本发明要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种衣物处理装置的控制方法及衣物处理装置,使得衣物处理装置中的洗衣机在执行大功率程序时,干衣机先执行优先程序,同时洗衣机降低大功率程序运行参数,从而解决了衣物处理装置中的洗衣机与干衣机同时工作时噪音大的问题,也提高了功率效率。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用技术方案的基本构思是:
一种衣物处理装置的控制方法,该衣物处理装置至少包括上下堆叠设置的干衣机与洗衣机,所述干衣机包括优先程序,所述洗衣机包括大功率程序,所述干衣机执行优先程序前,判断洗衣机是否在执行大功率程序,若是,则干衣机正常执行优先程序,洗衣机降低大功率程序运行参数;若否,则洗衣机与干衣机正常执行程序。
进一步,所述干衣机还包括非优先程序,干衣机执行非优先程序前,判断洗衣机是否在执行大功率程序,若是,则干衣机以低运行参数执行非优先程序,洗衣机正常执行大功率程序;若否,则洗衣机与干衣机正常执行程序。
进一步,所述干衣机同时执行优先程序和非优先程序前,判断洗衣机是否在执行大功率程序,若是,则干衣机正常执行优先程序,以低运行参数执行非优先程序;同时,洗衣机降低大功率程序运行参数;若否,则干衣机正常执行优先程序,以低运行参数执行非优先程序,待干衣机执行完优先程序,非优先程序恢复至正常运行参数,洗衣机正常执行程序。
进一步,所述干衣机以低运行参数执行非优先程序后,持续判断洗衣机执行的大功率程序是否降低功率,且不超过预设转速执行,若是,则干衣机将非 优先程序恢复至正常运行参数;若否,则干衣机继续以低运行参数执行非优先程序,洗衣机正常执行大功率程序。
进一步,所述干衣机内还安装有水位传感器,用于检测水位高度,所述干衣机执行优先程序前,需检测水位高度,根据检测结果结合洗衣机当前执行的程序确定干衣机和洗衣机的执行程序的顺序。
进一步,所述洗衣机还包括排水程序,所述干衣机在执行优先程序前,若检测超过了预设水位,同时洗衣机在执行排水程序时,则干衣机与洗衣机分别同时执行优先程序和排水程序;
若检测未超过预设水位,同时洗衣机在执行排水程序时,则干衣机正常执行优先程序,洗衣机降低排水程序的运行参数。
进一步,所述洗衣机在执行大功率程序前,若干衣机正在执行优先程序,则干衣机正常执行优先程序,洗衣机以低运行参数执行大功率程序,待干衣机执行完优先程序之后,所述洗衣机将大功率程序恢复至正常运行参数;
所述洗衣机在执行大功率程序前,若干衣机在执行非优先程序,则洗衣机正常执行大功率程序,干衣机降低非优先程序运行参数,待洗衣机执行完大功率程序之后,干衣机将非优先程序恢复至正常运行参数。
进一步,所述洗衣机在执行大功率程序前,若干衣机同时执行优先程序和非优先程序时,则干衣机正常执行优先程序,降低非优先程序运行参数,同时,洗衣机以低运行参数执行大功率程序,待干衣机的优先程序结束后,洗衣机将大功率程序恢复至正常运行参数,干衣机继续以低运行参数执行非优先程序,待洗衣机的大功率程序结束之后恢复至正常的运行参数。
进一步,所述洗衣机的大功率程序为脱水程序,所述干衣机的优先程序为排水程序,非优先程序为烘干程序;
优选的,干衣机以低运行参数执行非优先程序或降低非优先程序运行参数是指驱动干衣筒转动的直驱电机以低转速运行或降低直驱电机的转速。
本发明还介绍一种衣物处理装置,所述衣物处理装置使用上述所述的一种衣物处理装置的控制方法。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明与现有技术相比具有以下有益效果:
1、衣物处理装置中的洗衣机在执行大功率程序时,干衣机的优先的程序正常执行,同时,洗衣机的大功率的程序降低运行参数,从而避免洗衣机和干衣机的共振,降低运行噪音,给用户带来更佳的使用体验。
