Description

鸡眼结构 技术领域
本发明是涉及一种鸡眼结构,特别是涉及一种具有接合槽的鸡眼结构。
背景技术
鸡眼结构,看似微小,实际上却具有联结对象的重要功效。尤其在车用踏垫或内装领域,经常需要多个鸡眼结构进行踏垫或内装与车体的联结。
然而,现有已知的鸡眼结构在使用时,只能有限的适用于单一场合或车种,无法具有一物多用的泛用的优势,无论在制造或应用上皆无法达到有效运用资源的功效。
有鉴于此,若能发明创新一种鸡眼结构,不但可以达到防松脱、确实固定,使通过鸡眼结构结合的对象无分离或结合不紧的风险,此外,更可以通过抽换插接部使用于几乎所有的场合,应用于各种不同的对象或车款车型,对相关产业技术来说将会是一个重要的创新思考及进步突破的方向。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,克服现有的鸡眼结构存在的缺陷,而提供一种新型结构的鸡眼结构,所要解决的技术问题是使其牢固地结合两个对象或将对象紧紧固定于物体上,达到防松脱、确实固定,使通过该鸡眼结构结合的对象无分离或结合不紧的风险,从而更加适于实用。
本发明的另一目的在于,克服现有的鸡眼结构存在的缺陷,而提供一种新的鸡眼结构,所要解决的技术问题是使其通过抽换插接部,可以使该鸡眼结构应用于各种不同的对象、场合或或各种不同的车型车款或车用踏垫,从而更加适于实用。
本发明的目的及解决其技术问题是采用以下技术方案来实现的。依据本发明提出的鸡眼结构,其包括:环体,其内表面系形成有第一螺纹;以及铆合单元,其为盖体结合环形部所形成,该盖体的直径大于该环形部的直径,该环形部的外表面具有第二螺纹与该第一螺纹相对应,该环形部的内表面具有至少接合槽,其中该环体恰好可以插入该环形部并使该第一螺纹与该第二螺纹紧密耦合而使该铆合单元与该环体牢固铆合。
本发明的目的及解决其技术问题还可采用以下技术措施进一步实现。
前述的鸡眼结构,其中该环形部是该接合槽可以抽换地接合固定接合结构,该接合结构具有与该接合槽相对应的接合条。
前述的鸡眼结构,其中该接合槽进一步形成扣接用的凹陷的槽孔,且该接合条进一步设置有与该槽孔扣合相对应的勾体。
前述的鸡眼结构是与垫体结合应用。
前述的鸡眼结构,其中该环体设置于该垫体的穿孔处。
前述的鸡眼结构,其中该铆合单元与该环体铆合时,该盖体的直径大于该穿孔的直径。
前述的鸡眼结构,其中该环体是一体成型所形成。
前述的鸡眼结构,其中该铆合单元是一体成型所形成。
本发明与现有技术相比具有明显的优点和有益效果。借由上述技术方案,本发明鸡眼结构可达到相当的技术进步性及实用性,并具有产业上的广泛利用价值,其至少具有下列优点:
1、本发明鸡眼结构防松脱、确实固定,通过该鸡眼结构结合的对象无分离或结合不紧的风险。
2、本发明鸡眼结构具有制作简单、使用方便的特点,其应用领域广泛。
3、通过所述抽换插接部可以使本发明鸡眼结构应用于各种不同的对象、场合或各种不同的车型车款或车用踏垫。
综上所述,本发明新颖的鸡眼结构具有防松脱、确实固定、制作简单、使用方便、应用广泛等诸多优点及实用价值,其不论在产品结构、方法或功能上皆有较大的改进,在技术上有显著的进步,并产生了好用及实用的效果,且较现有的鸡眼结构具有增进的突出的多项功效,从而更加适于实用,并具有产业的广泛利用价值,诚为一新颖、进步、实用的新设计。

为更进一步阐述本发明为达成预定发明目的所采取的技术手段及功效,以下结合附图及较佳实施例,对依据本发明提出的鸡眼结构其具体实施方式、结构、步骤、特征及其功效,详细说明如后。
请参阅图1,本发明鸡眼结构100,其包括:环体10以及铆合单元20。该环体10,其内表面11形成有第一螺纹12。该环体10可以是一体成型所形成,而第一螺纹12的形式或圈数则并无特殊的限定。
请参阅图1及图2A,本发明鸡眼结构100的铆合单元20为盖体21结合环形部22所形成,该盖体21的直径大于该环形部22的直径,使该鸡眼结构100在应用时可以由该盖体21及该环体10紧紧夹住物件。
请参阅图1至图2B,所述铆合单元20的所述环形部22的外表面221具有第二螺纹23与所述环体10内表面11的第一螺纹12相对应,通过该第一螺纹12与该第二螺纹23的螺合,该铆合单元20与该环体10可以紧密结合。
请参阅图2A,所述环形部22的内表面222具有至少接合槽60。该接合槽60可以是单纯一条凹槽,或者是进一步形成有扣接用的凹陷的槽孔61的一条凹槽。
