为了进一步优化技术方案,本实施例提供的吊牌止扣中,优选第一本体1和第二本体4均为桶状结构,并且第一本体1和第二本体4通过卡接结构实现卡接,此卡接结构位于第一本体1和第二本体4的内腔中,如图1-图20所示。具体的,第一本体1和第二本体4的结构可以有多种选择,本实施例之所以优选第一本体1和第二本体4均为桶状结构,是因为该种结构较为简单,且内腔空间较大,便于连接操作。更加优选的,令第一本体1和第二本体4均为圆桶 状结构,并且还令第二本体4伸入到第一本体1的内腔中以实现对内腔的盖合,如图11和图19所示。而优选第一本体1和第二本体4卡接,则是因为卡接方式的拆装操作更为便捷,易于与连接件2进行组装,人工无需辅助工具即可实现拆装,简化了连接操作的过程,给连接操作带来了很大的方便。此外,第一本体1和第二本体4还可以为其他的连接方式,例如螺纹连接等。
具体的,卡接结构包括:固定在第一本体1的内腔中的第一卡接件5;固定在第二本体4的内腔中,并能够与第一卡接件5卡紧连接的第二卡接件6。本实施例中,为了保证连接的可靠性,优选设置专门的卡接部件实现第一本体1和第二本体4的卡紧连接。此外,第一本体1和第二本体4的连接也可以通过分别设置在第一本体1和第二本体4圆周侧壁上的卡勾和卡口实现。
本实施例中,第一本体1和第二本体4的材质,可以为塑料、金属或其他材料等。
在设置第一卡接件5和第二卡接件6的基础之上,第一卡接件5和第二卡接件6的结构可以有多种选择,在一种优选结构中,第一卡接件5为连接在第一本体1的底壁上的圆杆,并且圆杆的顶端设置有凸出圆杆的顶壁和圆周侧壁的凸缘7;第二卡接件6为具有卡槽8的弹性件,卡槽8通过发生弹性变形实现对凸缘7的卡紧,如图5-图7所示。上述的圆杆,固定在第一本体1的底壁上,其可以为等径的圆杆结构,也可以为具有阶梯结构的圆杆结构,如图5所示,凸缘7位于圆杆的顶端,以便于与位于第一本体1顶部的第二本体4上的第二卡接件6卡紧。第二卡接件6贴合在第二本体4的顶壁内表面上,其具有卡槽8,当凸缘7伸入到卡槽8中时,由于凸缘7的直径大于圆形的卡槽8的直径,所以凸缘7会挤压卡槽8发生弹性变形,从而使得第二卡接件6通过弹性变形的恢复力卡紧凸缘7,以实现第一卡接件5与第二卡接件6的卡紧,进而实现第一本体1与第二本体4的卡紧。当需要令两者分离时,对第二本体4施力,以克服第二卡接件6发生弹性变形的恢复力,使得凸缘7从卡槽8中脱出,即可以实现第一卡接件5和第二卡接件6的分离。此外,为了保证卡紧的可靠性,优选第一卡接件5和第二卡接件6均为金属材质,并且凸缘7与圆杆为一体结构。
更加优选的,卡槽8的外侧设置有折弯(或者说冲压)成波纹状、并用于与第二本体4的圆周侧壁卡紧的波纹部9,如图6和图7所示。本实施例中优选,整个第二卡接件6为圆盘状,或者说通过圆片折弯或冲压成型,其在与第二本体4的顶壁贴合时,接触面积较小,连接效果不理想,所以本实施优选令第二卡接件6的圆周边缘通过与第二本体4的圆周侧壁挤压(此时第二卡接件6发生弹性变形)而实现连接。而波纹部9的设置,则增大了第二卡接件6能够发生变形的程度,使得第二卡接件6和第二本体4之间能够挤压的更加紧密,提高了两者连接的可靠性。
在上述结构的基础之上,本实施例还进一步包括设置在第一本体1的内腔中,并套设在圆杆上的垫片10,该垫片10上开设有多个定位孔11,第一本体1的底壁上凸出的设置有多个定位柱12,这些定位柱12一对一的穿过定位孔11,如图8-图11所示。以此种方式增设垫片10,能够进一步提高第一卡接件5在第一本体1上连接效果,使得整个吊牌止扣的使用效果更加突出。
此外,第一卡接件5和第二卡接件6的结构还可以为其他结构,在另一种优选结构中,第一卡接件5为具有卡紧凸起的公扣,如图14和图15所示,第二卡接件6为具有卡孔的母扣,如图16和图17所示,此公扣的结构与服装上使用的按扣的公扣结构相同,此母扣的结构与服装上使用的按扣的母扣的结构相同。此种结构也能够实现第一本体1和第二本体4的卡紧。
为了更好的连接公扣,本实施例还优选第一本体1的底壁上设置有凸台13,公扣固定在凸台13的顶端,如图12、图13、图18和图19所示。
本实施例中,还优选设置在第一本体1的圆周侧壁上的通孔3为偶数个,并两两对正设置,且相互对正的每组通孔3与第一本体1的底壁之间的距离不同,即每两个相互对正的通孔3与相互对正的其他通孔之间距离第一本体1的底壁的长度不同。更加优选的,令孔洞的数量为四个,包括与第一本体1的底壁的距离较小的两个低位孔,以及与第一本体1的底壁的距离较大的两个高位孔,两个低位孔相互对正,两个高位孔相互对正。之所以令每组通孔3与第一本体1的底壁之间的距离不同,是为了避免设置在连接件2的两个端部上的倒刺头14(后续内容中将会提到)相互碰撞,提高连接效果。当然,在 不考虑上述因素的前提下,全部通孔3与第一本体1的底壁之间的距离均可相同。
在通孔3为四个时,连接件2与第一本体1的连接操作为:连接件2的一端穿入到一个低位孔中,并使伸入到内腔中的连接件2的一端与第一本体1连接而不从内腔中脱出,然后此连接件2的第二端穿过需要配挂的吊牌15,之后将此第二端插入到与低位孔靠近的高位孔中,并使伸入到内腔中的第二端与第一本体1连接而不从内腔中脱出,从而完成第一本体1与吊牌15的连接。再使第二个连接件2(后续简称为第二连接件)的一端穿入到另一个低位孔(后续简称第二低位孔)中,并使伸入到内腔中的第二连接件的一端与第一本体1连接而不从内腔中脱出,然后第二连接件的第二端穿过服装,之后将此第二端插入到与第二低位孔靠近的另一高位孔中,并使伸入到内腔中的第二端与第一本体1连接而不从内腔中脱出,从而完成第一本体1与服装的连接。最后,将第二本体4安装到第一本体1上,此时吊牌止扣形成了完整的闭合而能够正常使用。