2、洗衣机将大功率程序降低运行时,干衣机的非优先程序恢复至正常运行参数,从而使干衣机或洗衣机在没有停止工作的情况下,始终保证至少有一台设备在执行正常的运行参数,提高工作效率,同时也减少噪音,提高用户使用体验。
3、干衣机的优先程序运行时长较短,所以,干衣机的优先程序会正常执行,其他的运行程序会降低运行参数,避免影响优先程序,同时,洗衣机降低大功率程序的运行参数,干衣机以低运行参数执行非优先程序,提高了衣物处理装置的工作效率,从而也降低了噪音。

实施例一
如图1所示,本发明实施例中,介绍一种衣物处理装置的控制方法,该衣物处理装置至少包括了上下堆叠设置的干衣机与洗衣机,其中,干衣机包括优先程序,洗衣机包括大功率程序,干衣机执行优先程序前,判断洗衣机是否在执行大功率程序,若是,则干衣机正常执行优先程序,洗衣机降低大功率程序运行参数;若否,则洗衣机与干衣机正常执行程序。干衣机的优先程序的运行时长较短,同时,干衣机在执行优先程序时,电机运行功率较大,导致干衣机振动幅度较大,所以,为了提高工作效率同时也为了降低噪音,当干衣机需要执行优先程序时,优先程序正常执行,不会影响到优先程序;同时,洗衣机的大功率程序要降低功率,这样就能保证干衣机与洗衣机其中有一台设备在执行振动幅度较大的程序,避免共振,降低噪音;另外,在干衣机正常执行优先程序时,也没有令洗衣机停止工作,提高了工作效率。
如图2所示,本发明实施例中,所述干衣机还包括非优先程序,干衣机执行非优先程序前,判断洗衣机是否在执行大功率程序,若是,则干衣机以低运行参数执行非优先程序,洗衣机正常执行大功率程序;若否,则洗衣机与干衣机正常执行程序。通过上述设置,干衣机的非优先程序其优先等级排在洗衣机的大功率程序之后,同时,干衣机的非优先程序运行时长较长,所以,为了不影响工作效率,令干衣机以低运行参数执行非优先程序,同时,洗衣机正常执行大功率程序,这样,干衣机的振动幅度会降低,避免干衣机与洗衣机共振。
如图3所示,本发明实施例中,干衣机还可以同时执行优先程序和非优先程序,所述干衣机执行优先程序和非优先程序前,判断洗衣机是否在执行大功率程序,若是,则干衣机正常执行优先程序,以低运行参数执行非优先程序;同时,洗衣机降低大功率程序运行参数;若否,则干衣机正常执行优先程序,以低运行参数执行非优先程序,待干衣机执行完优先程序,非优先程序恢复至 正常运行参数,洗衣机正常执行程序。由于干衣机在同时执行优先程序和非优先程序会产生较大的振动幅度和噪音,为了避免与洗衣机共振,所以当洗衣机在执行大功率程序时,干衣机的优先程序正常执行,非优先程序以低运行参数执行,同时洗衣机降低大功率程序运行参数,这样可以避免产生共振,同时,干衣机执行优先程序时长较短,待优先程序正常执行完毕之后,洗衣机的大功率程序恢复至正常运行参数,也提高了工作效率;另外,若洗衣机没有执行大功率程序,而此时干衣机要同时执行优先程序和非优先程序,为了降低噪音,使得干衣机正常执行优先程序,而非优先程序以低运行参数执行,待优先程序执行结束,非优先程序恢复至正常的运行参数。
本发明实施例中,所述干衣机以低运行参数执行非优先程序后,持续判断洗衣机执行的大功率程序是否降低功率,且不超过预设转速执行,若是,则干衣机将非优先程序恢复至正常运行参数;若否,则干衣机继续以低运行参数执行非优先程序,洗衣机正常执行大功率程序。其中,干衣机的非优先程序为烘干程序,以低运行参数执行非优先程序为干衣机降低驱动干衣筒转动的直驱电机的转速,优选的,将干衣机的直驱电机的转速降低为1600rmp,干衣机将保持1600rmp转速烘干衣物,与此同时,洗衣机的大功率程序为脱水程序,洗衣机将预设转速设置在400rmp,在执行脱水程序时,当脱水程序即将结束时,脱水电机的转速会由高速逐渐降为低转速,当脱水电机转速不超过400rmp时,为了提高工作效率,则干衣机会将非优先程序恢复至正常运行参数,即将干衣机的直驱电机的转速恢复为2600rmp;但是当洗衣机还在执行大功率程序,且大功率程序的实际转速没有低于预设转速时,则干衣机还是维持低运行参数执行。