前述的铆合单元20也可以是一体成型所形成,而在本发明实施例中该铆合单元20与该环体10直径大小也可以相同。
请参阅图3、图4及图5,本发明鸡眼结构100的铆合单元20的环形部22可以自接合槽60可抽换地接合固定一个接合结构70。,固定于该环形部22的该接合结构70,可以用于与外部的固定结构(图未示)相结合,而使整个所述的鸡眼结构100固定于所述外部的固定结构。
至于所述外部的固定结构,例如是一个车体内用于固定所述鸡眼结构100的固定件。
请参阅图3及图5,本发明鸡眼结构100可以与垫体800结合应用,而在与该垫体800结合应用时,该环体10可以设置于该垫体800的穿孔810处,为了在该铆合单元20与该环体10铆合时可以确实夹紧该垫体800,该铆合单元20的该盖体21的直径大于该垫体800的该穿孔810的直径。
请参阅图6A至图6F,由于市面上不同的车款或车型甚多,而每一种不同的车款或车型使用的固定结构不尽相同,因此所述鸡眼结构100所使用的所述接合结构70也必须不同。
请参阅图6A至图6F所示,本发明的鸡眼结构100所使用的所述接合结构70可以抽换,抽换的该接合结构70具有不同的插接部73,而使同一所述鸡眼结构100可以与外部固定结构相对应的该插接部73使用于多种不同的车款或车型,或是其他的非车用应用场合,因此本发明的鸡眼结构100可以称为是一种泛用型的鸡眼结构100。
特别是以应用于汽车的场合为例,一般车内都会有固定于原车地毯上的鸡眼钩(一种固定结构),而这种鸡眼钩会因厂牌或车款不同而有所不同,本发明实施例中可替换的所述接合结构70则可以相对应的与这些不同的鸡 眼钩相固定结合,可用来固定踏垫或其他需用对象。所示实施例中,所述接合结构70与所述环形部22相互固定的方式,是于该接合结构70外表面设置有与该环形部22的内表面222的接合槽60相对应的接合条71,使该接合结构70沿着该接合条71固定于该环形部22,如此该接合结构70与该环形部22结合后便不会产生转动。
另一方面,为了使该接合结构70与该环形部22之结合更为牢固而确保不会脱落,该接合条71可以设置一个与该接合槽60的槽孔61扣合相对应的勾体72。
在该接合结构70与该环形部22相结合时,该勾体72可以勾住该槽孔61而使该接合结构70与该环形部22之结合不会松脱。
上述如此结构构成的本发明的技术创新,对于现今同行业的技术人员来说均具有许多可取之处,而确实具有技术进步性。
在本发明的技术领域内,只要具备最基本的知识,可以对本发明的其他可操作的实施例进行改进。在本发明中对实质性技术方案提出了专利保护请求,其保护范围应包括具有上述技术特点的一切变化方式。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种鸡眼结构,其特征在于,该鸡眼结构包括:
    环体,其内表面是形成有第一螺纹;以及
    铆合单元,其为盖体结合环形部所形成,该盖体的直径大于该环形部的直径,该环形部的外表面具有第二螺纹与该第一螺纹相对应,该环形部的内表面具有至少接合槽,
    其中该环体恰好可以插入该环形部并使该第一螺纹与该第二螺纹紧密耦合而使该铆合单元与该环体牢固铆合。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的鸡眼结构,其特征在于,该环形部是该接合槽可以抽换地接合固定接合结构,该接合结构具有与该接合槽相对应的接合条。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的鸡眼结构,其特征在于,该接合槽进一步形成扣接用的凹陷的槽孔,且该接合条进一步设置有与该槽孔扣合相对应的勾体。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的鸡眼结构,其特征在于,该鸡眼结构是与垫体相结合。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的鸡眼结构,其特征在于,该环体设置于该垫体的穿孔处。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的鸡眼结构,其特征在于,该铆合单元与该环体铆合时,该盖体的直径大于该穿孔的直径。
  7. 根据权利要求1至6中的任一项所述的鸡眼结构,其特征在于,该环体是一体成型所形成。
  8. 根据权利要求1至6中的任一项所述的鸡眼结构,其特征在于,该铆合单元是一体成型所形成。