以上是第一本体1上设置有个四个通孔3的情况下的组装方式,若通孔3为两个,则连接件2的一端与两个通孔3中的一者连接,连接件2的另一端与吊牌15连接,第二连接件的一端与两个通孔3中的另一者连接,第二连接件的另一端与服装连接。以上步骤无先后顺序要求。
进一步的,为了提高本实施例提供的吊牌止扣的美观性,还可以在第一本体1和第二本体4的表面上设置电镀层或喷漆层。
如图21所示(图中未示出服装),本实施例还提供了一种连接结构,包括吊牌止扣和连接件2,该吊牌止扣和连接件2分别为上述的吊牌止扣和连接件2,两个连接件2与一个吊牌止扣构成一个完整的连接结构。
更加优选的,连接件2可以为绳子,并且端部设置有倒刺头14。当然,连接件2也可以为塑料件,连接件2与第一本体1的连接也可以通过打结的方式以避免连接件2的端部从通孔3中脱出。
由于该连接结构采用了上述实施例提供的吊牌止扣,所以该连接结构由吊牌止扣带来的有益效果请参考上述吊牌止扣中相应的技术效果,在此不再赘述。
本说明书中对各部分结构采用递进的方式描述,每个部分的结构重点说明的都是与现有结构的不同之处,吊牌止扣的整体及部分结构可通过组合上述多个部分的结构而得到。
对所公开的实施例的上述说明,使本领域专业技术人员能够实现或使用本发明。对这些实施例的多种修改对本领域的专业技术人员来说将是显而易见的,本文中所定义的一般原理可以在不脱离本发明的精神或范围的情况下,在其它实施例中实现。因此,本发明将不会被限制于本文所示的这些实施例,而是要符合与本文所公开的原理和新颖特点相一致的最宽的范围。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种吊牌止扣,其特征在于,包括:
    具有内腔的第一本体,并且所述第一本体上开设有至少两个允许连接件伸入到所述内腔中的通孔,以使所述连接件在所述内腔中与所述第一本体连接;
    与所述第一本体可拆卸连接,以封堵所述内腔的开口的第二本体。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的吊牌止扣,其特征在于,所述第一本体和所述第二本体均为桶状结构,并且所述第一本体和所述第二本体通过卡接结构实现卡接,所述卡接结构位于所述第一本体和所述第二本体的内腔中。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的吊牌止扣,其特征在于,所述卡接结构包括:
    固定在所述第一本体的内腔中的第一卡接件;
    固定在所述第二本体的内腔中,并能够与所述第一卡接件卡紧连接的第二卡接件。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的吊牌止扣,其特征在于,所述第一卡接件为连接在所述第一本体的底壁上的圆杆,并且所述圆杆的顶端设置有凸出所述圆杆的顶壁和圆周侧壁的凸缘;所述第二卡接件为具有卡槽的弹性件,所述卡槽通过发生弹性变形实现对所述凸缘的卡紧。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的吊牌止扣,其特征在于,所述卡槽的外侧设置有折弯成波纹状,并用于与所述第二本体的圆周侧壁卡紧的波纹部。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的吊牌止扣,其特征在于,还包括设置在所述第一本体的内腔中,并套设在所述圆杆上的垫片;所述垫片上开设有多个定位孔,所述第一本体的底壁上凸出的设置有一对一的穿过所述定位孔的多个定位柱。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的吊牌止扣,其特征在于,所述第一卡接件为具有卡紧凸起的公扣,所述第二卡接件为具有卡孔的母扣。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的吊牌止扣,其特征在于,所述第一本体的底壁上设置有凸台,所述公扣固定在所述凸台上。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8中任意一项所述的吊牌止扣,其特征在于,所述通孔为偶数个,并两两对正设置,且相互对正的每组所述通孔与所述第一本体的底壁之间的距离不同。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的吊牌止扣,其特征在于,所述第一本体和所述第二本体的表面上设置有电镀层或喷漆层。
  11. 一种连接结构,包括吊牌止扣和连接件,其特征在于,该吊牌止扣和连接件分别为上述权利要求1-10中任意一项所述的吊牌止扣和连接件。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的连接结构,其特征在于,所述连接件为绳子,并且端部设置有倒刺头。
