实施例1:
参照图1、图4,一种中药饮片截断机,包括第一箱体1、第二箱体6,第二箱体6通过支撑杆2固定连接在第一箱体1的顶壁;支撑杆2通过滑槽201滑动连接有横板3,横板3底部连接有切刀304,横板3底部固定连接有齿条302,齿条302远离横板3的一端连接有卸料机构,第一箱体1侧壁连接有与卸料机构对应的锁紧机构;第二箱体6上连接有凸轮机构,凸轮机构的输出端与横板3相抵,第一箱体1内连接有收集箱101,第一箱体1顶部开设有与收集箱101对应的进料口102,使用者在使用时,通过将原形药材放置在第一箱体1底部,进而通过凸轮机构带动横板3移动,从而通过切刀304将原形药材进行切断,在此同时,通过横板3带动齿条302纵向移动,进而通过齿条302带动卸料机构进行卸料,从而通过进料口102输送至收集箱101内,在此同时带动锁紧机构对卸料结构进行锁紧,此装置,代替了人工进行对药材的切断,卸料效果好。
实施例2:
参照图1、图4,一种中药饮片截断机,与实施例1基本相同,更进一步的是,横板3两端连接有滑轮301,滑轮301与滑槽201滑动相连,使横板3滑动平稳。
实施例3:
参照图1、图4,一种中药饮片截断机,与实施例1基本相同,更进一步的是,齿条302上套接有第一弹簧303,第一弹簧303两端分别与第一箱体1顶壁和横板3相抵,实现在凸轮4与横板3分离时,通过第一弹簧303自动复位的效果。
实施例4:
参照图1,图4一种中药饮片截断机,与实施例1基本相同,所不同的是,凸轮机构包括电机5,电机5固定连接在第二箱体6的顶壁,电机5的输出端转动连接有主动带轮501,第二箱体6侧壁通过限位套转动连接有转轴401,转轴401上固定连接有从动带轮502,从动带轮502与主动带轮501通过皮带转动相连,转轴401固定连接有凸轮4,凸轮4与横板3相抵,通过启动电机5,进而电机5通过主动带轮501带动从动带轮502转动,进而带动转轴401转动,从而使凸轮4转动。
实施例5:
参照图1-5,参照图1、图4,一种中药饮片截断机,包括第一箱体1、第二箱体6,第二箱体6通过支撑杆2固定连接在第一箱体1的顶壁;支撑杆2通过滑槽201滑动连接有横板3,横板3底部连接有切刀304,横板3底部固定连接有齿条302,齿条302远离横板3的一端连接有卸料机构,第一箱体1侧壁连接有与卸料机构对应的锁紧机构;第二箱体6上连接有凸轮机构,凸轮机构的输出端与横板3相抵,第一箱体1内连接有收集箱101,第一箱体1顶部开设有与收集箱101对应的进料口102,使用者在使用时,通过将原形药材放置在第一箱体1底部,进而通过凸轮机构带动横板3移动,从而通过切刀304将原形药材进行切断,在此同时,通过横板3带动齿条302纵向移动,进而通过齿条302带动卸料机构进行卸料,从而通过进料口102输送至收集箱101内,在此同时带动锁紧机构对卸料结构进行锁紧,此装置,代替了人工进行对药材的切断,卸料效果好,
卸料机构包括第一密封壳体7,第一密封壳体7内滑动连接有第一活塞701,第一活塞701顶壁通过第一连杆702连接有压板703,第一连杆702上套接有第二弹簧704,第二弹簧704两端分别与第一密封壳体7底壁和压板703相抵,第一密封壳体7通过管道密封连接有第二密封壳体9,第二密封壳体9内滑动连接有第二活塞901,第二活塞901侧壁固定固连接有第二连杆902,第二连杆902上套接有第三弹簧903,第三弹簧903两端分别与第二活塞901和第二密封壳体9内壁相抵,第二连杆902远离第二活塞901的一端通过齿轮座连接有齿轮904,且齿轮904与齿条302啮合相连,齿轮904通过皮带转动连接有转盘905,转盘905转动连接在箱体1顶壁上,转盘905和齿轮904上均开设有与皮带对应的带轮槽,转盘905转动连接有第七连杆906,第七连杆906远离转盘905的一端连接有推板907,推板907滑动连接在第一箱体1的顶壁,通过齿条302的向下移动,进而带动压板703向下移动杆,进而通过第一连杆702带动第一活塞701在第一密封壳体7内滑动,进而第一密封壳体7通过管道带动第二活塞901在第二密封壳体9内滑动,进而带动第二连杆902水平方向移动,进而带动齿轮904与齿条302啮合,进而在切刀304切断后,齿条302上移进而带动齿轮904转动,进而齿轮904通过皮带带动转盘905转动,进而转盘905通过第七连杆906带动推板907往复移动,从而将残留在箱体1顶壁上的中药饮片推入到收集箱101中,确保卸料干净,从而完成卸料。
实施例6:
参照图1-5一种中药饮片截断机,与实施例5基本相同,所不同的是,锁紧机构包括第三连杆8,第三连杆8通过销轴连接有第四连杆802的一端,第四连杆802的另一端通过销轴转动连接有第五连杆803的一端,第五连杆803的另一端通过销轴连接有第六连杆805的一端,第六连杆805的另一端固定连接有与第一卡块705对应的第二卡块806,第一箱体1靠近锁紧机构的侧壁通过固定件连接有固定板808,第六连杆805与固定板808滑动相连,第六连杆805上套接有第四弹簧807,第四弹簧807两端分别与第二卡块806和固定板808相抵,在压板703下移的同时,通过第二卡块806对第一卡块705进行卡紧,在齿条302向上移动的同时,通过凸块与第三连杆8相抵,进而第三连杆8通过销轴带动第四连杆802向下移动,进而第四连杆802通过第五连杆803带动第六连杆805水平移动,进而带动第二卡块806移动,进而解除对第一卡块705的锁紧。
