在其中一个实施例中,所述现场互动装置设置有第一二维码;所述第一二维码用于给现场用户的移动设备提供扫描,以连接所述现场用户的移动设备,获取所述现场用户的互动信息数据;和/或,所述网络互动装置设置有第二二维码;所述第二二维码用于给网络用户的移动设备提供扫描,以连接所述网络用户的移动设备,获取所述网络用户的互动信息数据。
在其中一个实施例中,所述现场互动装置包括现场用户互动组件;所述现场用户互动组件与所述主控制装置通信连接,用于接收现场用户的互动操作信息;所述主控制装置还用于根据所述现场用户的互动操作信息控制目标设备执行相应的互动操作。

在其中一个实施例中,所述现场互动装置包括直播录制摄像设备;所述直播录制摄像设备与所述主控制装置通信连接,用于录制所述演出场景 的直播音视频,并将所述直播音视频传送给所述主控制装置;所述主控制装置用于将所述直播音视频同步发送给所述主控制装置。

上述实施例提供的演出场景联动系统,现场互动装置将演出场景中的现场信息数据传送给主控制装置。同时,网络互动装置也将演出场景对应 的网络信息数据传送给主控制装置。主控制装置将现场信息数据以及网络信息数据进行处理后,将处理过的数据同步反馈给现场互动装置和网络互动装置。现场信息数据可包括现场观众的互动信息数据,同时网络信息数据可包括网络观众的互动信息数据,主控制装置可将现场观众的互动信息数据以及网络观众的互动信息数据处理后,同步反馈给现场观众和网络观众。因此,扩展了演出的多维度互动,实现线上和线下的同时互动,提高演出现场的互动性,增强观众的互动体验。

本申请为演出中现场互动与网络互动提供了一种联动系统及其相应的实现方法。简要地,该联动系统包括主控制装置、现场互动装置和网络互动装置。三部装置通信可以是无线或有线等信号传输方式,以实现现场观众、网络观众、表演者及现场环境四大维度的联动互动体验。
在一实施例中,如图1所示,本申请提供的一种演出场景联动系统包括主控制装置300、现场互动装置100和网络互动装置200。主控制装置300分别与现场互动装置100和网络互动装置200通信连接。通信连接的方式可以是无线网络通信,或者是有线网络通信。主控制装置300分别与现场互动装置100以及网络互动装置200进行数据交互,以同时实现演出现场互动和网络互动。
现场互动装置100用于获取演出场景中的现场信息数据,并将现场信息数据传送给主控制装置300。其中,演出场景中的现场信息数据可包括:现场观众的现场互动操作信息,如控制现场声音与表演进行互动,控制现场灯光与表演进行互动,现场观众进行投票互动,以及现场观众游戏互动等;以及,现场演出场景的音视频数据信息。
在一实施例中,如图2所示,现场互动装置100设置有第一二维码。第一二维码用于给现场用户的移动设备提供扫描,以连接现场用户的移动设备,从而获取现场用户的互动信息数据。具体地,现场互动装置100中设置了针对每组现场互动装置100一对一的实体二维码,该二维码作为打 通现场互动装置100与主控制装置300互联互通的入口。现场用户通过移动设备扫描该实体二维码登录网络互动端,同时打通网络互动端与主控制装置的互联互通。
在一实施例中,如图2所示,现场互动装置100包括现场用户互动组件。现场用户互动组件与主控制装置300通信连接。现场用户通过移动设备扫描第一二维码与现场互动装置100连接之后,现场用户互动组件可接收现场用户的互动操作信息,并通过通信形式将现场用户的互动操作信息上传给主控制装置300。主控制装置300根据现场用户的互动操作信息控制目标设备执行相应的互动操作。此处的目标设备可以是演出现场的各个智能设备,该智能设备与主控制装置300通信连接(通信形式可以是无线连接形式,也可以是有线连接形式),在接收到主控制装置300的控制信号后执行相应的操作。