其中,洗衣机降低运行参数指洗衣机的脱水电机的转速下降。
本发明实施例中,干衣机内还安装有水位传感器,水位传感器用来检测将要外排的干衣机内的水位高度,所述干衣机执行优先程序前,需检测水位高度,根据检测结果结合洗衣机当前执行的程序确定干衣机和洗衣机的执行程序的顺序。通过设置水位传感器,可以确定干衣机将要排出的水量,另外,结合洗衣机当前的执行程序,确定干衣机和洗衣机的执行程序的顺序,可以提高工作效率。
如图4所示,本发明实施例中,所述洗衣机还包括排水程序,本实施例中,洗衣机的排水程序是在脱水程序之前执行,即脱水程序之前,需要将洗衣机内的洗涤水外排。所述干衣机在执行优先程序前,若检测超过了预设水位,同时洗衣机在执行排水程序时,则干衣机与洗衣机分别同时执行优先程序和排水程序;若检测未超过预设水位,同时洗衣机在执行排水程序时,则干衣机正常执行优先程序,洗衣机降低排水程序的运行参数。干衣机设置了预设水位,可以确定将要外排的水量,通过计算外排的水量,同时结合洗衣机的排水程序,可以提高工作效率。
例如,干衣机在执行排水程序前,若当前将要排水的水量超过了预设水位,则代表干衣机将要外排的水量较大,执行时间较长,此时,若洗衣机同样在执行排水程序时,则可以令洗衣机与干衣机同时排水,不需要令其中一台设备降低功率或者暂停执行,那样会影响工作效率,另外,洗衣机排水时产生的噪音较小,与干衣机同时执行同样不会产生较大的噪音。
当干衣机在执行排水程序前,水位传感器检测到水位未超过预设水位,则证明此时干衣机将要外排的水量较少,执行时长较短,为了不影响工作效率,可将洗衣机的排水功率降低,待干衣机执行完排水程序,则洗衣机恢复到正常的排水功率。
本发明实施例中,所述洗衣机在执行大功率程序前,若干衣机正在执行优先程序,则干衣机正常执行优先程序,洗衣机以低运行参数执行大功率程序。洗衣机在执行脱水程序前,若干衣机在执行排水程序,则干衣机正常执行排水,洗衣机的脱水电机降低转速运行,从而避免共振,同时,干衣机在执行排水程序时长较短,令排水程序优先执行,也可以提高工作效率。
所述洗衣机在执行大功率程序前,若干衣机在执行非优先程序,则洗衣机正常执行大功率程序,干衣机降低非优先程序运行参数。当洗衣机在执行脱水程序前,若干衣机在执行烘干程序,则洗衣机正常执行脱水程序,而干衣机要降低直驱电机的转速,令直驱电机的转速为1600rmp。进一步的,洗衣机与干衣机的各个程序的优先级排名,干衣机的优先程序即排水程序作为最优先级,洗衣机的大功率程序即脱水程序作为第二优先级,干衣机的非优先程序即烘干程序作为最低等级执行。
本发明实施例中,所述洗衣机待干衣机执行完优先程序之后,所述洗衣机将大功率程序恢复至正常运行参数;所述干衣机待洗衣机执行完大功率程序之后,干衣机将非优先程序恢复至正常运行参数。在洗衣机执行脱水程序前,干衣机正在执行排水程序时,干衣机正常执行排水程序,洗衣机降低脱水电机的转速,待干衣机的排水程序结束之后,洗衣机将脱水电机的转速恢复至正常转速;另外,当洗衣机在执行脱水程序前,当干衣机正在执行烘干程序,则洗衣机正常执行脱水程序,干衣机降低驱动干衣筒转动的直驱电机的转速,待洗衣机执行完脱水程序时,干衣机将直驱电机的转速恢复至正常转速,为2600rmp。