第一箱体1内壁固定连接有第一支撑座801,第一支撑座801远离第一箱体1的一端与第三连杆8转动相连。通过第一支撑座801使第三连杆8的两端移动方向相反,进而实现第四连杆802的移动。
第五连杆803具体为V型杆,第一箱体1内壁固定连接有第二支撑座804,第二支撑座804远离第一箱体1的一端与第五连杆803转动相连,从而实现第二卡块806的水平移动。

  1. 一种中药饮片截断机,包括第一箱体(1)、第二箱体(6),其特征在于,所述第二箱体(6)通过支撑杆(2)固定连接在第一箱体(1)的顶壁;所述支撑杆(2)通过滑槽(201)滑动连接有横板(3),所述横板(3)底部连接有切刀(304),所述横板(3)底部固定连接有齿条(302),所述齿条(302)远离横板(3)的一端连接有卸料机构,所述第一箱体(1)侧壁连接有与卸料机构对应的锁紧机构;所述第二箱体(6)上连接有凸轮机构,所述凸轮机构的输出端与横板(3)相抵,所述第一箱体(1)内连接有收集箱(101),所述第一箱体(1)顶部开设有与收集箱(101)对应的进料口(102)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种中药饮片截断机,其特征在于,所述横板(3)两端连接有滑轮(301),所述滑轮(301)与滑槽(201)滑动相连。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种中药饮片截断机,其特征在于,所述齿条(302)上套接有第一弹簧(303),所述第一弹簧(303)两端分别与第一箱体(1)顶壁和横板(3)相抵。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种中药饮片截断机,其特征在于,所述凸轮机构包括电机(5),所述电机(5)固定连接在第二箱体(6)的顶壁,所述电机(5)的输出端转动连接有主动带轮(501),所述第二箱体(6)侧壁通过限位套转动连接有转轴(401),所述转轴(401)上固定连接有从动带轮(502),所述从动带轮(502)与主动带轮(501)通过皮带转动相连,所述转轴(401)固定连接有凸轮(4),所述凸轮(4)与横板(3)相抵。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种中药饮片截断机,其特征在于,所述卸料机构包括第一密封壳体(7),所述第一密封壳体(7)内滑动连接有第一活塞(701),所述第一活塞(701)顶壁通过第一连杆(702)连接有压板(703),所述第一连杆(702)上套接有第二弹簧(704),所述第二弹簧(704)两端分别与第一密封壳体(7)底壁和压板(703)相抵,所述第一密封壳体(7)通过管道密封连接有第二密封壳体(9),所述第二密封壳体(9)内滑动连接有第二活塞(901),所述第二活塞(901)侧壁固定固连接有第二连杆(902),所述第二连杆(902)上套接有第三弹簧(903),所述第三弹簧(903)两端分别与第二活塞(901)和第二密封壳体(9)内壁相抵,所述第二连杆(902)远离第二活塞(901)的一端通过齿轮座连接有齿轮(904),且所述齿轮(904)与齿条(302)啮合相连,所述齿轮(904)通过皮带转动连接有转盘(905),所述转盘(905)转动连接有第七连杆(906),所述第七连杆(906)远离转盘(905)的一端连接有推板(907),所述推板(907)滑动连接在第一箱体(1)的顶壁。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种中药饮片截断机,其特征在于,所述锁紧机构包括第三连杆(8),所述齿条(302)侧壁连接有凸块,所述凸块与第三连杆(8)相抵,所述第三连杆(8)远离凸块的一端通过销轴连接有第四连杆(802),所述第四连杆(802)下端转动连接有第五连杆(803),所述第五连杆(803)的上连接有第六连杆(805),所述压板(703)侧壁固定连接有第一卡块(705),所述第六连杆(805)远离第五连杆(803)的一端固定连接有与第一卡块(705)对应的第二卡块(806),所述第一箱体(1)靠近锁紧机构的侧壁通过固定件连接有固定板(808),所述第六连杆(805)与固定板(808)滑动相连,所述第六连杆(805)上套接有第四弹簧(807),所述第四弹簧(807)两端分别与第二卡块(806)和固定板(808)相抵。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种中药饮片截断机,其特征在于,所述第一箱体(1)内壁固定连接有第一支撑座(801),所述第一支撑座(801)远离第一箱体(1)的一端与第三连杆(8)转动相连。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的一种中药饮片截断机,其特征在于,所述第五连杆(803)具体为V型杆,所述第一箱体(1)内壁固定连接有第二支撑座(804),所述第二支撑座(804)远离第一箱体(1)的一端与第五连杆(803)转动相连。