在一实施例中,现场用户互动组件包括声音互动组件,互动操作信息包括控制现场声音设备发出互动声效的信息。声音互动组件接收到现场用户发出的控制现场声音设备发出互动声效的信息之后,将该控制现场声音设备发出互动声效的信息上传给主控制装置300。主控制装置300根据该控制现场声音设备发出互动声效的信息控制现场声音设备发出互动声效。本申请实施方式中,在现场互动装置100中设置了声音互动的实体按键组件,该实体按键组件与主控制装置300通过无线或有线等实现信息互通。该实体按键可根据现场实际需求增加或减少。现场观众在扫描第一义二维码后,任何时候通过按该按键触发主控制装置300,使现场的声音装置会发出相应的互动声效。
具体地,还可以是,现场用户通过移动设备扫描第一二维码登录到对应的网页界面之后,选择网页界面中的声音互动按键可向现场互动装置100发出控制现场声音设备发出互动声效的信息。此处的网页界面为对应现场互动装置开发的网页界面,该网页界面可提供现场互动的多个功能选项。
在一实施例中,用户互动组件包括灯光互动组件,互动操作信息包括控制现场灯光设备发出灯光互动的信息。灯光互动组件接收到现场用户发 出的控制现场灯光设备发出灯光互动的信息之后,将该控制现场灯光设备发出灯光互动的信息上传给主控制装置300。主控制装置300根据该控制现场灯光设备发出灯光互动的信息控制现场灯光设备发出灯光互动。本申请实施方式中,在现场互动装置100中设置了灯光互动的实体按键组件,该实体按键组件与主控制装置300通过无线或有线等实现信息互通。该实体按键可根据现场实际需求增加或减少。现场观众在扫描第一二维码后,任何时候通过按该按键触发主控制系统的现场灯光互动信号,从而使现场灯光装置的亮度、颜色等状态改变。
具体地,还可以是,现场用户通过移动设备扫描第一二维码登录到对应的网页界面之后,选择网页界面中的灯光互动按键可向现场互动装置100发出控制现场声音设备发出互动声效的信息。此处的网页界面为对应现场互动装置开发的网页界面,该网页界面可提供现场互动的多个功能选项。
在一实施例中,用户互动组件包括游戏互动组件,互动操作信息包括参与现场游戏互动的信息。游戏互动组件接收到现场用户发出的参与现场游戏互动的信息之后,将该参与现场游戏互动的信息上传给主控制装置300。主控制装置300根据该参与现场游戏互动的信息控制现场游戏互动设备执行互动操作。本申请实施方式中,在现场互动装置100中设置了实现全场游戏互动的实体按键组件,该实体按键组件与主控制装置300通过无线或有线等实现信息互通。该实体按键可根据现场实际需求增加或减少。在全场游戏互动环节,观众在扫描第一二维码后,可以通过按该按键实现多种现场互动的游戏。
具体地,还可以是,现场用户通过移动设备扫描第一二维码登录到对应的网页界面之后,选择网页界面中的灯光互动按键可向现场互动装置100发出参与现场游戏互动的信息。此处的网页界面为对应现场互动装置开发的网页界面,该网页界面可提供现场互动的多个功能选项。
在一实施例中,如图2所示,现场互动装置100包括现场投票组件。现场投票组件与主控制装置300通信连接,用于接收现场用户的投票操作信息,并将投票操作信息传送给主控制装置300。本申请实施方式中,在 现场互动装置100中设置了投票功能的实体按键组件,该实体按键组件与主控制装置100通过无线或有线等实现信息互通。该实体按键可根据现场实际需求增加或减少。现场观众在扫描第一二维码后,在表演者表演过程中通过按该按键实现为表演者进行投票的互动行为,投票所得的结果为表演结束后的抽奖环节作数据参考。
在一实施例中,如图2所示,现场互动装置100还包括屏幕组件。屏幕组件与主控制装置300通信连接,用于接收并展示主控制装置300反馈的现场信息数据以及网络信息数据。本申请实施方式中,现场互动装置100设置了给表演者反馈打赏情况、点赞情况、现场人数等信息的屏幕组件,该组件与主控制装置300通过无线或有线等实现信息互通。表演者可以通过该组件获取实时的现场信息。
