
需要说明的是,当某一常规程序被按下后,护色键进一步被触发之后,洗衣机在 该常规程序下带该护色功能的主洗时间与常规程序默认时间可以相同。在常规程序下带护色功能的温度对应不同的常规程序可以设置在冷水温度如0℃-30℃之间。另外,如果常规程序中的洗涤温度设置高于设定的护色保护温度30℃时,则控制洗衣机以所述护色保护温度30℃进行洗涤,在该常规程序下带护色功能的其他参数以及调整选项可以与对应的常规程序相同。也就是说,在常规程序下带护色功能设定的可选择的温度范围内,采用精确进水洗涤以及精确温度控制,有效保护衣物颜色,如果用户选择了高温洗涤之后再选择护色键,则自动将温度调整至设定的所述护色保护温度T1进行洗涤。
这里,需要注意的是,在本发明一些具体实施例中,所述护色保护温度T1小于常规洗涤温度T;而在本发明其他一些具体实施例中,所述护色保护温度T1大于常规洗涤温度T,护色保护温度T1根据判断出的织物类型等条件进行调整设定。
在本发明的一个具体实施例中,如图2所示,为根据本发明的一个具体实施例的洗衣机护色洗涤方法的流程图,包括以下步骤:
S10,在某一常规程序下,护色键进一步被触发,获取对应该常规程序下带护色功能后调整的护色保护温度T1。
S20,选择转速、时间选项。
S30,进行衣物量感知,并根据衣物量控制进水量。
S40,进行洗涤。
S50,判断当前洗涤温度是否小于所述护色保护温度T1。
如果是,则进入步骤S60,否则进入步骤S70。
S60,进行加热洗涤。
S70,断洗涤时间是否结束。
如果是,则进入步骤S80,否则返回步骤S40。
S80,主洗结束,进行排水、脱水至结束。
综上所述,根据本发明实施例的护色洗涤方法,通过在某一常规程序下,护色键进一步被触发,实现衣物护色运行功能,根据衣物重量控制洗衣机进水,进而根据所述护色保护温度T1进行主洗温度的控制,既可以去除衣物污渍,又可以很好地保护衣物的颜色。
下面参照附图描述根据本发明的另一方面实施例提出的一种洗衣机。
图3为根据本发明的一个实施例的洗衣机的框图。如图3所示,本发明实施例的洗衣机包括控制面板10、水量检测器20、加热装置30和控制器40。控制面板10上设有多个不同类别的常规程序按键和护色键101,其中,护色键101与多个不同类别的常 规程序按键中任意一个关联执行;水量检测器20用于检测洗衣机内的进水水量;在检测到护色键被进一步触发之后,控制器40控制洗衣机进入护色运行模式,获取对应该常规程序下带护色功能后调整的护色保护温度T1,以及获得洗衣机内的衣物重量,根据衣物重量控制洗衣机进水,在洗衣机进水至目标水量之后,控制器40根据所述调整的护色保护温度T1控制洗衣机进行洗涤。
在本发明的一些实施例中,常规程序可以对应棉麻、混合、牛仔、羊毛、化纤、羽绒服和衬衫的程序。例如在对应棉麻、混合、牛仔、羊毛、化纤、羽绒服和衬衫的常规程序中之外,另外单独设置护色键。
具体地,例如在某一常规程序被用户按下,护色键101进一步被触发,则控制器40控制洗衣机进入护色运行模式,并获得对应该常规程序下带护色功能后调整的护色保护温度T1。可以理解的是,护色保护温度T1可以认为是:对易退色易掉色的衣物进行洗涤时,可以防护或减少衣物退色的最高洗涤温度,也就是说,在常规程序中带护色功能设定了较佳洗涤温度。
进而可以通过称重传感器称重的方式获得洗衣机内衣物的重量,进而控制器40根据衣物的重量控制洗衣机进水,例如可以根据经验值判断对应衣物的重量需要的进水量,进而控制洗衣机进水。
在洗衣机进水至目标水量之后,控制器40控制洗衣机进行洗涤,具体地,控制器40控制洗衣机以护色保护温度T1进行洗涤。
具体地,控制洗衣机进行洗涤,如果当前洗涤温度小于护色保护温度T1,则控制洗衣机加热至达到所述护色保护温度T1,并保持所述护色保护温度T1至洗涤结束。例如对于易退色的棉麻衣物,用户选择常规程序如棉麻程序之后,用户进一步触发护色键,如果某一常规程序中设置的洗涤温度为30℃,而该常规程序带该护色功能的护色保护温度为20℃,则控制洗衣机以所述护色保护温度20℃进行洗涤至结束。
另外,在本发明的其他一些实施例中,如果当前洗涤温度小于所述护色保护温度T1,则控制所述洗衣机加热至达到所述护色保护温度T1,并保持所述护色保护温度T1至洗涤结束。具体地,例如如果其中一常规程序中设置的洗涤温度为20℃,而该常规程序带该护色功能的护色保护温度为30℃,则控制洗衣机加热至所述护色保护温度30℃之后,控制洗衣机保持所述护色保护温度30℃直至洗涤结束。
需要说明的是,当护色键101进一步被触发之后,洗衣机的护色功能的主洗时间与常规程序默认时间可以相同。护色功能的温度对于不同的常规程序可以设置在冷水温度例如0℃-30℃之间,另外,如果常规程序中的洗涤温度设置高于30℃时,则控制器40控制洗衣机以设定的护色保护温度30℃进行洗涤,护色功能的其他参数以及调整 选项可以与对应的常规程序相同。也就是说,在常规程序带护色功能设定护色保护温度,并在实际洗涤过程中,控制器40根据衣物负载量多少精确控制进水量,然后精确判定控制实际的洗涤温度,即通过精确进水洗涤以及精确温度控制,根据不同水量进行加热,有效保护衣物颜色,如果用户选择了高温洗涤之后再选择护色键,则自动将温度调整至设定的护色保护温度进行洗涤。
根据本发明实施例的洗衣机,护色键被触发,即实现衣物颜色防护运行功能,进而控制器根据衣物重量控制洗衣机进水,并根据对应的洗涤温度和护色保护温度进行主洗温度的控制,既可以去除衣物污渍,又可以很好地保护衣物的颜色。