本发明实施例中,所述洗衣机在执行大功率程序前,若干衣机同时执行优先程序和非优先程序时,则干衣机正常执行优先程序,降低非优先程序运行参数,同时,洗衣机以低运行参数执行大功率程序,待干衣机的优先程序结束后, 洗衣机将大功率程序恢复至正常运行参数,干衣机继续以低运行参数执行非优先程序,待洗衣机的大功率程序结束之后恢复至正常的运行参数。在洗衣机执行脱水程序前,若干衣机同时执行排水程序和烘干程序,则干衣机正常执行排水程序,降低烘干程序的运行参数,即降低直驱电机的转速为1600rmp,另外,洗衣机的脱水电机以低转速执行脱水程序,待干衣机的排水程序结束之后,洗衣机将脱水电机的转速恢复至正常转速,而干衣机的直驱电机仍然以低转速运行,待洗衣机脱水程序结束之后,恢复至正常转速。干衣机的直驱电机或者洗衣机的脱水电机在转动时,会对装置产生不同的振动,通过上述设置,可以保证干衣机和洗衣机同时工作时,可以令其中一台装置执行振动幅度较大的程序,避免多台装置同时执行振动幅度较大的程序,产生共振。同时,干衣机在执行优先程序,其他的程序例如非优先程序和洗衣机的脱水程序没有停止执行,而是降低运行参数,在降低噪音的同时又没有影响工作效率。
所述洗衣机的大功率程序为脱水程序,所述干衣机的优先程序为排水程序,非优先程序为烘干程序;优选的,干衣机以低运行参数执行非优先程序或降低非优先程序运行参数是指驱动干衣筒转动的直驱电机以低转速运行或降低直驱电机的转速。
在其他实施例中,洗衣机在执行大功率程序前,若干衣机同时准备执行优先程序和非优先程序,则干衣机正常执行优先程序,以运行参数执行非优先程序,同时,洗衣机以低运行参数执行大功率程序,待干衣机的优先程序结束后,洗衣机将大功率程序恢复至正常运行参数,干衣机继续以低运行参数执行非优先程序。
实施例二
本发明实施例中,介绍一种衣物处理装置,所述衣物处理装置包括上下堆叠的洗衣机与干衣机,其中,外壳将洗衣机与干衣机包裹于内部,洗衣机和干衣机相互独立。
下部的洗衣机包括第一滚筒、第一滚筒外部套设有第一滚筒外壳,第一滚筒与第一滚筒外壳同轴连接,第一滚筒驱动电机连接第一滚筒的一端,驱动第一滚筒转动,第一滚筒外壳上安装有第一门帘,第一滚筒配合安装有第一滚筒门,第一门帘的一端固定连接于第一滚筒外壳的口部,第一门帘的另一端固定于洗衣机外壳上,当第一滚筒门关闭时,与第一门帘的固定于洗衣机外壳的一端紧密连接。第一进水管连接于第一门帘,自来水从第一门帘进入到第一滚筒中,第一滚筒下方安装连接有第一排污管,洗涤完成时,从第一排污管将污水排走。洗衣机中还安装有洗衣粉盒,当第一进水管向第一滚筒进水时,将洗衣粉盒中释放出来的洗衣粉带到第一滚筒中,实现自动添加洗衣粉。
洗衣机还包括脱水电机,在洗衣机执行脱水程序时,脱水电机将驱动第一滚筒转动,执行脱水程序,其中,脱水电机会根据洗干衣机的执行程序,可随时将转速升高或降低,由于洗衣机在脱水时,脱水电机会高速旋转,所以会产生较大的噪音。
干衣机包括干衣筒、干衣筒上套装有干衣筒外壳,干衣筒与干衣筒外壳同轴安装,干衣机的直驱电机固定连接于干衣筒的一端,并驱动干衣筒转动。
干衣机还包括烘干程序,开始执行烘干程时,直驱电机会驱动干衣筒不停的转动,在转动的过程中,会产生噪音,序烘干程序包括串联于干衣筒的风机、冷凝器以及加热器。风机将干衣筒中的湿空气抽出,湿空气经过冷凝器,将湿空气中的水分和干洗溶剂液化。经过冷凝器的湿空气经过冷凝后变成干燥的空 气,干燥的空气经过加热器加热后,送至干衣筒,吹到干衣筒中的衣服上,产生湿空气再由风机抽出,依次循环下去,将干衣筒中的衣服进行烘干。
为了避免干衣机和洗衣机同时工作时,产生较大的振动,本发明实施例中,干衣机在执行烘干程序时,会执行排水程序,排水程序的作为优先执行的程序,同时,也不会受到其他程序的影响而降低运行参数,在排水程序结束之后,洗衣机可以将脱水程序恢复至正常的运行参数,而干衣机的烘干程序待洗衣机的脱水程序结束之后恢复至正常的转速。
实施例三
本发明实施例中,所述洗衣机在执行脱水程序时,同时还会向外排水,为了与实施例一中的排水程序区分,本实施中,在洗衣机在脱水同时还要向外排水时,将排水程序定义为第二排水程序。本实施例中,洗衣机在执行脱水程序时,若干衣机在执行排水程序,则干衣机正常执行排水程序,而洗衣机以低运行参数执行脱水程序,同时,第二排水程序也降低功率,即洗衣机向外排的水也将变缓,这样,可避免洗衣机与干衣机产生共振。