在一实施例中,如图2所示,现场互动装置100包括直播录制摄像设备。直播录制摄像设备与主控制装置300通信连接,用于录制演出场景的直播音视频,并将直播音视频传送给主控制装置300。主控制装置300用于将直播音视频同步发送给网络互动装置200。本申请实施方式中,在现场互动装置100中设置了N(N>1)个高清录制直播摄像设备,该设备组件根据现场需求设置在所需位置。该设备所获取的图像通过有线或无线等传输方式与主控制装置300或云端等进行存储和处理。处理后的内容通过有线或无线等传输方式展现在现场屏幕中或网络直播平台中。同时,,网络互动装置200接收主控制装置300反馈的直播音视频后,向网络用户展示该直播音视频。
在一实施例中,如图2所示,网络互动装置200中设置有第二二维码第二二维码用于给网络用户的移动设备提供扫描,以连接网络用户的移动设备,获取网络用户的互动信息数据。
在一实施例中,如图2所示,网络互动装置200在演出场景的表演过程中,给网络用户提供打赏页面并接收网络用户的打赏操作信息。本申请实施方式中,在网络互动装置200中设置了实现对表演者进行打赏的操作流程。在表演者表演过程中,用户通过扫描现场互动装置100中的实体二维码或者主控制装置300交互屏幕上的二维码进入打赏页面并通过操作 提示完成打赏流程。
在一实施例中,如图2所示,网络互动装置200在演出场景的表演过程中,给网络用户提供弹幕评论或霸屏的页面并接收网络用户的评论信息或霸屏信息。本申请实施方式中,在网络互动装置200中设置了对于主控制装置300上的屏幕、现场网络直播画面上的的弹幕、霸屏功能。用户通过扫描现场互动装置群组中的实体二维码或者主控制装置300交互屏幕上的二维码进入弹幕评论、霸屏页面并通过操作提示完成该互动。
在一实施例中,如图2所示,网络互动装置200接收主控制装置300反馈的实时表演信息,并将实时表演信息展示给网络用户。本申请实施方式中,在网络互动装置300中设置了显示实时表演信息的功能。用户通过扫描现场互动装置群组中的实体二维码或者主控制装置300交互屏幕上的二维码进入实时表演信息展示页面,从而能更方便地、及时地获取演唱者、歌名、歌词等相关表演信息。
在一实施例中,如图2所示,现场互动装置100包括现场抽奖组件;现场抽奖组件与主控制装置300通信连接,用于接收现场用户的抽奖操作信息。网络互动装置200包括网络抽奖组件,网络抽奖组件与主控制装置300通信连接,用于接收网络用户的抽奖操作信息。主控制装置300还用于根据现场信息数据以及网络信息数据,确定现场用户和网络用户的中奖概率,并且根据现场信息数据确定符合抽奖条件的现场用户以及根据网络信息数据确定符合抽奖条件的网络用户,在接收到符合抽奖条件的现场用户的抽奖操作信息以及符合抽奖条件的网络用户的抽奖操作信息后,触发系统的抽奖分配机制。其中,所述确定符合抽奖条件的现场用户,包括:获取现场用户的参与信息,根据现场用户的参与信息计算现场用户参与度,根据所述现场用户参与度确定符合抽奖条件的现场用户。所述确定符合抽奖条件的网络用户,包括:获取网络用户的参与信息,根据网络用户的参与信息计算网络用户参与度,根据所述网络用户参与度确定符合抽奖条件的现场用户。
在具体的实施方式中,现场信息数据可包括现场全部用户的声音互动、灯光互动、游戏互动及投票等信息。网络信息数据可包括网络全部用户弹 幕评论、霸屏及打赏等。主控制装置300根据现场信息数据以及网络信息数据,分别计算出计算出现场活跃度以及网络的活跃度,进一步根据出现场活跃度以及网络的活跃度确定现场用户的中奖概率和网络用户的中奖概率,从而从总奖品中,确定分配现场用户的奖品和分配给网络用户的奖品。其中,现场用户从分配现场用户的奖品中抽奖,网络用户从分配网络用户的奖品中抽奖。因此,可提升现场以及网络两种用户之间的互动及活跃度。