流程图中或在此以其他方式描述的任何过程或方法描述可以被理解为,表示包括一个或更多个用于实现特定逻辑功能或过程的步骤的可执行指令的代码的模块、片段或部分,并且本发明的优选实施方式的范围包括另外的实现,其中可以不按所示出或讨论的顺序,包括根据所涉及的功能按基本同时的方式或按相反的顺序,来执行功能,这应被本发明的实施例所属技术领域的技术人员所理解。

应当理解,本发明的各部分可以用硬件、软件、固件或它们的组合来实现。在上述实施方式中,多个步骤或方法可以用存储在存储器中且由合适的指令执行系统执行的软件或固件来实现。例如,如果用硬件来实现,和在另一实施方式中一样,可用本领域公知的下列技术中的任一项或他们的组合来实现:具有用于对数据信号实现逻辑功能的逻辑门电路的离散逻辑电路,具有合适的组合逻辑门电路的专用集成电路,可编程门阵列(PGA),现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)等。
本技术领域的普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例方法携带的全部或部分步骤是可以通过程序来指令相关的硬件完成,所述的程序可以存储于一种计算机可读存储介质中,该程序在执行时,包括方法实施例的步骤之一或其组合。
此外,在本发明各个实施例中的各功能单元可以集成在一个处理模块中,也可以是各个单元单独物理存在,也可以两个或两个以上单元集成在一个模块中。上述集成的模块既可以采用硬件的形式实现,也可以采用软件功能模块的形式实现。所述集成的模块如果以软件功能模块的形式实现并作为独立的产品销售或使用时,也可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。
上述提到的存储介质可以是只读存储器,磁盘或光盘等。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种洗衣机护色洗涤方法,其特征在于,洗衣机包括控制面板,所述控制面板上设有多个不同类别的常规程序按键和护色键,其中,所述护色键与所述多个不同类别的常规程序按键中任意一个关联执行,其中,在常规程序下设定一常规洗涤温度T,所述方法包括以下步骤:
    当检测到其中一个常规程序按键被按下,且进一步检测到所述护色键被触发之后,控制所述洗衣机进入护色运行模式,获得对应该常规程序下带该护色功能后调整的护色保护温度T1,其中,所述护色保护温度T1不同于常规洗涤温度T;
    获取所述洗衣机内的衣物重量,并根据所述衣物重量控制所述洗衣机进水;
    在所述洗衣机进水至目标水量之后,根据所述调整的护色保护温度T1控制所述洗衣机进行洗涤。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的洗衣机护色洗涤方法,其特征在于,根据所述护色保护温度T1控制所述洗衣机进行洗涤具体包括:
    如果当前洗涤温度小于所述护色保护温度T1,则控制所述洗衣机加热至达到所述护色保护温度T1,并保持所述护色保护温度T1至洗涤结束。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的洗衣机护色洗涤方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    如果所述当前洗涤温度大于所述护色保护温度T1,则控制所述洗衣机以所述护色保护温度T1进行洗涤至结束。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的洗衣机护色洗涤方法,其特征在于,所述常规程序包括对应棉麻、混合、牛仔、羊毛、化纤、羽绒服和衬衫的程序。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的洗衣机护色洗涤方法,其特征在于,所述护色保护温度T1小于常规洗涤温度T。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的洗衣机护色洗涤方法,其特征在于,所述护色保护温度T1大于常规洗涤温度T。
  7. 一种洗衣机,其特征在于,包括:
    控制面板,所述控制面板上设有多个不同类别的常规程序按键和护色键,其中,所述护色键与所述多个不同类别的常规程序按键中任意一个关联执行,其中,在常规程序下设定一常规洗涤温度T;
    控制器,当检测到其中一个常规程序按键被按下,且进一步检测到所述护色键被触发之后,所述控制器控制洗衣机进入护色运行模式,并获得对应该常规程序下带该护色功能后调整的护色保护温度T1,其中,所述护色保护温度T1不同于常规洗涤温 度T;以及获得所述洗衣机内的衣物重量,根据所述衣物重量控制所述洗衣机进水,在所述洗衣机进水至目标水量之后,所述控制器根据所述调整的护色保护温度T1控制所述洗衣机进行洗涤。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,所述控制器还用于在当前洗涤温度小于所述护色保护温度T1,则控制所述洗衣机加热至达到所述护色保护温度T1,并保持所述护色保护温度T1至洗涤结束。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,所述控制器还用于在所述当前洗涤温度大于所述护色保护温度T1,则控制所述洗衣机以所述护色保护温度T进行洗涤至结束。
  10. 如权利要求7所述的洗衣机衣物颜色防护洗涤方法,其特征在于,所述常规程序包括对应棉麻、混合、牛仔、羊毛、化纤、羽绒服和衬衫的程序。