当干衣机执行完排水程序时,洗衣机的脱水程序与第二排水程序恢复至原运行参数。

  1. 一种衣物处理装置的控制方法,该衣物处理装置至少包括上下堆叠设置的干衣机与洗衣机,其特征在于,所述干衣机包括优先程序,所述洗衣机包括大功率程序,所述干衣机执行优先程序前,判断洗衣机是否在执行大功率程序,若是,则干衣机正常执行优先程序,洗衣机降低大功率程序运行参数;若否,则洗衣机与干衣机正常执行程序。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种衣物处理装置的控制方法,其特征在于,所述干衣机还包括非优先程序,干衣机执行非优先程序前,判断洗衣机是否在执行大功率程序,若是,则干衣机以低运行参数执行非优先程序,洗衣机正常执行大功率程序;若否,则洗衣机与干衣机正常执行程序。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种衣物处理装置的控制方法,其特征在于,所述干衣机同时执行优先程序和非优先程序前,判断洗衣机是否在执行大功率程序,若是,则干衣机正常执行优先程序,以低运行参数执行非优先程序;同时,洗衣机降低大功率程序运行参数;若否,则干衣机正常执行优先程序,以低运行参数执行非优先程序,待干衣机执行完优先程序,非优先程序恢复至正常运行参数,洗衣机正常执行程序。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的一种衣物处理装置的控制方法,其特征在于,所述干衣机以低运行参数执行非优先程序后,持续判断洗衣机执行的大功率程序是否降低功率,且不超过预设转速执行,若是,则干衣机将非优先程序恢复至正常运行参数;若否,则干衣机继续以低运行参数执行非优先程序,洗衣机正常执行大功率程序。
  5. 根据权利要求1至4任一项所述的一种衣物处理装置的控制方法,其特征在于,所述干衣机内还安装有水位传感器,用于检测水位高度,所述干衣机 执行优先程序前,需检测水位高度,根据检测结果结合洗衣机当前执行的程序确定干衣机和洗衣机的执行程序的顺序。

  7. 根据权利要求1至4任一项所述的一种衣物处理装置的控制方法,其特征在于,所述洗衣机在执行大功率程序前,若干衣机正在执行优先程序,则干衣机正常执行优先程序,洗衣机以低运行参数执行大功率程序,待干衣机执行完优先程序之后,所述洗衣机将大功率程序恢复至正常运行参数;
    所述洗衣机在执行大功率程序前,若干衣机在执行非优先程序,则洗衣机正常执行大功率程序,干衣机降低非优先程序运行参数,待洗衣机执行完大功率程序之后,干衣机将非优先程序恢复至正常运行参数。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种衣物处理装置的控制方法,其特征在于,所述洗衣机在执行大功率程序前,若干衣机同时执行优先程序和非优先程序时,则干衣机正常执行优先程序,降低非优先程序运行参数,同时,洗衣机以低运行参数执行大功率程序,待干衣机的优先程序结束后,洗衣机将大功率程序恢复至正常运行参数,干衣机继续以低运行参数执行非优先程序,待洗衣机的大功率程序结束之后恢复至正常的运行参数。
  9. 根据权利要求1至8任一项所述的一种衣物处理装置的控制方法,其特征在于,所述洗衣机的大功率程序为脱水程序,所述干衣机的优先程序为排水程序,非优先程序为烘干程序;
    优选的,干衣机以低运行参数执行非优先程序或降低非优先程序运行参数是指驱动干衣筒转动的直驱电机以低转速运行或降低直驱电机的转速。
  10. 一种衣物处理装置,其特征在于,所述衣物处理装置使用上述权利要求1至9任一项所述的一种衣物处理装置的控制方法。