在具体的实施方式中,所述确定符合抽奖条件的现场用户可以通过用户的参与信息,如声音互动、灯光互动、游戏互动及投票中的一项或两项以上,确定每个现场用户的参与度,根据每个现场用户的参与度确定现场观众中符合抽奖条件的现场用户。所述确定符合抽奖条件的网络用户,包括:根据网络用户的参与信息,如弹幕评论、霸屏、打赏中的一项或两项以上确定每个网络用户的参与度,根据每个网络用户的参与度确定网络观众中符合抽奖条件的网络用户。
以下针对整个演出场景联动系统的应用场景进行进一步说明:
如图3所示,现场互动装置100和网络互动装置200均通过网络与主控装置300通信连接,以进行数据的交互。演出场景的的现场观众10通过移动设备扫描二维码之后,登录对应的网页或者APP,进一步与现场互动装置100进行数据信息通信。同时,演出场景的的网络观众20通过移动设备扫描二维码之后,登录对应的网页或者APP,进一步与网络互动装置200进行数据信息通信。主控制装置300分别从现场互动装置100和网络互动装置200中获取到现场观众的数据信息以及网络观众的数据信息,并对这两部分的数据信息进行处理后,再将处理后的数据同步反馈到现场互动装置100和网络互动装置200,以通过现场互动装置100和网络互动装置200分别给现场观众和网络观众展示处理后的数据信息。主控制装置300、现场互动装置100和网络互动装置200的互动信息参见图4所示。图4展示了具体实施方式中的互动信息。附图中的主控制系统即代表本申请所述的主控制装置300,现场互动装置群组即代表本申请所述的现场互动装置100,网络互动装置群组即代表本申请所述的网络互动装置100。 具体互动信息的交互方式参见上述实施例,此处不再详述。
本申请设置了以二维码为唯一入口的现场互动模式,简化交互进入流程,同时通过二维码打通现场交互、网络交互和主控制系统间的互联互通。现场互动装置100通过按键、屏幕、摄像头等设备实现了点赞、抽奖、游戏互动等多样化实体交互功能,提高了现场多端的互动性,提升现场气氛,提高现场观众的参与度。网络互动装置200通过打赏、表演信息提醒、弹幕评论、直播等多样化网络交互功能,提高了现场以及网络多端的互动性,提升现场气氛,提高现场观众以及网络观众参与的便捷性。

  1. 一种演出场景联动系统,其特征在于,包括主控制装置、现场互动装置和网络互动装置;
    所述现场互动装置,用于获取演出场景中的现场信息数据,并将所述现场信息数据传送给所述主控制装置;
    所述网络互动装置,用于获取所述演出场景中的网络信息数据,并将所述网络信息数据传送给所述主控制装置;
    所述主控制装置,分别与所述现场互动装置和所述网络互动装置通信连接,用于接收并处理所述现场信息数据以及所述网络信息数据,并将处理后的现场信息数据以及处理后的网络信息数据同步反馈给所述现场互动装置以及所述网络互动装置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的系统,其特征在于,所述现场互动装置设置有第一二维码;所述第一二维码用于给现场用户的移动设备提供扫描,以连接所述现场用户的移动设备,获取所述现场用户的互动信息数据;和/或,
    所述网络互动装置设置有第二二维码;所述第二二维码用于给网络用户的移动设备提供扫描,以连接所述网络用户的移动设备,获取所述网络用户的互动信息数据。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的系统,其特征在于,所述现场互动装置包括现场用户互动组件;所述现场用户互动组件与所述主控制装置通信连接,用于接收现场用户的互动操作信息;所述主控制装置还用于根据所述现场用户的互动操作信息控制目标设备执行相应的互动操作。
